Hi, I'm going to cook a chicken curry today.

The Rottweiler is a dog that's perhaps suffered as a result of media pressure

more than most dogs but they can make an ideal family dog in the right homes.

They were originally bred to drive cattle so they've got that chasing instinct in there.

And they also were bred to guard the cattle.

Recently breeders have done an awful lot to improve the temperament of the breed and they do tend

to be less guarding now and perhaps they were once and can make ideal family pets

A Rottweiler is a very sensitive breed and as puppies they're very sensitive so

they need a lot of kind handling. But you also need a firm hand with a Rottweiler.

If he feels you're too weak with him - give him an inch he'll take a mile.

What you've got is a very powerful animal. As an adult it's a big dog so you've got a responsibility to do lots

of early socialization lots of habituation to life itself and lots of of training.

You have to be assertive they're not the breed for the faint-hearted.

He's a thinker he will get bored with situations so you have to

keep his mind active at all times. He is a working breed by nature he needs to be

directed into some positive training and lots of activity. He's a very high-energy dog.

It's going to be powerful you need to make sure that you have got that power under your control.

I would advise people that live in small spaces - flats, apartments - that this not the breed for you.

Anywhere with stairs, where you have to walk up and down apartments - steps - that is not the

place for him either. We need somewhere with space, we need somewhere with a garden.

They can be family-orientated but sometimes can be slightly aloof with strangers. When we get them in

we would look to maybe place them with an experienced family and certainly

somebody who wants to do positive training with them.

A Rottweiler's a wash-and-wear breed . You know he doesn't take a lot of grooming. So every time

that he's moulting I would always recommend that you give him a good bath

or send into a groomers for a hydro bath which stimulates his skin.

To be perfectly honest the more you bath a Rottweiler the better they are.

True Rottweilers should be a calm and confident animal so if you want to buy a Rottweiler you need

to go to a reputable breeder and make sure that you're getting a calm

confident puppy from calm confident adults.

When you buy your puppy you don't just buy a puppy you buy the breeder's experience so the breeder can help you

with training with rearing with feeding so therefore you have a support group.

You should never buy from anyone that just breeds purely for financial gain

you should buy from people that have a passion about their breed that want to

either work the breed or show the breed. Those are the breeders that are

passionate Rottweiler breeders.

Do buy very carefully and do make sure that you are prepared to take on a strong,

dominant dog because they do require a firm hand.

Bitcoin, a term that appeared on the internet in 2008, more than 10 years ago, and that recently is on everyone's lips.

During times of speculative bubble, with emphasis, carefree expectations and enthusiasm,

while during times of market correction, with mockery and scepticism.

But this term hides a series of complexities and a series of questions, for example, how can I learn more about bitcoin?

Where can I look for reliable information on this economic, technological, social and even political phenomenon,

without getting lost in the background noise and without getting lost in the hype that surrounds this phenomenon and related phenomena,

such as that of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology?

Where can I find information?

Are all the urban legends surrounding this term true? Is it true that bitcoin will drain the oceans for its energy consumption?

Is it true that bitcoin is only used by ruthless criminals who traffic in organs and weapons in all parts of the world?

Is it true that bitcoin is not really particularly interesting in itself but only the underlying technology, the so-called blockchain, is interesting?

What is this blockchain?

A word that everyone is using in every area without it being clear to anyone. How can it be used?

What is a blockchain?

What is the relationship between this term and the term bitcoin?

What is bitcoin from an economic point of view, from the point of view of digital gold?

Bitcoin is scarce, how many units are there in circulation? How divisible is it? What is bitcoin's inflation?

Is it really an asset class that can be considered decorrelated from the others?

Does it have a financial interest? And again, how secure is bitcoin?

What we will try to do in a series of videos, in collaboration with Cryptonomist, is to put some order to these questions.

We will make some videos of an expressly economic nature to explain the most important of the answers to the questions we have listed, which is the "why?"

The first videos that we will release are related to the questions "Why bitcoin?", "What is bitcoin for?",

"Why was it created?", "What problems does it solve?"

These are questions that have been lost in the background noise of recent years,

many people approach this new phenomenon without understanding what were the reasons behind the idea itself.

So we will try to talk about the economy but also, in a certain sense, politics and culture.

Examining the cultural, political and economic roots of this phenomenon.

Then we will talk about decentralised systems and open source software, to understand how this tradition is linked to the birth of the bitcoin phenomenon.

Then we will talk about cryptographic keys, cybersecurity, how to keep your bitcoin private keys safe.

What is a hardware wallet? What is a script? What is a smart contract?

We will also talk about bitcoin's inflation, the bitcoin asset scarcity model and its relationships with gold or other commodities and financial assets.

We will try to explain the mystery of what blockchain is and what actual functions it has on bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies cloned from bitcoin or on other totally different applications.

Finally, we will try to dispel the main urban legends and give you some resources on which to do independent research and on which to research on your own.

All this in the coming months, also to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the launch of the bitcoin Genesis block, which occured on January 3rd, 2009.

Why do women love tall men?

Although not all girls are particularly interested in tall guys, It's also a pretty common knowledge

that most girls go for taller men.

It is quite interesting to know that most women even use height as a yardstick for their

attraction to men.

In a study performed by Rice University and North Texas University, 455 males and 470

females were interviewed about their dating lives.

The data showed that 13.5% of the men wanted to date only women shorter than they are.

In contrast, 48.9% of women preferred tall guys.

As a matter of fact, a survey by a global research agency named OpinionMatters found

that height was the second most lied about online dating profile trait for men (Job was

#1), emphasizing that most women love tall guys more than short guys.

Also, it is found that on an average, men are considerably taller than women; therefore,

it is quite natural for women to select men who are tall rather than those who are shorter

or of similar height.

In this video, we'll be sharing with you some tips to help you discover why women like

tall men.

Evolution

Evolutionarily speaking, a larger man may be able to provide more protection to their

offspring, have greater genetic qualities to pass on to their future children, and thus

may be awarded greater social status.

But in the real sense, unless taller equals stronger, faster, and smarter even in this

scenario, height wouldn't seem to offer any particularly unique advantage.

However, some psychological reasoning/factors may be responsible for the height preference.

A woman doesn't necessarily find a tall man attractive because being tall is sexy but

because they unconsciously think that this man is more dominant and more able to protect

them and their children.

Let's explore some of these other factors that might be responsible for a woman's interest

in tall men.

Tall men make women feel feminine

Most women want to feel like a girl.

They want to feel petite and more feminine.

They want to be confident in their feminity and being with a tall guy sort of gives them

this feeling.

This might not be the case with all women, but for many, it is.

Although these men do not necessarily have to be 6 ft tall, a man who is relatively taller

than a woman can fit into this category.

Taller guys seem more confident

Most girls like men who are confident and because taller men, unlike the shorter ones,

are aware that women are more attracted to tall men become confident in their ability

to attract these women to themselves.

Also, by physically looking up to a tall guy, he seems like he holds more authority and

power.

He seems to be more in charge and confident of his abilities.

Anyone who naturally seems powerful and confident is desirable by women in most cases.

And most of the time, tall men create this impression in women.

Tall men make women feel safe

Being with a man who is tall makes a woman feel safe because men who are tall seem stronger

because we conflate height with weight and strength and also, being "looked up to,"

quite literally, may at some subconscious level lead taller men to feel that they have

superior qualities.

So, dating a guy who is tall makes a woman feel well protected and super safe when wrapped

in his hands, because of his well-built frame which tends to make taller men a little intimidating.

Besides, a woman wants to be with a man who can do a good job of protecting and providing

for their families, protect them and their children from other aggressive men.

And being with a tall guy gives them that feeling of safety that they seek in men.

A woman also wants to find solace in the arms of her man especially in times of grief.

A tall guy can easily wrap his hands around her, making his body feel like a mini apartment

with so much space to accommodate her.

Blame the media

Thanks to the media, it has become some sort of a social norm for men to be the taller

ones in a relationship or marriage and this is usually the case or scenario you find when

you watch movies or see couples on TV or in a magazine, the guy is always taller.

Also, girls are unconsciously taught to desire men who are tall enough to kiss their foreheads

because they are better for them.

This reasoning becomes instilled in their brains from a tender age (perhaps from the

kind of bedtime stories that was being read to them or from cartoon characters) making

it a situation of a societal norm than a situation of personal interest and satisfaction.

Women like tall men because they like wearing heels

This isn't necessarily the case for all women, but for most women that like to wear heels,

it makes them feel girly and elegant.

Now imagine being able to wear heels and still have your husband taller than you.

For these women, it means they can feel petite and feminine, and still be able to look up

to their men, literally.

It also means that they get every benefit listed above and still get a little more space

for their shoes.

One of the best feelings in the world.

In the end, women do not necessarily like men who are tall on the average, but men who

are a little taller than them.

Men who are confident and make them feel safe and secured.

Men who make them feel like a lady and most importantly, men who love them.

In summary, evolutionary theory predicts that women look for men who can provide security

and protection, who can invest in their child resources in a long-term relationship or who

can pass on good genes in a short-term fling.

Now it's personal preference, it's completely up to you, and either way works.

If you get in the habit of saying I, I, I then you give your clients the suggestion

that you're sole decision maker in your company.

So they say hey well this is too much money can you give me a discount, then because you

say I when you're promoting yourself you have to be the one that steps up to say I am not

able to do that for you.

But if you say we, like it's we, it's all of us, whoever all of us is then you say well

let me check and I will get back to you because we have rules in place.

These are our rules, or these are our prices, and you're talking about we as a company and

it doesn't sound like you, yourself can make that sole decision.

All right, now when I say we, what I'm talking about is not just you because even though

you are just one person a lot of times we do not work alone.

Sometimes you're a member of the Chamber of Commerce, or you belong to a networking group

or maybe you have a supportive spouse that's behind your business, that maybe you share

ideas with or you spin ideas from.

If you have a mentor or you have a business coach, these are people that are helping you

in your business.

So when you say we, you're referring to me, the whole team of us, it's not just one person.

Now when you expand your business and you start hiring other people, you will already

be in the framework of saying the word we, and that includes all of the employees and

all of the people that work with you.

So if you have a choice, and you do my suggestion is that you just get in the habit right now

of thinking in terms of we.

When you start thinking in the terms of we, and it's not just me, I, it's all about you,

then what happens is you start expanding your thinking and you start thinking of ways that

you can even outsource some of your smaller tasks.

We are running a business, well who is we, who are the other people?

Then you start thinking maybe I need a bookkeeper, maybe I have a tax accountant, maybe I have

someone who picks up my cleaning supplies or maybe they pick up my mail.

You start thinking in terms of assistants and people that can help you run your business.

Maybe there's someone I can outsource some of my other chores to, so that I can then

go get the contracts that help our business grow.

So even if you're only one person starting out you never work alone.

There are always other people that can help move your business down its path.

So just get in the habit of saying we, and just see if it changes your business at all.

You can always go back to saying I if you don't like the we part, but that would be

my suggestion.
