Youtube daily report Apr 18 2018

SLAYER

It's hot as fucking balls

yeah, metal

I'm not sad, I've had a good time

totally nervous for that first show you know I played with Tom before and of

course I was nervous then for my first time on stage and the first time

was Slayer I mean I probably played ten gigs or less in my life but I think the

very first show we did we used these homemade flash pots after this experience

we experimented with different tapes to cover the cans because they these cans

exploded yeah I think we played five six songs maybe one well that was our first

show we played two years in a row in the second year we were much better but

obviously it didn't win either time I'm sure people are sitting in seats you know just

looking at it looking at the spectacle that was gonna be Slayer we were called

Slayer which is cool we never had to chap a different name but yeah I'm sure

I'm sure people just stood there and and either thought these guys can be good or

these guys should hang it up the very first time we... Brian said hey I got

this tour set up so life on the road when we started that day we had no money

we all popped in the Camaro we managed to get a u-haul we got it all shipped and

we left with nothing we slept in basements we slept in

storage rooms I have no idea how we survived those trips it's fucking you

know you show up you start drinking you know I mean you do the sound check keep

drink and you do you do your gig and you keep drinking you know two hours later

dude we gotta get the next gig you're getting the car you drive you never

sleep and then so and that's how that was the first trip was like that the

first like national tour we had Tom's Camaro and a u-haul and I remember we're

somewhere in cold-ass Canada at that point I'm gonna guess it was Winnipeg

maybe coming through Minneapolis to get up in that era we're in a very cold area

and Tom's light kept flickering and going in and out and my job is to go out

and hit it and get it back on again and it worked a lot until that one time it's

too cold and I shattered it didn't do anything in my hands luckily

but um yeah that sucked

[Szok] Beata Tadla nie ukrywa przyjaciela! "Jestem na drodze w dobrym kierunku" || LVTszok - Duration: 4:25.

Beata Tadla nie ukrywa przyjaciela! "Jestem na drodze w dobrym kierunku"

Beata Tadla (42 l.

O ilości prób i mocnym zaangażowaniu gwiazdy w taneczne treningi najlepiej świadczą kolejne prezentacje w programie.

How I Got My Botched Lip Filler Removed | Macro Beauty | Refinery29 - Duration: 5:35.

People find these unqualified practitioners usually because they're searching for bargain.

They're trying to find a bargain when it comes to their face.

And you can't you only have one face.

You only get it right once.

The first person I went to see to ever get my filler done wasn't a doctor.

And it's really embarrassing to say now but I don't actually know what they were.

I started to feel unsatisfied with my lips and my looks when I went college.

Obviously at college there where a load of girls.

Some of them already had it done cause they were so much older than me.

I didn't have big lips, I had very small lips.

Lip liner wasn't enough.

And then I started on the lip filler.

My name is Rosie and I'm getting my filler dissolved.

I don't actually know how many filler treatments I've done today.

I've been doing this now for about seven to nine years.

I work about six or seven days a week.

I have about 15 to 20 procedures each day, so you do the math.

My name's Doctor Tijion Esho, I'm a cosmetic doctor and my clinic is on Harley Street, London.

Over the last two years, I treat about a third of my lists each day with corrective procedures.

So something's gone wrong.

So dermal fillers are normally known as Hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance produced in our body, but in a dermal fillers it's

in its synthetic form so it's manmade.

The only difference really between these two forms is the one in a body always gets broken

down in a half-life within a 24 hour cycle, whilst the one we inject can last anything

from six months to even a year depending on the type of filler used and the amount used.

Dermal filler injections, when done correctly with the right analgesia, shouldn't really

feel like anything.

But as the needle slides deep within the tissue and the Dermal filler product is injected deep

in within the tissue itself, what you may feel is a stretching and pulling as the pressure

is applied to that particular area of tissue.

And then once the needle is withdrawn what you may feel is that pressure just suddenly

relaxes and gets released.

And you feel nothing.

When you don't go to a qualified practitioner that's where you

put yourself at risk of being botched as we say.

So I first noticed that they were botched, or not right,

when I went to get a top up from another lady around the area.

I didn't want to go to the lady I went to anymore.

She was very slapdash.

You'd go there, there'd be seven people waiting at same time.

I went to see this new lady, she is really lovely.

She was a medical practitioner.

She said to me, "I've got to dissolve your filler before you even start."

So then we've been trying to dissolve it and they're not going.

Filler cysts are a term which I describe, and essentially means an encasing in a superficial filler.

What's inside is Hyaluronic acid and it always is.

Sometimes it can be calcified because the filler has been there for a long period of

time and in small cases it can be infected.

I can't wait to not have lumpy lips.

I know no one can see it.

But I can feel it.

Sometimes I'd lay there at night and I literally squeeze the lumps so hard in hope they'd just pop.

But they don't.

Removing filler that has not been put in a correct place can be a difficult task.

It looks really easy but it's not.

One of the first things I do is assess the lip to make sure where and what type of filler

has been used.

Two ways to remove that, one can be injection of a particle Hyaluronidase which will dissolve it.

And the other one at the same time will be to aspirate the substance itself.

I make sure I apply pressure between my finger and my thumb to isolate the cysts.

I then inject the needle deep within the cyst so there's a hole left within the cavity.

At that point I apply pressure between my two fingers to allow the dermal filler to

express or ooze through the hole.

After injecting the Hyaluronidase into Rosie's lips,

the Hyaluronidase will now break down the Dermal filler product on its own.

Within two weeks, her lips will be completely bump free.

You did so well.

Speak to the doctors, speak to the nurses, speak to the practitioners that are doing

this, because a lot of people want a rush and I find when it's impulsive, impatient

people that don't do their research, it's a dangerous mix.

My advice for young girls like I was,

number one it'd be now go to Doctor Esho.

Number two, do your research.

Use the internet, use everything you can to try and find someone it's going to do it right and safe.

Thanks so much for watching.

Doda wzięła KOLEJNY ŚLUB i POKAZAŁA ZDJĘCIA ŚLUBNE

Najpierw powiadomiła o związku, potem pokazała zdjęcia ze ślubu, następnie zdradziła szczegóły zaręczyn sprzed roku, by w końcu zrelacjonować poprawiny.

Radosna Rabczewska postanowiła wystosować apel do całego narodu polskiego.

Dziękujemy i wszystkiego dobrego, pozdrawiamy całą Polskę, pozdrawiamy wszystkich fanów - poinformowana zachwycona swoim życiem Dorota.

I 5 album che mi hanno cambiato la vita - 5 albums that changed my life - Duration: 11:39.

>> Hi and welcome or welcome back to my channel

Around one month ago I uploaded the first video of a series about

the 5 things that changed my life and I talked about books

today for the second instalment of the series I decided to talk about music

and more precisely about albums

because music has a great evocative power, I think

it happened to all of you, at least once, to hear a song

and be instantly teleported to a precise moment in your life and live it again

for the time of the song

I think it's an amazing power and I also believe, as I said in the previous video,

that we are who we are also thanks to the books we read, the music we listened to, the movies we watched ect

so in today's video I'll share with you the 5 albums that somehow changed my life

it has been very hard to narrow down to just 5 titles, because there are many more significant ones

but the ones I'll feature marked some important moments in my life

and influenced my way of thinking and my musical taste

to what is today, which I shall say is quite various

but before we get started I'd like to ask you which albums have been significant for you

you don't have to mention 5, one it's enough, but I'm trurly curious

to know the answer, so leave them in the comments below

you can even just mention a significant song, for example there's a song

Don't you by Simple Minds, which I'm not even a great fan of,

but each time I listen to it on the radio or somewhere I instantly get teleported to

the Summer when I was 14 years old on the last day of my study trip to the U.K., with my british crush

and I can still feel the sadness and the tears I shed that night

but today I'm not talking about songs, but about albums

and as I already did with the books I'll feature them following a personal chronology

starting with the first album I loved to the most recent one

even if to be honest the most recent ones are still quite old

let's start with the first title which is a vynil

by the Beastie Boys, Paul's boutique

which is not one of their most famous albums, but it's nontheless very significant for me

because it was the first album I really wanted to have

following an hurge, before Beastie boys I was mainly into teenager music

by the way I bought this record when I was 16/17 years old

and just to give you an idea my favorite band when I was between 13 and 15 years old were the New Kids on the block

one of the first boy bands

then I went straight to the Beastie Boys and I'm quite proud of it

at the time I used to watch a musical tv show called Deejay Television

if you're around my age you may remember it

and I had fallen in love with the "Hey Ladies" video

and that's why the Beastie boys are still one of my favorite bands

even if I'm not an hardcore fan, but nontheless I keep them in my heart

so Paul's boutique it's the first album

I fell in love with the second album a few years later and it's Quadrophenia by the Who

who are still today my all times favorite band

I discovered the Who through my first boyfriend, Hi Dario! Maybe you're watching

and Hi also to his wife Monica who is a great friend of mine

he made me listen to the Who and opened a whole world to me

after I discovered them I became obsessed with everything british and with the 60ies

moreover Quadrophenia is for me one of the most significant albums among the ones released by the Who

because it's about the Mod culture and for a long time I was deeply into that kind of things

it's a beautiful album, if you don't know it I highly recommend it

there are some amazing songs and it's also a rock opera, which means it tells a story

and there's also a movie, which is very interesting too

I could have chosen any other album from the Who because I love them all

but this is the one that influenced me the most and I discovered it when I was around 17/18 years old.

let's move forward of a few more years to when I was in my twenties

and we enter the brit pop moment with the Oasis

I could have chosen also the Blur or some other bands I used to love

but Definitely maybe has probably been the most significant album for me at that time

in this album there are some iconic songs like Supersonic, that still now I sing from the top of my lungs each time I listen to it

a true masterpiece which I believe the majority of you already know

if you don't you need to listen to it and it sums up a very specific time in my life

the first years at Uni in Bologna

and a ton of cool memories

linked to this album, I feel emotional every time I listen to it

let's move on of a few more years to when I was around 23 years old

and we find Casino Royale

my all times favorite italian band

and at that specific time in my life Casino Royale were my absolute obsession

I loved them probably even a bit too much

I would go to every single concert in the space of 300 km

I could easily see them in Bologna on friday, in Parma on saturday and in Firenze on sunday

which is mad

the album I chose is sempre pių vicini, but I honestly love all of their albums

especially with this line up because sadly they broke up and then changed the line up

and I grew up changing a bit my musical taste

but this album is still very dear to my heart

there are some songs that remind of a very specific time

a lot of adventures

quite a lot of drunkness too

so once again when I happen to listen to this album I feel very emotional

I don't know if you realized but this was already the 4th album

the last one is again from the nineties because by choosing the albums that influenced me the most

without even realizing I basically chose all albums from the nienties and from my youth

after the nineties there have been a ton of other albums I loved

but these ones are most significant for me and the last one I chose

It's Sei Na Ru Mo No Wana I by the Santo Niente

I said it perfectly even after all these years! Not bad uh?

The Santo Niente were an italian band that doesn't exist anymore to my great sadness

they were friends and they still are, even if we don't see each other anymore

because when we left Bologna we all parted

and this album is very dear to me because is the one I experienced the most

because at that time I had the chance to follow them on tour, I used to sell their merchandise at the gigs

and it has been one of the happiest moments of my Uni years

because I had some great experiences and I met a ton of cool people and I remember that time with joy

just as I think about the band with great affection and I would love to have the chance to see them more often

if you don't know them, look for them on Spotify, i'm sure you'll find something

they were part of the C.S.I. music label at the time

together with many other bands and in the nineties I was very into italian indie bands

and they were a great example, I'm sad they broke up

and these were the 5 albums that changed my life, I can't believe I managed to talk about them so quickly

and I just noticed that I've been talking for more than 10 minutes

time flies when we have fun...LOL

as you just saw these albums are quite different one from the other

which reflects my musical taste, which is a bit all over the place

don't forget to let me know in the comments which albums or songs changed your life

I look forward to reading your answers, so please do it

That's all I have for you today

If you enjoyed this video don't forget to give it a thumbs up so that I will know it

Later on I'll probably upload a third instalment about...

movies

Anyway that's it for today, I send you a huge kiss and I'll see you in the next one, ciao!

When I Hit You | 2018 Women's Prize Review - Duration: 9:27.

Hello, Bookworms, I'm Hannah and today's video is another review of Women's Prize

longlist nominee.

Before I talk about the book, there are two things I want to address.

First, I need to correct an error in my review of The Mermaid & Mrs. Hancock by Imogen Hermes Gowar.

I wrongly state in that video that Angelica was married to a wealthy Duke.

She was his mistress, not his wife.

And, two, I want to say, "Thank you," to everyone who commented on my Women's

Prize Longlist Reaction video with candid thoughts on Red Clocks by Leni Zumas.

I may still read that book at some point to sate my own curiosity but, when that day comes,

consider me forewarned.

About the book I'm reviewing today: It doesn't really follow a traditional plot, so it would

be difficult for me to drop spoilers, but I'll be careful to review this book in a

way that leaves much for you to explore and discover for yourself.

Today I'm reviewing When I Hit You by Meena Kandasamy.

This was a buddy-read with Jennifer at Insert Literary Pun Here.

Jennifer's channel is an abundance of thoughtful, eloquent reviews of literary fiction and classics.

Jennifer and I have notoriously opposing views on books, particularly Women's Prize longlist

book, so we thought it would be fun to read one together and see if our opinions of the

book aligned or clashed.

I think this book is fantastic.

If you want to know what Jennifer thought, I'll drop a link in the description box to her video review.

When I Hit You follows the first-person perspective of an unnamed narrator, a young woman who

marries a handsome university professor.

She soon learns that the charismatic, respected man he is in public differs significantly

from the man he is behind closed doors.

Her vision of a loving marriage is shattered by his abusive, controlling behavior.

Clearly this is a book that tackles a difficult subject, and I know a lot of you are hesitant

to pick up a book that centers on physical abuse and rape, but I think you'll be surprised

by this book – as I was – if you'll just give it a chance.

Meena's voice is totally unexpected.

She found a way to make a difficult subject approachable, and – I don't mean to be

indelicate when I say this – she found a way to make it enjoyable.

Her voice is dripping with mock humor.

It's unflinching and honest yet lighthearted and amusing.

In the opening pages, the narrator refers to her experience as her

"misadventures in marriage."

It's one of the first instances where we see that she frames her experience with sarcasm,

a brilliant move on Meena's part since people often lean on humor to soften their uncomfortable realities.

Which leads me to talk about the psychology of this book, because coping mechanisms play

a huge role in how this narrator conveys her story.

She introduces events as though she were directing a film, and she admits that this form of detachment

allows her to confront her life.

Of the three-room house she shares with her husband, she says: "It makes a perfect film

set.

And in some ways, that is how I think of it: it is easier to imagine this life in which

I'm trapped as a film; it is easier when I imagine myself as a character.

It makes everything around me appear less frightening; my experiences at a remove.

Less painful, less permanent.

Here, long before I ever faced a camera, I became an actress."

She often introduces events as though she were the self-anointed director moving

the camera through a scene.

This is a clever metaphor for that dissociative phenomena some people experience during moments

of great trauma where they feel as if they're hovering above their own body.

The narrator describes a scene unfolding with thunder rolling in the distance to accentuate

marital tension and electricity playing truant to bathe the bickering couple in darkness.

She makes it sound creative and fun, but beneath the surface she's alluding a sense of detachment

that indicates severe trauma.

This detachment from reality is a survival mechanism.

It's her way of coping with a life-threatening situation.

She admits: "The longer I stretch the act of the happily married couple, the

more I dodge his anger.

It's not a test of talent alone.

My life depends on it."

I latched on to this method of conveying the story through the eyes of a film director,

because I found it so compelling but, to my dismay, that viewpoint wanes as the book progresses.

By chapter three, it becomes evident that this book has an unorthodox, fractured structure.

It doesn't really read like a carefully plotted novel, or a short story collection, or articles

or essays.

I was initially frustrated by this but, somewhere along the way, it finally occurred

to me that When I Hit You reads like someone's diary.

Each chapter has a focus, but the narrator's thoughts on that topic may shift with each

new page, or each new paragraph. And this made sense to me.

In the same way that we sit down to write in our journal and one day reminisce about

an old love and the next day share an exciting triumph, in the same way that we begin writing

about one thing and then our meandering thoughts take us down a rabbit hole of tangential memories,

this book delivers its story and its messages through brief, inconsistent interludes.

This wasn't what I wanted from my reading when I was making my way through this book,

but I don't fault Meena for that.

I appreciate what she accomplishes by choosing to structure her book this way.

These passages that read like stolen moments, shared secrets, and hushed confessions quietly

draw you in.

There's an intimacy achieved through this style of writing that makes this story, this subject,

and this poignant issue personal to the reader.

I think this works well with a nameless protagonist, too, because people don't name

themselves in their diary.

I would never write in my journal, "I, Hannah Greendale, fair-skinned and blue-eyed, went to the store yesterday."

When we write in a diary or journal, we relate events to ourselves.

And, much like this unnamed narrator, sometimes we do it cryptically just in case – stars

forbid – someone else were to read our private thoughts.

By adopting this structure, Meena allows us to see into someone's private life, and

by keeping the narrator nameless, she lets us slip in and out of her shoes.

Speaking of stepping into another person's shoes, Meena drew from her own experience

as an abused wife to craft this book, and I found myself wondering, while reading, why

she elected to write fiction rather than a memoir.

By the end of the book, that question is addressed in two places.

I'll let you discover for yourself the reasons given, but I will share with you the realization

I came to by the time I finished reading.

This would not have been as powerful as a memoir.

Instead of making this about her, Meena enlarges the picture to include every woman.

This isn't Meena's story, and it isn't the unnamed narrator's story.

It's every battered and abused woman's story, every sexually assaulted woman's

story, every misunderstood or neglected daughter's story, every scared mother or mother-to-be's

story, and every woman who's had the courage to speak up for the #MeToo movement's story.

The point of this book is that unexpectedly finding oneself in an abusive relationship

can happen to anyone.

And the goal of this book is to show how it happens, how an intelligent, capable, college educated,

woman can find herself reduced to a crumbling, brittle shell of a person after just a few months of having

been robbed of her autonomy, her voice, and her body.

We see the quiet acts of rebellion that sustain her, how familial and societal pressures further

prohibit her from breaking free, and it's made clear that standing up for herself and

leaving aren't necessarily the most viable solution to her problems, because that route could be the death

of her.

This book is a reminder to be compassionate and helpful rather than snide and judgmental.

And it's a feminist cautionary tale about allowing our identity to be defined by the

men (or women) we date.

When we sacrifice too much of ourselves for the people we love, we risk our identity falling

to pieces when that relationship fails.

I think a lot of us have been guilty of doing that – I certainly have.

But the point is, those pieces can be reassembled.

We can learn from our mistakes and be stronger moving forward.

When I Hit You is a collection of private entries that portray a woman corroding.

Ultimately, it's an elegy.

To read this book is to witness a woman's metaphorical death.

The question is, will this unnamed narrator succumb to darkness or will she be reborn?

You need to discover the answer to that question yourself when you read this book.

At the back of the book is an article written by Deepa D. that was published in The Wire.

The article provides a list of people you should give this book to.

But I can simplify that list: This book is for everyone.

Everyone would benefit from reading this book.

At this point I've read half of the books longlisted for this year's prize.

When I Hit You is not my personal favorite, but I will be

shocked if it does not win this year's prize.

If you have any reservations about reading this book, leave a comment and I'll see

if I can assuage your concerns.

If rape is a trigger for you, skip Chapter 10.

If I can answer any questions that will convince or allow you to read this book, please leave a comment.

Or, if it would be more comfortable for you, you can private message me on Goodreads.

If you've already read When I Hit You, tell me your thoughts and reactions in the comments.

I'll see you soon for next video which will be another review of a Women's Prize longlist nominee.

Thanks, everybody!

Tips For Older Men Working Out In A Commercial Gym For The First Time - Duration: 15:58.

Alright, guys. In this video, I am going to talk to you if you're an older man.

You're a little bit older but you want to have a great body. You're driven.

You're ambitious. You're busy. You have a busy, productive life and you want to

become the most effective and efficient with your willpower, focus, energy, and

time. Not just in the gym but outside the gym too to create the life that you

really want and you're new to training. You're a little bit older you want to

get in shape. Maybe this is the time of your life

maybe you've taken care of your business and your family and now you have more

time to dedicate to your working out; your training; your physical fitness,

right? I want to talk to you if you're an older man and now is the time you're

committed to take your training to the next level. Or, maybe you're a little bit

older now. Back in your younger years or 20s but maybe your early 30s or so

you're really into training goes everything in the world to you. You got

the results. You did the disciplines. You know the feeling. The only challenge is

is that now you have more and more more responsibilities, alright? You can't

dedicate all that willpower, focus, energy, and time for the gym like you did before

and now you want to get back into the gym, right? Those can be really

intimidating situations. I know what that's like especially when you're a

little bit older. I want to give you some insight and some perspective and my personal

experience when you're a little bit older and you want to get back in your

training and especially if you are thinking about joining

a commercial gym. I want to give you some things to think about so you can get right into

the process about joining a commercial gym to take your training to the next

level, alright? I going to do one more set here.

I always want to give you guys the muscle shots while you are here, alright? So a

little bit older and you are thinking about joining a commercial gym this is

the time in your life you want to dedicate more to your bodybuilding your

training your working out your exerciser fitness or whatever you call it or maybe

after a long break and you're thinking about joining a commercial gym I want to

tell you this I didn't even start on my bodybuilding and training career until I

was 27 years old for a lot of people that is a little bit older all right I

don't know how you define older but before that point I had signed up and

joined a commercial gym two or three times and back in those days it was a

pretty steep entry fee to get into the join the gym got all excited join a gym

and I went in there and just felt uncomfortable with my lifestyle what I

was doing in the gym like said I quit two or three times wasted all that money

right so the next time I was so fortunate to get off to the right

footing right but I didn't even start training the gym until I was 27 years

old I've been going for these 30 years since

right so here's the thing that when you go into the gym the first thing is when

I was in there I was intimidated I didn't know that the training routines I

didn't know the machines the exercises or anything like that cardio machines

and I was really at em datum and although I was a man I was accomplished

in my job in a career I just felt so out of place and so I just want to tell you

I know what that's like so you're not alone if that's preventing you from

joining a commercial gym to take you're working out I took another level because

you're a little bit older I tell you I remember even one Saturday and this is

after I was in the gym for a while and he was even growing I made friends there

it was still at eminating and I remember I always wanted to use one of those

stair climbers and I was so self-conscious about looking dumb right

I waited until a Saturday at two o'clock right before the gym closed so I can go

beat beat beat beat beat and experiment with the machine when nobody is around

so I'll tell you if you are thinking about joining a commercial gym you're a

little bit old you know that's what you if you do you have the time now is

dedicated just want to share those experiences for you that I know the way

you feel I know the way you feel now here's the thing I want you to remember

too is that you carry yourself in the gym like the winner you are outside of

the gym right you're probably accomplished in other areas of your life

right you got to bring that same attitude in your body language alright

even though it's a new environment what you're going to see is that there's just

a lot of people like you maybe they've just been in the gym a little bit longer

than you but they're just working men and women just like you just with a

little bit more time tell you this or somebody who's been in the gym for just

about 30 years now I mean I welcome I respect anyone who wants to take they're

working out to the next level I don't look down on them and I don't think the

people around there do too we applaud those people who want to join our

culture and remember that after you get they have to get about four or five six

months on your belt and you become one of those gym goers they make sure that

you put those welcoming eyes to all the new men

just like you coming in right it's just a social club right could be at the golf

club could be at a nightclub or your local bar just people just like you and

me and our just common passion is working out so don't let that intimidate

you now you see all those machines right and you you're probably accomplished

outside of the gym so you want to do this right and I get it right you want

to work out right one question that I get asked a lot is what if I have about

20 pounds of body fat right should I just do cardio before I start lifting

the weight so I lose the body fat before I start working on building muscle

there's no reason to do that I can see if you're new to the gym there's so many

new things like your daily schedule you know how everything works getting

acclimated to the people to places you're sleeping patterns all right I can

understand how you want to maybe take things a little bit more gradually you

don't want to just have so much stimulus all in one time that can be at imitating

so if you want to just maybe the first couple weeks or so just get into your

daily patterns I get to the commercial gym and just do cardio treadmill

recumbent bike whatever it is it doesn't matter it's just burning the calories if

you want to just do that at the beginning to just get into your patterns

so you set the mindset again the daily patterns and disciplines so you're there

three months three years later that's okay but if you think that you have to

lose the fat before you start building muscle you don't have to do that you can

do a little bit of cardio a little bit of weight training that is fine you

don't have to do one without the other losing body fat is really about your

diet and you'll probably pay more attention to diet now that you're in the

habit of going to the gym being around other people who are serious about their

working out diet is the most important thing so you can work out all the time

in your new gym new routine get going lift the weights do cardio whatever but

still going to be your nutritional habits we're going to show what you're

doing and the gym so remember that so when it comes to losing body fat it's

going to be your diet and cardio right building muscle is a totally separate

process all right so if you can fit that in

I would suggest when you start out shouldn't be in the gym for more than an

hour should learn right from the beginning even if you're really

enthusiastic about going to the gym you know you want to keep in manageable

systems or patterns for your lifestyle and even though you're really excited

you want to be in there for two or three hours I suggest that you just limit to

an hour just get productive effective inefficient for the hour that you're

there cardio and weight training don't spend a

lot of time any more time than an hour especially for an older man with a busy

productive life again we're setting lifestyle patterns thinking patterns

training patterns that you can hold on to for the rest of your life you can

keep them and so that you're actually doing this three months three years

three decades into the future all right so with your weight training cardio stay

there within an hour again you can do the weights with the cardio you can lose

the body fat while you're building muscle how about free weights versus

machines right that's a big question I suggest if you're just giving into the

patterns it's just all about overloading the muscle every single time you know

keeping that good form concentrating on the muscle just pushing it a little bit

more than you did the workout before all right so at the beginning yeah you know

you might see some really hardcore Fitness people on YouTube on social

media and they say free weights are the best they're better than machines right

again it's just overloading the muscle stimulating muscle to you it's new as

you go to the commercial gym it's gonna be a lot easier all right Dave working

out in the gym just like everything in life there's it's a skill it's a skill

and it takes a lot more skill for dumbbells and barbells those free

weights than machines right I suggest that maybe you start off on the the

machines hit that muscle get in your patterns again in the gym maybe

introduce some free weights as you go along

but it's just about stimulating muscle overloading it will keep things simple

and effective as you build those daily habits and mindset how

to get use to going in a commercial gym so remember that I suggest that you use

machines as you first start out now what about the training routines of the first

thing to remember now is I don't care what level you're at if you're a little

bit older they're starting a commercial gym it's not so much about the routine

there's a whole internet full of workout routines out there it's going to be you

how consistent you are how you hit that mind-muscle connection more than the

routines you're going to make the difference so you want to start off with

those consistent habits of showing up concentrating when you're there having a

good time enjoying it but instead of focusing on the routine choose a routine

and get the most out of it and work on your mental habits your exercise

execution alright as far as routines if you're new to the

gym maybe you're a little bit older maybe you're established you want to get

off to a good start I suggest that you invest in a personal trainer a personal

trainer in your gym it'll just save so much angst and confusion overwhelm to

take you through the machines the free weights so you start off on a higher

level it would be well worth your investment because more than what you do

in there it's important to get off to a good mental start again we want you

DIY #38: Weapons to Ciborgue - Tutorial - Do it yourself - Duration: 8:00.

Hi guys, What´s up! Today we´ll learn how to do

A very easy but very cool stuff

look here

Let´s do some weapons

To cyborg

It´s very easy

He came with no weapons so I made a few

Let´s see how to do?

DIY: Weapons to Cyborgue using pen parts

Weel guys, I bought this DC Icons Cyborg

and it is not that one that came with a lot of extra weapons

extra hands and everything else

this came on Justice League pack

and it came very simple, without weapons

but

the hands came out

So we can fit the weapons, like the deluxe version

how I didn´t have no materials

I though this

Let´s do a wepon to him

So I made

a few weapons

to him

I made this kinda a sonic weapon

Did you like it?

What I used to do this?

I was breaking my brain... I was going to do with epoxi

I started to do it but I was looking very bad

So I have this idea

to use material that I have a lot

that are old and broken pens

That fits perfecty on our character

so I get a lot of pens

You may use a peace of cereal box to make

some details on the weapon

So you can use this piece of ceral box

to make some details

if you need, you can use some epoxi too

to make other details

I prefer not use a lot because it becames too heavy

And I will use some paint

black and silver

On this one, the main part is a piece of plastic

that I had in this format

this part is a

pen noozle

these red circles are made of epoxi

these small tubes are pen inside parts

and this part is soft

Is this part of the pen, a rubbery part

and it fits very well

on cyborg arms

You just have to plug it

But you can use other stufs

I made this fitting with epoxi

And you may use this as a basis for the other parts of the weapon

So this one was very simple to do

I used black and silver acrilic paint

and a varnish to protect

I know that acrilic paint is not the most indicated to this job

Vinyl paint is, but I don´t have it and it is very expensive

so I used what I had. If it came out, we always can fix it

I made a few drawing with permanent marker

If you have a firm hand, you can do this

to make a finish on it

In this other, I glued some

inside pen parts

cereal box parts too

here to to make a few details

This one is from a pen that already have

a very good design, that remembers a weapon part

It helps a lot

I used a rubbery part here too

making more details

and we do the work this way

this one is almost ready

just have to start the paint job

and glue some parts

so it is very easy to do

and the pens parts help a lot!

I rubbed this part a bit, to fit on Cyborg arms and not spoil his painting

no problems

This one I made a epoxi fitting

and it fits very well

So in this pieces I already made a black paint base

And all these details are made with cereal box parts and epoxi

This is the fitting part, to fit in cyborg arm

and this one is that I showed before

Now we going to do the silver painting

Well, here are my Cyborg weapons

I think they are good

I paintin them with silver paint

I made a few details with black markers

I think they are cool. Sure that it is not good like a industry production

but I liked the result a lot

Now we just have to use them on Cyborg

Just put on his arms

Cyborg is armed now

let me fit the other one

So I have more options to my toy

and mor options to my photos

So, they are very easy to do

using old and broken pen parts

and other simple materials

You can make cool stuffs!

Just using your imagination

So, did you see how easy is to do?

I put a link, in the end, to another channel

from a friend of mine

Nerdzilla that is very cool

and it is cery cool

You can learn a lot with him too

And I will ask to you put on comments

suggestions to other DIY that I can make

I waiting you in the next video! Thanks!
