Popular Animated Kids Series | AMAZING (HD) – Big Block – Episode 65 | Shemaroo Kids Junior - Duration: 2:18.

It all started with a pair of socks

A pair of socks?

Yes socks. They were fresh from the box

They were not on my feet and I was all on my own

It was up to me to put them on. And my feet were cold

What did you do? What did you do?

"I've never done this before" I said

This could go terribly

The socks could end up on my head

Did you do your best?

I did the best I could do

I Pulled on one sock then the other one too

You know what you are?

A guy with warm feet?

You're much more than that

Amazing. You're amazing

I never start with that way

When you do what you do and you're doin' your best it's amazing

I feel amazing

When you do what you do, you gotta do all you can

Like climb this mountain? I don't know man

Yes you can

No I can't

Just remember the Socks

Yes the socks! I remember

I'll keep thinking those thoughts

Now, look at you climbing like a mountain goat would

I'm not sure what you mean but it seems pretty good?

Yeah! You're doing your best

Yes I'm doing my best

I made it to the top and look! A birds nest

Amazing. You're amazing

I'm amazing

When you do what you do and you're doin' your best it's amazing

I'm feeling pretty good

There's nothing small about giving it your all

about doing your best whether you're kicking a ball

Or climbing a tree

Be the best you can be whether you're flying a kite or sailing the seas

If you do what you do and you do all you can

You'll be amazed at how far you get from where you began

Amazing. You're amazing

I'm amazing

When you do what you do and you're doin' your best it's amazing

You're amazing

Steven Gerrard : What I really think about Liverpool FC defender Andy Robertson ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 2:23.

The Liverpool FC legend heaps praise on Andy Robertson for his brilliant start to his Anfield

career.

The Reds signed the Scotland international in an £8m deal from Championship side Hull

City in the 2017 summer transfer window.

Robertson was signed to strengthen Jurgen Klopp's options at left-back following Alberto

Moreno's well-documented struggles.

Indeed, James Milner was used in an unorthodox full-back role throughout the 2016-17 season

before Moreno came back into favour at the start of the current campaign.

However, the Scottish defender seized his chance to impress following Moreno's injury

setback at the start of December.

Robertson has made three assists in 18 appearances in the Premier League in the current campaign.

Former Liverpool FC captain Gerrard praised Klopp's careful management of Robertson

at the start of the season following the Scot's summer move.

"He's done terrifically well since he's come in and the fans have taken to him,"

Gerrard told BT Sport.

"It's not just about the top attacking players here, the fans love someone who gives

one hundred per cent.

"He's a humble kid and gives 110 per cent every game.

I think Jurgen managed him very well at the beginning.

"To be fair to the kid, he's been excellent."

Robertson has completed 90 minutes just once in the Champions League this season following

Moreno's strong start to the campaign before his injury.

However, the 24-year-old started Liverpool FC's 5-0 win over FC Porto in the first

leg of their Champions League round of 16 clash.

Robertson will be hoping to retain his starting spot for Liverpool FC's quarter-final meeting

with Premier League leaders Manchester City in

the Champions League.

[ENG]난생처음 변기를 접했던 날!The episode that I experienced while escaping from North Korea![또향] - Duration: 5:59.

Hello. everyone~!!

I am Ttohyang

I want to talk about the episodes that I experienced while escaping from North Korea today.

I was the first episode that I experienced while escaping from North Korea and after arrived in China.

The first day I arrived in China, I went to my broker 's house.

I was in the North Korea until a few hours ago ... I could not believe I am in China now.

I felt like everything was a dream.

I was too nervous until I arrived at the broker's house. I arrived home and wanted to go to the bathroom.

I asked the broker, 'Where is the bathroom?'

He pointed to the door.

I opened the bathroom door and went in.

The Chinese toilet was a little different from the toilet in Korea.

I knew I had to urinate here.

It is my first time ever in my life.

I did not know how to use it.

Also I did not know how to turn off the water.

Because I have never used it before.

I was in North Korea until yesterday. So I felt like I was in the future.

I thought I could not go out like this.

I was worried about how to solve it.

I was in the bathroom for 30 minutes.

I started to touch everything in the bathroom.

I remember that Chinese toilet has a different structure than toilet in South Korea.

It was also the first time that I felt strange.

I pressed everything for 30 minutes. Then the water went down. But I do not remember what I pressed.

I was too nervous.

I seemed to have made a big mistake.

Because, this is the house of another person, not North Korea, but China.

And I did not know how to use the bathroom, I started sweating.

The broker would also have thought that I would know how to use the bathroom.

It would have been strange to tell you how to use the restroom. But he did not tell anything.

This is the first episode I've had in China.

I want to talk more about the bathroom story.

In North Korea, almost 100% use the restroom outside the house. Old people probably used it that way.

In North Korea, you have to walk a few minutes to go to the restroom.

I did not like to go to the bathroom when I was in North Korea.

Especially at night, I was scared to go to the bathroom. At night I was afraid that a tiger would come out and a ghost would come out.

There is a reason to have a toilet outside in North Korea.

In North Korea, the fertilizer used for farming is expensive.

North Korea has something to do in winter. Everyone is assigned compost.

We have to give a few hundred kilograms for each house.

My family is four. Each person is given a quota to pay. But the bathroom is one.

So I stole the shit at night.

I could not bring the compost anymore.

So I had to steal someone else's toilet with my brother.

I even unexpectedly told the story I was stealing. lol

Our toilet were also stolen a lot.

Anyway, I had an episode because of the toilet in China.

I talked about the episode that I experienced while escaping.

And I talked about the toilet culture of North Korea.

Did you have a fun my video?

If it was interesting, please subscribe.

I will come up with more interesting content next time.

See you next time~!!

2-Minute Neuroscience: Serotonin - Duration: 1:57.

Welcome to 2 minute neuroscience, where I explain neuroscience topics in 2 minutes or

less.

In this installment I will discuss serotonin.

Serotonin is a monoamine neurotransmitter, a term that refers to its chemical structure

and the fact that it is derived from an amino acid.

To synthesize serotonin, the amino acid tryptophan is converted to 5-hydroxytryptophan, or 5-HTP,

and 5-HTP is converted to serotonin, or 5-HT.

Serotonin neurons are primarily found in the brainstem in clusters of neurons called the

raphe nuclei.

Serotonin neurons from the raphe nuclei project throughout the brainstem and brain, and provide

serotonin to the rest of the central nervous system.

Researchers have identified 7 different families of serotonin receptors, which differ from

one another in distribution, the substances that bind to them, and the effects they mediate.

All but one of these families of receptors consists of G-protein coupled receptors, the

other receptor family consists of ligand-gated ion channels.

Within these 7 families of receptors, 14 receptor subtypes have been identified as well.

Serotonin is removed from the synaptic cleft by a transport protein called the serotonin

transporter, or SERT.

In terms of function, serotonin is often linked to mood in part due to the understanding that

many antidepressants cause serotonin levels to rise.

However, an attempt to define any neurotransmitter by one function is inevitably an oversimplification.

In truth, serotonin's role in mood is very complex and depression is not likely to be

due to a simple serotonin deficiency.

Additionally, serotonin is involved in a long list of functions other than mood.

In most cases its actual role in those functions is still not completely understood.

Roukagia: 'Race shouldn't matter. I think they should get rid of all these boxes' - Duration: 3:55.

I'm Roukagia, I'm 17 and I'm from Manchester. A lot of people just tell me you're,

white, and then I have to explain to them that I'm mixed-race and then they say 'no

you're not mixed race' and it's really annoying because people stereotype that

mixed race means that you're like a light-skinned Brown kind of colour, mixed

with white and black. I'm Arab and European and I'm proud because it's

quite a unique mix actually so, my Arab side is Syrian and my European side

is Ukrainian, but I was born and I grew up in Greece. Racism is quite a weird

thing because sometimes I experience it because of my race but then many times

it's also because of my religion, and it's not necessarily in the UK to be

honest, but as I said I grew up in Greece and being Greek in their eyes means that

you're Orthodox Christian, but I'm Muslim as you can see, and I couldn't

really express myself and identify as a Muslim in Greece, it was really really

difficult and just, you have to almost restrict yourself and not act in that

kind of way that you want to like as a Muslim. When I go like to Ukraine and I

visit my Ukrainian family, it's the same issue it's the fact that I'm Muslim and

many people there don't understand, that this is a religion and it's a

belief and you can be yourself and you're free to be this way if you

choose to be, so I've also experienced like discrimination in terms of that. One

thing that I extremely dislike is when there is like a consent form, or whatever

form it is, and they ask you like what race you are and there's like these boxes and

you need to put yourself in a box and tick whatever, and there is never a box

which I fit into and it used to really frustrate me as a young girl because I

used to like, be like why don't they have what I am, what is this, like do I not

belong here and so on, but now actually I realised that I prefer the fact that

they don't have that box because I think they should just get rid of all of them.

I simply don't feel like I fit into one thing and I'm happy because there's

there's gonna come a point in this world where people are gonna be so mixed, so

many different cultures, so many different backgrounds, races and

ethnicities, it will be impossible to just tick one thing. If you haven't been

mixed race and especially like not black and white mixed race, but a completely

different kind of like weird combination then it's quite difficult to understand

where those kind of people are coming from. It is important to recognise where

you're from and celebrate the history and the background and understand that,

because it can mean a lot to a person and can help them with their identity,

but you don't need to know that on on a professional level. Race shouldn't matter,

it's only giving you room for discrimination, so yeah I think they

should just get rid of all these boxes.

HOW TO BUILD - Smoke / Fume Extractor - Duration: 4:14.

Hi! Purple Oranji here. Today I'm gonna show you how I made my very own soldering smoke extractor

A lot of the projects I do require solder and inhaling the fumes isn't that healthy

So up until now I've been using this tiny fume extractor or this

It was time for a better solution

So I'm going to show you how I made my

very own fume extractor with some simple parts let's begin

For this project, parts you need are

a 12 volt computer fan. I used a 140mm fan but any similar sized fan should work

A switch of some kind to control on or off

a 12 volt power supply

DC power supply socket

carbon filters and some wire

And that's about it I'll have links down below in the description

I started by wiring up my circuit on a breadboard to test out that everything worked

you don't need to use a breadboard but it makes testing a lot easier

I used a three position switch so that I could have two different speed settings on my fan

Like my lightsaber project where I use different resistors to control the LEDs

I will use a resistor to control the power going to the fan

I was able to reuse the original resistor cable that came with the fan

Just a quick JUICY TIDBIT

a resistor controls the amount of electrical current going through a circuit

a scientist named Georg Ohm discovered that there is a relationship

between voltage Current, referred to as Amps

and Resistance referred to as Ohms

from this he created the equation for Ohm's law

Volts equals current multiply resistance or V equals I multiply R

we know that our circuit has a 12 volt power supply and that the resistor is 50 ohms

with those two numbers we find out the current running through the circuit at 0.24 amps

or 240 million amps

So if we wanted to reduce the current to 0.10 amps and use the same 50 ohm resistor

we would end up with 5 volts

Well that's enough with the math let's get back to the build

Once all the wiring was in place it was time to test it out

I chose to prototype the case in something very easy to work with

cardboard and of course it had to be purple

I measured and cut a piece that hold the fan

Then I created a frame with the wide base to keep things stable

I used hot glue to put it all together.

I could have stopped there but I wanted it to be stronger

So it was off to 3d print it

I based dimensions off my cardboard prototype

and changed the design to look a bit better

I use a nice purple PLA

yes purple again

to print out both parts

with the frame done all that is left is to put everything together

as usual I start with tinning all the parts and wires

then I solder the the wires to switches and power socket

attach the switch, socket and fan to the frame

most fans will have direction arrows on the frame indicating rotation and air flow direction

insert the carbon filter into the tabs in front of the fan

all that is left is to power it up

now when i solder, I won't have to worry about fumes anymore

Yah!!!

an added bonus of my fan being powered by USB

is that I can plug the USB into it USB battery and make the fan portable

Well, thats how I made my very own soldering fume extractor

Eat Back Calories Burned??? - Duration: 2:45.

adding in calories burned?

what up guys it's your boy matty, matt from Macro-Lean and in this video i'm gonna be answering a question generically that i get a lot

of the time about "adding in calories burned?" so a lot of people are tracking

their calories now, tracking their macros and they get confused with calories

burned on their fitbit, their activity tracker, or they go to the gym, they do

some running, some uphill walking, elliptical or rowing and they've been told

they've burned 300 calories. They add this back into their total and they're seeing

a lack of results on the scale or maybe in measurements. I find adding your

calories in is dangerous, there's a big caveat there. A lot of the time with "calories

burned" is way over estimated by fitbits, by activity trackers and by machines

that you use in the gym. So here's what you should do you, should try and be in a

calorie deficit obviously hitting a good amount of protein fats and carbs and

hitting the gym three to four times a week doing strength and resistance

training. Now if your activity tracker tells you, you've burned a certain amount

of calories through steps, through cardio or if you want to add in a few more

cardio sessions in the gym and it tells you you've burned X amount of

calories on a machine don't add that back in, still hit your calories

and macros that have been prescribed for your goal. If you add it back in a lot

the time because these things over estimate over guesstimate you're adding

in more calories burned than you've actually burned. you might have only

burned 130 calories yet you add in 250, 300, 400 or whatever and then you end up

trying to eat those calories back. Now you're back at maintenance or in a

surplus even worse! And you're spinning your wheels... right pun intended you're

literally spinning your wheels. so yes you can do some extra cardio, yes you can

look at your activity band and see I've burned three, four, five hundred

calories whatever. But don't add those back in, still hit the calories and

macros that are prescribed for your goal. Do your 3 to 4 strength workouts a week

because hopefully those calories and macros that you're hitting are

prescribed for 3 to 4 strength workouts a week. And if you burn some more

calories through cardio or through walking or any other activity that is a

bonus, of course you can adjust your calories and macros based on your

metrics. If you're losing weight too fast maybe adding some more calories. If

you're not losing weight fast enough take away

some more calories but don't eat back calories burned, calories supposedly

burned on machines because normally and this is a technical term it ends up

being a "shit show" so that's my take on eating back calories that you've burned

in the gym or just going about your day to day activities. Guys if you liked that

video I suggest you hit like, share, subscribe and if you haven't hit that

Bell notification yet hit it to join the notification squad until next time

Unhappy - JYONGRI (Original) - Duration: 5:29.

People talking left and right

It always sounds like a fight

In my silence, I like to disappear

Watch the candles glow

'cause nobody knows

what I battle inside

Still caught in the storm

I've got no place to go

See I've cried for you a river

When I try to walk away

I get tangled in my own chains

Maybe this is the best that I can be

right now

When you're hurt

When you're down

There is no easy way out

and it feels life will never be

the same again

If what goes up must come down

Can it work the other way around?

But if the heart is hurting tonight

It's okay to be Unhappy

It's okay to be Unhappy

It still hurts to see you happy

後悔の数だけ

答えを見つけて

今があるから

Sometimes in life

Come rain or come shine

We can't escape

the pain inside

RIght now I'm hurt

and I'm still down

There is no easy way out

and it feels life will never be

the same again

If what goes up

Must come down

Can it work the other way around?

But if the heart is hurting tonight

It's okay to be Unhappy

It's okay to be Unhappy

It still hurts to see you happy

It still hurts to see you happy

Somebody's gonna make you happy

Somebody's gonna make you happy

It's okay to be Unhappy

It's okay to be

6 Shades of Shiseido Tsubaki - Duration: 3:54.

Welcome back to the channel!

Today, we'll be talking about SHISEIDO TSUBAKI hair care products!

The reason why we're talking about

it is because it is one of the popular shampoos among our customers,

and two week ago, they released three new series under TSUBAKI.

So, we're going to look at the differences,

which turns out, is not that difficult

to differentiate between them at all!

So what we are looking at here is

the three original series of the TSUBAKI hair care.

If you are a SHISEIDO fan,

you would be most familiar with the brilliant red bottle,

which is featured in promotional materials.

Three different colours represent the different uses they offer to users.

Then there are the three new series,

which at first glance look like a parallel version of the original three,

but boast their own purposes.

Instead of going for three more colours,

SHISEIDO has given them a white design to differentiate

from the original three.

Tsubaki is camellia in Japanese,

and of course the haircare products are named so

because they use camellia oil in the formulation.

Camellia oil is used to give shine to the hair,

and more importantly,

provides moisture and repair to the hair strands.

The original three consist of Extra Moist,

Damage Care and Volume Touch.

Each series contains a shampoo, hair conditioner and treatment.

For the Extra Moist (our red poster child),

it contains Hyaluronic Acid, which gives moisture

to the whole strand of hair including the hair roots.

This is what you want to use if your hair is feeling dried out.

It also has a Camellia Fruit scent.

The white ones belong to Damage Care,

which uses pearl protein and arginine as hair repairing ingredients

that repairs from within the damaged hair.

If your hair is lackluster,

or has suffered much damage from hair colouring,

consider using this series.

It comes in a Floral Green scent.

The purple Volume Touch is made with anti-aging in mind.

The bounce and smoothness of the hair decrease with age,

therefore this series restores those two by giving hair shine and volume.

The Volume Touch uses taurine and polyquaternium-11 for these benefits.

It comes in a Floral Fruity scent.

And what's special about the new series?

Other than using five natural, beauty ingredients in the formulation,

the products are also multi-purpose.

They prevent hair tangling and cut UV exposures,

so on and so forth.

Furthermore, on top of the shampoos, conditioners

and treatments that the Original Three have,

the new series introduces the Hair Water spray.

What's unique thing about this is that

it has a Moisture Adjustment Technology,

which allows hair to absorb moisture when there is a lack of,

and to reject extra moisture when there is too much.

The TSUBAKI Moist may seem to be similar to Extra Moist.

Key differences lie with the treatment,

which includes amino acid derivatives to protect hair from split ends,

and the introduction of the Moist Hair Water.

The TSUBAKI Smooth is aimed at decreasing hair tangles,

thus promoting smooth hair

that allows you to run your fingers through the hair.

The TSUBAKI Volume prevents any concerns of hair flattening,

and helps to hold up certain hairstyles.

When we looked at the official TSUBAKI website,

we see that there is a very strong push for the new series.

We're speculating on this,

although there are still differences between the products,

we're thinking they'll either phase out the Original Three,

or they're gonna get a reformulation!

Thank you for watching,

especially you who comes back week after week.

Arigatou gozaimasu!

And if you are new to the channel,

please give us a subscribe!

We talk about Japanese products on the channel every week,

so if it's what you are interested in,

you will be notified of the next episode it's ready!

Especially next week, we are going to look at

the most unique beauty ingredients available in Japan,

so do tune in to that!

We'll see you next week!

Stay happy and smile!
