Why I Love Usborne - Duration: 7:41.

Hi, this is Barbara, I'm here to tell you about why I love Usborne Books and More I made a little list and

It ended up not being very little. I actually loved a lot about this company,

so first off is the amazing books. There are over 2000 titles, and

they're so colorful and bright, and really easy to grasp kids attention and make them want

to read them all. Number two is Facebook parties. I

used to belong to a different direct selling company and that was before Facebook parties were a thing, and let me tell you I

do not like home parties. Facebook parties are definitely the way to go!

My third thing is there's no minimum sales. I don't have to have any sales.

I can be an inactive consultant and still keep my consultant status and my discount on the books for

as long as I want, I have friends who have done that.

And if I were to go inactive for some reason I could always become active again,

whenever I choose.

There's catalogs that are only every six months, so that means two catalogs a year.

My mom is a consultant for a different company where they have a new catalog every two

weeks, and she has to pass out these catalogs to all of her customers

every two weeks. That's a lot of money and a lot of effort, and as a customer

it's really hard to keep up with. So...

We have new catalogs every six months, and it's a lot easier to keep track of. We have over a hundred new books every

catalog which makes it very exciting. We actually have more books that come out halfway through the catalog period.

Which can be seen online and then will be added to the next catalog.

The Commissions are amazing. I get

25% of all of my sales right off the bat, and then if I sell over $1000 in retail

in the month, then I get an additional 4%

on all of those sales. Then if I

promote up to Team Leader, which I'm working on right now

Then I get an additional 8.5% of all of my sales plus 8.5% of anybody in my downline.

There's a lot of support.

I am in eight different groups on Facebook: Script Sharing for Parties,

Branding Information (if I wanted to make my own graphics), I have my small group with my

Team Leader and I have my big group with my Director.

I have a challenge group that I'm in right now,

there's a lot of different groups where I can go and ask any questions that I want, and

I will always get a good answer.

And I'm also in constant contact with my Team Leader on private message,

because I have questions, and she's checking in to make sure that I'm doing well.

And that she's supporting me and encouraging me every day

Usborne has been around for forty five years! They started in 1973.

That means that they have a lot of programs to offer this is not the "new direct selling

program on the market", this is something that has been on the market for years and years longer than I've been alive.

They have Educational Services Representative so that I can go to

schools, elementary schools, and be a direct competitor to other

book publishing companies that will go to schools, and do book fairs in the like.

I do look fairs at elementary schools as

An ESR (the educational services representative), but I can also do them at preschools. I just finished one up,

I closed it out yesterday, and it did really well.

And I have another one next week, and another one the week after that, and another one later in March.

These are great ways of not only getting books into the hands of children,

but benefiting the preschools as well. Because they get 50% back in sales!

So if I sold $100 and books they get $5 in books for free!

We do fundraisers. You don't have to be a school in order to benefit from a fundraiser. One of my

recruits did a fundraiser recently to sell

To... it's selling cards

But it is, it was to earn money for a friend who's in the hospital and needs to have help with paying medical bills.

Other people have done it for going to summer camp or on an eighth grade trip

Or a senior trip or any reason that you really need to get money together you can do a fundraiser.

Educators know about us

so because a sport has been around for forty five years a lot of teachers and

educators, and a lot of moms even, know about Usborne. They just don't know that we're direct selling company, and

so that means that we have clout. They know that we have amazing educational books and

storybooks and

that the quality of our books is really high.

But we have a small sales force. Yes. We've been in business for forty five years

but

There hasn't been a lot of people that have joined on with the teams

So that means that while you would be starting from the ground up you get to

go up quickly. Because

I've been in for almost four months now, and I have two recruits already. (Update, I have 9 as of 4/24/18)

These are people that have never heard of Usborne before me.

It makes it really easy to

grow because you're finding a lot of people who...

Who have not heard of Usborne and

so it's not inundated where I'm at.

It's probably not inundated where you're either and actually I've met people who are military wives they go on base in a different country,

You can become a Usborne Representative because Usborne does ship to

Bases in other countries.

Our sales force is growing daily so get in while you can.

Let's see, I can as a new representative,

in an area that has very very few

representatives, I can get booth wherever I want. I can get any school that I want as a ESR.

It's all open and ready for me. I just have to know the opportunity is there and take it.

The company has updated everything so they're ready for a ton of growth.

They just built a brand-new huge distribution center

distribution center. That

they don't even use half of because they don't need it, but they're ready for when you join,

and you have to order books. They can get those out to you as soon as possible.

A lot of my rewards are actually receiving free books.

I obviously have my cash commission, but there's a lot of different goals and programs where you can get free books.

The last thing is that they have consignment, this means that once you're out of your incentive period, you can

get between $500 and

$1500 in books you just order the books as consignment to have in your inventory. No shipping, no tax, no payment,

they ship it to you, and you pay for it after you've sold those items.

Which means, I have a huge inventory, and I haven't paid a penny for it!

THAT NOTHING EVEN HAPPENS.

IT IS ACTUALLY A GREAT PRODUCT.

AND YOU ARE JUST FILMING THE NEED TO LOAD IT UP WITH 20

POUNDS OF TANNERITE TO MAKE IT EXPLODE.

THEY ARE ACCIDENTALLY DOING AN AD FOR YETI.

YOU ALREADY BOUGHT IT BECAUSE IT IS SO AWESOME AND YOU USED

THE DISCOUNT YOU STILL HAVE IT BUT I GET IT.

THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT THAT MENTALITY.

I HAVE THE GUN AND I WANT TO USE IT.

I WILL USE IT FOR THIS.

SOME OF THEM, THEY LOOK LIKE THEY'RE HAVING AN AMAZING DAY.

I HAVE BEEN AT A GUN RANGE AND SHOT WEAPONS AND I TOLD THE
