My third day in Malaysia is in Malacca

And I'm here in a hotel in Malacca I forgot what its called so I'll prolly put it on the vid later

Let's now take a look at the room

This is the room I've been staying at

There's art on the wall... ~Y'all don't care though~

Just check his voice at Will'ya This is got to be the best room I've ever

Stayed at in my entire life And this is the living room

its a bit of a mess... sorry y'all

look at this fancy sofa its so nice and comfy to sit on

There's a TV and an amp as well

And you can also get out on the veranda

waaaa~ once you open up the curtain...

the curtain is flying away on me

so anyways you can see a river from here

this would be so nice at night as well

Even though there's a table here

For some reason there's a table over here as well

There is without a doubt this is not a room For one person to stay in

It's a room meant for a family to stay at

There's another balcony over here And you can go outside over here as well

This one is amazing I was so shook when I saw it

you can watch as you bathe its so amazing that I'm so shook

it would be totes awesome to sit here and have breakfast

Appointed with a TV and "locker" (wardrobe)

This is amazing... I'm absolutely shook by how good this room is

I gotta watch out that I don't accidentally leave anything behind... it feels as though it would be easy to do

With all the plugins in all the rooms It's so easy to forget something when you leave

but we can't afford all the tools

so today i am gonna tell you

how you can curl your hair with this flat iron

you can choose straightener as per your budget

i have given similar link in the description box

don't forget to check

for this divide your hair in two sections

take a bit large section from crown area

and secure it upside with clip

now part left section into two sections

and take them in front

here i am using AGARO's flat iron for curl

now from right side i am take one inch section of hair

as i need curl from half length of my hair

so i am gonna twist the flat iron from here

from where you need your curl

start twisting iron 1 or 2 inch

above then the curl you need

here you can see how beautiful curl we got

hold your flat iron like this

and twist it like this and take downward

so you will get volume in our curl

now curl your left hair

by straightening my hair from roots i curl my hair

as per this our curl stay for long time

here i am done with right side

curl your hair form left side as shown in video

here we complete our lower section

take another section from tied area

now take straight hair section in front

remove tangles from your hair with your fingers or with comb

start doing curl as we done earlier

if your curl gone mess

then don't use flat iron again

use your fingers and set them as shown in video

my hair is a bit wet here as you can see the smoke here

try to don't use flat iron in wet hair

put straightener little far away from your root

now take off left hair and get the section in front

remove tangles from your hair

you can part your hair from between

but i like to part my hair from side

and remove the tangles once again

secure the section from left

now curl your last strand as shown in the video

How Much Cash Do I Need To Buy 75 House? - Duration: 5:07.

Hey, this is Joe.

This message is from, this question is from Steve and Karen from Canada.

"We're Canadians looking to build a portfolio of passive income using single family and

small multi family.

Our goal is seventy-five doors, $300 a month net to us using 50% leverage.

How much money is required on our side of the investing to achieve these goals?"

If you're using 50% leverage, that typically means that you're putting 50% down.

So you're going to need all that cash to do that.

Make sure you know what you're doing.

I think if you listen to these videos that I'm sending out, you'll probably understand

by now that you shouldn't be using your own cash to do this.

If you're using private money you better know what you're doing so you don't screw

it up and lose their money for them because they're going to be unhappy with you and

they potentially can start reporting you to, to different authorities.

So find a way to buy these properties.

And they're, you know, if you use the For Rent technique, the Automarketer, it's going

to bring in so many leads you're going to turn in to some of these people where you

can do subject to's.

And we usually don't take a subject to deal unless we're making $300 a month positive

cash flow on a property like that.

Or, maybe you go and work in rural areas.

One of the techniques that we've been using in rural areas where we buy these little $50,000

properties but we would buy them with, on a contract, or maybe we just get the deed

and we put a mortgage on the property and we make payments on that property with every

dollar that we're giving them towards principal so that when you have a $50,000 property,

you're paying $300 a month it ends up paying it off in seven or eight years, and you own

that thing free and clear and if it's got a $600, $700, $800 a month income on that

property, which a lot of these do, after a couple hundred dollars, you're making $500

a month free and clear within seven years that will last you the rest of your life as

the values of the property go up.

And that's a beautiful way to do something like this and you can build a portfolio in

these small rural areas or you know, lower income, you know, urban areas as well, you

know, on properties that are under $80,000, $70,000, $80,000.

And a lot of those places you can find properties that are substantially under market value

using the Automarketer, using the absentee owners, using expireds to be able to get that

to happen.

So that's my suggestion if you're trying to build seventy-five doors.

That shouldn't take you more than a few years using these techniques.

My guess is, within two or three years you can make that happen.

The likelihood that you can put together a portfolio of twenty properties a year is pretty

realistic if you use these techniques.

Now, during that time you have to make enough money to live, so you might also want to be

flipping some properties as well.

So you want to figure out, well, how much money do I need to live on?

Can I live on $50,000, can I replace the income on my current job and start living on $50,000?

Do I need $75,000?

Do I need $100,000, do I need $200,000?

You know, where do you need to be and what is it going to take to replace that?

And once you get to that point then it makes sense to build your portfolio.

I always makes sense to do this stuff full time.

And by full time, I'm talking twenty hours a week.

You want a business that's going to be twenty hours a week that's going to replace your

current income that costs forty hours a week to do it and hopefully make more money doing

this business than you are in your current job.

And if you'll do that, that's going to make it a lot easier.

Now, listen to some of the other videos that I've got on raising private money and that

type of thing.

It'll help you understand it better.

I've got a book on Amazon about how to find private money, it's $3.00.

It's really a quick read and easy to understand and I think it'll give you a little more

insight on these things that I'm talking about here and help you get going.

I'd also suggest that you use the Automarketer to find these properties.

I know it's counter intuitive, but you're going to have a lot more properties to do

it.

You're going to be able make flip properties while you're doing it and you're going

to be able to engineer these deals so you're doing multiple deals all the time, and be

able to outsource some of this stuff so you can have help doing it without having to share

the profits at the end.

You know, if you, if you bring in private money, you're going to have to share the

profits and you don't need to, you know, once you learn these things.

One of the things I talk about when people come into my mentor program, I'm happy to

partner with people that are my students that have gone through this process and I see that

they understand what I'm doing, what I'm looking for and I can put cash into deals.

I a lot of times have resources that they don't have and I'm willing to do that.

What I find is that most of the time they just go off and do their own thing and they

don't need the money anymore because I taught them how to do it without the money.

So I don't have them, you know, doing those types of deals.

And then, so, so I work with a few people that still it makes sense, and we have deals

that we can still do with the cash and I like doing that as well, because I don't like

to do as much of the leg work.

So I have them do the leg work and help them find the properties and we split the profits

and I bring in the money.

Benue killings: I didn't know police IG went against my order - President Buhari - Duration: 5:13.

President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly said he was unaware that inspector-general of police, Ibrahim Idris failed to carry out his order when the latter was asked to go to Benue state following killings by suspected herdsmen.

Tribune reports that President Buhari made this comment when he paid a condolence visit to the state.

President Buhari said he did the right thing by asking Idris to go to the state "but did not know that he (IG) did not stay in the state.

The president dismissed report that he had abandoned Benue people saying: "I have friends here in the state, there is no way I can deliberately overlook what is happening here and other parts of the country.

"Let me appeal to our people in the state to apply more restraints, the relationship between farmers and herders will continue, it behoves on us to keep encouraging ourselves to continue to live together peacefully.

The president also noted that in spite of the situation of the country, some people were still unsympathetic. He said: "When we came into office, the price of crude went down and production was cut to one million barrel per day.

I went to CBN there was no money, I asked why they said we bought food and fuel. I didn't believe them then and now too.".

Governor Samuel Ortom in his remark said the exercise cat race should be upgraded into an operation and also denied that the state had militia.

He said: Sixty-five more people have been killed after the mass burial of 73 persons, also 26 more were killed in Okpokwu with over 5000 displaced in Mbatoho community.

As of now, one hundred and seventy thousand persons, 170,000 people live in displaced camps across the state. 60 percent of IDPs are school children who should be in school by now.

"Yesterday, two police officers were killed in Guma, our appeal is that federal government should compensate the people who were displaced.

"Ghana is the one that is known to own a militia and has been declared wanted with a ransom of N50 million placed on him.

"We hope the Ayem akpatuma can be upgraded from exercise to operation because the herdsmen have taken over the villages and our food have become feeds for their cattle. If Ayem is upgraded, they will also help in tracking down Ghana.".

Wantaregh Paul Unongo who is a former minister of power and steel in his remark called on President Buhari to support the anti-grazing bill.

He said: "This is not a monopoly of Benue to treats a, Zamfara, Kaduna, plateau and other parts of the north from those who voted massively for you. The pictures we thought were just propaganda until it happened in Benue.

When you were on a visit to Taraba that you were coming to Benue, these people went to Okpokwu and killed over 30 people.

And I'm here in a hotel in Malacca I forgot what its called so I'll prolly put it on the vid later

This is the room I've been staying at

Stayed at in my entire life And this is the living room

its a bit of a mess... sorry y'all

look at this fancy sofa its so nice and comfy to sit on

There's a TV and an amp as well

And you can also get out on the veranda

waaaa~ once you open up the curtain...

the curtain is flying away on me

so anyways you can see a river from here

this would be so nice at night as well

Even though there's a table here

For some reason there's a table over here as well

There is without a doubt this is not a room For one person to stay in

It's a room meant for a family to stay at

There's another balcony over here And you can go outside over here as well

This one is amazing I was so shook when I saw it

When a Supreme Court justice retires or passes away, it gives a sitting president a huge

opportunity.

I guess we can say, a "yuge" opportunity.

Already Donald Trump appointed a strong conservative, Justice Neil Gorsuch, to replace the late

Antonin Scalia.

Speculation has abounded over what will come next.

Numerous justices currently serving are in their 80s.

It's very likely that many will not be sticking around much longer.

Retirement is a very real possibility during Trump's administration.

So far, the current justices have vowed to stay on.

Until recently.

A Nevada senator has just dropped a bombshell about what the summer will bring for SCOTUS.

From Daily Caller:

Republican Sen. Dean Heller of Nevada told a group earlier in March that Supreme Court

Justice Anthony Kennedy will likely retire in the coming months, Politico reports.

"Kennedy is going to retire around sometime early summer," Heller told a group in Las

Vegas.

"Which I'm hoping will get our base a little motivated because right now they're

not very motivated.

But I think a new Supreme Court justice will get them motivated."

Rumors have floated around Washington since June 2016 that Kennedy would retire, but the

justice hasn't addressed those rumors publicly.

Rumors have circulated for a while about Justice Kennedy.

The Reagan appointee has served on the Supreme Court for many years.

He, like several others, is nearing retirement.

But so far, he has made no official word.

So why is Heller saying this?

Does he have some insider information?

If he is correct, it gives Trump another chance to place a conservative justice on the court.

Kennedy was often considered a "swing" vote.

His decisions determined many cases.

Replacing him with a strict constitutionalist will ensure the Supreme Court stays conservative

for many decades.

Naturally, Liberals are panicking.

If Kennedy retires early in the summer, it will give Trump and his GOP majority ample

time to confirm a replacement.

Another strong conservative will enter D.C., thus draining the swamp a bit more.

But is Heller's tip legit?

Will Kennedy announce his retirement soon?

I guess we'll have to wait

and see.

Hi Friends. Today I am going to show you very easy, tasty and crispy aloo tikki recipe

The name of the recipe is Stuffed Aloo Tikki

It's a shallow fry recipe, we are going to prepare it from scratch and you can have it during fast also

It is tasty as well as very filling

So, if you are having it during fast, it won't make you hungry later for rest of the day

Let's start making the Stuffed Aloo Tikkis

To prepare this stuffed aloo tikkis for fast, take some boiled and grated potatoes in a mixing bowl

Then I am going to add some water caltrop (Singhare ka Atta) for binding

If you want you can use ararot powder instead

which means you can use ararot flour

you can consumer ararot powder during fast

or you can use any of the binder or flour which can be consumed during fast

Then add some salt

and some red chilli powder

Mix well all the ingredients

While I am mixing all these ingredients, i want to share something with you guys

a suggestion, for this recipe you boil potatoes before hand and keep it in refridgerator

so that the potato mix doesn't come out sticky

Doing so, will help to get that crispiness to tikkis

Don't use freshly boiled potatoes, boil them one day before and store them in refridgerator

Now the potato mix is ready

I am going to keep this potato mix in a fridge for sometime while I am preparing for the stuffing

Next heat some ghee or butter in a pan

When the ghee is popping add some Cumin seeds

The moment Cumin seeds starts popping add some green chillies

Stir it a little

Next I am adding some ginger

let it fry for 15-20 seconds

Then add some fresh coconut

i have added grated coconut but if you want you can use grounded coconut also

It adds up an amazing flavour to the aloo tikkis

fry it a little more

untill it's rawness is completely gone

After the coconut is well roasted i am going to add some fresh chenna to it

I have prepared this fresh chenna at home only

You can buy it from market also as per your like and taste

So chenna is basically fresh paneer which i have just added

Let it also cook for sometime

Then add some salt to it

a pinch of powdered sugar

now a dash of lemon juice

Now keep mixing all the ingredients well

and keep cooking it for sometime

At last, i am adding few pieces of Cashews

Few peanuts

and little bit of raisins

Again, mix well all the ingredients

Now I am going to add some fresh coriander

Let it cook for 1-2 mins and keep stiring it while it's cooking. Then switch of the flame.

Let it cool down

Then I will grease my hands with cooking oil and will take some portion of the potato mix

after that i will mould it and will press it like this on my palm to flatten it out

Then add 1-2 table spoon of the stuffing on to that flattened potato mix

after adding the stuffing, fold the corners of flattened potato toward inside

see the way I am doing it, follow it and cover the stuffing with it.

just do it the way i have shown to cover the entrire stuffing

then giving it a round tikki shape with your greased hand

See the round shape tikki is ready

Follow this process for preparing each tikki

My all tikkis are ready for frying

Next, heat some oil for shallow frying the tikkis

You can even deep fry the tikkis as per your choice

Now I am going to shallow fry them in batches

Put the raw tikkis on heated oil for shallow frying but keep in mind to keep the flame between medium and high

I am shallow frying it in batches

Let the one side of the tikkis fry atleast for 2-3 minutes

See how beautiful and golden it has come out and it's also looking very crispy

My mouth is watering

Follow this to shallow fry the tikkis from the both the sides

Now the tikkis are ready, I am removing them on a tissue paper

On the fast days, serve this tikkis piping hot with some spicy green chutney or curd

Let me show it to you from inside

crispy from outside and from inside the stuffing is all soft as we have added fresh paneer to it, with some cashew nuts and raisins

It's looking very yummy

Do try out this recipe, specially when you or someone you love is fasting

I am sure you will definitely love it

Yeah. The greatest supercomputer built by mankind

was constructed to beat nerds at trivia.

But not really. In fact that game show

smackdown was just a dry run. It was to show off if Watson's natural learning

and language abilities were up to snuff, which they certainly were. From these

humble beginnings Watson's processing power has been behind the scenes of

multiple industries, which now includes marketing. Watson's marketing tool set is

already able to follow customer journeys create predictive models to generate

unique user experiences on websites and find visual assets for campaigns, saving

valuable time. Watson is even able to interface with IBM's

weather system, which means that Watson can now generate strategies based on

localized climate in an area. Sherlock may be smart but Watson is a beast.

Number Two: Vidora

Vidora has been pitched as being able to

understand customers like no other system before it. Vidora will tag and

track individual users on a mass scale which then means it can follow and then

predict their customer behaviour. Now other systems are capable of doing this,

so this sounds kind of simple but Vidora does it on such a level the others

don't, whether a change to the company as a whole or even to a single product will

change customer perceptions negatively or positively. Vidora's focus is not a

weakness. I would see it as a strength. It is a focused tool it is a scalpel to the

butcher knife that other AI'S are.

Number One: Marcel

Alright, alright, alright

for realsies. Okay we all know the drama that happened last year. The place is Cannes and

Publicis is announcing in front of all the other cool kids that they're done

with awards saying, "Like awards are like 2015 lame and you know they're just

gonna move on to an AI that they built. It's called Marcel. You know it's totally

hot. And it's totally real. You know he just lives in Canada so you haven't heard of it.

The announcement that Publicis was halting all awards spending to move

those resources to building an AI was nothing short of earth-shattering. People

were furious, most notably publicist staff, who rather like awards since they

get to hang them on their agency walls and they get to put them on their

CVs. Whatever Marcel was it would have to be bloody spectacular.

Unfortunately all we've been able to glean about Marcel is that it's some

kind of international matchmaking tool that project leads can use to connect

teams based on skills, location, and experience. It's also apparently some

kind of management tool in itself and it's also some kind of communication

platform. So Marcel in theory is basically if

Trello Skype LinkedIn and Tinder all got together and spawned an amazing

abomination. Publicis only teamed up with Microsoft

at the start of this year six months on from Cannes to properly begin development

on this platform. We know nothing really, apart from a few tweets and a few dodgy

statements. Marcel could be anything at this point so everything I just said in

six months from now, one year from now, a century from now (if it take that long to

build Marcel) I'll to be claimed a complete moron or the Nostradamus of

marketing AI Tech.
