Why I left Motor Club of America MCA let me tell you why I left MCA it's been a
long road and honestly I thought it was gonna be easy you probably did too
I mean I knew what I saw was easy money cuz that's all you see the money to the
head the money and flashing and all that I thought Motor Club of America was
gonna be the answer to all of my issues my money issues but it was hoax it was a
hodgepodge of smoke and mirrors right smoke and mirrors that's that's what it
was and I'm through I'm just through with it alright not really not really
come on come on come on come on guys don't be such a downer you thought you
found another sucker who can't market online who wants to join that piti piti
train with you right but there's no pity train here I'm just telling you the
truth you know this is the the things that people say because they come into
this business and the first thing they see are the people flashing the money
they just fold it out man it looks like a movie just do it I mean it's just a
game that's a psychological game to get you hooked right to get you hooked now
I'm not saying anything about that person cuz a lot of them do it but I
know that the people that come on to their team have no idea what they're
getting their self into don't understand it don't want to be in it not gonna do
anything to help grow it they're not gonna be leaders in the industry and
they're just gonna join for two to three months and then they're gonna say screw
this I'm out of here and they won't show you how many
chargebacks they get they won't show you that but they'll give you this fake
stuff you know they'll give you all the money and all that but that's not truth
that's just setting you up just to become another sucker but here's the
thing I want to give you some tips and that's
how I bring you into this video because this is what a lot of people say a lot
of people say everything that I just gave you but here's some tips that I
want to give you starting off with number one number one if you're in MCA
or you're wanting to join MCA you have to create a system you have to create a
system a funnel that brings all of your leads down the pipeline to actual sale
right and that's something that you need to work on you can buy systems that do
that different programs that do that that charge you on a monthly basis but
the problem with that is is you're not branding yourself and you have to brand
yourself in this industry in order for you to get to that next level
if you don't brand yourself then what's gonna happen is people are not gonna see
you they're gonna see the system and the system becomes more important than you
but guess what when times get hard or things don't work for them who are they
coming to they're not going to the system to talk to they're talking to you
and you got to know more than the system so you need to educate yourself on that
and it's not a lot of information that you got to learn but you do have to
educate yourself you know training is one of the big things number two that's
the training so if somebody joins your team what are you offering them if
you're I've seen it many a time if you can go into the MCA forms you see it's
often often often where people say I join but once I join the person I joined
under block me man I don't I don't know I don't know what
happened well the truth of the matter is is that they blocked you because they
have no value and honestly what you should have done was just taken that as
a sign and called MCA and just ended your membership because they want your
money they don't have any value to give they just want to show the stacks of
money they just want to show them folding out the money showing you all
the money but they're not showing you anything on how to get there and if you
tell me that oh I joined this team and all they said was you know post a couple
of things and post some videos where you show
money look if you want to see money I can show you money from a car I just
sold a couple of weeks ago if you want to see money I'm go get my rent money or
my mortgage money rather and I can take that and bring it on here and fold it
all out if you want to see money but the case is that just showing you the money
is not gonna bring you the value and the opportunity the right way so that's
number two number three you want to become a leader you can't be in this
industry and do things and have your page look a certain way and get online
and talk a certain way now everybody has a certain demeanor about themselves
right I mean I talk a certain way and this is the way I've talked all my life
I'm not sitting here just faking it but some people talking to certain dialect
or slang and there's nothing wrong with that that's your truth stay with your
truth don't try to change don't try to put on a shirt okay don't try to put on
the cloth and tell me that you know you're a certain person when you're not
be who you are because in this industry being who you are is the best thing you
can be if you're gonna be like all the other people that you've seen you're
just gonna be another clone and I'm telling you that's not gonna last you
got to be yourself and I don't care who you are
yes we talk a certain way yes we do certain things yes my page doesn't have
weird things all over it funny stuff I'm not talking about people I'm not downing
other people or groups I'm not going into groups and saying messed up things
but if you look for me and MCA groups you're gonna see some of the things I've
said most of what I say is get off of the pity train because that's the Train
of losers the people who have no idea what to do and they just want to grab
other people who don't know what they're doing and get on this train of man I
told you see this was this was a scam man see this was bad I told you that's
what that's how it was gonna be man and that's just how it is look
don't jump on that if you jump on that you're gonna lose you're gonna lose okay
so that was number three number four set up a game plan you gotta have a game
plan in this business you can't expect to just start this and go I think today
I'll go over to Facebook and I'll make a quick little post about the five things
that you should do to promote MCA you have to have a plan you have to set up a
plan something that you can look at for the month of March okay here's the plan
for the month of March alright the first week I'm gonna do all of my information
on this first week alright second week I'm going to do all of this information
third week all of this and fourth week all of that right and follow the steps
if you're talking about the benefits let's do one week of the benefits let's
talk about the benefits of the program for a whole week let's break it down
I've only got one white board and I do a lot of stuff on it so I may have to get
a second white board to do that you understand or maybe you like to do your
stuff in your calendar listen this little thing right here is a phone and
this is more powerful than probably your home computer now right you have an
opportunity with this to be able to have everything you want on your calendar you
can create mobile podcast from it if you'd like to you can take pictures you
can do HD video everything that you want to do in this business can be done from
one phone honestly now sometimes when it comes to the websites they're weird and
you know because it's mobile and all that stuff that happens but the truth of
the matter is is that you have it in your hand so don't forget that and use
it use those listen when I post to Instagram this is what I do and this is
just a quick little tip and this is just me I'm not telling you it's it's your
way you got to do it this way it's just my way right
but when I go into Instagram and I take my photo or whatever or I do my video
when I finish with it I go into the area for not the tabs area but I think it's
called notes right I go into my notes I have Instagram hashtags that I have in
my notes and I have them set up in a way where it's you know zero to five hundred
thousand five hundred thousand to a million a million to two million and two
million to five million and what that is is if I take a hashtag and just for
example if I take a hash that hashtag online just the word hashtag online
right I don't know what it is I'm just giving you an example that might have
say a hundred thousand post right a hundred thousand posts that are going to
my zero to five hundred thousand category and I'll put that in there and
then I'll make all these different hashtags now you can't go crazy with the
hashtags and do too many cuz you know an Instagram will block out the hashtags
and block you and you won't be able to see it nobody sees your post you'll
wonder why normally when you get you know a hundred people to say hello or
something all of a sudden you'll get like two people and it's just that's
what they do because they know you're trying to kill the hashtag so don't do
that but look online especially on Facebook
there's a lot of stuff don't buy programs for Instagram there's no reason
to you can do everything yourself you just have to read you have to go in and
find it all right don't get caught in the in the YouTube algorithm and start
watching all the videos that you've been watching and all the stuff they give you
as I recommend this I recommend that don't click on that stuff it'll get you
lost all day I'm telling you so ultimately why right ultimately why why
did you even want to become an independent associate with MCA why what
was your reason what was your what was the thing that got you you know if you
tell me right now that the thing that got me was the money you know it was the
flashing of the money I saw all that money and I said I want
that right because that's what we do it's human nature but the problem with
that is that you know they know that you're going to come in because of that
and so what you have to do is call the BS on that if that's all you see them do
and if that's all you see that they've done up to this point and you never see
them bring any value anywhere you need to call TVC matrix okay and you need to
cancel your membership and you need to go back to the drawing board you need to
find a mentor you need to find somebody who's throwing out content content
that's worth value content that actually shows that they know what they're doing
you know don't just jump on board because somebody shows you money like I
said I can show you money but if I do that what is it going to do for you
nothing because once you join that's when the real work happens right
everybody wants something for free everybody including me
the problem is is that's just not reality and maybe I'm old enough to
understand that so that's just the key so if you've been thinking of joining
the team all right if you've been thinking of joining the team a real team
all right that's not into selling something for
nothing all right then you're gonna be looking
for leaders in this industry that's who you're gonna be looking for all right we
are a family when you join a team you're joining a family of people you're
joining a true family of people and you can't just jump into that family and
think all right I'm here where is the money you got to put in some work man
every day you got a grind at this thing every day but if you put some actionable
steps in front of you and you grind every day believe me you'll get to the
end you'll get to the end which is the success that you're looking for and
people will start to join you because they start to like you they start to
know you and they start to trust you and once you have that know like and trust
once you have that I don't know why I'm using these three fingers but once you
have no lust no luck and no luck and once you have know and trust and
like you or know like and trust when you have that
you have something that is very powerful something that can be used in a good way
and something that can be used in a bad way I know you've seen it before people
go to jail over stupid things that they do because they got the power
and then once they had the power they decided to use it for their gain instead
of using it for good so that's just something that I you know that I want to
tell you about so if you're on the fence and you're still thinking about joining
all right you want to join a family so I'm gonna give you my link below for my

Best Jobs for Introverts
Everyone needs to have a job.
Otherwise, it is impossible for them to get a convenient life.
There are indeed people who don't have a job, but their life is covered by the government.
However, those people will miss out some luxuries that this world offers.
For introverts, choosing job is somewhat tricky business.
The reason is simply because introverts are always put on the second or –worse- the
last priority.
They are put in that position after they are interviewed, and the employers start to think
hundreds of times to decide whether they are worthy to work.
Introverts do not get fair opportunity because they are not active, and they are not considered
to be useful for company.
That way, most of the time the employers pick the extroverts instead.
Fortunately, some introverts start to make movements.
They believe that they are worthy, and they start to be more active.
They also suggest that there are so many kinds of introversion which cannot be generalized
into one.
Those different levels of introversion should be a consideration since each has some edges
in specific type of work.
There are 4 major types of work that introverts can progress better on.
Here is the best jobs for them.
#1 - Social introvert jobs
We assume you know the difference between introverted and shy people.
Social introverts do not seem to exist.
Those who belong into this introversion still needs people around them, but they don't
like to work with a large group.
Some best jobs for this are database administrator who need to keep administrative information
organized.
Commercial driver is also another good option, but it is lacking initial job benefit.
#2 - Thinking introverts
It is mostly obvious that introverts have great thinking ability.
Hence, the job for thinking introvert is available for those who need it.
Unlike social introvert, thinking introverts do not mind working with large group of people.
Their energy is not depleted because of social interaction.
However, they don't like talking.
They prefer to do self-reflecting and daydreaming.
Some great jobs for them are environmental engineer, computer programmer, video game
artist, and graphic designer.
#3 - Anxious introverts
In social setting, this kind of introvert will always be in the back.
They are afraid, worried, and anxious.
They don't expect good things to happen for them and for their surroundings.
There are just too much negative thoughts over anxious introverts.
However, this can be a great advantage for some positions.
Statistician, for example, is a great job for them because they have to deal with numbers
only.
They also can predict the worst-case scenario pretty well.
Commercial pilot also makes great amount of money if you are into it.
#4 - Inhibited introvert
Reserved is the best way to describe this introversion.
They perform slowly on many tasks because they think before they act.
Additionally, they are also excellent in asking deep question by considering their feeling.
This introvert is super quiet, and you usually cannot reach this introverted person with
single meeting unless you have the power to do so.
Well, at least that's all the most effective types of work that introverts can progress
better on.
