Welcome to your Wonderful Shave Of The Day! Hey Eric here with Adventures In
Wet Shaving and welcome back it's good to see you My One Word is #Heart and I
put my heart into everything I do if you're interested learning how to

we honed up the other day on my ILR yeah and it is hollow ground not expensive
Chinese razor but it will hold an edge so that's cool
and for a soap tonight Sterling Soap Company and this is Black Cherry this is
the most wonderful kind of sweet black cherry scent that I have ever found
really enjoy it now I have had that puck blooming so we're going to pour off that
bloom water and put it on as a pre-shave yeah that's what I do keep that beard
hydrated and oh oh what a wonderful scent
yeah I like that I do yeah this always reminds me I actually come from Oklahoma
so this reminds me of Sonic which I always like to get if I can find a Sonic
always like to get a Sweet Cherry Limeade yeah doesn't happen often but
when I can I will yeah for a brush tonight my Semogue
Owners Club and that is boar hair this is cherry wood in that beautiful yeah now
we're gonna get that brush loaded up alright so it is hump day yeah midweek
shave oh yeah hopefully you're having a good week and you're doing okay work is
good yeah and you're in high spirits yeah and
the world's treating you well yeah hopefully you're healthy for that matter
yeah that is always a good thing you know you can't really over rate
health without that that's pretty rough so yeah hopefully like I say you're
doing well and we have got the weekend right around the corner yeah I'm looking
forward to this weekend it'll be a good one I think I don't know about the
weather but it'll be good it'll be fine yep and I'll get to spend
some time with my family and mainly my wife actually so that would be good
normally we have other things going on and things like that but this weekend
it's going to be more of just my wife and I which I think it's going to be
fine I do yeah so now I just cleaned up
around that bowl we're gonna put that excess on there we go like you say
again wonderful scent it is so nice and this is at a tallow base soap so
if you like tallow this is a good one oh yeah you get to check that out yeah I
think we are fine I do do I think we're fine all right
we'll just paint that on and then we'll work it out yeah nice now I want to

oh yeah check that out nice this is smooth shaver then ILR puts a really nice edge on a blade

oh yeah that's nice and that's a buttery smooth edge I'm
telling you very nice edge on this razor ya
the ILR think puts a really decent edge on a blade
there we go pass one complete yeah nice okay let's get that washed off we
don't see how we did I think it's good oh yeah
well that is good yes it is oh very nice and comfortable just
smooth buttery smooth alright now go a head get our lather on yep now along with My One Word

which is mainly going to be against the grain on my cheeks here like this here
is going to be kind of a mixed bag of across and against in here it's going to
be against so let's do this

there we go stitching up that handle
nice oh yeah now get that cleaned off yeah we're gonna switch hands get this
other side
oh yeah sweet razor this is a nice one and got a nice buttery feel is
still keen but it's a soft I don't know if that's up rightly say a soft kind of
velvety buttery feel
kind of a creamy buttery soft but yet keen this razor is a nice nice keen edge
but yet very comfortable with that ILR edge on it oh there we go
nice yeah those cheeks are right where we want them looking good
oh yeah very nice and now let's go ahead and lather up this is the half
pass yep and see what we can do it yeah there we
go
kind of went a little crazy where on that cheek so this is the half pass and that is mainly
going to be against the grain on my jawline and my neck this is how I found
that this works the best for me so you can always try that and if you

okay now let's do this
oh yeah nice really good you know and just keep doing the same thing over and
over and you'll get muscle memory and this will be easy to do
Tip Of The Day: Just go slow and take it easy relax try to enjoy it because
that's what these shaves are for

alright another shave in the books yep and I felt like a really really good one
so let's find out how we did I think it's going to be really good
oh yeah yes and it does not disappoint that's not nice yeah hopefully you're
getting some really good shaves as well

next up Thayers Lavender witch hazel yeah this is a nice one I really do
enjoy this one this is one of one of the good ones far as flavors go oh yeah mmm
oh yeah that's nice yeah I just put that everywhere can't go
wrong with with this Thayers no that's good for the skin I think it probably good
for everything yep and for a cologney thing tonight we are
doing Clubman Pinuad Clubman Musk oh yeah again this is kind of a sweeter scent
and I like it I do
mmm that's good that's good that's gonna go well
that will go level with this and we're gonna top this shave off with Nivea post
shave balm yep there we go a little dab will do you yeah put that on and again put that pretty
