Roseanne Crushes Obama In A Truly Hilarious Way After He Makes Deal With Netflix - Duration: 5:21.

Roseanne Crushes Obama In A Truly Hilarious Way After He Makes Deal With Netflix.

It's not hard to notice how since former President Barack Hussein Obama is no longer

on TV 24/7 he just can't manage his narcissistic personality disorder.

So he decided to fix that by signing a $50 million dollar deal with Netflix to start

producing his own propaganda agenda driven content for the media giant.

But while this might be worrying some people and made other, like myself, cancel their

Netflix subscription the queen of comedy Roseanne Barr has taken to Twitter to find ideas as

to what kind of shows Obama may do for Netflix.

Conservative 101 reported that the first thing Roseanne Bar did was to tweet the hashtag

#ObamasNetflixShows, and from there it just took off in hilarious ways.

People replied with parodies of existing movie and TV titles, but with a twist.

Some of them were, I know what the FBI did last summer, The Lying King, Spy Games, Leading

From Behind, Nope and Strange, Vicente Fox & Friends, Alinsky Diaries, Hawaii Five O

for Obama, Maxine Water's world, Me Myself and I Spy, Yes We Can the game show where

we come up with more ways to steal from U.S. taxpayers, Move On: Our Move to Kenya, The

Chicago Forgotten Show, Season 8, Breakfast of Iran, or How I Learned to Stop Worrying

and Love the Bomb, Two Half Men!, and How to Say One Thing and Do Another.

And these were only a few of the hilarious suggestions.

Roseanne eviscerated Obama back in 2016 for abstaining from the UN Security Council vote

demanding a halt in Israeli construction in the West Bank and eastern Jerusalem which

referred to those lands as "Palestinian territories."

Isn't it about time Barack Obama and his self-professed "Eternal First Lady" Michelle

take a long sabbatical from the public eye and stop trying to push their Alinsky agenda?

Obama took the presidency of a nation where race wasn't an issue anymore, hadn't been

for decades, and caused a spark in order to divide and conquer so he could forward their

own agenda, and it's high time he crawls back under the community organizing rock he

came from.

Here is more on this Obama Netflix deal via The New York Post:

"Barack and Michelle Obama are raking in the cash, thanks to the influence of a former

campaign supporter.

The couple last week signed a creative production deal with Netflix that one entertainment-industry

source said could be valued at more than $50 million.

Ted Sarandos, a major campaign contributor for Obama and the streaming giant's creative-content

chief who oversees an $8 billion budget, helped to broker the deal, the source told The Post.

Sarandos and his wife, Nicole Avant, bundled nearly $600,000 in contributions to Obama

from their friends and associates during the 2012 presidential campaign.

The couple is friends with the Obamas, and Avant served as the US ambassador to the Bahamas

from 2009 to 2011, during the former president's first term.

Her father, Clarence, a music exec, bundled a total of nearly $450,000 for Obama's presidential

campaigns.

The multiyear Netflix agreement, in the works since at least March, calls on the Obamas

"to produce a diverse mix of content, including the potential for scripted series, unscripted

series, docuseries, documentaries and features," which will be broadcast in 190 countries,

according to a statement from the streaming service, which has 125 million subscribers

around the globe.

The Obamas plan to work on stories that "promote greater empathy and understanding between

peoples and help them share their stories with the entire world."

Netflix received hundreds of résumés and story ideas after announcing the partnership,

the source said.

Netflix says the couple formed Higher Ground Productions LLC to broker the deal.

A firm with that name was incorporated in Delaware in April, public records show.

The contract comes a year after the Obamas inked a joint book deal with Penguin Random

House valued in excess of $65 million.

The first of the deal's planned books, Michelle Obama's memoir, "Becoming," is due out

in November.

Since leaving office, Barack Obama has addressed groups across the country, speaking about

grassroots organizing and the problems of the poor.

Ironically, the talks come at a steep price.

After a speech at a health-care conference sponsored by Wall Street firm Cantor Fitzgerald

in September, Obama reportedly took home $400,000.

In addition to raking in millions, the former first couple has been involved in fund-raising

for the Obama Foundation, which is developing a $500 million presidential center and library

in Chicago.

The foundation took in more than $13 million in 2016, an exponential increase from just

under $2 million the previous year, federal filings show."

When you have a project you have your own solution, ie your own

will ... to do the will of God your will has to diminish or even

disappears ... and you seek the will of God …

God is the verb which means that when he speaks it becomes real ... he knows

the future, if he gives his will too early and you are not ready to realize it

completely, it's just not possible ...

so you have to show Heaven that you are ready to fulfill his will until the end

... you have to look for and find the will of God, even if you are not sure and

to realize it completely ...

if it's really God's will no problem ... if it's not the

God's will does not worry you, he will put you on the right path and reveal his desires,

because he now knows you're ready to realize them fully

When you do the will of God, God do not send yourself in a wall. He has already

thought of all the difficulties or blockages. Let me explain, if the will of God is

associated or other solution: a woman or a friend ...

How To Use Nasal Spray | How To Use Nasal Spray Properly | Nasal Spray Technique (2018) - Duration: 4:30.

This is going to be the best nasal spray instructional video you've ever seen, trust me

so before we learn how to use our nasal spray I just want to run

through how it actually works because it's gonna help me explain a few

different points to you, here's my nasal spray they all more or less work the

same way you have your container at the bottom which contains the medicine

a feed tube which goes up to the spray pump tip which when you press produces a

fine mist, now let's look at this it also works in a similar way to your nasal

spray now I know it's not a medical device but the reason I'm showing it to

you is that you'd never spray it like this would you? Because if you did you'd

quickly learn that it doesn't work which is precisely why you should always hold

your nasal spray upright when you're using it because just like the other

example if the feed tube isn't in the solution it's not going to work properly

so let's say you've just collected your new nasal spray or you haven't used to

your old one in a while, now are you remembering to prime it before you use it

what you doing? "umm I just thought I'd do your scene for you" oh right (LAUGHTER)

well if it's good I'll use it. So priming allows the chambers to fill properly so

you get the right amount of medicine each time you use it so to prime a

nasal spray all you do is point away from yourself

do a few sprays until it produces a fine mist and now it's ready to use

so the first thing that you need to do is blow your nose then shake your nasal spray

and remove the dust cap now let's observe how it's done but make sure you

watch the full video because I'm going to show you common mistakes which many

patients make which you can avoid the first thing you do is tilt your head

forward now let's say we're gonna spray in our left nostril I'm gonna pull the

nostril with my left hand and spray with my right hand now if we're going to

spray it in the right nostril we're going to do it the opposite way so I'm

going to pull with my right hand I'm gonna spray with my left hand now let's

watch how it's done insert the tip into the nostril at the

proper angle so up and slightly out so it's almost towards the corner of your

eye whilst in the nostril this way the spray can get into your sinus cavities

now you can spray (NASAL SPRAY SOUND) so the trick is small little sniffs like

that just keeps it in place and stops it from dripping out

ok mistake number one probably the most common mistake I see patients making and that's that they

lean back when they use their nasal spray and they also snort as soon as they've

used their nasal spray so I'm going to demonstrate this put the nasal spray to you so you can

avoid making the same mistake so they lean back like this put the nasal spray

in their nose (NASAL SPRAY SOUND) and snort as soon as they press the nasal spray now if you do this

the medicine isn't going to stay where it's meant to be and it's all gonna go

in your throat and it's gonna leave a horrible taste mistake number two many

people tend to use their right hands to spray in both nostrils which is great

for your left nostril because you're able to get the correct angle which I

mentioned earlier but when it comes to your right nostril you end up spraying

into your septum and that can cause bleeding and irritation so like I

mentioned earlier switch hands so you're able to get the correct angle why is

Abraham the pharmacist calling me

hello "hey Abraham the pharmacist, it's Abraham the pharmacist" hi Abraham the pharmacist

"I've been using this nasal spray but I can't feel anything I don't think it's working"

well are you following my video guide? "of course I am your videos are the best"

(LAUGHTER) you're too nice but are you remembering to take off the little cap on the top of the nasal spray?

"oh this little cap thanks Abraham the pharmacist"

if you're a pharmacist watching this video I'm sure that scenario has happened to you

loads of times for some strange reason patients forget to remove this cap

before they use it so if you're using a nasal spray please remove the cap before

you use it and please put it back on once you're done and that's it you're

now a nasal spray pro let me know how you get all my guide by leaving a

comment below because I'd love to read it and as always with any medication please

always read the information leaflet that comes with it and if you have any

further questions ask your amazing friendly pharmacist

„Vyčerpanou pacientku jsme zkontrolovali a lehce ošetřili, převoz do nemocnice nebyl potřeba," dodává mluvčí záchranky Radek Hess

Inspirational Success Story: From Drug Dealer To Inspiration - Motivational Video for Success - Duration: 7:24.

In this video I share with you an inspirational success story by a man who fought with drugs,

gangs and violence in his early years and became a beacon of hope for his community

in the meantime.

By the end of this video, you will understand why your past does not equal the future and

why it is never too late to make a U Turn from pain to pleasure and purpose.

If this is your first time here, and you want to get inspired to be emotionally free, learn

to express yourself and stand up for yourself and others while getting entertained by Jade

and me, start now by hitting the red Subscribe button and join the family on my channel,

and remember to click the little bell so you get a notification when a new video comes

up.

Now, let's start!

"My destiny was to be dead by the time I hit 21 years old or to do life in prison without

parole.

"

Robert Renteria was born into poverty to the level where mice, rats and roaches were walking

all over him at night.

His father was a heroin addict and an alcoholic who eventually left his family.

Robert's mother was working three jobs to provide for her kids and to protect them from

the troublesome life and being part of the system.

Robert was sent to a school for the physically disabled and the mentally challenged because

he could not walk, talk, read or write.

After 3 years of painful rehabilitation, he came out stronger, taller and his own person.

When he was 9 his mother married a violent man who let his anger and frustration out

on Robert and his mom.

Having been bitten by the snake of domestic violence, and seeing running away to escape

as the only option, Robert started to let the venom of guns, gangs, robbing, stealing,

doing and dealing drugs control his life.

But he could not escape the violence.

FInding out his biological father died on SKID ROW he felt drawn to understand why his

dad did not love him.

When he started to see how his dad died, he realized that it wasn't that his dad did

not love him but that his dad did not love himself.

It is actually quite similar to Wayne Dyer's father who left the family and died alone

and Wayne realized while visiting his father's grave that his father actually showed his

love in the only way he could think of … by leaving his family out of his damaged life.

That is when he suddenly felt the love he was missing so much.

People show their love in different ways.

How might the people you want to feel love from show it to you?

What sacrifices might they make to feel their love even if it might not be apparent?

"A lot of people think that you can take control of drugs and alcohol but I am here

to tell you they always take control of you no matter what and my father's death proved

to me that if you play with the devil you are gonna get burned."

And that was what Robert was doing.

He played and slept with the devil until the devil did what he did best, he causes hurt,

harm and pain.

In a drug deal gone wrong Robert almost got shot...twice.

Thank God it was a misfire both times.

Having gotten out of there alive, he ran down the street and yelled "God if you let me

live I won't sin no more."

He had nobody to turn to.

So he joined the military where he "learned about a word called character.

Character is not just doing this right when someone is watching but doing things right

when nobody is watching you."

It is not about what others think of you that matters but what you think of yourself and

that you can live without regret with the decisions you make in life.

When he came out of the military having had served the USA honorably for over 7 years,

his former friends called him a punk and a sellout for not running with them anymore.

That is what you call the crab mentality where instead of raising yourself up to make yourself

feel better, you tear someone else down, because it is easier.

You find the same mentality all over, even among moms in the hospital ward of sick and

premature babies.

He started working hard in the commercial laundry industry selling washers and dryers,

worked his way up over several years all the way into the boardroom of a publicly-traded

company on the New York stock exchange.

But he did not stop there like many others would.

Eventually he created his own business living the good life.

But he did not stop there either.

Oh no!

"I learned that the two greatest days in your life are the day you were born and the

day you realize why you were born and I wanted to give back."

And that he did.

He wanted to make sure people did not end up like his dad, alone, and broken, because

of their bad choices.

"I wanted to teach people the greater the struggle the greater the victory that your

pain, my pain, our pain is not in vain."

So he wrote a multilingual book about his life called From The Barrio To The Boardroom

which has been turned into a curriculum for schools around social and emotional learning,

a curriculum for churches, a CD for the visually impaired, a play, a graphic novel, an activity

coloring book, a cartoon about conflict resolution: How to settle our differences without hurting

each other, and soon into a movie.

It has spread across America and now in 25 other countries across the world.

"You have to get involved because if you don't you are going to realize too late

that the most valuable property on the planet is the graveyard...because in the graveyard

there are hopes and dreams and aspirations, ideas and inventions that we'll never know

about and that will never be realized."

Wayne Dyer calls this, ' Don't die with your music still inside you.'

"You can't be part of a solution unless you're part of the process" so accept

I'm Korean, but what's my REAL SKIN COLOR?! 🤔 I'm not yellow - Duration: 7:35.

Hello everybody! This is Lara

Today I'm doing something very special

that I've been waiting for years to do it?!

It WAS a trend like.... 3 years go in Korea

The reason I couldn't do this for quite a long time was because

it was kind of expensive

But finally I'm doing it because I HATE MY HAIR RIGHT NOW

Seriously every Korean girl would know this trend

It's actually called "Personal Color"

I'm really really late for this trend

But anyway! I'm going to find out what personal color I have

I'm so exited to do this finally

Because... before this trend happened in Korea

when you just went to buy some cosmetics

you just had to know what color you liked

Now everyone asks, "What personal color do you have?"

"what personal color type are you?"

and I had no idea

so finally I'm going to find it out

I don't know if this personal color trend is happening in other countries as well

Probably yes?

What's good to know about your personal color?

It's because you can know about your skin color/type

It's about the COLOR

and yes, I'm from KOREA

so I have the Asian tone

But this is not that simple

Even among same Koreans we have different colors

and I'm going to bring you along to see how they examine my personal color!

so let's go together!

I just arrived to the consulting place

and I need to fill in this paper to start the consulting

Real quick information!

There are 4 personal color types: Spring / summer / autumn / winter

And again , each types have 2 devided types such as warm / cool

Now please remove the make up and the lip color

and the cheek area please

cleansing

We examine this cheek area

because this part doesn't get affected by the sun a lot

so this part here is my bare skin color

and this part is my foundation color

and as you can see, my foundation is darker than my real skin tone

opps where's my lip?

There's no problem for you to use the color no. 21

If you want to use a brighter foundation

Colors no. 13, 17, 15, 19 would be good for you

No. 21 color is a bit darker than your bare skin

But it's perfect if you want to look very natural in general

and you have red color on cheeks and the blueish color under your eyes

You have so many color on your face

It's because you can see through the vessels around this area

Yes you have a thin skin

If you have many colors on your face

you look tired even though you did the make-up

so it's better to use the color correctors than concealers

Now we're going to do the draping

Please tie your hair and show your ears

My ears?

tying my hair

Now it's time to do the "color draping"

the counselor will drape many different colors around my neck

to see what color is the best matching color for my skin tone

Covering your clothes

We also need to cover your hair because of your hair color

I'm ready!

It's important to detect the "change"

of your face when I drape the colors

There's no need to see the drapes Just stare at your face

See if your skin is getting brighter or darker / redder or yellower

And even if your skin gets brighter, it's not always good

If it gets paler, WORST!

and even if your skin gets yellower or darker

If it fits you, it's good

It sounds too hard to catch

First, let's see if you're a warm type or a cool type

It's in order of warm first and cool next

Look at my face and see which color's the best for me!

Now, what's your type?

wow this is too hard! I think I'm getting tested

when I draped the warm color, your skin gets yellower

than when I draped the white color

But if I drape the cool color it gets less yellower than warm color

It gets brighter but also redder and your dark circles are more visible

Again, the warm color looks yellower

and the cool colors looks less yellower but redder

oh my dark circle!

So I think warm colors suit you better

Now it's the "WINTER WARM" colors

Look at my face and see if I'm the winter warm type

This time it's "Dark winter warm" colors

As the color goes darker, your skin looks darker as well

It's better not to wear dark colors for your skin type

This time it's the "AUTUMN WARM" colors

It's better than winter colors but you look a bit yellower

but not really bad

This time it's "DARK autumn warm" colors

how do you feel?

Not good for me?

This time let's see "SUMMER WARM" colors

It's a bit brighter than autumn colors

This time it's "LIGHT summer warm" colors

Colors are brighter but your face looks darker and yellower

Oh gosh you look pale no need to wear these colors

For last, it's "SPRING WARM" colors

How do you feel?

You don't know right? It's not perfect but it looks good on you

This time it's "LIGHT spring warm" colors

It makes your dark circles stand out

Now the final! Which one's better?

No.1? or no. 2

one two one two

I think no.1 is better

This(no. 2) makes my dark circle mor visible

Yes this color made you look brighter

but your dark circles go visible

Pink is a good color for you but not the yellow color

For the result, your best personal color is the "LIGHT spring warm" colors

If I had to pick one color, teal color is the best for you

She said this is the best color for me

It looks like the mint color

so these two are the bests

So I was the 'light spring warm type'

and these were my colors

for last step, she also told me the lip colors

MLBB colors were the worst for me sadly

and I should use the vivid lip colors

This was the end of my personal color video

which do you think was the best for me?

Do you have the same opinion with the counselor?

Tell me in the comments and see you next time!

Bye bye~

Hunting Octopus with spearing Stingray Catch and Cook EP.408 - Duration: 20:26.

Hi everyone, Andy here, it's an ocean reef flat like a bit of a coral reef flat but it's not a lot

of coral and we're gonna go hunt some octopus I've never done this before

I've got my spear with me I've got a couple of other little little doodads so

we'll see what we can find if that doesn't work we'll see if we can spear a

fish or a stingray or something like that I really want to have some food

very shortly, hello two stingrays, go three stingrays oh you guys might be on the menu later so my my

goal is to to walk a little bit further down here and I've seen holes which I

think are octopus holes I've never taste off to pus before but I'm I love a

challenge so I'm gonna give it a go and now we've got the Spears back up so

it's gonna be a fun episode you gotta check this little crab out he's such a

cool dude, nice little crab. I almost didn't see him, it's when they

move you see this you're that guy see if I can grab you for you just so cool it

this crab is greatly camouflaged and the biggest defence is just to sit there and

look like a piece of piece of weed oh look you go buddy hey he's good

okay look at that this is interesting, such a cool crab.

one hole he shrimp of some sort living in that hole something bigger

oh this looks interesting yes I can stick my hand in there

mmm I can't it goes down a little bit let's some dig that out that I'm

thinking this is an octopus hole, have a look at this that's a fresh shell that's

a fresh shell that one's a little bit older let's settle in here and dig that

out let's see what I'm gonna do is try and dig down hopefully without

collapsing enough to put my hand there so stop digging down maybe he's even

pulling something in

yeah did I scare ya I just pretended that was makes it real I'm just pulling

out coral rocks whatever whatever the grounds made up over here and look at

that he's dumb he's eating a little crab is up another one of those is a that's a

really quite a fresh one yeah that's way and earlier that that's

that's as far as I've got and it's another 25 centimeters

I've made the hole quite a bit wider now is his actual hole is where this is coming

out and out go on as far in as I can and I can't reach the octopus I've actually put this

thing here into the hall look at that I've gone all the way in

and as far as like it actually goes further than that and some way the

problem is just here it's really just one big lump of coral to let this guy

win this trip this sum is fight pretty safe in there so I'll try and remember

where that hole is and then come back another day cuz I'm not being outdone by

a cephalopod let's see yeah yeah the scientific name for an octopus let's see

if we can find another hole. This looks like one that definitely looks

like something that that is a very fresh kill that was used probably dinner

yesterday or day before it's definitely an octopus in there let's let's

try and dig this hole out I know which way this one's going it's going that

direction there so this is now the second hole and I think this is not the

way to hunt octopus you know that that's definitely a crab he ate, made the thing I

don't want to do is you know wreck their homes if I don't eat them and then they

die under the ground so I'm making sure I'm keeping the hole open as I dig so

that they can get out whenever they want I'm gonna have to come up with a new

strategy, okay I don't think digging out an octopus is the way to go no that's

some yeah getting right down in there that is like my elbows I think you just

trying to grab me, he just gave me a fright because I was talking to you guys he's

down there so he's like no it's over two foot down almost straight down there

well I think he's doing he's actually digging down while I'm trying to dig him

in he's moving further down well the octopus won that round some people might

call that a failure but I actually call it a win because this is the first time

I've tried to dig octopus out that there's actually been one in the hole when I put

the stick in I put this all the way down the hole and he grabbed it like three or

four times but each time I tried to pull him out with it which it was it was a

very bad idea he went further down the hole

that we might have missed our window I'm gonna set up the spear we'll keep

looking for octopus and you guys will notice I'm not carrying a fishing rod

it's spear and and pokey things only so just set spear up what do you

guys probably don't know this but in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria,

almost anywhere except for Northern Territory it's illegal to spear, spear

fish, harpoon, whatever you want to call it in freshwater. These shallow coral reef

flats really home to a lot of animals all there's a little baby black tip

shark just took off that's pretty cool yes this intertidal zone is where all

the life happens if you go too far up there's just dry land and I'm yeah

looking for hey guys little flathead, I'm looking for I don't know let's see oh

hello let's see if you're big enough there's a

blue swimmer crab yeah I think he looks a little bit small let's catch this guy

I only got one one nipper he's very aggressive he's very aggressive

this could be my lunch I don't want to spear him I just want to make fast yeah

oh he's gonna beat me he's gonna beat me he settled that's it he's settled down

okay I get a shot at him here I've got him

half pinned, nut he's yep oh the waters gonna get dirty

yeah I should have all right I didn't want to spare him I didn't know if he's

undersized or not so they're guys mr. blue swimmer crab you guys want to do

this it's all well and good just know

what animals can bite you sting you whatever

don't pick anything if you don't know what it is you don't step on live corals

I'm making very sure that I'm standing on mud sand or dead coral definitely

don't stand on live coral cuz you'll just kill it

okay here we've got a lagoon ray, stingray they've actually got a like a semi

poisonous tail spine, so I don't want to get one of these seeing it there you

taking off

what is that that is a monster crayfish oh and he's actually been was being dead

for a while he's carapace just came off I'm gonna show this guy to you look at

the size of this thing that is HUGE oh there's a monster crayfish, that is amazing

critter he's been dead for a wall is no mate left inside that it's all well

Hollow look at the legs on him there yeah he's still after me too long we

didn't get this guy while he was still alive. There's a stingray that's the one I want

he's kind of smallish I've never used one of these Spears out of the water

before so I missed him, I totally missed you and he's just freaked out I

see we can get him got him oh yes team yeah let me set well that was right on

him got him all right Oh

he's trying to get away get him up to the surface there we go we have lunch oh

hey mr. stingray a little bit high on the first shot

beautiful yeah if I'll show you guys how to prepare one of these actually I'll

show you how to deal with them so that they don't spike you. While I walking over to where I'm gonna

have a little fire I'll tell you the rules at the moment in Queensland for

sharks and rays it's one per person per day and it's a maximum of 1.5 meters so

no sharks over to 1.5m and no raids over 1.5 meters. This looks like a good spot

up here the first thing we want to do is disarm this guy that's that's his major

that's easy only weapon really so I'm just gonna hold his tail hopefully nice

and tight and these things here actually designed to come out once they bang them

into something and - like your foot or fish's mouth or something like that

they're designed to break off there we go it's come off now I'll show you one

I've got at home dried but yeah it's hot it's hard to see I'll show you the one

at home that I've got dried so they jab that into you and then it actually is

designed to dislodge like that so and they're actually serrated but yeah like

I said I'll show you that why she kill him so that's his mouth that's his gills

so he's hot she'll be here hold his tongue that's going yep there we go

I should bleed him out usually does a good job if you straight

down the middle of them and then we'll just turn them over and they bleed out

before we do the Stingray we'll just start a fire and the easiest way to

start a fire around here is to use pandanus this is the pandanus tree and

its leaves they're a bit spiky you can see the serrated edges there it's

probably the easiest fire starting material I found on there on the shore

We will use that, like always were below the high-water mark here and this would

go out like a rocket prepare a we're gonna fill it the fire will burn down

and we'll have a nice little bed of coals to cook on find out what what

actual species this is since sure at this stage we'll give them a give em a

little washing and filleting all right let's start I've got two big flaps these

um these two big muscle flaps is what they swim with and that's all the meat

that we want this right there and you can tell he hasn't been dead long

because when I move the knife sometimes he's his muscles there you go muscles

twitch that's he's been dead for a while I don't take cutting boards all the time

it makes it very hard sometimes sting has to be one of the hardest things to

to fill it clip cleanly that's working pretty good now actually

so that looks like me but it's actually a very hard membrane and now he can't go

too far down he didn't get a lot of meat off a little sting right okay there's my

makeshift filleting board or rock fires um yeah burnt down nicely the nice heat of

coals there and this is one of the hooks I made up to to try and get the octopus

which obviously didn't work but either use the hook to cook the stingray now

everybody says that stingray tastes like scallops and I think a lot of those

people haven't actually eaten stingray, um it's definitely not a scallop taste I

um I haven't eaten it for a while so I'll just um I'll have to give you my my

impressions again I think the reason people say it's it's like scallop it

takes you got like a bit of a grainy like long long muscles um it's

definitely got a scallop texture but I've never thought of it as a scallop

taste so to speed this up a little bit I've just put a rock right in the fire

and I'm just gonna use the rock as a like a plate or a not necessary as a

sauce because the rocks not hot but just let the the surrounding heat cook that

stingray and I think one of my spears he's most ready to eat

some getting close to the sunset and there's still a fair bit of light left

but I thought I better wrap this up I'll cook my stingray there it is that smells

hard to describe maybe a little bit like squid it has the texture of a scallop

it's actually really soft but if you ask me it tastes more like fish hmm it's

actually a bit smoky in there too from the fire I always thought this would

taste a bit more like shark but it really is more like fish I'm actually

tasting camembert cheese like the after taste like mmm

quite a quite a little while after I finished that that first two pieces so

it's definitely camembert cheese flavor coming right like you know like a few

minutes after I've eaten the other pieces very interesting definitely squid

it may be prawns as well mmm I'm gonna keep putting them on a

little rocket that seems to be working quite well it turned out to be nice

afternoon it was actually yeah a little bit overcast this morning the wind

settled down a little bit I think I'll do stingray again but I might cook the

whole thing I don't know although I'll see how I go

I definitely want to go for more octopus I hate being outsmarted by an animal

even though he's got eight legs their brains are like small they are very

intelligent which is why it probably got away from me today but I'm gonna keep

going I'm trying to catch an octopus yeah it's been a nice day today the

forecast is actually 20 to 25 knots for the next four days and that's why I'm

not heading out there it looks it looks good in here like if you have a look

looks calm but we're sheltered by the hill hill behind me

so I really want to do an overnight ocean ocean fish camp on an island

they'll camp on the boat near an island yeah that'll have to wait a little bit

longer so next one needs turning see you next time thanks for watching everyone

Bipolar Stigma: 3 Ways it Affects Our Lives | HealthyPlace - Duration: 3:17.

Hey guys. It's Hannah.

3 ways that bipolar stigma affects our lives.

Stigma is not something to be taken lightly.

It's not just a little obstacle in our life,

it's a huge one.

It's part of the disorder itself.

And I'm going to share 3 ways that I believe

it affects our lives based on my personal experience

living with bipolar 2 disorder.

And I'm hoping you'll share your experience as well.

And put some ways that we can help

to reduce this stigma.

It prevents people from getting treatment.

Stigma puts a face, a personality type

on bipolar disorder.

So I know, for me,

I've always been outgoing and social

and everything on the outside told me that

I didn't have bipolar.

But I was, internally, really struggling.

Because there's this negative perception out there

of this image that I didn't believe I fit.

So I didn't get treatment.

Also, you're afraid to be on medications.

You're afraid of what people will say,

what they will think of you.

And that's a huge problem in our community.

Stigma silences us.

Stigma takes away our voice.

Stigma doesn't give us an opinion in society.

We always feel lesser than others.

I know one of my biggest pet peeves

is when I reveal to someone I have bipolar disorder

I can sometimes hear a condescending tone in their voice

when they're speaking to me.

I don't have any valid opinions

to contribute to a conversation.

And I know that some of the most brilliant people I ever met

live with bipolar disorder.

Bipolar stigma keeps people from finding happiness.

And that really makes me sad.

Because we aren't allowed to accept or embrace our condition,

we are petrified of what others will think of us.

And in order for you to find happiness,

you have to be honest.

You have to share your story, be open.

And we really have to work together as a community

to try and find ways to reduce this

and empower one another.

Because stigma kills people every single day.

I've seen it.

When I was in the mental hospital,

so many lost souls

of people that could have been so successful

and done so many things in their lives,

simply couldn't because of stigma.

Please share your ways of reducing stigma below.

Your opinion, your thoughts in the comment section

And please subscribe to my YouTube channel, if you have not.

Happy Mental Health Awareness Month.

This is huge.

So it's the perfect time to talk about stigma.

I'll see you guys next week.

Bye.

7 Days Of Different Drugstore Looks | Beauty With Mi | Refinery29 - Duration: 10:42.

Hey, guys, it's Mi-Anne, and this is Beauty With Mi.

Before we get started, please hit subscribe, little red button, down below.

If you don't know, Beauty With Mi comes out every Monday at 11AM on this channel.

I tried seven days of makeup trends earlier this year, and after reading all of your beautiful

comments, I thought it would be a great idea to try a similar challenge, but using only

$25 worth of drugstore makeup.

I hopped over to the store, did a little bit of online shopping, and came up with a bunch

of different makeup products.

It comes out to $24.63, just under $25.

Uh, not gonna lie, it doesn't look like much.

Drugstore makeup can get a little bit pricey.

I had to really keep it minimal.

Hopefully this whole challenge will show you that drugstore makeup can be really glam and

very versatile.

I think we're gonna come up with some pretty cool looks this week.

So, follow along!

So, for day one of this challenge, I decided to ease into it with a monochromatic pink

look that matches my hair.

I started off with my base and applied the Wet N Wild concealer all over my face, under

my eyes, around my nose, and blended that out.

I skipped foundation this entire week A) to keep my cost down, but also because I do often

use concealer as foundation.

Then, I followed up with some of the ELF HD powder all over my face to set my makeup.

And then applied some blush, bronzer, and highlighter from the Rimmel palette.

Then I followed up with some eyeshadow primer before adding a touch of the ELF powder on

my eyelids so that the blush that I'm going to use as my eyeshadow would apply more evenly.

I didn't have a separate pink eyeshadow in my drugstore arsenal, so I used the blush

from the Rimmel palette, dusted that all over my lid, and then put a little bit of the bronzer

shade in my crease as a transition shadow.

Then, to finish off the eyes, I curled my eyelashes and applied a couple layers of the

Wet N Wild mascara, and added a bit of the pink blush on my lash line for a little bit

of extra definition.

And then to finish off the look, I used a little bit of the ELF lipstick, which at first,

was a little bit difficult to work with straight out of the bullet.

So, I used it on my finger, warmed it up on my fingers, and tapped it into my lips as

a stain.

I really like this look.

I think that when I typically do monochromatic pink looks, I like to use eyeshadows that

are a little bit punchier, but I think for a day-to-day look, it was really pretty.

I think it really complimented my hair.

It was a really great daytime look.

For the second day of the challenge, I kept things simple with just some very glowy

skin and a punchy red lip.

For the whole week I used the same base, but this time I used a little bit of the highlighter

on my eyes just to give my lids a little bit of iridescence.

A little bit of bronzer in my crease; a bit of mascara.

Then I finished off with a swipe of the Wet N Wild red lipstick, which was beautiful and

really pigmented.

It felt really nice.

The look itself is a little bit more on the natural side, but having that punchy red lip

makes it a little more bold.

For day three, I decided to go with a little bit of a bronze smokey eye look using some

of the shadows from my Wet N Wild palette.

I went in with the ELF eyeshadow primer all over my lid and little bit on my lower lash

line, before going with a generous helping of the bronze eyeshadow.

For a little bit of extra definition, I dusted a little bit of the deeper, kind of green-ish

shadow in the palette on my upper and lower lash lines using a more dense pencil brush.

Followed up with a little bit of mascara, a touch more bronzer, and, finally, a layer

of lipstick.

This was a fun look.

I don't typically wear smokey eyes, but I liked it.

It was a good daytime-appropriate one.

Definitely didn't veer too far into the smokey

territory, so I think that if you want a daytime-appropriate

smokey eye that you can deepen up for nighttime, this was definitely it.

Day four focuses on a very soft ombré lip.

I did a nice, crisp cat eye using the Black Radiance liquid liner before moving on to

the main event, which was the ombré lips.

So, I decided to do the red lipstick on the outer perimeter of my lips and then the pink

lipstick in the center, kind of diffusing it out to make it all look like it blended

together.

I do think that this look would've been a little bit more longwearing if I had used

liquid lipsticks rather than these satin finish lipsticks that I had just because as I wore

the lipsticks, I did find that the color started to melt together and ended up just kind of

looking like a mixture of red and pink.

You know, it didn't look bad, but it did lose its ombré quality throughout the day.

Day five was probably my favorite look: a graphic wing that I created using the

Wet N Wild palette.

But, I wanted to get more pigment out of this deeper, kind of teal shade, so I decided to

mix it with some water to create a paste-like consistency.

I used an angled brush to take that, apply it to my lid, winging it out slightly, and

then bringing it in to my crease before filling it in.

This was actually a lot easier than it looks because it's really only one shade, and the

most important part is making sure your lines are really crisp.

Then, I followed up with some mascara, some of the pink lipstick, and that was it.

I got the most compliments on this look out of all of the looks this week, just because

I think it's so fun and different.

It's very crisp.

And honestly, I was surprised that I was able to get that much pigment and maneuverability

out of a drugstore eyeshadow that was like $3.

So, day six was kind of a version of day one, but I decided to swap out the lipstick and

do a little bit of red instead.

This is actually inspired by – well, loosely inspired by – a look that Lily Collins wore

to the Golden Globes.

So I started off with the same base as usual.

Then, I wet my eyeshadow brush, and applied the same Rimmel blush as my eyeshadow.

I applied a little bit of the Black Radiance eyeliner, curled my eyelashes,

slapped on some mascara, and put on my red lipstick.

I love this look, I wear pink eyeshadow and red lipstick a lot.

Again, I would've liked it if the blush was a touch more pigmented,

but I do really like this color.

All in all, I think the look came out really well.

The seventh and final day of my seven days of drugstore makeup challenge really only

required one hero product.

So this look is all about the eyes.

Inspired, in part, by dotted liner and by a floating crease, which is essentially a

more modern, fresh take on a traditional 60s cut crease.

A makeup artist on Instagram, her name is Anna-Karin Hellborg, she does a dotted liner

look really similar to this one.

So, what I did was I took the eyeliner and used a different brush.

I used my BH Cosmetics #10 eyeliner brush, dipped into the product, and created little

dots along the crease of my eye.

Not gonna lie, I struggled with this one.

I do this look a lot, but I actually have an eyeliner that has an applicator with a

rounded edge so it makes it super easy to make circular dots.

Doing this with a brush was a little bit more challenging, but after a few tries,

I definitely got it to work.

After dotting the liner on my crease on both eyes, I followed up with some mascara and

some lipstick as per usual, and went on my way.

I absolutely love this look.

I think this look and the graphic wing were definitely my favorites.

I love experimenting with makeup in that way, and honestly, they don't really require

that much product.

And if you have the patience to pull it off, you can do it.

Hi, guys!

So it has been seven days since I have been using only this makeup.

Although I liked a lot of the products, it was so limiting not being able to, like, reach

for the glitter in my drawer or reach for a different color eyeliner.

It did really challenge me to do different things with this makeup, and I was actually

really surprised by how nice the looks came out, if I do say so myself.

I hope that you guys liked them, too.

Definitely let me know in the comments which look was your favorite.

So, I think the first, like, hero product here was definitely the concealer.

This Wet N Wild concealer corrector is so good.

It is so beautiful.

It doesn't have the best shade-range, which isn't great, but if you do have a shade in

this lineup, I would definitely try checking it out.

And I just used this all over my face the entire week, and I really enjoyed it.

I also really loved the Rimmel contour, blush, and highlight.

The blush is beautiful.

The contour – it's not too warm; it's not too cool,

you can contour and bronze with it.

The one pitfall I will say with this is the highlighter is very sheer.

But, overall, it was lovely.

Pretty on the eyes, too.

Eyeshadow palette was really lovely, too.

The things that didn't really work, I will say that the Wet N Wild MegaLength Waterproof

mascara...

If you want something very natural, go for it.

But for me, I need something with more volume.

This lipstick, though, I think that I didn't choose the right color.

This is the ELF lipstick in Classy.

It was too, like, frosty-pale pink.

In my opinion, didn't look amazing on me, but I was able to make it work.

It did kind of accentuate dryness on my lips, but I will say that if you tap it on with

a finger, it worked a lot better.

The powder...

I used the ELF undereye setting powder as my all-over face powder, and I think that

it has a beautiful, like, brightening, smoothing effect, but it doesn't control oil as much

as I would've wanted it to.

So if you have like, slightly drier skin, but you just want to set your undereye area,

you want to set a little bit of your face, I think you'll probably like this.

Last but not least of the things that I want to mention today, the Black Radiance liquid

liner is really lovely.

I'm not a huge fan of the brush, I find it a little bit too flexible.

I like to apply it with my own brush, just a little bit easier to work with.

BH Cosmetics, it's the number 10 eyeliner brush.

The actual pigment of this eyeliner, though, is beautiful.

It's really easy to work with, it lasts a long time.

So, that is it.

I hope that this showed you that you can spend $25 and get all of this makeup and you can

do a lot of different looks if you're creative with it.

So, I hope that you guys enjoyed it.

Let me know if there are any other seven day challenges that you think will be interesting

to watch, and I will catch you guys next week, bye!

What You NEED TO KNOW to Start Losing Weight! - Duration: 7:35.

So you've finally decided to take the plunge, to start losing weight.

What do you do now though?

Today I'm going to go over my top 5 tips on how to get going on your weight loss journey.

Let's get into it.

Hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of 'Walk With Me', my name is Josh

and today we're talking about how to start losing weight.

And really quick before we get into it, be sure to like the video if you enjoy this,

really helps me out a ton, and subscribe if you want to see more, I put out new episode

of Walk With Me every Monday at 8AM.

But let's get into the tips.

A lot of times people will try and plan and plan make things perfect and tweak and wait

for the right day to start their diet, wait until they can get to the grocery store to

buy this one thing.

People will plan until they're blue in the face with the assumption of, "I wanna just

get it perfect I want to have everything set up and perfect before I start."

This can be a little bit of a slippery slope.

There's a term I heard called paralysis by analysis that I think is a really great description

of this.

You plan so much to make things perfect, it's just another form of procrastination and you

don't ever end up actually starting, or you get too overwhelmed from all of that information

so all I always recommend for you to do is just start.

It's super important for you to continue learning but think about learning and tweaking as reactive

instead of proactive.

Just start, figure it out as you go because that's going to be the best way to tailor

things to what works best for you.

This is a huge one, if you talk to anyone that's ever lost weight they'll usually agree

that they wish they had done this or they wish they had done this even more.

The more data and the more documentation you have, it's gonna be easier to spot how far

you've come.

You don't need to share this with anybody but you need to take pictures, you need to

take measurements, you need to weigh yourself, get all of that documented and started.

The longer you're losing weight the more invaluable that becomes.

So just don't be embarrassed, tuck it away in a folder on your computer if you need to

and don't look at it again, but it's going to be really really important down the line

and you're going to wish you had done it if you don't.

Take some time when you're first starting off, look for any weak points in your diet.

Look for some easy changes you could make.

We all usually have our problem areas and problem foods, and trying to identify those

and figure out what you could switch them with is a really great place to start.

The example I always use for this for me was soda and sugary drinks.

I used to drink probably 2 liters of mountain dew every day and probably another liter worth

of random fruit juices that are just loaded with sugar.

So all I did, I took all of that soda and juice that I was drinking and just swapped

it for diet soda.

Obviously you don't want to be drinking that much diet soda forever, but when you're just

starting off you kind of have to think of it as a lesser of two evils sort of thing.

And then once you're a little bit more comfortable and settled into your new diet that's something

you can look at down the line, trying to switch and incorporate more water instead of all

that diet soda.

But the big thing I really like to recommend with this, make a conscious effort not to

change anything else in your diet.

When you start to be a little bit more conscious of what you're eating because you're starting

this journey and you make an effort not to change you really see all of the bad stuff

that you eat and eventually it's going to make you want to change so don't try and do

too much too soon.

Pick that easy tweak or two to your diet and just consciously continue to do everything

else the same.

If you eat fast food for dinner every night, keep doing that, just switch to diet soda

and keep eating your fast food.

This is a real long game move when it comes to weight loss but trust me it makes things

so much nicer because after a month or two of getting used to that easy change that you

made you're going to be so ready to incorporate some healthier food into your diet.

Whenever you're excited and ready to make those changes you're a lot more likely to

stick to them.

So sometime down the line after making those initial easy changes, you know typically 1-3

months, you're going to be ready to make those next steps.

This is where the real work comes in, you want to figure out what your daily calorie

burn is, also known as your TDEE, talked about this plenty of times before.

But you want to figure out what that number is and start tracking your daily calories

and you want to aim for 500 less than that number that you calculated.

500 calories less than that number is going to equate to about 1lb of weight loss per

week which is a really great place to start.

And I also can't stress this enough, don't cut out any food groups from your diet.

I don't know how else to make it more clear for everybody because I talked about this

so many times before but I still get those comments that people are excited to start

so they're like "Yeah, I cut sugar, I cut starch, I cut dairy, I cut this, I cut that..."

You don't need to do that.

I really truly believe there's room for all foods no matter how healthy or unhealthy into

everyone's daily diet without having to implement all of those difficult to follow restrictions.

Obviously changes are going to need to be made to your diet if you've been eating junk

food and you're obese for your whole life but I don't think a lot of people realize,

if you're honestly and accurately tracking your calories, those issues will kind of solve

themselves.

You're going to want more bang for your buck in terms of what you eat and the volume and

all that sort of stuff, and that's a skill that just gets better and stronger the more

that you learn and the more that you practice.

But don't try and start off being perfect with this, you'll figure it out along the

way.

The key is adherence, you want to keep going no matter what so you want to make it as easy

as possible.

So by this point you've jumped into your weight loss, you've documented your starting point,

you've made those easy changes and got comfortable with those so you started tracking your calories,

now all that's left is to follow through and celebrate the little wins along the way.

No matter how much weight you have to lose wether it is 100 plus pounds like I had to,

or 10 pounds, it's going to take a lot longer than you realize most likely.

So you need to make sure you're staying honest, you're staying accurate with everything that

you're doing with your weight loss and in turn, you want to celebrate those wins and

those milestones along the way.

All of the steps that we already talked about are going to be necessary for you to actually

have the success and to be able to celebrate those wins, but you want to make sure and

give yourself the credit where credit is due.

So I would encourage you all, don't over complicate this, follow these steps.

I'm going to be linking this video to everyone that is wondering how to start so I hope this

helped for you, I hope you enjoy this.

I would love to hear what problems you're experiencing right now with your weight loss,

I've talked about just about everything I know at nauseam, sometimes I feel like I have

nothing left to teach you, so if there are any gaps in my teaching please let me know,

let me know your situation down below, I can use it for a future episode.

That is going to be all this week everybody, keep working towards those goals, until next

time I will talk to you all later.

Have a good one.

always looking for deals that are going to be big. So if you don't think scale,
