I mean tis the season for gifts right here we go the first gift idea I have
for you is the rose face mask this is the rose face mask and it is by fresh
and it is so hydrating and actually has like real row so if you don't like rose
then you're not gonna like this but I'm not a flower person like I actually
don't like the smell of fresh-cut flowers and it's not that strong for me
but it really does a fantastic job of hydrating and I use it once a week I put
it all over my face leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and then wash it off
and I noticed a difference a lot of times I'll use it in the morning for
right before my makeup but that would be an excellent gift idea I will put all
the links of everything I talked about and today's video I hope it those in the
description box down below gift idea number 2 is another beauty product but
this time it is called the daily smooth by Soap & Glory
and I know some of Lori has been around a really long time but I actually had
never tried it out in stores I always felt like this simp was really strong
and it is a strong scent but oh it is so good it is so good it's called the daily
smooth and this one mmm this one smells kind of perfumey this is the scent mist
you madly it's as floral and seductive it does smell kind of kind of floral
but I'm again I'm not a big floral person hearing I'm recommending to
floral things to you but it smells really good and I highly recommend I've
also tried some of their other scents but I really really enjoy as well and
the recently priced I want to say this was only 12 somewhere between 12 and 15
dollars for the big huge bottle of lotion but they have
their body scrub is amazing and their body butters are amazing so this is like
the three products that I have recently discovered from them all right I will
save the most expensive gift for last this is between 12 to 15 dollars and
this is a sparkly Starbucks cup I love these cups I put water and green
tea in them mostly my water and this one sparkly they had a gold sparkly one as
well I got this at Walmart look how sparkly it is I got this at Walmart it
was somewhere between twelve and thirteen dollars which I didn't think
was bad at all so if you have a Starbucks lover or someone who like
sparkly cups they had all different kinds of things things what if what is
that thing they had all different kinds of patterns but these sounds a little
more indulgent here to choose from but I highly recommend this as well can you
hear my ice so now we get into more extensive stuff and it's actually what I
have on the chair right here behind me you guys might have thought this is just
my chair but it's actually a blanket and oh my goodness is one of the most
snuggly okay is the snuggly is blanket I have ever felt in my entire life and
it's from a line that originally made baby blankets and people love the baby
blanket so much that they decided to make the full size this is a throw
blanket but they even have a size of a blanket that goes over your whole bed
there they're they're kind of pricey but this one I got on sale for $50 on sell
for $50 I know right the original price was a hundred and twenty so $50 is
really good so this is definitely a splurge item but they come in all sorts
of patterns this one just has a gray stripe and the rest of it is this cream
color but I wish I could show you like the texture of it it's just so so
snuggly and my family members try to take it and from me and I just snuggle
with it I've just I can't stop snuggling with it but I will place below there's a
Nordstrom Rack that I buy or hautelook one of those - well it's
Nordstrom Rack will have these on sell occasionally throughout the year for
flash sells they'll have a one sale for $50 $49 or something and so that's when
I suggest but if you're buying for a gift and they don't have one on sale
whoever receives receives a cuddly blanket again they come in many
different colors is not gonna be disappointed so even if you pay full
price for it for a gift for someone they're going to love it so I will place
below two links the link for the flash sale where they frequently going $50 and
then I'll go I'll link to where you can get them at Nordstrom for the full price
if you want to do that why am I so out of breath because I get so excited to
talk about Christmas stuff Christmas gifts all right what is the number one
thing that you are hoping to get for Christmas this year leave that in the
comments down below cuz I'm very curious what is like the number one gift that
you are asking for for Christmas not your family not your kids what are you
asking for for Christmas I love to do alright the last thing I have is the
most expensive thing and it's the last thing and I recently with gifted this
and it is for the person who loves making memories or who and who loves
cataloging like family events and family get-togethers and just wants to hold on
to memories and that is a camera that is reasonably priced it does excellent job
at video it's what I'm currently filling on now it does that blurry background
that you're seeing at and focus isn't on my face so it does an excellent job with
video and it also takes really good pictures I'm still learning I'm still
learning how to take the pictures because I am NOT a photographer or a
photographer and I'm only learning how to be a videographer
I highly recommend the Canon g7x mark ii it is around five hundred and fifty
dollars which is really good it's very compact you can put it in your pocket
but I will link that camera down below so we're gonna we're gonna record
ourselves recording ourselves and so there you see the camera and how it has
the flip out screen and it just has a lot of features anyways it's a tiny
camera I will put a link to another gift guide up here in the card and in
description box down below for suggestions for toys for kids if it's

Ohio you could get an excess of six inches of snow tonight through tomorrow
night Wednesday. night now you're under a winter storm watch for this evening
through late Wednesday night with gonna get winded we all know how the storm has
brought winds all across the u.s. wind gusts up around 30 miles per hour for
you guys also on tomorrow Wednesday now in the central Pennsylvania area you're
under a winter weather advisory now until 6:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon this
is for lake effect snow of around 3 to 5 inches and some localized amounts of up
to 8 inches could be very well expected and this should be mostly in McKean and
elk County so if you live in those counties be aware of that okay up in
western New York winter storm warning that's what you're under until 6:00 p.m.
tomorrow Wednesday afternoon expect 10 to 20 inches of snow with gusty winds of
35 miles per hour once again this is for western New York now in the Bangor Maine
area you're under a winter weather advisory until 4:00 p.m. this afternoon
three to five inches of snow and the higher elevations expect eight also for
northern New Hampshire and west central and western Maine that winter storm
warning it turns from an advisory to are warning for you guys it's in effect
until around 7 p.m. tonight 6 to 9 inches of snow up to 15 and the higher
elevations we is going to get cold people we've got freeze
mornings galore going out all up and down from southern North Carolina all
the way down through Florida let me show you how cold it's going to get in parts

two to four days I'm gonna warm back up in the upper 50s and 60s for highs and
my lows should be in the 40s at night which is pretty normal especially for
this time of the year and that's what's going to happen all up and down the

backside of it but this is some of the remaining cold air that's being pushed
through from it so go ahead buckle up and get right it's gonna get cold cold
it's gonna feel probably as cold as the coldest we've had yet on the East Coast

be moving southward into Northern California today and tomorrow and
whether it heavy to excessive rainfall is possible ok so you need to keep that
in mind in case you have some flash flooding coming up accumulating snow and
I surprised are also possible for portions of the Washington Cascades
for winter weather advisories are in place with mountain snows also possible
into the Intermountain West now energy from this system is pushing into the
northern plains by tomorrow where some light snow or freezing rain is possible
regarding temperatures as I was talking about Florida is gonna get cold ports
the Tallahassee panhandle of Florida I should say not all of Florida but the
temperatures across the country a strong front banked up against the Continental
Divide is separating below to well below normal temperatures across the central
and eastern states then we got above normal temps in the West now much of the
West is going to remain near or above average through the next couple of days
and the warmest temperatures that are expected to across the high plains where
afternoon highest for the next few days could be 1020 degrees above normal by
tomorrow now meanwhile to the east of the front were if the cold is coming
surface high pressures prevailing resulting in below - well normal values
through Wednesday maybe Thursday places from the central plains to the central
Appalachian could be 20 to 30 degrees below average for this time of the year
but once it pushes on through that warm air that is coming down across from the
west it's going to warm right back up again so just like I was trying to
explain to you this is what it's looking like folks cold cold cold snow snow snow
no from any rain for the others warm up and rain again and snow again and get
cold again but this is what it's looking like today 3:00 tomorrow thank you so

I mean tis the season for gifts right here we go the first gift idea I have
for you is the rose face mask this is the rose face mask and it is by fresh
and it is so hydrating and actually has like real row so if you don't like rose
then you're not gonna like this but I'm not a flower person like I actually
don't like the smell of fresh-cut flowers and it's not that strong for me
but it really does a fantastic job of hydrating and I use it once a week I put
it all over my face leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and then wash it off
and I noticed a difference a lot of times I'll use it in the morning for
right before my makeup but that would be an excellent gift idea I will put all
the links of everything I talked about and today's video I hope it those in the
description box down below gift idea number 2 is another beauty product but
this time it is called the daily smooth by Soap & Glory
and I know some of Lori has been around a really long time but I actually had
never tried it out in stores I always felt like this simp was really strong
and it is a strong scent but oh it is so good it is so good it's called the daily
smooth and this one mmm this one smells kind of perfumey this is the scent mist
you madly it's as floral and seductive it does smell kind of kind of floral
but I'm again I'm not a big floral person hearing I'm recommending to
floral things to you but it smells really good and I highly recommend I've
also tried some of their other scents but I really really enjoy as well and
the recently priced I want to say this was only 12 somewhere between 12 and 15
dollars for the big huge bottle of lotion but they have
their body scrub is amazing and their body butters are amazing so this is like
the three products that I have recently discovered from them all right I will
save the most expensive gift for last this is between 12 to 15 dollars and
this is a sparkly Starbucks cup I love these cups I put water and green
tea in them mostly my water and this one sparkly they had a gold sparkly one as
well I got this at Walmart look how sparkly it is I got this at Walmart it
was somewhere between twelve and thirteen dollars which I didn't think
was bad at all so if you have a Starbucks lover or someone who like
sparkly cups they had all different kinds of things things what if what is
that thing they had all different kinds of patterns but these sounds a little
more indulgent here to choose from but I highly recommend this as well can you
hear my ice so now we get into more extensive stuff and it's actually what I
have on the chair right here behind me you guys might have thought this is just
my chair but it's actually a blanket and oh my goodness is one of the most
snuggly okay is the snuggly is blanket I have ever felt in my entire life and
it's from a line that originally made baby blankets and people love the baby
blanket so much that they decided to make the full size this is a throw
blanket but they even have a size of a blanket that goes over your whole bed
there they're they're kind of pricey but this one I got on sale for $50 on sell
for $50 I know right the original price was a hundred and twenty so $50 is
really good so this is definitely a splurge item but they come in all sorts
of patterns this one just has a gray stripe and the rest of it is this cream
color but I wish I could show you like the texture of it it's just so so
snuggly and my family members try to take it and from me and I just snuggle
with it I've just I can't stop snuggling with it but I will place below there's a
Nordstrom Rack that I buy or hautelook one of those - well it's
Nordstrom Rack will have these on sell occasionally throughout the year for
flash sells they'll have a one sale for $50 $49 or something and so that's when
I suggest but if you're buying for a gift and they don't have one on sale
whoever receives receives a cuddly blanket again they come in many
different colors is not gonna be disappointed so even if you pay full
price for it for a gift for someone they're going to love it so I will place
below two links the link for the flash sale where they frequently going $50 and
then I'll go I'll link to where you can get them at Nordstrom for the full price
if you want to do that why am I so out of breath because I get so excited to
talk about Christmas stuff Christmas gifts all right what is the number one
thing that you are hoping to get for Christmas this year leave that in the
comments down below cuz I'm very curious what is like the number one gift that
you are asking for for Christmas not your family not your kids what are you
asking for for Christmas I love to do alright the last thing I have is the
most expensive thing and it's the last thing and I recently with gifted this
and it is for the person who loves making memories or who and who loves
cataloging like family events and family get-togethers and just wants to hold on
to memories and that is a camera that is reasonably priced it does excellent job
at video it's what I'm currently filling on now it does that blurry background
that you're seeing at and focus isn't on my face so it does an excellent job with
video and it also takes really good pictures I'm still learning I'm still
learning how to take the pictures because I am NOT a photographer or a
photographer and I'm only learning how to be a videographer
I highly recommend the Canon g7x mark ii it is around five hundred and fifty
dollars which is really good it's very compact you can put it in your pocket
but I will link that camera down below so we're gonna we're gonna record
ourselves recording ourselves and so there you see the camera and how it has
the flip out screen and it just has a lot of features anyways it's a tiny
camera I will put a link to another gift guide up here in the card and in
description box down below for suggestions for toys for kids if it's

Hey, everybody. Welcome to my channel. Immigrants and asylum seekers don't
steal jobs; they create jobs. Immigrants and asylum seekers buy groceries. They
rent homes. They buy cars. They buy gas. They buy clothes. They buy toys. They buy
school supplies. They buy work supplies. And so on. And the consumption of all
those services increases demand, which increases jobs. Sure immigrants and
asylum seekers will fill existing jobs, but their presence results in a net
increase in jobs not a net decrease. And of course, there might be some immigrants
and some asylum seekers who don't work, but I'd love someone to provide evidence
that it'll be at a rate higher than those who were born in the country where
they're living. In fact, a 2017 report from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics
states that the unemployment rate for foreign-born persons in the United
States was 4.1% in 2017, down from 4.3% in 2016.
The jobless rate of native-born persons was 4.4% in
2017, down from 5.0% in 2016.
Technically, people born outside the United States are more likely to hold a
job than those born within it. As well, according to the same report, people born
outside of the United States but then work in the United States are more
likely than those born inside of it to work in jobs in the healthcare support,
food prep, building and grounds cleaning and maintenance, personal care and
service, farming, construction, production, and transportation fields. Basically the
jobs those born within the United States don't want to do. If you like this video

"Abigail" is derived from a Hebrew name that translates to "my father is joy" or "father's

What is Prestressed Concrete? - Duration: 8:47.
Talk to any concrete professional and they'll tell you the first rule of concrete is this:
it's pretty much guaranteed to crack.
But not all cracking is considered equal, and there is a way to reinforce concrete to
minimize its negative impacts.
Hey I'm Grady and this is Practical Engineering.
Today we're talking about prestressed concrete.

Despite its excellent qualities as a structural material, concrete has some weaknesses, too.
One that we've discussed in previous videos is that it has almost no strength against
tension.
Concrete can withstand a tremendous amount of compressive stress, but when you try to
pull it apart, it gives up easily.
Concrete's other weakness is that it's brittle.
It doesn't have any "give" or stretch or ductility.
Combine these two weaknesses, and you get cracks.
Concrete loves to crack.
And if you're designing or building something made of concrete, understanding how much and
where it's going to crack can be the difference between the success and failure of your structure.
To understand how engineer's design reinforced concrete structures, we first have to understand
design criteria - or the goals of the structure.
The obvious goal that we all understand is that it shouldn't fall down.
When a car drives over a bridge and the bridge doesn't collapse, the structure is achieving
its design criterion of ultimate strength.
But, in many cases in structural engineering, avoiding collapse actually isn't the limiting
design criteria.
The other important goal is to avoid deflection, or movement under load.
Most structural members deflect quite a bit before they actually fail, and this can be
bad news.
The first reason why is perception.
People don't feel safe on a structure that flexes and bends.
We want our bridges and buildings to feel sturdy and immovable.
The other reason is that things attached to the structure like plaster or glass might
break if it deflects too much.
In the case of reinforced concrete, deflection has another impact: cracks.
The reinforcement within concrete is usually made from steel, and steel is much more elastic
than concrete.
So, in order to mobilize the strength of the steel, first it has to stretch a little.
But, unlike steel, concrete is brittle - it's doesn't stretch, it cracks.
So that often means that concrete has to crack before the rebar can take up any of the tensile
stress of the member.
This demonstration is from a test in a previous video showing a conventionally reinforced
concrete beam.
Go back and check that video out if you haven't seen it yet.
Notice how this beam is resisting the load on it, even though it is cracked at the bottom.
It's meeting design criterion number 1 - it's holding the load (in this case 6 tons) without
failing.
But it's not meeting design criterion number 2 (serviceability) - it's deflecting too
much and the concrete is cracked.
Those cracks not only look bad, but in an actual structure, they could allow water and
contaminants into contact with the reinforcement, eventually causing it to corrode, weaken,
and even fail.
One solution to this problem of deflection in concrete members is pre-stressing, or putting
compressive stress into the structural member before it's put into service.
This is normally accomplished by tensioning the reinforcement within the concrete.
This gives the member a compressive stress that will balance the tensile stresses imposed
in the member once it is put into service.
A conventionally reinforced concrete member doesn't have any compression to start with,
so it will deflect too much well before it's in any danger of not being strong enough to
hold the load.
So with conventional reinforcement, you don't even get to take full advantage of the structural
strength of the member.
When you prestress the reinforcement within concrete, you don't necessarily increase
its strength, but you do reduce its deflection.
This balances out the maximum load allowed under each of the structural design criteria,
allowing you to take fuller advantage of the strength of each material.
There are two main ways to prestress reinforcement within concrete, and of course I built a couple
of beams to demonstrate.
The first method is pre-tensioning.
And yes that terminology is a little confusing.
It's pre-stressed because the steel is stressed before the member is put into service, but
pre-tensioned because the steel is stressed before the concrete cures.
To make this work, I had to build a little frame to go around my concrete beam.
This frame will hold the steel in tension while the concrete cures.
I installed threaded rods through the mold and frame, and then tensioned these rods by
tightening the nuts.
I tried to use the pitch of the ringing to get them at around the same tension, and you
can see how much my frame is flexing from the force in these steel rods.
The other method for pre-stressing steel is post-tensioning.
In post-tensioning, the steel is stressed after the concrete cures, but still before
the member is put into service.
In this beam I cast in smooth plastic sleeves in the mold.
The steel rods can slide easily within the sleeves.
Once both molds were prepared, I filled them up with concrete.
And I finally got a construction grade concrete vibrator as well.
This machine helps get all the air bubbles out of fresh concrete before it cures, a process
called consolidation.
After the concrete's has had some time to cure, it's time to test the beams out.
On the pretensioned beam, I can unscrew the nuts and take off this frame.
Because the concrete hardened around the bolts, the steel rods are still under tension inside
this beam.
I put it under the hydraulic press for testing, and the results are easy to see.
In a conventionally reinforced beam where the steel is simply cast into the concrete
without any tension, cracks start forming at around 4 tons.
In the pretensioned beam, the cracks didn't appear until double that force at around 8
tons.
The tension already in the steel is able to take up the force of the press without requiring
the beam to flex.
For the post-tensioned beam, I inserted the steel reinforcement after the concrete had
cured.
Then I tightened the bolts on the rods to pre-stress the steel.
Under the hydraulic press, the results are nearly identical.
The tension in the steel held beam in compression for much longer than a conventionally reinforced
member could.
Of course, the cracks eventually appear, but it takes much more force before they do.
That's because, adding force to the beam is not creating tension, but just reducing
the compression that's already been introduced through the tension in the steel rods.
It's important to point out that we didn't necessarily make these beams stronger.
Both the steel and concrete have the same strength as they would without prestressing
the steel.
But, we did increase the serviceability of member by reducing the amount of deflection
under load.
Of course, none of these examples actually failed because of the reinforcement, and that
wasn't the point of the demo.
But, it's still more fun to test everything to failure.
Pre-stressed concrete is used in all kinds of structures from bridges to buildings to
silos and tanks.
It's a great way to minimize cracking and take fuller advantage of the incredible strength
of reinforced concrete.

in the generally positive reviews for each type of insect.
However, buying these creatures off of Amazon isn't for the everyday consumer so if someone
is pulling off a mean prank, there is no need to buy any of these.

But, this is one costume no one should ever buy for a Halloween party.
Listed on Amazon as "Goosh Pants" this outfit may be the most disgusting and vile costumes
ever.
In the front and back there are markings suggesting that the person wearing it had a very unexpected
and massive accident.
What makes it even worse is that it looks highly realistic.
The review section indicates that the fabric is made out of cheap material but the true
question is what kind of people are buying this product, let alone leaving comments and
reviews about it.
If someone wants to be in a very negative spotlight at their Halloween party, buying
a pair of the Goosh Pants will surely achieve that.
Just be sure not to accidentally wear them out in public when you are doing your everyday
activities.
Well, I mean...unless you're into that sort of thing.
Number 6: Asian Old Man Decal.
Having some decor in any house or bedroom most certainly raises the rooms stylishness
and appeal, but there are some obvious exceptions.
Amazon sells an Asia Old Man decal varying in sizes and prices from as low as about twenty
dollars to as high as ninety.
The sizes go all the way up to extra large, then even one step above that called "Jumbo"
which measures to be an impressive 60 by 46 inches.
The product itself is made in the United States of America and can be reused on various walls
and surfaces.
Although it is quite the strange item, the concept of owning one of these decals and
putting it somewhere in a bedroom or house is hilarious.
If a potential buyer has any doubts, they can look at the reviews which include an album
of the Asian Old Man being hung up in funny spots.
With an impressive 4.6 stars out of 5, this just may be a "must buy."
There are tons of other pointless decals on Amazon, some of which include an Old Woman
brushing her teeth and using an asthma inhaler.
Number 5: Nicolas Cage Sequin Pillow.
The internet is full of memes, and former popular actor Nicolas Cage has spawned many
of them.
From his subpar performances in his career, to the radical and unnecessary facial expressions
he uses, the actor is just easy source material when it comes to memes.
This product takes it one step further, because on Amazon you can buy a Nicolas Cage Sequin
pillow.
At a first glance it may appear to be just an ordinary red sequin pillow, but when someone
rubs against the sequin, Nicolas Cage's creepy face appears, and only his face.
The reviews for the strange pillow are beyond laughable as someone commented "It's the best
thing since sliced bread."
Interestingly, there is huge market for items like these because from the related products,
there are a lot more pillows specifically Nicolas Cage themed.
Even beyond pillows, Amazon has tons of Nicolas Cage meme items for everyone's pleasure.
This pillow may be the perfect gift if someone wants to really surprise or creep out their
guests.
Number 4: Lube.
Sometimes people are a lot more comfortable buying things online than in the store to
avoid the embarrassment of confronting the cashier and nearby customers at the checkout
line.
Online shopping made this problem completely avoidable but in this case, the delivery man
might know what someone ordered.
A 55 gallon drum of lubricant is sold on Amazon for about $1500.
With free shipping, it's quite the steal.
The container that holds all 55 gallons of lube is able to fit at least two full grown
adults, easily.
The reviews are clearly sarcastic and tells of all the "functionalities" one can do with
that insane amount.
What's even funnier is that there are two lower sized options, 2 fluid ounces and 4
fluid ounces.
From those sizes, then a huge jump to 55 gallons, it makes consumers wonder what the company
was thinking.
There would only be a handful of practical uses for all 55 gallons of lube, so if someone
needs exactly that, Amazon is the perfect place to go.
Number 3: Yodeling Pickle.
Gag gifts are the perfect types of gifts to give a friend for their birthday or on a special
occasion.
They are affordable, fun, and sometimes meaningful.
But, the yodeling pickle sold on Amazon may be too strange to be a good gag gift.
As the name suggests, the product itself is just a plastic green pickle that yodels.
It has one button and when someone presses it, the plastic pickle yodels, that's it.
The product may be more applicable nowadays due to the popularity of "Pickle Rick" from
the hit show "Rick and Morty," but still, no one is going to want a yodeling pickle.
The reviews poke fun of this and tell how life changing the pickle really is.
The pictures that previous buyers show are even funnier because they almost have nothing
to do with the yodeling pickle.
If you think the idea of a yodeling pickle is hysterical, this is the product for you.

world are impossible to buy... or are they?
Amazon sells canned unicorn meat for just twenty dollars and the product description
gives an incredible amount of details on just how delicious and nutritious unicorn meat
is.
In reality, inside of the canned good is chopped up pieces of a unicorn plush toy.
Amazon lists this item as "Amazon's Choice" with a rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars and for
good reason.
The can looks so realistic and can fool many people into thinking it's an actual food.
The reviews of canned unicorn meat are hilarious in it of itself because of the countless people
that claim how tasty the meat is.
There are genuine reviews however of how funny the fake unicorn meat is.
This product is harmless toy but is is definitely one of the strangest items found on Amazon.
And, if you're curious...we wouldn't recommended trying to eat it.
It's probably not safe for consumption.

SHANGHAI SKYLINE AT NIGHT - Duration: 4:27.
Hey Hey! This is Katie from Creative Travel Guide and today we are at the
Bund in Shanghai. If we haven't met before me
and my husband are a British couple, we live in Tianjin, China but we are currently
in the Shanghai, in the middle of our tour of the south of China. If you want
to see more living in China videos and traveling in China videos then make sure
you hit subscribe!
The Bund is a really popular place to go during the day and at night time because
you get this amazing view, like the one behind me of the different financial
district buildings. So you have in the middle the Oriental Pearl Tower which we
went up actually the last time we visited Shanghai in 2013. It's fantastic,
you go to that top ball and they have a glass see-through bottom so you get to
see all the buildings below. There is also the tallest observation deck in
the world. So the Shanghai Tower it's been recently finished building. It's not
the tallest building, it's the second tallest building in the world behind the Burj
Khalifa but it is the tallest observation deck. So we're hoping to do
that whilst were in Shanghai but like I said the Bund is a really popular place
to go during the day and at night time. Last time we were here we visited during
the day and it was a lot quieter. It is a Saturday evening tonight, so it's very
busy but just come along, there's plenty of spaces to come and take photographs. To be
honest when we first arrived here about 8 o'clock this evening, it was really
busy and we couldn't find anywhere to take a photograph or take
this video from. We walked up towards they have like the big named hotels, so
you've got like the Hyatt over here as well, so we walked up towards
those hotels. It's a lot quieter, it kind of started getting quieter about 9
o'clock as well so there's always lots of spaces if you can eventually if you
want to take some photographs we've got the tripod outfit some nice photos as
well. So there's plenty of room again it's a Saturday so that's why it's really
busy but I think the most evenings there's probably quite a bit of a crowd
but it's always fun to come along see.
This area is also a really popular spot to have wedding photos done. So often
when you come here you'll see people having wedding photos done around here.
Trying to push people out of the way, to get their perfect photograph in their
wedding dresses, it's really interesting, often you'll find like this random like
tourist spots like that around China where people go out and take their photograph.
I mean the dresses always look really beautiful as well, so it's always quite nice!
So I'm not sure if you can see behind me there is a boat. You can get a boat or cruise along the river. When I came here a few months
ago with my school we actually took a river cruise along, we have a buffet meal
as well it was really nice because obviously it's not as busy it's quite
nice you get to sit down have a meal and see the view and then have like a top
deck an open top deck where you can see the view properly and you're on the
river. The only problem is that you want a photograph with the river in it, then
obviously you're on it so it's a little more difficult to get. But if you're
looking for like a relaxing way to see the Bund I definitely recommend the
cruises I will find the link of the cruise that we use and I'll put in the
description below but it's a really nice way to see a bit more of the Bund without
all the crowds. So that was our time here at the Bund
