Quest'anno, auto storiche a parte, i riflettori erano tutti puntati sulla Rolls-Royce Cullinan, ovvero il primo Suv nella storia del blasonato marchio britannico

I più attenti, però, non si saranno lasciati sfuggire la BMW 9cento, concept di una motocicletta assolutamente inedito e assai innovativo

    I bavaresi la inseriscono nella categoria "adventure sport" e ne parlano come un possibile modello del futuro ma la verità è che questa moto è molto più vicina alla produzione di quanto non sembri

La base tecnica, infatti, è quella con motore bicilindrico parallelo da 800 cc e 90 CV delle "piccole" BMW e il resto della ciclistica è piuttosto tradizionale, con la forcella rovesciata e il forcellone posteriore

    CAIBAL   "Questa moto vuole raggiungere un punto di equilibrio – ha spiegato Edgar Heinrich, cioè il responsabile del design delle moto BMW - tra la giusta potenza e le caratteristiche coerenti per il touring sportivo, tenendo al primo posto il piacere di guida"

Insomma la 9cento è l'interpretazione di BMW per il nuovo segmento di fascia media dove si trovano anche proprietà funzionali come la capacità di viaggio, lo spazio per i bagagli e la protezione aerodinamica

    Ovviamente, essendo una concept bike, non mancano le soluzioni tecniche spettacolari che difficilmente si potrebbero trasferire sulla produzione di serie, a partire dal Il triangolo del telaio rinforzato con strati di Cfrp che collega visivamente il design tridimensionale del rivestimento anteriore al supporto posteriore in alluminio fresato che è un inno al minimalismo

A proposito di alluminio, tutte le parti realizzate in questa lega, cioè il coperchio centrale del serbatoio, il supporto posteriore e il supporto del poggiapiedi – hanno la fresatura diretta verso la ruota anteriore

Sembra solo un dettaglio ma l'effetto visivo è sorprendente.    CAIBAL   A proposito di dettagli, il faro anteriore ha due elementi luminosi simmetrici, ognuno dei quali è composto da una luce diurna a Led nella parte inferiore con una forma a U, mentre due piccole luci Led su ciascun lato costituiscono i fari abbaglianti e anabbaglianti

Al posteriore, invece, i due elementi Led sono integrati sotto il sedile e sono caratterizzati dal tipico design BMW fatto da due "C" posizionate una di fronte all'altra

    L'ultima innovazione della 9cento riguarda la gestione dello spazio e del carico, che comprende un elemento clip-on

Si tratta di una doppia valigetta che non offre solo uno spazio di carico, ma estende anche lo spazio su cui si può sedere il passeggero

Se necessario, si aggancia al vano posteriore tramite un elettromagnete che si attacca saldamente alla sezione inferiore del supporto

A new report suggests that Meghan Markle's mother, Doria Ragland, can't even talk about

her royal daughter.

After marrying Prince Harry, Meghan Markle is now a powerful figure with a voice that

can draw the world's attention to any humanitarian or charitable cause she chooses, but many

in Meghan's family aren't so lucky!.

A trusted source close to "The Firm" tells Radar Online that Ragland, who is retired

and is a sometime yoga instructor, was forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and isn't

allowed to say a word about Meghan Markle unless she clears it with the British royal

family.

RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that Meghan's mother Doria Ragland, 61, is "miserable"

after being silenced by the Royal family.

"Doria can't eat, speak or otherwise open her mouth about Meghan unless she clears it

with the Royal family," a source close to the new Duchess of Sussex explains to Radar.

"They've silenced her and made her sign a non-disclosure agreement."

The source told the outlet that Ragland was even asked about the so-called "royal wedding"

by her friends, but she wasn't allowed to say a word.

Ragland, according to the source, looks "sick and miserable," and said that the situation

she was in was "sad."

Doria's close friends back home in Los Angeles watched the spectacle on television.

Some anxiously tried getting her to give them details about the lavish ceremony as they

were excited to know more about Meghan's special day but it was to no avail.

"Her friends are asking how the wedding was, how the food was, asking how happy Meghan

is and all Doria did was shrug her shoulders.

She didn't say a word.

It's so sad.

The poor lady looks and feels miserable."

There was a lot of misery surrounding this wedding.

As Radar previously reported, just days before tying the knot, Meghan's father Thomas Markle

contacted her on at least two separate occasions asking for some cold hard cash.

"Meghan refused," another source told Radar exclusively.

Korean boy band BTS tops Billboard 200 - Duration: 2:39.

Paving the way for a new golden age for K-POP,... BTS is knocking down records by the day.

But how did this seven-member group go from a local success story to a global sensation...

seemingly overnight?

Other K-POP artists have enjoyed success outside of Korea,... but our Hong Yoo tells us how

it could be different this time.

South Korean boy band BTS set a new K-pop record this week, reaching the top of the

Billboard 200.

Their new album "Love Yourself: Tear" became the first Korean album to rank first on that

U.S. chart.

Still, they're not the first K-Pop artists to make the Billboard.

That title belongs to the Wonder Girls, who hit the charts in 2009.

And in 2012, Psy of "Gangnam Style" fame reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100.

But the only one to make it to the top is BTS.

Not only did they sell the most albums and tracks this week, but for their online activity,

they also won "Top Social Artist" for the second year in a row at the 2018 Billboard

Music Awards.

This was the first time a South Korean artist has won a Billboard music award twice.

There are reasons why it was BTS that wrote a new chapter in K-Pop history.

"Their main difference with other K-Pop artists is that BTS made their way to the top step

by step, already having a fanbase.

They won more fans based on their music, and due to that fandom, BTS was able to make it

into the U.S. Language is no longer a limit in the global market."

This was the first time in 12 years an album not in English reached this level.

That BTS sings mostly in Korean... clearly isn't a problem for their fans.

"I love them so much.

It's really amazing that they came from a non-victory company but could come this far.

It gave so much people hope.

So I don't feel like we are fans and idols but we feel like a big family together."

"Their song always includes social issues that many people can relate so much to the

song that they sing in their album."

BTS found a way to reach a global audience with their songs and opened a whole new avenue

for K-pop.

With so much momentum, eyes are on what they'll contribute next to the world of K-pop and

beyond.

InDesign How-To: Swap Two Images (Video Tutorial) - Duration: 3:06.

Hi, I'm Anne-Marie Concepción from InDesignSecrets.com Here is a question

that I hear a lot: "How do I swap images inside of a layout?" Say for example this

image with the beautiful drop shadow is supposed to have the picture of the tree.

And this image over here with the manly border is supposed to have the image of

the dude. How do I swap them? I can't just drag the frames over because I want the

frame effects to remain. I just want to move the contents. Well, it's kind of a

pain, but it's possible to do. That's the point of this video. I'll show how to do

it manually, but also there is hope because there is a script—a free script—

that can help you do this and I'll show you where to get that script at the end.

So here's how you do it manually. You have to remember that an image always

has contents and it has the frame itself. So what we want to do is we want to take

the contents of the image and paste it into the other frame. To start, always

just duplicate these guys. So I'm drag-selecting across them and holding down

the Option key and dragging down to peel off copies. So now we have a copy. We're

going to select the contents of this picture, of the man, and you can do so if

you have this little "donut hole" showing. You can click and that will

automatically select the contents. Do you see how it gets a different colored

stroke? Or you could switch to the white arrow tool, which automatically selects

the contents. Now that it's selected I can copy it. And then I go to the picture

that I want to paste it into and I choose Paste Into. Now make sure that you

choose the frame and not the contents. Make sure that you're seeing the little

blue border, blue boxes around it and also that you're using the dark selection

tool and…otherwise Paste Into will not be available because it's saying that, "Oh,

you can't paste into itself. You have to paste into a frame." Got that? Anyway we're

going to go ahead and Paste Into. And there he is. And then we can do the same

thing here. So this time I'm going to click right here to get the contents of

the beautiful landscaping. I'll right-click and choose Copy. And because

I'm still on the selection tool I can click here—right click—and look there's

Paste Into. Yay! There it is. All right…so I have swapped both pictures and they

are perfect and now the headings make sense. Now where is that script? Well, if

you go to InDesignSecrets.com, look for a post that David Blatner wrote,

"Exchange or Swap Two Images with this Free InDesign Script. And he explains how

to use it and how to install it and everybody loves it. And what it does, is

it just lets you select these two images, right click, and at the bottom here

you'll see a command that says Swap the Images. Much easier. But now you know how

to do it manually and also with a script.

😋 Let's Do The Damn Thing!😙The Bachelorette Season Premiere Recap - Duration: 4:42.

It's that time of year again, people!

The Bachelorette is officially back, baby (and  The Bachelorette spoilers  have already

told us who wins, but that's another story)!

For real, do not follow the above link if you don't want to know how it plays out for

Becca Kufrin and ... ooh, that was a close one.

Almost gave it away. Wowza.

Anyway, about Monday night ...

Whether you're a  Bachelorette spoilers  addicted fiend or opt to remain in suspense as to who

Becca picks, this much is 100% clear:

1. She's smoking hot;

2. The guys love her;

3. It's gonna be bonkers this season as the runner-up from this winter's  The Bachelor

 season is already driving the competition crazy.

If you watch The Bachelor online, you will already know that Becca has already had a

shot at love on reality TV. She was romanced by Arie Luyendyk Jr. and was even engaged

to him.   

But Arie had a change of heart, called off their engagement and started a relationship

with runner-up Lauren Burnham. 

It was a horrible chain of events, but it was clear Becca rebounded quickly when she

was announced as the new Bachelorette. In fact, it probably worked out better for her. 

 

When the episode kicked off, we learned that Becca was not about to let that loser Arie

ruin her time in front of the reality TV cameras.   

"I'm just, like, your normal average girl," she says. "All I did was get my heart broken

on TV."  

Becca was joined by former The Bachelorette women JoJo Fletcher, Kaitlyn Bristowe and

Rachel Lindsay who had a grand old chat about the highs and lows of finding love on TV. 

"Please don't edit this out: fuck him," Rachel said of Arie when she got some screen

time, before proceeding to sage the mansion. 

Oh yes, Rachel is holding nothing back, and that's why we loved her so much on her season. 

"As women, we do a better a job of it," Jojo tells the camera when she is asked whether

the women are better at picking the men.  

"Women are more intuitive. They know what they want," she continued. 

With the sheer amount of men emerging from the limousines at the lavish mansion, it was

clear they were all trying to do their best to make a big first impression.   

FYI: Lindsay, Fletcher, and Bristowe all picked the same person who won the first impression

rose to win the game, so they're kind of a big deal.   

There was a fake proposal, a cardboard cutout of Arie, and even a choir. Even after all

these years, the men are really bringing it with the entrances.   

Our pick for the best first impression has got to be David. He emerged from the limo

in a chicken suit and said the following:

"I'm not here to ruffle feathers." 

If that's not a winning line, then we don't know what is.   

There was also one contestant who got sent home very early. The reason?

She knew him through friends back in Minnesota, and said that "honestly I don't think he's

here for me."  

If Becca wanted to prove anything, it was that she was not messing around this time

... and that's what made the rose ceremony, so fun to watch.   

Chris went out of his way early in the episode to say that Chase came on to the show for

all of the wrong reasons.

We don't know where Chris gets the right to speak to people he's known for a matter of

hours like that, but he did.   

In any case, Becca actually agreed with Chris and sent Chase packing. If Chris was here

to play a strategic game to take out all of the bigger players by planting seeds of doubt

in Becca's mind, he succeeded.   

Kamil, Joe, Darius, Grant, and Christian were also given the pink slip, and that meant there

were 21 people left in the competition for Becca's heart.   

As for who actually got the first impression rose, it went to Garrett, a 29-year-old who

showed up at the mansion in a minivan.

Maybe he was trying to show Becca that he didn't need a limo to make an entrance. We're

not so sure, but Becca seemed smitten with him.

The hour-long discussion at the Prince Theater in Philadelphia will "explore the current state of race relations in America through the prism of several recent events, including the arrest of two African-American men at a Philadelphia Starbucks," MSNBC said in an announcement.

Jarrett Was Already Scheduled to Be a Guest, but Roseanne's Tweets Made the Event More Timely.

According to the statement, "guests include: former top Obama administration advisor, Valerie Jarrett; CEO of Starbucks, Kevin Johnson; Yale student, Lolade [Siyonbola]; President and Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Starbucks advisor,  Sherrilyn Ifill; President of Demos and Starbucks advisor Heather [McGhee], plus more.

Jarrett, who served as a senior adviser to former President Obama and is a contributing columnist for The Hill, was the source of Barr's racist tweet, claiming Jarrett was the offspring of "the Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes.

" Barr has since apologized for her comments, but has lost her show and her agent since the tweets went viral.

"Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj," Barr wrote, using Jarrett's initials.

Barr was responding to a comment about Valerie Jarrett.

Barr, an outspoken supporter of President Trump, claimed she was joking, but then deleted the tweet and issued an apology to Jarrett and "all Americans.

"I am truly sorry for making a bad joke about her politics and her looks," Barr tweeted.

"I should have known better.

Forgive me — my joke was in bad taste." Barr then said she's leaving Twitter.

ABC network executives decided to cancel the show, releasing a statement saying: "Roseanne's Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show," said ABC Entertainment President Channing Dungey in an announcement Tuesday.

your muscles aren't temporarily paralyzed like they should be

this allows your body to react to your dreams

you may begin with small actions such as talking more twitching and progress to larger movements such as jumping or kicking

these actions can harm you or your bed partner

who is at risk of REM sleep behavior disorder

according to the national sleep foundation

men are more likely to develop this condition than women

it canopy are at any age

but most commonly occurs after in age 50

you may be at higher risk of RBD if you have a neurological disorder such as parkinson's disease or multiple system atrophy

this disease is similar to parkinson's

but it involves more widespread damage

diagnosing REM sleep behavior disorder

to diagnose this condition

you should talk with a sleep specialist

your Dr. Will need to know your medical history and will perform a neurological exam

your Dr. May even refer you to a neurologist for more comprehensive testing

your Dr. May monitor your sleep patterns by asking you to keep asleep diary

they may also ask you to fill out the ebb worth sleepiness ko this scale can help them

determine how your sleep patterns are interfering with your daily life

you may be asked to perform and a overnight sleep study

in this case you will sleep in a laboratory attached to a heart rate brainwave and breathing monitor
