Youtube daily report w Mar 17 2018

I think everyone expected things to just get better when we transitioned coaches

and didn't really understand that the problems with the team lay a lot deeper

than that I think some of the players on the team started looking at Agilities as

a problem to solve rather than as a teammate. Coach Moon was still in Korea

impact it on the ground and so to kind of stall the problems and prevent things

My name is Brady Girardi and my in-game name is Agilities I am 18 years old from

Alberta Canada it was difficult for me at first because of how hard I've been

working to keep my spot and I had to deal with a lot of pressure and stress

from the main roster guys and just like had to take a lot of criticism and a lot

So the sister team is basically like

the bench players I guess until now we were kind of just festering away on the

Nikon lens - Nikon AF-P 70-300mm f4.5-5.6E ED VR - MEGAPIXEL - Duration: 4:34.

Often referred to as 'budget telephoto zooms', 70-300mm lenses with an aperture rating of

around f4-5.6 have been highly popular since the days of 35mm film.

More recently, the Nikon AF-S 70-300mm f4.5-5.6G IF-ED VR has been the pick of the crop, combining

excellent image quality with a high-performance ring-type ultrasonic autofocus system and

VR (Vibration Reduction) stabilization, all at a very attractive price of around £430/$500/AU$850.

That lens has now been discontinued, and replaced by the AF-P 70-300mm f4.5-5.6E ED VR, priced

at a somewhat less budget-friendly £750/$750/AU$1,300.

So what's the difference, and is the news lens worth the extra outlay?

Not to be confused with Nikon DX-format 55-200mm, 55-300mm and 70-300mm zooms, for DSLRs with

APS-C image sensors, the new 70-300mm is an FX (full-frame) compatible zoom.

As with its predecessor, you can also use it on DX cameras, where it gives an effective

zoom range of 105-450mm, edging into super-telephoto territory.

Compared with the older FX-format 70-300mm VR lens, there are three crucial differences

in the new design.

First, autofocus swaps to an AF-P (Pulse) stepping motor system.

The good news is that it's amazingly fast, even compared to the ring-type ultrasonic

system of the previous lens.

Instead of being 'whisper-quiet', the new autofocus system is virtually silent in

operation; indeed, it's difficult to hear any autofocus noise even with your ear pressed

up against the lens barrel.

Another bonus here is that the AF-P system enables smooth rather than jerky focus transitions

when shooting movies.

Downsides to this are that you need battery power from the camera for manual focus as

well as autofocus operation and, unlike in the previous lens, there's no focus distance

scale.

A bigger drawback is that there are incompatibility issues with older cameras: neither autofocus

nor manual focus is possible with a number of DSLRs, up to and including the D3200, D5200

and D7000.

The uprated VR system in the new lens gives improved 4.5-stop performance, and comes with

Normal and Sport modes.

Next up is diaphragm control for the aperture.

Instead of Nikon's usual mechanically operated system, which relies on a physical lever,

the new 70-300mm is an 'E' type lens with electromagnetic diaphragm control.

Again, there's good news and bad news here.

The upside is that exposure consistency is better on a shot-to-shot basis, when shooting

at fast continuous drive rates.

That's a real plus point in action sports and wildlife photography, to which telephoto

zooms are well suited.

The downside is that, again, there are incompatibility issues with older cameras.

If you use this lens with a D1, D2, D40, D40s, D60, D70, D70s, D80, D90, D100, D200, D3000

or D5000 body you'll only be able to shoot at the widest aperture.

The third main feature change is in the VR (Vibration Reduction) stabilization system.

The previous lens had Normal and Active modes.

The Normal mode was ideal for general shooting, and included automatic panning detection,

while the Active mode was intended for shooting from vibrating platforms, such as an idling

vehicle or a helicopter; either way, the VR system was only worth around 2.5 stops in

effectiveness.

The uprated VR system in the new lens gives improved 4.5-stop performance, and comes with

Normal and Sport modes.

The latter of these gives a more stable image in the viewfinder when you're panning or tracking

erratically moving subjects.

Childless Couple Chooses To Foster 4 Siblings. 2.5 Years Later Judge Brought To Tears - Duration: 3:09.

Childless Couple Chooses To Foster 4 Siblings.

2.5 Years Later Judge Brought To Tears In Middle Of Hearing

On a Wednesday in August 2015, Phyllis and Eric Watson received their licenses to become

foster parents with the potential to adopt.

The next day, an adoption agency called with their first case: four siblings, two boys

and two girls, seeking a home where they could stay together.

The four children came from a home in Overland Park, Kansas where the marriage failed early

and substance abuse followed.

They endured neglect and abuse so bad the state took custody of them.

"We were thinking one foster child at a time.

Maybe two?

We weren't thinking four at once," said Eric Watson, youth director of Faith Baptist

Church in Olathe, KS.

But Eric said he couldn't bear the thought of the kids being separated.

"The turning point for me was they were going to be split up and I didn't want to

see that," he said through tears.

Saturday rolled around and the couple had made up their minds: bring 'em on.

After the childless couple went forward with their decision, Phyllis Watson said, "we

were a little shocked, afraid, I don't know what to say.

Scared?"

The couple bought a bigger car for trips to Culver's Restaurant – where they all ate

on their first day together, they even built a larger house to hold everybody.

Two and half years later, they made the adoptions official.

Judge Kathleen L. Sloan struggled to hold back tears as the new family filled six chairs

in her courtroom, in what she called "the best hearing that any judge gets to have in

the United States."

"I order this packed courtroom to give the Watsons a standing ovation," said Judge

Sloan.

The standing-room-only gathering of relatives, friends, and classmates erupted in applause.

Alisia, 17; Bradley, 16; Cody, 15 and Emma, 11, were legally Watsons, the Kansas family

had officially tripled in size.

Biological grandmother Susan Bustamente said the children were always well behaved, with

credit going to big sister Alisia.

"She's been a mother to those kids since she was three years old,'" said Grandma

Sue, who sat with the family at the court ceremony.

"They've had a hard life but they're strong," she added.

Had the Watsons not taken them in, the children likely would have been split into separate

foster homes, officials said.

"It's rare to see kids in the system, especially teens, find this perfect of an

ending," said caseworker Kiersten Stolxenberg of the adoption agency KVC Kansas.

"I really believe, honestly, that God's hand has been all through this process,"

said new dad Eric Watson.

Congratulations to the Watsons, we wish this new family of six a future filled with love,

joy, and happiness!

Were you moved by this adoption story's "perfect" ending?

Trump's Secretary Of State Pick Is Top All-Time Recipient Of Koch Campaign Money - Duration: 4:04.

With Rex Tillerson out as Secretary of State and Donald Trump nominating former CIA Director

Mike Pompeo to take his place, let's take a look for a minute at who Mike Pompeo actually

is.

According to an article on Think Progress this week, Mike Pompeo happens to be the number

one all time recipient of Koch brothers campaign money.

In just four election cycles that Pompeo was involved in running in the House of Representatives,

Pompeo received more than $900,000 from the Koch brothers from their companies, their

employees and their front groups like Americans for Prosperity.

$900,000 on one congressman in one small district over the course of four elections.

So Pompeo number one Koch guy of all time could now be running the State Department

as Think Progress points out.

What Think Progress failed to mention in their article however is that that's not the extent

of the ties to the Koch brother that Mike Pompeo has.

Mike Pompeo during his career in the private sector started two separate businesses one

after the other and in order to keep those businesses afloat to get the capital needed

to run them, do you know where that money came from?

It came from the Koch brothers who came in with both of his businesses made lofty investments

to make those businesses successful.

So Pompeo before he even ran for Congress was already in the pockets of the Koch brothers

and completely dependent upon their money to sustain his lifestyle.

So it's no surprise that he received all that money from them when he decided to run for

Congress and I wish Think Progress would have gone back a little further and covered that

aspect of his life because to me that's an even bigger part of the story.

Pompeo has been in the pockets of the Koch brothers for decades now.

He has been dependent upon them in his private life, in his professional life and you can't

tell me that he is not going to reward them when he becomes the new Secretary of State.

What's even worse is that you've got a Democratic leader Chuck Schumer who announced that he

is not going to tell his Democratic members to just block Pompeo and CIA director replacement

Gina Haspel.

He's not going to tell them to just outright block them.

Instead he just, he wants to hear from the other Democrats.

Let's see what they have to say before we make any rash decisions.

No, that's the problem with the Democrats today.

You don't need to sit and wait it out and see what your members have to say.

We know who Pompeo is.

We know who Haspel is.

She is the woman who was in charge of CIA black site torture in Thailand during the

war on terror under George W. Bush.

There is no reason to even consider having either of these people in charge of the CIA

or the State Department.

So Chuck Schumer needs to get his ducks in a row here and say, "I don't care what you

have to say about it, these are horrible human beings with horrible connections who've done

horrible things including war crimes in their past.

We're voting them down no matter what."

Mike Pompeo will use the State Department to repay the Koch brothers because they have

funded his entire life.

Don't think that for a second that he won't.

He is going to use it to approve pipelines.

He is going to use it to go out there on behalf of the Koch brothers and work out deals with

other countries for them.

He is going to put more money in their pockets because they've spent decades putting more

money in his pockets.

Evangelical Women Say They Are Embarrassed By Trump, Want Better Options For 2020 - Duration: 3:40.

According to a recent report in The New York Times in which they interviewed a lot of White

evangelical women here in the United States, evangelical women are beginning to turn on

Donald Trump or at least that's what they told The New York Times.

You see, according to The Times report, these women are embarrassed by Donald Trump.

They are embarrassed by his behavior and they are praying diligently that another Republican

throws their hat into the ring for the 2020 presidential election so that they don't have

to vote for Donald Trump again.

These women allegedly all have buyer's remorse at this point because now they think that

Donald Trump behaves in a disgusting way as president of the United States.

I want to believe this story so much.

I want to believe that these women suddenly had a change of heart, but there is not a

piece of me that thinks that there is any truth to what these women are saying.

There is no way in hell you could suddenly realize that Donald Trump was a horrible human

being and is behaving improperly for a president.

There's no way unless you just woke up from a coma probably within the last five minutes

maybe, assuming you'd been in that coma since maybe the year 2000.

Anybody who's been paying attention to Donald Trump, even if you've only been paying attention

to him for a week, knows that the man has no morals, he has no integrity and he has

absolutely zero class.

No, I don't buy it that these evangelical women suddenly think Donald Trump is reprehensible.

You should have thought that when that Access Hollywood tape came out during the campaign.

You should have thought that during the first Republican presidential debates among all

the Republican candidates back in 2015.

You should have thought that before Donald Trump even considered running for president

of the United States.

The only thing that's changed between really now and then in terms of his disgusting behavior

is that now we know that he had sex with a porn star.

Is that what was the final nail on his coffin for you that you just don't like porn so much

that now you think he's bad but you're okay with him saying we should grab women by the

pussy?

You're okay with him insulting African Americans and calling Neo-Nazis some very fine people?

Those were okay for these evangelical voters but sex with a porn star, that just absolutely

shuts him down all together.

That is the only thing I can make of this assuming these women are telling the truth

because again as the story goes on, they love what he stands for, they just hate how he

is as a person, the way he says things and does things.

Ew, it's gross, right?

No.

If you like what Donald Trump stands for, then you like the way he is because those

policies that he has pushed are a reflection of the empty character, the classless president

that Donald Trump actually is.

Bizarre Archaeological Discoveries Found By Mistake - Duration: 5:39.

Archaeologists can spend months sifting through ridiculously small patches of dirt, meticulously

recording everything they find.

Months of back-breaking work might turn up some rare finds — or end in disaster.

"But then, DRAMA."

"What is it, are you mad, guy?"

"We just found this here."

"How could you break it?"

So just imagine how annoyed archaeologists probably get when they leave a promising dig

site empty-handed and then some kid in France falls into a hole only to find prehistoric

cave paintings.

A hard fact of the archaeologist life is that great finds are sometimes accidentally discovered

by common folk.

Let's dust off our Indiana Jones costumes and take a gander at some of the strangest

archaeological finds unearthed by chance.

An army for the afterlife

In 1974, while digging a well, a group of Chinese farmers discovered the first three

of more than 7,000 life-sized terracotta warriors guarding the tomb of China's first emperor,

Qin Shi Huangdi.

The terracotta army buried with the emperor is thought to be one of the greatest archaeological

finds of all time.

It's not only massive, it's full of individuals — each of the 7,000 warriors has a unique

face, beard, tunic, and armor.

This curious fact has led some experts to speculate that craftsmen based each warrior

on a living person, possibly a soldier in the emperor's real army.

The soldiers were likely meant to protect him in the afterlife.

Non-military personnel like servants, scribes, and acrobats were represented as well, suggesting

that the emperor hoped the afterlife would be more or less the same as his actual life.

Sadly, the terracotta army probably wasn't equipped to help protect the emperor from

the crowds of tourists and roadside souvenir stands...

But happy afterlife anyway.

Renovation excavation

When Lucas Asicona Ramirez began scraping away plaster during a home renovation, he

discovered an 18th-century Mayan mural depicting people walking around with what appear to

be human hearts in their hands.

In October 2012, Reuters reported that the Ramirez home is one of four in Ramirez's Guatemalan

village where residents have uncovered ancient Mayan murals beneath the plaster, and experts

think there could be murals in other homes, too.

Sadly, now that the murals have been exposed to light and humidity, the colors are starting

to fade — that's one of the hazards of non-archaeologist archaeological discoveries.

Unless someone with an interest in Mayan art shows up with a bag of mural-preserving supplies,

the ancient murals will probably succumb to the elements in a relatively short period

of time.

A stone's throw

Throwing rocks is almost never a productive activity.

In fact, most people who chuck rocks are bored kids who end up breaking someone's window

— or their head.

But in 1947 the world's most fruitful stone toss ended up breaking a piece of ancient

pottery hidden in a Bedouin cave and exposing the Dead Sea Scrolls to the world.

The scrolls were recovered by a shepherd who'd thrown a rock while chasing a stray sheep.

He and his pals then took their discovery to an antiques dealer in Bethlehem, who, in

keeping with the sacred tradition of antiques dealers being cheap schmucks, gave them the

equivalent of about 29 bucks.

Fifty-six years later, they were sold for $250,000, and those shepherds are probably

still out there, hurling rocks around in hopes of finding the next big ancient artifact — and

hoping they don't make the same mistake twice.

Gene pool deep dive

In 2007, divers exploring an underwater cave in Mexico's Eastern Yucatan Peninsula found

a human skeleton.

Now, finding skeletons underwater isn't the most unusual thing ever.

But this find was unusual because it came at the bottom of a cave that was literally

called The Black Hole, about 170 feet underwater.

Seeker reports that, once the skeleton was in the hands of researchers, they discovered

that it was the oldest known Native American ancestor, dated between 12,000 and 13,000

years ago.

The girl, who was 15 or 16 years old at the time of her passing, probably walked into

the cave and then fell into the deeper pit, which would have contained only a shallow

pool of water.

A few thousand years later, glacial melt filled the pit, submerging her bones and keeping

them remarkably well-preserved until someone was finally able to solve the mystery of her

tragic demise.

Keeping up with the cave paintings

In what is one of the most famous accidental discoveries of all time, four boys and a dog

named Robot were out for a walk one day when they happened upon a fallen tree.

Robot, being a dog, was all "Hot damn, a hole," and started digging in a crevasse the tree

had punched in the ground.

The four boys joined him, imagining they might have found the entrance to a tunnel that would

take them to a lost treasure.

What they found was indeed a lost treasure — just not the kind you can stuff in your

pockets and sell to an antiques dealer for $29.

Instead, they discovered Lascaux, a Paleolithic cave filled with 20,000-year-old paintings

made by early modern humans.

The paintings are exquisitely detailed and some of them are huge — more than 10 or

15 feet in length.

In 1948, a year after their discovery, Lascaux was opened to the public — but 15 years

later someone finally realized that tourism was bad for the paintings.

All the carbon dioxide exhaled by thousands of visitors along with contaminants they brought

in on their shoes was actually damaging the paintings, so the tours had to end.

Fortunately, a full-scale replica of the cave — dubbed Lascaux 4 — was completed in

2016, allowing eager art-lovers to get their prehistoric fix without doing irreparable

damage to the ancient artwork.

Things Only Adults Notice In Grease - Duration: 4:58.

Grease is an iconic movie musical that is far better and more life-changing than it

had any right to be.

It's cheesy, silly, and still manages resonate with audiences 40 years after its release.

However, as with many classics, many dated moments didn't age quite as well as others.

Here's all the things in Grease you only notice as an adult.

Too old for school

If you thought everyone in this movie looked way too old to be in high school, that's because

they were!

John Travolta, who played Danny, was the youngest at 24.

Olivia Newton-John, who played Sandy, was 30, and Stockard Channing aka Rizzo, was 34.

"I'm gonna get my kicks while I'm still young enough to get 'em!"

With child labor laws to consider, it makes sense that Hollywood tends to cast older actors

as teenagers.

But Grease feels like it's pushing that just a bit too far.

"Jan that is so adolescent" "We ARE adolescent"

Another overly mature aspect of this film?

The dialogue.

"I did that.

I did meet this one chick, she was… she was sorta cool."

"You mean she puts out?"

Nearly every line is either an innuendo, a shameless flirtation, or dirty lyrics about

a racecar.

Seriously: Watch the Greased Lightning scene again, but pay close attention to the lyrics.

"you want supreme, the chicks'll cream for greased lightning."

You'll be shocked your parents ever let you watch this when you were a kid!

A school that actually cares?

For many of us, high school was a nightmare.

But Rydell High, the fictional school in Grease, seems like a haven.

Aside from the massive carnival thrown to celebrate graduation, Rydell's staff goes

above and beyond for their students.

When Danny tries to get into sports to win Sandy's affection, Coach Calhoun refuses to

give up on him despite his lack of talent.

The shop teacher helps get Kenickie's car in gear even when there are stolen parts involved,

and then shows up at the big race to cheer for the T-Birds!

And who could forget Principal McGee and her hapless assistant Blanche, sobbing as another

senior class leaves the school?

"oh, blanche, stop blubbering"

Played by Eve Arden and Dody Goodman, this duo provide some of the biggest laughs of

the film.

"Blanche, do you have the new schedules?"

"Oh yes, Ms. McGee.

I just had my hands on them."

"Oh good, they'll be nice and smudged."

While most teen movies tend to drag in scenes when the grown ups are involved, Grease gives

two talented actresses time to shine.

Sympathy for the Rizzo

The older you get, the more you realize that Rizzo is actually the most sympathetic character

in the whole movie.

Compared to the other pink ladies, Rizzo is layered and nuanced.

She's the only girl in Grease who gets to make mistakes and learn from them.

She also gets the best songs.

In a movie loaded with backwards sexual politics, There Are Worse Things I Could Do was remarkably

ahead of its time.

On the surface, it's a heartbreaking and romantic ballad.

But at its core, it's about a woman who is afraid to be vulnerable with a man because

she's been hurt so many times before, and how she'd rather be called a tramp than actually

admit that she cares.

Unlike Sandy, Rizzo realizes she doesn't need to change anything about herself in order

to be happy.

Rock on!

Bathroom ice cream

Many of the film's biggest moments take place at The Frosty Palace, a malt shop where kids

in the 50s used to hang out.

From Frenchie's divine intervention to Rizzo throwing a shake at Kenickie, this was the

place to be.

It's also the scene of a blink and you'll miss it moment of hilarity where Rizzo strolls

out of the ladies room… holding an ice cream cone.

Rizzo clearly doesn't care what people think of her, but couldn't she have asked one of

her Pink Ladies to hold her cone while she took a bathroom break?

Aspirin in my Coke

Marty is one of Grease's most underrated, and hilarious, characters.

"Oh!

Double doo-doo!"

"What's up doc?"

"One of my diamonds fell in the macaroni!"

Her big moment comes at the school dance, when she sidles up to host Vince Fontaine.

She laughs at his bad jokes and doesn't seem to mind that he's an older man.

In short, she's smitten.

We don't find out how their night actually went until Marty drops this bombshell at the

drive-in.

"I caught Vince Fontaine trying to put aspirin in my coke at the dance."

Rizzo doesn't seem bothered that her friend almost got roofied, and it's unlikely that

any of the kids watching this movie would have understood what Marty was talking about

either.

Yikes.

A happy ending?

If there's one talking point that's gained some serious traction in since the movie's

release, it's Sandy's infamous makeover.

While some argue that Danny technically changed, too, his so-called transformation pales in

comparison to Sandy's.

"Tell me about it, stud."

It begs the question: should Danny and Sandy even be together?

After one brief summer of happiness, they spend the entire movie at each other's throats.

Eventually, Sandy perms her hair, wears some leather and takes up smoking, and she and

Danny ride away in their flying car.

If you have to change who you are to get someone to like you…

please reconsider.

Danny and Sandy are doomed, and there's just no way around it.

Admit it, how many of you didn't think of popcorn?

<Jim laughs> It's really not that big of a deal.

We're all guilty of seeing things that aren't really there.

to fish out these ten pictures that prove just how perverted you are.

10.

Guess it isn't Paris after all...

Sure, this was a time before the internet was mainstream, perhaps the damage wasn't

done by then.

Looking at it now, though, it's pretty safe to assume what most of you will think of first

when you see this one...

Paris, of course, as that is the answer and could never be anything else in our perfect

little world... minds out of the gutter.

9.

Photoshop... not required Ok, a book for kids, or an image of a puckered

up you-know-what?

The worst part about this image is the fact it got through screening without anyone noticing

this flaw.

Actually, we're pretty sure they did notice... and it's sort of a cruel game they played

with the censors; you know at the cost of our children's psychological expense.

8.

Now that's a sad little prick!

Oh, look at that!

A cactus that has grown too big for its pot has fallen over.

That's alright, 2 smaller cacti sit close by at the base to start the life cycle over.

Oh C'mon!

I see it now, I was a little confused why our writer put this one in here to begin with...

this whole script is going to be filled with anatomy jokes, isn't it..

Joking aside, that really was some poor upkeep of that plant though.

7.

Not sure that's how you ride a horse..

When it comes to selling something, packaging plays a large part in that role.

Sadly, or thankfully, the internet was given this gem!

We've seen some major packaging fails, but this one takes the cake… or the horse, in

the backside.

Or, maybe it's just some barbie knockoff that was just looking to spice up the whole underground

nightlife side of the doll world.

Maybe next time, they should just show you how to ride a horse, not mount one.

6.

Read Between The Lines At quick first glance to our... ever vigilant

minds; this may appear to be a cleavage atop of a stylish corset.

Though.. this is not the case, as this image is nothing more than an open book.

We've got more provocative household fixtures as well!

5.

It'll help strengthen your vocals!

Some time ago, not really sure when, "the D" became a reference to well... crudely put;

male genitalia.

It's easy to manipulate past objects for some of the phrasing they use up against our modern

day terminology.

But then again, to them we speak just a bunch of "flapdoodle" and "claptrap".

Back to the picture at hand, it says...

"Tongue this D lightly", we'll just leave it at that.

4.

Put it in the paper and its news...

Ok, this is sort of another one of those "check it before you ship it" mistakes.

The image is probably some dignified older gentleman speaking for some political stance.

But, when the image gets creased... like so and stacked just right, you get what appears

to be... well that, right there.

I'm not going to say it, let's move onto the next segment.

3.

The game that no one finished With a marketing scheme like this one, who

can blame the players that make it to the 17th hole and quit?

We certainly can't.

Pretty sure they were going after "putt", and in a case like this, spell check could

save you a bunch of shameful publicity.

Knowing my luck, I'd play the 18th and get a hole in one.

Yea, I went there…

You guys know you my puns and innuendos.

2.

Like a Baby Clenching A Finger; it is!

We could have probably used this image in our tattoo fail video as well.

What you see here is a baby clenching onto their mother's thumb, or finger.

Due to the magic of dirty minds and obscure shading, it appears at first glance to be

something different the tiny hand is latching onto.

What, exactly?

We don't know.. maybe you can tell us in the comment section.

That was a perfect segue, Jim.

Sometimes I impress my..

Oh, hey..

1.

How Trees Are Made Sure, we could have made a wood joke here...

but it just seemed too easy.

This is mother nature showing you how baby trees are made, right?

No, but really with a little imagination, and I do mean little, it appears as if this

tree-growth is 2 humanoid creatures really going at it.

Ha-ha...

MUST BE A HARDwood … tree … awesome.

Top 10 Illegal Fashion Items - Duration: 7:01.

Hello!

Welcome back to the Most Amazing corner of the internet!

I am your most amazing host Rebecca Felgate and today we are talking about fashuuuuun.

Fashion.

It's a weird concept if you really think about it… although, there are some pieces

of fashion that are so extreme they have been outlawed!

Join us as we talk about the Top 10 Illegal Fashion Items.

Before we jump into this video, I want to invite you to leave me a comment letting me

know what your favourite day to day fashion is.

Usually I enjoy wearing something brightly coloured paired with something gold!

Also please don't forget to give our video a thumbs up and be sure to check out our merch

at Most Amazing Shop.com.

OKAY banned fashion!

Lets start with an item I am wearing today – we have the humble legging!

I am fully on board with a legging, but a few places that aren't include India, some

Californian Schools and of course, United Airlines.

Leggings are okay in some areas of India, but by and large not in educational institutions

– even in the United States, in February 2015, a bill was proposed by Republican David

Moore that throw some shade at leggings for being to provocative.

Weird.

Leggings are one thing, but banning trousers is pretty ridiculous at number 9.

So, some of you may not know this – but wearing trousers was illegal in the French

capital of Paris up until as recently as 2013!

That is pretty insane!

The law banning trousers was enforced in 1799 and stayed in play for over two hundred years,

although there was briefly a loophole in the early 1900s that said a women could wear the

illegal clothing if she is, and I quote, holding a bicycle handlebar or the reins of a horse.

Riiiiight.

No one actually abided by the law since around the 1960s, so really removing it was just

a matter of formality.

We may laugh at the Parisian story, but women are still not allowed to wear trousers in

North Korea, Sudan and many other places in the middle east.

Right, so no trousers for women then.

What about skirts?

Well, they're okay so long as they're the right length… as in Uganda, the mini

skirt is outlawed.

Uganda has strict definitions as to what is decent and what is not for both male and female

clothing.

Whilst men must have well groomed short hair, women cannot wear a dress or skirt that is

above the knee.

They also aren't allowed bright coloured hair or long nails.

7 - Saggy pants What up Saggy Pants!

What is South Carolina's beef with you?

Both Republicans and democrats are currently on the warpath to get Saggy Pants banned - the

bill would make it illegal for people to expose their underwear whilst wearing trousers and

would be punishable with a 25 dollar initial fine, rising to 75 dollars for repeat offenders.

6 – Nail Polish Nail Polish is not sold in Islamic countries

because it is not halal.

Its definition as non halal comes because it acts as a barrier in pre-prayer ritual

during which followers of the faith wash their bodies.

As Muslims pray 5 times a day, it just isn't practical to wear nail varnish, which would

need to be removed ahead of prayers to make the Wudu ritual possible.

Totally understandable at number 5 we have Ivory Jewellery

Ivory is illegal in most parts of the Western World these days.

Poaching for ivory has been banned a long time, but these days governments are cracking

down on pre-existing antique ivory.

Ivory is the substance that comes from elephant tusks in was a popular fashion item in the

1800 and early 1900s.

To be honest, I would never want to wear anything that came from an elephant… it is pretty

disgusting and cruel.

Similar at number 4 – something that was the height of fashion 100 or so years back

but is now illegal in a number of countries, we have fur

Fur used to be a practical answer to staying warm, but these days we don't need it, we

have other technology to generate thermal clothing.

Of course, fur became more than just a way to stay warm; it became a fashion staple,

especially in the Hollywood Golden era; it was seen as very glamourous.

Whilst the jury is still out on vintage fur, fur production is illegal in the United Kingdom,

German, the Czech Republic, Japan, The Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and now Norway.

Good.

Bringing it back to the slightly crazy, we have shorts at number 3

In Qatar, neither men or women can wear shorts, and whilst I personally am pro shorts, I am

at least glad that the banning of shorts is applied to both genders here….so far on

this list a lot of the illegal fashion items have been pretty heavily aimed at reducing

female options.

Qatar also wants tourists to cover up and ditch the shorts too.

They aren't the only nation to be against freeing the knee, the United Arab Emirates

will requires women to cover their arms and knees in public spaces…women though.

FREE THE KNEE.

2 – Veils Whilst religious clothing isn't exactly

the same thing as fashion items, you couldn't even wear a veil for aesthetic purposes even

if you wanted to in France, as the were made illegal in 2011 and was upheld by the European

Court of Human rights.

The move was made to encourage integration with Western values but certainly caused a

stir.

The decision from then French Prime Minister Francois Fillon was later echoed across other

European countries.

1 – Yellow Clothes In Malaysia, wearing yellow can land you in

jail.

The colour has become synonymous with an anti government movement that is fighting for democracy

and human rights.

It isn't just Malaysia other, Catalonia in Spain is has caused a stir with the colour,

which has become a symbol of the separatist movement, much to the chargrin of the Spanish

Government.

So, religious, ethical and political motivations here….. do any of you guys agree with the

bans on these items of clothing, or do you think, like me, that people should be free

to wear what they want?

Is it really the government's job to decide what clothes we wear?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments section below – be sure to tell me your

opinion on Saggy Pants!

I have been your most Amazing Host, Rebecca Felgate.

VOCAL CONTRASTS OF DUA LIPA :: How to make a hit song in five minutes :: How to sing New Rules - Duration: 7:19.

have you notice this beautiful and notable contrast in the voice of Dua Lipa

… my love, he doesn't love me so … I tell myself … In the song New Rules, Dua Lipa made several

such intriguing listeners contrasts In order for your vocals to be exclusive

and your song to become a potential hit you need to learn how to create such

contrasts Hello to all professional singers with you today your vocal

designer Veronika Worship. Dua Lipa has three main contrasts in this song

compositional timbral and melodic ............................

........................... Did you hear this syncopated backing vocals that created a

contrast with the main vocal and complimented it but most importantly

this caught your attention and maybe you even wanted to sing along with him this

is a compositional contrast such contrast not only contributes its

rhythmic variety to the song but also effectively draws the listeners into it

.......................... Heard how Dua Lipa wonderfully plays

the timbre of her voice she easily changes the chest voice with a falsetto

.................................... this contrast is timbral it helps

brightly emphasize her emotional experiences in the song show her inner

struggle of feelings between what she wants and what needs to be done

................................. Did you notice th is melodic contrast

Dua Lipa despite the rhythmic beat of the music melodically sings the note and

then with the help of the third created a powerful culmination if Dua Lipa had

not made such contrasts her singing would have become simple a small

monotonous addition to good rhythmic Many singers sing their songs very

monotonously they just clearly adhere to the tempo rhythm of the music and they

do not even come up with any ideas how it is interesting a little beyond to

create an attractive and various vocal composition of their song The monotonous

vocal composition destroys the exclusivity of their vocals and the

potential of the hit in their songs you can saturate your song with variety

dynamics and melodic enough if you are learn as professionally create contrasts

Let's work out the timbrel contrasts first on a comfortable note in a chest

voice we sing the "A" sound make this sound as sonorous as you can try to collect

your voice into one solid stream of sound that's it "ah" - your turn

higher "ah" - you turn now take a high falsetto note and quietly sing its subton for

this imagine that you are almost in a whisper on a falsetto to whom you say do

not tell anybody - you try do not tell anybody - you try

to not tell anybody - you try and now within the sound a with this falsetto

subton - your turn higher - you try - your turn higher - you try and now we'll work

out the contrast using the line from the song .............................. My love...

he makes me feel like nobody else .... - your turn

he makes me feel like nobody else .... - your turn

he makes me feel like nobody else .... - your turn

Dua Lipa not only masterfully builds a vocal design of her song making it a

hit but also professionally showed the exclusivity of her vocals using her

vocal decorations as business card

imagine how during your concert performances your audience simply cannot

contain their emotions which they cause you're spectacular and emotionally
