STOP IT! 😮 5 THINGS TO STOP DOING IF YOU WANT TO BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH - Duration: 5:55.
Hello, what's up?
I'm Gabby Wallace your American English teacher founder of go natural English
making the world a more fluent place with your help now you want to be fluent in English and
You've been studying a lot of things for a lot of years to improve your English
Fluency now. What if I told you that?
learning and improving is not just about
accumulating
knowledge and facts
Improvement is actually about letting go of some things
Stopping doing some things if that sounds interesting then keep watching
Let me explain in this lesson
I'm gonna share five things that you can stop doing and these five tips are inside the English fluency
Formula so this lesson is brought to you by the ebook that I wrote for you to help you improve your English fluency
So let's go to page eight
Five things that you can stop doing right now
You can let go
Release them into the world, and you never have to worry about them again and in the meantime your English will improve
How about that? Would you like me to share these things with you that you can stop doing?
Okay number one if you don't see immediate improvement in your English don't give up
It takes time to change the way you learn and to realize that you are improving. It's all about
Patience it's all about enjoying the journey of learning English
Don't fixate so much on if you've actually improved from day
Today yes, it's important to learn new things to challenge yourself
But don't fixate so much on have I improved my score or my grades since yesterday
focus more on
What you can do to experience English on a daily basis?
So don't give up if you don't see a medium because also
You're gonna see that some days
You might improve a lot, and it seems like English is coming naturally to you all of a sudden
But then other days for whatever reason maybe you're feeling tired
Maybe you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, maybe you're experiencing a new English environment
Well, you're gonna feel like your english actually
Went back a level and that's natural
Because that's what it's like to learn and improve
You're gonna feel like you took two steps forward and one step back and two steps forward and one step back
But you are improving next let's talk about reading books
Don't stop reading a book just because it feels too difficult don't throw it away
Take a break
Try reading something else in the meantime, and then go back to that book that seems difficult
And I bet that after a month or two it's gonna see him a lot easier
It's a lot like these days with rock climbing
I started rock climbing about a month ago, and it was really really hard at first. I couldn't climb anything
It was really embarrassing by it I got a month pass and I've been going every single day
Sometimes twice a day to the rock climbing gym
And now I can climb a lot more and a lot better than I was on day one
some days are more difficult than others, but I can see an improvement and that's how it is with English so give yourself time and
Be patient with yourself
Number three don't compare yourself with others
there are they're people with other experiences and other goals and
Just compare yourself with you your goals and your improvements over time
Okay, number four is really important
don't focus on what you
Cannot do look we go where we focus have you ever noticed that maybe if you're driving or riding
Your bike and you're looking at something you start to steer towards it by
accidents or
Subliminally, not really even thinking about it
this is what happens when we focus on the
Negative when we focus on what we can't do it seems to expand it seems to get worse
it seems to get bigger so try not to focus on what you cannot do try to focus on what you can do and
lean in to your positive feelings about English your
accomplishments and English is gonna feel a lot easier to
finally number five
Don't try to do everything
alone
Learning English is not a solo activity. Yes. You're smart you're dedicated
You can learn so much on your own, but English for me at least is about
communication and that means two people or three people or four or
Many many many many many people so don't do it alone
Remember if you want to go fast go alone if you want to go far go together
One of my favorite proverbs so remember don't try to do everything on your own join the go natural English community

You promised me the whole world, who gave you the right to do that?
You can win, even without quads.
I'd bet money on it.
Huh?
Did you want to compete against me?
Don't be so full of yourself.
The ring you got from that pig is garbage.
I'll win just to prove how incompetent his owner is.

Top 10 Shocking Demolitions Gone Horribly Wrong - Duration: 5:55.
Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing channel on the internet.
I am Rebecca Felgate, your most amazing host and today we are talking The Top 10 Demolitions
Gone Horribly Wrong.
I don't know about you, but I find a good demolition weirdly satisfying, the crash,
the chaos, the neat destruction….
But they don't always go to plan… not in this list anyway!
Join me as we see some pretty funny failures.
Before we jump into this video, though, I just want to ask you guys to give it a thumbs
up…and leave us a comment telling us which demolition failure you enjoyed the most.
Also, I just want to point you to our merch store – Most Amazing Shop.com.
Redbank Rupture at number 10 - A Redfaced demolition team in Redbank Australia
had to use jack hammers and brute force to finally topple a silo.
Originally the 4000 ton building was supposed to be taken down by 100 kilos of explosives,
but it was not to be, the detonation simply left the building looking like an industrial
leaning tower of Pisa.
After hacking at the building for 40 minutes, it finally fell flat.
This is the best looking fail I have ever seen at number 9
So this American farm wanted to get rid of their silo, so they did what people who want
to get rid of structure do best – the demoloized that mother.
So demolized may not be a word yet… but this is certainly no straight demolition.
The way this tower kind of skids and falls is pretty enjoyable, plus we get to see it
from two angles.
It looks like it has a life of its own and it is descending to another plain.
Another of my favourite Silo Fails up next at number 8
This dude is trying to take down his silo without explosives, just brute strength and
determination.
I feel so invested in the narrative… he says at one point that he thinks that he only
needs to hit one more area and it would go tumbling.
Then, it starts…… buuuut……….
Then it stops….. the reaction from his friends is great.
They're like…YEAH…then, Ohh no.
We have a Sioux Smash at number 7 So back in December 2005, the Zip Feed Building
in Sioux Falls was about to meet its maker when things went a little bit wrong.
As the demolition was about to take place, the basement was blown out, sure, but the
rest of the building just kind of wobbled to the side.
What makes it even funnier is that the building had a sign on it saying boom!
Not quite the big boom we were all hoping for.
Close, but no cigar at number 6 So my favourite thing about this failed demolition
is not the failure itself, but the laughter from the girl watching it happen.
She is WELL amused that this depressing looking windowless concrete block does quite make
the fall.
QUITE the giggle.
The old wiggle back at number 5 So demolitionists in Crimea tried to take
down this abandoned building but it doesn't work at…at all.
It looks like the explosives detonate around the middle of the building, and the building
does wobble somewhat, but then it gently rocks back and forth before deciding, nah, it doesn't
fancy falling.
Not today, lads.
Not today.
The footage of this fail has been watched over 3 and a half million times.
Two part tart at number 4 So, this structure in Liuzhou in China was
supposed to break in two then fall down.
Unfortunately it was only half a success, as one part remained semi standing, just leaning
a touch.
It had to be taken down with a few swings of a wrecking ball in the end.
The Pontiac Silverdome- 3 In December 2017, the Pontiac Silverdome in
Detroit was supposed to meet its end.
The 80,000 capacity stadium opened in 1975 and housed concerts from The Rolling Stones
and Led Zeppelin and even the Super Bowl.
When the blasts went off to collapse the building….well…have a look.
Yeah, nothing.
Uh oh, she's going the wrong way at number 2
Ohio-no!
A smokestack demolition went really wrong in Springfield Ohio!
In 2010, demolishers took down a 300ft smokestack, or chimney, expecting it to fall east.
It didn't.
It fell the wrong way, and knocked out power for thousands of people in the area.
The video of it happening is pretty classic too… the slow realisation that all is not
well.
Luckily nobody was hurt.
Finally at number 1, we have a big Turkish Topple
So in this demolition video, a building in Cankiri, Turkey, is for the chop.
The 80 ft tall factory building was expected to fall downwards in on itself, but instead,
it comically flops over and rolls away.
I say comically, it really wouldn't be funny of you were near the building or responsible
for the damage and clean up…but still.
It does come scarily close to whacking into that neighbouring building.
So there we have it.
That was the Top 10 Demolition Fails!
Which of these did you find the craziest?
Let me know in the comments section below…also don't forget to leave a thumbs up on our
videos if you like them!
For now, I am your Most Amazing Host, Rebecca Felgate, I'll see you in the next video…
in the mean time, hit that notification bell to be the first to see a new Most Amazing

Iran Gets SUED For 9/11 Attacks - Duration: 5:56.
Several survive-
You can't make this stuff up.
No.
This is right from the transcripts.
Several survivors of the 911 attacks, and the representatives of those killed, brought
a federal complaint against Saudi Arabia and Iran, which is a little different, alleging
that Iran knew about the attacks and helped plan and coordinate them.
Now, as we've talked about on this show, no question, Saudi Arabia participated.
Saudi Arabia prince, the family, the royal family, financed it.
The family knew what was happening.
Most of the people involved in it were Saudi Arabian nationals.
Obviously, Saudi Arabia, you can sue Saudi Arabia.
Now, because of JASTA ... JASTA is a law that was passed by both sides.
Both Democrats and Republicans jumped on this opportunity to pass a law that says, "We ought
to be able to sue Saudi Arabia if they're involved in terrorist attacks."
Before JASTA, the only way you could sue a country was to say that they were on a terrorist
list.
That came from the Foreign Sovereign Immunity's Act, and you can sue them that way.
Iran, now, is back in it.
Tell us what the theory of the case is.
There's a couple of different fact patterns that lead to liability for Iran.
One is that there was a pathway, essentially, from Iran to Afghanistan for 8 of the 11 hijackers.
They went from Iran, Afghanistan, and back and forth, and their passports weren't being
stamped.
It was easier to get back and forth.
That came from the higher ups in the Iranian government that helped facilitate the bombing
and helped train the bombers, the attackers.
Really, they also found records.
That's the next step.
Now, again, full disclosure.
I'm suing Iran for terrorism throughout the country.
Actually, bringing the banks too, where the banks washed the money for the operatives
in Iran, and it was sent all over the country.
American's, well, all nationalities were killed in terrorists attacks.
We're suing the bank to show how they washed the money.
We're going after Iran.
We started out suing Iran.
In this case, what's coming up in this case, is it's very clear that Iran had the same
plan, which was the 911 attack-
That came form the documents that were-
Came directly from the documents.
They had the same plan underway.
The allegations, here, are that they shared that with the people that were involved in
the attack.
Actually, when you look at what they had planned, it is just exactly-
It was hijacking commercial planes and running them into buildings in DC and New York.
That was part of the contingency plan.
It was all laid out in documents that were found when they killed Osama Bin Laden in
his compound, and it all went back to Iran.
This lawsuit is rolling back the immunities and protections that we gave and gives a pathway
to recovery.
What people don't understand is there are billions of dollars of assets in Iran right
here in the United States that you could after if you get a judgment.
This case-
That's where you hit them.
Yeah, this case has real potential.
What I'm seeing about this case is ... My bet is that Iran won't even answer it and
that Iran will default.
In other words, they'll say, "We're not even going to try to defend ourselves here."
They'll default, then the next hearing will be, "Well, can we go after their assets?"
You know what I like about this line of cases, though, that you're seeing, and the bank cases
that you guys are doing on the terrorist side is it's very similar to the model used by
your friend Morris Dees in Alabama.
It is, if you can't necessarily go after the conduct, go after the money.
Hit the bottom line.
Grab the money.
Dry up the money.
Dry up the money, make it difficult, and just evaporate the tools, the money.
By going after the assets, I think you're really going to see more than some of the
military conduct that ebbs and flows back and forth from the middle east.
You're going to see them hitting the bottom line.
You're going to see it making it more and more difficult for them to act.
You had several banks in the UK and the United States that already plead guilty.
Nobody went to prison, but they plead guilty to, "Yes, we did wash money for terrorist
groups," billions of dollars worth of terrorist group money.
The point is, what people don't understand ... They ask, "Well, how do you tie it up?"
Well, we have forensic people that can say the money originated with this person, maybe
in the royal family.
The money then went to UBS, wherever it might've gone.
UBS washes the money.
Then, the way it gets to the street is everybody ... Take Al-Qaeda, for example, you think
Al-Qaeda is one organization, but it's actually a series of org- It's like the Crips and the
Bloods.
Crips own 42nd Street.
Bloods own 50th Street.
The same thing happens with these terrorist organizations.
The forensic types are able to follow the money all the way down to the street.
They're able to find out, where did the money go from the bank?
What bomb maker did it go to?
Where's the area that the bomb maker operated in?
They can draft it down right to the point to where the explosion takes place.
You can't do it with 100% certainty, but you can do it with what they call within a reasonable
degree of forensic probability.
That's really all you have to get.
You have get passed that threshold.
Was there a reasonable degree of forensic probability that the money that was initiated
with the royal family, there in Saudi Arabia, or in Iran?
It initiated there, went to the bank, and then ended up on the street after [crosstalk
00:05:51].
After a series of transactions.
After a series of transactions.
This is really sophisticated.
Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

3 Questions Every Network Marketer Needs to Answer - Duration: 2:33.
I'm gonna ask you three questions and I want you to consider these. These are
questions that I had to ask myself and I think all of us as Network Marketing
professionals have to ask. Number one is this, if not Network Marketing then what
am I gonna do? You see I asked this question to myself you know when it got
hard. When it got a little tough. You know I started saying what else am I
gonna do? What am I gonna go get a job and work for the rest of my life. A job
and you know it's the nights when you're driving down the highway.
There's no headlights behind you, no taillights in front of you, and the
little mice with the pink tutus; they start running across the dashboard.
That's when you know you're really getting a little delirious and you're
white knuckled right. And you're thinking to yourself man, I'm either crazy. I'm
either insane or I am destined for something great. So if not Network
Marketing, what are you gonna do? The second question I'd like you to consider
is this. If not now then when? You see now is really the only time that matters.
It's really actually the only time that exists. If you think about you know words
like someday, one day, guys that's where unsuccessful people live. Okay.
Don't subscribe to that mentality. If not now than when? Most people want crock pot
results with microwave efforts and so you got to understand guys, now is what
matters right. Hoping for a future without investing in today. That's like a
farmer hoping for a harvest and never planting any seeds. It doesn't make much
sense. So, if not now then when? The third question is this and this is the big one.
If you're taking notes jot this down. If not you then who? Who's gonna do it. Let
me teach you something that my mentor when I was 18 taught me. He
said Brandon, listen, no one's coming to save you. No one's gonna come get you up
off your couch and tell you to stop eating Cheetos at midnight watching
Dancing with the Stars and CSI. You're gonna have to do that yourself. No one's
gonna save your family. No one's gonna save you from your destiny that's
being created right now. You have to do it right. Let me tell you how serious
your life is. You're not gonna make it out alive.
Okay, this is a big deal. This is not a dress rehearsal. You don't get
another shot. So, let's make this one the best shot we can give it.

BREAKING: Major American Hero Dead In New York Under Unwanted Circumstance - Duration: 5:56.
BREAKING: Major American Hero DEAD In New York Under Horrific Circumstances.
September 11th is a somber time for Americans.
On that day, we honor those who were killed in the horrific terror attacks, and we share
stories of where we were & how we will never forget.
Most Americans were far away when the planes flown by radical jihadists crashed into the
Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and into a field in Western Pennsylvania after heroic passengers
thwarted the terrorists from hitting their target, most likely the U.S. Capitol.
Most of us will never know the type of horror those on the ground experienced as the planes
hit, the buildings fell, and that of the thousands who lost their lives attempting to escape.
Perhaps those who know it most are the ones who rushed towards the danger, in order to
save precious lives.
After the planes hit, thousands of police & firefighters rushed to the crippled buildings,
not knowing what was soon to come.
As the first-responders selflessly attempted to save American lives, the towers collapsed
on them.
The South Tower collapsed at 9:59 a.m.
The North Tower at 10:28 a.m.
Of the thousands who rushed to the buildings, 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, 8 EMTs,
and a fire patrolman were killed.
In the days & weeks after the attacks, first-responders searched for survivors amid highly toxic clouds
of dust.
Thousands would become ill because of the poisons they breathed in during the search
& recovery efforts.
Many have died.
Unfortunately, one of those heroes has succumbed to the toxins that he was surrounded by as
he worked to evacuate survivors of the attacks.
New York firefighter Thomas Phelan evacuated hundreds of souls on that fateful day.
Today he passed away from cancer.
Horrifically, it's believed the disease was caused by the poisonous dust he inhaled
as he saved others' lives.
He was 45 years old.
Via New York Daily News:
'City firefighter Thomas Phelan, an unsung hero of 9,11 who evacuated hundreds of people
from Lower Manhattan while working as a ferry captain, has died.
He was 45.
Phelan died Friday of cancer.
His illness was believed to be related to his exposure to the toxic fumes swirling around
Ground Zero, officials and friends said.
He was working as a Statue of Liberty ferry captain when terrorists slammed two airplanes
into the World Trade Center, stranding thousands of people.
Phelan turned his tour boat into a rescue vessel and played a key role in what's been
described as the largest evacuation in city history.
"He brought supplies, rescue workers & was a huge part of the operation," according
to the NYC Fire Wire Facebook page.
He went on to join the FDNY in May 2003.
Phelan was assigned to Engine Co. 55, but was later promoted to marine patrol and transferred
to Marine 9 in Staten Island.
He was credited with one save during his career, officials said.
"I'm so sad!
A true hero and gentleman," Maura Buckley wrote on Facebook.
"He would help anyone and everyone any chance he could.
I just can't believe this and honestly don't understand why it's always the good ones
we lose way to early."
Paul Iannizzotto wrote that he worked with Phelan at Engine 55.
"Always a stand up guy, always doing the right thing, and will be sorely missed,"
he added on Facebook.
"Rest easy brother."
Edward Fahey said Phelan was a master mariner.
"I was just talking to my old man and he said even at a young age you were the best
boat captain he had ever seen," Fahey wrote.'
What's sad about this is that many are unaware they can get monetary help from the government
for illnesses caused, by the toxic dust they inhaled after the attacks.
Not enough is being done to communicate to first-responders & others that they are eligible
for assistance.
It's almost like they've been forgotten.
On top of that, many don't believe that they are sick because of an event that took
place almost 17 years ago.
Via Newsweek:
'Doctors with the World Trade Center Health Program, which the federal government created
in the aftermath of the attacks, have linked nearly 70 types of cancer to Ground Zero.
Many people have fallen victim to cancers their doctors say are rare, aggressive and
particularly hard to treat.
"The diseases stemming from the World Trade Center attacks include almost all lung diseases,
almost all cancers—such as issues of the upper airways, gastroesophageal acid reflux
disease, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, panic and adjustment disorders," says Dr. David
Prezant, co-director for the Fire Department of the City of New York's World Trade Center
Medical Monitoring Program.'
Newsday explains the toll on first-responders:
'The James Zadroga 9,11 Health & Compensation Act of 2010 established the World Trade Center
Health Program, which pays for health care, medical monitoring and treatment to the people
directly affected by the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
Nearly 80,000 people, most of them first responders, are covered by act.
As of June 30, 1,387 have died, although it is not known whether all of the deaths were
attributed to 9,11 illnesses.
Nearly 7,000 people enrolled in the program have been diagnosed with cancers.
The majority of them — nearly 6,000 — are first responders.'
First responders who thought nothing of themselves when they rushed to help their fellow Americans
don't deserve to die like this.
Thomas Phelan didn't deserve it.
He gave all.
It's time politicians stepped up their efforts to inform firefighters & police that there
is help out there.
What do you think about this?

Bruised And Broken Hillary Just Got Bad News Of Her Life After Falling On Her Face Again! - Duration: 7:41.
Bruised And Broken Hillary Just Got WORST News Of Her Life After Falling On Her Face
Again!
Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton can't seem to manage to stay on her toes
these days. But when it comes to attacking President Trump, and his family she can run
a marathon. And although she is currently on a worldwide speaking tour she still manages
to both attack and slip and fall.
The former Secretary of State and 2016 Presidential candidate seems to be having an extra hard
time during her visit to India. This time it seems that on top of making a spectacle
of herself just by trying to walk down a flight of stairs, she has also fallen while using
a bathtub and has been diagnosed with having a hairline fracture on her wrist.
There have been countless times in the past where Hillary has been reported to have taken
spills and falls. One, which is probably the most notorious being during at the 2016 9/11
memorial.
Although throughout the campaign she wouldn't admit it and the left stream media in our
country conspired, to keep the whatever is going on with her health a secret it's obvious
something is very wrong here. To the point that it's now been confirmed that the Democrat
Party was so worried, that they even thought about replacing her with Joe Biden or the
Socialist Bernie Sanders.
But since Democrats were so dead set on beating Donald Trump by telling us how bad our now
president would be, they forgot to look right under their noses to see their candidate isn't
right. It's not normal for a person to not be able to walk down a few steps, or take
a bath without needing someone there to help her. Especially at Hillary's age which by
today's standards isn't even close to old, just look at our President Donald J.
Trump.
Here is more about what went on behind the scenes during the 2016 presidential campaign
via The Conservative:
"From a physician:
I am in internist in a large metro area.
It is my job to make diagnoses often with just my eyes and nose and ears alone – this
is especially true in the geriatric community.
It is with great consternation that I have seen and read physician evaluations of Mrs.
Clinton in the news media. You should never make diagnoses like that without having the
patient right in front of you.
Furthermore – some of the videos that have been put forward to support these claims have
just been looney-tunes.
All that being said – I am deeply concerned about this video.
Mrs. Clinton clearly suffered a syncopal episode while getting into that van today. The "overheating"
excuse is just ridiculous – a normal healthy individual would never do that type of thing
in 80 degree weather unless they had just completed a marathon or something profoundly
strenuous. That just does not occur. That immediately puts the lie to the "overheated"
excuse that her campaign came up with.
Well you say – could it have been a fainting spell? Possible – but in my 30 years experience
as a physician, "fainting spells" or vasovagal episodes do not usually require 4 or 5 people
to throw someone in a van. Furthermore – in that type of event the person almost always
slinks straight down or backwards – NOT FORWARDS. Mrs. Clinton very clearly is going
forward.
I see the metal object in that video – I haven't a clue what that could be – nothing
in my experience as a physician looks quite like that – could it have been an inkpen?
Regardless – the far far more telling issue that you can clearly see in that video around
the time the metal is dropped is Mrs. Clinton's right foot. It was clearly being dragged along
the street with the anterior portion down on the concrete. I am certain this is how
the shoe came off. The comportment of this foot could only mean one thing – her brain
or her spinal cord was offline – if ever so fleeting – during that moment. Her right
foot was acutely flaccid. There are but a few things that can cause this type of issue:
BRAIN or Spinal Cord TRAUMA – no way this happened.
An overdose of powerful sedatives or general anesthesia – again – this seems to not
be the case.
A seizure – not likely – this type of thing usually occurs in the post-ictal phase
after a tonic-clonic seizure – and people who are having this type of thing – DO NOT
WALK TO A VAN.
A Stroke or TIA – It is possible but not likely – given her interview on the street
just an hour later. It would have had to have been a very very fast TIA or transient ischemic
attack to recover this quickly – the recovery on this is usually hours or days.
The most likely diagnosis – in my mind – an acute cardiac arrhythmia – either ventricular
tachycardia, or more likely atrial fibrillation with a rapid ventricular response. A FIB with
RVR is very very commonly associated with people feeling flushed or overheated – for
quite extended periods of time – dizziness, and nausea are also possible. When they exert
themselves – it is not unusual at all for them to have complete syncope like she appeared
to do today. If not afib with RVR – it is possible there could have been some other
supraventricular tachycardia – there are several different types.
(A side note – this is NOT without precedent in modern American presidential history, – If
you will recall the incident where George H W Bush stood up and vomited all over the
Prime Minister of Japan at a state dinner. That incident was precipitated by exactly
this – AFIB with RVR.)
Why am I gravely concerned about this diagnosis?
In my experience as a physician – this can happen at any time, – however – it typically
and often happens at times of great stress. Cardiac arrhthymias can be very easy to control
– or very difficult to control. However – this has often meant "retirement"
for my business executive patients down the years – the syncopal events can simply happen
at very inopportune times, and cause all kinds of havoc for the person and his/her company.
This is NOT the type of thing that I would want my President to have during a very stressful
time.
My fear is that it is fully known what is wrong with her – and this is being hidden
from the American public.
By the way – the diagnosis of "pneumonia" being put forth by her physician – Dr. Bardack
– is just simply imbecile. A patient who would have this kind of event with pneumonia
– would NOT be up and walking around an hour later. If this type of thing happens
during pneumonia or any other infection, the patient is almost always suffering from sepsis
– and not up and walking. Again – this is imbecile. Third year medical students know
better than this.
By the way – as an internist – I have been very very concerned about the reporting
of the physicians covering Trump and Clinton. There is something clearly mentally wrong
with Trump's personal physician. I am not sure what is wrong with that guy – but something
clearly ails him. The scrutiny there was deserved and as of yet has not been answered even remotely
by the Trump campaign. For the life of me – I do not know why there has not been equal
attention on Dr. Bardack – Mrs. Clinton's physician. It has been known for a few weeks
to internists in America connected to social media THAT Dr. BARDACK IS NOT BOARD-CERTIFIED
by the American Board of Internal Medicine. If you look at the website for the American
Board of Internal Medicine – and look her up – abim.org – you will find that SHE
IS NOT BOARD-CERTIFIED. Why would Mrs. Clinton release a medical statement from a non-Board
Certified physician? I have been puzzled by the fact that the national press has made
such a deal about the failings of Trump's physician, but chirping crickets about the
obvious board issues with Dr. Bardack. Any ideas about that?"

What You Really Need To Know About Tabasco - Duration: 3:31.
Burgers, bloody marys, breakfast burritos ... you name it, Tabasco hot sauce makes it
taste better.
The distinctive flavor of the spicy, vinegary hot sauce is an American staple that has been
around for almost 150 years.
From its rich history to its biggest fans, here are some facts you might not know about
Tabasco.
Flavor-packed pioneer
Tabasco was founded on Avery Island, Louisiana by a man named Edmund McIlhenny.
After the Civil War, McIlhenny took to growing Tabasco peppers and fermenting them to create
his spicy pepper sauce.
As the sauce became a hit, he decided to send sample bottles to food distributors.
At the time, no other commercial hot sauces existed, making Tabasco the first on the market.
It was sold as both a flavor enhancer, and oddly, a digestive aid.
That can't be right.
"You get pretty bad fire hole, but it's totally worth it."
Special sauce
Some hot sauces come loaded with a long list of ingredients, but not Tabasco.
This hot sauce is perfected using only three natural ingredients: peppers, vinegar, and
salt.
It may sound easy to replicate, but don't be fooled.
The hand-picked peppers have never been genetically modified.
Even the salt is special, as it's extracted from the salt mines of Avery Island, making
the sauce truly one-of-a-kind.
"Tabasco brand pepper sauce!
The original liquid pepper seasoning."
Originally, Tabasco aged for 30 days in stone jars, but not anymore.
Now they're aged for three years in white oak barrels previously used for aging whiskey.
Bottle service
Tabasco wasn't always packaged in those iconic little bottles.
At first, McIlhenny used old cologne bottles, which allowed the sauce to be dispensed by
the drop.
This way, 19th century consumers who weren't used to hot sauce wouldn't burn their tongues.
While they no longer use cologne bottles, the bottles used today still possess that
same technology.
Made to last
Have you ever wondered how many drops you can get from a two-ounce bottle of Tabasco?
At least 720 drops.
That sounds like a whole lot of drops, but with 60 drops in one teaspoon, there are only
about 12 teaspoons per bottle.
Want to determine the shelf life of those 720 drops?
Note the production date, then add five years.
If it's past the five year mark, it won't spoil, but it will lose its flavor.
Scorpion king
For some people, regular hot sauce is just not hot enough.
If you're one of those people, you'll be happy to know Tabasco has recently upped their spice
game and created their hottest sauce yet: Tabasco Scorpion Sauce.
It's available only through their online store, their Amazon storefront, or by visiting Avery
Island.
According to Food and Wine, this hot sauce is a blend of Scorpion peppers, guava, pineapple,
and a dash of the Original Tabasco, making it nearly 20 times hotter than the original
flavor, if you can take it.
[Coughing and gagging]
It's With Her
As Beyonce taught the world, some women like to keep hot sauce in their purse, just in
case.
And Hillary Clinton is one of them!
"What's something that you always carry with you?
"Hot sauce."
According to Conde Nast Traveler, right alongside her Advil and sunscreen lies a mini bottle
of Tabasco just waiting to add some heat to a meal.
Fit for royalty
Hillary Clinton isn't the only high-profile woman who's passionate about Tabasco — so
is Queen Elizabeth.
In fact, she loves it so much that in 2009 she awarded it the Royal Warrant, marking
Tabasco as an official supplier to the crown.
Royal Warrants are considered a great honor, and can only be passed out by actual royalty.
Say what you want about Tabasco, but if it's good enough for the Queen, it's good enough
for us.
"Tabasco, Tabasco!
/ The original liquid pepper seasoning!"

What to expect during a therapy appointment - Duration: 4:56.
So what happens in therapy? That's a good question and it's a question that we've
gotten. Now don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel. So what actually
happens in therapy? A lot of people have some general ideas, and unless you've
been in therapy you probably don't really know. But even if you've been in
therapy you should understand there are different approaches and styles and
techniques that are involved in therapy. Now one of the most common
misconceptions that people have about therapy is that you're laying on a couch
for 45 minutes and there is a doctor leaning back and taking notes and just
writing everything down that you say and then asking questions about your mother.
That is far from the truth. Okay. That is not exactly what happens.
Now there are some therapeutic approaches that do that, psychoanalytic
is deeply into let's conversate and talk and communicate about what's going on,
and then try and piece it out, but there are different modalities and treatment
expertise is out there to deal with different disorders. And so what does
therapy really look like and what happens when you go to therapy will
depend a lot upon your therapist and what they're trained to do and what
they're addressing. So therapists actually when they go to school they
learn about a lot of different disorders and they learn a lot of different
techniques that are recommended to use for those disorders and so they're
trained in that. Now some of these trainings are very basic when you go to
school and then you later on as you get your license you can become certified in
very specific modalities or specific treatments. You can get a certificate
which you know you can increase the level and it teaches you more in depth
of what you need to do. So what happens in therapy can be very very different
depending on what you're being treated for and what your therapist is feels you
need. Some therapy approaches, at least for me in working with young people, did
not involve us sitting in a room because children are active and they move
around. We actually did a lot of moving around. We did a lot of experiential
activities and experiential activities involve creating an
experience so they can reflect on the experience itself and then relate it
back to what's happening in their life. So depending on the child, if there's a
child who's very interested in sports, for example, we would go out, we would
play basketball or play soccer during therapy. Now in doing that we would
relate the game to what it is that they were struggling with and their end goal.
Or trying to score. Or whatever it was that they're trying to do and what were
the obstacles along the way and what they needed to do along the way to reach
that goal. And so for children we worked on some of those things. We also worked
on experiential things like helping them learn how to breathe instead of telling
him what to do or telling the child how to breathe, we actually did it together.
And so that's another part of integrating what it is they need to do
and then role-playing. Which is a skill you can see on the Smarter Parenting
website. So there are different techniques and different things that you
can use in therapy. So don't believe what Hollywood is selling you about therapy
it's not about sitting on a couch and talking about your feelings and about
your mom. There are some approaches that do that but the majority of therapists
out there will adjust. There's recreational therapy, which is going out
and doing recreational things which have included rappelling for example,
overcoming some fear and anxiety and things like that. So a lot of different
types of therapeutic approaches. Again you have to ask and do your work on what
type of therapist you are seeing and what they will provide and if it's a
good fit for you. There is a vlog that we created on how to choose a good
therapist which I would recommend you actually go back and review. And we will
try and include that in a link at the end of this video, but that will help
guide you on how to choose a good therapist. But again what to expect when
you go to therapy can be vastly different depending on the therapist and
the approach and what it is you're being seen for. All right. So that's it for me
this week if you have any questions please leave them in the comment below.

Hemorrhagic stroke: intracerebral hemorrhage - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 9:52.
There are two main types of stroke: a hemorrhagic stroke, which occurs when an artery ruptures
and bleeds within the brain, and an ischemic stroke, which occurs when an artery gets blocked.
Hemorrhagic strokes can be further split into two types, an intracerebral hemorrhage which
is when bleeding occurs within the cerebrum, and a subarachnoid hemorrhage which is when
bleeding occurs between the pia mater and arachnoid mater of the meninges - the inner
and middle layers that wrap around the brain.
We'll be focusing on intracerebral hemorrhages which are more common.
An intracerebral hemorrhage that involves just the brain tissue is called an intraparenchymal
hemorrhage, whereas if the blood extends into the ventricles of the brain which store cerebrospinal
fluid, it's called an intraventricular hemorrhage.
The brain has a few regions - the most obvious is the cerebrum, which is divided into two
cerebral hemispheres, each of which has a cortex - an outer region - divided into four
lobes including the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, and the occipital lobe.
There are also a number of additional structures - including the cerebellum, which is down
below, as well as the brainstem which connects to the spinal cord.
The right cerebrum controls muscles on the left side of your body and vice versa.
The frontal lobe controls movement, and executive function, which is our ability to make decisions.
The parietal lobe processes sensory information, which lets us locate exactly where we are
physically and guides movements in a three-dimensional space.
The temporal lobe plays a role in hearing, smell, and memory, as well as visual recognition
of faces and languages.
Finally, there's the occipital lobe which is primarily responsible for vision.
The cerebellum also helps with muscle coordination and balance.
And finally, there's the brainstem, which plays a vital role in functions like heart
rate, blood pressure, breathing, gastrointestinal function, and consciousness.
The brain receives blood from the left and right internal carotid arteries, as well as
the left and right vertebral arteries, which come together
to form the basilar artery.
The internal carotid arteries turn into the left and right middle
cerebral arteries which serve the lateral portions of the
frontal, parietal, and temporal lobes of the brain.
Each of the internal carotid arteries also give
off branches called the anterior cerebral arteries which serve the medial portion of
the frontal and parietal lobes and connect with one another
with a short little connecting blood vessel called the anterior communicating artery.
Meanwhile, the vertebral arteries and basilar artery
give off branches to supply the cerebellum and the brainstem.
In addition, the basilar artery divides to become the right and left posterior
cerebral artery which mainly serve the occipital lobe and some of the temporal lobe as well
as the thalamus.
Finally, the internal carotid arteries each give off a branch called the posterior
communicating artery which attaches to the posterior
arteries on each side.
So together, the main arteries and the communicating arteries complete
what's called the Circle of Willis - a ring where blood can circulate from one side to
the other in case of a blockage.
There are a few ways that an intracerebral hemorrhage might happen.
The most common one is through hypertension or high blood pressure.
Hypertension can lead to various vessel wall abnormalities.
Hypertension can lead to hyaline arteriolosclerosis, which results from hydrostatic pressure pushing
proteins out of the blood vessel lumen and into the interstitial space within the blood
vessel walls.
Over time as more of these proteins deposit in the walls, the blood vessels become more
stiff and brittle, and therefore more vulnerable to rupture.
Hypertension can also cause tiny bulges in the wall of small arteries, called microaneurysms.
These microaneurysms are called Charcot-Bouchard aneurysms, and they're most likely to be
found on small arteries like lenticulostriate vessels which arise from the anterior part
of the circle of Willis and supply the basal ganglia.
Intracerebral hemorrhages are sometimes associated with arteriovenous malformations. which are
a tangle of blood vessels that directly connect an artery to a vein - a bit like a capillary
bed, but with much, much larger blood vessels.
Over time these abnormal vessels can rupture causing a hemorrhagic stroke.
Intracerebral hemorrhages are also associated with conditions that damage the arteries in
the cerebrum themselves like vasculitis, an inflammation of the blood vessel walls, vascular
tumors, like a hemangioma, which is a benign vascular tumor of the endothelial cells of
blood vessels, and cerebral amyloid angiopathy, which is a degenerative disease where abnormal
protein deposits in the walls of arterioles making them less compliant.
Intracerebral hemorrhage can also be secondary, arising after an ischemic stroke.
An ischemic stroke is caused by a blockage of blood flow to a part of the brain, and
within hours it usually leads to brain tissue death.
Arteries within the ischemic tissue are themselves made up of endothelial cells that die off
- and that means that if there's reperfusion or a return to blood flow, there's an increased
chance that the damaged blood vessel might rupture causing a hemorrhage.
If this happens, there's bleeding into dead tissue, and it's called a hemorrhagic conversion.
Regardless of the cause, once there's an intracerebral hemorrhage, blood starts spewing
out from a damaged blood vessel creating a pool of blood which increases pressure in
the skull and puts direct pressure on nearby tissue cells and blood vessels.
It also means that less blood is flowing downstream to the cells that need it, which leaves the
downstream tissue deprived of oxygen-rich blood.
Healthy tissue can die from both the direct pressure and the lack of oxygen within a few
hours.
Increased pressure within the skull can also lead to brain herniation, which is when the
brain moves across structures in the skull.
These structures include the falx cerebri which divides the two halves of the brain,
the tentorium cerebelli which divides the occipital lobes from the cerebellum, and the
foramen magnum which is the hole in the base of the skull, where the spinal cord connects
with the brain.
Stroke symptoms depend on the exact part of the brain that is affected.
For example, an anterior or middle cerebral artery stroke can cause numbness and sudden
muscle weakness.
If a stroke affects the Broca's area, which is usually in the left frontal lobe, or Wernicke's
area, which is usually in the left temporal lobe, then it can cause slurred speech or
difficulty understanding speech, respectively.
If there's a posterior cerebral artery stroke, then it can affect vision.
An acronym to remember some common stroke symptoms is FAST - Facial drooping, Arm weakness,
Speech difficulties, and Time.
Time is obviously not a symptom but just a reminder to get help as quickly as possible
to minimize cell injury and maximize the chance of a full recovery.
To diagnose and confirm the location and size of a hemorrhagic stroke, medical imaging with
a CT or MRI can be used.
Also, angiography, which uses contrast injected into the blood, can help to visualize the
exact location where blood accumulates in the brain tissue.
Medical treatment of an intracerebral hemorrhage includes using drugs that help control hypertension
and relieve intracranial pressure.
In terms of surgery, a craniotomy is often helpful at relieving intracranial pressure
when there's a bleed near the surface of the skull.
In a craniotomy, part of the skull bone is removed to drain any accumulated blood and
relieve pressure.
Alternatively, if there's a bleed that's located deep in the brain tissue, stereotactic
aspiration can be done to aspirate off blood and relieve intracranial pressure.
Stereotactic aspiration is done under a CT scanner to help guide a needle to the exact
spot where blood needs to be drained.
All right, as a quick recap.
An intracerebral hemorrhage is a type of hemorrhagic stroke, where an artery breaks within the
cerebrum.
The result is that a pool of blood forms which increases intracranial pressure, and downstream
tissue gets deprived of oxygen-rich blood.
Intracerebral hemorrhages can be treated with medications aimed at controlling the high
intracranial pressure, as well as surgical interventions like a craniotomy and stereotactic
aspiration which can help remove the pool of blood.
The goal is to identify symptoms and reestablish blood flow to prevent long-term damage.
To help remember this a common acronym is FAST - Facial drooping, Arm weakness, Speech
difficulties, and Time.

WHY I LEFT YOU TUBE. WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO ME. - Duration: 9:43.
I'm gonna start by thanking so many people that have reached out to me over the last eight or nine months
Seriously? oh my god, I just started filming and they're gonna mow the law in this park
Let's try this again
so a lot of you know that I had a
Accident that caused severe physical damage to my body. I continued to try to make some videos
after the incident, there's one in particular where I'm sitting here in the van, and it was right after my surgery I
Had to have back surgery. I had to have a laminectomy for the spinal injury that I had
My life was drastically changed, and I have to say that I
Have a difficult time talking about it because
I could be paralyzed
I could be dead. Although, I if I was dead, I guess it wouldn't matter
but
But I think to me. I don't think death to me is the worst thing that can happen to you
I think the worst thing that can happen to you is that
you
suffer in this life
Become paralysed have some debilitating issue that
Alters the whole course of your life
my view of life changed drastically when my mom and my brother died. Because I know death is imminent and
We are all gonna die I decided that I wanted to live the happiest life
I could live and to me that makes traveling around visiting friends
not being bogged down by
life and the material things of life having this accident I
Already thought I had it in perspective. I already thought. I knew that I needed to live my life to the fullest
But when you come this close possibly being disabled or to not living it make he
Put those things in perspective and unfortunately instead of propelling me to
Travel more and meet more people and
See the world more
my injury forced me to
Stay static for a while a lot longer than I wanted the last year and a half has been
extremely difficult really physically painful
Psychologically painful. One of the things that I had discovered when I started my youtube channel was how happy it made me
To connect with people and to start learning a new skill
I've always
Documented my life, but I never sat down and tried to be a creative video
producer a creative
person that exposed her life to
the public
Through video I always filmed and photographed from for my pleasure and for my family and for my friends, but YouTube
Changed the way I saw
Creativity. YouTube gave me a vision of a community that I had no idea existed and that
Was probably the hardest thing to do
Was because of my injury I could no longer
Sit down and edit videos
I was very limited as to the amount of time I could walk around and film
As a result of that I fell into a deep deep depression I
I Had to leave YouTube
The inability to
sit down for extended periods of time meant that I could not make any videos and for me I...I
Had to leave YouTube I had to step away from the community that was starting to bring me joy again and
That propelled me into a terrible depression
I think I spent... so it's been about a year and a half almost two years since my accident and I would
easily say that about a year of that time I
spent
Laying around. I didn't realize I was depressed. I thought I was just recuperating from back surgery
it wasn't until a
Substantial amount of time went by that I realized that
There was a lot more to
What was going on with me than my physical
Inability to move my body like I used to. During that time I would,
Especially at the beginning, I would get
Email after email and messages on my videos that are still posted up that from so many of you
Concerned and asking where I was and when I was coming back and I tried to reply to as many of you as possible
In particular there were some youtubers that
Have continuously followed up with me and have checked on me and
constantly asking me how I doing and
it's been two years almost and
Debra joy if you watch her Channel
Debra joy, you are so precious, I
you have consistently sent me messages and
Emails and you're always asking me how I'm doing and I am so grateful for you. I
I am very touched and Jamie from Enigmatic Nomadics,
I am also a consistent person following up to see how I'm doing.
Because I physically couldn't
Do the things I was doing before I wasn't able to sit and do videos and go to the places. I wanted to go to
I wasn't in my van full-time I was
Doing some traveling
after
several months of my surgery and
Physical therapy I had some commitments that I had to I couldn't not back out of so
One of those included traveling international, I went to several video creator conferences, and one of those was
VidCon Europe, and that was held in Amsterdam, and this was the first VidCon in Europe and I
Videoed as much as I could from that trip. I also had the opportunity to travel to
Playlist live in Central, Florida, and I'm grateful for those opportunities
Unfortunately my time on the road would just have to be
in chunks, I was not able to
travel for consistent periods of time in the van because I was in so much pain and
Just as I was start to get happy and excited about being on the road
It would be I would have to
Turn them back and start and head home for a while and so the inability for me to spend time
Being a nomad and
Living my life full-time in my van
Caused me to fall into a lot of depression so stepping away from YouTube was what I had to do I
Didn't communicate for a long time. I didn't make any videos
I'm sorry. I had to stop filming
I keep looking down because it's so difficult for me to talk about this, and I didn't realize it would be I
I
I finally had to come to the decision. I had to leave YouTube because I could not
Function physically the way I was before. I am still not 100%, but by no means am I
Disabled or disabilitated today. I'm just not the same person I was before.
I eventually started watching videos again. I
Was depressed, and I I didn't really realize it until
Just very recently
But I would just lay around and watch videos
And I thought you know I'm just gonna stay connected through the community... to the community through
Commenting and I'm gonna be supportive as I can but I was no longer
I no longer had the desire to make videos for myself and to share my experience and to be
Of benefit to the world which is what I want to do so I had to leave you to
slowly skip back in by connecting with
Those of you that initially
Initially sparked the idea that I didn't have to be static that I could live the life that I want to live
And I've known this
but I've realized that life is really you just have to do the things you want to do and pursue your dreams and
Make your life as happy as you can make it every single day because there's always going to be something
