In one room there is a wall that you can put to separate the space, in case if in team staff they have women.
Recovery room has amazing facilities.
The Locker Room allows up to 340 lucky fans to watch players warm up pre-game. After the match they can observe press-conference and interviews.
From this tunnel the players come out, the most curious thing is that there we have the privileged guests who can see how the players goes to the field.
There are only three stadiums in the world that have the same system, this, one from the United States and the new Tottenham stadium that is under construction.
Two super screens, 15,000 LED lighting system the biggest of its kind in the world, with the capability to project team colours onto the stadium's roof.
From the Coach room you can hear coach's instructions.
In VIP zone of the stadium the chairs goes up automatically.
TV and radio boxes.
Over 1,000 TV screens are strategically located throughout the interior of the Stadium so fans never miss the action.
The best view of Perth and Swan River opens from the 5 level of the stadium.
And when the night comes, the show begins.

VGATW Reviews - Black Lightning Season 1 Overall Review - Duration: 6:18.
Well people, this is it!
I gotta say that the show has it's pros and cons, but overall I enjoyed most of it folks.
Tonight's episode was pretty memorable, although there are some things that I didn't like about
it which we are going to talk about in this review of not only the final episode of season
1, but also the entire season as well.
We will discuss the good, the bad and certain realistic messages that will make you either
cringe or realize the positivity of it.
Of course, throughout watching the show certain things gave me a cringe, some I agreed while
others annoyed me.
But enough of that, let's start talking about the episode and the season.
Also let me give you a spoiler alert warning.
If you haven't seen the show, watch the whole thing and we will talk about it.
STORY It all begins in the city of Freeland, a city
suffering gang violence caused by The 100 gang led by a corrupt former politician and
now crime boss, Tobias Whale.
Jefferson Pierce is a principal ensuring that his students do not go down the wrong path
and encouraging to be somebody, not a thug or a drug dealer.
However, it's proven he could not escape his fate as Black Lightning.
He returned to take back his mantle, and faced tough challenges not only against Tobias Whale
and The 100, but also metahumans and a secret organization experementing with kids.
His eldest daughter Anissa is very vocal against The 100 as well as how POCs are treated by
the cops.
She later discovers her powers.
Then, Jennifer discovered that she also had them as well.
And now, THE SHOWDOWN – The aftermath of the showdown with Black Lightning leaves everyone
reeling.
Meanwhile, Tobias gathers his forces THE BAD
The bad aspect of this show is how it has some sort of SJW message in it.
For example, in episode 6 there's this reference to removing statues of Confederate generals
because it offends people.
I might get a lot of heat for saying this but removing historical statues to make your
self feel better and less offended is analogous to being bitchy and whiny and not to forget
that destroying history to make yourself feel better is wrong.
When you erase history, you are doomed to repeating it.
Also, that episode makes a reference to that protest where an Antifa member got run over.
And one of the main antagonists saying the same slogan that the one running things right
now said.
I'm actually sick and tired of political propaganda in TV shows, movies, comics and more.
I hope in some way they cool it with the politics next season, but I cannot guarantee that will
happen.
What creeped me out is the pimping of children by the character of Lala.
That's exactly very cringing in so many ways.
THE GOOD Despite being a political propaganda in some
episodes, at least they did pretty good with realism in certain things that I can agree
on.
Like for example, police brutality.
In the first episode you see what happens when Jefferson is pulled over by the cops
and in many episodes you see how some cops are honest, while others can be bad and working
for the bad guys.
Now, I for one am outraged whenever there is police brutality against black people,
and it has to be addressed.
What I am about to say however might get me some heat too.
Does it anger me when cops brutalize non-POCs?
Yes it does.
Because anyone can be a victim of such a thing.
White, black, Hispanic, Indian and Asian, males and females.
Not to mention that gang violence should be an issue that has to be addressed.
Because it's not only police brutality that needs to be dealt with but also crimes against
each other and other people as well.
Enough with the realism, let's go to the rest.
The character development of the heroes, allies and villains were very well done.
I gotta give Berlanti and Akil credit for such a well written show.
The stunts, the choreography were pretty phenomenal in so many ways.
Even though it's not part of the Arrowverse, it's still a good show.
Now, I also read that this show might give Static Shock his own live-action debut.
Hopefully they'll make a show about him and live up to the spirit of the cartoon series
in many ways.
Static Shock had realism and dealt with issues such as racism, bullying, gun violence, etc.
CONCLUSION The show had it's cringe worthy moments as
well as it's good ones.
The season finale was pretty well done and judging by what's gonna happen next season,
it would be something very intense to see.
My final score for Black Lightning Season 1 is an 8.5 out of 10.

REVEALED: Mass extinction crisis triggered expansion of dinosaurs
That's according to a study that sheds light on the origin of the giant prehistoric animals.
It's widely believed that dinosaurs were wiped out after an asteroid impact roughly 65 million years ago, although some theories suggest different causes led to their extinction.
However, a recent study looks into how dinosaurs came to exist in the first place.
Researchers at the University of Bristol claimed that a mass extinction event which occurred 232 million years ago is what gave rise to the dinosaurs.
In this study, researchers refer to this particular event as the Carnian Pluvial Episode, which enabled dinosaurs, that were at that time rare, to become diversified and become the largest predators of their time.
"The discovery of the existence of a link between the first diversification of dinosaurs and a global mass extinction is important," said study co-author Mike Benton.
"The extinction didn't just clear the way for the age of the dinosaurs, but also for the origins of many modern groups, including lizards, crocodiles, turtles, and mammals – key land animals today.".
"We were excited to see that the footprints and skeletons told the same story" Lead author According to the scientists, a series of volcanic eruptions triggered millions of years of extreme climate change, shifting from dry conditions to humid and back to dry again.
The experts analysed rocks located in an Italian mountain range known as the Dolomites.
A series of dinosaur footprints found in rock layers enabled the scientists to establish the point in time when dinosaurs became dominant.
The first substantial number of dinosaur skeletons originated in Argentina and Brazil.
The scientists compared their findings in Italy to the rock layers of these regions and confirmed that dinosaurs became prevalent in Argentina and Brazil at the same time, suggesting that the explosion happened globally.
"We were excited to see that the footprints and skeletons told the same story," said lead author Dr Massimo Bernardi.
"We had been studying the footprints in the Dolomites for some time, and it's amazing how clear cut the change from 'no dinosaurs' to 'all dinosaurs' was." While there were some dinosaurs present in the early Triassic Period 245 million years ago, they were rare until after the Carnian Pluvial Episode 13 million years later.

Brazilian Coconut Tips and Tricks - Duration: 5:12.
It's a fresh Monday morning and we just dropped the kids off at school. We're
headed down to the commercial district to buy some fresh coconuts. We are
Americans. We have five kids. We've lived in Salvador Bahia Brazil for six months.
We came here to open up a trampoline park. We love living in a tropical place
where you can get coconut water everywhere. Where it's in
abundance. You can find it on street corners, grocery stores, restaurants. It's
amazing. Okay so we're here at the supply depot. This is kind of the main area
where you can buy them in bulk. You can buy them at the grocery store
but this is the cheapest way to do it. Some of the tips you want to look for
when you buy coconuts are the weight.
Also you really want to buy round coconuts.
Some of them are more oblong but you want to buy the round ones
because they have more juice in them. Also you realy want to buy them with this
little nub part on them.
It's really good to buy them with the branch with the nub on them
because then they don't go bad. They last a lot longer if this part is still on them.
You want to make sure it's okay if the outside is bruised.
you want to make sure there's no big hack marks or chop marks in them.
We asked these nice Brazileiros to chop the tops off of
some of our coconuts for easy puncturing later.
Brazil is one of the top producers of coconuts.
producing over 3 million tons of coconuts each year. We like to go right to the source
and buy them in bulk. Here it's only R$1.00 a piece. Which is about US$0.30 cents in u.s. money

This is great if you don't want to deal with carting home heavy coconuts.
We are back home. We ran a few errands. Now we are back and unloaded our coconuts.
I'm going to show you how to actually puncture one of these. They're nature's
sports drink. They're super healthy for you. They are clean, fresh but more
importantly they have tons of electrolytes, potassium, magnesium.
They're super healthy after you workout but also when you're sick.
Since we have five kids we've been adjusting to Brazil food and Brazil
germs and so we've had some tummy aches. I run right to the store and get a
coconut. It's very soothing, it's good for the tummy and it's really healthy for
you. So I would recommend coconut water. Is it okay to drink pink coconut water??
That was a question I had and I know a lot of people have that same question.
When you see fresh coconut water in the stores that's been bottled and it starts
to turn pink. I used to think that it was bad and you shouldn't drink it but my
research says that it just is oxidized. Like when you slice open an apple and it
turns brown on the countertop after a while. That's the same when coconut water
is exposed to light and oxygen. It starts to turn pink. It also does get a more
robust flavor. When I tasted pink coconut water I didn't really like the
taste. I would recommend drinking it as fresh
as possible right from the coconut. Here are some tools you might already have in
your kitchen. A serrated or paring knife can be used to open the coconut. I
recommend using a little coconut drill that can be purchased on Amazon.
Sometimes you might need a funnel for pouring water into bottles or a strainer
for catching any possible wood chips if you don't have pre-cut coconuts
you can puncture through the side of the coconut because the sides are thinner
than the ends. Coconut water is great to blend with other juices, smoothies, soups
and with a little fresh squeezed lime. Depending on their size they produce
around 10 ounces of water. Young coconuts are flavorful, delicious, fresh and
healthy. Those are some of my coconut tips and tricks that I learned from the
