DAY 3: RESPONDING WITH AWARENESS - Duration: 11:17.
Looks like a hand and is roughly where a hand should be
is enough evidence for the brain to make its best guess that the fake hand is in fact part of the body
Good morning! It's Day 3 of my Self Retreat video project.
The first 3 days.... or the first 4 days because it will be the case today as well
It doesn't really look like a retreat in terms of human connection
I'm still staying with my friend - he's leaving tomorrow
and practically speaking there is not much space for contemplating.
for just clearly focusing on observing, going deeper inside.
But if you look more closely, and I'm trying to look as closely as possible
This is as good as it gets to have a good opportunity to contemplate on it
Because I want to study myself - how I'm responding to different environments.
In all circumstances
So whenever I'm sitting alone, and I'm alone for the whole day, and I'm just focusing on contemplating and observing what's arising in my consciousness
As well as in situations where I'm playing football, when I'm going out with friends
When I'm busy basically
I want to practice being mindful in these situations as well or maybe in these situations in the first place...
Any environment is good for building self-awareness.
and I want to use every moment to do that
So I am trying to reconnect with myself to go back inwards as often as I can
Even yesterday for example when I was actually walking alone at that moment...
I was indulging myself in walking very fast and listening to very loud music.
And I really enjoyed that moment
I was feeling high in a way
Even in that moment...
for some moments I tried to go inwards and just observe all my sensations and even like doing things such as moving my hands...
...pretending that I'm rapping when someone else is rapping in my ears
just enjoying this moment, but also being aware of that moment that I'm enjoying
So being aware of everything that I was able to notice
Practically speaking like I say there is not much space for traditional regular contemplative activities
such as for example practicing meditation for a few hours in one day
and I want to have some days like that
So there is a question...
Like I mentioned I'm staying with my friend and it's been a great time
But there is
In life there is moment for everything unless there isn't... I mean in life there is place for everything unless there isn't
But in that case there was time for spending some time together with somebody
and with other people before as well
and there will be time for being alone for at least few days
but during this 100 days I will be spending a lot of time or at least considerable amount of time with other people on a regular basis
And there is a question
In the context of my self-retreat: How I'm going to respond to days like this
There is something between telling all the people "I don't want to engage with you"
I don't want to have anything to do with you because I need to contemplate, and I have my self retreat
which for 10 days for example or two weeks or even 100 days in some situations that could be fine
I could say to all people I know "I don't want to be distracted for 100 days" and I'll just go somewhere else and that would be fine
At the same time
Option 2: another extreme would be to give up on this self-retreat and just do whatever other people could expect from me.
But the thing is I don't even want to give out one answer.
if there are other people around me, if we are staying together, if you're going somewhere somewhere together
I should respond to it this way for example
It depends - what people I'm with and what activities we are engaged in and what kind of situation that is, what kind of environment we are in.
All this factors matter and I will obviously behave differently with someone who is meeting me just for 1-2 hours for example and they are not interested in meditation, in self-awareness
And I will behave differently with someone who stays with me for example four weeks or two weeks or two months
or we'll live together in a monastery or something like this and we are all interested in the subject
Obviously we can actually work together and this can actually improve the process of this self-retreat.
So what I'm trying to say is that it's actually a great learning point.
Every different situation will be a great learning opportunity for me to go back to myself, to reconnect with myself, to go inward
Observe myself in this situation and then respond mindfully hopefully
at least trying to respond mindfully
And trying to be aware of the concepts in my mind that if there is a person I should behave like this or I should respond like this
be aware of that but try to just take it into account
Try to look more closely and maybe go beyond concepts
Go beyond the concepts available in my conditioned mind
So it concerns dealing with people, but it concerns dealing with everything else not just people
every single situation from my perspective should be dealt with individually and the learning point here is just being aware
Being aware of these concepts and just being aware that they are just concepts. They are not reality.
And that's that's very important
Take away point from this stream of thoughts that I'm having today is
Respond to everything individually without any dogmas, any set rules that would be correct for every situation
Because I don't know any set of rules that would be extremely sustainable and relevant for every single situation
So yeah, that's definitely something I want to learn to do. To be as aware as possible to make a habit of going inwards before responding to any situation.
unless I'm conditioned in a way that I will respond automatically which in certain behaviours such as self-defence is good.
But then, just whenever the right time comes being aware of how I reacted and maybe self-reflect on that.
Priorities are the same self-reflection, self-awareness
that's just something I want to keep practicing
For the next 98 days, so that's the highest priority
and that's why I started a few days before I'm going to implement my diet habits and more strictly daily schedule
which I'm definitely planning to do from the day after tomorrow
Tomorrow I want to spend my day planning my daily schedule, my strategies for every area that I want to improve.
So yeah, so I'm looking forward to it.
I really appreciate everybody who joined this project, who is interested, who want to learn with me.
So once again, thank you very much for that and I wish you all the best
Bye

Wax On, Wax Off: Testing Composition - Flash Challenge | Ink Master: Return of the Masters - Duration: 7:38.

Make it to the end,

- Composition is creating balance.
It's creating flow, and a focal point,
to draw your eye throughout the picture.
- Today, you must create an amazing design
out of an unruly medium...
Melted wax.
- That's crazy talk.
- First, using tape, you will stencil a design
onto a 4' by 7' canvas.
Then, you will strategically spread colored,
granulated wax on your canvas.
Using butane torches and heat guns,
you will melt the wax to create flowing fields of color.
When the tape is removed, an impressive work of art

- Negative space means that's the space
you're not even touching, but it has to be part
of the art piece, which means it has to flow,
it has to balance, it has to show depth.
It's just as important as the pieces you touch.

- Being a difficult medium,
if everybody's not on the same page, we could see a disaster.
- When you're thinking about a tattoo, and you're thinking

But with this, think of it more as fine art.

Everything You Need To Know About The Can-Can | Your Outfit Volumiser! - Duration: 2:03.
2018 is all about that statement flare.
The bigger, the better.
A lehenga, saree & now even an anarkali that doesn't flare out on it's own,
needs a sidekick, A.K.A the can-can.
Your Cinderella dream come true!
A can-can is made of a stiff mesh and is traditionally worn underneath a lehenga.
But looking at the craze of the flare, designers have started incorporating them with everything.
This is what gives the outfits, their lift and shape.
This mainly depends on the fabric of your lehenga.
So if you have a chiffon lehenga, opt for a double can-can
and if it's a raw silk lehenga than a single can-can would work well.
Keep in mind that a can-can adds weight to your lehenga.
There are two kinds of can-cans.
One is made of a very thick hard wire mesh
and the other is made of a hard net fabric.
For heavy bridal lehengas, opt for the fabric can-can
as the wire one might not be able to hold up the shape.
I'd always recommend a separate can-can instead of a stitched in one.
This way you can re-use it under all your outfits.
Make sure that the can-can starts from below your knee
This will make walking & sitting a whole lot easier.
Can-can tends to flatten, with the weight of your outfit.
A quick 2 minute jolt of taking the edge of the mesh and pulling it upwards
can ensure your flare stays in place all night long.
We hope your outfits never miss that flare!
Until next time, stay tuned & stay Glamrs!

The Unimaginable New Saiyan Villain is From an Exempt Universe? Dragon Ball Super Movie - Duration: 3:04.
Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist there was a surprise teaser of the
upcoming Dragon Ball Movie that will take place after the tournament of power.
It will be focused on Saiyan's and Earth has Goku
of course but where does this Villain come from and who is he?
There are a plethora of theories flying around from him being Yamoshi which makes sense since
Toriyama has specifically talked about him to Bardock who is less likely but he has a
huge following so his name gets brought up.
However what if I told you it wasn't either of them?
That this is an incredible, powerful foe for Goku to fight and as they say this new adventure
begins by finally bringing in someone from one of the Universes that was exempt from
the tournament of power.
This movie is a continuation of Super and it's focus is on the Saiyan's so what better
than to continue the story and adventure by finally exploring some of the powerful fighters
we haven't seen yet from one of the Universes that didn't have to fight in the tournament.
So the obvious question is wait if this villain is a Saiyan how can he be from any Universe
besides either 6 or 7.
Yes our twin Universe has a mirror of Saiyan's and their own Frieza but no one knew of this
individual and there would be some legend in Universe 6 about him or they would of recruited
him for the tournament.
Let's also not forget Universe 2 having a Yardrat that was completely out of place and
breaks that logic of thinking there are only Saiyan's in Universe 6 or 7.
So what better than to have this mysterious Saiyan warrior be from a new Universe that
we haven't seen yet.
So this New Saiyan Villain will learn what has happened at the tournament of power and
Goku.
That now he has a real rival and wants nothing more than to test his Saiyan might against
him in a battle to see who is the strongest.
This would be an amazing idea because keep in mind how Universe 6 Saiyan's have evolved
differently from the Saiyan's of Universe 7.
So if this Saiyan is from an unknown Universe that means he also will have evolved differently
and could be a completely different breed of Saiyan.
Perhaps even one that is more primal in a way with their own evolution and power.
Maybe this fire in his eyes is a clue to that.
One important note is this teaser isn't actual footage from the upcoming movie and was made
to do what it has and tease the hell out of us.
So I know with all the theories flying around I had to give my own take on it and now I
want to hear from you is this New Saiyan Villain from one of the Universes that were exempt
from the tournament of power?
If so did this Saiyan evolve differently and that is why he is so powerful and has this
different look than what we have seen?
I always love to hear your theories from in the comments below and if you enjoyed
this video don't forget to hit that like button and please subscribe and turn on that notification
bell to keep those theories coming!!

Is it true that Sujong and Huira have never fought? [Happy Together/2018.03.15] - Duration: 11:20.
Is there anyone on your radar?
One guy is the best these days.
I'd have to say it's Hyunmoo.
His girlfriend picked out his outfit.
Really?
They use the same stylist.
You should be really good to her.
I'm still nowhere near your level.
Always be apologetic and lower your head.
That's it?
But she's so tall. If I lowered my head...
(Do I have to get shorter?)
He already has his head lowered to her.
She can see the top of his head.
You three guys are radio hosts
but you're also known as loving husbands.
Sujong is the original loving husband.
Coincidentally, both Sujong and Baekcheon
have their 25th wedding anniversary this year.
I got married in March.
I got married in November.
Baekcheon hosted Sujong's wedding.
Yes, I hosted Sujong's wedding.
"Groom, come on down."
Your show with your wife is
a big deal these days. (Source: SBS)
I didn't expect you two to be on TV together.
Was it because you two were having trouble?
It's not so much that.
Like Hyunmoo, who will get married soon...
(His eyes suddenly dart around)
You'll get married eventually. Right?
Yes...
(He just promised he'd get married)
He said yes. Now he has to get married.
(Hyunmoo is getting married! Eventually...)
If they get married, you played a big role, Sujong.
Of course.
I should see how she feels about this.
That was a royal command.
A command from the king.
You'll be like No Sayeon and Lee Musong.
Why them though?
You really do resemble Musong.
(Congrats, Hyunmoo)
You look a lot like Musong.
He looks like a young Musong.
I should lose weight...
We've been married for 25 years
and it's important to keep things consistent.
So I have nothing to talk about on these talk shows.
I always tell the same stories.
Yet you still agreed to come here
because of the rumors between you and your wife.
I heard that's why you agreed to be on our show.
What rumors?
People say you two put on an act.
My wife Ha Huira...
(Hesitates)
Gosh, this is ridiculous...
They say I beat up my wife
and then throw her an event.
- What is that about? / - That's ridiculous.
They say they saw our divorce papers.
Rumors like that. And my kids are older now.
If rumors like that keep going around...
Such absurd rumors.
They're such a close couple
that people want to knock them down a peg.
It's on the search engines that...
- I'm getting divorced. / - Why?
There are false rumors like that.
Since you're so happy together.
Is it true that you've never fought?
Maybe that's why those false rumors began...
How can you not fight?
Fighting isn't the way I'd describe it.
We're not MMA fighters.
We don't hit each other.
Sometimes we get emotional and we can get upset.
But we would never say,
"Why did you do that?"
What they mean by fighting. We've never done that.
I listen to her when she talks.
He's like a saint.
"I guess I didn't understand that."
- Is that what you say? / - Yes.
That's not easy.
Of course.
I imagine that Huira doesn't smile all the time.
She can tell you when she doesn't like something.
She's always right.
(This guy is unbelievable!)
The rumors...
Are you acting now?
Is he acting?
That's the kind of man he is.
I can tell her how I feel
and she can tell me how she feels.
Then I say, "Oh! I didn't think about that.
I'm sorry." And that's it.
And she's no longer angry?
Of course.
So you're saying that she gets angry at you.
No. She doesn't get angry.
I saw her raise her voice a few times on your show.
That was all my fault.
Did you commit a crime?
Did you pray for 100 days?
We want to get some dirt...
We're attacking Sujong like a pack of hyenas.
You can come at me.
I'm a married man myself.
It's not easy to act like that.
Did you see that? Does she have dirt on you?
It's not like that at all.
I think my dad has influenced me a lot.
My dad was a government employee.
He only got Sundays off.
That's how it was back in the day.
"Sunday is the day for the men to work!"
Then he'd cook something in the kitchen.
- Back then? / - Yes.
We cleaned our house together.
Your father is remarkable.
No wonder he's so good to his wife.
When I'd leave in the morning for school
I'd often see my mom resting her head
on my dad's arm. (Source: SBS)
So you have no complaints about your wife?
There's this.
When Huira undresses,
she's like a snake shedding her skin.
So you should say something.
- I don't. / - Then what do you do?
I fold up her clothes and put them away.
Then if I keep doing that
Huira eventually notices...
(I should clean that up...)
And does it herself.
I've never once complained about that.
"You never put away your clothes!"
Your tone was great just now.
That was...
(They try to attack him)
You sounded angry.
That was me acting.
I was just acting.
Your tone was great.
Things like that.
When we brush our teeth...
Huira squeezes the toothpaste tube from the middle.
Then I push all the toothpaste back up in the tube.
One day Huira started doing that too.
After I do something...
It's been 25 years.
When did you start doing that? Folding her clothes...
Are you joining us by attacking him?
Do we have another hyena joining our pack?
(Sujong is making more enemies)
I'm in the same situation.
My wife never puts her clothes away.
"Oh, come on!
You always leave your clothes in a pile."
If I say that to her, we end up fighting.
You have to change your way of thinking.
I should put her clothes away for her?
What I mean by changing the way you think...
That's how she was raised and she's used to that.
I was raised differently.
I can see how her parents raised her.
That's why I don't look at her as my wife.
I try to step into
the shoes of my father-in-law.
And who is my father-in-law?
- A father. / - He's her father.
If a dad saw his daughter do that he'd say,
"Oh, hello, my girl." And put away her clothes.
That's how I see it.
Hyunwoo, I caught you glaring at him.
- He's going to fight today. / - Why are you glaring?
Hyunwoo, you said you're a fool for your wife.
No, that was my listening face.
I told you that he's just a fool.
I heard you hesitated to be on that SBS show
because you two are so physically affectionate.
It's too much for Huira?
They couldn't air our segment if we acted natural.
(Displeased)
Are you like Americans? What do you do?
You two are kissing gouramis.
Kissing gouramis? Come on...
Why would you say that?
Do you always get butterflies around her?
I said this to Huira.
When we're holding hands in bed...
"Honey.
Feel my chest. My heart is racing."
I've said that to her.
And then she said,
"I don't feel anything."
Did that make you upset?
What can I do? That's how she felt.
I just have to accept that.
You just have to accept it.
I love her current self.
I don't dwell on the past.
I don't get hung up on how she looked
when she was younger.
I find her so beautiful right now.
She gets prettier over time.
This feels like "Lecture 100 Degrees."
("My wife is always right" - Lecturer Choi Sujong)
A lot of husbands are going to get yelled at today.
That's the kind of household I grew up in.
My dad found out the 10,000th day
since he married my mom.
He left a letter for my mom that morning.
"It's the 10,000th morning we've been together."
- There are many loving husbands. / - He did that.
He really influenced me a lot.
But you don't have a wife.
You look like you're pregnant.
Does Huira ever talk about the next life?
Would she marry you again if she was born again?
What did she say?
I don't ask her stuff like that.
But we're always thankful for each other.
Women ask questions like that often.
What do you tell your wife?
I tell her that I'd be a tree.
So you won't have to see her?
I'll be reborn as a tree instead of a person.
I'm sorry but did you find a way to do that?
No, it's not like that. I tell her that I'll be reborn
as a tree and she should be a flower every spring.
So you only have to see her once a year?
You only want to see her for a quarter of the year.
I want her to be beautiful and radiant.
While I stay in the same spot.
What did your wife say to that?
She was so touched that she cried.
- She cried? / - Really?
So you only want her to visit sometimes?
No, no...
You'll be reborn as a cherry blossom tree.
And she only sees you once a year when you bloom.
I like that.
You don't actually like that.
- So insincere. / - He's like a machine.
Hyunwoo, how long have you been married for?
I've been married for 9 years.
When people ask me my age
I say I'm 9 years old.
Why?
Since I was born again after meeting my wife.
This is so annoying.
Today's shoot is annoying!
This is really hard today.
9 years old? Oh, please.
- Is this a joke? / - How are you 9 years old?
You're older than I am. How are you 9?
I'm a bit annoyed. Let's change the subject.

How to Price Your Service for House Cleaning - Duration: 6:48.
How do I make a price list for my cleaning business?
Excellent question and we're going to talk about that today.
Hi there. I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.
This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,
and I get to help you find an answer.
Now if you have a question, you can go over to AskaHouseCleaner.com
and there's a little blue button right there in the right-hand corner.
You can click on that button and you can just record your message and it sends it to me
right here to the show. Yay!
Or you can send me an email, if you'd rather, Angela@AskaHouseCleaner.com
All right, on to today's show which is from a house cleaner who's just starting a house
cleaning business, and she wants to know:
Tanzania: Hi Angela.
This is Tanzania, and I'm just starting a cleaning service called Clearly Clean in Massachusetts,
and I want to know how would I go about doing price lists and making a price list.
Any help that you could give would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Angela Brown: All righty, how do you create a price list for your business?
What it's going to come down to is a variety of factors.
The variety of factors is where do you live and what is the going rate.
The third thing to think about is what kind of services do you offer, because you need
to be crystal clear about what services you provide before you create a price sheet.
If you offer cleaning the inside of a refrigerator, that needs to have a price because somebody
somewhere down the road will ask you, "Can you also clean out my refrigerator?"
so that needs to have a price.
Do you clean windows?
Lots of house cleaning companies do not for insurance reasons.
And if you don't see yourself on a two-story ladder on the outside of a house,
or you don't have long wands and all the things that you need in order to clean windows,
you may decide that's not part of your house cleaning business.
But if you do clean windows, where do you draw the line?
You clean the insides of windows that you can reach.
Some house cleaning companies do, and then there's a flat fee for that.
So what do you charge?
It's not a flat rate across the board.
It's not standard in the industry.
Every cleaning company offers different services,
and every cleaning company charges different prices.
So it's really chaotic and it's difficult to determine, but there are lots of pieces
of software now that are on the market.
And I'm going to put links in the show notes to some of my favorites
so you can take a look at the pros and cons and do a comparison,
and find out which one is best for you.
Here's how it works.
You buy a piece of software.
The software, it's usually called a SAAS which is Software As A Service, and you pay a monthly
fee for this to be back-ended onto your website.
This is a beautiful thing.
When I started my house cleaning business, this did not exist.
It exists now and it makes the house cleaning bidding process so easy.
I mean, it literally will save years off of your life.
Okay, so here's how it works.
You buy a theme and then you buy this back-end piece of software for your website,
so your website is all beautiful.
It's very professional and a customer who is searching for you can came onto your website
and they can look at the different services that you provide, and just like a shopping
cart they can click on those things.
Like I have 55 windows in my house and I would like these 55 windows cleaned.
You may charge, let's say, $5 per window.
So they add the 55 windows in and it adds them up a total, and they can look at that
and say, "Oh wow, that's so much money.
I'm not prepared to pay that much money.
I'll only have 30 windows cleaned and I'll save the ones upstairs for another time."
So they can adjust the pricing on their own before you get there, and you try to adjust
the pricing into a bid estimate.
There are other things that you may want to consider
like cleaning out the inside of an oven.
Is that part of your regular cleaning or is that part of an up-sell?
Most house cleaning companies do not provide this service.
That is not a maintenance clean.
That falls into deep cleaning.
Are you talking about deep cleaning or are you talking about maintenance clean, and if
you have this on your website, your customer can decide.
"Well, I would like a maintenance clean but I would like this one feature where I would
like to have the inside of my oven also cleaned."
What that does, as they add that on there, it adds on a time so you can assign a time
and a price to every single different element that you offer in your cleaning service.
The reason this is beautiful is because if a customer wants a regular maintenance clean,
and it normally takes you 2 1/2 hours, then they want their oven cleaned and that takes
you 45 minutes, you can now add that extra time into your schedule so that when you show
up at the customer's house, you have allotted the proper amount of time
for that particular job.
Now, if you are solo and you don't have a team of people, what you may want to do is
you may want to schedule it where you do the regular maintenance clean, and then next time
you come you do the inside of the oven and you schedule a longer period of time.
But billing that all right there on the website allows you then to see about how long it's
going to take, and about how much money it's supposed to cost.
So you get to decide the pricing, and you can actually play around with it a little bit.
So let's say that you, for a bathroom, may charge a particular fee, let's say $35
or whatever it is.
And then you don't have any takers.
You can adjust your pricing and say well, maybe it was only worth $30 for the small
powder bathroom, not $35.
So if you don't have any takers and people are taking that off going, "Whoa, that's way
too much money to pay for that room," what they may decide is it's not in their budget
and you may decide you want to alter your pricing.
So after a couple months, you can kind of figure out what the going rate is in your
area for each different particular element that you offer.
So how do you bid and price your services?
It's really going to come down to the area that you live in
and the services that you provide.
That's really what it's all about.
But like I said, technology has caught up with us, and it now allows you to have a piece
of software that will do most of the heavy lifting for you.
So check out the options that we have, and there are a lot of new products that are coming
on the market that are new bidding estimate calculators.
And if you offer a bidding estimate calculator and I don't know about it,
we need to have a conversation.
So contact me, Angela@AskaHouseCleaner.com.
Let me know about the software that you provide, and we will add that to My Cleaning Connection
in our resources connection so that the different house cleaners that are in our network can
find out about you.
All righty, that's my two cents for today.
Until we meet again, leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

TRUMP Release Names of Congressmen Who Used Taxpayer Money to Silence Accusers - Duration: 20:36.
TRUMP: Release Names of Congressmen Who Used Taxpayer Money to Silence Accusers
Trump has come out swinging in the recent reports suggesting that taxpayer money has
been used to settle possible harassment cases brought forward against politicians, agreeing
that the names of the people involved in the hush money campaigns should be released.
When asked if he thinks that the Congressional Office of Compliance needs more transparency
in their sealed documents, Trump agreed before continuing to answer questions about the recent
wave of sexual harassment claims by women against members of Congress, Democrat Party
officials, Democrat members of the media and Democrats in Hollywood.
"Women are special," said Trump, "I think it's a very special time [with all
of this bad behavior being exposed in public] because a lot of things are coming out, and
I think that's good for our society, and I think it's very, very good for women."
I'm really hoping that "Women Are Special" is written on the next pink-branded piece
of MAGA merchandise.
Trump refused to answer any questions that were to do with the allegations against him
during his Presidential run.
When someone asked him about Al Franken, he said that he didn't want to put words in
Franken's mouth or speak for him, but that he'll have to "speak for himself" and
explain both the groping of Leeann Tweeden and the allegations of rear-grabbing at the
Minnesota State Fair.
At the time, he was unable to answer questions on John Conyers because he had only heard
about the issue two minutes beforehand.
We reported earlier that John Conyers, now 88, was part of a $27,000 settlement that
was given to a female staffer after she sued Conyers for allegedly repeatedly propositioning
her for sex.
Several women have spoken up about Conyers so far, with one saying that he would force
her to do her work in his room and he would talk "about his sexual desires," and that
if she would just go along with what he wants, she might get a raise or a promotion.
One woman, who signed a confidentially agreement after being given the hush money said that
she was blackballed after she initially spoke up.
So far, several women have given parts of their stories and they all are alleging that
Conyers was sexually aggressive and that they would be kept working late in order to keep
him company.
Earlier this month, several members of Congress huddled around each other to present five
articles of impeachment in an effort to overturn the fact that Trump won, because working on
improving their party for the next election sounded like too much work.
