President Moon orders gov't to submit constitutional revision bill next Monday - Duration: 2:26.

South Korea is working on what many think is a long overdue revision of the country's

constitution, and parliament is running out of time to agree on a draft to be put to a

national referendum this summer.

As those efforts stall ahead of a key deadline, the Blue House has announced that President

Moon Jae-in plans to submit his own revision bill to the National Assembly next Monday.

Our Blue House correspondent Hwang Hojun has this story.

Less than a week after President Moon was briefed on the outline of the government's

own bill on constitutional revision, the Blue House delivered its ultimatum to the Parliament

Monday morning.

"The President has instructed the Blue House to prepare the government bill for submission

on March 26,"

According to a Blue House official, the 26th is the absolute latest that a bill for the

constitutional amendment can be proposed.

Whether made by the Blue House or the National Assembly, the bill must go through parliamentary

voting within 60 days from the day the motion was made.

Also, people must be notified of a referendum at least 18 days prior to the actual voting

day.

President Moon has been adamant that a proposal for a constitutional change must be made,

either by the government or the parliament, by the end of March, so that a referendum

on the amendment can be held at the same time as the local elections in June.

Otherwise, it could result in more than 110 million U.S. dollars in extra costs.

The Blue House confirmed the move is intended to comply with the procedures and terms set

by the Constitution and the Korean law while giving the National Assembly a last chance

to agree on a constitutional amendment and come up with is own proposal.

"President Moon again said he will respect the agreement made at the National Assembly,

and asked parliament to quickly discuss and reach an agreement on its own bill."

Hence, the deadline of March 26th was given,... which means the government's proposal will

be made while President Moon is visiting Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates.

His trip takes place from the 22nd to the 28th of this month.

To help people's understanding of the bill proposed by the government, President Moon

ordered his aides to disclose the contents of the revision proposal over three days -

the Preamble to the Constitution and matters related to basic rights on Tuesday, decentralization

and popular sovereignty on Wednesday, and rights and privileges of constitutional institutions,

including the form of government on Thursday.

few weeks about you know, how to do these deals, where to put your money, how to spend

your money, what kind of deals to do, what kind of structures to use.

You know, what kind of, you know, business structures to build, how much money you're

going to need to make this happen?

How to keep your money safe, how to keep your credit safe.

All those things.

One of the things I wanted to do with this video is invite you to join my mentor program

and come to my two day buying even that's going to be coming up here soon.

The mentor program allows me to work personally with you.

And we do it in a group so you're with other people that are also learning this process.

But you're able to ask me questions personally.

My mentor students are the only people that I answer questions to other than on videos

Out of all the mentor students that come into my program, thirty percent of them will make

money.

I'm told that in programs like this, it's average, the average is five percent of the

So I guess I'm six hundred percent better than average?

But I can also tell you that one hundred percent of the people who do the work, who follow

through with the process the way that I teach it, will make money.

One hundred percent.

So, if you do the work, if you follow through, you're going to make money.

It's like going to college for a semester, you know, it's a six-month program, so it's

like going to college.

And it's about as expensive – not quite as expensive – I've got two kids in college

right now.

So it's not as expensive as putting college – kids in college – but it's like going

to college for a semester.

And if you do the work, instead of getting an A on your class, you make money.

If you don't do that work in college you get an F. But instead of getting an F in my

class, you just don't make any money.

So what I, my goal is for everybody that comes into this program is that you do the work.

And I have a conversation with everybody before they start and tell them, you've got to

promise me that you're going to put in eight to ten hours a week making phone calls, talking

to sellers and learning this process.

Eight to ten hours a week on the phone is a lot of time and it's not fun.

And it's frustrating, and, you know, it takes a while to learn it, but if you do this

for three or four months in a row, then that eight to ten hours a week is going to turn

into one hour a week because you're going to know how to convert those deals.

And instead of talking to a hundred people before you get your first deal, you're going

to talk to three, four, or five people and you're going to have a deal put together.

And your job is going to be so much easier.

And you're going to find that these deals will end up taking, you know, eight or ten

hours of your time at any particular time.

And that's if you don't have it automated and outsourced.

If you do that, then it can end up taking an hour of your time and then somebody else

can do all the other work for you.

And I'm going to show you in my mentor program how to automate, how to outsource and how

to eliminate all the junk you don't do.

So automate the stuff that you can, everything that you can't automate you outsource to

somebody else, and everything that you can't automate and outsource you just throw away.

You don't need to do that stuff.

And you'll end up being the one percent, you'll be doing the one percent of the work

and you'll be making the majority of the money.

So that's the goal, and that's the business that you want to create.

And you're going to learn how to do that to replace your income first, and then I'm

going to show you how to build your portfolio as well.

Because you want to create a portfolio that's going to make you rich.

The portfolio is that makes you wealthy.

The income is what gives you a good life and you making that income consistent makes it

a stress free life.

And making it consistent while you're doing very little work makes it fun.

You know, they say that there are three things that make people happy.

It's pleasure, purpose, and pride.

And these things will come when you get good and when you build a business, when you get

good at this work and you build a business from it.

And you get pleasure because it's a lot of fun and you have pleasure in your life

because you get good things brought to your life because you have the income to do it,

you can travel, you have freedom, all those things.

You have purpose because the things that we're doing here actually solve peoples' problems

in their life and it gives you purpose, it gives you meaning.

Because you're making peoples' lives better.

And on top of that, it gives you the ability to have the time to be able to give public

service in other ways in your life as well.

And then it gives you pride.

It gives you pride in yourself, it gives your family pride in you and it makes you feel

like you have a place in the world that's of value, that's important.

You know, I know that when I went through this process when I lost my business, my pride

was gone.

It completely evaporated.

And I had to fight my way back and find a way to make this work, to bring my life back

together.

I had to learn how to do that, and I had to learn, and the way that I did it was I started

looking at other people.

How could I help other people?

Instead of worrying about myself, because that's, that's what happens when everything

falls apart for you, when your life is in a tough situation.

All you can think about is yourself, you know, woe is me, you know, the whole thing.

And all you can think about is yourself.

But if you can take your eyes off yourself just for a minute and look at somebody else

and say okay, I can see this person is in a tough situation here.

They're trying to sell their house.

They don't know what they're doing.

They need my help.

I can solve the problem because Joe taught me how to do it.

So I can solve their problem, I can tell them how to do it, and if they trust me and let

me walk them through it, they'll be happy.

And by doing that, by putting your eyes on somebody else and taking it off yourself,

it changes your whole idea of the world.

It changes your whole perspective and it makes life worth living.

Anyway.

Taking the leap: When do I start my business? (2018: Words & Wine Ep 9) - Duration: 12:23.

hello and welcome back to another episode of Words & Wine where I talk

about business, books and big questions. Episode 9 - what a hot weekend, I hope

everyone survived, I can't believe it's the middle of March and we have had

weather like this, it's just absolutely crazy, and as such I'm not drinking a

wine I'm drinking Kilkenny it's probably one of my favourite stouts. This evening

I'm going to be talking about when to take the leap in starting your own

business and specifically we're going to be talking about starting at the end and

finishing at the start and this is something that I think is really really

important for getting yourself ready to become an entrepreneur to become a

business founder. So first things first I think there's a bit of a misconception

about taking a leap so actually when you start a business there are lots of leaps

you need to take and you will continue to take leaps

so the first leap that you take is from, perhaps, working whether it's full-time

or part-time into actually fully working in your business - that's a big leap the

next leap though becomes about sort of working through these various decisions

that you'll need to make for your business so for example when to scale

when to hire... every time there's an element of risk involved and that's part

of what it is to be a business owner and you know that doesn't ever really stop

if you want to continue growing and continue learning there's always going

to be these new transitions and new leaps that you need to take. I think a

lot of the hesitation in taking that first leap into your business is around

money, it's around whether or not you're going to be able to make this business

work and you know that that's - that's a really hard decision to make so there's

a few things that I would recommend thinking about. The first is is do you

have enough cash personally to give yourself a bit of - a bit of time without

pay? So have you built up a bit of savings a bit of sort

back up that if you know everything goes wrong and you need to go and find a job

do you have that financial support? If not you need to make sure that you have

some sort of back-up plan so even if it's not from yourself maybe

it's a family member you can lean on or a friend but make sure that you're in a

position where you really feel like if everything goes wrong you are not left

you know completely financially ruined I think that's important not only for your

personal life and your personal well-being but it's actually important

for your business as well. So when you start a business and you're going and

talking to customers and you're talking about what you're trying to achieve you

really want to be coming from a place of passion you don't want to be coming from

a place of desperation and actually clients and customers can really sniff

this out so if you're purely in it for the money and you're really desperate

for money from the start, clients are going to be able to and

customers are going to be able to tell that and it's going to put your business

at risk so you really want to feel financially secure at least for a period

of time during that first transition from full-time work or part-time work

into your business. Now some people may also actually start their business

part-time so what you could do is look at cutting back hours at work in order

to start trying things out with your business and I think that can be a

really really good move as well, it really just depends on

what your personal situation is so for me and what I did is my business

officially started in the beginning of the financial year 2017 but in the

months leading up to that from about March my previous business partner and I

actually discussed the plans throughout for our business so that we we had an

idea of what we were launching by the time we launched it the other thing you

really want to think about is if you can how much you can bootstrap so again this

is good for you personally for your personal finances but it's actually also

good for your business so a lot of the time when we actually have budget to

throw into a business when it starts it actually doesn't force us to be creative

with how we're growing our business and I think that can

actually put us at a disadvantage bootstrapping and starting off from

scratch can actually be a really good way to force you into solving problems

in a creative way and really working out whether or not you feel like the

business is right for you now I did say that I was going to talk about the end

starting with the end and then finishing up at the start so the reason I was

saying that is that you don't want to start a business thinking about the next

three months you do want to have that that leeway that space but what you

really want to do is make sure that where you're trying to get to is

somewhere that you feel really excited about and really passionate about so

this is something that so this is something that I have talked about

previously in a couple of episodes what should i do with my life and

business vision mission and values we talked about with vision really thinking

about the end in mind what is the destination for your business but I want

you to also think about this so if the world was your oyster if you didn't have

to worry about money which I have said before where do you want to end up so

tying those kind of two things together where do you want to be and how do you

want to be living your life because if you start thinking about that it's

really going to help you work out what you're willing to sacrifice in the short

term to get there do you want to be in your business day-to-day operating the

business running the business working with a team do you want to start

multiple businesses and so do you need that business to scale and maybe you're

going to sell it one day you know those kinds of things start thinking about

where you actually want to end up even if it's 20 years down the track do you

want to be spending your time traveling or do you want to spend your time in one

particular area what do you want your life to actually look like in the long

term and how do you want to be spending your time I also want you to think about

what you're really really passionate about so what you absolutely love what

you you're like you would do for free so

we've again we've covered this before but I really want to just dig a little

bit deeper into that in saying that because I've experienced this recently

myself where I was passionate about marketing and marketing consulting but

what I'm really really passionate about is making sure that the kind of

businesses that I'm working with are businesses that are doing some good for

our society and so really shifting that and making sure that every client that I

work with is a client that I really believe in and I want to be a part of

and I believe they're doing a good thing that has been a really important pivot a

really important shift for me and so I wanted to share that with you to start

but to really just finesse that passion a little bit more what types of people

do you want to be working with every day do you want a you know a staff do you

want a team of people under you do you want to have colleagues that you work

alongside or peers you work alongside think about actually what it's going to

feel like if you could be doing what you want to do every day and the other thing

that I really learned is once I talked into that I just actually didn't even

feel like I was working anymore my work doesn't feel like work it feels like

part of my life it feels like something that I can just enjoy and that's a

really really powerful and positive obviously positive thing to have in your

life but clients can tell that as well so it's actually really good for your

business if you look at businesses that really do well often they're led by

people who really believe in what they are doing and they really believe that

they are making a positive difference in the lives of their customers in the

lives of their audience this is sort of like a bit of a win-win scenario what's

going to work for your life is most likely going to affect the kind of

business that you run and how well your business does if you're just in your

business to make money don't do that just work for someone else if all it is

is about money to you you're much better off having a secure job but if it's

about making money long term if you're

about it in terms of the long-term investment and where you want to get to

isn't in that nine-to-five job down the track you can start to really feel like

okay maybe maybe I'm willing to sacrifice a little bit for now in order

to achieve those goals in the long run I think the result of all of this is that

you do get to live the life that you desire that you do get to really feel

like you can love what you do each day and that's definitely been the case for

me and so that risk also becomes something that isn't so scary you

started with the end in mind you've started with where you want to get you

and then you kind of work back from there so when is it right to take the

leap it's right to take the leap when you feel like the sacrifices you're

going to be making the short-term are worth it in the long run

there will be times where you struggle and there will be times where it is

really challenging and really scary and it's really important that you have

people around you who are going to remind you of that long-term goal and

who are going to be able to support you in the short term so like I said have a

financial backup plan if everything goes wrong what's the worst that can happen

if you're not in a position where you're comfortable with worst-case scenario

then you need to work on that first don't take the leap until you've worked

out worst case scenario I'm okay with this be comfortable with that

that's going to make sure that when you're out there starting to grow your

business and doing business development you don't sound like someone who's

desperate or someone who is just after the money you're someone who instead is

comfortable with where you're at and if you get business great because then you

get to do what you love to do so I think that's a really important mindset to be

in before you take that leap also the other thing that you really need to do

is set realistic expectations so don't sit there thinking that you're going to

make millions of dollars in the first year you need to be calculating a

relevant and realistic target for your business and this is why I'm saying

bootstrapping is important as well so let's say your

a business where you actually do get some funding if you get funding be

really tight with that funding don't sit there and go out and employ heaps of

people straightaway test your product test your service make sure you've got

the right mix get out there and talk to potential customers first and then

launch it in a way that is appropriate so that you can grow at a steady pace

rapid growth really quickly is actually very hard to manage especially if you've

just started your first business and that can lead to things like bankruptcy

it can lead leads of things of you know insurmountable debt so make sure that

you're growing at a pace that you're really comfortable with and like I said

when you're you're ready for that leaf when you're ready to make some of those

sacrifices you're ready for that leap when you know that worst case scenario

you're comfortable with that outcome and so that manageable risk is a really

really important thing for starting a business ok guys I hope that has been

Ever since Jurgen Klopp took over the reigns at Liverpool, the side has improved immensely.

He is a type of manager who always wants his team to be fit and agile, and he is definitely

Klopp's midfield.

His work rate, ability to win tackles and short passing skills play an important part

in Liverpool gameplay.

Although his gameplay mostly concentrates on getting the best out of his team-mates,

he never shies to go forward whenever he gets the opportunity and contributed 6 goals and

9 assists for the team last season in the league.

#3 Andrew Robertson

Liverpool signed Andrew Robertson from the relegated Hull City at the start of the 2017-18

season to end their long-term crisis at the left-back position.

Unlike other Liverpool's left-backs, he is defensively sound as well and adds composure

to the backline.

His work-rate and tendency to help the attacks perfectly compliments the Jurgen Klopp style

of play.

He is still in the initial months of his career at Anfield and is likely to improve with time.

So it is safe to that he will stay at the club for many more years to come.

Eyebrows were raised when Liverpool signed Sadio Mane from Southampton for a hefty fee

But as time started progressing, the Senegalese international started showing his worth to

There is no doubt that Mohamed Salah is by far Jurgen Klopp's best signing, or probably

one the best ever signings by Liverpool.

Salah joined Liverpool from AS Roma in the summer transfer window of 2017, and what a

signing he is proving to be.

He is performing brilliantly and is currently the top scorer in the Premier League this

season.

The Egyptian has already scored the most goals in his debut season compared to any other

Liverpool player ever and is also on the course of beating the record of scoring the most

goals in a single Premier League season.

Considering the fact that Salah is just 25-years-of-age, he is expected to achieve a lot more in the

upcoming years.

He also leads the race for the European Golden Boot and will be looking forward to adding
