Youtube daily report w Apr 16 2018

Hello! And I have not yet shown you the Montaza park in Alexandria. Very beautiful park. We now go there,me, my children and my mother.

We reached Montaza. Tickets cost 25 pounds. My mother: Until recently, tickets cost 15 pounds and we were in August.

We all go. Tickets are taken. Come on. Give the tickets.

Oh how good. A park. Very good. Very fresh air. Oh, good. The air is very fresh. Very good.

Unfortunately, the air can not be transmitted to the camera. Malak: Wait.

Very good. Fresh air here is full of palm trees. Very fresh. And by the way, even there are flowers. Mom: Nasturtium flowers.

Mill

Malak: I can not. Why? Let's start, attention, march

Dany: Catch. Playing in the ball

Well? Well nothing. With baptism of fire. Malak's wound fell. Battle wound. Malak: I'm very sore

There is even a public toilet. Free or paid? Or the entrance is free, but the output is paid?

Malak, Mom and Aya went to the toilet. And we are waiting here next to the toilet with Dany.

Played, piled. We played the ball. Roped on the scooter and skateboard. Even a little tired.

The water is over. They ate sandwiches with cheese that they took with them. Now we'll try to find a drink somewhere.

In the distance is the hotel. It's called Palestine. Here it is in such a green zone.

Where there are many cars, then there is food next door. And here's Mac Donald's.

There is such a big tree, branchy. The benches are wooden. It's very good here. Cool under the crown of trees.

There by the way, McDonald's, a restaurant and a small cafe. And then Malak plays ball.

And here is the lighthouse. It can be reached from Montaza Park. Beautiful place. Simply beautiful. Here is the bridge.

Sand, boats, yachts float. Beautiful view of the sea and the hotel Palestine. There is even a beach here. And below is a place to rent a room.

And from this side it's even better to look. If you walk along this bridge, you can get to the lighthouse.

Also there are small shops where you can buy all kinds of beach things, hookahs.

And this is the main entrance to the lighthouse. Here he is this bridge. I do not know, we'll go there or not.

We got into the taxi already. We're going back. Because they are tired. Mom: Tell us we are going on a "kopeicka". We go on our "kopeicka".

So we're going back home.

The Vertebral Column: anatomy, functions and its curves (also subtitles english) - Duration: 7:14.

HEALTH & FITNESS

Hi everyone, I'm Mike. Welcome to my Youtube Channel

Today's topic is:

THE VERTEBRAL COLUMN

The vertebral column is also called spine or rachis, and it is the supporting structure that supports the body of all vertebrates, such as humans and many other animals.

How it is made?

The vertebral column is a complex bone system formed by 33/34 vertebrae, separated by intervertebral discs.

(the number varies according to the number of coccyx vertebrae present in the individual).

The spinal column is divided into 4 zones, namely:

The cervical area is formed by 7 vertebrae (from C1 to C7), which are distinguishable in an upper and a lower region. They support the skull and allow its movements.

The upper cervical spine is composed of the first C1 vertebra called the Atlas, and the second C2 vertebra called the Epistropheus.

The lower cervical spine is composed of the remaining 5 vertebrae, ie from C3 to C7.

SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL

The dorsal or thoracic area is formed by 12 vertebrae, ie from T1 to T12.

They allow the rotations, the bending and the extensions of the whole back.

The lumbar area is formed by 5 vertebrae, that is from L1 to L5.

They support the entire spine and stabilize the pelvis.

The sacrococcyge area is divided into:

The sacral area is formed by 5 vertebrae, that is from S1 to S5.

Their fusion forms the so-called sacrum, which together with the coccyx and the two bones of the hip, forms the pelvis.

The coccygeal area is formed by 4-5 vertebrae, that is from Co1 to Co4 / Co5. Their fusion forms the coccyx.

The vertebrae are therefore short bones that form the vertebral column, and each of them consists of an empty space called the vertebral hole.

SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL

The vertebrae being therefore overlapped, make sure that all vertebral holes coincide with each other, thus forming a vertebral canal.

Within it is contained the spinal cord, a bundle of neurons that together with the brain forms the central nervous system.

The spinal cord also gives rise to the roots of the spinal nerves, forming the peripheral nervous system.

Between one vertebra and another (except for the first 2 cervical vertebrae) we also find the intervertebral disks,

ie the fibrocartilaginous disks that have the function of:

amortize and distribute the stresses affecting the vertebrae,

change the shape of the vertebral column to allow its movements within certain limits

The spine is straight?

If you look at the front it looks straight, but if we look at it sideways we see that it has 4 curvatures, that is.

- Cervical lordosis

- Dorsal kyphosis

- Lumbar lordosis

- Sacrococcygeal kyphosis

Kyphosis is a physiological curvature of the vertebral column with posterior concavity, ie facing forward

The lordosis, on the contrary however, has a curvature with concavity front, ie facing backwards.

These curvatures are used to give stability and flexibility

and to better contrast the gravity to which it is constantly subjected.

A study shows that if the spine was completely straight, it would be 17 times less robust and elastic than normal.

What are the functions of the spine?

It has a protective function and a motor.

Protective function because it protects the spinal cord and then our nervous system.

Motor function because it allows you to move your body in space, and then let us walk.

It also works as a shock absorber in case of trauma and supports our body,

allowing us to stand upright and in balance (distinguishing ourselves from invertebrates)

Questions and Answers Shipping Container House - Living Tiny Project ep 024 - Duration: 27:59.

Hello.

Hello.

Well today we're gonna have a Q&A.

So, let's get started.

Before we start it we need to say something.

This is gonna be a long one. We have like around 35 questions.

So, if you are not ready just...

Get your coffee.

Yeah. Just pause the video, go, get your coffee, relax, sit confortable.

And, let's get started.

Question number 1.

That's with you.

The first.

A hard one.

Let me...

So, the first one is...

Do you guys ever fight or discuss?

Not really.

Not really.

I mean.

Usually we have the same opinions but we always discuss or have a kind of...

As we doing all together it's like the evolution is something natural that happens.

This always happen I'm hungry.

Yeah. The only time we discuss a little bit is mostly when she is hungry, when she gets tired.

And usually this happens when we were recording audio, like today.

And I'm tired.

Because she's lazy to speak English so she gets tired of speaking really quick.

And then you know she doesn't want to record five times the same thing.

So, it's sometimes is necessary and...

But usually when we build we don't discuss at all.

I mean when we're recording regular stuff we never we never discuss.

But here on the audio.

And woman, there is you know this period like week of the month

that sometimes she gets weird so you know.

My turn.

Are you planning to insulate the house?

If yes, what kind? What are you gonna use on the walls? Drywall?

So, first we wanted to use EPS on the whole house... I mean before that we wanted to use

spray foam.

But it's really really expensive and we cannot afford to get spray foam.

And in this part of our country they don't have the spray foam that...

Yeah. The machine you know the big machine to spray foam the whole house we won't have it here.

So we need to use like you know...

To put component A and B together.

Or pieces, like big pieces of spray foam, of foam. So, it's not a spray foam, it's foam.

So, it's like 5 times more expensive as if we use...

Anything else.

I don't know how you call it. We call PET.

That is basically bottles of water recycled and turn into like foam.

But 2 or 3 weeks ago my cousin gave me a call and he said he had a lot of EPs at his house

that he was not gonna use.

And that's a lot of EPS.

So as we got it for free we're gonna use all his EPS on the roof.

On the on the ceiling and one on the roof on the ceiling.

So that means that we got like maybe I don't know 5 maybe like five 6 cubic meters.

That's a lot but it's only enough for the roof. So we're gonna have EPS on the roof, I mean on the ceiling.

I'm sorry, I'm just...

On the ceiling and on the walls you're gonna use PE T.

Yeah. It's wool I guess they call it.

Yeah. PET wool.

So, basically on the wall it's gonna be PET wool and on the ceiling is gonna be EPS.

Until this week we were planning to use plywood on the walls. But we were...

Yeah we are kind of almost changing our minds to use drywall.

We don't really... we've never used drywall before, we don't really know what to expect.

It seems like really dusty.

But we are still considering. We might do drywall because of the price.

And someone said that it's quicker to do. So we might use drywall.

And it's light.

Oh, and it's lighter. yeah.

I will ask it for you.

Did you do any video recording or editing before?

Well, actually what we're doing now is a long time ago one of my dreams for a long time.

Since we met.

Yeah. We met each other but we're gonna talk that in another question.

But when we met each other I was about to start my first documentary.

that was...It was not my first documentary. My first try of a documentary.

That didn't work that well. But...

It worked in parts.

So basically how I got into video was that in 2005, that means 13 years.

Yeah. 13 years ago I took some sabbatical time and I went to Europe for 5 months.

And I ended up in Morocco to meet a guy, that was my ex-girlfriends mom's friend,

and he works with documentaries for like 30 years.

So I ended up in the film festival of Marrakesh and after I went to Marrakesh was like:

Now I know what I want to do in my life, I just want to be a filmmaker.

So, I came back to Brazil and I was like: nope, I want to be a filmmaker.

And I wanted to go to a film school in Chicago but it was too expensive,

and I ended up not going to Chicago instead I tried to do my first documentary that didn't go that well.

I went back to university... it's just...

Long story short: I've been wanting to do this for 13 years.

and now it's finally time that I'm able to do it. So, I mean...

I shot a lot of small short videos before. I did a lot of editing,

But all mostly taught by myself.

Even though I went to a film school in São Paulo, the big city in Brazil, in 2009 for 1 year,

but before that I was already editing some stuff and I mean it's mostly self-taught.

I watch a lot of videos.

People think we are just you know recording and editing and posting videos

but a lot of the time we spend on the week it's watching other people's videos. So we learn with it.

So. Do you guys have any helping with the video production or it's just the two of you?

Well, basically. You know how people say I'm a one-man band? We are a couple band.

So basically do everything us, me and her.

The only thing sometimes we have help is for the drone footage.

Sometimes you see a drone footage that you know that drone is moving but we are both working.

Of course it's not us.

We have a friend.

So, you met him already on the footage probably episode 3 or 4

he is holding the big plate of the wall.

But Andre our friend, our lawyer, a partner, he's a really good friend, he is our drone pilot, main drone pilot.

And other than that, we shot, we edit, we post, we take care of Instagram, YouTube and all together.

Just the both of us.

How long does it take to produce/edit one episode?

To produce, depending on the task we take more time doing a task or less time.

Usually we... you take like 2 days at least to edit it.

Now I... I used to take almost a week editing this season's episode.

First season I used to take almost a month to edit one episode.

Now I take like maybe 2 or 3 days to edit, color correct and audio correct.

And I do the subtitles.

And she does the subtitles.

So while I edit she have a little bit of free time to watch her videos and do her stuff.

And when I'm done I give it to her she does the subtitles and I study the rest.

Like how to build stuff, how to use this machine or how to I don't know just random stuff.

I need to write the posts, I need to do the description.

So basic I do the editing she does the subtitles I do the thumbnails.

There is a bug on the on the lens. Can you see it? Walking around the lens. It's weird.

Your turn.

Can I record my band's video clip on the top of your deck?

I mean he's talking about the... it's he.

Yeah. I mean, you could.

It's actually a friend that has a really cool band, we like it a lot.

So basically, I don't know in the future you might see a video about his video clip on the top of a roof.

Yeah. It's a possibility.

Which computer program do you use for 3d model? Which program do you use for video editing?

For the 3D model we just did some stuff, we didn't finish it yet.

Yeah. We don't have the plans for the whole house, you're just doing along the way.

Yeah. But we're using Sketchup.

Sketchup Pro.

And about the video?

Video editing we use Premiere Pro.

We used to use Final Cut back in the days but I didn't really like the changes on Final Cut Pro X or something.

So I switched to Premiere and it's pretty good. And right now it's working.

It's perfect.

It's not perfect because when we shot with the Iphone there is some bugs on the ...

Yeah. We have a few bugs. We stop shooting with the Iphone.

Now we only shoot with our main camera.

Because randobly the video loses its audio when we use Iphone footage on the videos.

Oh, by the way. I think we forgot to put this question: which camera do you use?

Some people asked it.

Currently... we used to use in the beginning until maybe Episode 8 or something

we used to use a Canon 5d Mark II, the old one that I have I own that since 2009.

And now use all the Canon lenses, but we just bought in December for the channel,

we bought a Sony alpha 6500 or something.

Yeah, 6500.

And we use a video mic Pro for the microphone, for everyday use.

And when we record audio we are using this microphone.

We don't have a cell phone here. Can you get my cell phone?

So.

We basically use the Sony A6500 with the video mic pro.

Broken one.

And we use, for interviews we use...

this mic, that a Sennheinser, I'll put it in the description below the model.

And we use a small audio recorder.

And just so you guys know this is really good but it's really old.

I own this since the first documentary I tried to do in 2006.

And still this only... not the only but the best mic I have ever owned .

That's really good. This I bought in 2009.

So, next question.

How does it work with permits for a shipping container house?

Here in Brazil it's the same: a shipping container house or a regular house is the same thing.

You just need to you know each state has their own permission each city has their own areas and you know

the codes and stuff.

So you need just to follow the code. Basically it's the same thing as a regular house.

I don't know, let us know if in your country is different but here is the same as a regular house.

Are you planning to have a staircase to the top of the deck?

How about the railings?

What are you planning for the top deck?

You can answer that.

So, we are planning to have a staircase or a ladder.

Not a staircase, a ladder.

But we didn't decide it yet.

The thing is the plan originally was to have a staircase.

But then we thought that we don't want a a railing on the top.

I mean... the house would look bad I don't like the design I don't ... the railing.

I know people say... they are concerned with safety.

Accidents.

But that's the reason why we don't want to have a staircase, otherwise if you're not at home

people come to the... because we are not the only house in the land, so people

come around. So if people see a staircase they'll come here and go straight up to see the view.

And if you are not here and someone falls it's our fault.

So basically we want to have a roof that people go with us up.

So, when we're not here no one goes up. So the idea is to have a ladder instead of a staircase.

So in this way we take off the ladder and it's not like a you know like....

We didn't decide it yet.

It's not like a public area.

I don't want to take it off.

But, he always want to take it off.

Yeah. She wants to have a staircase, but I mean.

I always say that this is a deck for adults.

Even though.

If you are scared of height you won't go up, that's the main thing.

It's just for adults and who is not scared to go up.

So, we are not planning to have anything around.

Yeah. The idea is to have a...

Just plants maybe.

Yeah. We want to have plants, like vase of plants around. Maybe that's gonna be the railing.

But railing railing I don't think so. We might change our minds. We never know, but...

And the plan is to have the deck to protect from the sun first.

And to use it as a relaxing place.

Just to see the sunset.

The question was what we plan with the deck.

The deck is basically a place to...

Do a barbecue.

To have maybe a barbecue or something.

Sometimes, but not often.

I mean barbecue there are so much space underneath to have a barbecue, we don't need to go up.

But to see the sunset is really nice.

To see the fireworks on New Years right in front of here on the city. So it's really cool.

So basically it's a place for people that come and have never seen the city from the top.

It's a place to go up in enjoy the view and relax. It's a sunset place let's call like that.

Maybe sunrise.

Yeah. Sunrise no, sunset.

It's you now.

Oh, it's my turn.

Let me choose.

A hard one.

A tough one.

Did you purchase the property?

The land I didn't purchase it's my family's. My dad owns this land for almost 30 years.

So I grew up here.

It's not the main place where he lives. My family doesn't live here.

His office is down in the end of the land.

So basically we didn't buy but we did rent it somehow.

Let me explain it.

Before we start the building my dad said we can use this small piece for a while if I did something for him.

So I worked for him for a while for like two months building something for him.

And then as a payment... as an engineer.

I don't know people, some people don't know that but I'm an engineer, I have an engineering degree.

Civil Engineering.

Even though I have no experience with engineering I have a degree.

So I was the engineer for his building, not building just like a contention wall.

And then as a payment... he didn't pay me anything, he paid me the right to use his land.

So, thank you.

It was a good deal.

And now we have a really cool place to you know live.

It used to be his farm.

Yeah. Here used to be like a farm but it's right by the city.

With cow.

We have like chicken, as you guys know already, we have like a garden and stuff.

Yeah. We used to have a cow here back in the days.

When I met you.

Maybe... my dad wants to put a sheep here now.

Yeah.

So you might hear something different soon.

We'll see.

Are you going to save the water from the roof?

Yeah. We are planning to have a place to save the water.

But someone said that maybe the water can contain chemicals.

Yeah the thing is we planned to use the water, that was the main plan.

But someone commented on the video saying that as the woods treated with stain,

maybe the water is going to be contaminated for you know for plants and stuff.

So we're going to use for something we don't know for what yet.

But we are definitely gonna have a tank to hold this water and then we...

Maybe for plants that are not to eat.

Just for flowers and stuff not for food.

Is that mine now?

Yeah.

You like it, right?

How many shipping containers are you using?

What is the size of the house?

One by time.

How many shipping containers are we using?

We are using only one. A lot of people think we are using 2 shipping containers.

But you can watch the *second episode where we explain what happened.

We planned to use two 20-foot shipping containers in a L-shape

but we didn't receive the shipping containers we bought.

So we decide to buy in a different company. They didn't have 20-foot, they don't only had the 40-foot

and the 40-foot could not go up the hill where the land is located.

So we decided to cut it in half and you know turn around.

So basically have one 40-foot High Cube.

So it's one 40-foot HC shipping container cut in half. So basically it's one shipping container.

Second question.

Sometimes we call them as 2 because it's easier to say this one and this one.

Yeah. We call 2 but it's one. So, it's one divided in half.

What size is gonna be the house?

So, it's basically... I think after insulation it's gonna be 27 square meters inside the house.

Plus a deck on the bottom level.

The deck is gonna be like 3 meters by 2 or 3 by 175 or something like that.

And we have like 42 square meters on the top.

After... the thing is after we did the deck we decided to shrink the decks on the bottom,

because it's really hard to work with wood for us.

Yeah. After the hard work we had on the top deck and in the amount of money we spent,

because it was a lot more expensive than we thought.

The bottom deck was supposed to be 3 by 4 and now it's gonna be 3 by 1.75 probably.

We're just saving some money.

Today would you buy two 20-foot instead of one 40-foot HC?

That's a tricky question.

Actually last week we were thinking that if we would go back in time instead of two 20-foot we would by just 1.

Yeah. It was enough for us.

I think one... now the house seems even too big for us.

I think we would buy just one 20-foot and do the whole house in one 20-foot.

But as we cannot go back in time and we have this already we are just gonna keep going.

It's gonna be a good house in the end.

Yeah, for sure. But it could be smaller.

It could be smaller.

It's mine. I can choose.

Oh, yeah.

Do you plan to live in this house until retirement?

That's a tricky question. Are you planning a retirement?

Retirement. What is retirement? I mean... That's a tricky question.

The thing is the idea... I'm convincing her still but...

it's gonna work out.

The idea is to live in this house until we have enough... a big enough boat to live on.

Yeah. You heard it right.

The idea is to live here until we have a boat to live inside a boat.

When we had the idea of building the tiny house was the idea of downsizing to a small house

and then downsize to a small boat.

Instead of going straight from the house to the boat it seems smart to get used to a small place on the land.

And then going to the boat. And we didn't have money to buy a boat. So...

I mean we have a boat.

And it's cheaper to build.

I mean to buy a big boat, we have a small boat so it's not big enough for us to live on.

Yeah it's a little bit too small to live on.

But the idea is to live here until we find a boat to live.

If you consider this a retirement.

Yeah. I mean, it could take maybe 2 years, maybe 10 years.

So hopefully 2 years.

Not, 3 years maybe.

I would like to live here more time.

Yeah. Maybe 3 years.

Or maybe we change our minds, when it's ready so cool that we just don't want the boat anymore.

But for now we are planing on one day on living on a boat.

That's your. No, it's mine. So, I choose.

You chose.

When you cut the walls, windows does the effect the...

When you cut walls/windows does that effect effect effects the integrity of the shipping container?

Did you have any problems with?

Well as... I think we talked about that before but the shipping container is made out of curtain steel.

And it's all structural.

What I mean by that is that it's not only the you know the beams and columns that hold the thing together.

Even the walls are structural.

So if you cut a big hole you have problems with integrity.

But if you cut small pieces it's no problem.

We only had a problem when we cut the connection in between both containers,

because the wall was like maybe 2.4 meters by 2.7 meters high.

And when we could nothing happened, but we could feel the floor moving more.

Not much but you could feel the vibration of the floor have changed.

So to fix that we just put an extra support on the bottom on the footings.

So it was fine.

But if you cut like you know some people want to buy a shipping container and cut the whole side.

You need to do you know, but extra columns and extra reinforcements because you will have problem.

So. Do you have a regular job? What's your profession?

This is our regular job.

Yeah. Let's start with professions.

What did you go to university for?

I'm an Environmental Engineer.

And he is a Civil Engineer.

But she has some experience. She worked on the field for a while.

So, she worked as an engineer.

I went originally to school when I graduated high school I went to a business school for 5 years.

And then I wanted to quit on the middle ended up not quitting so I know.

On and off I went all the way to the end in 6 years.

After that... in the middle of that was when I wanted to study film.

But I couldn't afford to study film because it was really really expensive.

I wanted to go to Columbia College University in Chicago in the US.

And it was too much in that time.

So I decided to instead of quitting I decided to go all the way to the end of my bachelor degree in business.

After that I studied film in a film school São Paulo/Brazil for 1 year.

The course was 2 years but I wasn't getting as... what I wanted.

So I decided to quit the film school.

So I learned a lot of course, it was really cool. I met a lot of good friends that work with videos.

That's what I learned from.

Friends for life actually.

Really good friends .

And then, after that I came back to Florianópolis, I started working,

and I decided as I was working with real estate I decided to do

a Master degree in Real Estate and Construction Management.

And that's when I met a lot of engineers.

And I always thought that if I would go back in time to university again

I would go for an engineering degree. So I started a civil engineering degree when I was 27.

That means that I finished the degree when I was 32 I guess.

31.

Currently we are both 34 years old.

Yes. So basically I had no... I have no experience on engineering.

Even though I have a civil engineering degree.

And that comes to the second question, here, that is: how can we afford what we're doing now?

The thing is when I was finishing my civil engineering degree I decided the I wanted to take an extra step

and start a Master degree in structural engineering.

And I searched all over in different countries

and we decided that I was gonna do my master degree in Australia at Sydney University.

So we moved to Australia in 2016, in February 2016.

If you don't know what I'm talking about the whole first season of this channel.

We have a season called Odd Life first season. There is a playlist.

You can watch all about it. We have 19 videos about this experience we had.

So basically I saved money for 7 years.

Not 7 five. No 7, 5. No 7 years. No 6 years.

Since we are together.

Yeah. I saved money from 2010 to 2016 and use all this money to pay for the master degree.

Plus we sold all our belongings back then: our car, we sold our furniture from the place we lived,

that was rented but we had a lot of furniture.

Half of our sailboat.

Yeah. We have a small *26-foot sailboat that we owned the whole boat back then

and to pay for Sydney University I sold half of the boat for our friend André,

that's our drone pilot that you know already.

So André is our drone pilot, our lawyer, our friend and our partner on the sailboat.

So basically he paid for my first semester at Sydney University for my master's degree.

Paying for the boat.

And the rest of our savings was... we were gonna use towards paying the rest of the master.

But when I decided to quit because I don't know was just not... I don't think it was being worth for what I wanted.

And it was really expensive.

It was really really expensive.

And the cost of live in Australia for us is really expensive.

So, basically I decided to quit the master and I talked about that on the other season that you can watch.

And we decided to take a 4 month sabbatical trip to decide what we are gonna do for the future

I mean for this year.

But that time we didn't know anything.

And that's when we decided to come back to Brazil and to start building our house.

And that's how we can afford the house, is with the money that I saved towards doing a master degree.

So as I quit the master degree I had enough money to build the house

because it was really expensive. So it's I think it's gonna be...

We have a little bit more even to you know to buy equipment, cameras and stuff. So...

We basically decided to take the risk, take the chance to come back, build our house

and build a Youtube channel.

So basically what we have is savings enough to work for 1 year maybe 1 and a half years.

Only with the videos. We don't have an extra job, we don't have a side job.

We work full-time 7 days a week 24/7 on the building on that channel.

And that means that the reason why we're working hard is because

we really really really want this work to work out.

And we really want this to become our job. I mean not like a boring job but to become our dream job.

That's what I always wanted, for like 13 years I've been wanting to live producing documentaries.

And that's what we are doing right now.

So basically we have 1 and a half years to get the job done.

I mean, to somehow finance ourselves with the channel.

So basically people ask if we don't have a Patreon. If you don't know what's Patreon you can check. That's the link.

I mean you can type that on the browser and check.

We do have a Patreon, actually. We've never talked about our Patreon page because it's not 100% done.

I mean we're still working on it. We have all the description of one we want,

We recorded already the video. We are editing the video that it's a presentation about what we are doing.

But we didn't have the time to talk about that yet.

So, if you want to check just go to Patreon and check it out.

That's a...

It's really really helpful if you want to join us on Patreon.

Because as I said before we have the money to do the house right now.

But we don't want to quit. People asking: so what are you gonna do after the house is done ?

Definitely we want to still do videos.

We might have a wood and steel welding workshop.

Or we might...

build a sailboat. Or we might buy a really old sailboat to fix rebuild and live on it.

I mean, the ultimate dream is to live aboard sailboat. So that might be one of the next projects.

But it's just an idea, don't stick with that just that. That's just an idea.

And the way to do that, the only way we can afford to do that

is if the channel actually works and if the channel can finance itself.

And that's why we have the Patreon. But we're going to talk about that in the future.

Just for now just live as it is.

That's how we...

We are paying with our savings and we don't have a side job.

That was a serious question. I'm even tired. I was like...

Speaking too much, but...

What Have You Been Up To? »»» Tabula Rasa (2017) - Duration: 10:21.

What have you been up to?

Watching, listening to, reading, translating

With Rafa Lombardino

Hi! Have you watched "Tabula Rasa" on Netflix?

It's available with subtitles and dubbed in Portuguese,

but the original language is Flemish.

[Also the name of a Brazilian soccer team] No, it has nothing to do with soccer.

It's a language spoken in Belgium and parts of Holland.

To me, it kinda sounds like a mix of Dutch and French.

The name of the language is Flemish.

This is a great series, a real nail-biter.

An incredible, suspenseful story.

You have an idea of what's happening because the story is told in flashback.

So you know this woman is at a hospital for psychiatric patients.

She has memory loss and doesn't know what's going on.

A guy disappeared in town and she was the last one to talk to him, according to witnesses.

The police is trying to interrogate her to learn what happened,

where the guys could possibly be.

But she can't remember a thing―she has amnesia.

As we go through the flashback, we learn that she's recently moved to her grandpa's old house.

She moved in with her husband and daughter.

Her father has Alzheimer's, so it seems she could be showing early signs of the disease.

She had an accident and, since then, she's been having memory loss.

So, you know she's at a psychiatric hospital in the present,

and we keep going back in time as she tries to remember.

She draws on a notebook and takes notes to try to remember what she's found out the next day,

to help find this missing guy.

On the 2nd or 3rd episode, I realized what was happening...

I got the plot.

The cool thing about knowing it is that you can see the breadcrumbs left

by the director and the screenwriter throughout the show.

If you were to watch it again later, you'd see all the clues

and confirm exactly what was going on.

I'm not gonna give anything away. I don't wanna spoil your fun.

[NO SPOILERS, PLEASE!]

But it's really an incredible twist!

So, once you realize it, you may get bored for a bit, but

then they come and add another plot twist.

I had guessed what was really happening, but

they go into how she's associated with the guy who's missing.

Then you go, "Wait! I'd never do such a thing if I were her!"

Then, on the very last episode, there's yet another plot twist.

You completely lose your bearings and, after nine episodes or so, you're like,

"How could this be?"

The story is told so well, it's all tied up.

You start feeling desperate, 'cause she can't remember a thing.

There's a little bit of comic relief― one of the patients is a pyromaniac,

and he keeps bugging her to ask her husband to smuggle some matches,

'cause he misses the smell the fire and sulfur.

He helps her out remembering a few things.

There's some comic relief, but not that much, 'cause this show is indeed very tense.

But the story is well told.

I watched it dubbed in Portuguese

―one of those times I'm doing admin work and have it going on the tablet.

It was great, but there were two things that bugged me a little...

If you stop to think about it, there probably aren't many Flemish to Portuguese translators out there.

I think they used English as a bridge: Flemish-English-Portuguese.

There's that classic example of a word that not everybody can quite nail.

It stood out while I was watching it, and I suspect it was translated from English.

It was, "Alô? Alô?" for "Hello?" But there wasn't anyone on the phone.

She's worried her grandpa's old house is haunted.

She hears some noise, gets scared, comes down the stairs and says, "Hello?"

It shouldn't have been "Alô?" It should've been "Oi? Olá?" as in "Anybody there?"

Maybe whoever translated it for the dubbed version didn't have access to that particular scene.

I don't know. I have no idea.

But I was thinking about it ―my translator's brain never shuts off...

Maybe they used "Alô?" without a phone

'cause it was going from English to Portuguese.

Another sentence sounded weird and didn't quite fit the context.

It was when she was angry and frustrated after her daughter misbehaved,

so she said something like... How did it go?

"Eu senti como se eu jogasse ela escada abaixo."

Something to that degree.

I could understand that she was so mad and frustrated with her daughter

she felt like throwing the girl down the stairs.

But, right away, I heard the English behind the dubbed version in Portuguese.

In English, it was probably "I felt like throwing her down the stairs."

So, translating "felt like" as "eu senti como"...

I don't know... It hurt my ears. It didn't make much sense.

Knowing what has probably behind it in English, I could understand that she

"felt like" throwing her daughter down the stairs because the girl was acting up.

She was feeling bad, frustrated, because she wanted to kill her own daughter.

So, these were the two things that stood out in the dubbed version in Portuguese.

It sounded too English, because maybe it was used as a bridge language

between Flemish and Portuguese.

Maybe it was hard to find a translator who could work directly from one language into another.

Apart from that, it was cool to see this one joke that seems to work in any language.

She's worried that there may be ghosts in the house, so two mediums show up

to try and make contact with the spirit.

There a woman at the door and she asks, "Are you mediums?"

And the woman replies: "Yes, we are. But, as you can see, I wear extra large."

It's super silly, but you can see that it was probably the original joke in Flemish

that worked in English with "medium" and "extra large"

and it fit perfectly in Portuguese with "médio" and "extra grande."

It was cool to see this joke that probably works in several languages.

I highly recommend this series, it's called "Tabula Rasa"

and it reminded me of that other series, "Legion."

I don't know if you guys watched it, but it just came back for a second season.

It's about a Marvel superhero.

He's also at a psychiatric hospital―at a nuthouse.

We don't know what's real. Does he have mental problems?

Or is there someone trying to take advantage of his powers?

It's a very cool show called "Legion," and I don't even know if it's being aired in Brazil.

I'd like to recommend it as well.

It also reminded me of a movie that is coming out, and it's called "Unsane."

It's directed by Steven Soderbergh, starring Claire Foy, who played the Queen of England in "The Crown."

Same thing: Is someone following her? She ends up at a psychiatric hospital.

Is she crazy or is there really a guy following her?

It felt like the story was kinda similar.

You don't know whether the character really has psychiatric issues

or if she seems crazy because of the circumstances she's in.

And, since the woman was taking notes to try to remember,

to find out where the guy disappeared to,

it reminded me of that Guy Pearce movie ―I can't remember the name now... [MEMENTO!]

It came out in the turn of the millennium...

He used to tattoo himself, so he could remember what had happened.

I really like psychological thrillers like that, because they're nail-bitters.

I think I watched in a single day... [It is binge worthy]

I didn't have much to translate, just "manual work,"

fixing some files, formatting some pages... So I had the show going on the tablet,

and I "consumed" the whole thing overnight,

I watched all episodes within 24 hours and finished it all up.

It's really good and I highly recommend it.

It has Portuguese subtitles and a dubbed version as well.

And if any of you speaks Flemish ―not talking about the soccer team―

and can clarify this thing about "Alô?"

and "senti como jogando a minha filha escada abaixo"

leave a comment here and let me know.

If you watched it in English, too.

Maybe I'll check out the English subtitles if my husband wants to watch it too.

Anyway, very good show, the story is great.

I wanna see if you guys will guess what's going on,

and whether you could foresee the two plot twists coming up towards the end of the show.

See you next time!

Hello youtube this is richard founder short-term rental university and Airbnb

super host the g-man's chillin by the world-famous antlers and today's

message is really one about giving yourself the opportunity to like not be

an expert and becoming an expert

so let me give you a couple of examples I think many people have good ideas and

then they don't pursue them because they don't have enough knowledge or they

don't think that they're you know ready or equipped to do some of the stuff but

who says so why like try it so the first business I started as an

entrepreneur is brilliant transportation I knew nothing about transportation or

logistics or compliance or legal or Department of Transportation but I was a

client and I thought I could do it better and so I started a big company

brilliant transportation we continue to run it today this YouTube channel we

don't want Charles and I started talk about it I wasn't even really

knowledgeable about how important YouTube was but we wanted to try and so

he started and we've done that I started a software company that's still up and

running I don't know how to code a single thing but my man hardik he's the

guy so all I had to do is Express to him hey wouldn't it be cool if we could do

this and that and automate it all and so hardik made that a reality and all I

really want to do is encourage people to try something in fact back in the studio

and right next door is the new crypto mind I've got guys there doing

networking and creating these rigs I'm not a crypto expert I have traded

professionally and so I'm a good trader and I've made a lot of money trading

crypto but now I want to like learn more I want to see how you actually crack the

algorithms to get paid in crypto and so I'm starting a mining operation is it

gonna be successful I mean I sure think so I'd like to think so but there's many

more people far more knowledgeable about crypto and mining and networking and

computers than me but that doesn't stop me from trying and I just want to learn

right so the message of today's thoughts are give yourself the opportunity to

learn and the pursuit of learning is enough for me to get started and I hope

it's enough for you and if you fail that's cool just learn from it

don't make the same mistake twice I hope you found this interesting in the

meantime I'm gonna ask you to subscribe to the channel go ahead and click on the

little bell alert so that you get notified and like the video leave your

Sometimes Things are Just Harder than You Expected Them to Be - Duration: 5:07.

Hey, this is the daily overpass, my name is Eric and I make apps! Now today, let's

talk about how sometimes, things are just harder than you expected they'd be!

Okay, so today I'm coming to you from the car, obviously. I just had a client

meeting this morning which went really well, it was about an hour's

drive from the office. It went well. I think we're gonna get that project but

it won't start for another month or two. But it was it was a nice drive and a lot

of the times when I go out, I think "Oh good, I could do the video from

outside somewhere, and I'm constantly looking for a field or someplace scenic

with not a lot of traffic, and I just couldn't find any place today. So,

I thought I would stop at a services and just talk to you guys here. So I hope

you don't mind being stuck in the car today. Anyway, a

couple of days ago this channel reached 8,000 subscribers, right.

So you guys have said over and over again, "I don't know why you keep doing it,

you don't get a lot of views". You guys send me emails with tips

and things I could do to improve upon, which I really appreciate but

to me, eight thousand subscribers seems like a lot! You know, it was

like a nice milestone - it seems like we got from 7,000 to 8,000 a lot faster than we got

from 6,000 to 7,000. So, the ball is moving forward, although

things generally move as fast as you like. Last year when I started

doing it on a daily basis - I don't know if I should tell you this - but I

started doing it on a daily basis and I thought "You know what my goal for the end of the year

would be to get 10,000 subscribers on the channel", right! That would be my

goal. But I didn't really do anything towards that goal. I didn't take out any

ads, I didn't do anything like that, I just thought if we start doing more

content, we should get to 10,000 and of course, we didn't.

Now we're at April the following year and we're still at 8,000, so things just

generally move slower than you expect them to. Which is very similar to how

the app market works. A lot of the times when we release our apps to the app

market, we have three different sets of expectations. We have wildest

dreams expectations, so like million downloads overnight, you

know, that's wildest dreams. If this thing just catches fire, if this thing goes

viral, all that kind of stuff. Then we got our other expectations, like I expect to

make maybe a thousand downloads a day.

And you got conservatives. Worst case scenario - a hundred downloads a day. And then

you release it, and it's worse than your conservative estimate. But it's always

trying to move the ball forward. If you've ever read the 10x rule by Grant

Cardone, which is probably one of my favorite books at the moment, I've read

it several times. This is one of the ones that I've read more than once and

I listen to the audio book a lot too. This is one of the ones where I

have the audio book on audible and I have the book and, you know, a lot of

times I'll just pick it up and read it for a

bit of motivation. And one of the things he says in the book is that you should

set your goals ten times higher than you think they should be,

because things are going to be 10 times harder than you expect them to be.

Every time you have these conservative estimates and you think, oh

everything should work out, things move a lot slower much of the time than

you expect them to. Things are harder than you expect them to be and you just

have to roll with those punches. A lot of times when people email me,

they tell me that they're not getting any downloads, I have to qualify

it with: "Are you not getting ANY downloads? Are you not getting as many as

you like? Is it growing on a daily basis or is it stagnant? Did you get one a week

ago and none since? Or, are you actually working to try to

get those up? Because it should be kind of a snowball thing, you know,

it's like pushing the boulder. It''s hard at first, but after a while it

starts getting easier and easier and easier as things start to to grow little

by little, which I think that's just how everything goes. we live

in such a crowded world where there's so many applications buying for your

attention, so many apps on the app market that you have to work to get yours out

there and to just work harder than anybody else.

I mean, trying to examine the keywords, get the back links out there, you

know, tweak things here and there, put out little advertisements,

try to get people into it, try to get those reviews. Beg and just beg on

your knees for the reviews! "Please leave a review on this app!", because that makes

a huge difference. And then responding to all the reviews with keywords and

everything like that - it's a lot more work than we think it will be but

things just move slower than we expect sometimes, and I think

that's just the way things are. So anyway, today I just want to say thanks

everybody for subscribing. Those of you who just joined us and for those of you,

especially for those of you, who've been with us for such a long time. I love

reading the comments every day, I learned so much from you guys and I really

appreciate it. Anyway, that's it for today, I'll talk to

you tomorrow!

New Yorkers Terrified Of 'Creepy Infiltration' Coming To Their City, Issue Immediate Order To Take A - Duration: 5:14.

New Yorkers Terrified Of 'Creepy Infiltration' Coming To Their City, Issue Immediate Order

To Take Action Now.

Sice President Donald Trump took office a little over a year ago, he has done an amazing

job reversing a lot of what Obama has ruined.

Those reversals range from deregulation to how we deal with rogue nations like Syria.

However, now, New Yorkers are feeling "threatened" over what they describe as a "creepy infiltration"

coming to the Big Apple caused by Trump.

One thing that hasn't change and even might have worsened with Trump as our stalwart leader,

is the sentiment towards Christians.

Barack Obama made it clear throughout his presidency that he was more interested in

Muslim values than Christian values.

He seemed to have a disdain for Christians.

Because President Trump and Vice President Pence ran there to campaign on bringing Christ

back to the Oval Office, the left has deepened its hate for conservative values.

This week Breitbart wrote, The April 13 article by Dan Piepenbring, ominously titled "Chick-fil-A's

Creepy Infiltration of New York City," reads like old Ku Klux Klan propaganda against Catholics,

Jews, and blacks.

It is evident from the first line through the last that the only thing that disturbs

Mr. Piepenbring about the restaurant chain is the overt Christian faith of its owners.

Apparently unaware of just how bigoted his essay sounds, Piepenbring offers as evidence

of Chick-fil-A's "creepiness" that its corporate headquarters in Atlanta "is adorned

with Bible verses and a statue of Jesus washing a disciple's feet.

Its stores close on Sundays. It makes one shudder just to imagine it.

Mr. Piepenbring suggests, moreover, that there may be a sinister, "ulterior motive" behind

the restaurant's work, other than just selling chicken sandwiches, and it has to do with

the G-word.

"The restaurant's corporate purpose still begins with the words 'to glorify God,'

and that proselytism thrums below the surface of the Fulton Street restaurant, which has

the ersatz homespun ambiance of a megachurch," the essay announces in what is clearly meant

to be a frightening revelation.

As one observer has pointed out, the New Yorker would never dream of asking if Muslim- or

Jewish-owned businesses should be allowed to "join" the New York community, but

they believe it is perfectly acceptable to do so in the case of Christians.

Mr. Piepenbring has a particular issue with the Chick-fil-A "Cows," which serve as

the chain's unofficial mascots.

The omnipresent Cows, he states, have "remained one of the most popular, and most morbid,

advertising campaigns in fast-food history," due in part to their mantra of "eat mor

chikin."

What Piepenbring apparently finds to be "morbid" about the cows is their willingness to suggest

that humans consume a fellow farm animal.

If this seems like a bit of a stretch, well, that's because it is, but this does not

deter Piepenbring in his quest to make readers believe there is something deeply troubling

about Chick-fil-A.

"It's worth asking why Americans fell in love with an ad in which one farm animal

begs us to kill another in its place," he writes.

"The joke is that the Cows are out of place in New York—a winking acknowledgment that

Chick-fil-A, too, does not quite belong here," he declares peremptorily.

Piepenbring notes that Chick-fil-A is set to become the third-largest fast-food chain

in the nation, behind only McDonald's and Starbucks.

While he seems to have no issue with these last two—which are motivated merely by a

desire for profits and market-share—there is something deeply wrong with a successful

company owned and run by devout Christians.

Despite the fact that the company donates thousands of pounds of food to New York Common

Pantry, Piepenbring adds, still, "There's something especially distasteful about Chick-fil-A,

which has sought to portray itself as better than other fast food: cleaner, gentler, and

more ethical, with its poultry slightly healthier than the mystery meat of burgers."

"Its politics, its décor, and its commercial-evangelical messaging are infected with this suburban

piety," he scowls.

In its latest ad campaigns, the New Yorker has adopted the slogan "Fighting fake stories

with real ones."

If unconcealed scorn for Christians is what passes nowadays for "real" journalism

at the magazine, then lo, how the mighty have fallen.

While what Piepenbring wrote is quite alarming, it has become the new norm.

The New Yorker is just one left-leaning publication that has taken aim at conservative values,

many others are following suit.

The fight for Christians is becoming quite real, as we saw this last week, Facebook is

taking aim at conservative pages on its platform.

Removing pages at an alarming rate while pages from the left remain unfazed and thriving.

We all need to do our part to support conservative pages and businesses, let your voice be heard.

Besides, who doesn't love Chick-fil-a's amazing chicken?

what do you think about this?

Zero waste travelling - My luggage - Duration: 6:36.

Following Stéphanie's backpack essentials video,

for when you're on-the-go

We now wanted to show you what we pack in our luggage

because..

because

the more we traveled, the more we realized

that we packed a lot, but that

we ended up wearing the same things and I know that you guys do the same!

So depending on where it is you are

travelling to, the season, the weather

You luggage content will obviously vary. But here are a few of our tips.

Because we're leaving for California!!

So! What

we've found is most convenient are these bags.

The large bulk bags. They easily divide your clothes.

you can add your underwear to the bag.

And what I usually do when travelling, is to then

add the dirty laundry to this bag!

Which allows somewhat of a an ...

... a bit more organisation to your luggage

Yes, to the luggage.

Then, when it comes to choosing our clothes. We usually prioritize

solid colour clothes.

This way,

you can, mix and match with more pieces

Just keep it neutral. What you'll want is to create combinations

The basics:

A pair of pants:

Black or a pair of jeans if the weather

is similar to what we have here...in Québec...!

Now obviously if you are going to the beach, it's not the same kind of clothes.

But the concept stays the same.

You won't need 5 different bathing suits. You'll end up wearing the same one anyways.

So go ahead and plan all the activities you'll be doing.

the kind of weather you'll be facing and then adapt!

So if you're going hiking,

you'll need your running shoes, also make sure

you bring all your quality clothes. Some that breathe well,

Like this little coat,

haha!

This little coat, it's good for winter, it's a windbreaker,

it's also waterproof and it's great

for when it's a bit warmer. Its versatile and that's what I like to bring along with me.

Something that can be all-season clothing. It's very light!

It can be rolled up! It doesn't take up much room

So that's pretty much it for your clothing options Just always think of how to use each item.

Natural fibres, such as linen are

also a great option because they won't wrinkle as much, since let's face it

they always end up being wrinkled in our luggage.

and you don't want to spend your holidays ironing!

(not that we often do it here either!!)

So yep, just go with fabric that breathes well

and also

you can always roll up your clothes instead of folding them.

It will take up less space in the luggage, and won't wrinkle as much!

So, that was all about the clothes.

When it comes to all your beauty products, we've put them in a bulk bag as well.

So.

Basically,

the fewer the better! We try to find

products that can do many things.

Come on show us what you've got!

So obviously we have the deodorant,

and depending on who you are travelling with. Like for us, Laurie will be there and my boyfriend as well

So, ok I'll speak for my boyfriend and I because we won't be sharing the deodorant with Laurie!

So let's say for a couple who travels.

We only bring one for both. No need for an Old spice for man and then a peachy smell for woman.

So just one, for both.

Same thing, not for toothpaste,

euhm I mean not for the toothbrush!

you can bring two toothbrushes!

But same thing for the toothpaste. Since

we are travelling together, well I'm bringing the toothpaste for everybody.

Same thing goes for shampoo and body soap.

Just make a list of who brings what.

Then you don't end up with 4 bottles of shampoo.

You get more space in your luggage and it's lighter to travel with.

It's actually what makes luggage so heavy most of the time, all beauty products

make-up and such. There was a time when we both used to

go to the pharmacy to buy all the travel-size products.

Yes they are so cute!

So attractive!

But you just don't need them!

So, ok I have one like this, but I fill it up.

So it's not a brand of any kind.

I fill it up with whatever I want at that time. It's currently filled with shampoo (bulk)

Same goes for this, this was a face cream jar that I had

and I use it for my toothpaste.

Then I have my contact lenses, because I wear them

and I have my travel size here, that I've been refilling from my larger bottle.

This is my cleansing oil,

which also doubles as a make-up remover

it's also a great hydrating agent, I use it a as a night-time hydrating lotion.

You're right, see I have my face cream, but I could also only bring my jojoba oil here and it would do both.

Much simpler this way.

We brought lavender essential oil, that we chose,

it's very hard to only choose one!

We chose the lavender one. Why Lau?

Because it's a great way to relax

before you go to bed, you can also use it on bug bites to soothe, or

on burns to heal and help with the inflammation.

It a very versatile essential oil that I really enjoy using.

The razor that we talked about in our bathroom video.

And for make-up, I usually bring a concealer,

mascara and for

the cheeks, that isn't essential, I'm bringing it,

but honestly it's truly not an essential for me.

I bring the blush, that was mentionned in the bathroom video as well.

and finally, tweezers!

here

I've packed a facecloth because, maybe sometimes there aren't any in the hotel.

sometimes. maybe. to remove your make-up!

Anyhow, I've used it to pack my soap.

Obviously, always have a bag on you to run your errands

because we go do groceries when we travel

then we spend less in restaurants.

That's a good point! We always try to rent and Air BnB or an apartment

because then we have access to a kitchen

and we can save a lot of money this way.

It's also easier to eat healthier this way.

So a market bag is a must, in the luggage,

very important to have handy, and it's discrete.

Plus if you go to the beach, this bag is

really perfect for that as well, it's can adapt to your every need.

and it can be washed. yes, exactly, it's easily washed.

So yep, just make sure you choose items that are light.

don't be afraid to use a smaller suitcase you'll see that

eventually you don't need that much.

Try and pack only one suitcase per couple.

Now that you sometimes you have to pay for your luggage at the airport

So try one suitcase for 2 people

or a smaller suitcase for 1 person.

So, happy travels!

and have fun!

Change Your Name 3RD Time In Any Supercell Game's New 2018 Name Changing Guild 100% Working GiveATry - Duration: 6:04.

Hey guys what's going on welcome back to my channel my name is Tejarebel and in this video

I'm going to explain you how to change your name more than three or four times in any

supercell games and guys

I am telling this because you guys know that I am NOT going to tell you anything without testing it, okay?

I changed my name four times in clash royale, and I changed my name

three times in clash of clans okay, let me tell you my story and

You guys have to follow the same thing but with the difference early you have to request them and those guys with over the do

Let's get started with the video and guys first of all let me tell you my story what I did to change my name

Okay, first of all I kept my name asked a giant class real and my second name was jr.

Brock has lost cause I love Brooklyn slow in WWE so kept my name as junior Brock class flow and

Time passed up, and I made a YouTube channel

and I have around 1.5 k subscribers at that time and

everyone kept asking me why your account was not in your name and keep they'll keep asking so to avert that I

Want to change my name and I made up a story

and

This is the reason guys might have changed my name. This is the reason why they allowed me to change my name, okay?

Let me clear here guys. Go to settings and help and support and top right corner there will be a search option, okay?

type name changing and an

Option is going to come click it and an article is going to complicate there won't be some articles and everything just scroll up

Completely, I mean scroll down completely and other end of the page you just going to find

Does it help you and you snap no when you tap know?

This is a mess is people going to pop up, and then you realize how to request

Supercell to change your name. This is the process guys okay?

Don't forget it ok and now let me tell you what is my story to change my name

I made up a story. I said to supercell. There's supercell. I want to change my name third time and

After 24 hours, they replied me like ok

They said we are good to call you as a junior broadcaster

But can you tell me the reason why you want to change your name?

and

I said them and also they said only two times you can change your name and third time more than two times

It was not possible

I said I made pastori as I said I said them guys Junior brockless law I kept it as my passion at the time

But like ice were battling with me in online and I don't know what's happening

they were coming to my can and they're abusing me and

Everything even so in my clan remember something don't like me so I don't want to get anything

Between my clan members and everything so I want to change my name and like offer two months guys after two months

They give me a chance to change my name third time, and I kept my name as there's a rebel, and I forgot to type

YouTube then that's it dumbest thing guys I did and all next minute I

Requested them again, and they didn't reply me

I

I knew they were not going to reply me because they just give me a chance to change my name third time

And how they're going to reply me

And then I come up with an another idea all you need was creativity guys. I shown them

This is my youtube channel at the time

I have like 3 to 4 K subscribers between and I send them my

Youtube channel link and I send them a screenshot of my channel and I ask for them guys

This is my channel name

This is my channel name dishonourable, but I want to change my name as desirable YT, but unfortunately

I kept my name as desirable and I typed sale. It's a dumbass mistake

I have but then I know that I agree with that, but I want to change my name again only this last time and

They replayed me or next minute. They reply me we give you that chance to change your name

des and you misused it, and now we are not going to give you another chance because it's against our rules and dick and

Didn't replied me again. I rather like to end off months

And I didn't I didn't request them and then they replied neither

Okay, there's a you're really a valuable player to us

And we are not going to ignore you anymore your patience and everything was going to content

And now we are going to give you an another chance this is last chance on

That's how it happened guys. You need to make a story

They'd give me chance like four times to change my name and of course if you have a great with thinking you can do anything

I'm going to give you a story use as you like and if you want to add anything more you guys can add anymore

that's what I said guys creativity and tell him this I

Want to change my name third time, that's it and then they will replace you in 24 house

And then you need to post them your story ok don't tell them it story ok. It is real life

It happened ok tell them my best changing my name without my permission

we he know that I didn't like that name so he took the advantage and he kept that name as it and

Right now. I can't I can't even open my game. I'm being so

Disgusting and I'm not even interested in gaming no more. It was feeling it was irritating me

I want to play the game, but I can't play the game

I want to play battle second-ever I can win the battles because the name when even so when I'm playing the advance I realize that

My name was this

I'm feeling so irritated, and I'm losing the battle and I'm feeling so angry don't use this verse guys, please

I'm requesting don't use these two words. Yes, then so can you allow me to change my name there?

You go guys this show you this have to tell them and then

It's not to them you guys done your part and soap cell will take care about it

And this is how you guys can change your name a lot of times never guys. I'm gonna double switch right now

Please - leave a like subscribe and say difference opening consequence faster and GD fight this shit, and that's it for like Isis meetings

I've been sending off good luck and good night. See natural guys peace

Technique to Lengthen and Mobilize the Wrist Flexors - Duration: 4:52.

yo what's up its Coach E here from precision movement and today I've got a

four-way wrist flexor stretch for you okay I say stretch in quotes because

it's not really a stretch but it's an exercise that's gonna build strength as

well as mobility okay so if you're looking to mobilize the wrist flexors in

to lengthen the wrist flexors then we're gonna use this technique and the

technique I actually call it the wrist extended flare era sequence and

this technique is from a course that I've released called upper limb control

that's all about fixing up and improving the wrists hands fingers forearms and

the elbows so got any problems like golfer's elbow tennis elbow sprained

wrists that haven't recovered fully then check out this course and I'll throw a

link to the course at the end of the video where you can learn more okay so

anyway without further ado let's get to you the technique

in this video we're going to go through the extended flare era sequence so you

era stands for end range activation and this is to develop strengthen all of

the muscles that control a range of motion specifically the end range of

motion okay so it's the stabilizers the prime movers

the synergists the antagonists all the muscles of an end range that can have

any influence at that end range okay so let me show you what's going on this is

the extended flare so extended flare Ike a wrist extension flared fingers era

sequence so you can start I'll break it down after I show you a quick demo

okay so that's one cycle obviously you can't really see what I'm doing there so

I just wanted to give you that visualization so we get that aspect of

the brain working where you're picturing what to do and thinking about what to do

now I'm going to tell you what to do so

extended Flair we're gonna start with the elbow at 90 degrees extend the wrist

and flare the fingers okay so you might have one like my pinky finger on this

side is always a little more problematic to you straighten out so you might have

to focus in one area more so than others okay so we're in extended flair now the

end range activation sequence first we're going to hit the muscles that move

us into that range which are the wrist extensors okay so I'm going to push down

right kind of on the the middle metacarpal on the dorsal aspect of the

middle metacarpal and a push down and hold for five seconds not allowing

anything to change so what's going to happen is you're going to feel a lot of

burning in this area okay so you do five seconds and then we go to the muscles

that get me out of that range so the flexors, the wrist flexors so we're

here we push down, so in that end range we're working so far the extensors

the flexors so five seconds there and then we go radial deviator so I'm

pushing to the side so I'm trying to push my wrist that way okay I'm trying

to push it that way but I'm resisting that force so I'm here I'm going to push

to the side and resist that force so this is going to fire up the radial

deviaters, five seconds there and then on our deviaters for five

seconds okay so that way we're basically working all of the muscles in a 360

degree around the wrist so that all those muscles have strength and control

at this end range and that is the best way to improve that end range okay so

other exercises we focus on mobilizing and phase one of upper limb we focus on

mobilizing into extension now we're locking in that end range

any gains that we made in mobility in terms of extension now we can lock those

in by strengthening all the muscles around that joint okay so that's the

extended flare era sequence this is going to really help you to lock in that

end range so that we have not only range of motion but range of control
