AMESTERDÃO | Moco Museum + Albert Cuyp Market | Vlog Dia 2 [EN sub] - Duration: 9:19.

I like it

I want it

We're going down the middle?

Ah.

Hello, happiness

I'm getting sicker, because it's too cold in here

Hi

We're taking the tram to go to the Moco (museum)

- Moco (lol) - Isn't it Moco? - It is

We decided to get the 3 day pass, because like

It's for the best

We thought we would be walking around everywhere,

but some places are just too far away

Conclusions about this city:

The people are super nice, I've never seen nothing like this!

It's like "what"?

And the doves are crazy!

It's a conclusion

And my cousin can't visit Amsterdam, otherwise she'll need psychiatric help

I think this is the first time I've seen a dove sitting down

I don't feel like I'm on vacation

I love this guy

There's an asian market! (*starts monologue*)

I like it

I want it

We're going down the middle?

Ah.

We arrived to Albert's market

Here is where we can eat

street food

Someone just offered us cannabis chocolate

No... and cannabis chewing gum!

After a pair of gloves...

Look, there are "krokets" here!

I can't tell you anything similar to this, from Portugal

It's strange... we're eating frikandel

And then we have the

meat balls... they aren't called meat balls, but...

- How are they called? - Bitterballs

- Are you making a vlog? - Yes!

Amazing!

(Claudia panicking, ashamed) Oh God... help

I don't like this

What does it have inside?

They seem like those cheapest portuguese "rissóis de carne"

Where there's only paste inside

We should have eaten the sausage last

Oh! COINS!

Binta said she never saw this coins anywhere

How's that possible?

Cheese... is life!

This one is very good!

It tastes as good as it looks

Very hot

People here...

People here are incredible... I don't understand

I think I'm going to move here

I'm going to move here, but to have

a workshop with them!

"How to be nice"

Like... I need an "act-dutch workshop" in my life

Basically

I want it

I want it right away

João...

We miss you

True

Here's a little bit for you, João

We're sending it to you, ok?

I need to buy my mom's souvenirs

Look, there's another shop there!

Let's see...

I'll buy my mom's stuff

For her showcase

We're looking for something like

a coffehouse / bar that has

vintage games

It's like a bar for gamers

We're meeting Iuri in the...

How's it called?!

Marqt

It's literally "market"

Sooooo cold!

韓国で口蹄疫が拡散!旧正月を控えて警戒態勢! - Duration: 6:10.

Foot - and - mouth disease is raging in South Korea! Be alert for the Chinese New Year! (Translated by google.com)

Foot - and - mouth disease spreads in South Korea before the New Year 's Day,

Agriculture, Forestry and Livestock Foods Division raised crisis alarm stage from warning to vigilance.

Agricultural cooperatives are being forced to take emergency measures, such as calling for vaccination by contributing support money.

Foot - and - mouth disease was confirmed in dairy cattle at 15 livestock farms in Chungcheongnam - do in central and western part of Korea,

A movement restriction command has already been issued.

Vaccine vaccination is ongoing in the province and it is scheduled to be completed in January.

In this area it spreads widely from mid February to the end of March 2016

Twenty-two thousand heads were killed.

Although the culling was done also this time,

As far as the radius is within 500 m and the scale is not so large.

The foot and mouth disease virus of this time is similar to what occurred in 2017,

Vaccines currently in use appear to be effective.

However despite the 100% vaccination coverage in the country

It is pointed out that foot and mouth disease occurred due to the lack of effect of the vaccine.

Some farmers say that they are talking to children not to go home because they are afraid of spreading foot - and - mouth disease.

Whether damage can be minimized in this way,

It is a critical moment now.

Korean reaction

Do not bury them, euthanize them.

Is not tax used for such things?

How can we endure the contamination of groundwater?

Did you vaccinate?

Even if you euthanize by injecting it will also be buried.

My heart really hurts. What sins do livestock have?

Public officials who are pitiful but also slaughtered by livestock

Livestock appeared as a group in the dream every night and it is said to be screaming.

Even if this happens, the self-proclaimed animal protection group is closing its mouth.

Are they animals only dogs and cats for them?

Let's moderate murder. How much pain is it?

If you do not, more livestock will be slaughtered.

The stress of those who kill them also increases unnecessarily.

Similar thing happens every year, reports that it will not spread additional,

Additional diffusion is confirmed after 1 to 2 weeks.

In order to import US beef, millions of people were buried,

Please report that all civil servants are mobilized to become trauma and frostbite.

Epidemic prevention is not that difficult, why did the previous administration purposely kill a lot of domestic animals?

Foot - and - mouth disease will never disappear as long as unhealthy factory breeding is done.

I hope the foot - and - mouth disease will not spread any further.

The price of meat will jump on New Year 's holidays. It is serious.

Beef is serious for ordinary people to eat.

The prices of pigs will also rise ...

Please prevent diffusion unconditionally.

We must make use of animal husbandry.

Farmers do not have any blows, they receive compensation for compensation of punishment and tax breaks with tax.

And everyone living stock raises are rich.

There is no need for you to worry.

Although I am a livestock farmer, although the blow has not ended.

Although I am in a situation that I can not go outside even though I am distressed.

The idea of Japanese editors

Speaking of domestic animal infectious diseases in Korea,

I recall that the foot-and-mouth disease and bird flu spreading greatly during the Park Kune administration wrought a disastrous eye.

Latency of correspondence at that time is used as a lesson afterwards.

Although there are many people contrasting with each other as opposed to confrontation Park and Kune failed but Moon Jae was successful,

It is not appropriate.

Without failure and rebuilding at the time of the Park Kune administration

The same thing would have happened in the Moon Jayin administration as well.

Korea's epidemic prevention system has improved dramatically in recent years.

As far as the article is concerned, I believe it is possible to respond promptly when compared with that nightmare year.

It happened exactly the same year in Japan, and at that time the difference in correspondence was too prominent.

The question is whether the vaccine is an ineffective water vaccine,

It does not mean that you can completely prevent everything by vaccination.

Suspicion of water vaccine is also frequent,

In the case where the case was tried, the plaintiff was also lost.

It will be difficult to prove that the vaccine is not effective.

Even so, if the vaccination rate is 100%, the road to export becomes very severe,

Is not that Korea thinking about exporting beef and pork?

As other municipalities are also strengthening their alert status this time there will not be large spreads as before.

If another foot and mouth disease occurs in another area, the story is different,

As expected it will not spread from one place in Korea now.

Livestock farmers also heard the bitter experiences,

I understand how serious things are.

A disaster a few years ago was a matter of regime's response

There were also many deficiencies in measures and measures taken by livestock farmers.

In the unlikely event that Korea will spread out to a great extent in this way, it means that Korea can not really hit the eyes.

I wonder if I can go even further to the stage by overcoming such a thing.

Thank you for your viewing.

If you do not mind, please evaluate the movie.

Either good evaluation, bad evaluation, it does not matter.

If you do not mind registering to the channel would be greatly appreciated.

Como Fazer o Ponto Bloco de Crochê - Duration: 9:29.

Hello, I'm Regina Stein from Ateliê MariaRê. And in this class, we'll learn how to make a

crochet's stitch called block stitch.

The block stitch can be done in a single thread color or with more colors.

In our example, we'll use the Bella thread in three colors, purple number 1407,

white and pink number 377.

We'll also use a 2.5mm-long crochet needle, you can make your stitch

with the thread you prefer. This is a stitch that needs chains

in a number multiple of three, plus two, so our sample will have 24 chains plus two,

26 in total, and we'll work for 12 rows.

We'll start by making 26 chains with the purple thread,

we'll leave the first chain a little bit looser.

And we'll complete 26 chains.

Now, let's start making a single crochet on the second chain from the needle,

so, one, two. Here,

let's make a single crochet. Then, we'll make two chains,

let's skip two chains of the base, insert the needle in the third one and make a single crochet.

And we'll repeat this until the end, then, two chains,

let's skip two chains of the base and make a single crochet on the third chain.

Two chains,

we've skipped two, a single crochet on the third one.

Let's keep going on like this until the end of the chains.

We've reached the end, let's count two, insert the needle in the third one,

make the single crochet. Now, we'll pick this initial thread up and pull to adjust it,

leave the base here pretty smooth, without that initial kinkle.

So, we've finished the first row, now let's make the second one.

We'll make two chains and we'll turn our work around.

On the next chains, we'll make a double crochet.

Now, inside this chains' space here, we'll make three double crochets.

We've formed the first block, that's why the stitch has this name.

We'll make three more double crochets in the next chains' space, the second block.

Three double crochets in the next space.

Let's keep going on like this until the end of this row,

always making three double crochets inside each one of these chains' space.

We've made the last block of double crochets, let's finish the row

by making a double crochet here in the end.

Now we'll cut this thread and do the color change, let's use the white thread

to make the next row. Let's lie this thread here in our work and pull it,

with that, we've made a chain, let's turn our work around

and, here, in this first space, we'll make a single crochet.

We can adjust the thread.

Now we'll make two chains,

let's skip all these double crochets here and here, in this space between them,

we'll make a single crochet.

Once more, two chains,

a single crochet.

Two chains

and a single crochet. Let's keep going on like this until the end of this row.

We've reached the end here, we'll make a single crochet,

let's cut our thread and let's, once more, change color. Now let's work with the pink thread.

Let's lean the pink thread here in the beginning and pass it through the handle.

We've made, then, the first chain, let's make two more.

Let's turn our work around

and let's make a double crochet here at the chains' beginning.

Now, inside this chains' space here, we'll make three double crochets.

It'll be our first block.

Three double crochets in the next space.

One more block of three double crochets in the next space.

Let's keep going on like this until the end of this row.

We've reached the end, let's finish the row by making a double crochet here in the end.

Let's cut this thread and do the color change again, let's use the white thread once more.

Let's lean the white thread on the end of the work and pull the thread, and we've a chain.

Now we'll turn our work around

and here, at the first space, we'll make a single crochet.

Then, we'll make two chains

and here, between the blocks, a single crochet.

Again, two chains

and a single crochet between the blocks.

Two chains, a single crochet between the blocks.

Let's keep going on like this until the end of the row.

We've reached the end, let's finish our row up by making a single crochet here

on the initial chains of the last row.

Now we can cut this thread.

We'll keep going on by alternating the colors and the rows

until the desired size for our work,

so the next row here in the sequence will be of blocks in purple. The next row

in single crochets and white chains, the next one in pink blocks and so on.

In our sample, we'll complete 12 rows.

We've reached the end of the 12 rows of our sample, the thread has already been cut,

we'll tie it up by passing the thread through the handle.

Now we'll hide all these threads leftovers

with the aid of a needle, by passing behind the stitches.

Let's turn our work inside out

and let's hide the thread underneath some stitches.

We'll do the same thing with all these threads.

Let's hide it one by one behind the stitches.

Our sample is done.

Hi, you're watching Top4Football TV, specially from Berlin today,

where we're meeting the Hertha Berlin midfielders Vladimir Darida and Ondrej Duda.

We'll be checking the new adidas Exhibit Pack!

There's gonna be a Czechoslovakian and football boots battle

for we need to find out which boot is better. adidas Copa or adidas X.

- Hey guys! - Hi!

I've prepared three challenges for you, ready?

First and the easiest one - freestyle challenge, show off a couple of tricks or flicks,

which I cannot do, or try a trickshot.

The winner of the first challenge is...

Ondra!

Moving to second challenge which is gonna be much more difficult.

And actually no one has ever completed it before.

It's all about a little one-two with a crossbar and hitting the crossbar of the opposite goal.

Something like this.

Close enough. But boys can definitely do better.

The second challenge was absolutely nailed by Vláďa!

So 1 - 1 is the score. Third and decisive task is...

to tell whether the new Copas or X boots are better. It's up to you.

- Definitely Copas, best boots for perfect touch and absolutely comfy inside!

- It's difficult but I have to say that the X boots are much better.

I haven't tried Copas but still these are much better.

- These are from K-Leather...

- Doesn't matter, check these sharp lines...

- And don't you wanna try these?

- This got a bit out of hand, however, you will decide.

Refuse to give up | Wednesdays with Crystal - Duration: 12:42.

I think it's time for you to refuse to give up I'm gonna give you some things

that I think it's gonna help motivate you and encourage you you're gonna love

this video coming up next

hey everyone welcome to Wednesday's with Crystal I'm Crystal Sparks I'm so glad

accomplish your dreams and your goals so you want to be sure hit the subscribe

button so you never miss out on anything happening here on my channel hey I think

it's time for us to refuse to give up I heard this story of a while ago but I

think it's so powerful and I think about it often and some scientists got

together and they were curious what would happen if they sent some bees into

outer space so they loaded them up and sent them into outer space where they

were gonna be in a weightless condition to see if they would survive what they

would do and they summed up the experiment with these words they enjoyed

the ride but in the end they died that's really sad right they were curious what

would happen if they just gotten away listed to situation in the truth was

they didn't make it they didn't make it at all you know I was driving down the

road the other day and I was really frustrated with God you know we are

seeing God do so many amazing things our church is thriving we launched our

second campus we're renovating a building getting ready to move into that

I mean just so many things and I was just asking God for all these things and

finally I asked God this question God is there ever gonna be a point where I

don't need a miracle to get us to the next thing that you have for us and I

felt God very clearly tell me this crystal the goal of your Christian life

is not to need me less but to rely on me more and in that moment I realized that

so often we want to give up because we feel like what we're facing seems

impossible and the truth is is that God did not make us for average mediocre

substandard kind of lives he created us to be continuously going into great and

wonderful things that he has for us so I'll just put it this way

that if you feel like giving up then that means that you're doing something

big for God because people that live average lives don't

need God but people who are continuously pressing into the new things believing

God for everything that he's promised those are the people that need God I

think in our lives that we begin to look to the horizon and say god I declare

that I'm not gonna give up no matter how long and no matter how hard it is I

refuse to tap out on the journey that you have for me

see effortless living is never effective just like those bees I think so many of

us are praying for things to get easier and God's will for us is that we become

stronger we're praying that things just magically all turn out and God's saying

do you have the faith to be steadfast through the situations that I placed you

in there's three people we're gonna look at in the Bible that I think are gonna

inspire inspire you and the first one is found in Luke chapter 18 first one it's

the widow woman who went to the unjust judge and the Bible says Jesus said that

she did not give up in Luke 18:1 it says also Jesus told them about a parable to

the fact that they were ought that they ought to always pray and to not turn

coward faint lose heart and give up see Jesus told him the story about the

unjust judge in the widow woman the widow woman came to him day and night

she did not give up in what she was praying for and I think the first thing

that we can see out of that story is that do not give up even when

authorities in your life tell you it's never going to happen

maybe it's writing a book and somebody you thought was an authority somebody

that you thought was really good told you nobody's ever going to read this

maybe you tried out for a musical position and they told you that you

couldn't sing maybe you went after it on whatever it is and somebody that you

said was an authority in your life told you that you're not gonna make it and

it's never going to work out I want to tell you that we've got to keep pushing

forward even with authority figures in our life

tell us that it's not good enough I remember whenever I was in English in

high school had an English teacher read my writing aside

and she told me she said crystal the problem with you is that you write like

you talk and those words rung in the back of my head because she was an

authority figure in my life and and those words rang in the back of my head

all the way through into my 30s and when I sat down cuz God had called me to

write a book all I could think about was don't write like you talk and so I every

time I go to start writing I was like I don't even know what to say cuz the only

way I know how to say this is how I would say it right I the only way I know

how to write it is how I would say it and so I went to a friend of mine who

edits for all kinds of people and big famous authors major speakers and I went

to her and asked her what to do and she said crystal if you didn't write like

you were like you talk nobody's going to read the book they want you to write

like you talk see here's the thing is I let that authority in my life keep me

from years of writing years of putting out what I felt like was in my heart and

now my books go all over the world people reading them God doing amazing

things in their life and here's the thing it wouldn't have ever happened if

I continued to listen to that authority figure in my life that came to tell me

now some of you need to get back your dreams you need to quit letting

authority figures in your life disqualify what God has placed in your

life just recently I was talking to a pastor and he's reaching so many people

and he told me about how the first time he got it to preach a pastor that he

loved in his life told him you'll never make it as a speaker you are terrible

you can never do anything great and as far as platform ministry and that like

kept him from years of speaking and now he has a church with so many people in

attendance people getting saved every single week now just think if he would

have let that one negative voice keep me keep him from God's promise so many

people would have never heard about Jesus what authority has taken away your

dreams number two the woman with the issue of

blood is found in Matthew chapter 19 and the Bible tells us that there was a

great crowd pressing around Jesus and so she would

through the crowd pressing through the crowd and telling herself if I could

just touch the hem of His garment I'll be made well I think what we can learn

from that I'm not giving up is our second thing is don't worry what people

say see here's the thing is if she would have let that entire crowd keep her from

what Jesus had for her then she would have never walked in the fullness of

what God had available for but so often we let other people keep us from what

God has and and so many times I love this that in my own life that I've

learned that somebody else's opinion I love Rachel Hollis says that somebody

else's opinion of you does not matter to you it's none of your business and I

love this because that woman with issue of blood if she would have been found

out that she was in the crowd she could have been stoned to death

she was ceremonial unclean and so at that point of her pressing through the

crowd she was declaring it doesn't matter what

other people say it doesn't matter if other people say I'm not qualified it

doesn't matter if other people think that I will get my miracle it doesn't

matter if other people seem to be closer to Jesus than I am and so often we look

at everybody else and we feel like everybody else is closer to God than we

are everybody else has a closer prayer walk everybody else can hear God better

and we let those things keep us from the pursuit that God has for us see it

doesn't matter what people say it just matters that we are gonna press through

even when it seems impossible the third thing I want to highlight is that kiyose

Zakia story is found in Luke chapter 19 19 and I love this it says that he

didn't focus on his shortcomings so that he was too short and he couldn't see

over the crowd see what I did there can you see that little pen but he was too

short you couldn't see over the crowd so what did he do he found another way he

got up in a tree to see Jesus and I love this because I think what we can learn

out of this is that what you don't have kids keep you from all that God has for

you see so often we're good at taking inventory of our shortcomings of our

weaknesses of what we don't have in fact whenever Jesus got ready to be

the multitude he told them that he wanted to feed him in the disciples

immediately started talking about what they don't have and some of you have a

dream to start a book but you're thinking about what you don't have and

that's the publishers approval you're thinking about what you don't have and

that's time to write a book but I love this that you write a book five minutes

at a time and you don't need a publisher to do it in the age and time we live in

you can self publish so easily quit letting what you don't have keep you

from doing what you can't and here's that kiyose was he couldn't make himself

any taller but he could use what he had in his situation and that was a tree and

so for some of you you can't make yourself and offset the things that you

are born with or the talents or the abilities that you were born with but

you can utilize everything that you do have to the best of your ability I love

in Hebrews 12:2 it says looking away from all that will distract and to Jesus

you know I love that because it's letting us know that there's going to be

a lot of things in our life better distractions

maybe it's disqualifications from authority figures maybe it's what people

have said about you or maybe for you it's what you don't have that's keeping

you and here's the thing is that God's called us to not give up when all those

things happen he wants us to keep pressing forward one of my favorite

scriptures is when Jesus says to the disciples when the Son of Man comes

again will he find anybody continuing in their faith and that tells me this that

when Jesus comes back again he's looking for people who will refuse to give up

he's looking for the people that didn't give up even though the circumstances

were hard people that didn't give up even when people said they couldn't do

it people that didn't give up even when authority figures told him they would

never make it and here's the thing I believe you're watching this and

you're listening to this because you're that kind of person and so let's be the

kind of people that don't give up hey thank you so much for being here with me

today and I would love for you to take a moment share this video with your

friends and family help us get the word out so we can help others and

Handling Aggressive Behavior in Children with Autism - Duration: 13:36.

Many people think that aggression is a part of autism and it's something that we just

have to deal with.

This is not true.

Today, I am going to tackle the topic of aggression head on.

Hi.

I'm Dr. Mary Barbera, autism mom, board-certified behavior analyst, online course creator, and

best-selling author of "The Verbal Behavior Approach."

Each week, I provide you with some of my ideas about turning autism around.

If you haven't subscribed to my YouTube channel, you can do that now.

Since Lucas has had ABA therapists in his life for two decades now, we've had a lot

of therapists come and go over the years.

My house has been like Grand Central Station.

One of the therapists, I'll call her Sheri, resigned from her job as a local ABA therapist

years ago.

She would no longer be able to work with Lucas because she was moving to another state to

work at a prestigious ABA organization which offered an approved private school for kids

3-21 years of age, as well as they also offered a residential facility for children, teens,

and adults with severe problem behaviors.

When Sheri traveled six or eight hours from our local area to this ABA organization for

an interview and tour, they showed Sheri the preschool classroom, and also showed her the

dorm or apartment they'd be providing for her, and lured her to work there with salary,

a place to live, health benefits, and tuition reimbursement that they would agree to start

paying after six months of employment.

Since Sheri was interested in getting a Master's degree and eventually becoming a BCBA, she

was excited for the opportunity and eagerly moved and started.

As soon as orientation was over, Sheri wasn't placed with the cute preschool children that

she had seen on the tour.

Instead, she worked with highly aggressive teens who had little to no language.

Although she was trained to work with Lucas and we used a verbal behavior approach with

him and her other clients, so we used a heavy emphasis on pairing and [manding 00:02:19]

and prevention of problem behaviors, this prestigious ABA organization did not use a

verbal behavior approach, and her supervisor at her new job did not use pairing and [manding

00:02:31] strategies at all.

Sheri was often instructed to keep the demands on and, in the process, Sheri got hit and

bit by aggressive teens with autism.

She got bit so much that, when she came to visit us a few months after she began, she

had several scars.

I remember it vividly, bite marks up and down her arms, old bite marks.

They were just scars up and down her arms.

Sheri's dad insisted that she resign before her six months were up and she returned to

work locally.

I wish this was an isolated story but it's not.

I know many parents, as well as professionals, who are literally getting beat up by kids

with autism.

They're suffering concussions, they're suffering bites and hits, and there other kids are at

danger.

I just read something online that this aggressive adult was in the home and there's a newborn

baby.

There's just ... It's totally scary to be with aggressive children, especially as they

get bigger and older.

I also feel like some ABA professionals and some professionals in general, especially

ABA professionals, almost treat aggression like a rite of passage.

I remember years ago, when I had been a BCBA for six or seven years, another BCBA I told

that I had never been bit by a client.

She kind of rolled her eyes and basically muttered something like, "Well, you're a wimpy

BCBA," and, "Obviously, you didn't do a good job if you were never bit."

I think because of my nursing background, I know how dangerous human bites are, and

I've been particularly cautious of aggression, especially being bit.

I learned some things early on about aggression.

If you get into a pissing match with a kid with autism, neither one of you is going to

win.

Here's another thing.

The earlier you prevent and reduce major problem behaviors to near zero levels, the better

the child will do longterm, the more he or she will be included with general education

settings and in the community, and the less stressed the parents and professionals that

work with this child will be.

Okay.

Now that we've established that both parents and professionals are being negatively affected

by kids and adults with autism being aggressive towards them, what can we do about it?

Before I get started with some strategies, I want to give you a disclaimer.

This information and all the information in my video blogs is not intended to serve as

a substitute for consultation with medical and behavioral professionals.

Only qualified professionals who know and work with a child on an ongoing basis can

adequately assess and supervise a child's program.

I always recommend including a board-certified behavior analyst on a child or client's team.

This is especially important if a child is in danger of hurting themselves or others.

I recently did a video blog talking about should you medicate a child with autism where

I talked about how treating Lucas' autonomic nervous system dysfunction with medication

has significantly improved his incidences of aggression.

Looking for a medical reason for aggression is always a good idea.

I suggested in that vlog I did a few weeks ago, you should start with using a dedicated

calendar of all the serious problem behaviors as well as changes in medication, supplements,

treatments, and even things like sleep and diets, which may be factors in the aggression.

You may want to check that video out.

I also said in that video blog, and I think it's worth repeating, ruling out medical problems

is an ongoing process and should never be a once and done thing.

I've worked with too many clients where people go, "Oh, mom already took him to the doctor

and ruled out medical problems three months ago."

You can't do this, especially with non-vocal or minimally verbal children or adults who

can't really express their pain, where it's coming from, or how often it's occurring.

In addition to always considering that some medical issues may be causing or escalating

aggression, I also believe that, whenever problem behaviors occur, including aggression,

the demands are too high and/or reinforcement is too low.

It's our job as the people working with children to move that scale down so that the demands

become lower and the reinforcement gets higher.

The first step to reducing to eliminating aggression is an assessment, and not just

an assessment of the problem behaviors, an assessment of the whole child.

I'm not going to get too much into assessment but I do have a one page assessment and a

free guide which you can get.

I'll tell you how to get that at the end of this video blog.

You want to assess the whole child as quickly as possible and then do a more thorough assessment

as time and skill permits.

When you're looking at problem behaviors, you don't ... You want to define the problem

behaviors as accurately as possible.

Instead of just saying, "He gets aggressive," or, "He gets out of control," or, "He throws

a fit," we really want to define what he's doing.

Is he twisting on adults' fingers, is he trying to choke peers, is he hitting, is he biting,

is he kicking legs of adults or peers?

We want to define things as closely as possible so we can know what kind of aggressive behaviors

we're dealing with.

We also want to define or figure out when and where the problem behaviors usually happen.

Just as important as figuring out when the aggression happens, we also want to figure

out when aggression rarely occurs or never occurs.

You might say, "Well, aggression occurs in the classroom when it's time to do math.

When it never occurs is when he's in a swimming pool because he loves to swim and he's enjoying

himself."

The answer isn't aways, "Well, just put him in a swimming pool day and night," because,

obviously, that's not realistic.

You'd be surprised as when you start figuring out when aggression doesn't occur, we can

start to morph the environment to make it more comfortable for the student.

We also need to look at antecedents and consequences and taking data, usually starting out with

a calendar system where you can take easy data and figure out what might be contributing

to the aggression.

If you can't take full baseline data, I would try to interview the people that are with

the child the most, the parent, the teacher, and ask questions about the aggression.

You obviously aren't going to want to do a lengthy baseline if the child is aggressive

and hurting others, but you can get a feel for how often the aggression happens.

If I say he gets aggressive and hits and attempts to bite and attempts to choke adults once

a year versus once a day or 10 times a day, then we are talking about different situations.

Finally, as part of an assessment, if you can, if you can take a video of the problem

behavior when it occurs or take a picture if there are any open wounds or scabs or scars

of the parent or professional who is being injured.

Like I said before, I'm not going to be able to give you all the answers within this short

video blog, obviously, but here are four ways to try to look to reduce aggression once you

have your assessment done.

We want to spend 95% of our time preventing problem behaviors, modifying the demands to

prevent aggression from occurring.

We want to use that prior knowledge about behaviors where possible before trying to

find something new.

We want to look to see where the behaviors don't occur, try to incorporate more of those

kind of activities.

We want to focus heavily on pairing and [manding 00:11:33].

If you don't understand those terms, I ... You can watch prior video blogs, you can attend

free workshops that I do online, you can read my book.

There's a lot of ways to learn about this so don't get freaked out if you don't understand

some words that I'm saying.

This is quite complex.

One of the things that's not really complex is everyone, the child especially, needs eight

positives to every negative.

You can also start looking at kids that are highly aggressive tend to get a lot of negatives,

"Stop that," "Johnny, sit down.

I told you," "If I have to give you one more warning, you're going to lose recess."

Those are all negative, negative, negative.

We want to get the child engaged with easy activities so that we can say, "That's right.

That is a balloon, that is a pig.

Good job with that.

Nice writing your name so nice."

We want to give the child easy activities so that we can deliver eight to one positives

to negative.

We want to continue taking data while we intervene to make sure that the behaviors that we want

to decrease, like aggression, are actually decreasing.

In summary, when thinking about how to deal with aggression, it is a lot more complex

than I can cover in this short video blog.

I do have a three-step guide that I have alluded to earlier in this video blog.

This three-step guide will help you assess quickly with a one page assessment, will help

you make a plan, and it will even teach you how to keep easy data on a calendar.

To get that guide, go to marybarbera.com/join.

Wherever you're watching this, leave me a comment, give me a thumbs up, and share this

video with others who may benefit.

I'll see you right here next week.

Pochettino has strange dig at Liverpool following Spurs cup exits - Duration: 2:54.

Mauricio Pochettino has had a strange dig at Liverpool after bemoaning Tottenham Hotspur's exits from both the FA Cup and League Cup in the space of a week

Spurs were second in the Premier League on Boxing Day, six points behind Jurgen Klopp's side after a 5-0 victory over AFC Bournemouth, but recent home defeats Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United have left them down in third and chasing a nine-point gap

Injuries to Harry Kane and Dele Alli, as well as Son Heung-min's international call-up for the Asian Games, have undermined Tottenham's title challenge as a result, while they look set to complete a second-successive transfer window without adding to their squad

And having seen their domestic cup exploits ended by Chelsea and Crystal Palace, Pochettino has enviously highlighted Liverpool's spending power, specifically the arrivals of Virgil van Dijk and Alisson, as the reason why his own side have lost ground on the Reds

"In the past couple of years, Liverpool have invested a lot of money," the Argentine stressed to ESPN

"I need a washing machine, your wife asks you for a washing machine. Now I need a door, a lightbulb, a bed

"But for us, due to a number of circumstances, we've tried to produce young players with great futures such as Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Kieran Tripper or Harry Winks

"We are creating players. But in this case, Liverpool need a defender, they get Van Dijk

They need a goalkeeper, who's the best? Alisson!"  He continued: "It's the same as Manchester City

In the end, it's valid as Real Madrid and Barcelona do the same because they're on a different level

"At the moment, Tottenham haven't reached that level, so when we can't buy a washing machine, we get a dryer that can do the same job

Instead of a sofa, we get a chair where you can also sit. Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now  "That's the difference between Tottenham and the teams that are built to win

Wednesdays with Wes: S1E4 - Working From Home - Duration: 1:56.

What's up everybody? It's that time of the week again. I bet you're thinking to

yourselves "Wes, a bit casual for a Wednesday, no? And didn't you promise us

an exotic location?" Well like I said a few weeks ago it is never too casual for

a Wednesday, and I did promise an exotic location so I mighta lied just a little

bit. I'm actually back home at my parents house for my cousin Melissa's wedding

shout out Melissa and Larry love you guys can't wait celebrate on Saturday. But while I

was here it really got me thinking about working from home. So this week I want to

do things a little bit differently. There's a ton of articles out there on

working from home, the pros, the cons, ways of setting up positive workspaces at

home to make sure you're the most productive, but what I want to do this

week is open it up more to conversation right.

We talked two weeks ago about how Millennials are looking for flexibility

but the reality is who isn't looking for flexibility? I know there's a lot of jobs

that would align themselves with working from home whether it's freelancers maybe

marketing design work or even journalism, but you know I think everyone

even corporate employees have reasons further why they'd want to work from

home. whether it be maybe you've got a new family?

Maybe you're based far from the office? Maybe you've got 18 cats? Listen I'm not

here to judge everyone's got their own reasons, but so this week what I want to

do is I want to open it up to you guys. Talk to me about your experiences

working from home both managers and employees. When do you find it to be

appropriate? When do you find it not to be appropriate? Maybe for those people

that do work from home maybe you can let us know some of the tips that help you

stay productive when you're at home. So listen like I said put your comments

below I want to hear your feedback, and I hope to see you guys all next week on

another episode of Wednesday's with Wes. Be good people!...Ah man I really don't want

to have to go back to a button-down

[ENG CC] 北京 Beijing Vlog Episode 0 l Solo Travelling 成年之前一个人的旅行 l Packing, Airport I 司机迷路?凌晨迷失在胡同里? - Duration: 13:43.

Hello everyone i'm Monica but you can also call me Yijun (Chinese name)

I'm leaving for Beijing tomorrow!

This is the first time i'm travelling by myself

and i have decided to record my journey and share it with you guys

This is my first ever YouTube video and i hope you will like it :)

The first step of travelling is of course packing

so i would like to share the content of of luggage and how i pack for Beijing

Without anymore talking, let's get started!

Filming a Vlog is so difficult...

what do i do, i haven't even started packing and still have to film...

can i cope? question mark

I'm just being extra (don't know how to translate this hhh)

This is the suitcase i'm bringing to Beijing, I'm not sure if i need another one (you will need it honey)

and now i would like to share the clothes i will be bring to Beijing

first, i am definitely bringing qiuku (thermo pants?correct me if i'm wrong) not good to have cold legs)

Then, i will bring a lot of loose pants because it will make me look skinnier cuz i have fat legs so... i just naturally lean towards looser pants

this one is a striped one

black track pants with yellow stripes

other pants are under the mess

i'm bringing a leather jacket from guess, all the product information are available in the description box if you are interested

this is large size cuz i like baggy clothes

then it's hoodies

simple black one with white logo print

An orange one from XPX

my stuff are basically all black as you can tell but i think it's better to have some colour in winter

some colour in winter

i said autumn by accident, i'm suppose to say winter

i also brought a denim jacket

(trying to translate denim jacket from English to Chinese but failed)

but i don't know if i wear actually wear it

cuz it's pretty cold in Beijing and this one is not really warm

but i like matching clothes so i will bringing anything that i think might be useful

this is a light washed one

and i also brought a black denim one that has cool prints on it, from XPX

and then another black hoodie, this is from acne studios, it has white logo prints on the hood

this is very big

that one is very warm and comfy cuz the material is nice

then, i will bring thermos that will make me warm

turtle neck one from Taobao

then some other pants, this one is green

industrial pants

then, also very important are coats, i like to bring a lot of different coats cuz they will keep me warm

the first one is an army green one

this one is the same colour but different material, i got it from a vintage shop in Sydney and it's from GAP

it keeps me pretty warm, surprisingly

next, is a basic black coat

and of course we cannot forget the most important piece

so hot, so hot, i'm dying

for shoes, i'm planning to bring three pairs

recommend everyone to checkout a Chinese TV Program called super vocal, best music program ever

36 handsome long legged boys for you to choose from, i like Zhengyunlong the best hehhe

ready to go!!!

i don't think we can fast drive? (dunno how to translate this soz)

my bro: of course we can't, there's so much traffic

I'm in the airport rn, there are so many people today

hello everyone, i went duty free shopping just then and bought a coach back pack

and i plan to use it in Beijing

the valley is very narrow and the map misled us into this place, so we can't get out now...

the taxi driver is going to see if we can pass

i guess it's an experience of Beijing iconic landmark -Hutong (narrow valley that form most parts of the traditional suburbs in Beijing)

the taxi driver dropped me off at the entrance cuz the street is very narrow

It's 2AM and there's no one on the street rn

i'm walking around by myself trying to find the hostel

let's take a look at the place

the place is called Leo Hostel

It looks pretty nice

hello everyone, i just washed up and ready for bed now

right now is already Wednesday 16th January

it's 3.43AM

idk why but i'm really tired rn

ready to have a good sleep

Today has been a hella of a ride, there are ups and downs

down part is cuz of my travel sickness, i felt horrible and didn't film a lot of airport stuff

another part is cuz i couldn't find the hostel, it took me one hour to find it

i was planning to buy a SIM card or rent a wifi at the airport but it was all closed, even the subway was closed

so i could only take the taxi

but the taxi experience had quite an impact on me

i didn't have wifi so couldn't lead the way for the driver but he didn't say anything and just tried to find the place for me

the part that touched me was the GPS lead us into the wrong place and we were stuck in a narrow street but the driver just kept trying to find the place for me

he stopped charging me earlier then my arrival which was nice of him

i was very grateful for that

even though he swore, he was a very nice person

another thing is that i met a 30 yr + old guy today that helped me

i entered the wrong street and was lost, it was very dark and there was no one on the street

then i saw the guy riding a motorbike passing by and asked him if i can borrow his phone for a sec

the guy was very nice and lend me his phone to call the hostel

Screen: after i borrowed his phone, he kept asking if i wanted to stay at his place for a night... i'm like wtf? after i refused he asked me for my wechat to make sure i arrive safely, i couldn't really refuse so..

the following few days he kept asking to go out with him and even requested for my selfie, like wtf? like i'm sorry but this is making me deleting you right away

maybe i'm too sensitive but even if you helped me it doesn't mean we have to be friends

afterwards when i told my friends, they were like how dafaq did you have the guts to trust him and go with him, but tbh if i didn't ask him i would have slept on the streets for the night

honestly that guy was pretty nice and helpful but afterwards he just creeped me out. my personality is not the type that accepts random people to be friends, if he wanted money in return , sure thing, but friendship, sorry bye, blocked

this is the first time travelling by myself, when facing incidents like this i can only believe in gut feeling, for me even if i'm wrong at least i tried, from failures i can obtain some experience and knowledge and that's all it matters.

January Favorites: inc Me Time Food Journal (cc) - Duration: 11:43.

*Silent* GAhhhh!

It's fine, I just dislocated my wrist.

Shall we try this again? Brace on, okay.

Hi guys I'm Shelly welcome back to my channel.

It's the end of January, apparently.

I mean, I've been pretty much comatose for most of January, with tonsillitis.

This is the first time I've properly filmed this side of the new year.

I'm a bit kind of, out of practice and I'm not really sure my voice is gonna hold out.

But we're gonna go for anyway, so yay!

These are all the things I have been enjoying in...... in January.

Starting with this beauty, who has been named Carmen Erect-ra.

Yes you heard me right. The best name ever!

So I was given a bulb for Christmas, from my landlords.

And I have been slowly documenting her journey of growing, rather a lot. Over on my Instagram.

She came out 2 days ago, she flowered and she's just she's a bit bonkers!

So at the last count she was, I think it is 2 foot 6.

Hopefully she won't grow any taller. It's been Day of the Triffids, she's been extremely scary.

I don't even think she's supposed to be flowering yet, and yet here she is an all her beautiful glory.

I feel like I should kind of, tuck her.... with the bald head that would just be epic.

So she's been pure entertainment for a month, though I was scared at one point that she just eat me.

She did just, kind of look like a ginormous phallus at one point.

Yes so that's been pure entertainment this month.

Next thing I've been loving, I've actually done that video all of this on its own.

My last Hormone Diaries video was about this. But it is the BeYou period pain strips.

This is one you put on your abdomen, on your back, and it's specific for a period pain.

As I said, i did a whole video on this and I'll link that here there and everywhere. if you want more information.

But Dear God do these work!

Literally about three days ago, I had mind numbing ovulation pain. Like ridiculous ovulation pain!

My whole back had cramped up. just frozen up from the muscles that spasmed and everything.

I've had these on like continual through those couple of days.

Just to take the edge off of it, and it has helped like a massive amount. I love them!

The 3rd thing that I have been loving this month. technically came out in December, but I just have finished listening to it.

It's a podcast done by BBC's 5 live. I will leave links to it down below.

It's called Surrogacy: a family frontier

It's a show presented by Dustin Lance Black, who is a activist and a screenwriter.

I did one of my 12 Gays of Christmas about him,

There's 5 episodes about becoming a father as a gay man.

About Surrogacy, about the law and the lack of it in England.

About the law in America, about the prejudice that comes with it.

The conversation about religion, and the conversation about people who..... who don't believe in it.

It was a really, really interesting podcast. I was so sucked in by the humanity of it.

Lots of different speakers, including people that I don't necessarily agree with.

But you can't argue with somebody, and you can't take somebody argument on board.

Unless you've heard it, and you listen to it, and you take it on board.

Then you go "I understand how you feel, but this is where I think you're wrong"

"Can we have a discussion about it?"

And it was just a really lovely discussion about things I didn't know.

Especially about the law, and the lack of it in England.

Surrogacy is sort of, all over the place. Because technically there aren't any laws written about it yet.

Lance has a extremely human way of talking about it, obviously he's been through the experience.

So it's a very kind of, hands-on thing and you just, you hear his little child in the background now and again.

Just gurgling away because he's recording it while he's at home, looking after the child.

It's just adorable, but at the same time extremely educational.

Sticking on the entertainment theme. I wanted to mention a Youtuber who I am addicted to right now.

That is the channel Glam & Gore, and the person who presents it is called Mykie.

She is an FX makeup artist, and usually... I mean, it's fascinating watching people do FX makeup.

Cause you just.... they completely change the shape at their face, and they do all these things, and I find it amazing.

But the way Mykie presents herself and does these videos, just ah they crack me up.

She's so personable, and so lovable and she has a little baby, little husky, called Ripley.

Who's just so cute, and at one point.

There is one video where she actually turns herself into Ripley, she turns herself into a dog.

I have found her extremely entertaining, I've have had, pretty much a month in bed watching TV, and watching YouTube.

She has just been, she just makes me makes me happy.

I can be an enormous amount of pain, and yet I'll put Mykie on,

I'm just like, 'Oh no, everything's alright because she's there'

She's funny, and she's talking to her a little Alexa, making it play Careless Whisper over and over again.

It's just, yeah I'm slightly obsessed with the woman and I just love her.

Last but not least favorite things this month is My Journal by Melanie Murphy.

Some of you may know that Melanie is a youtuber.

Normally I don't buy Youtubers merchandise, I try not to get sucked in. Because then I just lose all my money.

This one grabs me because Melanie talks about healthy lifestyles,

she has been through multiple different eating disorders in her life.

She talks about how, since she has recovered from her eating disorders. She has a food journal.

She doesn't track calories, she doesn't track, you know, her weight and things like that.

She literally just has a diary where she writes down what she eats.

She has IBS, so she likes to track her food to see if anything flares that up.

I am sort of in the same position, where I don't want to track my calories,

I don't want to you know. 'oh my god I must hate myself because I get over 2,000 calories today'

Like Whatever, screw it!

But I would love a way of tracking what I am eating, because of my Gastroparesis.

Sometimes, some foods will flare my stomach up, sometimes they won't.

Sometimes I have to go to the doctor with a food chart, and go.

"Right this is what I'm eating right now, and and this is where my health is"

I've been just putting it in NHS forms that they give me. Which are really depressing and really medical and they're just.......

They trigger me in so many ways.

So Melanie made this, and it is a food tracker but it's a healthy one.

So here you have food for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Desserts. Eat all the food.

Exercise time, Activity, Water Fruits & Vegetables, To-Do list.

If you have it To-Do this that day.

Vitamins & Supplements, and a Something you are grateful for that day.

Then you have hearts up here for digestion, so depending on how your stomach could manage to digest that day.

Or your mood, and then you can put the date and there's plenty of room to kind of add notes and things like that.

If some food is triggered my stomach to go crazy and then slow down and bloat up and stuff like that.

I can go back a couple of days and find out what it was. Because often I don't remember.

So this isn't telling me to exercise, it's not telling me to eat in certain things. It's not telling me to track my weight.

It is literally, completely honestly. What have you done that day?

What have you eaten that day?

And how did it go?

And some of these days are completely blank, because I haven't been able to eat.

And some of these days are quite full, because I've had a really good stomach day.

It's my way of tracking that.

As most of you will probably know if you've watched any of my previous videos.

Over the last couple years, I have severe stomach problems I have Gastroparesis.

Which means that often my stomach just shuts down, and doesn't digest food.

I'm currently going through a flare-up with that.

I haven't really talks about it much, I want to do a video about it.

I just haven't, I haven't been able to sit down and find the right words.

It hasn't been easy and some stuff is going down, and I haven't been talking about it. Because it's difficult for me to deal with.

But this has helped so much with that over the last.....

I think I got it, I actually got it 2 days before the New Year, and I started filling it out straight away.

I was so excited to get it, because I don't like being told what to do.

So when I'm given a sheet by the doctor, it's like.

"Please fill this out and we're going to judge you on what you've eaten, what you haven't eaten"

I don't....... why would anybody like that?

It's like being a five-year-old and you've been told what to do.

But if I just have this, which is a nice, lovely book.

And I'm doing it voluntarily, and they're like "Okay what have you eaten?" I'm just like, "Here you go".

I don't mind filling this in.

I enjoy filling this in. Where is the NHS forms. I get very, very upset filling it in.

Because I just feel like a failure. If I haven't ate the right food, or if I haven't eaten enough.

This just...... just I.... I think it's more of a personal thing for me.

I get really upset having to talk to the doctor about food. Because I feel judged all the time.

And this doesn't judge me!

This book just... just doesn't judge me. It's nice, it's shiny, it's lovely.

It feels like a treat to me. To fill this out.

Instead of, I'm gonna judge you on what you haven't managed to eat this week.

So I'm very, very grateful to Melanie for, for making this.

It's.... it's yeah....

It's..... just made my life that bit easier.

Okay that's...... That was emotional, I didn't know I was gonna get emotional about that.

But it's because my stomach is being an absolute idiot right now.

And there's a lot of kind of background emotion with that.

Having to deal with with going through all of this again.

I mean if you've been here a while, well you saw what it did to me last time.

So to know that, that might start again or is starting again......

It's not an easy thing to deal with.

But that is what's happening in my life right now.

But this has made so much of a damn difference in my life.

And I'm very, very grateful.

I will leave a link to it down below, though I think it is sold out. But there will be another run of them.

And I do believe Melanie is making a different version of this as well.

Without all the extra kind of bump in it.

So if you literally just wanted a journal version, and not with all the kind of....

Affirmations and 30-day challenges and everything else that's in there.

I think there's also um... there's a page in here I can color in as well.

Which I'm looking forward to doing at some point.

Okay...emotion. Wasn't expecting that.

Apprently I'm more triggered than I thought I was.

But yeah.... so that's all my favorite things in January.

Coming up in February.... big month for me.

I get a year older, this channel gets a year older...

I have a couple of gigs to go to.

That I don't even know if I can go to, but I have the tickets. So even not I can just hang the tickets up and make them look pretty.

I'm rambling.... I hope you guys are good and they've had a good January.

Ummm yeah, that was a mess of a video.

I'm sorry for the emotion... no I'm not. Emotions are real, but whatever...

Okay I'm gonna shut up now!

See you guys soon, Byeeee.

Oh blimey, if I do make a video of my health.

All I'm gonna be doing is sobbing the whole time.

When did I become such an emotional Nelly?

News24 - Paul Pogba reacted like a true Man Utd player during his post-match interview - Duration: 4:07.

Manchester United certainly conformed with the Premier League chaos on Tuesday night

Despite having strutted their way to eight consecutive wins under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer - including massive results at Arsenal and Tottenham - the visit of Burnley turned into a real challenge

On a night where Manchester City surprisingly lost at Newcastle and Arsenal laboured to victory over Cardiff, it wasn't until the dying moments that United had anything to show for

Burnley surprised everyone by racing into a 2-0 lead, virtue of goals from Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood, while looking almost impenetrable in defence

Tom Heaton was having his second phenomenal performance at Old Trafford in just two years and it wasn't until the 81st minute that he was finally beaten

Man Utd 2-2 Burnley  The Red Devils won themselves a penalty and Paul Pogba continued his rich vein of form under the new regime by finding the net

It got even better as they entered stoppage time, though, with Victor Lindelof scrambling the ball home after Alexis Sanchez saw his header brilliantly saved

So, although United fans wouldn't have settled for a point before the game, rescuing a 2-2 draw and keeping the unbeaten run intact felt like a real achievement

Pogba reacts to Burnley draw  You could perhaps forgive the players for being chuffed with the performance then, but not if your name is Pogba

Reinvigorated since the exit of Jose Mourinho, Pogba is considered to be one of the leading candidates for the club captaincy as uncertainty surrounds the future of Antonio Valencia

And his reaction to the draw was everything you could expect from a United player and he received wide-praise for his comments across Twitter and Reddit

Speaking to the BBC, he remarked: "The comeback was positive but the result was disappointing

The reaction was good, we didn't lose, but we dropped two points we could have won

"We have to learn from our mistakes and next time start the game differently.  "Like the manager said, you have to start strong and aggressive because that's what they were in the first half

We played like we were winning 1-0 or 2-0, that's where we went wrong."  No wonder the top comment on Twitter reads: 'Pogba speaking like a true Man United player

Give him the armband.' Pogba as Man Utd captain?  Even when Lindelof rattled home the equaliser, it was clear that the team's focus was on returning to the centre circle and hunting for a winner

On this particular occasion, a third goal wasn't forthcoming but the type of winning attitude seen under Sir Alex Ferguson certainly was

United fans know Pogba has it in him to become a real leader at the club and it's clear he's in the perfect frame of mind right now
