Hair Update | Stage 11 Growing My Hair Out - Final Check In - Duration: 5:55.

(trumpets sound off)

- Hello everybody and welcome back to my channel.

My name's Thomas if you're brand new here,

and I make style and hair related videos

every single week.

Welcome to growing out process check in number 11.

Oh my god this is the 12th check in

that I've done in what, it's been a year.

As this video will be coming out,

it would've been an exact year since I started

documenting my growing out process.

For anyone that's new, I have just been spending

the last year and a bit,

growing my disconnected undercut out,

to a full man bun, and I'm now finally there.

So in this check in, I kind of wanted to just

cover how much I have actually grown, in the last month.

Again it's been another shit month,

we'll get to that in a minute.

But I kinda just wanted to cover that,

and I also wanted to cover where we're going with this.

Because I've now pretty much reached my hair goal.

My goal was to grow a full man bun.

And I feel like I've gotten there.

And the last thing that I want,

is you guys, that are still growing your hair,

to kind of lose inspiration and you know,

fall off the bandwagon essentially,

so first question that I have in this video,

is would you like to still see more content like this.

I had a couple of thoughts, I thought,

I could still document my hair growth every month,

if you want, cause I haven't really made a decision

on how long I'm gonna keep it going for.

So I'm more than happy to keep documenting that,

but I also thought it might be really cool

if I went and researched different methods

for growing hair,

and present it back to you and see if they work.

I mean a couple years ago I did a myth buster video

about how to grow your hair one inch in one week,

and that's been my highest viewing video,

and I know a lot of people like that topic,

so if you guys want me to be trying things out like that,

please let me know in the comment section below,

because I am more than happy to delve into that,

and just try stuff out.

I really need to know what you guys want to see,

cause I don't want you guys to fall off the bandwagon,

and lose inspiration.

That's pretty much it, you know what I mean.

Also if you guys are growing out,

and you haven't joined my Facebook group yet,

I have made a Facebook group called Hairstyles in Action.

Where a lot of you guys are actually already in there.

I think we've nearly got about 200 members,

and the idea of it, I just wanted to create the platform

for us to come in and really keep each other inspired.

That's what it's for essentially.

And we've had people posting different pictures,

the engagement in there has been crazy,

and it's just really nice for me to connect with you guys

intimately and almost in a one on one sense.

You know it's a little bit exclusive,

and I'd really like to offer anybody

that wants that kind of support

to go down to the description box

and yeah ask to join.

All I ask for is three questions.

I ask you what kind of hair you have,

what your hair goal is, and I can't remember

the other question right now actually.

But if you go down there and join you'll see,

and that's pretty much it.

In regards to how much I've grown,

yes this month was really shitty as well.

Again I'm not been using supplements now for two months.

The last two check ins I haven't used any supplements,

and my hair growth has died in the ass.

Last month I got .5 of an inch,

and this month I got the exact same.

So over the last two months,

I've only grown an inch of hair.

Which sucks, but at the end of the day,

I still have my full man bun,

so the awkward stage is no longer.

And I'm really really happy for that.

So yeah, I'm not really sure why my hair

has slowed down so much.

That did happen a little bit in the beginning

of the process as well I think on month three

to month five, my hair just went wooo,

and it really slowed down.

So maybe it's just a cycle that my hair goes through,

but yeah it's just growing really really slow,

and essentially I'm just sitting at ten inches now,

for the growing out part, that I was growing out.

And ten inches in one year,

it's actually pretty good hair growth if you ask me.

I'm not complaining about it at all.

And again just having a full man bun is the best thing ever.

I love it.

In regards to what I've been doing with my hair,

again I am just really falling in love with having

long flowy hair at the moment.

I have got a couple of videos coming up about

how I've been defining my curls a bit better,

and I really don't know, cause when I started

the growing out process as well,

I kinda had this idea in my mind

of getting the lowered undercut man bun.

So it's like a really really lowered undercut,

that comes down here.

But as my hair, it's all come true, and it's there,

and beautiful, I'm just like I don't know if I can

let go of this yet.

So I am still gonna be dabbling around with my long hair,

and seeing how long I want it to grow.

I haven't put a set length on it.

But that's what I've been doing with it,

I've just really been playing with it all nice and flowy,

and curly and just playing up

with different long hairstyles.

Which I've actually got a video about that

coming up as well.

So make sure you stay tuned.

Other than that I don't really have much more to report.

I thought because these series would be slowing down,

because of the hair growth,

I don't know if you guys wanna be seeing

hair growth check ins anymore,

I actually wanted to come up with a man bun series.

So now that I've grown out my full man bun,

it's kinda like, well what do I do with it now.

And I thought I could turn this kind of series

into a man bun series.

So if you do have any thoughts on that as well,

or if you wanna see more content about it,

that is definitely something I wanna know about.

A couple of my ideas were just, you know,

a disconnected undercut man bun verse a full man bun, right.

Or how to keep your man bun tidy,

how to maintain your man bun.

All those different things I think I could plug into

a man bun series.

And yeah I just wanna make sure you guys wanna watch.

That's it.

But yeah that's pretty much all I have for you this month.

Please let me know how your growing out process

is still going in the comments section below.

I am still here for you, I still wanna check in with you,

and I still wanna really really know about your journey.

And I really wanna just encourage you to join

the Facebook group, because that's where it's all

happening right now, okay.

Until next month, I will wait for your response

and I'll see you next week for another video, bye!

Unrivalled Birgit Fischer's Remarkable Gold Medal Run | The Olympics On The Record - Duration: 5:47.

A gold medal. Only about 6,000 have ever been awarded.

To give you some perspective on that figure,

every gold medal could have its own room on this cruise liner.

So it's a rare achievement.

Rarer still are those Olympians

who have won multiple gold medals.

There are an unbelievable 367 competitors

who have taken home three or more gold medals.

Each of them could find a seat on this plane.

There is, however,

one group of Olympians so special they could fit

into one car:

athletes who've won gold at five separate Olympic Games.

They are Hungarian fencer Aladar Gerevich,

German equestrian Reiner Klimke,

plus two rowers, Romanian Elisabeta Lipa

and Britain's Steven Redgrave,

and driving that car would be Germany's Birgit Fischer,

whose story truly epitomises the Olympic ideal.

Hey, are we taking part by watching?

Yes, we are.

That makes us special, then!

Fischer is a German kayaker.

I say "is" rather than "was" because with her story,

you can't guarantee she won't come back for more!

Born in Brandenberg, East Germany, in 1962,

young Birgit took to

the water when she was only six and she quickly flourished.

By the time she entered her first Olympic Games,

at just 18 years old, she had already won two world titles.

At the Moscow Olympic Games in 1980,

her first-ever Olympic event was the K1 500 metres.

K means Kayak, 1 means one person

and 500 metres means it's a sprint!

Despite being the youngest in the field,

Fischer won with relative ease and took her first gold medal.

Fischer was unable to defend her title in 1984

but she was back for Seoul in 1988,

taking two golds in the K2 and K4 500-metre races.

Believe it or not, that could have been that.

Fischer thought that three gold medals and a silver

from two Olympics were a decent return for her career.

She had two young children at home

and decided to retire from the sport.

She wasn't going to be gone for long.

She was back in time for the next games, Barcelona in 1992.

Her medal tally improved further here,

taking gold in the K1 and silver in the K4.

All thoughts of retirement were dismissed.

Atlanta 1996 brought another gold-silver combo,

first in the K4 and second in the K2.

And she followed that up at Sydney in 2000

with two more gold medals in the K2 and K4.

She had joined that very small elite group.

Over five Olympics she had won an incredible seven gold medals

and three silvers.

Now 38, it was finally time to call it a day.

Fischer had cemented her place

as one of the very greatest athletes

in Olympic history, and could hang up her oar and relax

with her family,

content that there was no more she could have done.

A hero in Germany,

and christened "Supermum" by the press,

she went about living as normal a life as you can

when you've had such a famous and extraordinary career.

Fischer would still regularly feature in magazines

and on TV shows,

and in 2003 a company wanted to make a documentary

about her life.

An honour indeed.

The film crew asked Fischer to sit in her kayak for a shot.

It was the first time she had done so

since the Sydney Olympics,

and it hit her like a thunderbolt.

A wave of competitiveness flowed through her

and her mind immediately switched

to the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens,

just nine months away.

After three years away, just qualifying was an achievement

but that would never do for Fischer.

She was targeting gold.

She shed seven kilos and quickly got back

to her former sharpness.

It turns out that kayaking is a lot like riding a bike,

on water, with your hands.

Basically, you never forget!

She of course qualified and took to the water for the K4,

her team tackling the world champion Hungarians.

Having started her first race in 1980

as the youngest in the field,

here she was at 42, the oldest competitor.

The German team stormed to the title,

giving Fischer yet another gold medal.

Her medal collection would swell further

when she took silver in the K2.

Now it really was time to retire.

Over 24 years and across six Olympic Games,

Fischer had amassed eight gold medals.

That makes Fischer

the second most-decorated female Olympian ever

and the most successful kayaker of all time,

which isn't a bad result for someone

who first wanted to call it a day

all the way back in 1988.

That's the problem with being a winner. It's addictive.

Charlize Theron Slams America, Accidentally Exposes Herself During Interview - Duration: 6:02.

Charlize Theron Slams America, Accidentally Exposes Herself During Interview.

Hollywood actress Charlize Theron insulted America and patriots during a recent interview.

However, her bogus claims backfired when everyone noticed something that she exposed about herself.

Ever since the election of Donald Trump, Hollywood liberals are in meltdown mode.

They worked overtime in 2016 to manipulate voters.

Actors, directors, and entertainers demanded that we vote for Hillary Clinton.

When America instead decided to take back their country by electing Trump, these celebrities

lost it.

They could not believe Americans thought for themselves.

Worse still, we refused to do everything Hollywood tells us to do.

Numerous celebrities made big claims if Trump was elected, including leave the country.

Few have made good on that promise.

In a recent interview, actress Charlize Theron has become the latest celebrity to talk about

moving away from the United States.

She slammed our country, claiming under Trump racism has grown.

Yet in the very same interview, she exposes her own bigotry and bias.

Perhaps she should leave, just to avoid the backlash.

South African actress Charlize Theron has revealed she is considering leaving the United

States because of a perceived increase in racism under the Trump administration.

"I don't even know how to talk about the last year under our new administration,"

Theron said in an interview for Elle conducted by the comedian Chelsea Handler.

"But racism is much more alive and well than people thought.

We can't deny it anymore.

We have to be vocal."

[Source Breitbart]

The interview was conducted by Chelsea Handler; big surprise the questions were geared toward

insulting the country.

While Theron insists that racism is alive and well in Trump's America, she refuses

to specifically cite any example to prove her bogus claim.

She claims to be worried about her two adopted children, who are both black.

Where are the examples of your black children being mistreated and harassed, because of

their skin color, Charlize?

Do you mean to tell me that the children of a rich, famous actress are going to have a

hard life?

Considering they probably go to private school, live in a gated community in a nice part of

California, I doubt they'll have any problems.Charlize expects readers to just believe her, thanks

to the constant attacks by the left against Trump supporters.

Their tired narrative over the last few years have been we're racist to support a President

that wants to protect our borders.

Never mind the impact he's had on African American and Hispanic unemployment — which

is the lowest it's been ever.

This actress — and her interviewer — expects you to stupidly believe whatever they say.

Just like they did during the election.

But as she slams America with no evidence, Charlize goes on to spew her own form of bigotry

and stereotyping.

"There are places in this country where, if I got a job, I wouldn't take it.

I wouldn't travel with my kids to some parts of America, and that's really problematic.

There are a lot of times when I look at my kids and I'm like, If this continues, I

might have to [leave America].

Because the last thing I want is for my children to feel unsafe…

"But they're going to have to know that it's a different climate for them than it

is for me, and how unfair that is.

If I can do something about that, of course I'm going to."

[Source: Elle]

Really!?

Care to name a few of those places, Charlize?

Of course not.

Because you enjoy spreading your elitist hate, but you can't really name any parts of America

that are championing racism against rich black children of famous actresses.Obviously, she's

implying the South and Midwest, which are the "flyover" parts of America liberal

elitists wished didn't exist.

They have marginalized Americans who believe in their country, its traditions, and values.

They have branded us backward, uneducated, and racist.

Charlize expects us to believe that if she traveled with her two black kids to "some

parts of America," they'd face Jim Crow-era racism.

Where, Charlize?

Can you prove to me that anywhere in America is still like that?

I'm sure you and your kids would be fine.

In fact, they'd be better off in places like Alabama and Texas, compared to the cesspool

that is Los Angeles.

So, Charlize is calling patriotic Americans racist, while expressing a kind of ignorant

bigotry often seen by actual racists.

What do we call that?

Oh yeah, hypocrisy.

Readers were not too pleased with what she had to say.

They struck back with some powerful comments.

"Charlize, please go back to South Africa where there isn't any racism at all.

Nope, not a bit."

[TruckinMack] "She should probably return to S. Africa

… so that she can be safe with her African children.

The bloodbath against whites that is weeks/months/years away won't affect her in the least … but

at least her children will be able to travel throughout the entire country, unlike America.

Want to see REAL racism, Theron?

Go to virtually any other country in the world!!

They have REAL racism there."

[Emiliani] "Kind of ironic that this article was placed

right above one about……..

Diamond and Silk………….. and the REAL liberal racism."

[jordanminn] It's obvious that the interview was intended

for brain dead liberals who wouldn't question what two elitists told them.

They weren't expecting people who think for themselves to read it and comment back.

Maybe next time this Hollywood luminary will think twice before slamming the United States.

Perhaps she should leave sooner rather than later.

what do you think about this?

What is the Use of Prayers - Eckhart Tolle 2018 Meditation - Duration: 10:56.

the use of Prayer how to use it whether to use it at all

now that word can mean many different things it can mean going to church and

saying please God let me have that job I promise I'll be good if you only let me

have that job I practice that as a child

please let there be some peace in my family didn't work so from somebody who

went to church every Sunday then at 12 I must have decided that there was no

point anymore

but there are many different kinds of prayer

there are petitionary prayers you would like something they may sometimes work

but you never know whether it was the prayer whatever you would have gotten it

anyway there are more effective ways if you really feel that you need to want

something but be careful it won't make you happy but that's another story if

you really feel you want something you can use affirmation and visualization

and when you get it enjoy it don't look for yourself in it don't look for to it

for deep inner fulfillment or some kind of permanent permanently enhanced sense

of self or permanent happiness nothing that you achieve can give you that

knowing that you can play around with the world of form and Jesus already

explained how to pray for something and that is we said when you pray for

something feel as if you already had it as if it had already been given so

you're not saying I want something because if you say I want something it

affirms a lack it it says on the other side the unexpressed side I don't have

it so when you say I want it you're also stating that you don't have

it so you're praying at the same time not to have it if you affirm and

visualize that it is already here and you feel as if you had it that's the

feeling that you want to get from it you already have that feeling and that's the

truth because you're imagining that it's going to give you feelings of peace or

happiness which is always in you already if you go just got inside deep enough

but let me know I don't want to discourage you from playing around in

the world of form so why not try it out visualize that it is already yours it's

you have it and you feel what you feel as you have it thank you for giving me

that it's beautiful whatever it may be the house you already in it feels good

thank you it's nice to have that house Thanks yeah it's already there it's more

likely to manifest in that way and then you move in and you go from there then

you sit there you feel all great I've got it and then the old mind patterns

come up in the new house

in the other prayers that are used the oil in different religions and they are

can be called pointers they are more advanced prayers they appoint us to a

particular state it's not that uttering those words produces magically

the state what matters when you utter certain words or prayers then most of

them are short is really the stillness that comes after that Buddhism for

example has the Metta meditation which is a kind of prayer which starts with I

believe may everybody on this planet be well and happy and then after you've

uttered those words there's a stillness

and then it says to me everybody in this country be well into happy

Metta means loving kindness and then there's a stillness may every being in

this city be well and happy stillness may everybody in this house be well and

happy may I be well and happy and she takes you into a stillness and the being

of well and happy is already there in the stillness it's there it spreads you

could become still it would spread anyway even without the words because

whatever state of consciousness you are in effects the totality and in turn is

the totality manifesting through you and we have the beautiful Christian prayer

by saint francis i believe let me be an instrument of thy peace

where there is hatred let me sow love and so on where there is injury pardon

and so on and those prayers are openings they open if they open a door and the

orbits they take you into stillness and they are beautiful most prayers operate

still on the level of duality even when you say let me be an instrument of thy

peace you are still using the language of duality is me and thigh presumably is

God there's me and there's God so God is perceived still as something or someone

separate from me nevertheless it's a beautiful prayer and if stillness

follows the prayer in the stillness you have transcended duality so most prayers

aren't realistic and then you can have although the meta prayer in Buddhism is

let may all beings be well and happy is fine there's no duality really there

although you're still saying that many beings ultimately there's only one but

what can you do here using language and

then there are short things that are almost like mantras just single words

peace for example the word itself doesn't produce peace but it is a

pointer stillness one of the most beautiful pointers to be found in the

Old Testament be still and know that I am God and this is why if we can call

that a prayer it is a kind of prayer it is a prayer where duality is

transcended and it is a miraculous prayer the words of which it consists

are all synonyms for one single thing be still know I am God be being one

being such in Sanskrit being and stillness are one it is the stillness of

being itself before it becomes comes into existence as something we still

know in the stillness that is being there is a deep knowing non-conceptual a

deep intelligence not words not thoughts deeper than thought because it's the

primordial seat of all intelligence be still know I am

it is the innermost sense of beingness or I am God the divine the source the

one and you put these words together each word signifies also the other

they're all one be still know I am God

miraculous

so that is those are advanced prayers and powerful they put you in touch be

still and know that I am God is one of the most powerful and beautiful pointers

to the truth and one of those rare ones that uses language without taking you

into duality

Common Weight Loss Mistakes 2018 - Duration: 4:31.

This video is translated into several languages

Welcome to our channel

Today I will tell you about the most important secrets and wrong habits in dieting

Some people commit habits that they think are correct

Talk about 3 important things

First - skip the main meals

Some people think that if they do not eat a meal they lose weight

The opposite is true

But increases the intake of foods that contain calories

If you do not eat breakfast you will feel hungry at lunch

This makes you eat a large amount of eating and this should burn fat very difficult

I advise you to take your meals on time and on a regular basis

Do not over-eat

Second - the large use of the balance

The excessive use of the weight balance makes you feel desperate

Some fat-free meals work to lose weight

Regular exercise daily helps in weight loss

Burn calories

Tip - Do not take too much weight to avoid being emotionally or morally affected

3 - Excessive intake of food for the diet

3 - Excessive intake of food for the diet

Jean Paul Sartre, pisarz i filozof, 38 rocznica śmierci - Duration: 2:38.

Jean Paul Sartre,

life partner of Simone de Beauvoir :-),

writer and philosopher, literary critic and publicist.

Leading representative of existentialism.

After the outbreak of World War II, he was taken prisoner by the Germans, he was fired from it because of poor health.

He approached Paris to the leftist intellectuals.

After the war, as a philosopher, politician and social activist, he implemented the ideas of an engaged writer.

He worked as a correspondent of "Le Figaro" and "Le Combat" in Europe, the USA, Cuba and the USSR.

He was one of the founders of "Les Temps Modernes" gathering the French intellectual left.

He consistently protested against French colonial politics in Indochina and Algeria.

He was also an opponent of American intervention in Vietnam,

finally he supported students in 1968.

He co-created too leftist daily 'Liberation'.

He laid out his concept of man

in "L'etre et le neant> Essai d'une ontologique phenomenologique" from 1943,

where he derived, among others that

since human invention is everything that is permanent, eternal, ideas, values, God,

man is in a difficult way,

i.e. must make choices in all conditions and circumstances,

for which he is fully responsible,

or - as he called it - condemned to freedom.

He used his own analytical method in very interesting studies about outstanding artists:

Baudelair, Genet and Flaubert.

He considered writing as an act of human involvement, a manifestation of his existence, as well as a projection of personality.

In his own work he sought to synthesize philosophy and literature.

His most famous works included: "Nausea" (1938),

"Roads of Freedom" (1945-49),

"Wall" (1939),

"Words" (1964)

and theater plays:

"Fly" (1943), "In the Closed Door" (1944), "Dirty Hands" (1948).

His literary output brought him in 1964, the Nobel Prize.

He died 38 years ago on April 15, 1980.

Milan Games Week Splatoon match - Duration: 4:44.

In the meantime, the challengers for this 4 on 4 Splatoon match are getting on the stage! Please, take a seat.

BOI ITSA ME

And here's yellow team!

... VS purple team!

Ready? GO!

Yellow team has already split, while purple team has been keeping a more compact formation... until now

Yellow Team is pushing with a formation that is yet to be unveile- oh wait we have a super sniper here (ohoh, why, you're welcome :D)

He's on fire, he's already splatted two of 'em

Player 5... Player 5 of the yellow team...

Who's Player 5...

Oh, it's you, it's you.

He hasn't missed one, Player 5 is splatting everyone (I missed though... several times... lol)

In the meantime, thanks to Player 5, yellow team has claimed all the turf

Player 5 is just too good, let's disqualify him (no, I'm not making this up)

Let's talk a bit, if anything we'll distract you... It's you, right?

No, you're player 8... Where's Player 5, the good one (he basically just destroyed that guy's self-esteem but ok)

Oh, you're player 5! Why do you pretend nothing's happening? You're doing great! Why did you choose the sniper, a bit of a weird choice, right?

(I didn't want to say this but I was too nervous to think) "Well, in reality I started using it just recently, so I'm not too experienced with it", said the S+ player

Ok, you're talking a bit low but from what we've heard it was a bit of a random choice, though it's definitely working out

(I realise wtf I've just said and try to stop him, but it's too late)

Still, your experience in this game is obvious.

Can we get a bird's eye view? One minute left!

It looks like yellow team has the advantage, but it's too early to declare the winner! Purple team can still turn the tides!

Careful! They are inking your base, behind you!

I don't know what the fuck I was doing here lol

Zombie Escape is AMAZING (100.000 SUBSCRIBERS) - Duration: 5:39.

We finally…

DID IT.

Everyone here on GamingReviews made it possible, the 100k subscribers milestone is finally

real.

And if you are brand new here, or haven't yet seen any of my content, this is the gamingreviews

channel and I have been recording and publishing gaming related videos for over 8 years now.

I do mainly create Zombie Escape videos, but also have had success with Crysis, Far Cry (1),

Portal 2, RUSH and a few other non-shooters.

I also created game reviews for some time, but those have currently been put on hold

until I find more time and a new format to review in.

So, now that we reached this milestone, I have a few new things to announce:

Firstly, to thank you, I'm finally going to create 2 brand new types of Zombie Escape videos,

one who won't take up too much time, and another one, who is more tutorial-related,

will require more time to create but will, in my opinion, also be much more interesting and rewarding.

On top of that, I intend to pickup reviewing games again, and hopefully it'll be

around the end of 2018, and otherwise it's gonna be guaranteed near the beginning of 2019.

And finally, I'm also going to expand to other games during the later part of the second

half of 2018 as to allow myself a few more full gameplays of some older games that people might be interested in as well

as newer titles that have or will be released this year.

From here on out, I want to thank YOU in the first place to make this channel so successful,

as without you, honestly, it would never have happened, and with that said I finally want to thank

a number of individual people and software companies that have also made the production

of the content on this channel possible for all of these years:

In first place I really should thank Valve software

for Steam and all of the Counter-Strike games they have developed, because without them

Zombie Escape would never exist at all, and I wouldn't have been able to develop the

channel as it stands today.

Secondly, I'm also grateful for Sony Vegas, FRAPS, DXtory and all those companies making

the codecs for video rendering and recording possible, as otherwise my videos couldn't

ever have the quality that is most desired on YouTube.

Especially Sony Vegas (now owned by Magix) is an amazing program

that has always helped me achieve the effects I truly need.

And thirdly, 3DS Max for some after-effects and most of my in-video HUD greatly helped make

the brand stand out more on the channel, which made the videos overall more consistent and

attached to GamingReviews.

Aside from the software there are also quite a number of people I would love to thank,

however because there are so many I'll be forced to compress the list to those I feel

have influenced me the most to keep continuing the channel:

Of course, I thank my family and friends who have always, and I say: ALWAYS supported me.

My parents, sister and girlfriend in particular have encouraged me to continue working

on YouTube, and their support means the world to me!

I also thank both my teachers for the organ at university who taught me immeasurably valuable

ways of playing music, and they also taught me to live life the right way, and a lot of other things

that go just beside (*I ment beyond) music playing, which directly

influenced the way I went about creating the channel and allow me to be able to realize about any projects

in the field of music and on the computer

Finally, Shawn Olson who is the creator of Wall Worm

and a lot of other amazing stuff on 3DS Max should definitly be on this list as well.

He's literally been like a father to me when it came to level design and 3DS Max in

general, having had a critical part in the way I started doing level design and building

3D geometry as a whole.

In turn, this also made me realize how to use 3DS Max for my videos on YouTube, so his

contributions are of great help for the whole channel.

It also goes without saying that YouTube has so far, been an amazing road of my life.

Without YouTube's video streaming service, GamingReviews wouldn't exist, something

which I feel is a common thing shared on the whole platform by any creator.

So for that, YouTube & Google, thank you for providing your service for all this time and

continue to improve the platform so it becomes easier for us to manage our videos and provide

content for our subscribers.

So that's going to be the end of this video, but of course not for the channel,

as I'm just going to continue providing more content in the future.

Oh, and.. guys? for all of your support, a last time:

THANK YOU

With that said, I hope you have a good day, and I'll see you in the next video!

But as my hair, it's all come true, and it's there,

and beautiful, I'm just like I don't know if I can

let go of this yet.

Deroofing blisters – Is it a good idea? - Duration: 0:54.

- Hey, it's Rebecca here

with this week's 60 Second Blister Tip,

and today it's about whether it's a good idea

to deroof a blister.

Look, I don't think it is unless there's a lot of dirt

and gunk under the blister roof

that's likely to cause an infection.

If there's not, it's a good idea to leave the skin

on top of the blister in place

because it actually helps the blister heal quicker

and it helps to reduce the chance of infection.

So, all you need to do is put an island dressing

over that blister once you have put some antiseptic

or antibiotic cream on it, and that way,

you're giving that blister every chance to heal

without getting infected.

So, no, don't deroof your blister.

(upbeat tempo)

3 villas

Villa D´Este

Villa Gregoriana

and Villa Adriana

You alwasys study before you record the videos, right?

Well... Today I didn't studied

Hi everyone, how are you?

Today is Sunday and we're gonna travel one more time

to a city nearby Rome And today we're going to:

And the city of Tivoli has 3 villages that are like parks actually

The first of them is Villa D'Este

and i hope you guys like today's video

leave me a thumbs up if you like it subscrible on my channel if you're new here

and let's go!

the city of tivoli is located more or less one hour away from Rome

about 40 km away

so if you come to Rome

You can reach it, if I'm not mistaken by bus or subway

so you can also visit this city

it was conquered by Rome in the 4 th century before Christ

these villages that we are going to visit which became parks nowadays

they are actually where the rich people of Rome once used to lived

So they built those palaces

and each of these mansions has a very large garden

nowadays they have become public parks and museums so we can also visit

in the 1550 the Cardinal Hipolito Seccond D'Este

was appointed governor of tivoli

and he started building of the great Villa D'Este

under the direction of the architect engineer from Ferrara, Alberto Galvani

and with the chief painter of the ambitious decoration, Livio Agresti

which used as inspiration to drawing and the statues

the marbles used in construction of the villa adriana

the palatial retreat of the Emperor Adrian

and the revitalization of roman hydraulic engineering

to provide water to a sequence of fountains

the cardinal created an elaborate fantasy garden

which mixes architectural elements with aquatic elements

and had a huge influence on landscape design in europe

as you can see here, like in other places we've visited

it also has the typical medieval formation

in the city center

on the village

but the main difference

is that here we have the villas which are very beautiful to visit

Now we are going to eat at a pizzeria which is like a fast food

fast pizza

fast food

It's called Alice's pizza

I got this one with rucula, bresaola.

its like raw cow ham

and this one has eggplant, zucchini

this one has mushroom and sausages

and this supli

a water and a coke all for 13 euros

This supli It's how the coxinha is famous in Brazil

It's a fried appetizer but this one is made of rice

and there's cheese inside

that apparently mine does not have but Raffaele's has cheese inside

It's because that you're not Italian and here they are racist

If you take another bite will reach the cheese that has inside

Let me see

Look, cheese!

one thing I forgot to talk about is that pizza that they serve here

It's called a pizza taglio

is different from that round we are used to eat

it's a pizza rectangle and they make many flavors

and you choose the taste and pay per kilo

the villa itself surround by 3 sides a patio from the 16th century

located in the old Benedictine cloister

the fontain on the side wall framed in the doric order

contains a sculpture of a sleeping nymph guarded by the waters of the Este

Este is the family surname.

the trees are covered because now that spring is beginning

but they covered the topiaries so they do not get burned

because of the cold of winter

the main entrance in the center leads to old apartment

with a vaulted ceiling covered with frescoes with secular allegories

made by Livio Agresti and his students

This is the Cardial room

and for you to see that it is all painted by frescoes

the ceiling is amazingly well decorated

It's beautiful to see.

and the paintings are very well preserved because they are more than 500 years old

Brava, this time you studied

all the windows have the paintings around them.

some of them also have paint on the ceiling

this one was their private chapel

And as you can see, it is located just afther the cardinal's bedroom

look at the details

the ceiling is fully painted

with sacred images

This is the hunting room.

and as you can see all the walls has pictures of hunting scenes

this is the room of nobility

the walls give the architectural illusion of columns lonicasimita

like if they were made in marble

and most of the illustrations are of philosophers

and people of the law

such as Platao, Pythagoras

this, instead, is the room of hercoles

the room of hercoles, and they registered on the walls the 12 works of Hercule

and they used to say that Hercule was the king of Tivoli

what happened is that they were working in 1983

So 30 years ago, over 30 years ago

and the floor of this room

was being renovated, restructured

and they eventually discovered gaps of Roman times

So they made this hole here So we can see down there

You can see more or less the floor

of the other civilization that also

been here in this place

has an entrance of a Roman chamber

What happens is that

come another people demolish what was built

or most of the time they bury the person's house who was previously living here

and build the new empire

is the domination of one empire over another

from age to another

so that´s why in many cities here close to Rome

there´s a lot of subterranean buildings from the Roman age

This is the Noah's room

we can see the first religious characteristics of the frescoes

you can see that in the other rooms the drawings are more philosophical and pagan

and here we have the first signs of religion of the palace

This is Mose's room

and the decoration is adjacent to Noe's room

and here in this room we can see an opera of Cesare Nebia

this is Moises in the gesture of breaking the stone to make water come out of it

Have you read the Bible?

Did you hear him asking if I ever read the Bible?

because above you can see that it has an image

of moises touching the stone to draw the water

and I said it, I know it's moises

Then he asked me if I already read the bible or if I saw there in writing

Obviously I read the Bible!

here is the Venu's room

and we can see there that it has a fontain, which was carved in stone

this source is the most beautiful thing but a pity that does not work anymore

to the little river that was inside already been buried by the dust

but I think it's the most beautiful fontain what's inside the palace

and has an image of venus here on the ceiling too

the cardinal also liked venus

Yeah, that naughty cardinal

here in that hole previously it was a secret access to the garden

I mean it was an access to the cardinal's secret garden

Now let's go outside and see the garden

Don't use the american accent to say an Italian name

It's not an american accent, it's my brasilian accent!

It's a brasilian accent, not american

you're in Italy, try to speak like we do here

it isn't easy with him, you saw it

right?

I'll Try to record 3 videos

I wont promisse all of them but i'll try to

I thought we'd have time to do 3 villas today, but

it wasn't possible

No, even because this one is the smallest of them 3

Gabi, I was angry on friday

Why?

because

I watched the match with the italian Team

but there was Jorginho

That was singing the anthem

And i say to myself Holy crap

why does jorginho knows how to sing the Italian national anthem

and Gabi don't?

oh God did you listen to this?

now I'll have to learn the italian anthem

so now I'll have to learn it?

yes, of course

why?

aren't you just about to became italian?

so you have to learn the anthem too at least the anthem

event if you're italian like like an...

like what??

tell me, I'm recording it repeat it

event if you're italian like like an cheeseburger

how you dare?

event if you're italian like like an cheeseburger

event if you're italian like like an wuster

who allowed you?

event if you're italian like like an sushi

but if you're getting the italian passport

at least the Italian national anthem you need to know

Weiche Farbverläufe in Acryl - 3 Beispiele - Duration: 9:29.

Acrylic color dries very quickly making it hard to paint soft gradients.

I'll show you three ways how to get it on canvas.

Water, direct paint application and large formats.

Water

The entire surface gets wet with water.

And okay - I have a problem: the water rolls off the screen.

This happens with some canvases :-(

I take some soap and wipe the surface.

Now I can not stick my crepe strip for the horizon anymore. Well.

I drip the colors directly onto the canvas and mix them with a wide brush.

Finally, I draw the brush in parallel movements always in the same direction

and then again shifted by 90 degrees.

This makes a nice color gradient.

This can be repeated at an angle of 45 degrees.

I suggest a horizon by drawing a line and then carefully pull it down with the dry brush.

Direct paint application

Instead of water, the entire surface is wetted with a lot of white acrylic color.

Of course, the colors now become pastel-like.

First, the colors are spread on the screen with a broad brush.

And then softly pushed vertically and horizontally in the same direction.

The brush should contain as little color as possible.

This creates the soft color transition.

Big format

First of all, let's take a look at the preparations :-)

The key to a soft gradient is that the entire image surface remains completely moist during painting.

In the first example this was achieved by distributing water.

In the second example, white acrylic paint was spread on the image surface.

Here we have a very large format from 120 to 120 centimeters and here these methods do not work.

In the middle of the canvas was therefore given a lot of white acrylic paint and this was mixed with a drying retarder.

The drying retarder allows to paint a little bit longer wet in wet.

The entire canvas area is thus wetted with white color again. Here a very wide spatula was used.

After all, the work has to be done pretty quickly.

Then the paint is distributed again and distributed with Criss-Cross movements with the brush.

This criss-cross work again brings the soft transitions.

However, you cannot work on this large format over the entire canvas.

So you always have to treat a subarea.

The total area can not be completely painted with very soft color transitions.

The result, however, also has a certain charm.

Thank you for your interest.

But as my hair, it's all come true, and it's there,

and beautiful, I'm just like I don't know if I can

let go of this yet.

5 Stars Hotel (#3) | 99 MISTAKES, Brazil. - Duration: 6:48.

So, today we're going to be looking at numbered adjectives and the different places, and positions,

in the sentence that they can come.

The most common place that you're going to see an adjective in English is after a

verb; verbs that connect a subject to an adjective are called linking verbs, and the most famous

linking verb is to-be.

Let me give you three examples:

I am 34 years old.

I weigh 72 kilos.

I am 1 metre 79 centimeters tall.

So, there we have the verb to-be connecting my weight, my height, my age, to me, the subject.

Now, the second place where you might see an adjective is before a noun.

And, what we can do is we can take these numbered adjectives and we can pick them up and move

them behind a main noun.

And, when we do this we create something called a compound adjective.

What is a compound adjective?

It's a group of words together that form one idea.

This idea is obviously a quality, an adjective, to a main noun.

Let me give you a simple example:

My daughter is 9 years old.

What we have here is: my daughter is the subject, 'is' as the verb and the adjective '9 years

old'.

What we can do is we can take these three words, '9 years old', and we can move them

back behind the main noun, which is daughter, and by doing so, we create this compound adjective.

When we do this, we then need to turn the plural 'years' into just the singular 'year'.

So, it becomes: my 9-year-old daughter, instead of: my 9-years-old daughter.

And by doing this, it allows us to add more information.

So,...

My 9-old-year daughter speaks 3 languages.

Now, pay attention, the compound adjective needs also to have hyphens between all the

words so that we create this compound form.

So, let's give you one more simple example:

The pharmacy opens 24 hours a day.

And we can take the adjective '24 hours a day' and move it back behind the main noun,

so the sentence becomes: 24-hour pharmacy.

There is a 24-hour pharmacy next to my house.

Let's think of some places where we might see these compound adjectives, for example,

a newspaper.

A newspaper uses these in the headlines, these compound adjectives, because they allow you

to convey a lot of information very quickly.

Let me have a read here.

We've got:

Florida man arrested for punching 80-year-old man in

restaurant.

So we know that the man punched a man who was 80 years old.

Let's have another look.

Girl survives 17-floor fall from her apartment.

So, we know that a girl fell from her apartment, and she fell 17 floors.

And,...

400-pound gorilla escapes and bites his zoo keeper.

So we know that a 400-pound gorilla; a gorilla that weighs 400 pounds, sorry, 180 kilos,

escaped from his pen and bit a zookeeper.

So, that's one place where you might see them.

Finally, let's finish the video, then, by looking at another situation where we might

use these compounds adjectives which is describing things.

So, for this we're going to be looking at post cards of Rio.

Post cards of Rio.

And for this let's look at different places in Rio and different ways we can describe

them using compound adjectives.

So, the first one is the Copacabana palace, which is a five-star, 90-year-old, 8-storey

hotel.

And what I mean by that is: the hotel is 90 years old, it has 8 floors - we have to use

the word stories here - and it has five stars.

Post card number 2 is Rio's botanical gardens which is a:

140-hectare park, with a 750-meter line of 134 palm trees known as the royal palm avenue.

Again, a much longer sentence would be: The park is a 140 hectares and there is a line

of trees which is 750 meters long and there are 134 palms there.

So, by using the compound adjective we get to reduce the size of our sentence.

Post card number 3 is Lagoa Rodrigo de freitas which has a:

7.2-kilometer path around the outside which is fantastic for cycling around.

A longer way to explain it would be:

Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas has a path that is 7.2 kilometers in length and it is excellent

for cycling around.

Post card number 4 is Christ the Redeemer which is a 30-metre-tall art deco statue of

Jesus Christ.

Again, a longer sentence would be: It is an art deco statue of Jesus Christ.

It is 30 meters tall and from that viewing platform you have a 360-degree of the city,

and NOT a 360-degrees view.

Last but not least is a post card of Paquetá which is a 70-minute boat ride from the center

of Rio.

Again, a longer version would be that it takes 70 minutes to get to Paquetá by boat.

Você ainda escuta a música? - 5º Encontro Zen Latino-Americano - Duration: 1:22.

We woke up in the morning to the sound of the bell

and to the quick, but sure steps.

In the background, but close by, one wave, two waves, the sea.

We had the privilege, even without merit, of listening to the first bird' song of the day.

Like a song that starts and finds its rhythm.

We start to listen our lungs filling up with air, with life.

And little by little we understood the rhythm, our hearts have followed the rhythm.

It was more than clear, practice is not just zazen,

is beyond and is here.

Every meeting, every conversation, every look, every heart that from so far came

to sit down, to be music.

We understand that music is always playing and our hearts

together have created time, we are all one.

We thank you from the bottom of our heart, for your heart beating, for being here.

Even now there, together we still listen to the music playing.
