Youtube daily report w Apr 3 2018

What does a chip clip and a sand bucket have to do with Jesus' parables? Well,

you're about to find out... coming up next. This is the final video

for the three-part Parable Pouch series. I will link the other two videos in the

description box down below. If you would like to DIY your own Parable Pouch

then here are the 17 items that I would substitute for the original Parable

Pouch items. If you want the original Parable Pouch or

want to see what that's about then I will link that video in the

description box down below. While you are here, I hope that you will subscribe to

this channel. I post new content every Tuesday and Wednesday. Let's get into

today's video. For the water to wine Scripture I would substitute in one of

those drink bottles- you know what I'm talking about- that look like that are plastic

and have that fruity drink on the inside that looks like an actual barrel. I would

put one of those in. For the baptism of Jesus, I would use a seashell. For the

Good Samaritan, I would use bandage or band-aid. For the banquet, I would use a

regular paper plate. For Jesus feeds the 5000, I would use some fake bread or if

you know you're going to be using it right away use some real bread. For the

parable of the sower, I would just use a pack of seeds. For the Beatitudes, I would

use a small Bible, like in this one. For they "do not worry" scripture, I would use

a regular river rock. For the woman at the well, I would use a sand bucket or

this empty bucket that you can find at any old home-improvement store.

I would also use this bucket to put all of your stuff in. It's rather large.

I will link all of these supplies, if I can find where I got them from ,I will

link them in the description box down below. For jesus heals a paralyzed man, I

would use some rope. For the "ask seek knock" scripture, I would use a door handle or a

doorknob. For the last coin parable, I would use just a regular gold plastic

coin that you can find at the Dollar Tree. For "take up your cross" scripture, I would use

a hand cross. For wandering sheep parable, I would use a plastic sheep toy like this one.

For the Mary and Martha story, I would use a kitchen spoon. For "catch a fish" scripture, I

would use a toy fish. For Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead, I would use

a chip clip. Again, I would put all of these supplies in a large bucket, like

this one. What other items would you put in your DIY parable pouch? You have some

great ideas that you would love to share with the rest of us in this prayer

lights community post those in the comment section down below. I would love

to hear them. I post new content every Tuesday and Wednesday and I will see you

in the next video. thanks for watching! Bye! Baby girl

is my babbling is my six six month old baby. what was I saying'?

LightSail in the Clean Room - The Planetary Post with Robert Picardo - Duration: 5:20.

This is Robert Picardo and you're watching the Planetary Post.

Hi I'm Seth MacFarlane and I'm delighted to be hosting the Planetary Post this month--

Hey, Seth. We don't need you after all. We got Dr. Bruce Betts!

Alright. Whatever.

Hi I'm Bruce Betts. I'm here at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for the LightSail 2 Integration.

Now it's time to get dressed to go into the clean room. We're going into the clean room.

You have the wrong thing on your... This is what I saw in the cupboard.

Do I need to be wearing this? Why'd you tell me to wear this?

So LightSail 2 is the black box and the

P-POD deployer is the goldish metallic box with the spring

inside. LightSail 2 goes into the P-POD. You can actually see the big

spring inside the P-POD deployer device that's basically like a

jack-in-the-box, so they'll push the LightSail down into it and then they

released the doors in space the spring will push the LightSail off on its ride

in space. So the whole integration process of the spacecraft into the P-POD

takes a couple hours on average.

Well we're taking a break in integrating LightSail 2 so let me tell

you about a couple other projects we've got going. First, PlanetVac!

Planetary vacuum. A new system to sample planetary surfaces to get that dirt into

science instruments or back to earth and we are supporting Honeybee Robotics and

they're going to test it on a Masten Xodiac Rocket, a hovering rocket, in the

Mojave Desert. You can support PlanetVac! Help make it

happen learn more at planetary.org/planetvac.

2nd, we have just awarded our latest round of Gene Shoemaker Near Earth Object grants.

This is a true international effort where we're supporting observers around the world to

look at the skies to protect the Earth from impact. Learn more about our winners

and the program at planetary.org/neogrants. NEO grants.

Your life could depend on it! That was a little too intense! Cut that part!

Now it's time to get back to LightSail. Moment of truth. They're putting the LightSail 2 spacecraft

into the P-POD now.

So how did everything go? Is everything good - is everything nominal?

Nominal. So now it's a full contained box LightSail is nice and cozy inside. Aww.

I'm going to miss you. You're ready to go out there so... goodbye.

LightSail's integrated into the P-POD. How'd it go?

I went really well, pretty smoothly and everything fit like it's supposed to.

No hangups, no issues. LightSail's a good looking satellite, so I'm excited for it to launch.

So that's it. We are integrated into the P-POD. LightSail 2 is ready for its

next step to move on and the steps that will lead to launch.

Hey Bob, thanks for letting me host Planetary Post. It's been great, it's been a lot of fun.

I get to do this every month now right?

Bruce your performance was workman-like convincingly nerdy,

but I would call it nominal.

Yes, and what we want is phenomenal.

I mean, yes you are a doctor but... Dr. Who?

It's not like you're a television doctor. You know Seth isn't a doctor either but he he did have

the star quality. I'm coming back next week.

Oh, good luck with that.

Cheers

I SPANKED a CHICKEN! (Cookly - Chef Bagus, Kuta, Bali) | Alex & MJ - On the GO - Duration: 8:51.

Oh.

It's spicy.

Oh man.

Good morning! How's it going?

Today is a big day.

We're doing an activity. We're going to do a cooking class.

Yeah! Cookly is sending us! If you've never heard of Cookly

their basically the Airbnb of cooking schools around the World.

Basically it's a website, an app,

on which you can find and book cooking classes

around the World.

The big difference between Cookly and Airbnb is that the teachers are actual chefs.

They are real schools,

businesses. Not random people in their homes.

So we found a school near Canggu.

We're going to go meet Chef Bagus who is going to show us how to cook traditional Balinese food.

The only problem is that MJ is not a great cook.

People who know her know that she burns her toasts.

Yep.

So right now we're in a typical Balinesian market

and our guide is explaining to us how it works here, what they cook,

what types of ingredients they use

and how they prepare food.

Soon it'll be our turn to cook.

Did you see it? Did you see it?

There was a big rat.

Did you see it? Did you see it?

There was a big rat.

OK, i'm going to go that way.

I hate mice and rats.

They scare me and I find them disgusting.

When I see one, I jump on the nearest table like a 4 year old girl.

It's that simple.

But hey, it's part of life here. You got to appreciate them. They're our friends.

Good morning! - Good morning! MJ.

MJ! Alex?

Alex! - Nice to meet you!

That was a bad hand shake. Like this, like this and like this.

Ok thank you! This way please.

Alright, this is Bagus.

Bagus, you are a known chef here in Bali. What are we going to be doing today?

OK thank you! In our class we're going to do about 10 recipes today here.

There will always be one of the participants who comes in front to cook

and the rest of the group will read the recipe step by step, and tell their friend what they need to do.

Now, does MJ have to cook? Because she's not the best cook.

Of course! You don't have to be a professional here to do the cooking!

So you're going to learn a lot about our cooking

because in Bali, cooking is very very simple.

Once the spice recipe is done, the rest is very very simple.

So we're going to be doing the cooking class for how many hours?

4 hours.

4 hours of cooking, non stop?

Non stop cooking.

Do we have to say YES CHEF every time you give us an order?

Yes! Very good!

OK, I'm looking forward to it.

Look at this chick.

Did you just spank the chicken?

I spanked the chicken.

I need to spice it with pepper and salt but I don't know how I much I have to put.

This - Is - Perfect.

Johanna, you need to give a Bali massage to your meat.

Did you ever have a Bali massage?

Yes. - Can I show you?

You see, you're doing like this.

This is a Thai massage.

For a Bali massage, you have to squeeze very very hard.

That's why after a one hour Bali massage, you have to go to the hospital.

They squeeze very hard!

I'm about to make art.

It's like a fish pâté.

I have to put it on the stick like so

and I have to give it a shape so that it cooks well.

No? - It's ok! Almost!

I'm going to show you.

Look here.

You pinch with your thumb and then you roll.

I have to restart. My little temple wasn't big enough.

I'm a perfectionist so I hope

that it's going to be better this time.

It's a little chubby. A chubby temple.

Look at all this food!

It's a feast!

It's cool! I've got my little vegetarian portion and my own little barbecue.

I'm going to taste the chicken I spanked.

Honestly...

I think i'm going to have to give my compliments to the chef because it's fantastic!

Oh right, I'm the one who spiced it!

Really good Alex! This one is for you!

Thank you!

Thanks Alex!

Wow !

Me! Did you see? I got a cooking certificate!

Me!

He told me that, out of all the guys who participated in the last 26 classes,

I'm the one who did the best job of spicing the chicken.

Well that's why... - What?

What?

Don't say it.

Honestly, if you want to do a cooking class during your next trip,

we strongly suggest that you check out Cookly

as i'm sure you'll be able to find the perfect class for you!

We're very happy that we found chef Bagus!

He was super nice and funny

and the food was delicious!

A+ on all levels!

Congrats to Pascale Bérubé who wins this week's postcard on YouTube!

And congrats to Van Beaudin who wins this week's postcard on Facebook!

Send us a private message on Facebook or Instagram

and we'll send those out to you ASAP.

For the rest of you would like a chance to win one of next week's postcards, all you have to do

is like this video

and answer our weekly question in the comments below:

Which country would you like to do a cooking class in?

That's it! Easy!

Alright, see you next time, ciao! Cya!

Happy birthday Alex... - You're doing like I did.

I have to! - You're copying me.

Except you're not giving me a laptop. You're giving me a bag.

Yep.

It's a nice bag, thanks!

Look inside! That's just the wrapping.

Hey good lookin' !

Oh, smells like a new piece of clothing.

Oh yeah?

Don't know what you're talking about.

Yep!

Nice !

I want to see!

It's a big triangle that's pointing down to...

It's My Room! by Robert Munsch Read Aloud by Books Read Aloud For Children - Duration: 5:10.

It's My Room!

By Robert Munsch.

Illustrated by Michael Martchenko.

"LOOK!" said Matthew's mom.

"We're going to have a big new trailer!

You get your OWN room!"

"Well," said Matthew, "will there be lots of people in my room like in our old trailer?"

"NO!" said his mother.

"Well," said Matthew, "will there be just me in my room?"

"YES!" said his mother.

"YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!" said Matthew.

"How about dogs and cats and horses?" said Matthew.

"NO!" said his mother.

"There will not be dogs and cats and horses.

This is a room just for you and for you alone."

"YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!" said Matthew.

That day Matthew and his mom moved into the new trailer.

"WOW!" yelled Matthew.

"Finally a room just for me!"

But the next day his mother said, "My brother from back home, the one with the two sons,

is thinking of moving here and they will be visiting for a while."

"NO!" yelled Matthew.

"NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!"

"Come on," said his mom.

"It will just be for a little while."

So the two cousins came to sleep in Matthew's bed.

It took Matthew a week before he could sleep without dreaming about stinky toes.

A week later his mother said,

"Oh, Matthew, my sister is going to move here and her dogs are going to have to stay in your room for a while."

"NO!" yelled Matthew.

"NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!

Those are the dogs that ate the mailman and they will probably eat me while I am asleep."

"Nobody liked that mailman," said his mother,

"and my sister needs help, so you will have to share for just a little bit."

So the two dogs came and slept in Matthew's bed.

It took him a week before he could sleep without dreaming that he was being eaten by large, ugly dogs.

A few weeks later his mother said,

"My five cousins are moving here, and they are bringing bunk beds, and they will be in your room for just a while."

"NO!" yelled Matthew.

"NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!

They all snore and I do not want them in my room."

"HA!" said his mother.

"YOU snore, and they are my cousins, and that's that."

Matthew decided to sleep under the trailer.

But mosquitoes and blackflies came out and almost ate him alive.

"I have had it!" said Matthew.

"It is my room and not a hotel."

Matthew went into the trailer and took a package of pork chops out of the refrigerator.

Then he walked down the road, past the trucks, to the dump.

At the dump he yelled, "Yo, bears!

PORK CHOPS!"

Three bears followed Matthew.

He ran back home, opened the door, and threw in the pork chops.

The bears ran in after the pork chops.

Matthew's relatives yelled: "BEARS! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

and they all ran out of the trailer and didn't come back.

When Matthew's mother got back, she was happy to hear that the relatives had left,

so Matthew decided not to tell her that he was now sleeping with…

…bears.

For anyone who isn't a chemist, you've probably always ignored that weird chunk of

the periodic table that floats below the main elements that we have to memorize in school.

This chunk, right here.*point to bottom of screen* And that's probably because we don't

know a lot about these elements.

These are the lanthanoids and actinoids, and new research is only just starting to shed

light on how bizarre these heavy elements really are, and how little we know about chemistry.

All the elements in the periodic table are organized by increasing atomic number, a number

that usually corresponds to atomic mass.

Beyond mass, elements are also grouped by kind and similar properties.

Lanthanoids and actinoids are two distinct groups that are often taken together because

they're both part of the inner transition series that sits within transition metals.

The elements in these two groups are also structured differently than other elements

at the atomic level.

Looking specifically at actinoids, they're typically soft, silvery metals with that are

both dense and malleable.

You could cut some of them with a knife!

Thorium is like soft steel; when it's heated you can roll it into a sheet or pull it into

a wire.

Actinoids are also lightly paramagnetic, pyrophoric which means they spontaneously ignite with

exposure to air, and, with the exception of actinium, have multiple crystalline phases.

But, their most notable defining characteristic is that they're all radioactive.

And it gets stranger.

Only four known actinoids occur naturally on Earth.

The others are created in a lab.

But no matter where they come from, actinoids are the heaviest and least understood elements

we know.

Among these synthetic elements is berkelium, and it's defying quantum mechanics.

Berkelium was discovered by scientists at, you guessed it, Berkeley, in 1949.

It's an actinoid so we know it's radioactive, but that's almost everything we know about

it.

The element is so difficult and expensive to make that there's almost none in existence

— there's less than a gram in the world and there's only one isotope chemists can

work with, 249Bk, and it decays quickly - just a half-life of 320 days.

But that's still SOME!

And Department of Energy recently gave scientists 13 milligrams to work with.

Unlike the lighter elements at the top of the periodic table, quantum mechanics can't

explain what's going on with the electrons at the heart of this element.

But scientists think it might have something to do with Einstein's theory of relativity.

The electrons in berklium seem to follow his prediction that says as objects move faster,

they get heavier The electrons move around the element's

charged nucleus at a significant fraction of the speed of light, and this is what's

making the element heavy and behave in ways that can't be explained by quantum theory.

Which is leading researchers to wonder how they can either make the reaction stronger

or shut it down altogether.

Until now, berkelium has mainly been used to make new elements like tennessine, so this

is one of the first dedicated experiments scientists have done to learn about the element

itself.

And really, it's teaching us that the element is hard to understand.

Berkelium is making theories about chemistry bend and break, but it's all in the name

of understanding the full table of our elements and the chemistry that comes with them.

Photo galleries, blogs, e-commerce -- those are elements too!

But instead of for nature, they're for your own website!

Want to know more about crazy states of matter, we

dug so deep into it my brain hurt on SeekerPlus -- check it!

One last thing, our Periodic Table was created by Dmitri Mendeleev, he wrote the elements

on cards and practiced rearranging them until it hit him to put them in order of relative

atomic mass, that was in 1869 -- when there were only 63 known.

How To Treat Tooth Decay & Reverse Cavities Using This One Miracle Ingredient (Clinically Proven)! - Duration: 3:06.

Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video, I wanted to share

one amazing ingredient that not only prevents but reverses tooth decay as

well. The ingredient is called "Haritaki" in Hindi and "Kadukkai" in Tamil.

Its botanical name is Terminalia Chebula. Haritaki has been used from ancient

times to treat and prevent tooth decay. Now even modern science has proved it to

be true. I will leave the link that proves the anti cariogenic effects of haritaki

in the description box below. Normally we use haritaki in two ways - one is in the

form of mouth rinse and another is a tooth powder. Both works well in preventing and treating tooth decay.

For the mouth rinse, take one haritaki in a mortar and pestle. Now pound to break it into small pieces.

Pounding haritaki helps it release it's essence into the water faster. But you have to

pound hard to break haritaki. You don't have to pound it finely, just make sure it breaks.

Now take the pounded haritaki in a pot. Add in a cup of water to it.

Now boil this mixture in low to medium flame. After few minutes of boiling you'll find

that the color of the water changes to light yellow in color. Now boil till the

water reduces in half. Haritaki is an amazing astringent and has wonderful

antimicrobial properties making it one of the best ingredients to use for

dental care. Once the water has reduced in half

switch off, let cool completely and strain. Your wonderful homemade mouthwash

is ready! This mouth wash is three times more

effective than any mouthwash sold in the markets. To use, gargle your mouth with

this mouth wash every day. This mouth wash is slightly bitter but works really

well in preventing and treating tooth decay. You can store the leftover

mouthwash in the refrigerator and use for about a week.

To make the tooth powder, take a tablespoon of haritaki powder in a bowl.

Add in quarter teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to it.

Mix well and store it in an airtight bottle. This homemade tooth powder will

store well for about three months, if kept away from moisture. If used as a

tooth powder weekly twice, I can guarantee that it will completely

prevent tooth decay and treat it as well.

Since haritaki is very famous in India, many departmental stores stock both haritaki and haritaki powder. You can also

order them through online shops like Amazon.

I hope you found this video useful. If you like to support me and this channel please share this video with

your friends. It'll mean a lot to me. If you like to get detailed information on

herbs on days I don't post videos, press the notification button. Thank you for

watching this video :)

Unleashing the Wealthy, Ultra-Successful Agent Within You - #TomFerryShow - Duration: 10:20.

- There's an uber successful, wealthy person

who's fighting to get out of you.

(motivating rock music)

Hey, welcome to the Tom Ferry Show.

I want to have a very, be honest conversation.

I had a recent coaching session with someone that...

And you know this...

Have you ever met someone that when they're talking to you,

you just want to start pulling your hair out of your head

because you look at them and say,

"there is an uber successful, extremely wealthy person

"inside of you who is fighting to get out,"

but this perfectionist, dabbler, fixed mindset

individual keeps suppressing them?

Do you know anybody like that?

Maybe, personally?

Like, maybe the person holding your phone right now,

watching this show?

Well, consider the following.

You ready?

I sat with this individual, fixed mindset,

this is what I know,

this person's just full of excuses,

and by the way, they're really persuasive.

They're like "no, see, the reason why

"I've got this extra five pounds on my body

"is I've got big bones."

Right, they tell these stories to rationalize

why they don't go out and take the action that they should.

Do you know someone like that?

They're constantly saying things like,

"well I couldn't do that

"because I don't want to be embarrassed.

"What if I look bad?

"What if I do it the wrong way?

"I'm too 'this' for that-

"I'm too old, I'm to young, I'm too new to the business,

"I'm too experienced, I'm a veteran."

They have all these excuses

and they keep that fixed mindset.

We know if you're not in a growth mindset

you're never going to reach your potential.

The second one is the perfectionist.

This person is a control freak.

Do you know someone like that?

Who literally is, you know,

"I need the perfect script Tom.

"I need the right CRM.

"If it's not perfect I can't use it.

"I need to get organized before I make my phone calls."

This person is literally playing a game inside their head

actually thinking that if they are organized

and they have the right CRM that

that would be the reason that they suddenly

generated more business and they became more successful.

Listen to me,

I know plenty of people that don't have a CRM,

that make stuff up as they're talking to clients,

but they just care deeply and passionately

and they just take action.

You with me on this?

So, the perfectionist never wins.

They keep that uber successful, wealthy person

inside you suppressed.

But the last one is the dabbler.

Do you know any dabblers?

You know, they do a little of this,

a little of that, little of this,

they definitely need a little more focus.

Right?

I don't know if I want to call them ADHD or ADD

or if they just simply...

They just get caught up in the shiny penny syndrome.

Do you know someone who's constantly-

oh look at this,

oh, oh this is it,

this is how I'm suddenly gonna become successful.

Like, they're looking for these

get rich quick schemes and while they're doing that,

they're suppressing that uber successful,

wealthy individual who's only going to show up my friends,

if you begin to make changes.

And my question for you is, of those three,

the perfectionist, the dabbler, or event the fixed mindset,

which one of those resonates for you?

Which one of those, like, is speaking to you as I say it?

You and I both know awareness is the first step of change.

Right?

The moment you can say "hello my name is and I'm a-"

"I'm a dabbler.

"God Tom, I get distracted all the time.

"Tom, it's true, I've got this fixed mindset

"and you don't understand because of my past

"and this is what I believe and you don't know my parents

"and when I was three I wanted a pony

"and I didn't get one."

Like, they have these stories

that they keep bringing to the surface

to make it their reality to protect themselves,

when no one's attacking.

Except for that uber successful, really wealthy person

who's inside of you fighting to come out.

Which of those three resonates for you?

Now listen, if you and I were sitting together face to face,

I think about the number of people

that I have helped in my career have a massive breakthrough,

it was always just three things.

And the last person that I talked to

that really inspired this show,

I said, "we are just going to take action on three things.

"Here's how you have a breakthrough."

If you're listening,

by the way, this is probably gonna be a show

you're gonna send to your teenager,

you're gonna send to your 42 year old son

who's still living in the basement still smoking weed,

you're gonna send this to all of your friends,

all of your peers,

because you love them and you see their potential.

And they know they have it and you're looking

for a way to help them get it out.

Here's the three things, you ready?

Number one, you remove all the distractions

and you commit to one thing.

Now, when I say commit to one thing,

I'm referring to one discipline, one behavior.

Let's keep it simple, you ready?

I'm going to talk to ten people in my database every day.

Now I know there's a thousand distractions

and oh my goodness and I'm busy and I've got a showing

and then I've got family coming in town.

It doesn't matter.

You're going to get to one thing.

One thing.

Now, I'm old school.

Do you remember the, what are those things called, dominoes?

You guys remember dominoes?

Did you ever...

I'm talking to my team here...

Did you ever line up the dominoes,

like with your kids,

and then the fun of like hitting that first domino

and seeing

(clicking sound)

how many will fall down?

I'm looking for what's the one commitment you can make

that would be the first domino, metaphorically,

that as you push that one,

(clicking sound)

everything begins to happen automatically.

Does that make sense?

Now, for many people that could be

the discipline of getting up early.

It could be the discipline of getting to the gym.

It could be the discipline of eating better,

stopping doing something that is causing you

to not sleep well at night.

Making your phone calls, perfecting your presentations...

And I know perfectionist is on my list,

but you know what I mean,

role playing I should say.

The bottom line is what is that one thing

that's gonna move the needle for you

that's gonna cause you, over time,

to have a massive breakthrough?

Commit to one.

Number two, this is where it gets interesting,

you've gotta make promises and verbal commitments

to people that love and respect you

and will confront you if they see you

not taking the right action.

Let me say it to you again.

You gotta make promises,

like, "Jillian, I commit, I'm going to do this."

Five days a week, like for me,

I'm working out five days a week since Thanksgiving.

I posted on my Instagram stories

and I put "this is the number of the 250

"I'm gonna do for the year"

and I'm telling 40,000 people.

Does that make sense?

Like, you've gotta put your commitment out there.

Now, I know the fixed mindset person gets nervous.

The dabbler really gets...

Oh, what if I find something else that's better?

What if, suddenly, doing 16 videos,

or trying this, or doing that,

is going to make my life...

No.

Commit to one thing and then tell all the people around you

and then give them permission to hold you accountable.

Give that, like tell your coach,

tell your manager,

tell your best friend,

tell your parents,

tell your 15 year old daughter.

And say, "when I follow through on this,

"I'm buying you X,"

You with me on this?

And incentivize them to just stay on you.

Cause guess what?

When you are going from "here are my goals

"and here are my behaviors,

"here are my goals and here are my actions,

"here's what I say I want but here's what I actually do,"

that battle to get you aligned is going to require

more people around you supporting you.

You can't do it in your head and you can't do it alone.

You know it and I know it.

There's a reason why Jenny Craig and AA and church exist.

We're better together.

Does that make sense?

Number three, I wrote down

you should create a massive, painful consequence

for not following through.

Massive.

I go back to old school.

I had a thing called MAPS,

almost, my goodness, 13 - 14 years ago,

and I called it the "Massive Accountability Program."

And I only had, I don't know,

30 - 40 clients who participated in this,

but I made them all write me six checks

for a thousand dollars each

and I would literally...

"Carol, who's the one political party

"you would never want the money to go to?"

And they would go "I want it to go to party X."

And that's who I would make all the checks payable to.

And then I would associate a letter to it.

Right?

You would be surprised the impact

of six checks to an ex spouse,

six checks to a broker who told you

you would never amount to anything,

six checks to a political party

you would hate the money to go to,

that that pain will actually drive you

to follow through and take action.

Tony Robbins made his entire career on this.

"We'll all do more to avoid pain

"than we will to gain pleasure."

Now, remember, we're trying to get us

to this is what we say we want,

and these are our behaviors.

We want to align and commit

and remove the perfectionist.

Remove the dabbler.

Remove that person who is so stuck in their fixed mindset

and work beyond that.

Because the uber successful, wealthy person wants out.

Are you with me on this?

That person wants out and the way you're gonna get there

is you're gonna commit to one thing.

You're gonna follow through every day.

You're gonna tell all the people around you,

"This is what I'm committed to."

And you're gonna have a painful consequence

and yes, have a pleasurable thing at the end

that's that pot at the end of the rainbow

for when you take action.

Now, I know this is a lot to digest

and I'm doing it very quickly,

but this is what I wrote down for you.

Bottom line, everything that's worthwhile

takes longer than you want.

You can't just go, "hey let's have a baby,"

(buzzer sound)

hit the microwave button and boom, here's your child.

No, it takes nine months and here's my point to you.

Every marketing campaign,

every lead generation,

every system, every process in your business,

everything takes longer than you ever desire.

Build that house, it takes longer than you want.

Do a remodel, it takes longer than you want.

Cement a beautiful relationship,

it takes longer than you want to really get deep,

versus that person that's on an interview with you

while you're on a date.

You know what I'm saying?

So the bottom line is this,

the uber successful, the wealthy person inside you,

wants out, and the question is,

are you going to let them out?
