Youtube daily report w Apr 15 2018

More than 200 million eggs are being recalled due to possible salmonella contamination.

Rose Acre Farms issued the voluntary recall in nine states for multiple brands including

Country Daybreak, Food Lion, Sunshine Farms and Great Value.

The eggs were sold to restaurants and retail stores.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said in a statement the eggs are connected to at

least 22 cases of salmonella infection.

The FDA suggests people who bought these brands should throw the eggs away or return them

to stores.

The states possibly affected are Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina,

Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

Creating Causes: The Power of Hindsight - Duration: 16:21.

Last night, but like, 106 years ago, the unsinkable Titanic… sank.

We all know the story, right?

But that's the problem.

We all know the story – probably just the story James Cameron told us in that movie.

A movie written to be dramatic and suspenseful in order to sell tickets.

It's accurate in many ways, the overall design, the sets, even most aspects of the

timeline.

But not really the story.

My dad has been asking me to do a video on the Titanic for months – and I'll be honest,

I was a little on the fence about it.

But a week or two ago I saw a Today I Learned post on reddit that obviously tipped the scales.

TIL the sea route that Titanic sunk on should have been populated by many other ships, which

could have saved victims of the sinking, however, ships transferred their coal to Titanic in

port so she could make the date of her voyage, resulting in the area being virtually isolated

when Titanic sunk.

Ugh…

There are so many things wrong with just the title – you might even know one or two already.

But to me, the first clue that something was off was…

Sea route It hurts just to hear that.

It's sea lane.

Nobody who knows anything about naval anything would call it a sea route.

Now am I being overly pedantic?

Maybe.

But that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Hah get it?

No no, we're not doing the title cards for this one…

besides, I hate that song.

So, the coal thing.

Or rather, the coal strike.

He left that little bit out of the title didn't he?

In fact, the Wikipedia article he cites as his source doesn't actually say what he

says it says.

I love Wikipedia, I'm not one of those people who thinks it's a terrible source.

In fact a lot of the time, it's pretty accurate.

There are a few articles with a rather clear and easily debunkable bias, but for the most

part it checks out.

But if you're gonna use it as a source, at least make sure it says what you think

it says.

It is true that several ships in Southampton gave their coal to the Titanic.

But it wasn't because the Titanic was so prestigious that it demanded coal offerings.

All hail the Titanic!

It was because in 1912, there was a coal miner's strike in the UK.

As a result, the price of coal went up and so ticket prices went up.

All hail capitalism!

Many ships were unable to sell enough tickets to make the trip profitable so were simply

canceled.

So yes, the sea lane was somewhat less busy when the Titanic crossed – but not because

of the Titanic.

There were just fewer people travelling because of the coal strike.

This is evident by the fact that even though many ships canceled their crossing and gave

their coal and passengers to the Titanic, it left port only half full.

The Titanic had a maximum capacity of about 3300 people; 2400 passengers and 900 crewmembers.

When it left Cherbourg, France, it was only carrying 1300 passengers, with its 900 crewmembers.

That puts the total at only two-thirds of its max capacity.

When I went into the thread to correct the OP, as any good redditor would do, I saw him

repeating several other myths about the Titanic – many of which were from the movie.

The ship was running above it's reccomended power to try to impress the public by getting

to New York ahead of time.

The captain ignored several ice warnings.

There should have been more lifeboats onboard, although this was common practice at the time,

etc.

I know a lot on the topic, if you have any questions feel free to ask :)

Why am I showing you the cached version?

Because when he was being called out on his bs and it was pointed out that he was just

reciting the movie, he deleted it all.

As any self-respecting redditor would do.

The first claim I want to tackle is that it didn't have enough lifeboats… which the

movie makes sure to bring a lot of attention to.

I did the sum in my head, and with the number of lifeboats times the capacity you mentioned,

forgive me, but it seems that there are not enough for everyone aboard.

About half actually.

The Titanic had 20 lifeboats.

There were two emergency lifeboats, kept at the ready for man overboard situations, with

a capacity of 40 each.

Four collapsible lifeboats, which took up less space when not in use, but only had a

capacity of 47.

And 14 standard lifeboats which could hold 65 people each.

If each boat was full, that would bring their total capacity to 1178 people, which means

they could have held just under half of the total number of people on board that voyage.

If the Titanic had been at maximum capacity, that's only one third.

In fact I put in these new type davits, which can take an extra row of boats inside this

one.

But it was thought by some that the deck would look too cluttered.

That's a lie.

There's no other way to put it, that's just a lie.

Even if that were true, that would have brought to total capacity to just 2000.

So several hundred people still would have drowned.

The Titanic actually had more lifeboats than was legally required.

Back then the amount of lifeboats you were supposed to carry depended on your tonnage

not on your carrying capacity.

So a ship that size only had to have enough lifeboats to carry 1060 people.

Which in hindsight is rather silly, but we'll get to why later.

The Carpathia, the ship that rescues everyone in the end, also only had 20 lifeboats.

And here's the Titanic's sister ship, the Olympic, with its 20 lifeboats.

In order to have enough lifeboats to carry every passenger at maximum capacity, the Titanic

would have needed 64 lifeboats.

Which the Olympic started carrying only six months after the Titanic sank.

Here she is with all 64, 40 of which were collapsible.

So you've not yet lit the last four boilers.

No I don't see the need, we are making excellent time.

The press knows the size of Titanic, now I want them to marvel at her speed.

We must give them something new to print.

This speed myth is often repeated, along with the captain ignoring ice warnings, thanks

to the movie.

Another ice warning.

This one's from the Noordam.

Thank you, Sparks.

Oh not to worry, quite normal for this time of year.

In fact, we're speeding up.

I've just ordered the last four boilers lit.

He didn't ignore them, he posted them where they needed to be posted and that was it.

There isn't much else to say about it, what else was he supposed to do?

Sources disagree on whether he actually ordered the last four boilers lit, but even if he

did, early in the movie, before he supposedly lit them, they state the speed as…

21 knots sir.

At the time of impact, it's estimated that the Titanic was travelling at 22 knots.

For the non-seaworthy among you, that's a difference of 1.15 miles per hour.

And even that 22 knots number is a guess by someone counting revolutions of the screws.

Airplanes have propellers, ships have screws.

Here's a quick demonstration of why counting revolutions isn't the best way to estimate

speed.

Of course, counting revolutions to estimate speed for a ship works better than it does

for a car, but it's still not the best method.

We can reasonably assume 22 is correct, but we'll obviously never know for sure.

People like to criticize that speed saying that were it moving slower it could have maneuvered

to avoid the iceberg or that the force of the impact wouldn't have done as much damage.

But you could kinda say the same thing about going faster too.

It's also said that had they just hit the iceberg head on it wouldn't have flooded

as many compartments and the ship might have survived.

But could you imagine if Murdoch actually did that?

He'd never live that down.

The guy who rammed an iceberg with the Titanic.

So, you can't really fault a guy for instinctively trying to avoid an iceberg rather than intentionally

hitting it.

Speaking of which.

Hard to starboard!

Wait… did you catch that?

Let's play that back.

Omg is he turning the wheel the wrong way?

No.

This is a common "movie mistake" that people like to point out to try and look smart.

But it's actually correct.

The Titanic used tiller orders rather than rudder orders.

For the nautically disinclined among you, a tiller is the stick on a sailboat that you

use to turn the rudder.

So when you say hard to starboard, you're pushing the tiller to the right, and the rudder

goes left.

But since the helm isn't a tiller, he turns it to the left.

That's why the ship turns to port.

It's as if First Officer Murdoch knows more about captaining a ship than the average moviegoer.

He also doesn't "correct" the order after the iceberg strikes when he says…

Hard to port!

That's intentional.

When the iceberg is spotted, he orders the helm hard to starboard, again, this turns

the rudder to port.

Turning a ship with a rudder isn't like turning a car – it's more like turning

a forklift, the turning action happens in the back.

As a result, the stern swings slightly to starboard while the bow turns to port.

After impact, he orders hard to port, which swings the stern in the other direction to

avoid hitting the iceberg twice.

Again, it's almost like he knows what he's doing or something.

Anyway, as you likely know if you saw the movie, the iceberg ruptures five watertight

compartments and the ship is only built to sustain four, so it sinks by the head.

There is a 2 hour and 41 minute video out there showing the Titanic sink in real time.

It's accurate down to the minute including all of the orders that were given, the time

and capacity of each lifeboat launched, and… wait, what is that?

What about that ship over there?

You can see a light, isn't she replying?

No sir, she'd blast our ears off if she did.

That's the Californian, it was completely cut out of James Cameron's version of events.

So when that redditor said that The area being virtually isolated when Titanic

sunk He's wrong.

The Californian was between five to ten miles away.

They could see each other.

The Titanic was not isolated, virtually or… not virtually.

I feel like there should be a word for that.

The Californian did make it into a deleted scene though.

These two guys do not work for White Star Line.

They work for the Marconi International Marine Communication Company.

When you bought a Marconi wireless telegraph you also had to bring on a Marconi operator.

Nobody but Marconi employees could operate a Marconi telegraph… this becomes important.

Most ships only had one, but the Titanic had two keeping the room operational 24/7, mostly

delivering personal messages from first-class passengers.

Bloody hell, it's that idiot on the Californian.

Tell him to sod off.

Volume control wasn't really a thing back then – you were louder or quieter depending

on how close you were to the receiver.

The Californian was so close and his signal so loud that the Titanic operator in real

life through off his headset.

If you've ever been listening to a rather quiet song followed by a really loud one,

you should understand.

He quickly sent the letters D-D-D which was code for "stop interrupting" followed

by the message Shut up, shut up!

I am busy; I am working Cape Race!

The exchange from the deleted scene makes the Titanic operator seem even more unprofessional

and the Californian operator hangs up and walks away.

In reality he sat and listened for ten minutes or so while the Titanic transmitted it's

messages and THEN gave up, turned off the telegraph, and went to sleep.

The message he was trying to interrupt the Titanic to send was that the Californian had

found an ice pack and had stopped for the night.

The Titanic hit the iceberg ten minutes later.

The entire time, the Californian had been within visual distance of the Titanic.

They watched as the Titanic slowly sank and fired eight distress rockets.

The Titanic was also frantically trying to hail the ship by telegraph and morse lamp.

Crewmembers on the Californian saw the rockets and told the captain about it several times,

saying that the lights looked really strange.

That's six rockets she's fired sir.

Yes, maybe I better tell the captain.

We'll never know what the captain thought, because he changed his story every time he

told it.

Sometimes he thought they were just some strange company signal, other times he thought they

were celebratory, but I can tell you what he definitely didn't think.

Hey maybe we should wake up the radio operator and ask?

To give him some benefit of the doubt, he did order his Marconi operator to tell the

Titanic that they were stopped in an ice pack – and there's the Titanic stopped in an

ice pack.

Maybe the rockets were fireworks for a party on the deck?

But I dunno, maybe pick up the phone and ask?

The point being that the Titanic knew the Californian was there – they could see it.

So when they started launching the lifeboats, making sure that they were packed full wasn't

really a priority.

Because they thought help was right there.

Mr. Lightoller, why are the boats being launched half full?

Not now Mr. Andrews.

There look, 20 or so, in a boat built for 65.

And I saw one boat with only 12, 12!

Well, we weren't sure of the weight Mr. Andrews, these boats may buckle.

That's a lie, only there to make the White Star Line officers look incompetent for the

movie.

The first boats to be launched started heading in the Californian's direction.

And that is why the Titanic wasn't required to carry enough lifeboats to fit every passenger

– because they weren't designed to support people floating in the middle of the North

Atlantic for several hours.

They were designed to ferry people from the sinking ship to the rescue ship.

Which again, they thought was right there.

So when it slowly disappeared over the horizon and the Titanic was sinking even faster, it

was too late for them to correct their mistake.

Likewise, when the boats first started launching, many passengers didn't want to get in because

they didn't really believe that the Titanic was going to sink… it wasn't until the

bow started to dip below the water that it really began to sink in – haha!

I knew I could get another one in there.

It wasn't until the Titanic and the subsequent government inquiries that important safety

measures that we would think of as obvious were put in place.

Like requiring the radio to be manned 24 hours a day, the standardization of rudder orders,

and having enough lifeboats to fit everyone on board.

When you have 100 years of hindsight to work with it's easy to point to mistakes that

were made and claim that you have found the cause.

This is also where conspiracy theories come from, and don't worry there's plenty of

those about the Titanic as well.

Including that it never actually existed in the first place – which was debunked when

we found the wreckage in 1985.

Or that it was secretly replaced by the Olympic – nevermind that they were photographed

side by side.

Or that it was sunk on purpose to collect insurance money because it was deemed to be

a future financial loss, and that the 1500 people who died were secretly loaded onto

the Californian or a mysterious third ship – which would require a lot of people to

remain silent, and the insurance payout was still a financial loss, not to mention the

reputation damage done to White Star Line and the rest of the industry.

But like anyone would let something like facts get in the way of a good story!

People want to look at a major event with a critical eye and be able to pluck out some

previously unimportant fact and say ah-ha!

I have found the answer!

I know why the Titanic sank!

Because people are drawn to simple answers.

In the end, I was a combination of a dozen or so smaller, less exciting factors.

You know, mainly the iceberg.

But yeah, they didn't spot it in time to properly maneuver around it.

Had they been going slower, maybe they could have.

The iron rivets and steel they used to build the ship, while "perfectly acceptable by

their standards at the time" were, and I'm quoting a metallurgist here: "brittle AF

when cold."

They also thought help was just on the horizon and launched lifeboats without fully seating

them.

A great deal of blame should be placed on the Californian, the ship that did nothing

but watch while the Titanic sank.

The Titanic was going to sink no matter what after hitting the iceberg, but the amount

of people who died could have been greatly reduced, if not eliminated, if the Californian

had just… you know, turned on the radio.

If the Titanic could not see the Californian on the horizon, the lifeboats probably would

have been more full.

The 1958 movie "A Night to Remember" does a much better job of showing the Californian

watching the Titanic sink throughout the night.

While James Cameron seemed to want to place more blame on White Star Line and the officers

in his 1997 movie.

With a hundred years of extra knowledge you can make it look like whoever or whatever's

fault you want it to be.

That is the benefit of hindsight.

So the next time someone tells you that they have the answer to something people have been

researching for a century, but now it's about a coal strike or that a seasoned first

officer gave the wrong steering orders, you'll know better.

I'm just kidding I love that song.

You're here!

There's nothing I fear!

And I know that my heart will go on…

This Car Has Seen More of the World than You - 1989 Cadillac Brougham in Sweden - Duration: 4:13.

it's time for show-off Sunday, where everyone has a chance to show off their

own car and here's this week's winner, the Cadillac Brougham was among the last

big American land yachts to be made in America, and it was certainly the last

car to have a carburetor engine, this car has the Oldsmobile 307 v8 it makes about

140 horsepower, we're going to take a quick look at the engine bay, so we're going to

go ahead and pop the hood

and here under all these vacuum houses we have the Oldsmobile engine, this

particular engine was fitted in many American cars during the mid eighties to

the early 90s and it's a love-hate relationship with it really, since this

is a so called smog era car, as you can see there are a lot of vacuum hoses

you can hardly even see the engine block under there, and this of course lead

to many performance issues, these cars were not particularly fast in

acceleration or anything, so now let's check out the interior shall we

inside the Cadillac Brougham you have everything to accommodate you, it has

power seats, and to be honest it is power everything and it's quite

incredible that after all these years everything is still working all the

windows, all the seats, and even the heated rear window

this car was imported from Canada in 2008

and it features speedometer cluster in km/h as well as the climate control

being in Celsius, which suits me pretty good because I am in Sweden and today we

have quite a rainy day and this is quite a big car, it's almost 19 feet long it's quite a

walk to go around it, it also features the automatic trunk pulldown lock

mechanism, which automatically latches the trunk for you, this car still has

the factory original vinyl roof and the factory original paint, the paint is called

Academy grey, that is that, lets start it up and take if for a ride and see how she sounds

and this is indeed a very smooth and quite car, you feel like you do not have a

hurry to do anything, just sit here and enjoy the ride

and steering is actually so smooth that you can steer it with just a finger,

you can't do that in many cars today,

well that was this week's video and remember to have your car video

highlighted here on my channel, check this out,

so if you never want to miss another one of my new car repair videos, remember

to ring that Bell!

So let's begin.

Well good morning.

It is 7:00 am here in London.

It is my first morning in the city and I've just woken up at the CitizenM Hotel and wait

until you see the views outside my window.

I have the Tower of London right across from me.

I skipped breakfast this morning, but for good reason; because there was a unique coffee

shop that I needed to track down in Hampstead!

It is 8:00 am and we just dropped by Kape Barako and that may be the smallest little

coffee shop I've ever been to.

It is set in an old red telephone box and they make some delicious coffee.

I actually ordered myself a latte.

With a bit of caffeine in my system, I continued on to my 9:00 am activity which was walking

up Parliament Hill in Hampstead Heath.

This is a lookout point, where you can stop to enjoy the city skyline.

Aside from offering great views of the city skyline this is a beautiful nature escape.

You have woodlands, walking paths and lots of people walking very friendly pups.

So it currently is 10:00 am and we're on our way to the Tate Modern.

This is actually my favorite art gallery in all of London.

So I love revisiting everytime I'm in the city.

Set in a former power station, this unlikely structure is home to the national collection

of British art from 1900 to the present, as well as modern and contemporary art by international

artists.

But I didn't just come here for the art this time; there was a new extension to visit.

So we are currently in the Blavatnik Building and this is a new extension here at the Tate

Modern and they have a viewing deck that is 360 degrees.

So yeah, you can walk all around and get some amazing views of London.

From there, I got off at Westminster Station and walked over to Horse Guards Parade for

my next activity.

And it is now 11:00 am in the morning so next up I'm going to be watching the changing of

the guard and then I'm going to go visit the Household Cavalry Museum.

(Horse trotting sounds)

So now that the changing of the guard is over we're going back into the Household Cavalry

Museum and you can actually look into the stables and watch the horses come in and the

guards dismount.

If you're visiting with kids, or you just feel like playing dress up, there's also

a section inside the museum where you can try on different uniforms.

Alright so it is 12 o'clock and we're currently on the Thames.

We're about to do an adventure an adrenaline filled tour.

You guys ready?

Yeah!

Cruising down the Thames is a classic way to experience London, but Thames Rockets does

things a little bit differently!

They show you some of the city's highlights by speedboat, all while pumping music, and

sharing all kinds of interesting London facts that you won't find in any guidebook.

After that adventure, I was in some desperate need of lunch!

So it is now 13:00 pm and that means lunch.

Today we're here at Borough Market which is the oldest market in all of London.

Apparently it dates back over a thousand years.

SO we're going to go find ourselves some food.

With hundreds of food stalls selling everything from baked goods to fruit smoothies and fresh

seafood to takeaway burgers, it didn't take me long to piece together a delicious meal!

So for lunch I went to Gourmet Goat and got myself

a kid goat kofte bowl with two different salads.

And this looks really really good.

Check out those colors.

A very vibrant dish so let's see how it tastes.

Mmmm.

Pretty good.

That is an explosion of Mediterranean flavors.

Next up, it was time for dessert.

Namely, donuts.

So for dessert I got myself a little something sweet from Bread Ahead.

They are supposed to have some of the best donuts in all of London and I got myself a

classic vanilla.

Oh my goodness.

Filled with cream.

So much cream.

What can you do in the middle of the afternoon in London?

I made my way over to the West End for a show.

It is a beautiful theatre.

Oh my goodness.

So it is now Two o'clock and we're currently at the Prince Edward Theatre.

We're going to be watching a matinee.

Aladdin.

This is my 1st time watching a west end show so I'm pretty excited.

Also, I love the movie Aladdin.

That is a childhood classic so.

There was no filming allowed during the performance, but it was a fun afternoon out, and if you

make it to the West End, you'll discover that there's a show out there for everyone!

Next up, it was time for a quintessential ritual: afternoon tea!

So it is three o'clock and we're here at the Sanderson London for a Mad Hatter's afternoon

tea.

And it is time to try some of these delicacies.

Having tea at the Sanderson was like stumbling down a rabbit hole and being transported to

the world of Alice in Wonderland.

Everything from the menu to the teapots to the 'drink me' potions was just right!

So it is four o'clock and we are currently exploring Seven Dials.

This place gets its name from the sundial and the seven streets that break away from

the dial.

So yeah, I didn't even know this place existed.

It is near Soho and Covent Garden.

Yet it has a village feel.

It is really cute.

Lots of antiques, restaurants, cafes.

So I'm now taking you into Neal's Yard this is still part of the Seven Dials but it has

got a bit more color.

It feels more bohemian.

Super artsy.

It is like being inside a rainbow.

Handbags, jewelry, chocolates - I window shopped for it all, before stopping for a sweet treat!

So we've been wandering around Seven Dials for a little bit and we happened upon Pierre

Herme and they have these beautiful macarons.

Check out those colors.

So right now I'm going in for raspberry rose and lychee.

So right now it is five o'clock and we are at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and we're

going to be riding the Arcelor Mittal Orbit.

This is the tallest and longest tunnel slide in the world and honestly I'm feeling a bit

nervous.

Excited.

Nervous.

A little bit of everything.

There we go.

Very fashion forward here.

You are now in full orbit swag.

Oh my gosh.

How are you feeling?

I feel nervous now.

Alright we're higher than the Statue of Liberty right now.

And we're going to ride the slide.

What have I got myself into?

I feel like I'm going into surgery.

Head forward and up.

Go for it.

Alright.

Bye!

Waah!

Argh!

Haha!

So a little bit shaky but I survived.

I was screaming the whole way down.

And I actually didn't even realize I had come out of the slide and I was just sliding there

and I was still screaming so they actually had to like shake me awake.

It is okay.

It is okay.

It is over.

Next up it was time to explore street art, so I hopped on the train to Croydon.

The RISEGallery has been doing a lot of work to help connect local artists with property

owners, and this has resulted in some beautiful murals around every corner.

So right now we are walking along the stretch known as the Legal Wall and this is basically

open to the public.

Anyone can come here and just have fun with some paint and get creative.

Sticking with the art theme, for my 7:00 pm activity I attended my first Late.

This is when museums and art galleries stay open after hours, offering extended admission

or putting on special events.

I was in town when the Royal Academy of Arts hosted the last of its summer lates titled,

The Other Paradise, and guests were dressed to impress!

So this is my first time attending one of the Lates and I've thoroughly enjoyed it.

It just has a really different feel from going to a museum or a gallery during regular hours.

It is a lot more relaxed.

It feels more like a social outing.

You see large groups of friends enjoying drinks and viewing art so I would highly recommend

it.

If you find yourself here in London.

At 8:00 pm, I got to experience Sofar Sounds, which is a pop-up concert that takes place

in people's living rooms.

The catch is that when you sign up, you only know the neighbourhood where the concert will

take place.

It's not until 24 hours before the event that you are emailed the address and the names

of the artists performing that night.

So it is now 21:00 pm and we're currently at PopBrixton.

This is a really cool container park where you have bars, cafes, restaurants, shops.

So I think it is time we find ourselves a little bit of food because we've had a long

day and I'm hungry.

So it is now 22:00 pm and we're at Draughts.

It is a board game cafe so we're going to play some games.

The only question is what do we choose?

So many options.

So we've settled on a game.

We're going to be playing Riff Raff and build a pirate ship apparently.

Then at 11pm, for a bit of live music, it was onwards to The Blues Kitchen in Brixton,

where they do barbecue, bourbon, and blues.

So that was a lot of fun.

The show just ended.

We all had a really good time.

We were actually listening to a band from the Netherlands that did like Jazzy Orchestra

so it was really unexpected but really cool.

So it is now 12 o'clock and we're at Flight Club.

This is a really cool bar where you can come and play pub games so we're going to try our

hand at darts.

We've got some friends waiting for us downstairs.

Let's go in.

Flight Club is a bar that puts a twist on the traditional English pub by adding modern

darts into the equation.

Groups can book an oche (OCKEY), which is the throw line in a game of darts.

I went into this with no dart-throwing experience, but I didn't come out last!

(Train sounds)

With the clock striking one, my next stop transported me to London in the 1940s.

So it is currently 1 am and we're at Cahoots.

This is a 40s theme bar and it is all about the underground.

I feel like I'm about to ride the tube.

Also they just brought us the menu.

It is a newspaper.

So we're just going to have a look through here and choose some drinks.

So it is 02:00 am and we are currently in Chinatown which is known for its late night

haunts and dim sum.

We have chosen Opium which is a bit of a hidden gem.

They only have a tiny little sign and you have to look for the jade door so let's see

if they let us in.

This bar was set in an attic and it had a bit of speakeasy vibe.

There mixing all sorts of fun cocktails, and I ordered one based on the year of my birth.

So here at Opium the drinks are based on the Chinese Animal Zodiac.

I'm 1987.

It turns out I'm the year of the rabbit.

How have we gotten this far into London's nightlife scene without visiting a club, I

don't know, but that changed at 3 am.

Alright so it is 03:00 am still going strong.

We are here in Camden.

And we've just been inside Koko.

This club has the largest disco ball in all of Europe and yeah it is a lot of fun.

It is really packed in there.

I brought out my signature meerkat dance moves at KOKO, which I think just helped create

more space around me, and then it was time for more food!

So it is now 04:00 am and we're at the Beigel Bake.

I've ordered myself a salt beef beigel which is massive by the way.

Almost the size of my face.

So let's tuck right into this.

Mmmm.

That is a lot of meat.

And a lot of mustard.

Oh!

Spicy mustard I have to say.

So it is 05:00 am and I am currently enjoying a little morning stroll along the southbank

of the River Thames.

Got Tower Bridge in the background and yeah this city hasn't quite open yet.

Rush hour hasn't started so it is very peaceful, very tranquil and I think it is a beautiful

time to be out enjoying London before everyone else wakes up.

Last but not least, the final activity of my 24 hours in London was breakfast at Duck

& Waffle.

Located on a 40th floor, this restaurant has amazing views of Central London and they are

open 24 hours a day.

So here we have Belgian waffle, confit duck leg, a duck egg and we also drizzled a mustard

maple syrup all over.

This is going to be tasty.

So that was a really good meal.

It was the best duck I've ever had.

So tasty.

And now let's enjoy some views over London as we go down 40 stories.

And that's a wrap for my 24 hours in London!

I hope you enjoyed following along and that also got a few ideas for your own trip.

As you can see, this city has plenty to offer, no matter the time of day.

Wishing you happy travels and see you next time!

10 CRAZIEST WWE WRESTLEMANIA 34 RUMOURS THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! - Duration: 6:10.

WrestleMania 34 is in the books and it was… well it was a mixed bag of emotions.

We had the awesomeness of Charlotte vs. Asuka and Ronda Rousey's in-ring debut, the disappointment

of AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, and the lows of Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar.

Not to mention Braun Strowman choosing a 10-year old as his tag team partner to take on The

Bar.

But now that we know all the surprises and results, let's take a look back at all the

rumours leading up to the event - and see which ones were pure poppycock.

Here are 10 crazy WrestleMania 34 rumours that didn't happen.

1.

Roman Wins LOL

Yeah we're going to kick off with the obvious one - but Roman Reigns winning the Universal

Championship from Brock Lesnar was first reported this time last year by Dave Meltzer of Wrestling

Observer and by all accounts was the plan right up until the show itself.

In fact there are some reports since that WWE changed the finish of the match - which

saw Brock Lesnar shockingly retain despite claims he was going back to UFC - mid-way

through the WrestleMania 34 main event.

Meltzer has also reported that only a select few people - not even the producers of the

match - knew that Brock was going over and everyone was told Roman was winning.

Some reports are now saying that Roman Reigns will win the Universal Championship at Greatest

Royal Rumble as he'll get a better crowd reaction there than he would have done in

New Orleans.

2.

Asuka Wins LOL

Another surprise win at WrestleMania 34 was Charlotte retaining her Smackdown Women's

Championship against the undefeated Asuka.

Reports had suggested leading into the event that Asuka was set to win the belt, move over

to Smackdown, and remain undefeated until WrestleMania 35 where she would face an also

unbeaten Ronda Rousey in a dream match.

3.

The Rock and Batista Tagging With Ronda Rousey

When Ronda Rousey debuted at the Royal Rumble, it was reported by Dave Meltzer that the plan

was to have her tag with The Rock to take on Triple H and Stephanie McMahon - the match

WWE had been wanting to do since WrestleMania 31.

However it was then reported that The Rock would not be able to make the show, and he

was replaced by Raw general manager Kurt Angle.

And in the week leading up to 'Mania, Meltzer also revealed that a potential replacement

for Rock was Batista.

However Batista reportedly turned down the offer, as he wanted his next return to a full-time

one, working house shows and every Raw or Smackdown Live taping.

4.

Rey Mysterio As Braun's Mystery Partner

One of the big mysteries leading up to WrestleMania 34 was who Braun Strowman's tag team partner

for his match against The Bar would be.

Justin Barasso of Sports Illustrated claimed to have the inside track, reporting that it

would be none other than Rey Mysterio - who was reportedly in talks for a return to WWE.

However it turns out that the mystery partner was in fact the legendary 10-year old Nicholas.

But that wasn't Barasso's only Rey-related rumour.

5.

Rey Mysterio vs. John Cena

Prior to WWE Fastlane, John Cena challenged The Undertaker to a match at WrestleMania

34, but said that he was told "by the office" that this wouldn't happen.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter back in December last year that

Cena vs. Undertaker was going to happen at WrestleMania, and that promo was designed

to throw people off the scent.

Which apparently it did, as Justin Barasso reported after Cena's promo that Big Match

John would instead face Rey Mysterio in a singles match.

As we now know, Cena did take on The Undertaker in a very, very short match and Rey wasn't

on the show at all.

6.

The Undertaker vs. John Cena Won't Happen

And someone who didn't believe that match would happen was Mike Johnson of PWInsider

- who reported shortly before WrestleMania 34 that Undertaker was only scheduled to appear

on the show and cut a promo on John Cena.

This would have set up a match for next year's WrestleMania 35 in New Jersey.

Sorry, New York.

My mistake.

7.

Intercontinental Championship 5-Way

Before Braun Strowman was set to face The Bat for the Raw Tag Team Championships, Sports

Illustrated's Justin Barasso reported that he would be part of a Fatal 5-way for the

Intercontinental Championship.

Which would have seen The Miz also defend against Finn Balor, Seth Rollins and Elias.

The Drifter instead interrupted John Cena before his match with The Undertaker, and

Braun won the tag straps with a 10-year old.

8.

Goldberg Returns

WWF Old Skool reported that Goldberg would be doing more than just be entered into the

WWE Hall of Fame over WrestleMania weekend, saying he was going to be a surprise entrant

in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and win.

In the end there were no surprises in the match, which was won by Woken Matt Hardy with

the help of Bray Wyatt.

9.

Charlotte vs. Ronda Rousey

Following Rousey's Royal Rumble debut, Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that he had

heard the plan was for Ronda to take on Charlotte at WrestleMania 34 for the Smackdown Live

Women's Championship - but did add in the caveat that plan wasn't set in stone.

In the end, Rousey teamed with Angle, and Charlotte ended Asuka's undefeated streak

to retain her championship.

However a new rumour is that a match between Charlotte and Rousey will take place at next

year's WrestleMania - and will be the main event of the show.

10.

Horsewomen vs. Horsewomen

For a lot of 2017, there was a rumour floating around that a potential match for WrestleMania

34 was the UFC Horsewomen of Ronda Rousey, Shayna Baszler, Jessmyn Duke and Marina Shafir

vs. WWE's Horsewomen of Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Becky Lynch.

This was then furthered during the Mae Young Classic, when WWE shot a backstage angle where

the women stared each other down.

And in October following the TLC PPV, Dave Meltzer reported that the match was likely

going to happen at WrestleMania 34.

Instead Baszler won the NXT Women's Championship the night before at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans

- and there have been no reports that either Shafir or Duke have signed with WWE.

So those are just some of the WrestleMania rumours that didn't happen.

But remember folks, some of these might have been plans at some point.

But as the old saying goes - plans change.

Top 10 Superhero Movies With Too Many Superheroes - Duration: 8:07.

Seeing the line-up of superhero films set to roll out over the next decade brings out

a lot of emotions.

Or rather, you're either really excited, or you kind of want to kill yourself.

Especially if you're a DC fan.

Holy shit, why can't they just get one of the big cross over films right for once?

Either way, love it or hate it, it's undeniable that there's a saturation of superheroes

in our media these days.

I mean, hey, don't get me wrong, I love a good superhero story.

But when you've got them stacked and stacked and stacked on top of each other, well, quality

control needs some work.

Hey, you know what was a good superhero movie?

Logan.

Why can't they all be a little more like Logan?

10 X-Men Days of Future Past Let's do a quick run down of all the characters

in Days of Future Past (not including the multiples of characters from overlapping timelines)

– Charles Xavier, Magneto, Wolverine, Storm, Beast, Bishop, Warpath, Kitty Pryde, Iceman,

Sunspot, Colossus, Blink, Mystique, Quicksilver, Rogue, Jean Grey, Cyclops, Apocalypse, the

list GOES ON.

I think.

All that being said, despite there being a ton of characters thrown at us, the film did

navigate all of that chaos quite well – a lot of the characters were ones that we were

previously familiar with, either from First Class or the previous Fox X-Men films.

Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart?

Yes please.

So luckily there wasn't a whole lot of 'let's briefly introduce you to these characters

and hope you'll get attached to them!'

like some of the other movies on this list.

9 Suicide Squad I had SO MUCH HOPE in Suicide Squad.

One of DC's most dastardly charming comics, the film seemed promising.

Then this happened.

Ah yes, a Joker with the word damaged literally tattooed on his forehead.

What is this?

Is he supposed to be some pseudo hipster Joker for millennial audiences?

Heath Ledger would be spinning in his grave, RIP.

On the plus side, we did get the wonderful glory that was Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn.

Someone needs to make a Gotham City Sirens film, asap.

Perhaps DC should have focused on lining up more solo films like Wonder Woman before jumping

into something with as large of a cast as Suicide Squad.

Gotta give em credit for trying, though.

8 Batman & Robin Whoa, hold up!

A superhero movie that existed before the beginning of this century?

Shut up!

While Batman got a serious makeover via Christopher Nolan, prior to that, we had the franchise

that started off with Tim Burton's 1989 movie.

That being said, the 1997 instalment titled Batman & Robin had quite a few characters

in it, to the point where it felt a little sloppy.

Sound familiar?

THIS IS THE PREDECESSOR, FRIENDS.

Not only did you have Batman, and Robin, Batgirl was kicking around, Mr Freeze, Poison Ivy,

Bane, and even the Floronic Man (minus the weed inspired version of the character, that

is).

7 The Avengers The Avengers was Marvel's first massive

crossover film, and the film that really set the stakes for the kinds of inter-mingling

the Marvel Cinematic Universe characters would be engaging with.

That being said, it's also considered one of the best MCU movies, and with good reason

– people loved seeing Thor, Iron Man, The Hulk, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye

and Nick Fury all get their hang on together.

So yeah, it's a film with a whole lot of superheroes.

6 Guardians of the Galaxy 2 Now, don't get me wrong here.

I really loved the first Guardians of the Galaxy.

The second, while still fun - specifically for that opening sequence, all hail baby Groot

- just didn't have the charm of the original.

It had it's moments, but it just wasn't the same.

And a lot of that had to do with the inclusion of new characters.

The whole Ego plot line which was suppose to give us more insight on Starlord just didn't

satisfy, and it felt as if it's weight hindered the opportunity for other character development

in the film to happen - from characters new AND old.

Similar to other Marvel stories, Guardians is already chalk full of characters - ones

that are easy to love - but ones that still need the benefit of good writing and proper

screen time attention.

5 Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice Following in the footsteps of its biggest

competitor, DC has finally laid out the groundwork for a commercially successful cinematic cross

over between its finest heroes.

And this steaming pile of hot garbage is what really initiated it.

Yay for setting the bar low?

Aside from the title characters, who do we have it this shitshow?

Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, The Flash, Lois Lane, Lex Luthor, Martha Kent, Perry

White, Alfred, Jimmy Olsen, and of course, in perhaps the films most cinematic, astoundingly

memorable moment - General Zod.

For F sake.

Even Bruce's dead parents even make an appearance.

And fun fact - Zack Synder wanted to have both the Joker and the Riddler appear in the

film, but they were cut from the final script.

Nothing is sacred, friends.

Nothing.

4 Justice League A weak plot that's got nothing on the comics?

Check.

Witty jokes circa Joss Whedon that were all crammed into the trailer in hopes that people

would find DC characters on the silver screen more charming?

Check.

Partially rendered VFX and a Steppenwolf that looks like a cat turd that went through a

black hole?

Check.

The Justice League in itself is jam packed of spectacular characters.

And it seems as if the DCEU has yet to really get a grasp on how to tell their stories without

it being a hideous rearing VFX orgy of bad plot points and even worse dialogue.

3 Captain America: Civil War Aka, the film that set up a bunch of characters

in order to allow for a bunch of spinoff movies and make Marvel and Disney a TON of cash.

Yeah, that seems about right.

On the plus side, several of those spinoffs have managed to have some merit – Spider-Man

Homecoming and Black Panther made for some pretty solid additions to the MCU, and were

well written and well directed stories.

To be fair, Marvel for the most part, has been able to get a grip on quality control

when it comes to their massive blockbusters.

But at the end of the day, where is this all going?

When will enough be enough?

Or will audiences continue to be satisfied with having massive jam packed films that

throw in more heroes for spectacle rather than a cinematic experience.

Which is the whole point of going to see a movie, isn't it?

2 X-Men Apocalypse There's A LOT of characters in Apocalypse.

And to be frank, it's the perfect example of how a feature film fails to navigate such

a massive story event in the comics.

Aside from laughable dialogue and watered down condensed plot points, Apocalypse sucked

big time for just tossing in pretty much every mutant that it could into something that someone

somewhere at Fox was like, yeah, I guess that's passable for a screenplay, and then it got

made.

Concerning it's clusterf of characters, let's use Storm as an example: Oh Hey, it's

Storm, what up?

Oh right, you're a slightly off characterization of the mutant we all know and love?

Cool.

And you're only gonna have a few lines and seemingly redeem yourself at the end of the

film even though the audience has no attachment to you?

Cool.

That's X-Men Apocalype in a nutshell for you.

Which is super disappointing, because the X-Men deserve a whole lot better.

1 Avengers: Infinity War Upon watching the trailer for Infinity War,

it's not hard for one to feel like the Marvel Cinematic Universe had salmonella and shat

out every single damn character with any semblance of profitability.

Thanos is finally getting his day with this instalment of the Avengers – the film that

pretty much ALL of the other MCU films have been leading up to.

And if they had bought the rights back from Fox sooner, you damn well know that the X-Men

and Fantastic Four would've been in this movie, too.

While yes, you can argue that Infinity War is an example of marketing genius, and manages

to capture the spirit of what cross overs can achieve in the comics themselves.

There we have it friends.

As you can tell, we have a whole lot of thoughts and feelings about the state of superhero

films and the super fatigue they've caused.

Now it's time for you to tell us your thoughts in those comments below.

Are you digging the fact that DC and Marvel have loaded up their films with a ton of heroes?

Mom Gives Birth To Triplets - Days Later, Dad Receives News That Leaves Him In Shock - Duration: 4:59.

Mom Gives Birth To Triplets - Days Later, Dad Receives News That Leaves Him In Shock

Joey and Casi Rott were already a big, happy family, and they were about to become even

bigger and happier.

A Gift Times Three Already blessed with two adorable girls, Tenley

and Chloe, the couple was elated to bring not just one more child into the world, but

three!

When they found out Casi was pregnant with triplets, they couldn't have been more excited.

While triplets are a massive addition to the family, they believed they were up for the

task.

After all, their skills as loving parents were obvious.

Toughing It Out Carrying three precious lives can put a lot

of strain on the body, but Casi handled it well, smiling the whole way through, even

though she said carrying the kiddos was the hardest thing she's ever done, as Joey told

KWCH 12 News.

"Her main thing with this pregnancy was to carry them as long as she can.

She wanted to carry them for 34 weeks.

That was her number one goal, to have healthy babies."

During the last three months of her pregnancy, Casi stayed in Wichita, Kansas, over two hours

away from where their house is, just in case something went wrong with the pregnancy.

The cautious Casi didn't want to risk losing one of the greatest joys of her life.

Angels On The Way The triplets decided their time to enter the

world was just a bit premature.

Joey rushed Casi to the hospital, where the babies were delivered via C-section.

Casi got to hold her healthy babies, two boys and one girl, making the struggle completely

worth it.

Asher, Levi and Piper were born as healthy as could be.

A Clean Bill Of Health A few days later, all seemed right with Casi.

They okayed her release on a Monday and kept the triplets a bit longer to monitor their

progress.

The couple went home for a well-deserved night of rest.

Back To The Hospital All seemed right with the world until unthinkable

tragedy struck.

Casi began feeling pains in her chest, and Joey knew he had to do something about it

immediately.

He took Casi to the hospital, where they treated her with blood thinners.

Subsequent scans didn't show any signs of clots, so she was released again.

A few days later, Casi started to feel chest pain all over again.

"She got to spend four hours here tiding up the nursery how she wanted it.

I brought the two girls back here at 5 o'clock.

She got to hug them, kiss them and love on them for about five minutes before the issues

started."

The next thing Joey knew, his life changed forever.

A Heartwrenching Emergency Joey brought Casi to the hospital yet again,

but sadly, this time she didn't make it.

A blood clot blocked her lungs due to a rough pregnancy and C-section birth, friends said.

Now Joey will raise his five children alone with help from family and friends.

Luckily, friends, family and strangers on the internet got together to help out in any

way they could.

A GoFundMe account was set up to help Joey raise funds for medical expenses, and all

of the other expensive necessities that come with parenthood.

Time To Heal While Joey will never forget Casi and the

incredible gifts she bestowed upon him in her final days, the GoFundMe account certainly

helps financially.

The account has raised $148,167 in one month, well over its $10,000 goal.

Donations large and small came rolling in from across the country as the public learned

of the family's devastatingloss.

Grieving But Thankful Joey was completely floored by the outpouring

of support from the community, as event creator Hilary Holten Thompson wrote on the GoFundMe

page.

"The entire Rott family wishes to thank everyone who has reached out to their family, and given

in any capacity, during this most difficult time.

The donations, prayers, love and support that have flooded in has been emotionally overwhelming

and humbling to say the least for this family.

(A family who would normally be on the giving end, and not the receiving end of a generous

deed.)

" The comments from the online community fill

the GoFundMe page with sweet thoughts and prayers for Joey and his five precious children.

What's Next While unbelievable tragedy can strike at any

time, Joey's story just goes to show that the kindness of strangers is alive and real.

With the internet's help, Joey and the babies can begin their new life without the financial

burden of parenthood on Joey's shoulders.

easy fix you simply have to stop with all the negative talk and instead adopt

a positive attitude of course it can be tough to radiate confidence especially

if there are things about yourself that you'd like to change or you wish were

different but here's the thing I'm willing to

that when you and your man first got together you weren't acting or speaking

insecurely and it's only since you've become comfortable with him that he's

been seeing the side of you so go back to that same early day mentality and

keep your words positive number two you're clingy it's completely normal to

want to spend all of your time with the guy who stole in your heart but that

doesn't mean you should expect this to happen

acting clingy or getting upset or angry when your boyfriend wants to spend time

doing other things or hanging out with his friends will not only make you look

desperate but it'll also push him away if you show them that you have no life

outside of the relationship then he's going to feel pressured to keep you

happily entertained that's a lot of pressure and chances are he won't stick

around long enough to take on this near impossible task instead of suffocating

him give him space to do his own thing and be his own person you'll be amazed

by how happy and grateful he'll feel dating someone who's cool with having

time to be your own persons because this is something every guy wants in a

relationship it won't go unnoticed if you're interested in learning some easy

but powerful tips for becoming your own woman in a way that your boyfriend will

not only notice but also find extremely sexy then check out my site and watch

the free video presentation the link is coach NORTHCOM and i'll post it in the

description below as well number three you're bossy the way you

and your boyfriend communicate is bound to change as you get to know one another

better and become more comfortable with each other

meaning the filter you have with your words in the early days will likely

loosen and become more flexible over time well this can be a great thing it's

also a dangerous one if your words go from kind and compromising to demanding

and aggressive then he's going to get sick of your crappy attitude no

boyfriend on this planet wants to feel like he's spending time with an angry

parent who's constantly barking demands at him or with a spoiled brat who gets

upset when she doesn't get her own way instead of being the one who calls all

the shots all the time or bossing him around remember that you and your guy

should be on level playing ground don't put yourself on a pedestal and keep your

cool number four you're straight-up mean to him would you ever want to date

someone who constantly put you down who told you that your ideas or ambitions

were stupid or wasted time who didn't support you whatsoever

the answer is no absolutely not well guess what neither do men if you're

mean to your boyfriend make him feel undesirable unintelligent

on worthier on loved then he's going to get sick of you with so many people fail

to realize is that abuse comes in many different forms and words hurt if what

you're saying isn't kind then he will get sick of you and more than likely

leave for good sure playful teasing can be fun and may even add intimacy and

closeness to your relationship but be careful not to overdo it and be sure he

knows that you're not being serious a good rule to follow is this before

speaking ask yourself if what you're about to say is true necessary and kind

if it's not at least two of those three don't say it number five you don't like

his friends expecting you to like every person your boyfriend associates with is

one thing but if you find a reason and dislike all of your man's mates then he

may get sick of you here's the thing most of your boyfriend's friends were

likely in his life before he ever started dating you they know things

about him that he wouldn't dare tell you and they want him to be happy if he

suddenly disappears from their lives because the two of you are dating or if

they get the impression that you don't like them or that you don't want your

guy around them they're not going to support his decision to be with you this

might not bug your man out first but as time passes he will start to miss his

buds and you may even blame you for his lacking social life instead of letting

this happen make an effort to get to know the people

your boyfriend calls his friends and give them the benefit of the doubt if

you have a serious issue with one or two of them let your man in on it but as for

the petty stuff let it go well that's just a better wrap for this

video thanks for watching if there are any other reasons why guys get sick of

their girlfriends or wives that you'd like to add to this list then please

Wife Finishes 14-Hour Shift And Eats Sandwich Alone.

Then Husband Makes Viral Post On Facebook

Phillip Urtz lives in Rome, New York, with the love of his life – his wife Jessica.

She's a stroke nurse who cares and treats others day in and day out.

Phillip understands just how stressful her job is.

While she may never show signs of exhaustion or fatigue, he knows she comes home feeling

overworked and weary.

To show how much he cares and supports her, Phillip penned an open letter on Facebook

dedicated to his wife.

After Jessica finished a 14-hour shift, she returned home ready for rest.

She made herself a quick dinner, a sandwich, and headed off to bed, ready to recharge and

get back to work the very next day.

That's when Phillip decided to show his wife just how much he appreciated her.

Just wait until you see what he wrote on Facebook…

"This is my wife Jessica having dinner after a 14 hour day.

She comes home from work, has enough time to eat and get ready for bed and it's back

to work the next day for another shift."

"She is up early to get ready for her day.

She doesn't like to be bothered in the morning and I respect that.

She showers, throws her hair up, grabs her lunch gives the dog and me a kiss and heads

out the door."

"At work she takes care of people who are having the worst days of their lives.

Strokes, Car accidents, motorcycle accidents, falls, breaks, brain damage and more.

She takes care of mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, friends and families.

It doesn't matter who you are or what happened.

She will take care of you.

She works through lunch and rarely has time to sit.

She comes home after 14 hours, takes off her shoes that have walked through blood and tears,

and just wants to sit down.

I don't ask her about her day because She doesn't like to talk about work when she

is home and that's fine."

"If she does want to talk, I will listen.

Sometimes she comes home happy and sometime she comes home sad.

But no matter how she feels, she is always on time for her next shift."

"I love her with all my heart.

My wife is my hero.

My wife is a Stroke Nurse."

Please SHARE this husband's touching message if you believe all spouses should have this

love and respect for their significant other!

Powder Coat vs. Cerakote | Which Is Better? - Duration: 14:36.

so there's a lot of questions out there about powder-coated seracote which is

better how to apply it and where to use it so I'm gonna take two parts prepare

them identically bring you through the process of each type of coating and then

do a redneck durability test using real-world situations there are some

similarities powder coat and seracote are applied in much the same way but as

you can imagine powder coat comes in a powder form and seracote is in a liquid

form and the end result generally powder coating is three to four times thicker

than seracote and that's a big advantage of seracote there is not as much prep

work involved since most the time you don't need to worry about masking out

threads or mating surfaces where you can't have a thick finish such as the

case with powder coat but it's the end result that really matters and that's

what we're gonna test out today all right I've got to the same exact clutch

levers here and they've got these plastic plugs on the end I'll need to

pull them out since they'll get destroyed in the oven so stay if I were

to put these levers use with powder coating I would want to mask off the

surface and plug the hole too since the powder build up would be too thick for

the lever to be usable however a seracote I would not need to do any

masking the first step with the prep process is to clean these lovers up with

degreaser follow it up with an acetone soak for 30 minutes

after the 30-minute soak comes an abrasive blast with aluminum oxide media

now I'm gonna blow the levers off with the air compressor and from start to

finish I'll be wearing a set of powder free gloves whenever I'm handling the

parts so why soak the parts in acetone before sandblasting and not the other

way around well I wondered the same thing but that

is the exact process recommended by seracote and many powder coat and

seracote suppliers - from what I gather sandblasting is the best way of cleaning

apart provided you have a clean abrasive and soaking apart acetone does leave a

residue so if that in mind I guess it does make some sense the next step in

the process is to hang the parts from the rack that way I can run them through

the oven for a preheat at 300 degrees for a full hour this will ensure there's

no residue or anything left behind just pull the levers out of the oven and I'm

gonna spray one out with powder first allright the powder coating gun I'll be

using is a hot coat sold by Eastwood so it's pretty simple setup it just plugs

into power and then you have compressed air right here the ground clips onto the

part and then the powder container just screws on right here the powder I'll be

using is a hot coat it looks like it's a gloss black show you what this powder

looks like dump out a little bit of it here so it's pretty much like any powder

you would see think of it as paint without the solvent I've got the gun

plugged in and all ready to go got power err just need to clip the ground of the

part and I'll be ready to spray let me give you a little demonstration of

exactly what this looks like so you can see just powder flowing out of the end

of the gun here so I'm gonna have the clip grounded to the part the part will

actually be electrically charged and the part in the powder will be attracted to

each other so the powder will just stick right to the surface and of course with

any powder or painting process you want to wear a respirator

after the powder has been sprayed out it's gonna have a really flat or a

chalky finish to it now I'm gonna place the part in the oven at 400 degrees and

check it every 5 minutes to see if that powder has flowed out it's been a couple

minutes I'm gonna take a look at the lever yep looks like that powder flowed

out so now I'm gonna let it cure for another 20 minutes at the same

temperature the 20 minutes is up I'm just gonna pull the lever out of the

oven and let it cool down it is definitely glassy all right looks

pretty good though now what's on the sarahx coating the other lever the

process for a spray and seracote is pretty similar except I'll be using a

liquid and a different style gun this lever I'll be going with the tungsten

color for you guys that saw my last couple seracote in videos I was using an

airbrush but that thing ended up being hung crap so I picked up this touch-up

gun I've been playing around with it for a little bit and it seems to work a lot

better let's put it to the test so to mix up the seracote i've got the color

and a catalyst and i'll be mixing these at a 12 to 1 ratio in the cylinder here

another thing that's different this time around is I'll be using these little eye

droppers and I should help get the correct ratio from color to seracote

guns all filled up a seracote plugged in made a few test runs and now it is time

to spray out the lever

man I'm not gonna spread out the seracote so much better really glad I

bought it so I've had the lever sitting for a solid 15 minutes after spraying

now it is time to toss it in the oven and cure it at 300 degrees for an hour

the lever is all done with the curing process and as soon as this thing cools

off I'll check back in with you guys alright both levers are all finished up

and as far as the finish goes the powder coat was a high gloss so of course it's

gonna be smooth and the seracote is a little bit rougher it's got some texture

to it so most seracote comes in a semi gloss

or satin finish so the thing with powder coat is there's definitely a lot more

options out there for color and finish and with seracote most your options are

going to be in a black gray white brown kind of range they don't really have

much for the red blue orange yellow kind of thing alright let's see how these

finishes hold up to some abuse one more thing it usually takes about 4 or 5 days

for the coating to fully cure so I'm gonna give it a few days before I start

hammering on them I'll touch base with you guys then while we're waiting on

that powder coat and seracote to fully cure I've got some exciting news for you

guys the new hats and shirts I've been working on are now available over on

primum XCOM absolutely in love with this hat fits really good got mesh on the

back snapback great all-around hat and the shirt is top-notch as well fits

awesome super soft material you will not be disappointed one bit so head over to

prime MX comm to grab yours they will not be around for long trust me so it's

a few days later and I'm sure that coding is plenty cared by now I'm gonna

do some durability testing on these pieces so the first thing we did

encounter with a part like this is reduced and rocks hitting the part so

I'm gonna test that out right now there really is no perfect way to accurately

and equally test this and like I said this is gonna be a little bit redneck so

I've got a rock in the vise and I'm going to tap each lever against the rock

and see how the coatings hold I'm gonna start with the powder-coated

lever first I whacked the lever pretty hard against the rock a few times and as

you can see we've got a few chips in the powder cutting not too bad though on to

the Sarah co2 the lever now I gave this one a couple saw whacks and ended up

with a few chips but it isn't quite as bad as the powder coating I would say

the seracote held that better in this situation another situation that could

happen with a lever is you tip the bike over and you scrape up the end of the

lever on a rock or something so I'm gonna test that out right now if I just

scraping each lever against the rock

obviously that rock is pretty dang rough it's like five grit sandpaper but it

wore through the powder coating fairly quick now let's see how the sarah coded

lever handles it I would say they're pretty dang equal on that one I tried to

rub each lever on the rock for about the same amount of time alright this test is

gonna be somewhat similar to the last one except I'll be using a scotch brite

wheel on the buffer I'm just gonna hold each lever to the wheel for two seconds

and see how quickly the finish wears through

I kind of figured this to be the outcome since powdercoat is generally three to

four times thicker than seracote next up is sandblasting and again I'm gonna

blast on each part for two seconds now it was kind of tough to give an equal

blasts to each lever but I would give the slight edge to powder coating simply

because it's a thicker finish the next one is pretty simple just gonna scrape a

razor blade against each lever now this one was kind of interesting as you can

see the powder coat went all the way through to the aluminum but the seracote

still has some coating left over the final test is kind of pointless unless

you want to see how well your bike would hold up in a fire but I figured it'd be

fun to try out regardless

actually just one more test

looks like powder Cody held up better on that one and I somehow didn't kill

myself in the process that was kind of stupid now if I were to do a legit test

I would also include corrosion testing and sunlight exposure but those are just

two involved overall I would say the two finishes are pretty equivalent for

durability many times stronger than spray paint but neither would hold a

candle to hard anodizing so on the debate of powder coat versus air coat it

really boils down to what kind of part your coating and what color you're gonna

go with with powder coating you have so many options for color and types of

finish anything from flat to high-gloss textured translucent you name it

powder coating has it seracote not quite as much now for the type of part you're

gonna be coating this is what's gonna make the biggest difference here if you

have a part that has a thickness tolerance or a lot of areas that need

masking off I personally would go with seracote in most cases for example the

triple clamps here are Cera coated and I didn't need to mask anything off if I

would have powder coated them there would have been a lip here and I don't

think that would have looked very good and then coming over to the front wheel

here the hub is powder coated with a translucent red so there is a lip right

here where the brake rotor sits I don't think it looks very clean and I would

have avoided that with seracote but then again I wouldn't have been able to

achieve this type of finish with Sarah coating you guys are probably confused

as heck right now so personally I would go seracote in most cases simply because

it's a cleaner look and there's less prep work involved but then again it is

more expensive than powder coat in the scenario where I want to use a

translucent or a candy type finish then I would go with powder coating and as

far as coating engine covers and frames anything you put on there is gonna wear

through unless it is hard analyzing which is why I've gone away from coating

my engine covers especially on a two-stroke your shifting so much it's

gonna wear through pretty quickly alright so you want to have some powder

coating or Sarah coating done but where do you go with powder coating it's so

popular it's pretty easy to find a good shop locally but with sarah code it's a

little more difficult luckily I know what got it super good

actually within the motorcycle industry trick engineering is the place to go

I'll link their website down below I'm gonna wrap up the video right here if

you enjoyed it give it a big thumbs up and if you're new to the videos don't be

afraid to hit that subscribe button and one more thing head over to prime em

XCOM to grab your hat and t-shirt while they're still available thank you for

watching

Woo here we go! blue, no, I was taking purple that is

What no I might focus there

Your two eyes how's everyone doing today welcome back to the channel if you guys are new here

Then make sure to subscribe so you guys never miss out on a video and also adhere as long for me on my social media

already and they are all down by there make sure you go something on there to see some haunting stuff and

Crazy things which I get up to in my life, which you guys will never be able to see in these videos

Today we are doing a Q&A now

I said on my social medias that I was doing a Q&A for today and send me some questions

So some of you guys were actually be in this video if you guys want to send me some questions for the next journey video

Which I do then make sure to follow me on all my social medias

And I'll say whenever doing a Q&A and sending some questions, and then you guys will probably in the video as well, okay

Let's just start this week's called shadow goes to phase phase. I think I'm saying that all right

I don't sorry if I am

I don't know if I'm saying that right, but if I'm not then then make sure to let me know in the comments

But thank you so much for being in the squad your support was absolute insane

It really does help on the channel

So thank you so much for being the squad

Here's gonna get a shout out in the next video event all you have to do is turn on post notifications and then comment down

Below tell me you guys on the squad

I don't so he was joined up in doing this video at any point then make sure it's gonna drop like

You guys don't further ado. Let's get one of me servers

I've got my phone here, and the first set of questions are from Twitter now the other day

I tweet out saying I'm you're doing a Q&A and send some questions so some of you guys have asked me some questions

On here it's so I'm gonna answer these first, and then we'll go over to Instagram and then if we have time

We'll go over to snapchat so which me are straight into it and the first question from savage skills AJ

Do you eat you toenails?

Your do you do you eat your toenails

No, so where is the second question which can skip past the first question as if it never happened?

But second question is when does your birthday come? How are you? What is your Sun Sign?

Or certain finance or look that up in a minute my birthday is the 14th of October

2000 which means I'm 17 years old that shit their second question and Sun Sign I

Will our research all that means now, and I will let you know so my son sign is

Libera apparently and that means libera natives are generally thought to be sociable somewhat

Intellectual Souls I can agree I click over that eyes that is quite a true statement right there

So roads the next question is from Becky

And she asks who is your favorite youtuber so tying to your question

I would say that my favorite youtuber at the moment it literally changes like every single week

But right now at the moment is between George Mason and Lee hinge plaits

so if you always have actually subscribed 20 of them, and you'll know that there are pretty good youtubers, so

Everyone it's between either of those two

I literally can't decide if you did be anyone famous for one hour who would you be and why what in one hour lies?

That's hardly anything like so you don't really think about this one so twice your question

Don't know why I'm saying this

But it'll probably be Jake Paul because he lives in LA which is this is something which I really want to

Want to do when I'm older is live in LA if you have been following me on the channel and although

I really go out there, so that's one big thing

Second big thing is he's got a Lamborghini come on

He's got a blue Lamborghini like my favorite colors blue one of my favorite cars. He's the Lamborghini so that's another reason

Three his house is like huge

It's nicho a massive mansion in LA which is another crazy thing third thing and the fourth thing is

He's a youtuber ass what I want to do so

Number four because he's a youtuber so that it's he'll over be for one hour is Jake Paul

So where's the next question is what is your favorite song at the moment?

So don't go and tone your frosting that question my favorite song at the moment

I can't play it because they don't a copyright

But it is Drake's new song nice for what now it came up the other day Sean showed me it and I was like okay

I'll give it a listen and

Since then

I am not be able to stop listen to it so tanks that Sean you've got me a date to that song

If any celebrity is your sibling, which one would you want to have of why if any youtuber with my sibling? I would probably say

lien chirp again because he's literally so funny and also a youtuber so we could use some sibling collabs all time and

Have fun whilst doing it, so I'm going to say Li inch lift, so as the next question is what is your favorite hip hop?

Rap album so my favorite like album of all time would probably be views from Drake

And that would be like graduation from Kanye West and then more like from Drake again so either one of those

Three is my favorite hip hop

Rap albums so where the next question is what's your favorite type of food?

eg Chinese Mexican so a little story for you

I don't actually eat Chinese or Mexican or anything anymore

I used to like Chinese so that would be the answer to your question

but I really just don't eat takeaways anymore because as you know they're not good for you and

My resolution of 2018 was to eat healthier so since then how about the takeaway, would you do a weekly board video yes?

I would do reachable video, but the problem with that is only to my friends when I do

It wasn't sure and the other one is my friend Luke now then the other two people want to do it

No one else of my friends what to do it, so

If any of you guys are watching this video and your youtuber and you want to do a beautiful video of me

Well, we'll sort something out and hopefully in the future

I can record a wee drop video because at the moment no my friends want to do it

I really want to do it, but they don't and I don't see you're allowed to play on your own so yeah

I might have to wait for some people to do it with me and then to answer your question

Yes, I will do a week more video other than YouTube. What is your dream job?

so I think I answered a question like this before in one of these q and A's and

I actually said that I don't want to do anything else other than YouTube

And I'm still still sickens about like I literally can't think of a job

I got looked on the job list and I can't see anything so

It's lit read YouTube or nothing which is quite quite a risky thing

But yeah, hopefully hopefully YouTube pays off and I can do it full-time so but the next question comes from Milly again

And she asks cage you can live anywhere. Where would it be Los Angeles. What inspires you to keep uploading videos PS

I love your vids Thank You, Georgia

I'm glad that you enjoyed these videos

but my

Inspiration to keep uploading videos is because of you guys now every single week you guys send me amazing messages on like Instagram snapchat

Twitter and in the comments of these videos like euros are so supportive now

I could not ask for anything better than that that is the reason why is because one euros so supportive in two

Obviously because I actually just love making videos for you guys, so

Punch your question because you guys are amazing and because I love making videos for you guys so much that was premature at this video

Sorry, I'm kinda short guys. I've actually got a red battery on the camera right now, and I don't have a spare one so

Final America is short. Sorry I didn't answer questions on snapchat and Instagram soon

I will do a Q&A with Sean so I will use the questions

Which you guys sent me from Instagram and snapchat, and I'll put them in the Q&A with me ensure anywhere

Yo, that was privy to this video. I hope you guys all enjoyed it, and we've got a set

I'll see you guys next week for new one good. Bye

Thank you guys all for watching make sure you guys go and check out my social media

You guys can click here for the latest video and subscribe to join the squad

Burger King Employee Rushes To Get Food To Diabetic Customer

Rebecca Boening, a 61-year-old woman from Texas, recalls feeling quite unwell while

she was driving on the interstate.

The woman was diabetic and realized that her blood sugar level dropped to a dangerous level.

Rebecca recalls that she noticeably began sweating and shaking.

"My heart was racing, which are all symptoms of low blood sugar," she said to ABC News.

She got off the highway as soon as she could and tried to get help.

She noticed a Burger King in Amarillo and went straight to the drive through to get

something to eat and refill her carbohydrates and blood sugar level.

"I pulled up to the drive-through," she recalled, "and I was trying to figure out

what I could eat that would bring my blood sugar up but not too far up.

It's a real balancing act."

However, because of her blood sugar dropping, the woman was having a lot of difficulties

ordering something.

She simply couldn't find the words she was looking for.

Luckily, the drive-through employee knew that something was off.

"She ordered ice cream and a coke.

I asked her if there was something wrong.

She said that she was diabetic and that her blood sugar was getting low," staff member

Tina Hardy told.

Right away, the woman grabbed an ice cream and told Rebecca to go to the window.

It was essential that Rebecca's body would have access to a source of sugar as soon as

possible.

Tina understood the hassle and situation, as her husband Patrick also suffers from diabetes.

"I learned how to help him and used my knowledge to help her," she recalls.

The fast-food employee kept a close eye on the woman just to make sure she was okay.

"And about 30 minutes went by, and when she got better, she came back to my window,"

Tina said.

The 61-year-old woman then asked if it was possible to speak with Tina's supervisor,

to praise and applaud her for her actions.

The two have befriended each other and Rebecca is even trying to repay the kind gesture by

trying to gather enough money to buy Tina, a proud mother of three children, a car to

get to work faster.

"We talk every day," Tina said.

"She's a very lovely lady."

When she got back home, Rebecca posted her story on Facebook and it quickly gathered

the attention of thousands.

"Wednesday afternoon I was driving west on I-40 when my blood sugar dropped to a dangerous

level.

Luckily a Burger King restaurant was at the upcoming exit.

As I stumbled through placing my order I mentioned to the voice on the speaker that I was diabetic

and in need of food.

Low blood sugar makes it difficult to think or act."

"I pulled up to the first window in order to pay for my food.

I was shocked to see Burger King employee Tina Hardy running toward the front of my

car.

She squeezed between the front of my car and the building just to bring me a small serving

of ice cream.

Tina later explained that her husband was also diabetic and she could tell that I needed

help.

After paying I pulled up to Tina's window where she gave me my food.

She instructed me to park across the driveway so that she could keep an eye on me until

I felt better."

"After eating I waited for a break in business so that I could return to Tina's window.

I then took this picture and spoke with Tina's supervisor, telling him what she did for me.

If you appreciate what this special woman did please share this story."

"Hopefully Tina Hardy will receive the recognition that she truly deserves from the public and

from the big bosses at Burger King."

An inspiring and heartwarming act of kindness!
