The Queen vs The Average British Person - How Do They Compare? - Duration: 5:25.

Have you ever wondered what Queen Elizabeth really does throughout her daily life and

how different that might be to other people's lives in the United Kingdom?

What she has for breakfast, who cooks it for her, and has she ever been to the shops or

had any of the experiences an average Joe has?

You never really know how the other side lives, until you do a bit of digging.

In today's show, that's exactly what we will be doing: learning a little bit about

the Queen of the United Kingdom to see what she gets up to and how different her life

is to everyday people.

Welcome to this episode of the Infographics Show: The Queen vs the Average Brit.

Elizabeth Alexandra Mary was born on April 21st, 1926.

When her father, King George VI died in February 1952, she became Queen Elizabeth the 2nd.

Her coronation was on June 2nd, 1953.

She is the Queen of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms.

So how does her life compare to the average Brit?

First, we came across The Crown Chronicles, an online publication focusing solely on Royal

news.

They published an article detailing the Queens daily routine - a great place to start.

Her Majesty gets up at around 8.30 am, being greeted by the sounds of Scottish bagpipes

each morning at nine, as a piper plays on the terrace beneath her apartment at Buckingham

Palace.

For breakfast, she usually has Cornflakes or Special K cereal and fresh or dried fruit.

Bagpipes before breakfast is far from the norm of wake up calls, but Cornflakes for

breakfast…that's pretty normal.

According to a 2014 survey on what Britain's best love for breakfast, Cornflakes was number

5 on the list.

So when it comes to morning eating habits, the Queen is not far off the average.

But then after Breakfast, life takes a less than average direction, when The Queen decides

to open her 'fan mail'.

She can receive over 300 letters from the public every single day.

She doesn't have time to open them all, of course, but she does choose a few to reply

to, and usually takes a random sample.

The Queen's afternoons are often spent on public engagements, carefully selected from

hundreds of invitations she receives each year.

She carries out well over 300 per year, visiting schools, hospitals, factories, military units,

art galleries, hostels for the homeless, and British and Commonwealth organisations.

When travelling outside of London, The Queen will use the Royal helicopter, or sometimes

a Royal Air force aircraft for the speed it has.

She will also use the Royal Train, which functions as a portable mini palace.

So the majority of her day is a routine suited for Royalty and very different to the average

Brit.

What else can we explore when it comes the Queen vs the average Brit?

One thing the Queen is well known for is her love of dogs, in particular Corgis.

The Queen takes her pack of Corgis out for a walk just after lunch, around the grounds

of Buckingham Palace.

A dog is the most common pet in the UK, with 24% of households enjoying the company of

a K 9.

However, where the life of the average house dog may differ to that of a Royal Corgi is

when it comes to eating…Forget bagged dry food and canned wet food, according to Brian

Hoey in the 2013 book "Pets by Royal Appointment," the Queen's Corgis are fed at 5 p.m. each

evening and dine on filet steak and chicken breast that has been expertly prepared by

a chef.

The menu is created from scratch with fresh ingredients, and it is typed up daily and

placed in the kitchen.

Their meals are hand delivered to them by a footman, while sometimes the Queen herself

pours gravy over their feast before they begin eating.

Now those are some lucky little Corgis!

What about her wealth?

How does The Queen's net worth compare to the average Brit?

According to Bloomberg, The Queen is estimated to have a personal net worth of around $425

million.

That includes the $65 million Sandringham House and the $140 million Balmoral Castle.

That's a lot of money to the man on the street, but it's maybe less than you would

think for a monarch, and would not put her at the top end of the UK rich list.

However, those figures are only what she has inherited.

The true wealth of her family comes from properties kept in trust, which generate income.

The trust is called the Crown Estate and includes the Crown Jewels and Buckingham Palace, as

well as large areas of central London, including nearly all of Regent Street, half the buildings

in St. James, farmland, industrial, office, and retail properties, about half of the United

Kingdom's shoreline, and almost all the seabed to the 12-mile territorial limit.

We tried to find out exactly how much this is all worth, but since some of the assets

are privately owned while others are owned on behalf of the nation by the monarch for

the duration of their reign, it is complicated.

According to a Reuters estimate, the British monarchy has nominal assets worth about $34.8

billion.

That would not get the British monarchy a spot in the top 10 global rich list, but it

would place the family in the top 20 globally.

How does this all compare to the average Brit?

Well according to the UK's Daily Mail newspaper, legal experts calculated the value of the

average Briton's property equity, savings, pensions, investments, cars and possessions

at £147,134.

So not a scratch on the Queen's wealth, and as the Daily Mail pointed out, less than

0.01 percent of footballer David Beckham's net worth.

So Her Majesty eats Cornflakes, walks her dogs, and replies to mail when people write

to her.

Not too far away from your average Brit.

But outside of those ordinary activities, she also lives a far more extraordinary life

with travelling and attending appointments, and when it comes to her net worth, though

it's hard to get exact figures on it, it is clear the Queen is not short of a dollar.

So, is it fair that the Queen is so much richer than the average Brit?

Should the UK even continue to have a queen?

Don't Be Afraid of Being Alone: 9 Tips to Help You Accept Loneliness - Duration: 8:28.

Don't Be Afraid of Being Alone: 9 Tips to Help You Accept Loneliness

Solitude is the profoundest fact of the human condition.

Man is the only being who knows he is alone. -Octavio Paz .

There is nothing good or bad that exists when it comes to loneliness.

It all depends on how we choose to use our time alone.

In fact, spending enough time alone can benefit us more than you think, as long as you decide to take advantage of these moments in favor of your happiness.

The majority of people, at some point in their lives, have felt afraid of being alone.

Without doubt, human beings are social beings.

Thus, social relationships are vital for our mental health, but why is it that solitude is seen as terrifying for some people and enjoyable for others?.

Culturally, the fear of being alone has been created in many societies and it has a negative and distressing perspective.

There is a tendency to relate loneliness with bad moods and depression. .

In this article, well share some advice to help change your attitude about these moments alone -those that may cause you to feel anxious – into incredible moments with yourself.

1. Recognize your fears

Sometimes, it takes a lot out of us to realize that being alone negatively affects us because we use different escapes to ignore our feelings.

Every person is different, which is why its difficult to identify the activities that you are doing to kill time but that are not helping you reach your goals or making you feel like a more full person.

2. Listen to your body

Without a doubt, your body transmits and registers every emotion that you feel on a daily basis.

When you find yourself alone, try to close your eyes for a few minutes, breathe and listen to your body to figure out where this fear of being alone comes from.

3. Clean up your thoughts

Throughout the day, we receive a lot of information through our forms of communication, our friends, co-workers and family.

Unconsciously, all of this information is passed through our mind.

Therefore, its necessary to spend time alone so that we can listen to ourselves and get rid of anything that may poorly effect us.

4. Reinvent yourself

When youre alone, it is normal that boredom can make you feel anything from nostalgic to overwhelmed.

To avoid this, try to do fun activities outside of your usual routine, like learning a new sport.

Read about topics you dont know anything about, learn a new language or listen to a different genre of music.

5. Write down your priorities

By writing things down everything that you should do and want to do throughout the month, whether on paper or digitally, you give yourself the opportunity to read them during your alone time.

This will make it easier to get rid of those restless thoughts and feelings.

Doing this can highlight which of these needs are a priority for you and which might be the priority of someone else.

Remember: the most important person in your life is you.

6. Seek professional help

Taking care of your mental health is vital for feeling harmonious and tranquil with the world and with ourselves in any situation.

In order to do this, it is important to know the origin and the causes of our fears.

We can do this through the help of other people, therapy or other alternatives that can help you to live a more peaceful life and accept loneliness.

7. Time alone to grow

Socializing is normal among human beings.

There is nothing wrong with making friends and living with other people.

However, the fear of being alone usually starts with a dependence and addiction to those around us.

Acquiring the habit of spending time alone allows for an emotional balance within us that is necessary for us to be happy.

By doing this, you can understand the root of this dependence thats keeping you from living a life with mental autonomy, freedom and health.

Little by little, you with let go of the importance of the approval of others.

Then, you will start to feel more secure and independent.

8. Disconnect from everything to connect with yourself

Disconnecting yourself from the outside world can be extremely beneficial for connecting with yourself.

It will allow you to listen attentively to your thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Its healthy to ask yourself and question yourself in these moments if youre happy with yourself.

Or, in any case, if you would like to change something about your life or if you would like to give yourself new goals.

9. Solitude strengthens your personal autonomy

Solitude is an opportunity to pamper yourself and take care of yourself.

Enjoy your time alone more often and let yourself discover new abilities.

Try to strengthen your personal confidence and grow as an individual.

It may seem incredible, but freedom is one of the most beneficial achievements that comes from solitude.

It allows you to question, learn, unlearn and do the things that really make you feel good.

Top 10 Dark Secrets Google Doesn't Want You To Know - Duration: 6:29.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the internet.

I am your host, Rebecca Felgate and today I am back talking about Google !..... Google,

as we know, pretty much controls the internet today, but what kind of dark shady stuff are

they harbouring?

Well find out as we talk about the Top 10 Dark Secrets that Google Doesn't Want You

To Know......

10 - Google Knows You – Like….Really Knows You.

You probably don't think too much about how Google is one of the most profitable businesses

in the world….

It just sort of is and you go with it, right?

Why wouldn't it be?

But…if it is free to use, then how does it make money?

Well, by selling information about you.

Google, at this point, probably knows you better than your best friend knows you.

From maps, It knows your address and stores information on where you go.

From your search terms, it knows what you are looking for, and from youtube it knows

what you like watching.

Google has your data, you are valuable to google, who will sell your information to

companies who want to advertise to you.

9 - Google Street View Assists Burglaries

Statistics suggest that 75 percent of would be robbers use Google Street View to case

a house before they actually turn up.

In 2011, a Chicago man was found to have used street view to assist him in a jewelry heist

worth 100 thousand dollars.

Similarly in 2010, Gordon Rayner of Great Britain blamed google when he was robbed.

He told national news papers Google Street view failed to sensor the content of his garage.

8 - It Steals Other Companies Data

In 2012, Google employees hacked a rival company in Kenya.

Mocality was Kenya's largest online and mobile business directory, and Google was

caught accessing its customer database with the intention of selling a competing product

to its customers.

This is not legal business practice, and who knows how often this kind of thing happens…

the problem this time was that Google got caught.

On top of that, Google was caught lying to potential customers about Mocality's rates.

Mocality went bust just a year later in 2013.

7 - Google Hacked Apple In 2012, Google was caught hacking Apple's

safari browser and monitored apple users browsing behavior.

The hack was spotted by the Wall Street Journal who published an expose in 2012.

4 years later, google forced to pay apple 5.5 million dollars in a settlement to end

the legal fallout from the hack.

6 - Google is Helping the Government Spy On You

In the UK, a Daily Mail Article alleged that the Government was using Google Earth when

investigating suspected tax dodgers.

Google Earth allows Revenue agencies to see things like home improvements and cars.

It isn't just the British Government, either…there have been cases of tax fraud exposed by other

European, and indeed, United States Governments.

5 - Google Self Driving Cars Might Not Be As Safe As You Think

Google is currently testing self driving cars, although there have been a few accidents that

have been hushed up.

In September 2016, a driverless car was involved in a bad crash in California.

The company saw 14 accidents in 6 years, although Google says in most of the cases, their cars

were rear ended.

4 - Google Decides If You Have The Right To Be Forgotten

2018 saw a landmark case between a business man and Google about his right to be forgotten.

As I am sure you are aware, Google seemingly knows all, and a quick search of my name can

tell you where I was born and what I studied at school… but what if there are things

I don't want you to know?

Well, by and large this is tough luck!

The search engine will seldom remove information about you, unless it considers it to be defamatory,

in which case it is legally obliged.

The businessman in London wants the search engine to take down links to information about

an old conviction, but Google's main defense is that it is in the public interest for the

information to stay.

The case is still being fought but will set a precedent for future rulings on personal

privacy.

Oh, and if you live in America, you aren't protected by the right to be forgotten protection

in the first place…soo… best of luck to you.

3 - It Can Destroy Your Business A bad review for a restaurant can totally

destroy the business, but it isn't just customer reviews on google that are destroying

livelihoods.

If Google wanted to, it could totally destroy e-commerce businesses by de-ranking their

website.

Google chooses what it wants to show you based off your search data.

Most companies use Search Engine Optimization, however nobody truly knows how and why Google

ranks sites the way it does.

If you try and predict and trick the google bots, it can derank your site – so not show

it in web searches – which would mean your business would be as good as buried.

Is it okay Google has this power?!

2 - Google Street View Cars Hack Into Your Wifi and Steal Your Data

In 2012 it was revealed that Google Streetview cars were retrieving and storing data from

private wifi networks.

The web giants said that it was a mistake, however evidence emerged that suggested an

engineer in the company planned it all along and other members of the company knew about

it.

1 - Google has a secret side company called Google X

Google X is a secret Research and Development arm and the whole thing is shrouded in total

mystery.

Workers have to sign a non disclosure, so really, we have no idea what on earth is going

on in the highly secretive building half a mile off Google's main campus.

Trump Terrifies Children With Bizarre Military Rant During Easter Egg Roll - Duration: 3:24.

On Monday, the White House held the annual Easter Egg Roll, and Donald Trump, as is customary

for the president, gave a bit of a speech to the children present at this event.

Yes, there were parents there, but the speech is always supposed to be directed at the children,

and at first, it kind of seemed like that was the direction that Donald Trump was going,

but then things got really, really bizarre.

First of all, he didn't know what to actually call the White House.

Here's what Donald Trump said.

Here's the exact quote: "This house, or building, or whatever you want to call it, because there

is no name for it, it is special."

There is a name for it, and that name is the White House, and so yeah, I think it would

qualify as a house.

He then went on to talk about how well his aides and staff are keeping the building.

He said they're keeping it in tip-top shape.

"We call it sometimes tippy-top shape, and it's a great, great place."

Now believe it or not, that's not even the weirdest thing that happened during Donald

Trump's speech to these children, because after he talked about the White House or whatever

you call that crazy thing that was behind him, after he talked about that being in tippy-top

shape, he started to lecture these children about the strength of the United States military.

He said, "Military spending is at a level it's never been before.

You see what's happening with funding.

Just think of 700 billion, because that's what's going into our military this year."

Do you think any of those children that were there to roll Easter eggs down a hill cared

about that?

Do you think they understood what the president was saying?

This man has obviously crossed the boundaries from possibly having something wrong with

his brain to he pretty much definitely has something wrong with his brain.

How does he not know what is appropriate to say to children, and not just in terms of

whether or not they should be hearing about increased budgets and blah, blah, blah, but

whether or not they can even understand it.

Did any of those children there even know what a budget is?

Do they even have the ability to comprehend how large of a number 700 billion is?

Do they understand the implications that that $700 billion in funding for the military budget

is going to result in countless deaths across the globe, because I don't think that's something

that children are able to wrap their heads around yet.

Donald Trump sounded like an unhinged lunatic in this little White House Easter speech that

he gave on Monday, and I'm sure all of the children there, whether or not they understood

what he was talking about, probably walked away thinking, "My God, I can't wait till

I'm old enough to vote."

What The Most Famous TV Nerds Look Like In Real Life - Duration: 6:12.

Nerds on TV tend to be caricatures of their real life geeky counterparts — all in the

name of comedy.

And it's not enough to just act the part.

The performers behind TV's most famous nerds have to look the part as well, and it's often

a radical departure from their actual looks.

Here's what these fictional geeks are like in real life.

Jaleel White as Urkel

For most of us, Jaleel White will always be Steve Urkel from Family Matters.

"I guess I do have a healthy does of the ole animal magnetism"

And that's been a problem for White's acting career.

People see the iconic Urkel every time they look at White, even though he tells TV Guide,

"I wasn't a nerd by any stretch of the imagination and [I was] decidedly more a jock."

Urkel was famous for his suspenders and high-waisted pants while White preferred Jordans and Nike

jumpsuits in those days.

Urkel geeked out over polka music while White opted for gangsta rap toward the end of the

show's run.

Now a goateed father in his 40s, White, who has landed lower-profile roles over the years,

learned to embrace his past.

And according to the Hollywood Reporter, he's even open to a Family Matters reboot.

"You did good."

"You love me don't ya"

Alfonso Ribeiro as Carlton

It didn't take much to get Carlton Banks to break out into dance on The Fresh Prince of

Bel-Air.

"But Carlton, he's not exactly our type"

The actor who portrayed Banks, Alfonso Ribeiro, on the other hand, isn't as enthusiastic about

his trademark "Carlton dance," especially since it has come up every time he's appeared

in public for over two decades.

He told ABC News,

"I get asked to do the dance every day I leave the house.

I never want to take away their enjoyment of the moment.

But […] I'm not a dancing puppet."

Ribeiro — who shares Banks' wholesome reputation as the host of the family-friendly America's

Funniest Home Videos — is a former Dancing with the Stars champion.

And yes, he served up what his fans really wanted.

Rainn Wilson as Dwight

Because he was so believable in the role of Dwight Schrute, Rainn Wilson often has to

convince fans of The Office that he and his character are not the same person.

"I am not a hero, I'm a mere defender of the office.

You know who is a real hero?

Hero from Heroes"

He told Big Think,

"[Everyone] thinks I'm Dwight […] That I'm this kind of annoying, difficult, nerdy, creepy

guy.

[...] Although I'm a little bit nerdy, annoying and creepy, I'm not as much as Dwight Schrute."

Wilson's the first to admit he used to be a nerd in school.

He played Dungeons and Dragons and the bassoon, and was part of the chess team, computer club,

and marching band.

He told Seattle's KUOW,

"It was this weird little stinky petri dish of nerd-dom where we could just express our

humor and our weirdness.

And I'm really grateful for that."

Wilson has since gotten married and had a son.

He's a vegan and devoted follower of the Baha'i Faith.

Alison Brie as Annie

Alison Brie isn't a goody two-shoes.

She just plays them on TV — including Community overachiever Annie Edison.

"No!

I've never gotten a zero before"

She dished the truth to The New York Post, saying,

"The biggest misconception about me is that I'm very wholesome.

[...] And I'm really not.

I had a very wild 20s.

If I was going out with you, it was going to be a crazy night."

Not as crazy: Brie's teen years.

Like Edison, who ran for class president, Brie also got involved in extracurriculars,

telling the Daily Beast,

"I was kind of nerdy and by senior year was President of the Drama Club.

[...] And because I was in drama, I had to have good grades so I could do the plays."

She admitted to the Post she once rebelled and got her tongue pierced, but that only

lasted a week.

She said,

"I was too nerdy to have a tongue ring, and everybody knew it."

"You know the Charleston is like, my dance."

Jim Parsons as Sheldon

Sheldon Cooper wears his geekdom on his sleeve ...

"If I may use a superhero analogy."

"You may not."

OK I'll use real people"

The boy genius-turned-theoretical physicist— played by Emmy-winner Jim Parsons — likes

to flaunt his Star Trek fandom, spouting Klingon on occasion.

Just don't expect him to perfectly execute the Vulcan salute.

Parsons told Canadian media that a Big Bang Theory viewer once wrote an angry letter after

he attempted Mr. Spock's trademark hand gesture in an episode because his form wasn't up to

snuff.

But that's because Parsons isn't the sci-fi fanatic that he plays on TV.

He told Time,

"I'm very forthcoming.

I've never seen Star Trek.

I don't know Doctor Who."

Parsons isn't as studious as Cooper either.

He told Vanity Fair he failed meteorology in college, mostly because he skipped class

and was focused on theater.

"Science is everything, but I'm not watching more NOVA."

Melissa Rauch as Bernadette

The first thing you'll probably notice about Melissa Rauch is that she sounds nothing like

the character she plays on The Big Bang Theory.

"Damn.

All I got for Valentines day was a postcard saying my Vermont teddy bear was backordered."

Rauch told the Rubin Report some fans are caught off guard by her real voice, revealing,

"Sometimes I'll get recognized and then they'll hear my voice and be like 'Oh, that's not

you.

That's not you.'"

Rauch isn't the science geek that Bernadette is either.

She's a life-long stand up comedy fan who studied acting in college — not microbiology,

like her character.

She told the HuffPost,

"There's science information that's given to me in every script that are things I never

thought I would learn.

[...] My character did experiments with rhesus monkeys.

I didn't even know rhesus monkeys existed."

America Ferrera as Betty

Ugly Betty protagonist Betty Suarez isn't your classic beauty.

The clumsy fashion journalist played by America Ferrera started off the series with braces,

thick-rimmed glasses, unkempt eyebrows, and a wardrobe that constantly clashed.

"I know most of your magazines inside out I try to devour as much as I can."

"...clearly"

But Ferrera told Redbook that she could relate to Betty's "go-getter" spirit.

She revealed that friends and family used to tell her,

"You're Latino.

That's not really what they want in Hollywood.

You're short.

You're not the image, you know, of what a beautiful Hollywood star is."

Thankfully, she persevered.

Now that she's landed a starring role on Superstore, where she looks a little more like herself,

Ferrera admits she misses her Ugly Betty wardrobe.

She told Loose Women,

"As crazy as she looked, she was always wearing designer clothes.

I tried to take some of her clothes when the show was over actually."

How To Head a Soccer Ball Under Age 12 - Duration: 5:12.

Today we are learning headers for players under 12 years old!

Well, more like what to do instead of heading since in the United States players under age

12 are not allowed to head a ball.

Yes, players under age 12 in the US cant head a ball.

Even if they are wearing a helmet!

Whats going on?

Little dap!

Its DJ Diveny, former college player, pro freestyler and coach with OSA Soccer Camps

and Online Soccer Academy.

Visit Online Soccer Academy dot com to sign up for our free weekly email, watch our 200

plus free videos and register for an OSA Soccer Camp near you!

Today, I will teach you two things to do instead of heading the ball.

Plus, Ill share two tips on how to win a header against a defender when you cant head it.

Reason we are teaching what to do instead of heading is because in the United States

US Soccer created a rule that players under the age of 12 are not permitted to head the

ball.

This rule was created for safety purposes due to chronic head injury research.

Whether you are agree or disagree with the rule isnt the point of this OSA video.

The point is to learn what to do instead of heading the ball for players under 12 years

old.

Dont hate the the player, hate the game!

For players over age 12 for proper heading technique, click here to watch our OSA video

titled How to Head a Soccer Ball.

Key Points!

Key Point One.

Shoulder It.

Since you cant head it, shoulder it!

Luckily your shoulder cant get a concussion.

To shoulder the ball without it being a handball make contact on your shoulder bone.

Not your upper bicep.

To generate power when you shoulder the ball pop your shoulder as the ball is about to

hit you.

For extra power when you shoulder it rotate your chest.

Key Point Two.

Chest It.

Using your chest is a great way to control the ball out of the air.

Chesting a ball allows for better speed of play versus just shouldering the ball away.

The main tip when chesting the ball is to cushion the ball in as it is about to hit

you by leaning back.

For more tips on chesting a ball click here to watch Coach Emilys OSA video titled How

to Chest a Soccer Ball.

Key Point Three.

Back Up.

If the ball is coming at your head on a toss instead of letting the ball hit you on the

head, back up!

Simply back up a step or two and now you should be in position to chest or shoulder the ball.

Key Point Four.

Have No Fear.

Dont be scared!

The most common thing for youth players and headers is they are afraid.

Even though we are suggesting using a chest or shoulder, fear is still a factor.

Pump yourself up to help get over the fear factor.

Key Point Five.

Win Your Position.

Winning a header, or rather a chester or shoulderer in this situation, is all about winning your

position.

Most of the time the player who wins the ball is the one who gets to where the ball is going

to be first!

If you see the ball is going to be two feet to your right, get there first before your

defender does.

Dont gansta walk to your position!

Sprint there!

Key Point Six.

Keep Your Position.

You got there first and won your position, now keep it.

Dont be weird and mark your territory like a cat.

Instead keep your position by shielding the ball.

For tips on shielding click here to watch our OSA video titled How to Shield a Soccer

Ball.

In short for shielding, stand sideways against your defender for better balance.

Bend your knees and dont be upright.

Use your arm to feel where your defender is, but dont grab them.

Exercise to Practice.

For an exercise to practice on your own you will need a ball and a partner.

First start off practicing the shoulder and chest technique without the ball.

Get your body use to how this will feel.

Once comfortable have your partner toss you the ball at different speeds and heights.

You either chest or shoulder the ball back.

Do a few of each and then switch.

Now have your partner toss the ball to the side of you and you have to track the moving

ball.

This focuses on winning the position.

It can be out of the air or off the bounce.

Next, focus on keeping your position.

If you have a third partner get them involved as a defender.

If not, just imagine you have a defender.

Your partner tosses the ball to your side and you have to win your position and then

keep your position by shielding the ball.

When you shoulder or chest it forward dribble a bit and then start over.

Whats Wrong!

If you keep heading the ball instead of shouldering or chesting it you are not stepping back.

If that ball is coming at your head, step back a step or two so its now coming at your

shoulder.

Bonus Tip!

If you are a player under 12 dont worry too much about not learning how to head the ball

until you are 12.

Headers arent a massive principle of the game.

Messi has 406 goals with his left foot, but has only scored 24 headers!

Yes, some players, like centerbacks, will need to learn defensive and attacking heading

as it will become a serious part of their position, but if you are a hard working player

you will learn heading in no time when the time is right.

35 - Pole Dance lesson - Walkie Talkie pole move - Duration: 2:27.

Hello my friends!

Today we are going to learn the Walkie Talkie.

The trick witch you can call one of preparatory steps to the flag hansdsping.

Do the Chopper and grip the pole with your legs: your outside leg should be in front

of the pole while the inside one behind it.

Squeeze the pole hard using your shins, knees and thighs.

Now, holding the pole with your inside hand, release the outside one and lower it down,

try to catch the pole down there using the ring down grip, and try to straighten your

arm after catching the pole.

Do not change the position of your top (inside) arm, you should feel the pole with the back

of your shoulder and your side and also with the bend of your elbow, as your arm ought

to be slightly bent, the same way it is in the starting Crucifix position.

Don't relax in this position, and pull your hips up.

Now, try to release your leg grip and spread your legs wide apart, holding them, kinda,

in front of you, the same way as you do for the Chopper.

So, you have done the Walkie Talkie pole trick.

In the trick you can feel the pole with your inner thigh too.

Also, you are holding this pose because of your body balance, that's why it is better

to practice the trick with the friend's support.

To come out of the trick you can catch the pole between both your legs, regrip your outside

arm to get into the initial Crucifix position and slowly and carefully slide down to the

ground.

Let's try one more way to get into the Walkie Talkie pole move.

Do the Chopper and hook the pole with your outside knee.

After, place your outside hand for the position, you already know, and move your inside leg

to the side, keeping it, kinda, in front.

The only thing you need to do to get into the Walkie-Talkie, is just to move your outside

leg to the side as well, keeping it in front.

Actually, the same way you can also get out of the trick.

For this, hook the pole with your outside knee, bringing your inside leg backward, as

if you thought to do the Outside Leg Hang, pull your body up, releasing your bottom hand

grip, for taking the pole with it above your knee.

Bring your second hand higher and pull your body higher as well to get into the Basic

Climb position.

So, today we have learnt the Walkie Talkie.

If this trick comes to you, share your results using the hashtag #poledream_online.

And see you soon!

Bye !

Head Of Consumer Protection Agency Asks Congress To Help Destroy His Department - Duration: 3:40.

Mick Mulvaney, the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, just released his first

report to Congress about his agency's activities.

And in that report, he is asking members of Congress to help him destroy this organization

that he only recently became the head of.

His report says that his agency just has too much power and too little oversight, and they

can just do too many horrible things to those nice guys up on Wall Street and the nice guys

sitting in those big banks, so they've got to take all that power away from him because

God knows what's going to happen if we actually have a bureau in the federal government who

is in charge of investigating financial crimes from the big banks and from Wall Streeters.

That's what Mick Mulvaney wants, and he's asking Congress to help him do it.

And I guarantee you, given the ties that members of Congress from both Republicans and some

Democrats have to Wall Street banks and hedge fund managers and all of that, I guarantee

you they're going to do it.

They're going to go along with Mulvaney's brain dead plan here because they don't care

about consumers in the United States.

And if you think, well no, maybe they do, listen.

This organization that Mulvaney is running is called the Consumer Financial Protection

Bureau.

Right there in the name it tells you what it does.

It protects consumers from financial fraud from banks and Wall Streeters and hedge funds

and payday lenders and all of that.

And Mulvaney wants to take that power away from his agency because it's just too much

for him.

Now this is the same guy who's already ended several lawsuits against payday lending companies

for their predatory lending practices that put people in an endless cycle of debt and

repayment, most of whom are never able to fully pay off those quick little payday loans

that they go and get.

But again, this always goes deeper.

This is not about Mulvaney actually thinking this agency has too much power.

Mulvaney understands that, like most member of the Trump administration, he's got what?

Maybe a year, year and a half before he gets fired, or resigns, or gets indicted.

I don't know.

So he has to demolish that organization as quickly as possible in order to protect the

big banks.

So that way, if we ever get somebody in charge of the agency that actually cares about protecting

consumers from financial fraud, they won't have the tools necessary to prosecute any

of these bankers that continuously, repeatedly, pull the same crime on the American public

and never go to jail.

Mulvaney wants to make sure that remains the status quo.

He doesn't want things to change, other than, he wants his agency to be crippled, so that

way he won't even be responsible for prosecuting any of these banks when they continue to pull

off these massive multimillion and multi billion dollar scams against American consumers.

We'll have no recourse when they do this, and Mulvaney can sit back and say, "Well,

that's not our job anymore because, like a good little Republican, I destroyed the agency

that I was supposed to be working for."

'We Have Complete, Total, Utter Chaos' Secret Service Agent Spills Beans About What's Coming Next W… - Duration: 6:00.

'We Have Complete, Total, Utter Chaos' Secret Service Agent Spills Beans About What's

Coming Next Week!

There's about to be a major problem in the United States of America.

There are about 1,000 illegal immigrants walking towards the border, on their way from Central

America, and they appear to be planning to break right into America.

There are talks about them crossing the border in mass numbers so big that it would be difficult

to stop them without having a proper border patrol.

Allowing that many illegal immigrants to break into America at once is something that is

curtailed if there was a proper border wall.

Former Secret Service agent, Dan Bongino, didn't seem to like the situation and called

the massive import of illegal aliens "complete, total, and utter chaos."

The moment they cross a border illegally is when they become criminals and face deportation,

however, they're in such large numbers that it will prove to be difficult to manage the

situation.

The border along Mexico might require a military presence to combat the immigrants planning

their invasion.

If that happens, then one can be sure that the task will face scrutiny from liberal Democrats

who wish to be invaded and have their country end up like London, Sweden, Germany, or other

areas that have been ravaged by migrant influxes.

This immigration invasion is perpetrated by a group called People Without Borders.

They might have forgotten that countries still have borders and entering a country illegally

is against laws of America.

Fox News reported more on Bongino's criticism of the invasion: "Dan Bongino was highly

critical of the reported caravan of more than 1,000 illegal immigrants traveling from Central

America to America, calling the situation "complete, total, utter chaos."

According to a BuzzFeed report, the caravan was organized by People Without Borders and

Mexican officials have not attempted to halt the migrants.

"There's a consequence for us, Americans who have to finance this chaos," Bongino

said on "Fox & Friends."

'You can't have a country without borders," he added.

"It's just a land mass without the borders."

President Donald Trump tweeted about the issue Sunday, saying those trying to enter the United

States within the caravan are "trying to take advantage of DACA" and "want in on

the act."

The BuzzFeed report said that about 80 percent of the migrants are from Honduras, with many

not only trying to evade poverty, but also political unrest and violence.

National Border Patrol Council union chief Brandon Judd said Sunday on "Fox & Friends"

that the migrants are looking to cross the border and benefit from catch and release.

"We have taken in millions of people into a country that's absorbed them," Bongino

said.

"But in order to maintain some form of a collective identity in a country, we have

to have some sense of commonality.

We have to give generations of immigrants time to adapt to their new country and their

new home."

President Donald J. Trump chimed in.

He claimed that the migrants are trying to take advantage of the pending DACA changes/deal.

Critics believe Trump might end DACA if the migrants continue pushing into the country

simply to take advantage of any benefits that the current DACA recipient have.

Trump also criticized Mexico for allowing the migrants to illegally pass through their

borders without facing a consequence.

The People Without Borders movement seems to be a large group of people collectively

breaking laws together.

If 1,000 people cross a border illegally at once, and face pushback from authorities,

then a miniature war could break out as people become violent.

The group might have good intentions, but they simply must adhere to the laws of the

land they're trying to enter, otherwise, they face consequences.

That goes without saying and it's true for most countries where you have to follow the

laws of their land as well.

People can't simply show up at someone's doorstep and walk in without permission.

There's a legal protocol to follow when entering another country and it's important

that everyone respects every law of every country they travel to.

This can be called an invasion because it appears as though the mass number of migrating

immigrants plan to break the law.

Once they cross a border illegally, become illegal immigrants and this becomes an invasion.

It's chaotic and seems like it can quickly get out of control very fast, which might

result in people being injured or worse.

Of course no one wants to see violence, however, the people attempting an invasion must remember

that laws are made to be followed when it comes to border protection and they wouldn't

like it if people showed up to march into their land.

What might happen is that some people manage to get by the border patrol and then they

enter America with nothing to offer.

It's nice to help those in need from other countries, but many will argue that America

has so many people who are truly in need and that our country should help them first.

That falls into the "America First" saying often represented by President Donald Trump.

One way to help Americans is to give them jobs helping others.

That could entail sending people to other countries to help build their infrastructure

and create more workable, livable communities, then teaching them ways to improve.

Of course, that might require traveling to hostile areas which would then require a military

presence and at that point, it simply becomes extremely difficult to plot the logistics

while there are terrorists ravaging various locations.

One way to prevent a massive immigrant migrant invasion is to have already had built the

wall that Trump had asked for.

1,000 people can't climb the wall at once.

They would also crowd the tunnels that are likely already built all along the border,

something the wall might not protect America from.

However, upon digging dirt to lay the foundation, one can be sure that diggers will find a lot

more tunnels then they expected.

What do you think about this?
