and now we are going to see the Plaza Redonda

then we return kids with Tin soldiers Museum

and then we'll go to see the ceramics museum "González Martí"!

This museum is housed in a wonderful 13th century Gothic palace and inside there is an extraordinary collection of over 1 million of tin soldiers

that traces the history of Valencia and reconstructs the scenes of the most important historical wars

The museum owes its name to the first cartoonist and art critic who donated a vast collection of wonderful ceramics from every era

but also furniture, carriages and objects belonging to the important families of Valencia.

The baroque facade of the building that houses it, allegorically depicts the two rivers that run through the city.

we have been lucky because the Palacio de Cervellón was still open....

the next step is to go to eat to Tanto Monta...one of best restaurant of "montaditos" in Valencia!

"Tanto Monta" was close so we decided to eat inside the restaurant of the museum of fine arts! 3 courses for 12 euros!

inside the museum there is a lot of beautiful paintings of Goya Velazquez Sorolla

we have found this little restaurant lost in the streets of the barrio cabanyal...is full of local and it promises very well! It's called L' Ancora!

one of the best restaurants in which we have eaten

after 5km of cycling we enjoyed plaza de la Virgen by night and now we are ready to sleep!

- This year, TBEX Europe is in Ostrava,

in the Czech Republic.

The most interesting thing about the venue,

it's basically a refurbed industrial area,

it's called The Gong,

I have never seen a convention venue like this

anywhere else in the world, it is quite unique,

and will bring a really different perspective to TBEX.

This will be quite a different TBEX in the way,

in the content we produce.

A lot more practical examples for both bloggers,

influencers and travel providers.

We are going to do something a little bit different

with the way we manage the sessions and the tracks,

but we can't reveal that at the current moment.

But overall, for those who are attending,

Ostrava and the surrounding area,

it is an amazing destination.

It is very affordable, accommodation, food, and drinks,

you'll be amazed at how cheap they are.

The hospitality is there, the venue is there.

We have got fantastic key notes lined up,

session speakers and workshops,

and it will be a conference that will be like no other

that we've ever done in Europe.

And, if you come one week early,

you can enjoy the Colours of Ostrava Festival.

It's a week before TBEX, timed deliberately

so you can come early, enjoy the festival,

and then a couple of days later

start getting involved in TBEX.

But make sure, if you are going to do that

you need to book your accommodation right away,

because accommodation is selling out fast.

We have some fantastic changes we're making

to the TBEX program in terms of the tracks,

in terms of the workshops,

and in terms also of our key note.

We've announced our opening key note, Yaya & Lloyd.

And they were sensational last year in Killarney.

So we're so excited to have them on stage,

the details of how we'll do the tracks

will be revealed a bit later,

so we'll have to keep you in suspense

just a little bit longer.

But I can promise you that this will be a very different

and positive and exciting way

to approach TBEX in Europe.

Aloe Vera and Cactus. Ingredients.

1 leaf of aloe vera 1 prickly pear cactus 8 cups of water (2 liters).

How to Prepare.

Since we need the pulp of both the aloe vera and the cactus, the first thing to do is cut open the leaves to extract the gel inside (being careful not to get pricked by the thorns!).

Heat the water in a pot or saucepan.

When it comes to a boil, add the cactus pulp and the aloe vera gel, and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

After this, strain the mixture and drink the resulting water.

It is advised to drink a glass a day.

Oat Water. Ingredients.

1 cup of oatmeal (105 g) 2 liters of water (8 cups) 1 cinnamon stick (optional).

How to Prepare.

Soak the oats in two liters of water for 12 hours.

After the indicated time, strain the soaked oatmeal and place it in a blender along with the cinnamon.

Add the water little by little to help it get liquidized, until you get a nice smooth liquid.

Finally, add the remaining water to the shake.

We can drink a glass a day, or one before each meal.

This drink not only helps control blood sugar levels, but also helps you feel full, regulates the metabolism and helps you to lose weight.

Chamomile and cinnamon. Ingredients.

1 cup of water (250 ml) 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers (10 g) ½ tablespoon cinnamon powder (or a cinnamon stick).

How to Prepare.

Bring the water to a boil, and add the chamomile and cinnamon.

Allow to infuse on a low heat for 3 minutes, and then let it rest for another 10 minutes.

It is advisable to drink one cup a day on an empty stomach.

Sesame Drink. Ingredients.

1 cup of sesame seeds (200 g) – they can be natural or processed 1 liter of natural coconut milk (4 cups).

How to Prepare.

Place the sesame seeds in a hot, dry pan and cook a little over medium heat until golden brown.

Next, grind up the toasted sesame seeds until you get a smooth paste.

Dissolve the resulting paste in coconut milk, and drink a glass daily.

Cinnamon tea. Ingredients.

2 cinnamon sticks 1 liter of water (4 cups).

How to Prepare.

Heat the water and, when it reaches a boil, add the cinnamon.

Then allow the mixture to infuse on a low heat for 5 minutes.

Stir the contents, and drink a cup every day.

Spinach and celery juice. Ingredients.

1 green apple 1 carrot 3 handfuls of spinach 2 stalks of celery 1 cucumber.

How to Prepare.

Wash and peel the apple and the carrot.

Blend with the other ingredients and drink the combination.

The recommended dose is one glass per day.

Green Tea.

Ingredients.

1 tablespoon of Chinese green tea (10 g) – if you cant find loose leaf, you can use a pre-prepared sachet 1 cup of water (250 ml).

How to Prepare.

Heat the water and, when it boils, add the tea leaves or tea bag.

Enjoy a cup of this healthy tea after each meal.

Eucalyptus tea. Ingredients.

5 eucalyptus leaves 1 liter of water (4 cups).

Preparation.

Heat the water with the eucalyptus leaves, leaving it at medium heat until it reaches boiling point.

Its recommended that you drink at least one cup of eucalyptus tea a day, to achieve the maximum effect.
