Alexander Nevermind: "It was only last June when her old man ran away...

She couldn't stop crying cause she knew he was gone to stay...

It was 10:35 on a lonely friday night...

She was standin' by the bar... woo, she was lookin' alright, yeah...

I asked if she wanted to dance & she said all she wanted was a good man...

And wanted to know if I thought I was qualified... seriously, SING!

I said, baby don't waste your time... I know what's on your mind, yes, I do...

I may be qualified for a one night stand... but I could never take the place of your man...

It hurt me so bad when she told me with tears in her eyes...

He was all she ever had & now she wanted to die...

He left her with a baby & another one on the way...

She couldn't stop cryin' cause she knew he was gone to stay...

I asked her if we could be friends & she said, oh, Prince, that's a dead end...

U know & I know that we wouldn't be satisfied... yeah...

And I said, baby don't waste your time... I know what's on your mind, yes, I do...

2018 Volkswagen Golf R Manual - Duration: 8:47.

Few vehicles in Volkswagen's current lineup are as divisive among the Car and Driver staff

as the Golf R. Even a casual mention risks stirring the office pundits, triggering impromptu

sermons dissecting the Golf R's price versus performance statistics, and quoting heavily

from the holy book of the Golf GTI, a deity around these parts.

It's not that the R's detractors don't recognize its sublime blend of performance,

comfort, and utility—after all, collectively, these same folks continue to vote the Golf

R onto our 10Best cars list along with the rest of the Golf lineup—but at $40,635 ($41,735

with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic), its critics say the Golf R simply doesn't

offer the same bang-for-the-buck as the GTI, which starts at $27,265.

Equally concerning to some is that it basically looks like a regular-old Golf; if you're

going to cross the $40K threshold, they reason, why not move into a badge that carries more

cachet?

HIGHS Speedy and composed, communicative brake pedal,

reserved styling.

LOWS Traction control not fully defeatable without

venturing into software sorcery (or the fuse box), doesn't look like $40K.

Speak Softly and Carry 292 Horsepower What these office-cubicle crusaders fail to

grasp is that a certain type of individual is willing to pay for the elevated level of

confidence that comes with flying under the radar.

Speak softly and carry a big stick, as Theodore Roosevelt used to say.Aficionados of be-winged

extroverts such as the Honda Civic Type R and the Subaru WRX STI will never cotton to

the Golf R, which in terms of exterior braggadocio barely manages a whisper.

Sure, it sits 0.2 inch lower than the GTI and sports a small roundup of R-exclusive

signifiers (an R-specific front bumper, side skirts, rear diffuser, and spoiler; quad chrome

exhaust tips; R badges on the front fenders; black-painted mirror caps; and standard 19-inch

Englishtown wheels), but none of these details shout for your attention.

The punk kid sitting next to you at the light in the Civic with a fart-can exhaust will

never know what happened.

The metaphorical big stick here is the Golf R's turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four and

standard all-wheel drive.

Rated at 292 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque, the Golf R engine outguns the GTI's by 72

ponies and 22 lb-ft.

A six-speed manual transmission dispenses torque via Volkswagen's 4Motion all-wheel-drive

system.

Although essentially the same EA888 2.0-liter that is fitted to the GTI, the version in

the Golf R has been thoroughly massaged and features reworked or entirely new components

including the cylinder head, exhaust valves, valve seats and springs, pistons, fuel-injection

system, and turbocharger.Track Take A trip out to our testing facility confirmed

what we already suspected: The Golf R is one of the quickest hatches extant.

Switching to Race on the driving-mode selector (Normal, Individual, and Eco are the other

choices) for more aggressive throttle response, we found the most effective launch method

is to catch the engine revs as they ascended to around 6000 rpm and then dump the clutch.

This produced a 4.8-second zero-to-60-mph sprint and a quarter-mile time of 13.4 seconds

with a trap speed of 104 mph.

For those keeping score, the 2018 Golf R is 1.2 and 1.1 seconds quicker in these measures

than the Golf GTI with a six-speed manual.

Looking beyond sibling rivalry, the Golf R also eked out a tiny dragstrip win over the

Honda Civic Type R, bettering it in both tests by 0.1 second.

The Subaru WRX STI is a tad pokier, trailing the Golf R by 0.5 and 0.4 second, respectively.

Of its close competitors, only the raucous Ford Focus RS's 4.6-second blast to 60 mph

can knock the Golf R off its perch, and the quarter-mile contest between the two is a

dead heat.

Human interaction with the Golf R is instinctive.

While the shifter may lack some of the tactile nuance of the best of the breed, it moves

from gate to gate with the same exacting confidence found in the GTI.

The clutch pedal action is light to a fault, though, and while it is progressively weighted,

takeup starts abruptly at the top of pedal travel.

The brake pedal is a veritable rock by comparison, and pressure rather than travel dictates the

amount of stopping action.

Requiring 159 feet to stop from 70 mph (previous tests of the Golf R produced 157-foot stops),

it easily bests the 174-foot figure recorded by the GTI but simply can't approach the

supercar-like binders—and lighter weight—of the Honda Civic Type R, which stopped in 142

feet.

The WRX STI and the Focus RS come in at 158 and 159 feet, respectively.

Numbers aside, the Golf R's braking action in traffic is smooth, progressive, and predictable,

the trifecta of desirable braking attributes.Handling It

At just 2.1 turns lock to lock—compared with 2.8 for lesser Golfs—the Golf R's

steering amplifies the point-and-shoot characteristics that make the entire Golf lineup so endearing.

The Golf R builds on the inherent goodness of the Golf's stiff, rattle-free structure

with modified lower control arms in front and specific tuning for the multilink rear

suspension.

The Golf R loves a good winding backroad, flowing from corner to corner with a sense

of grace and confidence that makes average drivers look better than they really are.

Riding on 235/35R-19 Continental ContiSportContact 5P tires, grip maxed out at 0.95 g, significantly

lower than the 1.02 g and 1.01 g generated by the Civic Type R and the Focus RS.

But what neither of those can match—although the Civic Type R comes closer than the Focus—is

the state of gentlemanly repose the Golf R can assume on moment's notice.

Select Eco mode—or, our preference, choose Individual and place the Dynamic Chassis Control

(DCC) is in its mellowest setting while retaining more aggressive steering and throttle calibrations—and

the result is a smooth and quiet transportation device for those times when the conversation

or soundtrack takes precedence over hitting apexes.

(Track rats take note, however: Drivers are prevented from fully defeating the Golf R's

stability control from the factory.

A quick internet search will provide you with the info needed to do so at your own risk.)Another

factor its critics seem to forget is that with the Golf R there's very little guesswork

in terms of the option sheet.

The $40,635 price of our test example includes not only the DCC adaptive suspension and VW's

new, top-tier MIB II infotainment system with navigation and an 8.0-inch touchscreen display,

but also a six-year/72,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty.

And that's on top of the model's feature-rich, all-in packaging strategy, which essentially

makes the R the burrito supreme of Golfs.

While the current Mark 7 Golf R is still a capable weapon in the battle on hatchback

boredom, we have it on good authority that the next-generation Golf R is on the horizon

and will likely arrive stateside as a 2021 model packing a V-6 and possibly producing

up to 350 horsepower.

But currently or in the future, it's up to you to decide how potent a Golf you can

afford.

Ear Cleaning | Pain ? Dr. Sasha is here for you. Asmr sub english | Binaural Roleplay doctor - Duration: 17:32.

Hi, welcome back to my office

so we start doing this ear cleaning

you do not listen very well ... you hear them clogged

Well, let's see what you have

Yes, you need only a cleaning, or even an antibiotic

let's start

let's see, first of all

This is quite irritated and even dirty

You have a lot of ear wax, it's probably the cause of that pain

let's check each other

This is less clogged, has less ear wax

but equally very, very irritated

So, it is very likely that we have to put antibiotics apart from cleaning

ok, you can not hear my voice and the sounds around

we will improve it

perfect, let's start with the cleaning, let's start with this ear which is the dirtiest

Letís see...

Now here...

ehh yes..

first of all I will put salt water to help dissolve the ear wax

So that it is easier to remove it

let's start with the cleaning

so .. very good .. quiet .. relax

Very good

we have already removed all the wax here

we remove the excess

and now I will pass a cloth with some antibiotic and anti-inflammatory to help the infection

and of course the pain

yes, this is a small cloth with antibiotic and anti-inflammatory

this will help you

you'll see that you'll start to feel better in less than 10 minutes

good, look

you listen better here, do not you?

well, this ear is perfect, clean, you'll see that you'll feel better in a short time

let's go with each other

here as I told you, there is less ear wax

we put the water with salt, so that it helps us to remove everything

ok, it's already clean

This was much easier

let's see, let's pass the cloth

The cloth with the antibiotic

Perfect,perfect

Good, my dear

It was a pleasure to have had you here today

the ears are super clean, look how you listen now

Much much better

Öhow you listen every movement

And every sound I make

spotlessly clean

It was a pleasure to have assisted you today, bye bye.

Rewardable Going out of Business? Don't Get Banned! - Duration: 4:48.

is that it is it over is rewardable well done

stay tuned let's find out hey guys welcome back to the lazy tech Channel

and today we're gonna talk about rewardable and all the changes well at least

the main one okay guys but before we get into that what we want

to do is thank everybody that has subscribed over the last week or so we

really appreciate you being here everybody here at the team is really

enthusiastic to have the on board if you have it hit that subscribe button and if

you want to learn more about phone farming apps and different phone

farm setups hit that subscribe button down below

and that Bell right next to it so that you can get all the future videos on

just that anyway guys let's jump into this rewardable has made a major change

now you may have seen it in the links I want to thank Big B and Joseph for

pointing this out on our last video at that time we hadn't realized that rewardable

has now changed and asked you to only use one phone so instead of using

seven phones you could only use one now

so that does kind of suck you know but that's what it is means payouts gonna be

a little bit slower and if he was a little late to the game

did they pay in your account that's another good question I was like to the

game everybody hit we were late to the game here and well I don't know we're

ready for a payout so we're gonna find out today have no idea and waited to

take the payout just to see but anyway what we're talking about let's jump into

our rewardable will app here I can see here we go so they're doing some other stuff

some offers some play some you know all the stuff that they do but let's jump

over and let's get into our account okay guys you can see that we've

earned ten dollars and sixteen cents that is available for payout and we have

a hundred and fifteen dollars lifetime earnings we've done a couple payouts

since our last video I think one maybe and you can only do you was able to do

$10 increments now or $5 increments now you can only do 10 that was one of the

other changes that I noticed that they've done but let's try and see if

they're gonna let us pay out or if they're gonna slam us no they

accepted our payoff so that is cool so even though we were a little bit late to

the game and catching on that we changed they're still gonna go ahead and give us

our money that looks like so do I think rewardable is done are they closing

their doors honestly guys in my opinion I don't think so at this point we will

truly find out obviously in the next days weeks months you know to come on

what's gonna happen ,but I really think they're doing is just adapting

to the business to the platform how this is evolving and that's

really what I think is going on and we're gonna find a lot of that in a lot

of the applications that we use on the phone form are gonna do this it's just I

don't it's just inevitable that it's gonna happen

so I mean from for myself my team everybody here we've been doing business

for you know ten over ten years you know and we've had to change adapt overcome

on multiple occasions to keep going it's just part of business so I think that's

what's going on here in this situation is they're just adapting they're just

changing so we'll see but I really don't think they're going anywhere so anyway

guys I hope this video is helpful to you and if you didn't know about the change

you know hopefully you've watched us through and you know about that major

change and you don't get yourself banned that would be bad because I'm sure

that's gonna happen if you don't get it under control get it down to one so

anyway guys I hope you liked the video and if you do

please smash that like button that subscribe button definitely helps us out

and remember that is what you make it so let's make it a good one.

you

TYPES OF PEOPLE AT THE CLUB | Absolutely Blake - Duration: 5:07.

What's going on guys my name is absolutely Blake and welcome back to my channel this week

We're talking about types of people you see at the club, but before we get into that all the guys out there

Don't you want to look sexy at the club?

Well you're gonna have to have a clean-shaven face

Which is why I want to tell you about Dollar Shave Club Dollar Shave Club decided to sponsor this video for me

which is helping me get better equipment to post better quality content have you guys ever gotten a razor that tugs and kills when you're

Shaving your cheeks

I have gotten plenty of those in the past and I was never able to find a brand that actually works for me without any

Knowledge I decided to give Dollar Shave Club a try

And I am dead serious when I tell you that their shit is smooth

The kit that they sent me it came with their executive handle

Shave butter which is ten times better than any shaving cream

I've ever used three wipes for your ass, which I'm gonna try out to this video a body cleanser and for executive blades

I've already used two because like I said I'm not even kidding. I love this product. They're actually giving away

This kit which is called the shit shower shave for

$5 to new members and then after the first box the replacement blades are only a couple bucks, but yeah

So enough of that. I hope you guys still love me. Let's talk about some people that you might see at the club

The smooth talker this person has no money, but they know how to use their words to pick up girls

He or she is really charming and knows exactly

What to say and when to say it the girl or guy with too much fake tan its

January 21st and everyone's whiter than the snow

But this person is darker than charcoal the photo bomber

Anytime this person sees a club photo being taken they jump in the background with a funny face

Just so that they can go back to the album and find themselves in the background of everybody else's photo

The creepy guy who's trying to fuck this guy came to the club probably not even that drunk

He's there for only one reason. It's to find the drunkest girl and take her home to bang

He's usually standing at the edge of the club or on the outside of the dance area looking something like this

Then there's the couple that's always about to break up they have a great time all day

But no matter what every time they go out they get into a fight

Maybe she saw him looking at another girl or perceived it that way or maybe he thinks she's flirting with everybody

But no matter what they're always screaming at each other it could be in the middle of the dance floor

It could be outside of the club, but somebody ends up crying, but it's always over the dumbest shit

And they get over it in the morning the people that show off their cash these people will go to the club buy a booth

Try and buy all the ladies drinks and come dressed to the nines we get it man. You've got money

Why did you come to a club that costs only two dollars to get in in the middle of nowhere?

Then we got the circle dancers these people go to the dance floor create a circle just to dance and look at each other

They're taking up so much room, and if you try and go in the middle

They get really mad at you, then we got the hockey kids

This could be any sport from where you're from it could be the football people the lacrosse the lax guys

But in my hometown it was the Niagara Ice Dogs

These people have their hair slicked back acted like they were the top of the ranked people shit

Don't stink but really they're just dicks they all hang out in the same spot together talking about which girls

They're gonna bang or how many girls they have banged?

But they ended up leaving with just their boys in Whistler where I was just living for two years

We'd always see these people the bachelorette party

They're always the most loaded and dressed in the weirdest shit typically in the color pink

But they are definitely some of the most fun people to party with then we have the old guy and it's not even weird that

The old guys there, but he's always partying and somehow all the girls want to dance with him

I don't know if it's a status thing or if they just want to say they did it this guy is always grinding a chick

And I'm like bro. How are you doing it although?

I hope I'm not at the club still when I'm 80 years old and we got the couple that needs to get a room usually

They just started dating because they're all over each other. I tell me a Maggie were

back in the day

Their tongues down each other's throat. He's probably got a finger inside of her

It's getting gross, but they just don't know when to take it home. Then we got the second lifer

This one sometimes me it happened on my birthday

But it's when you pass out you throw up sometimes you have to pull the trigger yourself

If you don't know what I mean that means making yourself throw up, but you give yourself an hour

And you're ready to party again. Everybody loves a second lifer, then we have the person who's taking all the drugs

They're wide eyed the jaws moving they just cannot stop dancing most the time

They're talking about nonsense, and they're hitting on everybody then we have the person who's way too drunk

Slopping around everywhere just leaning on people or like slurring the words

I'm not very good at acting drunk, but yeah, they're doing shit like that, but on the other hand

There's the people who act too drunk. Who aren't really drunk

These are typically the youngest people in the club who want to be cool. Oh my god. I had a smirnoff ice

And then we have me the cheap people the people that arrive at the club early

So they don't have to pay cover, and they only buy drinks when there's deals. I mean it's not too bad

I save a lot of money, and yeah guys. That's 16 people that you'll see at a club almost every time you go out

I'm sure you guys know the routine by now if you liked this video

Please give it a big thumbs up leave me comments down below and don't forget to subscribe for a new video every single Thursday

Top 10 Birth Stories You Won't Believe - Duration: 7:20.

Welcome back everyone to Most Amazing Top 10 - my name is Danny Burke and today were

gonna be taking a look at the top 10 Birth Stories You Wont Believe.

Well, you will believe them, thats just the title yknow.

Sorry to burst your bubble everyone, buzzfeed lied to us all.

Before we get into this - did you know were having a Most Amazing meetup?

Its our first ever one.

Its gonna be at Dundas Square in Toronto on May 12th at 2PM.

Come out and say hi - bring your Most Amazing shirt from mostamazingshop.com and we will

sign the first ones we see.

Its gonna be a lovely afternoon - don't worry if you cant make it though, were gonna be

annoucing more dates in different places throughout the year!

Starting off at number 10 we have own Grandson.

In 2011, a woman from Chicago gave birth to her own Grandchild.

It sounds crazy but its true.

Her daughter is called Connel.

Connel and her husband had been struggling to have a baby for years and were looking

for a surrogate mother to carry their fertilised embryo.

Connels own mother stepped forward to say that she would carry the child.

Of course, postmenopausal birth can come with a lot of risks but after many tests, the Doctors

gave her the green light.

She ended up giving birth through C section to Finnean, a healthy boy - and her own Grandson.

Staying with the Grandmother theme now - at number 9 we have the Youngest Grandmother

ever.

This record is held by Rifca Stanescu of Romania who became a Grandmother at the ripe old age

of 23.

She eloped at the age of 11 because she was scared of being forced into marriage by her

father.

She gave birth to her daughter Maria at 12.

When Maria was 11, she gave birth to her daughter Nicolae.

Pretty mind blowing stuff.

On a side note, that also made Rifcas Mum a great grandmother at age 40.

I mean, Im just gonna leave you guys with those facts and see what you have to say in

the comments section.

Next up at number 8 now we have the Surprise Birth.

A birth can surprise a lot of people - but have you ever heard of it surprising the mother?

Jennifer West of Illinois woke up one morning with what felt like the worst period cramp

she had ever experienced.

It got so bad that she ended up visiting a hospital where incredibly, the Doctors told

her that she was in labour.

Jennifer had no idea she was pregnant.

It turns out she had just missed all of the signs.

The morning sickness?

She thought it was just the fly.

The missing periods?

She thought she was just getting her normal irregular periods.

She thought the 20 pound weight gain was just her body changing and that the heartburn was

just her stomach ulcer playing again.

Jennifer also had a tilted uterus meaning she couldnt feel the baby kick, just a dull

pain instead.

The full story is incredible if you guys are interested to hear more …

Next up at number 7 we have the Longest Labor - couldnt leave this off the list could we!

The woman who holds this record is Joanna Krzy-sz-tonek but its not something youd wish

upon anyone.

Joanna was carrying triplets.

Tragically, 5 months into her pregnancy, one of the fetuses was born prematurely and died.

She then started to go into labor before she was ready and in an effort to delay it - the

Doctors told her to lie down with her legs in the air.

They hoped that the gravity would prevent any more prematures births.

She stayed like that for 75 days - the longest labor ever recorded.

Thankfully, the story has a happy ending, Joanna gave birth to the twins all thanks

to crazy technique …

Coming in at number 6 now we have The Leap Babies.

Some people are born on leap days - you might know someone who was - they technically only

have a real birthday every 4 years.

Its quite rare but one couple from Utah might say otherwise.

David and Louise are a couple from Utah who currently hold the record for have 3 of their

children born on consecutive leap days.

Their first children were all born on February 29th - 4 years apart from each other.

The chances of this happening are about 1 in a billion.

When all of their birthdays only come around once every 4 years, I bet its one hell of

a party.

Next up at number 5 we have the Driving Test.

For many people, the day of their driving test is a huge deal - usually the most important

date of the month.

Well, that wasnt necessarily true for Emily French.

She was a 20 year old from Scotland who woke up a 4 AM on the day of her test to discover

that her waters had broke - her due date was still a month away.

Despite everyone telling her otherwise, she decided to hold out for the test which was

at 8:40 AM.

She took the 45 minute test, passed it and then drove herself to the hospital to give

birth.

Emily later said that being in labor helped kill her pre test nerves.

At number 4 now we have Born In The Clouds.

This is the story of Aida Alamillo - a Phillipino woman who, in 2011, gave birth on a flight

from the Philippines to San Francisco - her first time traveling to the US.

She was 35 weeks pregnant when she boarded the flight.

After a few hours, she went into labor.

Luckily, 3 nurses were on board the plane and helped deliver the baby.

Paramedics were waiting for her at the airport too.

The baby was healthy and will one day grow up with quite the story.

Where were you born?

Oh in that hospital down the road?

You?

Oh I was born 39,000ft above the pacific ocean.

Cool.

Next up at number 3 we have the Marathon.

For many people who arent trained athletes, a marathon is a huge physical accomplishment.

Well, one woman who wasnt intimidated by this was Amber Miller who ran the Chicago Marathon

when she was 39 weeks pregnant.

For those of you that don't know - shes done - that baby is ready to pop out.

She ran the first half of the marathon and then she started getting contractions.

Time for the hospital right?

Nope.

It took 6 and a half hours but she finished.

Amber and her husband then got a bite to eat and headed to the hospital where she gave

birth to a healthy girl.

Coming in at number 2 we have Work Birth.

For many women, the ideal place to give birth is in a hospital.

Well, Emily Jacobs seemed to have that sorted when her waters broke in the delivery room

at the University of Iowas hospital.

The only thing was - Emily is a Doctor - her waters broke while she was delivering another

womans baby.

At first, she didnt even notice but then, well, then she did.

She later said in an interview -Its funny how fast you go from being a doctor to a patient

and youre freaking out- … I wonder if the other woman was freaking out too.

And finally at number 1 we have Kendall Stewardson.

In 2012, this woman from Iowa gave birth to a 13 pound, 13 ounce baby - just an ounce

short of 14 pounds.

Only in 1 in 1000 babies are bigger than 11 pounds.

She chose to give birth naturally too - no c section and no paint medication - nothing.

Medical professionals were worried before the birth but impressed afterwards.

Her husband said shes kind of a hero, and Id have to agree.

Usually at the end of the video I ask for your opinion on the topic we discussed - this

one was about birth so theres its hard to have a controversial opinion about it - births

just kinda happen and thats it.

Ooo overpopulation!

Talk about that, if you want.

Thanks for watching guys, my name is Danny Burke and Ill see you all in the next video!

This Is What The Queen Actually Eats - Duration: 3:38.

The Queen's diet is a fascinating one — it's both mundane and quirky, with enough over-the-top

touches to remind you that, yeah, she is totally a queen.

From her strict habits to her occasional indulgences, this is what the world's most famous royal

actually eats.

A simple breakfast

Queen Elizabeth wakes up around 7:30 a.m. and enjoys a pot of Earl Grey with milk but

no sugar along with a few biscuits.

Her proper breakfast is a little more elaborate — she usually shares with Phillip a spread

of cereal, yogurt and toast with marmalade.

Kellogg's Special K is the cereal of choice for Liz, according to one former royal chef,

and she serves it to herself out of Tupperware, just like regular folks.

But one bowl she occasionally likes to eat it out of is insanely luxurious, according

to that same chef:

"It was a marble dish with three gold horses.

The dish was encrusted in diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds.

Thirty-something years ago it was valued at 500,000 pounds."

First drink of the day

The Queen's daily choice of alcohol is utterly unwavering.

Just before lunch, she'll drink a gin and Dubonnet with a slice of lemon and ice.

For the uninitiated, Dubonnet is a sweet, wine-based aperitif that blends fortified

wine, herbs and spices, and it was the favorite drink of the Queen Mother.

Two-parts Dubonnet and one-part gin — either Gordon's or Tanqueray — is the Queen's recipe.

"Dubonnet, the drink for all occasions."

Lunch tends to be uncomplicated for the Queen.

Served around 1:00 p.m., it tends to involve some combination of fish and vegetables.

According to her former chef, a typical lunch might consist of grilled Dover sole on a bed

of wilted spinach, or something similar.

On special occasions, she might go for something a bit fancier, such as rib of lamb, followed

by a tart with meringue for dessert.

A not-so-simple tea

The Queen's famous afternoon tea session consists of a variety of cakes, finger sandwiches,

and jam sandwiches.

These, of course, are served with of cup of tea.

Originating in the 1840s, afternoon tea quickly became a favorite meal of the higher social

classes.

Nowadays, it's more of a special occasion thing, but the Queen still sits for it every

day.

Dinner with Phil

As with lunch, special dinners can be an extraordinarily indulgent and elaborate affair — when it's

just Liz and Phil, however, that's rarely the case.

The pair will change into a more comfortable set of clothes before enjoying a "relaxed"

meal of meat — often sourced from the Queen's own estates — with vegetables, followed

by a martini.

Dessert might include strawberries, or white peaches grown at Windsor Castle.

Final drink

After dinner, the Queen has her final drink of the day while winding down and enjoying

a crossword or jigsaw puzzle: a glass of Champagne.

No fewer than eight brands of Champagne carry the royal warrant, though the Queen is said

to partial to Bollinger and Krug, just to name a few.

Royal chocolate

While she has her fair share of gastronomic likes and dislikes, one particular favorite

of the Queen's deserves special mention: chocolate.

Among her most well-loved desserts are chocolate biscuit cake, chocolate mousse and chocolate

ganache sponge cake.

"I love you!

There, I've said it.

I love you!"

And the queen loves her chocolate as dark and as bitter as possible — a cocoa content

of 60 percent or higher is a must-have, and she isn't a huge fan of milk or white chocolate.

Post-church roast

The Queen sits down for a traditional roast after attending Sunday mass.

The cut of meat comes from something hunted on her own estates, and she has a preference

for well-done meat, not being a huge fan of the rarer cuts.

If she's anything like her subjects, this Sunday roast is accompanied and followed by

a great deal of boozing, but we're not quite able to confirm that detail.

Why Do Geiger Counters Make That Clicking Sound? - Duration: 3:08.

[ Intro]

Say you've settled in for a day of gaming glory, and you're busy cruising the radioactive

wasteland of Fallout 4, when suddenly your speakers start emitting crackling, clicking

noises.

Gamers aren't the only ones who will recognize that sound: it's the characteristic noise

of a Geiger counter detecting radiation.

But it turns out that what you're really hearing is the sound of rogue electrons.

The Geiger counter was developed in 1908 by Hans Geiger and perfected 20 years later by

his student Walther Müller.

So the radiation detector inside it is called, surprise surprise, a Geiger-Müller or G-M

tube.

The tube is made of metal so it conducts electricity, and it's filled with a gas that's normally

inert, or nonreactive, like neon.

A long metal rod runs through the middle, with a power source charging it.

Everything is stable because the inert gas between the rod and the walls doesn't conduct

electricity—at least not yet.

That's where radiation comes in.

At the most basic level, radiation is how energy travels through space and is transferred

between things.

Geiger counters specifically measure ionizing radiation: radiation with enough energy to

strip electrons from atoms, leaving behind positively-charged ions.

That also makes it powerful enough to damage DNA, which is why ionizing radiation is dangerous

for living things … and why we have a vested interest in detecting it.

When a radioactive atom decays, it produces ionizing radiation in the form of subatomic

particles.

And with a Geiger counter, that's what you're looking to detect.

When the ionizing radiation passes through the gas inside the G-M tube, it knocks electrons

off the gas atoms inside.

The newly-freed electrons are attracted to the positively-charged rod at the center,

so they zoom towards it.

And as they do, they knock electrons off other atoms, in what's called a Townsend avalanche.

This cascade of atoms being ionized creates enough charged particles inside the tube to

briefly conduct electricity between the rod and the walls.

So there's a momentary surge of current.

When the tube is connected to a speaker, that current causes a rapid, jerking movement of

the speaker components—which is that crackling or popping noise.

While the electrons move toward the middle, the positive gas ions head the other way.

When they hit the walls of the tube, they pick up an electron from the metal, returning

to their original state and resetting the detector.

The same crackling can also happen with any abrupt change in the current running through

your speakers—like if you accidentally roll your gaming chair over your audio cables.

Thankfully, though, that type of crackling doesn't mean you need to go find a lead shield.

Now, tweaks to the tube design and the gas inside can make different Geiger counters

slightly more or less sensitive to different kinds of ionizing radiation.

But they're only really useful for detecting somewhat low levels of radiation.

That's because any radiation that hits before the tube finishes resetting isn't detected,

so they actually underestimate the danger in high radiation areas.

So this probably goes without saying, but if you hear a Geiger counter crackling, stay

away!

Unless you've got some mutant hound chops or a refreshing beverage to flush your rads,

that is.

THE CDC'S GREATEST COVER UP INFORMATION ABOUT LYME DISEASE - Duration: 16:00.

THE CDCS GREATEST COVER UP?

INFORMATION ABOUT LYME DISEASE THEY DONT WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT

BY ORGANICOLIVIA

Lyme disease, do you have it?

If you did, you probably wouldnt know unless youre one of the chronic sufferers that

have had to visit over 30 doctors to get a proper diagnosis.

Lyme disease tests are highly inaccurate, often inconclusive or indicating false negatives.

Why?

Because this clever bacteria has found a way to dumb down the immune system and white blood

cells so that its not detectable until treatment is initiated.

To diagnose Lyme properly you must see a Lyme Literate MD (LLMD), however, more and more

doctors are turning their backs on patients due to sheer fear of losing their practices!

Insurance companies and the CDC will do whatever it Ttakes to stop Chronic Lyme Disease from

being diagnosed, treated, or widely recognized as an increasingly common issue.

Lyme is considered by the medical field to only transmit by way of a tick infected

with bacteria.

However, the CDC itself admits it is under-reported, and believes there are between 300,000 to

half a million new cases each year.

That makes Lyme disease almost twice as common as breast cancer and six times more common

than HIV/AIDS.

Where are all of these new cases coming from?

(Its interesting to note that since Avril Lavigne recently went public with her Chronic

Lyme Disease battle, mainstream news outlets like The Daily Mail have been mentioning Lyme

can be transmitted by mosquitoes, too!)

lyme-disease-tick

When Lyme isnt detected in the early stages, it becomes Chronic Lyme, a condition which

the CDC and IDSA both deny even exists.

They will continue to deny it, because if theres one thing insurance companies hate,

its chronic disorders they have to spend time and money treating.

Therefore, a panel with ties to insurance companies gathered to write up official Lyme

guidelines that assure patients are only allowed a few weeks of antibiotic treatment and are

not to be diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease (even if clear symptoms persist and invade

the nervous system).

Over half of the panelists who wrote the IDSA Lyme guidelines announcing that Chronic Lyme

is not real including the panel chairman have obvious conflicts of interest including

financial interests in drug companies, diagnostic tests, and patents, as well as consulting

agreements with insurance companies.

Researchers and scientists with evidence in support of Chronic Lyme were intentionally

excluded from the panel.

Because of these unjust Lyme guidelines, insurance companies have the right to deny coverage

for the treatment of long-term Lyme disease.

Doctors have even lost their practices for successfully diagnosing and treating Chronic

Lyme, as shown in the film Under Our Skin.

In the case of Dr. Joseph Jemsek of North Carolina, he not only lost his license, but

also his livelihood.

Dr. Jemsek can no longer practice simply because he gave antibiotics to Chronic Lyme sufferers,

and was then sued by BCBS for 100 million dollars, following which he had to declare

bankruptcy.

You can read his closing remarks to the NC Medical Board just before they pulled his

license here.

You can also watch his story in the documentary at the end of this post.

Busted Big Pharma bucks taint the IDSA Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal

investigated the IDSA panel members for possible violation of antitrust laws and conflicts

of interest.

Of the 14 panel authors of the first edition guidelines: 6 of them or their universities

held patents on Lyme or its co-infections, 4 received funding from Lyme or co-infection

test kit manufacturers, 4 were paid by insurance companies to write Lyme policy guidelines

or consult in Lyme legal cases, and 9 received money from Lyme disease vaccine manufacturers.

Some of the authors were involved in more than one conflict of interest.

(Source: Under Our Skin [2008])

Study: Strong Evidence Of Sexual Transmission The bacteria that causes Lyme disease is Borrelia

burgdorferi, a type of corkscrew-shaped bacteria known as a spirochete.

The Lyme spirochete is a cousin to Treponema pallidum, the spirochete that causes syphilis.

Dr. Alan MacDonald, MD who appears in the documentary Under Our Skin (2008), says

in the film that he found found Borrelia (Lyme) DNA in 7 out of 10 postmortem Alzheimers patients

brains.

This makes perfect sense, since syphilis, its cousin, also invades the brain in tertiary

or neurosyphilis.

Dr. Klinghardt, MD (also quoted from Under Our Skin) stated that hes never had

a single patient with Alzheimers, ALS, Parkinsons Disease or Multiple Sclerosis

who tested negative for Borrelia.

Dr. Alan MacDonald, MD talks about Lyme.

Why are so many people suffering from Lyme disease and its allegedly associated chronic

disorders, such as Alzheimers and ALS?

A new study suggests that just like its spirochete cousin that causes syphilis, Lyme disease

may be sexually transmitted!

The study was presented at the annual Western Regional Meeting of the American Federation

for Medical Research, and an abstract of the research was published in the January issue

of the Journal of Investigative Medicine.

Medical Daily reports,

The study presented at the annual Western Regional Meeting of the American Federation

for Medical Research a collaborative effort by an international team of scientists tested

semen samples and vaginal secretions of three groups of patients to investigate whether

passing Lyme disease to a partner through unprotected sex is a possibility.

The study observed control subjects without evidence of Lyme disease, random subjects

who tested positive for Lyme disease, and married heterosexual couples engaging in unprotected

sex who tested positive for the disease.

The presence of B. burgdorferi and identical strains of the bacterium were of particular

interest to the researchers in unprotected sex in spouses.

The control subjects were found to test negative for the bacterium in semen samples or vaginal

secretions, as expected by the researchers.

The researchers found traces of B. burgdorferi in the vaginal secretions of all women with

Lyme disease.

In contrast, approximately half of the men with the disease tested positive for the bacterium

in semen samples.

In addition, one of the heterosexual couples with Lyme disease were found to have identical

strains of the bacterium in their genital secretions.

One researcher in the study notes, There is always some risk of getting Lyme disease

from a tick bite in the woods.

But there may be a bigger risk of getting Lyme disease in the bedroom.

Our findings will change the way Lyme disease is viewed by doctors and patients, said

Marianne Middelveen, lead author of the study.

It explains why the disease is more common than one would think if only ticks were involved

in transmission. But will this actually change the way Lyme disease is viewed?

Or will the money funneled in by insurance companies and vaccine manufacturers continue

to blind and corrupt the IDSA board members?

When is enough, enough?

The study was a joint effort by a team of scientists which included dermatologists,

molecular biologists, microbiologists, internists, and family practitioners.

The most revealing aspect of the study, in my opinion, is the fact I mentioned earlier:

one of the heterosexual couples with Lyme disease showed identical strains of the Lyme

spirochete in their genital secretions.

The presence of the Lyme spirochete in genital secretions and identical strains in

married couples strongly suggests that sexual transmission of the disease occurs, said

Dr. Mayne.

Gestational Transmission From Mother To Child From LymeDisease.org:

A North Carolina State University researcher has discovered that Bartonella (a common Lyme

co-infection) can be passed to unborn babies, causing chronic infections and possibly birth

defects.

Dr. Ed Breitschwerdt and his research group tested blood and tissue samples taken over

a period of years from a mother, father and son who had suffered chronic illnesses for

over a decade.

Autopsy samples from their daughterthe sons twin who died shortly after birthcontained

DNA evidence of B. henselae and B. vinsonii subsp.

berkhoffi infection, which was also found in the other members of the family.

Breitschwerdts research appears online in the April 14 Journal of Clinical Microbiology.

You can read a transcript of one of Breitschwerdts interviews on Bartonella here.

Multiple Strains Of Lyme?

In 2002, W.T. Harvey, an MD from Houston, began finding large numbers of chronically

ill Borrelia burgdorferi PCR- and seropositive patients in the area around his home and practice.

Houston, Texas is declared a zoonotically non-endemic area, so he set out to understand

just how this epidemic was occurring.

W.T. Harvey had no competing financial interest (as the CDC and IDSA do) and received no grants

when writing his study on Lyme.

In order to understand this finding prior to sufficient data availability, we chose

to examine critically the currently accepted but troublesome Lyme disease concepts,

Harveys study reads.

Our method was to analyze each foundation Lyme disease premise within the context

of available medical and veterinary literature, then to reconstruct the disease model consistent

with the preponderance of that data.

We find the present conceptualization of the illness seriously truncated, with a high likelihood

of two distinct but connected forms of human B. burgdorferi infection.

The yet-unrecognized form appears to have a broader clinical presentation, wider geographic

distribution, and vastly greater prevalence.

We conclude that Lyme disease currently acknowledges only its zoonosis arm and is

a limited conceptualization of a far more pervasive and unrecognized infection state

that must be considered a global epidemic.

Could You Have Lyme From Your Pets?

Suzy Cohen of suzycohen.com is a registered pharmacist and best-selling author.

When she graduated from pharmacy school in 1989, she believed that medication was the

answer to helping patients get healthy.

When that didnt always work, she began to do some serious research.

In one article addressing the truth about Lyme, she writes:

Most Lyme sufferers have pet cats and dogs, they are not aware that their pets gave it

to them.

But it happens like this, your pets go out into the yard to do their duty, and ticks

jump on them, especially in May and June, their breeding season but any time of the

year is possible.

Your pet totes these ticks into your house and then you cuddle with your pet.

The ticks get on you, and numb your skin.

They are teeny tiny, about the size of a poppy seed and youll never know you got bit.

They like every part of your body, but especially warmer areas, like armpits for example.

You may never know.

Sometimes the Lyme can happen from a cat scratch or bite.

When I ask pet owners about their pets, they go into a bit of denial, because of the great

love they have for pets.

But you have to realize pets, for as delightful as they are, are tick taxis.

If you have Lyme, and get bit again by your pet, you are potentially introducing new coinfections

or re-innoculating yourself with more Lyme organisms.

It explains why some people just cant get well, or get setbacks even under treatment.

Borrelia spirochetes have been found in the urine of infected dogs, among several other

animals.

Studies on mice have found that the spirochetes in urine remained viable for 18-24 hours and

concluded that [u]rine may provide a method for contact non-tick transmission of B. burgdorferi

in natural rodent populations particularly during periods of nesting and/or breeding.

Evidence for direct contact transmission has been demonstrated in mice.

These findings suggest that further research is needed to evaluate alternate methods of

Lyme transmission, such as by the urine of infected animals to humans.

Conclusion & How To Learn More: Lyme is one of the many microbes that has

entered our system.

And I feel as a physician that things are getting to a degree thats serious.

Were watching other mammals die out and just think, well, Im glad its not

me. However, as our environment becomes increasingly polluted, so do our bodies.

And then we grow bugs [parasites, pathogens] in us that are not compatible with human life

anymore. Dr. Klinghardt, MD, Under Our Skin

(2008).

7461400_f520 As Dr. Klinghardt said, this is getting serious.

Or as Dr. Harvey put it, this is an epidemic.

These patients, along with solid science, are being purposefully ignored because IDSA

panelists have been bribed and bought.

Could you have Lyme?

I suspect I might after a series of flea bites in 2011, and Im almost positive my mother

has had it for a very long time.

Her doctors are finally thinking the same.

This is no shock to me; as Dr. Klinghardt stated above, Lyme is one of the many microbes

that has entered our system.

We are all exposed to pathogens and parasites on a daily basis, and are never taught anything

about how to cleanse or maintain a largely uninhabitable inner environment (hint: a strong

immune system)!

In fact, Im on my third parasite cleanse and still passing worms.

What else are we housing that we dont know about?

Why is all of this information ignored?

Lyme presents itself in symptoms often misdiagnosed as Crohns Disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,

ALS, MS, Alzheimers, Colitis, Encephalitis, Fibromyalgia, Fifths Disease, Arthritis,

Cystitis, IBS, Lupus, Prostatitis, Psychiatric Disorders (bipolar, depression), Sjogrens

Syndrome, sleep disorders, thyroid disease, and more.

This is a long list, and the number of people who go misdiagnosed or undiagnosed altogether

is staggering.

As I said, Lyme and hundreds of other pathogens and parasites have taken up residence in our

bodies.

We have improved our outer practices of hygiene, yet have increased our sources of autointoxication:

GMO foods, processed food-like products, overeating, fluoride in water, and chemicals in everything

from household cleaners to plastics just to name a few.

Please watch Under Our Skin to learn more about Chronic Lyme disease and how the

medical industry continues to ignore this epidemic.

straighten my hair with this brush now not rat tailed comb I guess I could do

that but I just find it a little bit easier to get the hair straighter and

faster

okay so that's what my hair looks like my hair is really thin like I'm really

easy to flatiron that's why I don't section it anymore I just go in and do

it and I put it on like 400 or 360 on the flatiron and that's what happens that's

what it looks like now so it's grown maybe like an inch cuz I can see like my

hair curls a little bit once it be just my neck and that's a little bit of a

problem for me have to make sure the ends are always moisturized or if they

break off and they're touching my clothing but there's one thing I forgot

to tell you guys and that is before I do my hair I always spray it with heat

protectant this is TreSemme's thermal creations heat protectant spray and it's

up to 230 Celsius heat protection so I spray my hair before and after I don't

know why I spray it after I just feel like it needs it but my hair looks

really kind of shiny now so I'll brush it a little bit more maybe style it the

way I want to and I'll take some pictures make up the money again for

everybody to be able to see okay

Theoretical Physicist Believes Robots Pose Greater Threat Than Aliens - Duration: 3:14.

Theoretical Physicist Believes Robots Pose Greater Threat Than Aliens

by Vamien McKalin

Considering our abhorrent conduct in wiping out indigenous civilizations with the discovery

of new continents five hundred years ago, many modern humans are fearful that a

technologically superior extraterrestrial race might do the same thing to us.

In a recent Reddit Ask me Anything, theoretical physicist Michio Kaku expressed

his belief that humans will make contact with intelligent ETs within this century.

But he doesnt believe that we need to fear for our lives.

These highly advanced ETs will require nothing from humans, and will consider us as insignificant

as forest animals, so long as we dont get in their way.

It is the robots the artificial intelligence that we are creating at break-neck speed that

we need to worry about.

Robots could become so self-reliant that they find that humankind can be eliminated altogether.

I think we should put a chip in their brain to shut them off if they have murderous thoughts

says Kaku.

Either that, or actually merge robots with human as an android to create a hybrid in

order to survive.

Time will tell if Kaku is just kuku.

There are many of us humans who strongly believe in aliens, and that these mythical beings,

if real, stands to become a significant threat to Earth and could possibly wipe out the entire

human race.

Its pretty difficult to disagree with these folks since if we look back at our own history

and how humans have gone to war after finding new land, it wouldnt be surprising if an

alien species choose to destroy or enslave us.

Aliens Are Too Smart for War

In a recent Reddit AMA (Ask me Anything), Michio Kaku, a theoretical physicist, and

futurist, believes humans will eventually make contact with intelligence alien lifeform

within this century.

He added that these beings will likely be peaceful, but hes unable to say the same

for robots.

Kaku says advanced alien society would view us puny humans as insignificant.

Apparently, these creatures or beings would be more interested in gaining more knowledge,

something humans are not capable of giving.

These lifeforms would have thousands of years to resolve all their problems, therefore,

war is no longer on the agenda.

Still, should humans get in the way of their thirst for knowledge, a peaceful encounter

with extraterrestrials might turn deadly.

They still might be dangerous if they simply dont care about us and we get in the way.

In War of the Worlds, the aliens did not hate us.

We were simply in the way.

But for the most part, I think they will be peaceful, but view us like we view forest

animals, he concluded

Be concrete - which of what's in the picture is a design trend? - Duration: 4:40.

Ideal home: Living the concrete dream near the Polish capital.

According to the architects, for this house in Poland more concrete was used than for

any other private house in Europe before.

Doesn't sound very cozy, right?

But with a little trick, the building almost looks like it's made of wood.

Kampionski national park is just outside the Polish capital Warsaw.

Here you can find a house that looks like its made of timber.

But the facade is actually made of concrete.

Dzień dobry.

A warm welcome and please, get inside to my house.

600 tons of concrete went into the house, which is owned by banker Piotr Mialkowski.

The goal was to make the house look natural in this location.

Because the location is surrounded with pine woods and we didn't want to be intruders

or invaders into the space.

We wanted it to be at home.

Concrete plays a major role in the interior as well.

The wood-like appearance of the walls gives this normally harsh and cold material an entirely

different feel.

It is not cold at all.

You can touch it.

It really feels good, you know.

And then, when you look at the structure, since it really resembles wood and it really

contains some wooden parts, it is not cold at all.

I feel this is a very warm material, paradoxically.

Mialkowski moved into the 450-square meter house with his wife and three children some

eight years ago.

At first he had some doubts about the use of concrete - but not any more.

You can feel that this place probably outlive most of us easily.

And it brings some sort of stability also.

I like it, yes.

Stability comes at a price though.

You can't simply hammer a nail into a concrete wall and hang a picture for example.

But Mialkowski has a simple trick:

This is one of the version of the double sided stickers.

This one goes like, you know, when you have a shoe fixing like this.

So just take away one part, stick it to the wall.

And the other part, we'll stick it to the picture.

Just like that.

And then I need to just attach one against the other.

Just like that.

Very simple.

The Mialkowski family enjoys being close to nature.

The house has a rooftop terrace (3:10) and stands on 600 square metres of land.

(3:18) The inner courtyard has a pool.

Planning and building lasted three years.

It took time to develop the perfect texture and colour to achieve the illusion of wood

on the concrete surface.

We were experimenting quite a lot.

We were happy to find people who are enthusiastic about working with concrete.

So we found a Danish provider of the cement and a company from Cracow, that is a historic

city in the south of Poland, that brought the ingredients, the natural rock that is

used to renovate the facades of the medieval buildings in Cracow.

And this is how the mixture was created.

A house that has a warm and natural feel.

Proof that concrete is more versatile than it may appear.

You just have to be prepared to experiment.

Liverpool vs Watford [5-0] : Highlights All Goals and All The Opportunities - Duration: 4:06.

Mohamed Salah's record-breaking season shows no signs of slowing down as four goals in Liverpool's 5-0 victory over Watford put him in pole position for the Premier League's golden boot.

Not far behind is Roberto Firmino, who marked the best goalscoring season of his career with an exquisite backheel for his 23rd in all competitions against a Hornets side who presented little challenge as Liverpool bounced back from last weekend's defeat at Old Trafford.

The Egypt international's first hat-trick for the club took his tally to 36 for the campaign and his 28 in the top flight - four better than Tottenham's injured Harry Kane - is the best in Europe's big five leagues.
