North Korean hackers attempt to steal Bitcoin from South Korea - Duration: 1:51.

South Korean police have concluded that North Korea was behind recent attempts to hack South

Korea's virtual money exchanges.

Local officials also say the nature of North Korea's cyberattacks are changing,... as the

cash-strapped regime targets cryptocurrency like Bitcoins to obtain funds.

Kim Hyo-sun reports.

North Korean hackers targeted at least four Bitcoin exchanges in South Korea earlier this

year in a bid to steal the digital currency.

South Korea's cyber police said Wednesday that North Korean hackers sent emails that

appeared innocuous, but contained malicious software applications.

In ten e-mails that were sent to 25 workers at four different Bitcoin exchanges, the hackers

disguised themselves as South Korean officials from public institutions, such as the police,

prosecution or Seoul City Government.

While no damages were reported,... there's speculation the cash-strapped regime, which

is heavily sanctioned by the UN,... is increasingly turning to digital currency to obtain funds.

(KOREAN) "North Korea's cyberattacks used to be aimed

at seizing private information or causing social strife in South Korea.

The attacks are now aimed at extorting money."

Last year, North Korea stole the personal data of more than ten million customers from

South Korea's Interpark,... an online auction and shopping site,... and held it for ransom

in exchange for nearly two-point-six million U.S. dollars in Bitcoin.

And a report released earlier this week by lawmaker Shim Jae-chul of the main opposition

Liberty Korea Party showed North Korea attempted to hack South Korea's central bank on multiple

occasions this year as well.

India and the 'City of Tomorrow' ft. Aparshakti Khurana | Being Indian - Duration: 5:04.

Hi My name is Aparshakti Khurana.

And I am from the future.

A lot of things are going to change in future, like your cars may start flying or start talking to each other

or your dogs start barking in Spanish.

In 2040 will you bark in Spanish?

But your relatives will not stop sending you Good Morning Messages

Because somethings never change.

So what all changes will happen in 2040 and what is going to be the city of tomorrow,

let's find out.

Anybody home?

Can you hear me?

Yes I can hear you.

Let's say we are in 2040, how is life going to be?

Hectic.

Tough

Difficult

Shameful.

Sir, you can hear me properly right?

Yes Yes, I can hear you properly.

I'm going to be on the beach reading a good book.

I grew up in Delhi and I remember my childhood smell as eucalyptus trees

so that's going to come back, we're going to go to a greener richer and healthier tomorrow.

In today's time we can't ask a girl about her age but in 2040 we can so what will be your age in 2040?

I'm very bad at calculation

Our maths is so weak oh god

Suddenly we suck at maths

In 2040 how do you see your car to be?

How intelligent will your car be?

Ummm..

Electric cars

It should be self-driven

I don't want to deal with the trouble or problem of driving a car.

Leave automatic and manual car, I don't want to drive the car should move on it's on.

What would you expect them to do?

Like get curd from the market or I have given my jeans for alteration, please go and get it.

I don't need anything else if this happens.

Probably that would be a better option than intelligent drivers on the road so they'll

be less accidents because Delhi is very famous for accidents.

So they'll be silent trucks and all should not be there one thing that should be there is idioms on the trucks.

The person looking me in a bad way is a bad person.

Let's say in 2040 you have flying cars.

What are going to be the advantages and disadvantages?

It would take time sorry.

There would be no more jams on the roads because there would be no more cars on the road.

I think I would be on the road because everyone would be in the air.

People walking on the road will have no problem.

We are walking and cars will fall from the sky.

It would be amazing to see that.

I think they just need to make sure that you are not noshes up there.

Cars should run on the road because you might fall anytime from the sky and damage your car.

Shouldn't crash with the flight.

We have a lot of rush right now only, that time it will be worse.

There is too much rush in the sky also.

How do you define an intelligent car?

Let's suppose cars in 2040 are very intelligent they are moving on their own without a driver.

What will they talk about when they talk to each other and what will they talk to the red light about?

Earlier I use to drive on the road and

now I fly in the sky.

This looks like you are talking about a girl.

Don't crash.

Stop, let me go first.

Give me side, give me the way.

Bro your bumper is scratched.

Probably crossing the road would be difficult.

Any car shouldn't fall down from the sky.

Oh be careful, I am crossing the road.

According to me there should be no red light in the future.

So the cars should be intelligent enough to know from where to stop and from where do they have to turn.

Exactly!

As you think 2040 has a time machine.

Which era would you like to go back to?

Let me think.

Maybe when I was a small kid in school.

You miss your school?

Your teacher?

You want to go back and take revenge for giving you 3 on 10 one day?

Actually 0

60's

60's?

Why?

The hippie revolution

Ah the hippie revolution

I'm pretty boring person so 1800, some sickness would be named after me then.

The time when Newton was there.

Maybe I would actually tell him to delete his theory because I had to learn a lot in

Physics that was a pin that was a headache that's why I would tell him to delete everything.

So you want to go back to Newton's era and tell him "Bro, you were quite a pain in school"

I want to go back to the 90's I love Govinda

One message you want to give to yourself in 2040

Worry less, shop a little less spend less money

To be more chilled out, to be more relaxed

Just chill.

Don't take so much stress.

Don't drive cars.

Don't drive cars?

Public transport Public transport?

Yes that'll be much more greener

Enjoy

Stay Calm and rock on Stay Calm and rock on

Cleanliness, traffic control & parking so if all these things happen so I think there is

no country better than India In the whole world.

100 percent

So this was all about future this was all about your kind of City of Tomorrow or our

kind of city of tomorrow, I think we our together in it let's make it happen together.

On that note it's time for me to take your leave, My mom has called me and my future

for my dinner is pretty bright and for now like this video share this video and subscribe

to Being Indian and if you don't do this then your future is very dark,

as dark as my sunglasses.

See you around.

U.S. deployment of strategic military assets in South Korea to begin later this year: Gov't - Duration: 0:46.

South Korea has confirmed that is holding active talks with the United States on the

deployment of U.S. strategic military assets in and around the Korean Peninsula.

The timing of the deployment, however, is undecided.

President Moon's National Security Adviser Chung Eui-yong,... made the remarks during

the president's rare meeting on Wednesday evening... with the leaders of South Korea's

major political parties.

He said the U.S. assets will be deployed to the region on a rotational basis,... and could

include nuclear-powered submarines, strategic bombers and stealth warplanes.

This comes as the South Korean military has warned North Korea could conduct further provocations

next month,... as it marks several important political anniversaries.

Jim Rohn going from where you are to where you want to be- financial laws to live by - Duration: 36:05.

next if you have not done so in a while

or if you have never done so put

together a financial statement when I

first met mr. shelf and we talked about

financial independence he asked me if I

had a current financial statement I said

what is a financial statement so I got

my primary education in taking a picture

of where I was financially mr. Schiff

explained that it is very important to

know exactly where you are without

kidding yourself so that you can then

come up with a good plan for going from

where you are to where you want to be it

turned out to be fairly easy to put one

together you merely list the value of

your assets on one side of a piece of

paper and the total of what you owe

called your liabilities on the other

side of the paper then by subtracting

one from the other you come up with what

we call your current net worth now it

doesn't tell you what you are worth as a

person but rather what you are worth in

money I said to mr. show my financial

statement isn't going to look that good

he said it is not important how good it

looks what is important is that you do

it so I put that first financial

statement together I had plenty of

liabilities money I owed my parents

budget financed my car and all kinds of

other debts now on the asset side I

really had to scrape the bottom of the

barrel I even put my shoes on the asset

side they were worth something Wow how

embarrassing after six years of working

but it must be done you don't have to

put the results on a public bulletin

board because it's not important that

the community knows how you are doing

it's not important that I know how

you're doing but it's desperately

important that you know how you're doing

here are some other points first keep

excellent books not only for tax

purposes but for yourself your financial

future and for your own sense of

self-worth have you ever heard the

expression I don't know where it all

goes well from now on make a new

commitment to financial independence and

to the value and the feeling that comes

from knowing where it all goes and where

it all comes from it is just one of

those important disciplines that cause

you to prove to yourself that you are on

a new road walking in a new direction

becoming a new person and arriving at a

new destination without that effort you

will keep falling back hey I found out

you can make $5,000 a month and still go

broke you say how could you go broke

making $5,000 a month it's easy spend

six thousand and when you make five

thousand spending six thousand is not

that difficult

someone once said if your outgo exceeds

your income your upkeep becomes your

downfall so be the master over whatever

you have and whatever you are that's

where the seeds of greatness are sown

great wealth great health great results

great influence and great lifestyle take

interest and even delight in doing all

the small things well it makes you a

sophisticated person who knows where the

beginnings of wealth and happiness are

there's a Bible phrase that we could

quote here that would be appropriate it

says if you will be faithful over a few

things the small things you will someday

be ruler over many things and major

things that's it that's the philosophy

that counts surely life is reluctant to

hand a fortune to someone who constantly

messes up his paycheck it's not the

amount that counts it's the plan and the

faithful discipline of that plan that

counts the disciplines are those in gene

keys that unlock the door to the kind of

person we really want to become and

becoming attracts all those treasures

and values that most anyone would call

the good life life and abundance life

and productivity life and enterprise

life and influence life in style now to

wind up this rather lengthy subject let

me close with this

mr. shelfs the best instructions to me

in those early years were to develop a

new attitude a new attitude about myself

and a new attitude about all the

principles that it takes to make life

unique develop a new attitude about

taxes about paying your bills about the

marketplace opportunity your chances

wealth activity prosperity service

productivity let me give you a good

example of my old attitude I used to say

I hate to pay my taxes chef said well

you can live that way if you want to

that's one attitude I was a bit

perplexed I thought it was the only

attitude how strange I used to say I

hate to pay my bills and he said well

you can live that way if you want to I

thought it was the only way I used to

say I hate to part with my money

he said that's one choice for lifestyle

in attitude I thought could it be that

there is another way to feel about it he

said what if you said I love to pay my

taxes knowing it's the care and feeding

of the goose that lays the golden eggs

what if you said I love to pay my bills

reduce my liabilities and increase my

assets what if you said I love to part

with my money put it into circulation

help build this dynamic society wouldn't

that be a better way to live if you love

to instead of hated - what an incredible

way to look at it

I bought the idea and started the

practice I will admit that it took me a

while to actually say truthfully I love

to

but when I did I found a completely

unique new way to live - love - instead

of hate - chef even taught me to pay my

bills with enthusiasm he said the next

time you pay $100 on an account put a

note inside with your cheque that says

with great excitement I send you this

hundred dollars he said you won't

believe what happens on the other end

they don't get many notes like that but

best of all you won't believe what

happens on your end the new feeling of

being in control and having a philosophy

of life that brings joy instead of

frustration this whole new attitude will

create for you a whole new world

remember it's something anyone can do

mr. chef got me to open my first savings

account he said do you have a savings

account I said I don't have enough money

and he reminded me it's not the amount

that counts

it's the plan the important thing is to

begin wealth is a plan not an amount he

asked me if I had ten dollars I said

well yes he said then open up your

savings account and do it with your new

attitude and enthusiasm well that took

some doing I went to the bank in the

town where I lived and walked in to open

my account I went to the window and told

the lady I wanted to open up a savings

account she said great what is your name

I said Mr Rohn she said fine mr. owned

just fill out these papers I filled him

out handed them back to her and she said

that's all in order now how are we going

to get this account started I said put

ten in she said ten what I said ten

dollars

now can you imagine the scene I'm a

grown man 25 years old I have a family

I'm working and opening up my first

savings account with ten dollars I said

hey this may not seem like much but I

have a great plan in fact before long

I'll probably have the largest savings

account in this Bank she said well if

you say so

was a bit embarrassing I must admit but

chef said get excited about where you're

going and excited about the fact that

you are one of the few who have a wealth

plan in place and working to make a long

story short guess what within less than

three years I did have the largest

savings account in that Bank now it was

just a small country bank but I did

reach my goal what magic and how quickly

it works once you develop a new plan and

a new attitude and commit to the

discipline to do it

wealth plans anyone can have them wealth

goals anyone can design them wealth

habits and disciplines anyone can

develop them why not start today this

can be a new day that opens up a new

future and creates a new excitement

about life and its possibilities for you

the management of time wouldn't you

agree this has to be one of the master

keys to wealth and happiness I was in

South Africa for a lecture tour some

years ago and I picked up this short

article by Arnold Bennett on the subject

of time I thought it was excellent and

I'd like to share it with you now time

he wrote is the inexplicable raw

material of everything with it all is

possible without it nothing the supply

of time is truly a daily miracle an

affair genuinely astonishing when one

examines it you wake up in the morning

and lo your purse is magically filled

with 24 hours of the un-- manufactured

tissue of the universe of your life it

is yours it is the most precious of

possessions no one can take it from you

it is unstealable and no one receives

either more or less than you receive in

the realm of time there is no

aristocracy of wealth and no aristocracy

of intellect genius is never rewarded by

even an extra hour a day and there is no

punishment waste you're infinitely

precious commodity as much as you will

and the supply will never be withheld

from you moreover you

draw on the future impossible to get

into debt you can only waste the passing

moment you cannot waste tomorrow it is

kept for you you cannot waste the next

hour it is kept for you I have said the

affair as a miracle is it not you have

this 24 hours of daily time to live out

of it you want to spin health pleasure

money content respect and the evolution

of your immortal soul it's right use its

most effective use is a matter of the

highest urgency and of the most

thrilling actuality all depends on that

you are happiness the elusive prize that

you are all clutching for my friend

depends on that mr. Bennet continues if

one cannot arrange that an income of 24

hours shall exactly cover all proper

items of expenditure one does muddle

one's whole life indefinitely we shall

never have any more time we have and we

have always had all the time there is

isn't that well said let's consider some

approaches to managing our time most

effectively the first approach is to

ignore the subject altogether the man

says I've been laid all my life I can't

ever seem to get a handle on my time

heck with it

I'll just struggle along the best I can

that's okay it's your life right you can

do with it as you please but consider

what this attitude might be costing you

here's the second approach step down to

something easier

again that's okay to a man works for a

company then decides he wants to own one

when he gets that responsibility comes

to work before everyone else leaves

after everyone else he now says I would

rather work for someone else's company

hey again it's your life success is not

a stereotype there isn't just one model

know clearly what success means to you

and be comfortable with the price you

pay

or it you might have heard the story of

the little girl who complained to her

mother that her daddy never had time to

play with her she said why doesn't my

daddy play with me he comes home from

work goes to the study and works comes

out for dinner goes back to work again I

want to play with my daddy so her mother

explained to her

your daddy is very busy he loves you

very much and that is why he worked so

hard at his office he has so much work

to do that he has to bring the rest of

it home and finish it here that is why

he can't play with you

the little girl thought for a moment

trying to solve this problem and came up

with the answer she said well why don't

they just put him in a slower group hey

not a bad idea don't throw away other

important values in your life just going

for one I went for some things in my

life and found out later I had paid too

much if I had known how much they were

going to cost I never would have paid so

that is a consideration the next

approach to time management is to work

longer and harder and we all know the

dangers there right unless you aren't

working at all then you probably need to

work longer and harder but for some

people if 10 hours won't do it in a day

they work 12 and if 12 won't do they

move it up to 14 some people even take

on two jobs and there are some very real

dangers here not least of which is

health problems that result from not

being able to handle the stress so

you've got to be careful with this

approach the last approach I think is

the best and that is to get more out of

you in the time you have assigned to

labor make the hours more valuable the

key is not to work harder but to work

smarter if you're putting in about eight

or ten hours a day six days a week

that's about it

you can't work much harder but remember

it's not the hours you put in that

counts it's what you put in the hours

get more from you to make the investment

of time more valuable

and no telling how valuable you can

become we don't lack the capacity we

only lack the ideas and the will and the

discipline to carry them out in

considering the subject of time

management remember that a big part of

the key for changing is to take it in

small steps most of us don't make

revolutionary changes we change a few

degrees at a time when you get some life

momentum rolling it's not that easy to

make all the changes all at once hey you

can't flip a u-turn with the Queen

Elizabeth - when that big ship gets

moving they say it takes seven miles

just to get it stopped so when it's

really moving you just have to nudge it

a little nudge it a little and finally

you get it turned that's a lot like our

lives a few nudges at a time but if

you're consistent you can't believe the

progress you can make in a fairly short

period of time

here is my first key point on the

management of time either you run the

day or it runs you that's fairly simply

put but it is so true everything in life

is a lot like that emotions are a good

example either you master them or they

will master you something is always

going to master and something is always

going to serve whether it's your

emotions your enterprise or your project

difficulty will serve or master fear

anxiety inclinations they all serve or

master we must learn to send our

inclinations to school to teach them how

to behave how best to serve and to learn

their true value so that is key one get

in charge you be the master it pays to

take a look often and examine all the

parts of your life and all the things

that you are involved in and all the

things that are affecting you so that

you can get an intelligent answer to the

question who's in charge here it's so

easy when you get something started to

unwittingly relinquish the reins of

authority so that it begins to subtly

but surely take over soon you become the

servant it dictates it demands and you

respond so let's turn this whole

challenge around you take over the reins

of authority you subtly but surely take

charge you dictate you demand and you

will be delighted to see early signs of

positive response from your enterprise

your business and your life the next

time management essential is to learn to

say no I had some difficulty here it is

so easy to say yes to everything trying

to be a nice person and then have to

spend all that time trying to come up

with excuses to get out of the

obligation it's one of the great time

wasters how much better to say no I

don't think I can but if that changes

I'll give you a call and isn't it a

better feeling to call someone with the

good news I can come then with the bad

guess what I can't come when in doubt

learn to say no a friend of mine Ron

Reynolds has a good saying don't let

your mouth overload your back that's a

great thought to keep in mind when

scheduling your time here's the next tip

when you work work and when you play

play for time efficiency and for that

good feeling that comes from doing

something without any guilt feeling

don't mix the two many years ago I used

to say I've got to get my family to the

beach I've been promising to take them

to the beach what are they going to

think if I don't take them now guess

where I am while I'm thinking about the

beach right at the office now I finally

get my family to the beach but at the

beach I'm saying I should be at the

office I have so much to do now I've

messed up my beach time with the family

by thinking about the office so I

learned this lesson make a play day a

play day and a work day a work day don't

mix the two sure enough if you say I'm

going to take off at three o'clock and

go play guess what you are thinking

about all morning taking off to go play

so don't play at work and don't work at

play it's a great rule to follow to

ensure that your time is used more

effectively now I know all of this has

to be modified to fit your particular

situation no one rule will apply to all

but keep the main thought in mind

separate work and play when I take a

lecture tour to Spain or Africa or

Australia I make it a work trip every

day is filled with lectures speeches and

business conferences then I arrange a

plate trip because when I play I really

want to play a builder friend of mine

now has the luxury of working a week and

taking off a week that's what he calls

it work a week play a week

however with weekends on either side of

his play week it's really nine days so

he works five and takes off nine that is

luxury right

however the five days he works he really

works

secretaries accountants architects

superintendents long days around the

clock into the night five heavy full

days then he's off to play so when he

works he really works so that he can

save all the play time for a longer

stretch now perhaps we can't all do that

but we can learn to practice the skill

of separating work and play the next

time management essential is to analyze

how you are then if the challenge calls

for it you must either change how you

are or change your procedure that is

productivity waiting to make time pay

self analyzing the first thing to

analyze is your periods of greatest

productivity throughout the day if you

are a morning person who wakes up early

ready to start the day that is the best

time to do your creative work you can

get more done when you're at your best

some people are night people fuzzy in

the morning late to get started but

alert and awake long into the evening if

that's the way you are then this is the

best time to pack in the activity and

creativity the key is to find your best

time and use it to its fullest next

analyze your habits if for example

you're not good at keeping records get

someone to do it for you if you have

promised yourself that you're going to

keep your records or balance your

checkbook and this has been going on for

a few years it looks like you aren't

that kind of person nor are you likely

to become that kind of person you may

say no I'm really going to do it this

time

hey I would suggest that a few years is

long enough don't promise yourself

anymore

just say maybe the smart thing to do is

to get someone to do this and make me

look good you would be surprised at how

often you can remain a lot like you are

in many areas if you will just make the

arrangements to have it covered

some years ago my office came to the

conclusion that I was a poor courier

someone would ask me to take a cheque to

San Francisco since I was going there

anyway

I would say sure no problem put the

check in my pocket and fly off to San

Francisco guess when I would next hear

about that check from my dry cleaners

next time someone says this document has

to go to New York will you be sure to

give it to them this time I'd say of

course you can count on me this time

I'm not flaky so I put the document in

my briefcase and head off for New York

guess what right it would still be in my

briefcase when I got back to the office

the following week so there is a saying

now in my office don't give the chairman

anything he's good at some things but

he's a poor courier make other

arrangements and that is my point there

is nothing wrong with admitting that you

just aren't going to do certain things

as long as you are clever enough to make

arrangements to have them done it's much

better than continually promising that

you will when the chances are good that

you won't next time management essential

the telephone what an incredible

instrument for business social and

emergency situations the job it can do

for you is unbelievable however there

are some tips for using the telephone so

that it won't use you here's the first

one before you make a call make an

agenda an agenda is simply a list of the

items you want to talk about especially

if it's a business call it is one of the

better habits to develop did you ever

make a call and toward the end of the

conversation say let's see there was

something else I was going to talk to

you about I just can't think of it right

now

but if I think of it later I'll call you

back a great time-waster and for a

business call not very sophisticated on

your part making an agenda before you

make a call serves to keep your

conversation on course so that you cover

the essentials without missing any of

them

also it helps to keep the conversation

on track and control the tendency to

wander into non-essential chitchat it is

also a money saver the extra minutes

saved by keeping to an agenda and a few

pleasantries is major I know my business

telephone bill just in California got up

to $13,000 a month and this was one of

the problems doing business

internationally we have learned the

incredible savings of both time and

money by taking the time to write down

an agenda before we begin to dial and

here's another benefit if you have made

an agenda when it comes time to recall

that conversation you had you've now got

the details in writing when you say John

how are you doing on those four things

we talked about the other day and John

says what four things we didn't talk

about that you now have a written record

to show that you did remember people can

talk you out of what's in your head but

it's hard to talk you out of what's in

your book next if you can afford the

luxury have your calls screened then

when you pick up the messages you can

decide who to call and when to call and

have the time to formulate the important

information before you make the call now

this is a luxury I will admit it may be

that you just have to answer the phone

when the call comes in but at least file

this idea away for the future when you

might be able to use it and one more the

telephone at home here you have to

exercise great care to not let the

telephone intrude during social time

with family or friends my suggestion is

that you shut the phone off they have

all those neat devices now so you can

put on the recorder to take messages or

just pull the plug

family is a high priority take care that

valuable family time is not subject to

frequent intrusions if you set up this

rule you will not only have

uninterrupted time with your family and

friends but also they will give you high

marks for caring about

enough to make them a priority every

situation calls for an evaluation of

values you've just got to weigh

everything and make the necessary

adjustments if you want to get full time

and full value out of your life

the next time management tip I have is

to listen to the cassette programs and

read the books on the subject you can't

possibly get all the ideas you'll need

from any one cassette program or person

remember you have to go in search of the

ideas they don't just come by make a

thorough investigation of the subject on

your own sort out the ideas choose those

that you think are most valid and put

them to work in your life

next point be more alert and analyze all

your procedures and tools old filing

methods old bookkeeping methods some

things we do can become quickly outdated

especially these days check for all the

new tools that can help you to use your

time more efficiently dictating machines

tape recorders answering devices

computers calculators there is just

about every tool imaginable in today's

marketplace I now have a fabulous

computer in my office that can do the

most amazing things and save a great

deal of time I also have a portable

computer typewriter that I can take on

an airplane or in my motor home then I

merely transfer what I have typed onto

special cassettes or send the

information via telephone back to the

main terminal when I get home all of my

letters and scripts are typed and

waiting for my signature of my attention

so take a look

do some research do some shopping find

out no telling how much you can improve

your efficiency or multiply your skills

by eliminating the barriers and the

hindrances so that you are now free to

do all the creative things that make for

fortune and lifestyle now here's an

important time-saver learn to ask

questions this habit will serve in so

many ways have you ever talked to

someone for an hour and then ask some

questions and found out that you just

wasted the last hour

make a note almost everything is

symptomatic of what's really wrong

surface details don't usually give us

enough information to effectively

communicate

so ask questions before if John isn't

making sales we say okay let's get on

him about making sales but perhaps we

should ask why isn't he making sales

someone says he isn't making enough

calls we say okay let's get on him about

making calls

well maybe we should ask another

question first why isn't he making calls

well it's because he isn't getting up

early and getting out into the

marketplace we say okay let's get on him

about getting up early and getting out

into the marketplace well perhaps we

should ask just one more question why

isn't he getting up early and getting

out into the marketplace now we have

probably gotten to the heart of the

problem perhaps it's something personal

problems at home not his sales skills

the real problems are usually about

three or four questions deep so if you

get good at asking questions you can

save yourself a lot of time by getting

right at the heart of the matter when

dealing with other people otherwise you

tend to waste valuable time just finding

out what the problem really is now here

is the last part of time management

learn to think on paper from all of my

experience working on many projects and

in many countries

one of the major time savers is thinking

on paper it is so important to take

things out of your head and put them on

paper then work from the paper building

your business is a lot like building a

house you take the ideas out of your

head put them on paper and then build

from the plan we have a saying on this

idea operate from document not from

thought it's just about over when a

person wakes up in the morning and says

let's see what shall I do today too late

right the best thing you can do now is

to take today off and at least plan

tomorrow let me give you four major ways

to think on paper the first is a journal

I spend a lot of time

talking about journals in my lectures

and programs primarily because it is

such an invaluable tool for the serious

student of the better life a journal is

merely a gathering place for all the

good information that comes your way

from sermons from books from lectures

from business conferences magazines

thinking time research any source of

information that you feel is worth

keeping

don't let the good ideas of life escape

you remember most good ideas usually

only come by once get into the habit of

capturing them with pen and paper by

making daily use of your journal now

maybe you won't write in it every day

but at least make sure it's with you

every day here's the second way to think

on paper a projects book this is simply

a ring binder with tabs in it to help

you keep track of all the current people

and projects you are involved with and

need to work on to make all the parts of

your life work to the maximum if you are

working with people give them each a tab

in your projects book then under this

tab you keep a running account of all

the current information you need to know

about that person performance family

goals strengths needs perhaps even some

graphs showing recent progress or

comparisons to past performance

essentially you make a note of all the

information you need to know so that

when you sit down to have a meeting with

this person you have all the pertinent

facts there before you in order to have

a meaningful and productive conversation

without this habit it's so easy to take

up time talking with someone and get so

very little accomplished because most of

the meeting ends up by being devoted to

bringing you up to date on the facts you

could have already had in your projects

book now depending on your particular

business or enterprise you might want to

have a tab for each office or each

department or each ongoing project on a

more personal level you might want to

have a tab for each family member or for

your personal projects investments

finances

plans and so forth it's just an

effective way to keep all the key pieces

of information readily available so you

won't have to be continuously hunting

through files and drawers for the data

it is the best way I know of to study

your business and life projects a

projects book is a guideline for this

study we simply don't study files they

are for storing information the

project's book is for the daily or

weekly summary accounting of all the

pieces like a financial statement of

your business at the end of the month in

fact that is one of the sections in your

projects book and another secret with a

guideline to study it keeps you on good

mental track if you try to study your

business and your life in your head you

will for sure miss something

miscalculate or let your mind go

undisciplined in those high thought

areas were the ideas and plans and

inspiration for fortune lie it's the

organized better discipline thought that

produces abundance everyone is thinking

but mostly about how to get by I'm

asking you to develop these tools and

disciplines to think about how to become

wealthy and happy powerful and

influential sophisticated and unique

Well dear look.. all for you. How sweet!

Fresh made, the best from Amsterdam.

Everywhere I go, I always ask for carpaccio, but it's never like the one in Holland.

This is really exciting.. I never expected this.

Oh boy....

Oh and we're touching feet. Love it. Bring it on with the questions.

Yeah you answered a lot!

First of all, good to have you! Thanks! Because you're always **** busy.

But really! Where do you live? I live in Uden. Everybody wants to know.

Yes, Uden. Why Uden? Uhh I moved there ..

because my boyfriend lived there.. And now we live together. And it's such a good..

So I still have the feeling that's something is going on.

What kind of house do you have? An apartment and I also bought another house in Uden.

No, Yes.. Next to a forrest.

The first time we met you did the make-up for the girls in Hollands Next Top Model.

And a lot has changed..

You can easily buy another house in Uden. I take a bite for that.

So nice.. Yeah really awesome.

The most annoying question you can get... How much money do you make?

I'm not going to ask that. More than enough. No I won't ask. But do get used to those 6 digits?

Yeah and those 7 zero's too. Just kidding! Kidding! Kidding!

What it's going well right? Cheap Carpaccio... Just kidding!

One smalle bite and then I stop. We'll put this aside.

Do you iron your bedsheets? No.

Is somebody doing it for you? No, we do it together at home.

You live together in Uden, nice apartment.

With your boyfriend.. who's your boyfriend?

And why do I don't know him? My boyfriend is called Rick. Yes. He's one year younger than me. 22.

Works for me. Films, does lighting. And how did you meet?

Family.. I mean it's not real family. That would've been so funny! Scoop, Nikkie has a relationship with her nephew. Incest..

No, my best friend from highschool is his cousin.

So I know her all my life, and I met him at a birthday party.

And after 5 times, wow what a handsome guy.

Then I tried to send an whatsapp,

And his reaction was so cold! So I thought what a d*ck. So I ignored him.

And after a few years he started texting me.

So I thought.. Yeah.. bye. But he didn't stop!

Oh that's nice. And now already 6 years. 6 years.

So when we met you we're dating him. Yeah.

How did you start, the first time you woke up and.. thought..

I was also in bed, 14, and I had the flu.

And I was watching MTV The Hills. Those L.A. pretty girls

As I 14 year old insecure girl I thought: I want that!

But I didn't knew how. I loved their make-up.

So I looked it up on YouTube, The Hills, make-up.

I noticed some videos, YouTube just started. There was this woman from Canada.

Called Sandy Gold, and she did wake-up and make-up.

She would get out of bed..

And she would say: Let's do make-up like Lauren. She did that, really basic

eyeliner and a lip and I found that so fascinating!

I thought wow, wow.

I got on my bike to the Kruidvat (pharmacy), Kruidvat love it. Bought some pencils. And lippgloss and started practice.

Practice practice practice.. almost every day.

And after 3 months, I thought I want to make a video like that. And everybody

was doing it in English. I thought I need to do that too.

Best move ever. I stole a digital camera from my mother.

And I filmed the first one, that's still online!

We need to check that one out. Link somewhere.

Sorry, it looks like sh*t. Whatever.. And every weekend I filmed a video.

After a fews years it started growing. Unbelievable.

And now you're here. Just done shooting with Kim Kardashian.

Fantastic, and how many views does that video have?

Almost 5 million. Yes.

I think we got a big challenge ahead with this video.. Just kidding.

Hopefully you tag me in everything. Oke.

Sometimes I'm in the airplane. First class, business class? Yes..

The steward is asking if you like to have some food. And I'm like....

Sorry you were saying? I also hate it when..

when you just got some sleep. We all know how that smells when you just wake up. At least I know..

And than she's asking gently: Would you like to eat something?

Then I'm like.. yeah sure some soup.

So aware of yourself..

You know what I hate? If I wake up in the middle of the night it's no problem

But in the mourning that taste in your mouth!

Oke so that's a very long answer to a simple question.

If you ever drool in your sleep.

Do the sheets need to be tucked in or loose. Loose!

I always have to put my feet outside the bed.

I always give great tips for in bed..

The fffeun fufu fuun the fun in fred fun. Just a tip from me for fun in bed.

If you don't have a hot water bottle for in bed. You can take some rice put it in a sock and microwave it. Until it's hot.

But you can also just turn the heather on!

Do you like it? Can you use it? What a bad tip!

What a bad tip!!

It was going so well today.. Did you hate it? Yes!

How many subscribers do you have on YouTube? Uhh 7.5 million.

Don't you to smile every time you say that?Yeah it's crazy..

That's the half of The Netherlands. Yeah sick.. Really sick.

And 8.2 million on Instagram. Yes. That's a lot. Really much!

But you never show a lot from you private life. Which is good. Yes.

What's the weirdest you experienced in bed? My dog pooped.

But that was recently. Because we got a new puppy, Mila.

There she is. So Mila was pooping on the bed.

Nice.. was is hard or really soft and wet?

Lol! Yeah you're telling me this. No just small cute poop.

Yes. Doesn't seem nice to have in bed.

Did you find out in the morning? No. That your whole bed was covered.

No I was awake. Thank god. And she was getting into position.

So I picked her up.

What book is on your bed side table? None. Do you read a lot?

Yeah online. But no books. You never did?

Twice.. Harry Potter. Oh you could've watched the movies..

I like to say something about that! Because Harry Potter..

helped me improve my English so much.

I read the English version. Because Harry Potter has words..

Words that don't even make sense in English or Dutch.

Exactly. So you Google Translate. And every word..

I didn't understand, I would look it up. And that way the book was readable.

Also grammar. But your English.

For me you are L.A. Flawless English.

I love to watch your videos. Because

it's incredible to see the transformation. And that accent, it's amazing.

Self taught.. Yes. So incredible.

How many hours a day do you sleep? Not many.. really not many.

But it's also inconvenient

you travel around the world constantly.

I'm not a good sleeper.

But you travel from L.A. to there and there

which makes it hard to find a balance. Right?

And funny enough, I get the most sleep abroad. Oh really?

Isn't it time to, to.. I don't want you too

leave Uden, let alone The Netherlands. Isn't it easier

to move there where you go , L.A. No. In the hills. 90210. No.

L.A. is beautiful, but you don't want to live there. Thank you!

And where were you when you did Kim? Also L.A. Oh wow.

How was she? Everybody wants to know. Perfect. How-was.. Such a beautiful woman.

How is Kim.

Just a perfect doll.

Yes, really everything is perfect. She has a body, waist, and an ass.

This is her waist. Like this.

And her butt is you and me together. Yeah some sort of helicopter deck.

But beautiful! Really a nice heli-deck.

And I liked this so much. Her skin..

When we do something our skin is moving. But with her.. and I

don't want to say that she had a lot done..

But with her it was so perfectly

tight. I want that too!

Are you still in contact with her? Just like this. Yes.

She texting me this morning..

What did she send? Uhhm.

That she is so happy that our video did well. Well 5 million.. could be better..

L.A. is awesome but I would go crazy.

It's really fake. Yes you lose grip on reality.

I think that's your strength. That you stay grounded.

A simple apartment in Uden.

And what kind of car do you drive?

Sh*t I knew this was coming. I just bought a new one.

What kind? I got three..

Love it! Nobody knows this. But it's nice!

I actually never talk about this anywhere.

I know some people in Uden so they see you driving around. I got a Ferarri..

I just bought a new SVR Range Rover.

And I have a Porsche Macan.

But I like to add something to that! My boyfriend

my boyfriend is obsessed with cars.

If it's up to him we would have new cars every three months.

So a half year ago it were 3 totally different cars.

But what I like.

I got a brother that's really sick unfortunately. Who recovered from cancer.

Now it's back. And fighting again.

But put him in a Ferarri, and he has the best day.

So incredible that you can do that for him. Yes.

So intense.. at that age.

But then you're also doing it for him.

Wow. Really bizarre. What's his name? Micai. Micai, incredible!

Oh he would like that! Yeah I love him already. Good luck!

How many sleep do you need?

Oops, I already asked this and you answered short. My fault!

My mind was still at the Ferrari.

Do you check your phone before sleeping.

Yes yes, what do you check?

Stats, subscribers amount.

The views of that day. Comments. Twitter, Instagram. I also

try to get inspired. Or I order stuff for a video.

And, your boyfriend works for you. Are there more people who work for you?

Uh yeah one other person, she helps with packages. I get a lot.

Every day with products. Really.

And everything is shipped to Uden? Yes. My apartment is a paper box. Really.

And they help me unpack and ideas.

So 2 persons. Lovely!

You could have 20 but it's your strength.

It has to come from your hands. Doesn't that scare you?

Did you insure them? Yes...

Oh this is so sexy! You insured your hands!

For how much? I don't know!

Not that much. Well.. I think so! I don't know. I insured them but I don't know.

I think for a couple of million. No! Yes!

Surely but you don't know it yet. Of course.

That one lady did that too, what's her name? With that leg.

Marlene Dietrich, was that her?

Somebody did.. J. Lo. also insured her butt. Lovely.

I should look into that! But I haven't found anything..

worth insuring.

If you agree... leave a comment!

I don't agree! No.

I quickly wanna tell a story! My 2nd year working at Holland's Next Top Model.

The first year you were a little bit b*tchy.. Just kidding..

Everytime you say "Just kidding" you mean Yes. Really was I?

No but I was just.. the beginner. And I get it.. So I was a b*tch? Tell me!

What did I do? No not really.. But you..

In the backstage world there are ranks. And you were the lowest? I prayed to the higher ranks.

And Fred was the highest rank. So.. my 2nd year you were still there. And luckily me as well.

And after working my ass of I was finally allowed to do the girls make-up. And you probably forgot.

It was a very special moment for me...

We were fooling around, like we did. With Glenn. And then..

I had to put on lipgloss or something.

And then Mari Sophie came in. "Nik, Nik"

"Did you put on the lipgloss?" But I didn't. And you saw that.

And then Fred said: Yes I saw her do it! Oh really?? "Yeah I just saw her do it!"

Yeah oke bye! Yeah bye Mari Sophie with your questions!

But how bizarre. It's so funny, because I know you from that.

But I forgot, I'm always nice to every rank.

But I just found out.. that might not be the case. Or I forgot. But...

Isn't it amazing.. Have you run into somebody..

that back in those days. You don't have to mention any names. Always fun.

Who was b*tchy. Oh yeah! But how great is that!

I know a few of those.. of which I now think oehh..

It might hurt if you would run into Nikkie now..

Well I applied for a job at Douglas, but they didn't think I was good enough...

Bummer....

Oehh.. I won't blow it up.

But it is a pretty big deal.

And who was it? Name and number please.

Douglas Helmond..

Too bad.. sorry not sorry. Bye customers.

I actually never came back there. I understand! Oh love it!

What a great story.

And also that other story what she just told about how kind I was.

That should be repeated all the time in a lot of TV shows.

Are you a morning or an evening person? Evening. Yeah?

Yes I'm not myself in the morning. No really? Also with set-calls.

Oh at six in the morning

What did you think about me.. I had to wake the girls up. Roekoe Roekoe meid.

Who can always call you in the middle of the night? Tom Hardy, right.

No you want to wake up next to him. But you also want him to call you! Fine!

I get some...

Oke the stupid thing is.. I met him.. And he is so...

How handsome is this man. So beautiful!

He's rough, a real man..

but really small. Oh... Doesn't matter.

From your point of view he is..

Oke next story! Love it!

I'm obsessed with for years...

Also in Batman, as Bane.

At one point I was at.. For the Grammy's there was an afterparty.

At Catch L.A. That's "the spot". With "the" afterparty.

And after a hour and a half, it was boring.

It's a lot of "look at me", and that's not my thing.

So I thought, I'm leaving.

I walk up to the elevator, and I'm waiting on the elevator.

Together with some other girls.

And the elevator opens..

And Tom Hardy is in there! NO!

So I'm like.....

We'll I hear you think..

Fred why is it taking so long. That's alright. Because we're gonna split it into 2 parts.

Next week, part 2 with Nikkie! How much fun is that.

And did you like this video, part 1? Throw your thumb up in the air.

And subscribe. Subscribe is spelled S-u-b-s-c-r-i-b-e. And leave a comment! So much fun! Agree?

It's so nice with Nik! Do you want some chocolate? Yes sure!

Otherwise you get to skinny!

You want more chocolate darling? Yes please. The biggest piece for you.

She can take it. You can take it for sure darling.

You have to watch out otherwise you get to skinny.

That's already a better tip!

What are you b*tching about my tip? In Bed With Fred Tip.

So bad....

That's not true.. N

Oh so good...

I always be fat.....

Korea's Olympic body opens new training center in Jincheon - Duration: 2:14.

South Korea's Olympic body is opening an exciting new chapter in the nation's sports facilities.

With the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Games just a few months away, South Korea's Olympic hopefuls

got to test it out first.

Our Won Jung-hwan reports from the Jincheon Sports Village.

The new home of elite sports in Korea finally opened on Wednesday at Jincheon Sports Village

in Chungcheongbuk-do Province.

The center replaces Taereung National Training Center in Seoul, which had served the country's

top athletes since 1966.

More than 2,000 people, including Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon , Minister of Culture, Sports,

and Tourism Do Jong-hwan , and President of the Korean Sport and Olympic Committee Lee

Kee-heung , attended the opening ceremony.

(KOREAN)

"We have built the world's largest sports village in Jincheon as the first step toward

the further development of sport in Korea.

In particular, this future-oriented village will open up a new platform to strengthen

the athletes' training system."

Construction of the sports village in Jincheon started in 2009 and cost over 450 million

U.S. dollars.

The site is three times larger than the complex at Taereung, and has facilities for 35 sports,

including some, like cycling, rugby and the triathlon, that the old complex was lacking.

(KOREAN)

"Taereung is in Seoul and it was built in the 60s, so the training facilities couldn't

be expanded.

But, since there is a clear difference with the size of its area, I think the best part

of the change is in the scale of the village."

The first test for Jincheon sports village will be the preparations for the 2018 PyeongChang

Winter Olympics, where Korea is targeting a fourth place finish in the medal table,

focusing on the speed skating, short track, and bobsleigh events.

But the support system provided by Jincheon will help Korean sport long after Pyeongchang

2018's closing ceremony.

(STANDUP)

"The opening of Jincheon Sports Village marks a new chapter for Korean elite sports, and

will hopefully help sports in the country to develop... while building on the legacy

of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

Kim Jong-un unlikely to start a war as priority is preserving his regime: CBS News - Duration: 1:43.

This is no news to most South Koreans who have long become immune to North Korea threats,...

but many experts around the world are now voicing their opinions on how North Korea

is unlikely to start a war it cannot win.

This,... as many fear the chances of a nuclear exchange between the U.S. and the Hermit Kingdom...

are at their highest point in recent years.

Yu Joonhee tells us more.

CBS News, citing various pundits on Wednesday,... says the survival of the regime in Pyongyang,...

is its leader Kim Jong-un's top priority,... despite behavior that could otherwise be seen

as reckless and irrational.

They also say,... that although Pyongyang may, or may soon have the capability to devastate

an American city with a nuclear-tipped ICBM,... it's seen as having no ability to destroy

the U.S. outright.

However, amid the escalating war of words... and brewing mistrust between Washington and

Pyongyang,... experts say even the slightest of miscalculations could easily trigger a

full-scale war on the Korean Peninsula.

(English) "My concern is that cumulatively some sort

of miscalculation where Kim doesn't take something seriously and he reacts..."

There are some observers who also fear... that the world is closer to nuclear war than

it has been at any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962.

Although it's hard to predict,... the exact shape and form of a potential military conflict

on the Korean Peninsula... the death toll is easily expected to be in the hundreds-of-thousands,

if not millions.

Those fears continue to persist,... with the harsh verbal tit-for-tat between the U.S.

and North Korea,... showing no signs of cooling down at the moment.

Hugh Hefner dead, Iconic Playboy, Dies at 91 - Duration: 1:46.

Hugh Hefner, Iconic Playboy, Dies at 91

The founder of the Playboy empire gave generations of men a robe-clad role model.

the 1992 documentary Hugh Hefner: Once Upon a Time was aptly titled

For generations of men, Hefner—who died September 27 at the age of 91

according to Playboy—lived a fairy tale existence. As Kiss frontman Gene Simmons bluntly put it in the 2009 documentary Hugh Hefner

Playboy, Activist, and Rebel: "Show me any guy of any age anywhere in the world

that wouldn't give his left nut to be Hugh Hefner at 20, at 50, at 80."

Hefner, who died of natural causes at his home—the Playboy mansion—in Los Angeles

could not have imagined that Playboy

the magazine he created in his Chicago apartment in 1953 for $8,000, and its bunny logo would "become a fixture of the cultural landscape as universal as Disneyland and Coca-Cola,"

as he wrote in 1989, for the magazine's 35th anniversary issue."

Its historic first issue, featuring a centerfold of a naked, pre-stardom Marilyn Monroe

was undated because Hefner wasn't sure there would be a second

That issue sold almost 54,000 copies at 50 cents each.

Playboy (original proposed title: Stag Party) was a men's magazine that challenged puritanical convention

focusing more on indoor pursuits than outdoors

We enjoy mixing up cocktails and an hors d'oeuvre or two

putting a little mood music on the phonograph, and inviting in a female acquaintance for a quiet discussion on Picasso

Nietzsche, jazz, sex

Hefner wrote in the inaugural issue. At its 1975 peak, circulation climbed to 5.6 million

His auteurist vision made the Playboy lifestyle aspirational ("What kind of man reads Playboy?" was the magazine's signature marketing slogan)

and he transformed himself into the public face of the brand

Truth About Divine Healing #4:- Is Divine Healing Instantaneous or In Phases? - Duration: 7:24.

If you viewed our last videos and took the time to examine the scriptures I referenced

in them, you'd have come to believe (or at least agree) that God, our Father heals,

wants to heal, and heals both the sinner and saved; if they will desire and come for Divine

healing.

Knowing this, we have often wondered, both as recipients and ill-informed ministers of

Divine Healing, if Healing is by Process (that is, in phases) or instantaneous.

We have often disregarded healing if it is not instantaneous.

So, the question is, does God always heal instantaneously?

The answer according to scripture is that God, our Father does not always heal instantaneously.

Jesus, who He sent performed many miracles and healed many sicknesses, but they were

not always instantaneous.

For example, Jesus healed a blind man in the Bible in phases.

Check out Mark 8:22-26, and notice that they brought a blind man and "desired and begged"

Jesus to heal him.

Then Jesus started the healing process: Phase one, he took the man for a walk out of town;

Phase two, he spat on His eyes, laid hands on (or prayed for) him and asked if he saw

anything.

The blind man could now see, but his new eye-sight was distorted.

However, Jesus knew that God's Divine Healing plan is for the blind to see clearly (see

Isa 32:3—The eyes of those who see will not be dim, obscure).

Jesus was not satisfied with the result and so proceeded to Phase three; He prayed for

the blind man again, and his sight was restored, and he saw clearly.

This took a while and in three major steps, what you might call a process.

There are other instances when Jesus healed instantly, such as when He rebuked Peter's

mother-in-law's fever that left her, immediately (Luk 4:38-39).

Divine Healing takes place by Process (or in phases) as well as instantly.

In my personal experience, about nine years ago, I constantly suffered from a sinus infection.

I couldn't breathe properly, so could only sleep sitting upright with my mouth open,

and it was uncomfortable.

Went to the doctors, and they recommended surgery as last resort after prescribed drugs

wouldn't work.

I got tired of it, and I didn't want surgery.

Imagine the cost and lack of guarantee surgery would fix the problem, so I and prayed asking

Jesus to heal me.

I believed I was healed, but it didn't manifest instantly.

It was by Process.

It took several days and my constant confession that I was healed (1Pet 2:24—by whose stripes

you were healed) for me to experience complete healing.

Since then I have not and do not go to the doctors for anything healing.

There are other instances in the Bible for healing by process or instantaneously.

One was when Jesus cursed the fig tree, and it completely died after three days (Mat 21:19-22).

In the same manner, we can curse cancerous or noncancerous

diseases, and they will die immediately, internally, and manifest desired results instantly or

after a short period.

Why it happens, this way or that way is not up to us.

God knows the best approach to heal each disease.

Ours is to pray or be prayed for, believe and receive the healing.

I have cursed/rebuked some evil work in the home, work, and community of people I have

ministered to.

The phased but awesome results proved that Divine Healing is real and can be by Process

or instantly.

By scriptural and experiential outcomes of Divine Healing, we know that we have two forms

of healing; In one form, the disease is struck down at its root immediately after prayer

is said, and the symptoms showing in the body wither by Process (or in phases) since the

source has been destroyed.

The recipient or sick person becomes whole immediately, internally, while the healing

gradually manifests from inside out (Mar 11:14&20-22).

In the instantaneous form, the Divine Power of God expels the diseases from the body by

its root, branch, symptom and all appearances.

The recipient or sick person becomes whole or well immediately on the spot.

Divine Healing may not always manifest instantly, but it is real and occurs immediately.

It will completely come if you continue to believe and are patient enough to let God

finish the work He started on your insides, as soon as you prayed or were prayed for

(Heb 6:12—through faith and patience we inherit God's promises of Divine Healing).
