Josh: So it's actually kind of fitting that we're going to go visit the cemetery

today, because like I mentioned, today is Memorial Day! So it's a day where the

Americans celebrate those who fought in their Wars, so there are a bunch of

soldiers here that fought in previous Wars, so actually works out really well

and that's probably why there are so many people here!

We were wondering,

well I was wondering, why so many people coming out of the cemetery and then

Akane I realized what day it was so that makes a lot of sense.

This is the site of Lexington's first burial ground.

In 1781, the city set this land aside to be used for a graveyard and church.

The cemetery was used until the end of the cholera epidemic in 1833.

This larger cemetery (Lexington Cemetery) was incorporated in 1849. Both Confederate and Union soldiers are buried here.

The most well-known grave belongs to Henry Clay.

And here I was this morning I said "No there's no reason I would need my bigger

lens, I'm just gonna be in the city". Turns out I could have used it to get a better

picture of the monument that's way up in the trees. Figures right?

camera bag, so I'd usually have it with me, but I said "No, I'll just bring the

don't have it that's when it happens! Very true.

If I'm Forgiven, Why Can't I Keep Sinning? - Duration: 2:56.

I think Paul anticipated this in the book of Romans because Romans chapter 6 verse 1

sees them talking about the Gospel, right. What shall we say then? Are we to continue

in sin that grace may abound? His answer, of course, by no means. So, the Gospel is

really, really good news. The Gospel is far better news than we often even dare believe,

right. The Gospel really does forgive us for all we've ever done. It really does remove

the condemnation for the sins we're committing now and the sins we will commit. It really

does free us in that way. The Gospel is very, very good news. We may have the tendency to

think that if we tell the Gospel as it really is, if we share the full Gospel, then people

will actually be drawn to sin. Right, if they really understand the freedom they have, if

they really understand the full extent of forgiveness. And what is there, what fear

is there in them? Isn't fear what they need to restrain them from sinning? Don't we need

to kind of hold over them some guilt or some fear in order to restrain them from sinning?

But, I don't think the Bible goes there. I think what the Bible holds out is, you so

delight in Christ, when you really understand the Gospel, you so delight in Christ that

sin becomes unthinkable. Right, it's not fear that restrains you, in that sense, it's not

the weight of guilt that restrains you, it's joy, it's delight in Christ. So, the Gospel

is, the Gospel is amazing news, it's such wonderful news that I hope you can't hear

the Gospel and repent and believe in Jesus and now see that as being a way of endorsing

your sin. Right, saying now that I understand the Gospel, that I'm free from condemnation,

I'm free from guilt, I'm free from sin, now I can go out and sin. Then, you haven't really

understood the Gospel. The Gospel makes you think, I've been freed from sin, I am no longer

under guilt, I am no longer under condemnation, so praise God, I am going to honor God, I'm

going to serve God. I'm going to delight in Christ. The last thing I want is to sin against

this God. The last thing I want to do is sin against this savior who's given so much to

me. So, as Christians, I don't think we're using fear to motivate obedience in that way,

right, I think we're using delight as the greatest motivator to obedience.

and they did it in 16 hours

So now I will do the same thing

I've bought some things for less than 100 SEK, so let's see how long I stand it

My goal is to beat Hampus that were in the wilderness for 16 hours

from 9:22 AM to 1:10 PM

My throat started to hurt now

I am breathless, I'm warm, I've already get a bad start because of that I 'm sweating after this walk

So i took of my jacket because it's not good at all to sweat, because then I'll get wet, and then * will not make it in this could

So I have a bad start but nevermind

As I showed, the clock was 9:22 AM, now it's a little bit more because I'm a little bit late

But 9:22 AM, they got their first sms

And here I've wrote notes from that video

I watched it 3 times to see so everything is right

okay, so 9:22 AM, they got their first mission, it's -1C degree at their place

and then it stand something like "to survive in the wilderness, you have to get a sleeping berth

that's my first SMS. I haven't got any SMS but we say so...

and i think that it looks so nice when it shows in the video how cold is it

so I brought me a thermometer here

It said under 0C degree earlier but then I laid it in my jacket and now it has increased some degrees

I'll hang it on the tree here

so, I'll look for a place to build my hut at

here I have all my stuff, but now I'll search for a good spot, and then I'll show what I've bought

it's one tree where my jacket hangs

'Cause I want it pretty soft on the ground, pretty much moss. It's though moss everywhere but...

So I can find my whole hut at the ground, that's awesome!

'Cause the wild boar are active in the night, and the moose are big, clumsy and scary animals

It's pretty cozy in here

I'm a little pensive about how to sleep

But it would be so cozy to have the fire in here

If you have a fire over moss, the moss can burn pretty long time.

I'll maybe have to go out and light the fire. But we'll see about that later

Now I'm sitting on a log so I don't get wet in my *ss

But I don't think I can make the walls yet, because it's easier to take the whole roof first

I was thinking about just take one side with the bags so I can sleep under, but this will be enough for more than that

The sick thing is that I can stand straight up in here. I didn't thought that I could build a this big hut that fast lol

My first battery just died, so I am a little unsure about how much I actually can record but...

But this is what it looks like now, it's one, two and three bags

A gap somewhere but I can't make much about it

Or maybe I could, but that would take long time

And it has taken me so long time to get all this up

I really wish I have hot dogs to my bread right now..

And I'm a little bit afraid right now, 'cause the clock is around 12:00 AM

So I've been here in 2,5 hours and I'm unsure about how long time it will take to get this done

And I also have to make fire soon, I don't know actually when I'll get that SMS

But I actually start being a little cold so I would love to do fire right now...

But I have to keep on now anyway

Well... I've done pretty much to my shelter

It's pretty fogged right now

But it shows just under the 0. It's -2C degrees

And I'm so freaking hungry so I have to eat some bread now

The 21th was the darkest day of the year

So it's dark already 3:30 PM...

So I'll have to get the fire ready as fast as I can after 3:06 PM when I'll get the SMS about a fire

But I'm thinking about do that earlier actually...

I went around here just to record a little, and then I tripped so I did a huge step,

And then it sat there. So I started the camera when it was somewhere there

but it was a rabbit anyway

I've collected a lot of sticks here

I took 2 bags and filled them with a lot of moss

So I can use it as bed, quilt and pillow

So I can sleep softer and warmer

But I don't want to fire outside so I will put my fire here, you see the little pit here, I'll have the fire there

I wanted to have stones around, But I realized after I've kicked the stones for a while that they were stuck.

So I don't care about the stones

It's pretty dark for you, but I hope that doesn't matter anyway

I think that I'll start in this, it's just really thin spruce sticks

We'll maybe have to use some matches to lay in the fire as fuel

It's a little tight about space for the fire to breath

When I see this great fire, I get so happy in my stomach 'cause I just think that I'll grill some hot dogs...

But I ain't gonna do that, I just have my dry little hot dog bun...

Now I'll use even bigger sticks when it has started to recover

Make 2019 The Year of Your Superpowers - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 6:27.

Hhey Dan here and this is the fourth of four videos on making 2019 your best

year yet now if you follow the channel for a while perhaps you're an ENFP and

you've seen my videos on ENFP superpowers and all the things that you

do amazing if you are not an ENFP or maybe an INFJ or INFP don't worry this

year I have new videos coming out for you on your superpowers as well whatever

your type whoever you are one of the things that I think is so important is

operating in your strengths and in the last couple of videos I've talked about

looking forward to 2019 which we are now in about setting an intention for the

year what I want to talk about quickly here is using your strengths and I want

to share with you a couple questions that can be really powerful and great

tools to use things that you can ask yourself to change your approach to

getting things done the first one is how could I accomplish this using my

superpowers often we have a task ahead of us we have something we need to get

done and many times at least for me maybe not for you maybe you're so much

better at this than I am but the way I by default think of

accomplishing things isn't necessarily strategic I don't necessarily think

about okay what are all the things I'm good at what are my resources what are

my strengths and then come up a plan and you just sort of do things sometimes

because that's what you learnt in school or from a family member or it's just

like your default way of getting things done and if you step ass back and ask

this question hey how could I get this done using my superpowers it's a pretty

good way to think outside the box a bit and think hey maybe I can get to this

same goal in a lot different way I'm gonna link to a different video I've

done on setting and outcome and goal-setting in that way which is really

important to work with this theme of what I'm talking about today another

question you can ask yourself is how could I accomplish this but make it a

lot of fun or make it satisfying you know things don't always have to be

fun but they can at least be satisfying or fulfilling so ask yourself that

question not just day-to-day although it's a great

to ask in the day you know look at something you need to get done maybe you

need to organize the room and you say how could I do this and make it fun

right turn on some great music listen to a podcast do something to make it fun

but also on your bigger picture goals whatever it is you're trying to

accomplish this year I want you to think more and more about doing so using your

strengths and using your superpowers because really this is the key to

success when you're spending 50 60 70 80 90 percent of your time in your

superpowers that's when you succeed if you look at people who have accomplished

amazing things almost all the time it's because they've been able to focus and

work within their strengths within their superpowers and do those things they

really enjoy and are great at for the majority of their time so if you have

one takeaway from this video that's what I would love it to be is just think how

can I accomplish my goals for the next year

using my superpowers how can I work my superpowers into what I do more and more

each and every day as well as on a big-picture level now the last question

that I'm gonna throw out there that's another powerful question you can ask

yourself is when you are setting up goals or coming up with some kind of a

plan something you want to do for this next year ask yourself how can I all but

guarantee that this gets done can you attach some kind of external commitment

or accountability can you set up your plan in a way that you know based on

your past experience will lead to you getting this thing done I know I talk to

clients all the time and I do this with myself as well where they will set some

kind of a goal and I'll just ask them like do you really think you're actually

going to get that done based on how you've set it up and they're like no

probably not okay so what would you have to do to

ensure that you actually get this done and follow through and people know I

know this is myself right I think for most of us we have two modes of setting

goals one is like yeah I should do that and I'm kind of going through the

motions and the other is like I will get the

done no matter what and the more that you can set goals that are I will get

this done no matter what the better because well you will get it done you

know one of the other things in the last video I was talking about my themes for

the next year and something else I'm playing with is this concept of being

either all-in or not at all and that goes back to this goal-setting it's

either just saying no to things like not interested in not doing that at all or

being all-in and totally going for it and knowing between not wasting time

should doing something trying to do something kind of sort of it but

everything I do either be totally committed to getting it done to doing it

on a top level and doing it in an incredible way or just not doing it at

all and making a firm know where I don't waste any mental resources thinking

about it and I'm willing to bet for yourself that when you set some kind of

a goal or intention that most of the time deep in your gut you know either

yes I'm actually going to get this done or no I'm just sort of saying that I

want to do this so I feel better about myself and my encouragement for this

next year is to focus and perhaps only set those intentions that you really

actually want to do that you're willing to sacrifice for that you're willing to

put the effort in to make happen and then see what kind of an amazing year

2019 turns out for you and then see what kind of an amazing year 2019 turns out

and every Thursday we talk about various topics such as multibaggers, financials and valuations

so if you would like to see more videos, don't forget to subscriber to my channel

in my last video, I explained that if a company can increase it's earnings 25 or 30 %

let's make that 33 %so that means in 3 years that would be 100 %

so if their earnings grow 100 % the stock will also grow 100 %eventually

because there is a direct relationship between stock and earnings

but if in the next 3 years they increase their earnings 100 % again

your returns will keep compounding

so that's why we need to understand why will some companies grow 30 or 33 % every year

if we can understand that, we will know if the stock will be multibagger or not

now in the last video, I explained if a company can sell it's products at a very cheap price

just like Dmart can offer many products at a huge discount

that can be a huge advantage as they can offer products at a cheaper price compared to their competitors

so people would shop more in Dmart and Dmart would be able to earn more money every year

but in this video, we will do the opposite. We will talk about expensive products.

Why would a company sell their products at a higher price ? Let's imagine we have 2 mobile phones.

The first company sells their phones for 100 rupees/ This is just for example as you won't find phones for that price.

and then there is another company selling that product for 400 rupees.

now technically the company selling for 400 rupees can earn more money if it operates well.

so if the company can grow 30 % then it would be a nice multibagger

Let me explain with an example. You can see two phones here.

it's not a problem if you are not familiar with these brands. You will understand the concept easily.

Xiaomi sells it's phone for 22 999 rupees. I've taken the price from Flipkart.

Apple sells the Iphone for 89 999 rupees. You can see there is a difference of 70 000 rupees approximately.

so how can Apple charge so much for their phone ?

Let me start by Xiaomi to explain. When we talk about Xiaomi what comes to your mind ?

what do you think about this brand ? Do you associate this with luxury ? Definitely not.

Xiaomi has affordable phones. Of course there are phones cheaper than 22 999 rupees. But it's still an affordable price.

They have decent specifications also. So they give you affordable products at a nice price.

of course the specifications aren't the best but because they don't charge you so much.

So when you imagine Xiaomi as a brand , you associate it with affordable products with decent specifications.

But now here is my question : if they sell phones for 22 999 rupees

what do you expect from this brand ? Do you expect like the best packaging you have ever seen or maybe something good enough?

do you expect an amazing shop where you can buy their products ? You don't expect that at that price.

and that's what I want to point out in this video.

there is a direct relationship between price and brand. You want to find companies which have great brands. Let me explain why.

Now you understand the price strategy of Xiaomi.

Let's talk about Apple now so you can understand the difference.

As you can see, the price of this Iphone is nearly 90 00 rupees.

Now here is my question : what do you imagine when I ask you about Apple as a company ?

The first thing would be their high prices and you are right in this case.

But you will also mention that they never sacrifice in their design

They also provide good performance. It;s not the best when you compare it with it's peers

but it's a nice experience. It's always easy to use with a simple button at the bottom.

In their latest models, they don't even have the button anymore.

So you can see they have a great design and a simple interface to use.

and they have a great ecosystem. So if you buy one device , it connects very well with another Apple devices

and we always expect that from Apple. Because that's the image we have of Apple in our mind.

This brand can be established by many ways but advertising is one of the main ways to do it.

So then what would you expect from Apple stores ? When you buy such expensive products

We expect their stores to be at prime locations or in shopping centers

So, if you see their stores, it delivers great experience.

That's exactly what I want to tell with this video. When you have a good brand, it has to be consistent always.

So, if you are selling a phone for 90 000 rupees, you can't have a bad shop or store

So, now let's say I'm analyzing Xiaomi and Apple at the same time.

Let's say Xiaomi launches a new product which is a watch. Do you think Xiaomi can sell that watch for 40 000 rupees ?

Most probably, people won't buy it for that price. The image you have of Xiaomi is not expensive products.

But now let's take Apple. If Apple launches a new watch, which they already have

you can see their watches are very expensive. Apple can charge these prices because they have positioned their brand in a certain manner.

They have always mentioned that their prices are high but they will never sacrifice on design and experience.

I made this video to explain that when you analyse any company, you need to see if their products are premium or not

are they actually building a brand or they just want to sell their products

let's say we are analyzing a company and they sell roofs. So we find 4 or 5 companies selling similar products.

they all have similar prices expect one company which is selling at 20 or 30 % premium

now you can understand why they demand such higher prices. It's because they have a better brand.

Please remember we are talking about premium prices and not the discount model of Dmart

so if you find such companies which can keep increasing their prices, it's a very good signal.

Apple for example earns 50 - 60 % of their revenues from Iphones.

but the units sold of Iphone are actually not increasing but stable if not declining

now you might be saying that's very bad because they earn so much revenue from their Iphones.

That's not an issue for Apple as they can just keep increasing the price of their Iphones.

They also did a "test" with this. It was not a test but I like to call it this way.

The higher range of smartphones was around 800 or 850 dollars. Those were usually Iphones.

but then they release Iphone X for 1000 dollars. This was the first smartphone passing 1000 dollars.

That would be the most expensive smartphone but people were still buying it.

If you can manage to sell such expensive phones, that means you are doing something right and you have a great brand.

So when you are analyzing companies and you realize that they have brand power, that's a great sign.

even if their sales keep decreasing, they can increase their prices and still increase their earnings

You need to focus more on how are they building their brand. You won't see this in their numbers.

If you want to know about the brand, just talk with people and ask them why do hey use that brand.

Maybe the price is higher but people are still buying that brand. So ask them why are they so loyal ?

You will see this in markets too when any company keeps increasing the price of their products but people still buy it

At that moment you will realize that this company has brand power. Never underestimate the power of a brand and the effect on their earnings.

So starting off by my doorway

I have this tinier shelf that I keep my bigger pops on that do not fit on the normal shelf

And I also have a few pops that are in boxes because they are special ones

They're all mainly Disney parks, exclusive like the Tiki Room

the collector and the

sparkling Mickey

Because he spreads glitter a lot. And then we also have figment the abominable snowman and

Orange bird next the corner shelf above my bed. I have all of my princess pop figures. I have my mallanna set

The Little Mermaid

Beauty and the Beast

There's also Sleeping Beauty one snuck in there

Pocahontas princess in the frog

Tangled

And

Frozen I

Have a lot of frozen characters and a lot of Olaf's

And then we have some Snow White in the Seven Dwarves along with Cinderella Peter Pan and Aladdin

Now all of my pop shelves are from Ikea and behind them I have these styrofoam

boards so I can have two levels of pops and you can see all of them next above my TV near my closet I have

My Star Wars shelf and I like to organize these by movie number. So this is kind of starting off at the beginning

I love the movie moment ones

Like the Cloud City one are really really cool

So those are kind of the originals and then we move into rook one more episode like three and a half

Episode seven and it was a lot easier to get characters from the newer movies

It's harder to find some older Star Wars ones

Which is an area that you guys see a lot is a mix between Disney and Pixar feed my cocoa characters as you can see

Hector will not stay and the main thing I tell people to do is put poster tack underneath characters and that helps them stand up

Well Hector doesn't like doing that. He doesn't like standing up. He doesn't like using the help from the poster tag

so he likes to lay down a

Lot until I forgot another way to get him to stand up a lot of these characters do use poster tack

it does really help them out and

Avalanches won't happen next to the KOCO characters. We have our Inside Out characters

And next to them we have our Toy Story characters

I am super excited to see all of the amazing new pops for Toy Story 4 and

Then we have some wall-e characters along with the good dinosaur

And then we move into a lot of Mickey and Minnie and above them is some Finding Nemo characters

Then we have some Incredibles characters bug's life

Ratatouille

Monsters Inc and a monsters University

And cars, I guess you could say Cars two and three as well

Below them I do have this other shelf

This was for my dwarves, but I had to make some floor room for some pop figures

so these are some more Mickey Mouse characters along with my

Part characters that are too big to fit on the shelves and my Ralph breaks internet characters, which I love

Especially my little bunny guy right there is super cute. My dorbz are over here

I know they're not Funko pops, but they are fun little items and they're all lined up there

I'm not gonna be doing a mystery mini collection as of right now. So here's just a quick little pan through those

Moving over to the shelf above my makeup table heading back over to my door has some kind of random characters

Mainly all Disney and then they go into kind of randomness

Here we have some characters from the rescuers and Dumbo Emperor's New Groove and ducktales

And then we have lady in the Tramp Bambi the jungle book and wreck-it Ralph

Then we have some big hero 6 characters Nightmare Before Christmas characters

Correlative Ville and Mary Poppins along with characters from peach dragon and

Then we also have some Marvel characters mixed in the back there

And then we also have one more

Indiana jones one that doesn't really fit on the shelf anywhere

So he kind of hangs off a little bit

I have two pups that are currently not displayed there on my shelves in my

Closet and that is the experiment six two six pup and the golden bb-8 pop. So that is my pop figure collection

I'm gonna tell you and give you some examples

of lead magnet ideas that you can use

immediately after this video.

I was helping one of our new clients

create a sales funnel and one of the big things

that they were missing was a lead magnet.

One of the big things that people need to do

as they create relationships and a business online

is you need to build a lead magnet.

So what exactly is this?

Think of it as a trade.

I'm going to build something of value to you

and in return, I'm most likely gonna get your email address.

Once you give me your email address

and I give you the thing, we're done

with that particular transaction

and that thing that I give you is a lead magnet.

It's something that serves you

in your business, whatever the business may be,

and helps you whether it's tips, tricks,

check lists, case studies.

There's a bunch of different things so let's go into it.

One of the biggest, easiest lead magnets to make

is a checklist.

In fact, with one of our brands,

it's actually called Girl Brand.

It's obviously ran by a girl.

She has a monthly calendar lead magnet

to help girls get right with their time,

get better at personal development,

and it leads them, it ascends them into a course

and more content and things that she sells.

Another thing that we're doing in the real estate space

is we're creating a lead magnet

on how to find and flip homes.

So real estate person comes in

and they're looking to find and flip homes,

the best strategy, the best structure,

this lead magnet gives them exactly

that strategy and structure and then normally,

someone will have a few videos or extra value

in content that they will give you

in order to probably sell you something.

Because at the end of the day, guys,

we're building brands, we're building businesses,

we are 100% selling things.

So we wanna make sure that we sell things

that have tangible value and logical sense

to the next step of whatever it is we're doing.

So when you are crafting your lead magnet,

think who is this for, what is the best way

to help this person, what's the fastest way

to get this person an immediate result

that they can use this lead magnet,

get success, attribute that success to me

so I can start building a relationship,

give these people more value, more content,

and help them in their journey, whatever that may be.

So think of these things as you create your lead magnet.

A few ideas of lead magnets like I said

could be check lists, you could also do case studies,

whatever space you're in.

We have a lead magnet particularly for us.

We help the company go from $30,000 a month

to over $300,000 a month.

And if you download that lead magnet,

so you can utilize it and you can get

those concepts inside of your business.

Another lead magnet besides checklist and case studies
