If you asked any one ... Hey do u wanna be happy?? Nobody will say... nah.. i am cool..thanks

but no thanks. Everyone want to be happy.

Behind our every action is a desire for happiness but a lot of people struggle to be happy.

I am happy because--------?? What happens when you read this line, I am

happy because--------?? You are giving a clear signal to your mind

that you are happy… u r conditioning, leading your mind to believe that you are happy.

so, why not use it for training our mind for happiness.

When u ask... I am happy because?? Something amazing happens… your mind pauses and starts

to look for the reasons which make you happy. Whatever makes you happy may have happened

today, a year back, 10 years back, it doesn't matter … because… and this is a very important

point... When mind thinks of something, we experience it in real time.

Don't take my word for it…Let's do an experiment… think of an incident in your

past, when someone was very rude, insulting or hurtful to you. They let you down very

badly. You may be wondering why I asked you to think

of a negative experience?? Well, all of us find it easy to remember negative

incidences. Now notice how it impacts you, your emotions

and your physical body. You feel the anger, hurt and other emotions in the present moment.

If you give attention to your body, you may find that your tummy is clenching, throat

is tightening . Your breath becomes shallow.

This incident which you recalled, thought of, happened in the past…right… but when

you recalled the incident… your mind, your feelings and your physical body responded

in the present moment. It felt as if it was happening now.

Let's do the same exercise but this time think of a happy incident. What happens…

you start feeling happy now, in the present moment, something expands in the heart area,

The purpose of this little exercise was to make you aware of the impact our thoughts

have on us.

With some awareness and time we can train and guide our mind to be happy. Make it a

habit to ask this question regularly and slowly it will become part of your nature to consciously

make yourself happy. Believe me it works. I have recently gone through some very difficult

time, however, this is one of the techniques which has made me stronger and yes happier.

What ever we give attention to determines how we feel and how we feel; determines how

we behave, how we interact, how to we respond to situations in life.

I would love to know... one reason which is making u happy today... pls share it in the

comments below Now, Lets move to one big mistake all of us

do, which stops us from being happy every day.

everyone want to be happy.. yet we keep postponing happiness, or associate

it with big events in our life. we are so caught up with everyday stresses, we forget

that little things can make us happy.

We keep setting conditions for happiness. I will be happy when I reach a certain dress

size, get that promotion, get married, have kids, have an ocean front home, meet Oprah…..

list continues. Let's assume that we get to meet Oprah…once

the excitement dies down… do you know what will happen… mind will start thinking…

how do I become the President of the United States.

The moment, we get, what we thought will give us happiness for life, we get another desire,

which we feel will finally give us happiness… thus, once again postponing our happiness.

sometimes, may not be as happy or as amazing we all pretend it is, on Facebook. However,

I firmly believe that no matter how difficult a day I maybe having, if I really want, I

will be able to find at least one thing that makes me happy. We are responsible to manage

our own stress and find our own happiness. Via this blog, I want to share little things

which make me happy and I really hope that it adds happiness to your day too. Come be

German journalist gives insight into how Liverpool chose Mohamed Salah over Julian Brandt

Liverpool sporting director Michael Edwards is said to have been the driving force behind signing Mohamed Salah instead of Julian Brandt last summer.

It is difficult to fathom now how the Reds season would have panned out if they had not sealed a £36. 9 million deal with AS Roma to bring Salah to Anfield.

The Egyptian has scored 36 goals in 41 games for the club, the most of any player in their debut season on Merseyside, surpassing Fernando Torres with his four-goal haul against Watford.

And now the Telegraph report that the Reds will reject all approaches from the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona next summer.

But if Jurgen Klopp were to have had his way, Salah may not even have been wearing a Liverpool shirt, according to German journalist Rafa Honigstein.

Its a real advert for the job of the sporting director Michael Edwards, Honigstein explained on The Totally Football Show podcast.

[He] had been getting a lot of criticism in Liverpool for some of the decisions that theyve made over the last few years.

This is one where Klopp has just stepped aside and said I didnt really want Salah, but he convinced me to take him.

They were going for Julian Brandt, who is very talented but its inconceivable what the season would have looked like if it had been Brandt instead of Salah.

Brandt has been OK, but hasnt turned into one of the best strikers overnight, the way that Salah has.

Though the same was said of Salah by some pundits on his switch to Liverpool, it is highly unlikely Brandt would have slotted in and performed to such a high standard as quickly.

Given Salah is now being spoken of in the company of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo it is, as Honigstein suggests, inconceivable that Brandt would have had the same impact.

Brandt has scored nine and assisted six in 31 games for Bayer Leverkusen this season, largely coming in from the left wing, which is just one goal and an assist more than Naby Keita for RB Leipzig.

The likelihood is that if Brandt was signed instead of Salah, Sadio Mane would have kept his place on the right flank, with the Senegalese the Reds key man last term.

But now Klopp has both Mane and Salah alongside Roberto Firmino, and the manager seemingly has the oft-criticised Edwards to thank.

If anything, this serves to further highlight how laughable Neil Ashton and the Mails hack job on the then-head of technical performance back in 2015 was.

A former member of the House of Representatives Bamidele Faparusi said the incumbent governor, Ayodele Fayose, would cease to be the governor of Ekiti state on the very day he gets the APC ticket to contest.

The Nation reports that Faparusi cautioned his co-contestants in APC to emulate the former Lagos state governor and national leader of the party, Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who, according to him, "sacrificed his vice presidential ambition for party interest.

Faparusi also hinted on his administration's four-point agenda tagged: "ATTT", which stands for Agriculture, Technology, Trade and Tourism.

He said he has looked at the potentials in Ekiti state and considered some that can be regarded as comparative advantages if diligently invested, adding that if they are made the economic base, Ekiti should be economically viable.

We are going to translate our academic prowess which we are known for to create wealth and make life suitable for our people by bringing my entrepreneurship experience to the government.

We'll create technological base vocational training centres where our pupils can learn during holidays and we'll also develop gifted schools across the state. We will harness the best brains and also provide opportunity for them to the benefit of the state.

Not just give them the knowledge, we are going to imbibe the patriotism and invest in them so that in the future they can also come back and use their wealth of knowledge to develop the state.

We need to provide platform and partner with international technological hubs across the world.

We have the core value in America, Europe, Israel, China; we are going to partner with them to have an esteemed programme so that our children would be able to go over there and learn..

According to him, Dubai started by developing ideas, and people came from Europe and America to invest in those ideas.

So our job as a government would be to provide opportunity and great ideas that would attract people to come and invest in our tourism to showcase and promote our rolling hills where Ekiti derived its name to the world.

Ekiti is strategically located between Lagos the commercial capital of Nigeria, and Abuja the political capital of Nigeria.

We are going to provide facility where people can easily move their produce to the north, east, south and the west. And that will create job opportunity for our people and also improve the economy of the state..

Meanwhile, we had reported that Governor Ayo Fayose said God directed him to support his deputy, Kolapo Olusola-Eleka, to succeed him. "Olusola never said he wanted to be deputy governor, but God instructed me to pick him.

I said we will go together after our tenure, but God said I should allow him to stay; that what I said was my own opinion," Fayose told the huge crowd.

and that's because in Arabic, there are several different dialects

so slightly different,

and then in terms of the word for bathroom

Adjustable Height Workbench Design - You've Gotta See This! - Duration: 2:36.

Hi, my name is Charlie Kocourek and today I want to show you my workbench design.

This is an Adjustable Height Workbench, it has a Mobile Base built right in to the design.

And, I call it the Jack Bench.

You can easily adjust the height of the bench to whatever height that you need using just

a cordless drill.

Once the bench is locked into position, it is as solid as a rock.

There is no wiggle whatsoever.

Then you operate the jack on the mobile base and you can move it around your shop or garage

to where ever you want it.

Once you have it right where you want it, you just turn the screw to drop the whole

bench right back down on the ground.

I like my bench up high when I'm using power tools, like when I am edge routing a board.

And, like it even higher when I am doing fine detail work like when I am doing veneering

or marquetry.

But, I like my bench low when I am using hand tools like when I am planing a board.

And I like it even lower when I am doing assembly

work, doing a glue up, or when I'm clamping.

When I'm trying to put something together I want it as low as I can get it.

The basic operation is pretty simple, really.

There are two scissors jacks.

The first one is used to adjust the bench height and the second one is used on the mobile

base.

hello everyone and welcome back to nNew Jang City my lego city display project

that I've been working on for about four years now slowly expanding it into new

areas bringing in different little sub displays Oh terrible terrible pun right

there but you know it's really been just an expression of various aspects of

inspiration that I've gotten throughout my life from my childhood through

adulthood different different jobs that I've had through my years different

experiences that I've had and just bringing together things that I

personally have wanted to see kind of in model / display form and for a little

while I've been teasing that I want to bring in your influence more directly

since so much of this channel is about all of you the viewers and you know

bringing you the content that you are most interested in I want to bring in

some of your influence and some of the larger displays that I do as well most

of this is going to remain just on mission and continuing as it has based

on you know my own personal inspiration and such but I dedicated an entire area

for all of you to be able to bring in your your influence and your interests

and that's this down here which will actually be expanded further so

everything that you see out there right now is eventually going to be expanded

out here and the next one nights stuff goes away but all that space is

essentially for all of you it's what I call the Mellemby district project and

it is time to take it from teasing and you know kind of giving you a heads up

and everything to making it real I've put in just a little bit of stuff here

to kind of get things started but I really want this entire area down here

this sort of sub layout project which represents an underground kind of city

under the city of new jiang city an aspect of it I want that to be driven

by all of you as a as a major group so it is time now I would like to start

seeing specific suggestions for what all of you would like to see placed down

here how you would like to see this grow how you'd like to see this develop the

space is not unlimited and I definitely still won't be putting in things that I

particularly am opposed to you know I definitely won't bring in things that

are that are inappropriate for the channel and I won't bring in things that

to me just seem wrong but I'm not going to hold this space down here to the same

rules that I have the space up above so for example Ninjago stuff can live down

here superhero stuff can live down here you know a lot of a lot of things that I

have stayed away from will be perfectly at home down here official Lego sets can

come down here and they can live forever if you all want to see a specific set

just stay for years that's okay whereas up above with the major project the goal

has always been to minimize the use of official sets and you know when I

brought it over to New Jang City from from the original layout I allowed

myself to incorporate in the official sets and to kind of start to combine

them with some of the you know some of the the custom stuff but still the goal

has remained up there with the main stuff to change that out eventually

where everything that's a you know an official set is just temporary it's just

additional space this is all additional space that I've created here so it's

it's not going to impact my own personal goals and all the investment that I've

put into New Jang City proper so let's let's

do this let's let's open things up let's make it more fun let's make it more just

different let's make it more you so I won't say anything that they're

specifically cannot be down here at this time I want to keep as much of my own

personal biases out of this and really allow it to be driven by all of you if

all of you really really want something to be done that I personally am NOT

interested in but is you know it's not bad it's not morally wrong then I I

think I will I will just go with it because that's that's how this should be

done that's really the the spirit of Mellemby district here so with that said

I turn it over to all of you to kind of start this process of just seeing what

sorts of suggestions you all bring in what sorts of desires you all have and

then from there we'll start to kind of narrow it down and maybe set some sort

of priorities may be some sort of bounds for just allowing this to to get started

because you know leaving it completely open-ended and just saying oh let's just

do everything is is not practical you know I got to start somewhere I got to

do some real tangible things that can be done in a reasonable about amount of

time I don't want this to take forever I don't want it to be just a work in

progress forever that is mostly empty yeah I want

this to i want this to really move I want this to really live and I want it

to be fun for both myself and for all of you so there you go just getting it

started not going to set any specific ground rules except I said nothing

nothing inappropriate for the channel will be allowed down here just in terms

of like the family-friendly PG sort of rules but beyond that I turn it over to

DooPiano Piano Book Is Out Next Week! - Duration: 1:34.

DooPiano piano book is....

Finally coming out next week!!!

Those of you who saw the notice earlier this month may already know

but I've decided to also make a short video about it since the release date is coming up soon

The Song List!

There are a total of 25 songs

and the selection process was based on many different factors such as

the popularity of the covers, number of sheet music requests,

and the difficulty of the songs

Here's a sneak preview of the book :D

The notes on these sheet music are identical to those

that I played in my covers

and all of these songs are of varying levels of difficulty

with some songs being easier than others and some songs being relatively harder

Spiral binding method will be used since it allows the book to stay nice and flat on the music rack

and it will be printed on magazine-like, high quality paper!

Also, if you want to listen to my cover of the song that you wish to play

you can simply scan these QR codes using a QR code app on your phone

and doing so will instantly take you to the cover video of that specific song!

The book will be released on 25th of March

The price is 13000KRW

This box contains a secret compartment. And this secret compartment

is so big. The box itself

it's just that big At first it looks like this

is a normal box where you can put in a pen

or even a treasure. Indeed

if you take a closer look you notice

this one this back wall

looks rather strange compared to the front wall

Why was not a board used here? That's the first question.

and secondly if you try

to add something bigger here you will notice

that you close the box only so far.

it does not move on. The reason is here the back wall,

it is at this point. To open the secret compartment

you have to insert a 1 cent piece here

then you have to turn it around and tilt

then you have to open it again a piece turn
