Youtube daily report Apr 16 2018

Medellin is known for a lot of things, but being an active city is something you might

not think would be one of them.

Check out some out of these local active scenes, available to both locals and foreigners alike.

The Ciclovía takes place three days a week, with two night sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays,

in the stadium and the regional highway, from 8 PM to 10 PM.

And on Sundays, from 7 AM to 1 PM.

Nearly 50,000 participants get their exercise on throughout the week.

And don't forget, this is Colombia, so whether you are a child or an adult, there are a ton

of soccer fields all over.

The skate scene is also on the rise.

All this to say, everything that you just saw is what makes Medellin an active city.

I invite you all to see the prior episodes on all of these different sporting scenes.

Merrill, Asukaga & Finch - Cyberpunk 2077 Megacorporations Lore - Duration: 4:36.

Greetings Earthlings! Welcome to the MadqueenShow!

I am your host the MadQueen

On today's menu, we have a new Cyberpunk 2077 megacorporation lore video for you and

today, we're going to talk about the megacorporation Merrill, Asukaga & Finch

Money is power and power is money

There are many more examples of this in 2077 than any time in the past

The economic collapse of the 90s acted like a purge, removing from the business map the

corporations that weren't either big enough to take the blow or smart enough to know how

to ride it out

It also eliminated from the market a huge amount of products and services that were

rendered obsolete after the post-crash crisis

This made way for infant industries that were taking their first steps at that moment: biotechnology,

bio-engineering, bionics

The multiple applications of these new technologies, regardless of their legality or morality,

caught the eye of investors that knew how to keep their money in their pockets during

the collapse or even made more out of the spoils of it

Well placed investments in key companies that would prove later to be goldmines or even

become megacorporations themselves, helped in one hand the corps that survived the collapse

regain the position they had in past century, or even put them some steps up in the corporate

ladder, and on the other, a quick technological progress that would shape the relationship

between people and technology i nthe 21st Century

Every moment you spend living is a moment you spend learning

spend less time learning and more time living

With Raven IntelPlus brain implants

Reality Redefined

by Microcybernetics

If you want to transform your resources into assets for growth, meaning you have money

and you want more, or you just want it safe, Merrill, Asukaga, and Finch are the people to talk to

They are, without a doubt, the top people in investments of all kinds, from stock to

real state to frog-farming futures

However, if you don't have a good deal of money in the first place, they aren't interested

–the commission on a 1000 eurobucks investment isn't worth their rather expensive time

Merrill, Asukaga & Finch high caliber of service has attracted many of the richest and most

powerful people in the world

If, for some reason, they were to go bankrupt, some of the greatest powers of the world,

both legal and illegal, would be overturned

So, you know, when you become the most powerful fixer in Night City, you know where you need

to go to make your money look clean and multiply

Well, folks, thanks for watching

Don't forget to take a look the Cyberpunk 2077 lore playlist to know more about the dark future

See you in next videos and Stay being Amazing!

The best metabolism-boosting foods to help you lose weight and KEEP it off

Saturday, April 14, 2018 by: Zoey Sky

Struggling to lose those extra pounds and actually keep them off?

Instead of trying ineffective diet fads, eat foods with "super nutrients proven to help

you to burn fat."

According to nutritionist Rick Hay, you can effectively lose weight by eating more metabolism-boosting

foods, so you can burn extra calories without going to extremes.

Hay explained that there are certain foods full of nutrients that can help you lose weight

and boost your body's fat-burning capabilities.

Do take note that eating these foods won't be enough alone and that you'll still have

to follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly for them to be effective.

Metabolism-boosting superfoods Baobab – An African superfruit, baobab has

thrice the vitamin C content of an orange.

Aside from helping to strengthen hair, nails, and skin, vitamin C also boosts our immunity.

You'll need a strong immune system if you're going to exercise and train to lose weight.

The vitamin C from baobab can also help keep blood sugar stable.

Beetroot – Professional athletes consume beetroot juice pre- and post-exercise to enhance

their performance and muscle recovery.

Beetroot is full of nitrates, and beet juice can help athletes' muscles to work more

efficiently.

Black pepper fruit – A thermogenic spice, black pepper fruit can help heat the body

to burn fat.

Additionally, the spice can help absorb other nutrients.

Research has determined that black pepper fruit may also block the formation of new

fat cells.

Cherry – A study has shown that cherries can help reduce fat around the middle.

Green coffee extract – The unroasted extract from the coffee plant, green coffee extract

(GCE) can "help arrest the absorption of glucose in the intestine."

Chlorogenic acid is posited to be the main active ingredient in green coffee beans, and

it produces weight loss effects.

Maca – Maca is a native Peruvian vegetable often used as an aphrodisiac, and it can help

boost the endurance of dieters who are working out.

A study determined that maca increased sexual desire and performance in male cyclists, and

even though there's not much proof that it'll work specifically for weight loss,

maca can prevent weight gain among post-menopausal women.

Matcha/green tea – Several studies have proven that matcha, the powdered version of

green tea, can boost metabolism.

Drink at least five cups of green tea every day to increase daily metabolism.

White kidney bean – White kidney bean can help block carbohydrate absorption.

Take white bean extract supplements at least 15 minutes before each meal to reduce both

your weight and waist circumference.

Yerba mate – Yerba mate influences hormone levels and blood sugar, and it can help balance

out cravings.

Studies have determined that yerba mate might have an anti-obesity effect.

Some tips on losing weight These three tips can help you lose weight:

Support our mission and protect your health: Organic Seeds of Life combines Red Raspberry

Seed Power, Black Cumin Seed Power and Red Grape Seed Powder into the most potent nutrient-rich

supplemental superfood powder you've ever experienced.

Loaded with flavonoids, antioxidants, anthocyanins, OPCs, ALA and a vast array of vital nutrients.

Consume fat, protein, and vegetables – Every meal you eat must be made up of foods that

contain fat, protein, and low-carb vegetables.

Including three foods with these three components can help adjust your carb intake into the

recommended range of 20 to 50 grams (g) per day.

Protein sources include eggs (whole eggs with the yolk), fish and seafood (salmon, shrimp,

trout, etc.), and meat (beef, chicken, pork, etc.).

Protein will help boost metabolism by 80 to 100 calories per day.

A diet high in protein can also curb cravings and obsessive thoughts about food by 60 percent,

reduce the desire for late-night snacking by 50 percent, and make you feel full so you

automatically eat 441 fewer calories per day.

Low-carb vegetables include broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach, and tomatoes.

Fat sources include avocado oil, coconut oil, and olive oil.

Eat two to three meals daily, and if you're still hungry in the afternoon, add a fourth

meal.

Lift weights three times a week – Visit the gym three to four times a week.

After you warm-up, lift some weights.

If you're not sure what to do, consult a trainer.

When you lift weights, you can burn a lot of calories.

Additionally, it can prevent your metabolism from slowing down, which is usually a side

effect of weight loss.

If you're not comfortable with lifting weights, try doing some cardio workouts such as cycling,

jogging, running, walking, or swimming.

Minimize your starch and sugar intake – By cutting back on the starches and sugar that

you consume, your hunger levels will go down, and you'll eat fewer calories.

Instead of burning carbs for energy, your body will then start feeding off of stored

fat.

Additionally, cutting carbs can help lower insulin levels which will make your kidneys

shed excess sodium and water from your body.

This will minimize bloat and extra water weight.

You could lose at least 10 pounds or more of both body fat and water weight in the first

week of eating this way.

DIY KPOP: VINCHAS PARA CONCIERTO KPOP #SS7 [ENGSUB] || AFangirl - Duration: 4:09.

Hello Hello! I am Ali and welcome to AFangirl!

Today I teach you 2 ideas of headbands so that you can animate and stand out in your K-pop concert.

In this case, the Super Show 7 in Peru will be Super Junior,

obviously you change it for your group.

Before you start Subscribe and activate the little bell to notify you of my new videos.

Now let's see the DIY's...

For the first idea they need:

A base of a headband,

2 covers,

Two images of your Bias,

Black acrylic paint and sponge,

Liquid silicone,

Blue metallic paper,

And ornaments.

Let's start!

The covers that I use are 7.5 cm.

Paint in black and let it dry.

Take one of the covers to mark the contour in both images

and cut.

So..

Now on the metallic paper,

mark the outline

and cut.

Point 0.4 mm across the edge,

join

and cut.

Then put the edges

and paste.

When it's dry,

it's time to paste the images on the cover.

Finally we set everything on the headband with silicone.

And this is the result!

For the second DIY they need:

A base of a headband,

The Korean name of your bias,

2 covers,

Ornaments,

Black acrylic paint and sponge,

Cardboard with glitter blue and silver,

Liquid silicone,

Hot silicone,

Brush, pencil and white glue.

Let's start!

Paint in black and let it dry.

Take one of the images of the previous DIY,

review the outline on the blue cardboard

and cut.

The Korean letters copy them on the silver cardboard

and cut.

Unite circles and letters with liquid silicone.

Now cover with white glue the characters and let it dry.

This is transparent so do not be afraid.

Then put together the cards with the covers.

Finally put everything in the vicha with hot silicone.

In my case I decided on these glitter for the middle part.

And so it is with remains.

If you liked DIY today,

give LIKE,

comment and share the video with your friends.

I remind you to follow me on my social networks.

Poprawiny u Dody i Emila: "Jak to wszystko pięknie zorganizowaliście!

No witam Pana Młodego! - zaczęła Doda, nagrywając relację z Emilem.

Witam moją nową poślubioną małżonkę! - odpowiedział, chociaż w pewnym momencie zająknął się, chcąc powiedzieć młodą.

No nie wiadomo jak mówić teraz. Pozdrawiamy wszystkich z gorącej Hiszpanii.

Dziękujemy za wszystkie życzenia, gratulacje. Dziękujemy serdecznie! - wybrnęła Dorota.

Potem piosenkarka pokazała jeszcze najukochańszych braci, którzy udzielili im ślubu, powiedziała, że zamówiła sobie mohito i zajrzała w talerz rodzicom,.

No tato, widzę dokładeczka.

Hillary, DNC Funneled $84 Million Through State Parties To Avoid Campaign Finance Laws - Duration: 3:20.

MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEME: Hillary, DNC Funneled $84 Million Through State Parties To Avoid

Campaign Finance Laws, Lawsuit Claims.

"FEC officials did not respond to a request for comment, 'citing an open investigation."

On Monday, a lawsuit was filed against the Federal Election Commission (FEC) with the

U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia that claims the government entity has ignored

complaints alleging that the Hillary Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee

(DNC) funneled money through state parties to avoid campaign finance laws.

The lawsuit was filed by Committee to Defend the President (CDP), a political action committee

that used to be called Stop Hillary PAC, and alleges that the Hillary Victory Fund (HVF)

sent millions of dollars in donations it received into a money laundering scheme to skirt campaign

finance laws.

Fox News reports:

As first reported by Fox News at the time, the CDP alleges in its complaint that about

$84 million was funneled illegally from the DNC through state party chapters and back

into the war chest of the Clinton campaign.

The political action committee claims that even though the FEC acknowledged receipt of

the complaint and claimed that an investigation would be conducted, the needle has barely

moved.

...

The complaint filed against the FEC said previous reports showed a series of transactions in

which the HVF disbursed contributions to its state party committee members -- and they

would receive the funds on the same day.

The HVF would also allegedly disburse funds to up to 40 state parties at the same time,

and those parties would send the money back within 24 hours.

"Based on publicly available FEC records, repeatedly throughout the 2016 presidential

campaign, HVF would purportedly transfer funds to its constituent political committees, which

included between 34 and 40 state parties," the complaint states.

"On the very same day each of these transfers supposedly occurred, or occasionally the very

next day, every single one of those state parties purportedly contributed all of those

funds to the DNC."

"The Clinton machine has escaped accountability for its illegal practices for far too long,"

Ted Harvey, chairman of CDP, told Fox News.

"After months of review, the FEC has refused to address the Clintons' $84 million money

laundering scheme that violated several campaign finance laws."

According to Fox News, FEC officials did not respond to a request for comment, "citing

an open investigation."

"A provision of federal campaign finance law requires that any Commission action on an

enforcement matter be kept strictly confidential until the case is resolved," an FEC statement

to Fox News states.

"To comply with this legal commitment and to protect the interests of those involved,

we have a policy of not commenting on matters that are before the agency."

His Passion, Our Passion Part One - Duration: 37:00.

His passion our passion the passion of Christ is is is a term that's often

referred to around Easter and I love the fact that as Rhonda was speaking the

word we don't have to wait to easter we don't have to wait till when we

celebrate Resurrection Day for the resurrection life of Christ to come as

she was speaking by the Holy Ghost today but typically when you hear the word

passion of Christ that's what we think of it has to do with His last days on

earth before His death burial and resurrection all the things that He went

through but the question that I have for us today is do we really understand the

Passion of Christ you know you might first hear the word passion of Christ

and and you might think it was something He was passionate about using just that

word passion as we know it we might think well that is true He was

passionate about fulfilling the will of the Father He was He was passionate

about winning the lost and seeing people healed and seeing the chains of sin and

death and bondage broken over people's lives yes He's passionate about

that but I think since the movie the passion that Mel Gibson did a number of

years ago there was lots of discussion and debate about the passion maybe you

saw it how many here have seen the movie the passion okay good a good number of

us have seen that and you'll remember a lot maybe if you've seen it even

recently the comments about the violence in the blood and the suffering I

remember when I watched it there were times that you almost had to turn away

because it was just so painful to watch and the horrible suffering and beating

and whipping that Jesus went through and many people have spoke about having to

close their eyes or turn away during those parts because it was just so

overwhelming but if we're not careful we can miss the significance of the blood

we can miss the significance of what He actually did by allowing himself to be

executed now we might get caught up in the you know the execution of an in

man we might get caught up in the in the murder of Jesus Christ by a group of

Jewish religious leaders who really thought that they were doing the the

will of God but what we cannot miss is that Jesus death was God's Way of

providing redemption for all of mankind that's what His death was all about to

provide redemption for mankind through His death Jesus paid the penalty for sin

through His death Jesus paid the penalty and defeated the devil He defeated the

bondage the grip that sin would have on our lives and that included sickness and

disease and poverty and lack He came and defeated all of that so let's define the

Passion of Christ because you probably thought I forgot about it injured the

passion the word passion is actually a Latin word and it comes from the word

suffering suffering so when we talk about the Passion of Christ we're not

talking about something He was passionate about which we know He is

He's passionate about the loss He's passionate about healing the sick He's

passionate about delivering I understand that but when we talk about the word

passion and when you hear someone say The Passion of Christ they're really

talking about the suffering of Christ lots of articles are out there on the

Passion of Christ the Catholic Church has some strangely enough the BBC has an

article on The Passion of Christ the BBC is a news outlet from over in Europe and

here's what they said they said The Passion of Christ is the story of Jesus

Christ's arrest trial and suffering it ends with His execution by crucifixion

but now here's something that the BBC said which I think is very interesting

why I'm quoting them is because it's a secular news organization they said the

passion is an episode in a longer story and cannot be properly understood

without the story of the resurrection so it's not just about

the suffering which is a big part which we want to talk about today but it's

also about the resurrection it's about that victory it's about Jesus coming in

with the resurrection life so we want to talk about the the suffering that Jesus

went through because it's very very important for us to understand but we

also understand it in the context of the resurrection amen

so many scholars if you study understand and believe that Jesus came that Jesus

was crucified that is crucifixion was a historical event it's recorded in the

writings that we have of Paul the Gospels we study that last month in our

in our School of the Bible and school of ministry and we talked about how many

copies of the New Testament there are there were 5000 copies that I was aware

of someone brought to my attention that there were over 20 something thousand

copies and portions of the New Testament so it's not something that was written

and is obscure it's not something that really can't be verified it can be

verified and there's a lot of people not only Paul in the Gospels Josephus a

Roman historian Tacitus and others all wrote about the crucifixion of Christ

now many debate the meaning of the crucifixion if you understand they don't

deny that it happened but many debate the meaning of what what was the

significance of this event there's lots of different debate on that but they

still understand that it happened a lot of times when it comes to the passion

and the suffering of Christ sometimes it depends on the church that you're from

or your background it begins with the events of the garden of gethsemane but

other denominations other celebrations of the last few days of life of Christ

on the earth and the passion in His suffering they include the Last Supper

some even begin the Passion Week with the triumphal entry into Jerusalem when

Jesus came riding into Jerusalem on donkey and so there's this varieties

that's why you might see different plays you might hear different musicals you

might read different things about The Passion of Christ and it may start in a

different place and sometimes that can vary but what it does is it shows us the

suffering that Jesus went through for this lost and dying world that we live

in that's what it was all about it reveals His coming as God manifest in

the flesh it reveals His sacrifice on the cross of Christ it reveals His

obedience to God a full obedience of laying down and giving His life so that

all the world could come into a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ

and to know Him personally and not have to experience the the heaviness of shame

the heaviness of sin and the bondages of sin in our lives any longer so we can't

forget though the victory that He brings because that's what it all led up to

everything that the devil tried to do to kill to steal to destroy when Jesus

Christ came He undid what the devil did amen so now in Christ you can experience

victory in Christ you can experience the life that He desires for each and every

one of us to have but that brings us to the message title this morning his

passion our passion has Jesus suffering and sacrifice become our suffering and

sacrifice has Jesus suffering and sacrifice become our suffering and

sacrifice what do you mean by that pastor and I understand that we believe

and teach a lot of the the worship this morning the word from the Holy Spirit

this morning through Rhonda talking about the victory talking about

resurrection life again we believe in the blessing of victory we believe in it

we place a high emphasis on it because that's why Jesus came hHe came to give

life He came to bring us life in life more abundantly but we can't forget

about the suffering of Christ we can't forget about the sacrifice that Jesus

Christ made and inconvenience our selves from reaching out to those who don't yet

know Jesus see that's that's where we would say h=His passion our passion has

His sacrifice become our sacrifice in other words do I sacrifice Jesus isn't asking

you at this time to lay down your life for Him there may come a day when that

happens but I believe if that happens you'll have a grace to do that but He's

not asking us to do that right now we believe in victory we believe that we're

at the head and not the tail that we overcome that we're we're that he causes

us to triumph in every situation of life I understand that but what about the

sacrifice of reaching out those who don't yet know Jesus sometimes for us as

believers it's a little bit of an inconvenience to deviate out of our

routine and come across the path of someone who needs Christ in their life

is that a sacrifice it could be is that suffering maybe in talking about Jesus

in your family and talking about Jesus some where there's some persecution that

may come your way there's some people talk about you because you're a believer

in Christ I understand that that happens in our life so we have to ask ourselves

is his passion our passion coming this April is is one of our biggest

opportunities to reach our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ we this

will be the third year that we're putting on and ministering the passion

experience the passion experience celebrates what Jesus did from the

triumphal entry you can see Jesus ride in a donkey the whole thing started a

number of years ago I was I came across this article from group magazine and I

don't remember where it was but it talked about the

passion experience and they they had this event that churches could put on

and and you could buy the the outlines for the palm leaves so that when you

went into one small like Sunday School room you cut out the palm leaves and you

talk about Jesus coming in on a donkey and then you would go into another room

and and it was a small like Sunday school classroom and I talked about the

Last Supper and and and so on and into the garden scene they had a room that

had palm trees and rocks and it was a garden and they talked a little bit

about Jesus and they moved families in small groups from place to place so that

it wouldn't just be sitting in a chair or a pew watching a production but they

could actually take part and so my mind as I began to read that I thought well

why couldn't we use our entire building and why couldn't we have live animals

and and why couldn't we give an opportunity for people to experience you

know and when when you're right there next to someone who's singing or you're

just a few feet from Jesus when He's praying in the Garden of Gethsemane

you're not just standing somewhere watching Him on a stage you're right

next to Him when the choir and the singers are singing and they're standing

next to you when they're shouting crucify Him and hang Him on the cross

and and and just to be able to experience it rather than just watch it

and so we've done it a couple of years now we're making some additional

adjustments and tweaks because every year we try to do it better and better

and so this year we're doing it again and what a great opportunity for us to

reach out to our community to to have them come and experience the last few

days or the last week of Christ's life to where they can see Him ride in the

atrium on a donkey who does that we like that

I hope the camel comes this year we've had a camel when with the with the

animals that come goats and sheep and lamb

and the atrium smells like a a market scene it's awesome I love it people can

come in and and we have some food for them to eat and people are in costume

come over to my booth and see what I'm selling and it just kind of gets you

into the what happened that day is as far as you know we can

act it out and then they come in and they take part in the Last Supper and

they see Jesus administering the Last Supper and talking about his body being

broken and his blood being poured out and they're right there and they can

take communion they can celebrate the Last Supper with Jesus as the disciples

are and maybe even see the wonder and the questions and the and and and some

of the things they were going through the night of where Jesus was bit what's

He what's he talking about you know we we it's common for us because we've read

about it for years and years and years and it's been a part of the church for

2,000 years the celebration of Communion and the Last Supper and the significance

of Jesus body being broken in His blood being poured out on the representation

of the juice and the forgiveness of sin we understand all that but you don't

remember or we need to realize that those disciples that was the first time

they were seeing that in Him administering it I mean they celebrated

traditionally as Jewish men their lives their whole lives but now He's saying

I'm the bread now He's saying I will pour out my blood for you and it became

real to them then we can move over and we can see the garden when He travails

in prayer and we can be around Him and and we can be around those that are

singing and and then watch the crucifixion every time we've done the

crucifixion there's not a dry eye of watching the crucifixion the the

whipping the beating the what Jesus went through that we can demonstrate to a

small degree and to see Him hang upon a cross that friends is is something that

a lot of people crave but they really don't have someone to invite them they

don't know maybe they have questions about Jesus they have questions about it

so we're going to do that again this year and I want to start talking about

it now because Easter is coming in April now how many of you know that next week

is the time that we get to spring our clocks ahead already did you know that I

didn't know that Mike told me that this morning I had no I I forgot I mean I was

looking at the calendar on that part of my calendar to see daylight say and I'm

like are you kidding is here already hallelujah sunshine in the late

afternoon we love it so but then coming up now thankfully this year Easter is a

little bit further into April and so that gives us a little more time to

prepare amen so I think each ters April 16th if I'm not mistaken and it's out

there a little ways so I want us to turn would you turn with me in your Bibles to

John chapter one here's the opportunity that we have and here's our text because

every great achievement begins with a small step every great thing starts with

one small step one small step leads to another than to another and another and

then something big can happen for God life changed can happen people can

experience His love so I want you to see this in this passage of Scripture and

this passage this morning and then it's outlined I'm about to give you is

actually from Billy Graham's evangelistic association they call it

and I'll get to that in just a moment but it's called Operation Andrew and

you'll see why in just a moment so John chapter 1 verse 40 says this and one of

the two who heard John speak followed Him followed Jesus His name was Andrew

simon Peters brother so verse 41 he first found his own brother Simon and

said to him we have found the Messiah which is translated to Christ and he

brought him to Jesus now when Jesus looked at him he said you are Simon the

son of Jonah you shall be called Cephas which means or is translated a stone or

a rock the following day Jesus wanted to go to Galilee He found are you noticing

some of these words I don't know if they're all highlighted

yep there they are they're highlighted there on the screens you'll be able to

see them so he found Philip and said to him follow me verse 44 now Philip was

from Bethsaida the city of Andrew and Peter Philip found Nathanael and said to

him we have found Him of whom Moses in the law and also the prophets wrote

Jesus of Nazareth the son of Joseph and Nathanael Oh the son of Joseph and

Nathanael said can anything good come out of Nazareth Philip said come and see

now I want you to notice the progression and and the life change that is the

result of someone bringing someone else to Jesus and again I credit the Billy

Graham Association for this outline because they did a super job and I think

other places have also copied it or have come up with their own variation of

what's called Operation Andrew someone said this is the very first social

networking event in history I like that the very first social event networking

in history and so why is it called Operation Andrew because Andrew is seen

when he hears something about Jesus he's found telling and inviting and bringing

others to meet Jesus now I think for us today that's a great great encouragement

because I think this passage as it relates to us can relate to us reaching

our families it can relate to us reaching our friends our work associates

our neighbors it can really it can help us understand that we can bring the

message of God's love and forgiveness into the lives of those who may not yet

know Him so let's just go through it real quick John spoke to his friend

Andrew Andrew in turn went and found his brother Peter

and he brought Peter to Jesus now you know we read the part about Jesus

changing Peters name and we say He changed his name to a rock Peter this

rock gates of Hell will not prevail but he's talking about the kingdom of God

but Peter was a part of that foundation a part of the rock and so but it changed

his destiny be Peter came to Jesus he changed his name yeah he changed his

name but he changed his destiny he gave Peter a purpose for living he gave Peter

a destiny for his life so Jesus found Philip and Philip followed Jesus in

following Jesus his destiny was changed Philip found Nathanael and when

Nathanael resisted you might find some people resist anybody ever talked to

someone about Jesus and they resist a little bit well that happened with

Philip and Nathaniel Nathaniel said can anything could come out of Nazareth what

are you talking about what if Philip say he said come and see but sometimes we

try to get in these huge philosophical debates just just tell someone come and

see well I I don't necessarily believe in Jesus I don't necessarily believe in

there I'll come and see because when they get in the presence of God God can

do something in their life and change their destiny forever

come and see Philip says so we've got a whole lot of finding and inviting and

bringing and life change happening in this passage of Scripture in John

chapter 1 so let me give you five principles again these are from the

Billy Graham Evangelistic Association we're going to I'm gonna explain a few

verses of Scripture that go with these and then we're gonna hand out a card for

you I'll get to that in just a moment okay so number one look around everybody

say look around look up look out look forward and look after okay

five points look around look up look out look forward

and look after alright so His passion our passion are we willing to sacrifice

and be inconvenienced a little bit in order to find someone and bring them to

an opportunity to meet Jesus alright so number one look around John chapter four

verse 35 here's what Jesus said He said you know the saying four months between

planting and harvest but I say wake up and look around the fields are already

ripe for harvest look around so what does look around mean look around means

where you live where you work where you go to school there are people that we

know that don't know Jesus on this we were on a cruise and so on this cruise

ship they have hot tubs and god I got to use him one time and these two guys got

in the hot tub and and they were there from the Netherlands one guy and his

wife and his mother-in-law and then it was a brother-in-law and somebody else

and so we started talking and and the one guy left to go get a beer and so I

left me and this other guy talking and so I said well what do you do and this

guy was a he owned a company that changes chemicals oils and stuff into

fuel so some kind of bio type of changing the fuel and all that I thought

wow that's fascinating he was telling me all about the places that he went so he

asked me what I did and I said well I'm a pastor and he kind of blinked and he

said I've never met a pastor before I was like really and so I tried to

explain well it's like you know what is the the main religion of the Netherlands

and he said well this Catholic and so I said well it'd be like a priest and and

but not the same we believe much of the same but we believe more in relationship

so I had an opportunity to share about relationship with Jesus versus religion

and just do's and don'ts and so the fields are white and ready to harvest so

we need to look around and be sensitive of time so here's what we want to do we

can make a list of names of individuals we're gonna do that in a little bit and

then commit to pray for them just start out by making a list say okay Lord who

is it that I can begin to pray for over the next few weeks that I can personally

invite to the Passion experience who can I begin to pray for okay so number two

is the prayer part look up Psalms 2:8 says only ask and I will give you the

nation's as your inheritance the whole earth as your possession so we can look

up why because God can change people through prayer it was a few weeks ago

when we were in prayer Les mentioned a guest that came I don't remember who

that who was that Les that came with pastor came pastor Miller was here and

he was driving him somewhere and he he Mark Buntain a missionary to Africa

right and and so India he was the missionary to India and and so mark the

story goes that Pastor Miller had mark in the car they passed some homeless guy

or some guy on the street and mark paused and began to pray for him and he

said that man will never be the same he said we were able to change his

destiny right there you don't know when you see someone and you begin to pray

for them we don't always see the result today we you know you pass someone on

the street and maybe God leads you to pray for them and so you pray for them

but it might not be till you get to heaven that you're gonna see you know

what you were part of praying to help that man help that woman help that young

person come into a relationship with Jesus because when you saw them and

started praying for them it gave God the opportunity to start working on their

heart amen he needs people to pray so we need to

look up so we're looking around the fields are white ready to harvest

looking up Lord it all begins with prayer Father we understand the power of

prayer we can pray for people now then we need to look out now this is the

place where we are building relationships with people what kinds of

common ground do you have with people in your notes you'll see first Corinthians

chapter 9 verse 19 to 23 we didn't print them all out but you can look these Paul

said even though I'm a free man with no Master I've become a slave to all people

to bring many to Christ when I was with the Jews I lived like a Jew to bring the

Jews to Christ when I was with those who follow the Jewish law I lived under that

law even though I'm not subject to that law I did this so I could bring to

Christ those who are under the law when I'm with the Gentiles who do not follow

the Jewish law I to live apart from that law so I can bring them to Christ but I

do not ignore the law of God I obey the law of Christ when I'm with those who

are weak I share in their weakness for I want to bring the weak to Christ yes I

try to find common ground with everyone doing everything I can to save some I do

everything to spread the good news and share its blessing so that doesn't mean

you disobey the laws of God to build relationships with people in other words

you put yourself in in places well let's see if I go to the bar and I drink with

these folks and I can get to know them they're gonna open up and share I'm not

saying that I mean if you go to a bar I would recommend I know sometimes people

do that they would go to a bar with someone else they're not drinking

alcohol because they're gonna see you do the same thing they're doing and they're

gonna say well what's the difference between your life in my life

and it's not to try to put people down it's not to try to say I'm better than

you because I don't drink alcohol but there are things that that the world

does that Christians ought not to be doing amen

the Bible talks about living holy and living right and living pure there are

things that the world does so we're not talking about compromising your walk

with God the scripture says without holiness will not see God and there are

certain things that are unholy impure that that hinder our walk with God that

we don't need to take part in but we can still have a relationship with people in

the world amen we don't have to do all the things that they're doing but we can

have common ground we can find common ground so to do that though that may

here comes the sacrifice part that may be the suffering part well I

had other plans but here we are right here right now

do I need to not do what I was going to do and take time to minister to this

person build a relationship with them maybe it's inviting them to a dinner a

lunch sporting event just times where you're there and not preaching sometimes

I think we as believers we think the first thing we have to do is preach it

people find common ground with them listen to them hear what they're saying

and listen and watch for those doors of opportunity to plant seeds of the gospel

it doesn't have to be a preaching at every single person we meet but it has

to be a time that we're sensitive to the Spirit of God to an open door of sharing

what God has done in our life and that takes us to number four look forward all

right look forward be ready to share your

testimony what does Jesus done in your life

what is Jesus done in your life first Peter chapter 3 verse 15 and 16 says

instead you must worship Christ as Lord of your life and if someone asks you

about your Christian hope always be ready to explain it but do this in a

gentle and respectful way keep your conscience clear then if people speak

against you they will be ashamed when they see what a good life you live

because you belong to Christ so look forward and begin to talk with people

about what you can talk with them about events that are happening at the church

maybe guys you're part of the men's group and there's a men's event coming

hey why don't you come with me to this maybe you're talking about other stuff

and he says yeah I really would like to get to know some guys maybe somebody who

just moved into the neighborhood or someone who just moved into your

workplace what could it be that you could invite them to or you can invite

them just to lunch with you to get to know them a little better

or you can invite them to an event you can invite them to the passion

experience you can invite them to divorce care maybe you've heard about

the divorce care coming up you you know what maybe they're going through a

divorce they've gone through something horrendous in their life maybe there's

something happening right now at the church you say you know what our church

has right now that's meeting maybe you'd

like to go I'll go with you the first couple times if you want offer to do

that so there is a sacrifice of time there's a there's a setting aside of

some of the things that we may want to do in order to reach out to someone who

may not yet know Christ okay so that's look forward and then number five look

after everybody say look after look after Jesus came and told his disciples

Matthew chapter 28 verse 18 I've been given all authority in heaven and on

earth therefore go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name

of the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit teach these new disciples to obey

all the commands I have given you and be sure of this I am with you always even

to the end of the age so what's our responsibility our responsibility is not

only to invite not only to share not only to see that life change that

happens but then follow up everybody say follow up follow up if they come to a

church service talk to him about what they experienced talk to him about their

their questions if they come to the passion experience follow up with them

and talk with them about what did you see what did you think have you ever

asked Jesus Christ to be the lord of your life you can you can take some of

those things and and as doors open be able to share so everybody say look

around who needs Jesus look up you can pray right look out find common ground

and be a friend look forward invite them to something there's lots of great

things that are happening we don't just have to wait six weeks or however many

weeks it is to Easter from now we can look forward to inviting them to other

things as well but especially we're focusing this time on the passion uh

sure would you get ready real quick we have a card I want to hand out to you

right now and it's just a very simple card H is passion our passion the

scriptures John chapter four but I tell you looking you will see that the fields

are wiping red ripe and ready to harvest so let's just get ready if you come on

down guys make sure pass one out to every single person and then you'll just

simply see it says I will pray for and then there's five lines and they're

blank they're blank because you to write in the names of five people you

can see them there up on the screens you get the right two names of five people

down that who you're gonna start praying for for the next few weeks and begin to

say okay how can I reach out into these lives and bring them to the passion how

can I bring them to hear the message of Jesus love of Jesus forgiveness of Jesus

grace of Jesus power what we experienced this morning people outside in the world

longed for the peace in the presence of God that comes when we're worshiping him

people in the world longed for the hope that comes of being able to pray for the

sick and see them receive healing people in the world longed for that because

their only hope is a doctor and what what happens when the doctor says

there's nothing else we can do but Jesus can change their life amen so well I

want you to think right now let's take a couple minutes as the ushers are passing

these out and even before you get one Charles and the worship team you can

come on back up excuse me and and you can be praying right now before I even

get one of these cards because you already know what it looks like

basically begin to pray father thank you so much for this opportunity that we

have to reach out into our community places where we live

places where we work places where we shop places that we hang out or we go

for recreation maybe it's our young people when they go to the the skate

park or the mall and they're meeting some of their friends or on the school

campuses or whatever they might be elementary school middle school high

school college campuses father so many opportunities helped us this week to

look around and see that the fields are white or as the scripture says ripe and

ready for harvest father oh we thank you so much for leading us and guiding us

and directing us that we may be a part of bringing multitudes to

Jesus this season of life that we're in father oh that together we'll be praying

will be talking will be inviting people to come to experience Jesus last week on

this earth Father we pray for those who'll take part in the Passion

experience those that are are already preparing and being contacted are those

who will be signing up for this and that to help in the various areas Lord that

our hearts will be prepared and anointed that our lives and the whole the whole

the evenings of ministry would glorify you and there would be a supernatural

anointing and a supernatural moving of your spirit in the hearts of those who

will come Lord we're not just interested in inviting Christians from other

churches we want to invite those who don't yet know you and so we pray we

pray for those you'll bring across our paths in the next few days and weeks to

come s o that they might come to know you and the life you bring through Jesus Christ Amen

Top 5 Reasons Why Getting Liverpunched Sucks - Duration: 4:11.

What's up everybody, welcome to my channel and welcome to Portugal.

I bought a bunch of new equipment and i feel like shooting outside but i have nothing interesting

to say.

So let's talk about the first time i got liverpunched.

I was 17 and i just started my second kickboxing lesson and they put with this armenian guy

who has been kickboxing since he was a kid.

There was a huge skill level gap between me and him and i could tell he was annoyed that

i was his training partner.

So the exercise the trainer want all of us to do was a left jab, right cross, a left

to the body.

The armenian guy throws the left and right slow and easy but when he throws the bodyshot,

he put 100% of his power in to punch, punching me straight in my vital organs, and i was

send crashing to the floor, convulsing like a vegan Social Justice Warrior who identifies

as an 18th century pan sexual eskimo.

So after 5 seconds lying on the floor dying of some of the worst pain i've felt in my

life, looking like the epic pussy that i was, i got back up.

The Armenian dude stared at me with this cold, hard, deadpan look, not giving a single fuck.

So he does the combination again, left jab and right cross, but again just like the first

time, rips another huge left to body again.

And i was like, holy shit, not again, i better block that somehow.

So before his monstrous left hook lands on my body, i block it with my elbow.

No-one told me to do it, not the trainer, not the armenian guy, i just knew what would

happen if that punch landed again, on the exact same spot, so i blocked it.

And this time i was not sent crashing to the floor.

Fuck yeah, bitch.

The armenian dude was not impressed and for at about ten times in row he tried to TKO

me again with a left to the body but that wasn't happening.

Eventually the round the ended, and he just gave me this death stare that all people from

his part of the world seem to have and went on to train with someone more on his level.

He didn't say a single word to me nor explain how to do anything.

He's was quite the asshole.

So here are my top 5 reasons why getting liverpunched sucks

5) It hurts 4) Your whole body shuts down.

It's like involuntary response to just completely cramp up, when you get hit in your vital organs.

You try to be tough and get back up but your body just says no.

All those boxing and mma guys who get hit in the liver or solar plexus, and they just

eat it up like it's nothing, are so goddamn tough.

Unless you've been hit there, it's impossible to understand just how much it hurts getting

punched in the body and how tough those professional fighters are.

3)It's almost as bad as getting kicked in the balls

2) don't get liver punched.

!)Ouch

SO that was my top 5 reasons why liverpunched sucks.

Subscribe to my channel if you aren't already and please leave a comment in the comment

section below about your first experience getting liver punched.

This video was really about nothing and i just needed an excuse to shoot some video

outside.

It's the end of the video, so you know the drill, let's take a walk through Portugal.

No witam Pana Młodego! - zaczęła Doda, nagrywając relację z Emilem.

Witam moją nową poślubioną małżonkę! - odpowiedział, chociaż w pewnym momencie zająknął się, chcąc powiedzieć młodą.

No nie wiadomo jak mówić teraz. Pozdrawiamy wszystkich z gorącej Hiszpanii.

Dziękujemy za wszystkie życzenia, gratulacje. Dziękujemy serdecznie! - wybrnęła Dorota.

Potem piosenkarka pokazała jeszcze najukochańszych braci, którzy udzielili im ślubu, powiedziała, że zamówiła sobie mohito i zajrzała w talerz rodzicom,.

No tato, widzę dokładeczka.

How to Make A Raspberry Jelly Roll ~ Retro Recipe ~ Classic Sponge Cake Dessert ~ Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 12:38.

Hi everyone welcome back to my kitchen and today

We're going to revisit a retro recipe from my childhood good old-fashioned

Jelly roll this starts with a sponge cake that you bake in a really thin layer in a sheet pan

And then you let it cool

and you try really hard not to break it and you try really hard not to crack it but as

Luck would have it. There's a story so come on along and let's see how this all comes together

We're gonna make up this jelly roll today because personally I think it's the perfect dessert for summer

It's super easy to make it literally takes seven minutes in the oven which I have preheating at 400 degrees

So you're gonna use one cup of cake flour I showed you how to make that in a previous video

I'll link it here on the screen and down below one cup of sugar

4 eggs at room temperature

And I also showed you how to bring your extra room temperature quickly in?

A previous video where I showed how to make the cake flour?

And we're gonna use a teaspoon of baking powder a half a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla extract

That's all that goes into this sponge cake it's super easy well

We're gonna start off with so our eggs are at room temperature which is awesome

I'm just gonna crack them into this bowl now. We're gonna

Go ahead and start beating these on high until they're a little bit fluffy

Now you see how creamy they look and how foamy they look we're gonna toss in our baking powder and our salt

Now you see one of the big reasons we want room-temperature eggs is because we want the volume

If your eggs are cold you're not gonna get this volume now

Do you also see that the eggs have changed color a little bit? They've gotten a little more pale

This is when you want to turn your beaters on high and start gradually adding your sugar until you get a nice thick creamy

Mixture that's going to be approximately double in volume

We're gonna add in our vanilla extract and just give that a stir, and then we're gonna put our flour in here

And we're going to fold it in with our spatula

Okay, we've got all of our flour incorporated

it's really important when you do this that you scrape down from the bottom and fold up and

then I come into the middle and

Then I scrape around the side of the bowl into the center

You want to do this slowly?

But surely because like I said you want to keep a lot of the air that you've beaten in there

So now we're gonna do is

grab a pan and

This is as close to a jelly roll pan that I have it's approximately

12 by 15

Typically a jelly roll pan is 10

By 13 around that but whatever you have on hand is probably gonna be fine

If you have a like a rimmed cookie sheet that will work. Just not a half sheet pan. That's too big

Okay, so now we're gonna. Do is we're going to scrape

our

batter onto our baking sheet

Offset spatula is going to work very well

To help you manipulate the batter into all four corners of your pan

Okay, I've got my batter evenly

Distributed in my jelly roll pan for all intents and purposes. We're gonna pop this in a 400-degree oven for

seven minutes or

until when you stick it with a toothpick or it comes out clean or when you press it with your finger it springs back

um

Evenly so we'll be back when this comes out of the oven and I'll show you what it looks like and what happens next

Okay our sponge cake is done, and it must baked for seven minutes. It's perfect golden brown and

Around the edges it's nice and done, so what I did was I took this spatula

And then I just gently went around all the edges

like so, and then I like to take my fish slice or big spatula, that's skinny and

Then I just like to go this all the way around the cake

Don't lift it up too much because you might crack it or break the cake you just want to make sure

Now remember I put I sprayed the pan I put parchment and then I sprayed the parchment so

What I'm gonna. Do now is I'm just gonna take this this rack away, and then I'm going to

Do that I have a couple of pieces of parchment that I liberally dusted with powdered sugar

Then I want to take this parchment off that was in the bottom of the pan very

Carefully because you can tear your cake if you don't do it just so when I say these case can be finicky. I'm not joking

Yes Brett G

Lays right, you would think that a sponge cake wouldn't be as fragile because just looking at it

It looks pretty sturdy, but it's pretty fragile so what you're gonna

Do now is you're going to roll this up gently and I had someone comment on the picture

I put it on putted yes on the picture. I put it on Instagram

That it wasn't cracked and no it wasn't cracked and this is how you get no cracks

First of all you make sure that you measure your ingredients

Precisely, then you make sure that you you

take it out of the pan almost immediately after taking it out of the oven and

Then you roll it up very quickly and then I'm gonna put this on the rack and let it cool

It only takes about a half an hour for this to cool all the way

now

Full disclosure I made another one before I made this one and it cracked when I was taking it out of the pan

So it's setting aside cooling and I'm gonna fill that with something else

But I'm just not gonna waste it because it's perfectly good cake so we're gonna let this cool

We'll come back when it's time to fill this with some raspberry jam

All right, we're ready to fill our cake roll

And it seems remember how I told you I made a second one well

I filled the second one with Nutella before I turned the camera on so

We're gonna go ahead and we're gonna fill this with some raspberry jam because I made a bonehead mistake

and I have about a cup of just this is a natural style raspberry jam and

It doesn't have any like high-fructose corn syrup in it or anything like that this cake roll does have a crack in it

But you know what?

Life is full of cracks, and that's okay

we're just gonna slap some jam on it and make it look pretty and

it's gonna taste good and nobody is gonna care about the crack, so now we're gonna roll it up cracks and all and

Just take your paper and let it help you to roll it up and there's our crack

And our crack is going to be

Encapsulated on the inside of the roll

so you want your seam side down and so when I get to the end I like to just

Give it a little bit of a press

And there you go see no cracks on the top just powdered sugar

It looks really pretty so now what we're gonna do before we plate is I'm gonna cut these ugly ends off

That's what you want a jelly roll to look like just like that

Perfect. We'll cut this ugly end off

And you know I'm pretty sure that you won't have a problem finding someone to consume those

And I will tell you I pitched a fit when I realized that I had done that and I had filled the wrong cake roll

With the wrong stuff because I really wanted to look look good on camera

But you know what this is real life and God was apparently teaching me a lesson, so it's okay

And it all turned out fine in the end

So I'm gonna go ahead and plate these and I'll be right back, and I'll show you what they look like

There you have it delicious

Raspberry filled jelly roll of course. This is the one that I wanted to be super pretty because it has

the jelly in it, but this one and I'll show you

This is the one I accidentally filled that I wanted to put the jelly in it has the Nutella in it no cracks

No breakage. It's positively beautiful, and I know that you will be successful

Just be sure that you don't over bake it even by one minute

I'm sure that this is the problem on the jelly filled one because I forgot to set a timer and

Then I did a lot of guesswork before taking it out of the oven so

honestly

Seven minutes is exactly how long you want to bake this then you want to make sure that you get it out of the pan?

Immediately and roll it up in the parchment or you can also roll it up in a clean lint-free

flour sack towel or in a clean pillowcase

I love using pillowcases for roll cakes because they're a little bit larger

And they are completely lint free especially if you're using an old-fashioned

percale

style

Pillowcase and that means that there's more polyester in it than cotton

so that's just what my recommendations are and

That's how they look, but like I said

You know what in the end they're all gonna taste delicious

All these need maybe is a little bit of whipped cream on top, and they're gonna be awesome

So do you want to taste one? Which one do you want to taste well what it takes both?

Cut off some of this in the Telo one and then Nutella is very very sticky and it's a little messy to cut

So when you when you do that with a Nutella make sure that you understand that it's not gonna be like a perfectly beautiful

slice

It really is good. I'm the one who eat the ends off this one. I'm not gonna lie

And then the raspberry one which he already knows how this tastes

N'raspberry is his favorite and traditionally

Raspberry is what I remember my mom using remember. It's what I also remember them being filled with in the store

but

Really the sky's the limit. What do you like?

This would be great with anything you see I've put Nutella in a roll raspberry jam strawberry jam apricot jam

Whatever you have on hand strawberry rhubarb would be awesome lemon filling would be amazing

You could put peanut butter in it. I don't see why not I mean you could

I'm gonna be making a couple more roll cakes throughout the summer that are gonna

Be just as easy with a little bit of a surprise in the filling

so I'm gonna save those secrets for later because I don't want to spoil it for you, but

That's how easy it is to make a roll cake. I really do feel like these are the

perfect summer dessert because they don't take a long time to bake and they won't heat up your kitchen a whole lot and

it's just a really refreshing very light dessert and

You could inside we're on top on top

You can just put whatever your favorite filling is right on in there, so I hope you enjoyed today's video

Doctor Strange - LEGO Marvel-thon! - Duration: 2:02.

Hello, just2good here,

and today we're taking a look at the 14th MCU film -

Doctor Strange, which was released

in the US on November 4th, 2016.

I only saw the film once before this re-watch,

and the first time around,

I thought it was pretty good.

But this time around,

I actually liked it more -

a rare case with these MCU films.

Like, I really liked it.

Maybe it was because I didn't see it in 3D

like I did the first - 3D is literally an eye sore...

especially for a film

with incredible visuals like this one.

And, that's like the part that stands out -

the crazy trippy visuals.

There's so many awesome sequences with these,

and they elevate the fight sequences to another level.

It's one of the few MCU films to do something special

with direction with that considered.

And, everyone in the film is good.

Nothing stands out as bad or great,

but they do a decent job.

Well, except for Tilda Swinton as the Ancient One

who stood out - she portrays a really interesting character

and puts her all into this role.

I wish Doctor Strange had a better development

leading up to getting his powers,

and the Mads Mikkelsen's villain was interesting,

but they barely use him.

Y'know, I like that the film didn't drag on -

it was short compared to other Marvel movies,

but they could've used a few more scenes

to develop the hero and villain.

I do like the resolution -

it took a clever way to defeat the villains.

The humor is really hit and miss in this one -

moreso miss than hit,

and there's parts where it gets annoying

in which they undercut a serious scene with a joke or whatever.

But hey, I guess that's just something to expect from Marvel,

which is sad.

Speaking of the writing,

I think it's awesome how Carlyle from Spill

was one of the writers here.

Anyways, we only got one LEGO set,

which was the Sanctum Sanctorum -

a Target exclusive.

And, it's not excactly accurate,

but for its size, I guess it's a good representation

of a small section of the Sanctorum.

Though - the Portal Beast does not appear in the movie,

I really liked the build of it and the set as a whole.

If I had to make one more set,

it would be the Showdown at Hong Kong -

once again with Doctor Strange,

but also including Kaecilius and Wong.

There would be a food stand to break

and some more scenery for around 20 dollars.

Anyways, did you guys like Doctor Strange?

Leave your thoughts in the comments below.

I'll see you guys later, peace out, bye.

VLOG #5 I like rambling in the car (Italian audio with subs) - Duration: 2:06.

Hi!

This is part of a series of videos I am planning to record

in (my) car

because I love recording in (my) car

in italian... even if maybe sometimes I'll record in English too

but my main plan was recording them in Italian

also because I'd like to speak more Italian

and I don't speak it much anymore except when I am working

(now) I've some free time before going to work

and... I am wearing these glasses lately

because I (can't) see well (anymore)

and at least when I'm doing lessons I (always) try to wear them

and now it is... Ah (I guess) you can't see because my car is very dirty

now it's nice out

but this morning the weather was really strange

very cloudy

and I went out jogging but...

it was really strange. It felt like...

being in a sort of desert.

In the next days I will...

I've lots to do because

my boyfriend's sister is coming (to visit) and so...

in the next weeks we'll do lots of things with her

and so lots of things I planned to do in (the month) of April I'll have to do them now basically.

Here it goes. People passing by probably thinking I am crazy.

And that's it. I should go.

This is it for today and...

see you tomorrow for another video. Probably in (my) car

because for some reason in (my) car I always get inspired.

So talk to you soon. Bye bye!

Nawyki żywieniowe – 8 najzdrowszych, które pokochasz - Duration: 2:59.

4. Ogranicz spożycie cukru.Słodycze i wszelkie inne źródła rafinowanego cukru to główny wróg Twojego zdrowia i optymalnej sylwetki i masy ciała.

6. Pij dużo wody.To prawdopodobnie najlepiej znana i zarazem najprostsza metoda, by wprowadzić zdrowe nawyki do swojego życia.

8. Jedz dużo owoców i warzyw.Surowe owoce i warzywa dostarczą Ci najwięcej substancji odżywczych korzystnych dla Twojego organizmu. Jedząc je regularnie poprawisz swoje trawienie, oczyścisz organizm z toksyn i schudniesz.

hard. Mmm. All right, thank you so much for suggesting that, that was delightful.

insane. All right, my friends, I will see you in my

next video. Until then, have a great, great day. I'll see you later.

When is it time for a billet block? | Mazworx [TECH TALK] - Duration: 13:19.

- I'm here with Mark, the owner of Mazworx,

and Mazworx are the builders of their S15 SR20

power drag car.

It's recently run a 650 and as fast as 221 mile an hour

on the quarter.

Now this makes it the second fastest four cylinder

drag car in the world.

And it's run that time and that mile an hour

after only a handful of passes after a complete rebuild.

So this is obviously pretty promising and bodes well

for that S15 to take that world record

in the not too distant future.

So Mark I just wanted to spend some time

talking about some of the technology that's going

into the engines that you at Mazworx are building.

You're well known for your billet blocks in particular.

We're seeing a trend all around the world with

a lot of engines or high powered engines

are now moving away from a factory cast block

towards those billet blocks.

Can you tell us for a start, where do you see some

of the limitations in the factory cast blocks,

particularly if we talk about the SR20

and maybe the Toyota 2JZ as examples?

- OK well the biggest difference is one's a cast aluminium

and one's cast iron.

With the cast aluminium blocks,

they tend not to crack instantly but you'll definitely

see the line bore and the block actually moving around

under high horse power.

And eventually it will crack.

It's mainly the link between the head stud and the main stud

if the block does crack, that's where you'll see it.

- So you're actually talking about the block essentially

cracking through the centre?

- Yes like horizontally between the link between

the head stud and the main stud.

Now with the 2J's and with the cast iron blocks,

they'll handle more horsepower,

you won't see much of the block dancing around

because it's cast iron.

But when it yields it just ends up cracking.

- Now even before these blocks fail,

OK obviously we are talking two very different materials,

cast aluminium or cast iron,

but in both situations,

even before the blocks actually fail,

is it fair to say you're likely to see at high boost levels,

high power levels, the cylinders distorting

and hence affecting the power the engine's producing anyway?

- Well we will see in the cast aluminium blocks,

we will see the cylinder start ovaling.

You'll see that.

You'll start seeing the main caps get really loose.

You unbolt it and they'll fall out

instead of being pressed in.

If they're dowelled or they're pressed in,

you'll see that happening.

As far as them ovaling, you can make them round again.

We've noticed especially with putting a torque plates

on them, you'll see a lot of effect with that.

Initially it ovaling, and we hone them,

they'll come out round again.

- So when you've gone to the billet block,

when you're actually designing a billet block

to replace a factory cast block,

what sort of design elements are you adding

into the billet block?

Obviously you've got the ability to essentially

do anything you want.

You're starting with a solid block of aluminium

and machining that.

So what design considerations are you adding in

to improve the strength in a very high horsepower

drag application?

- Well first we'll analyse what's failing

on the factory block and we'll concentrate on that.

If you see cast iron blocks, they're iron,

but if you cut them in half, they're really thin iron.

With the aluminium they'll be thicker

but it'll be a porous cast aluminium.

So the biggest design consideration we take

is the link between the head stud and the main stud.

If we concentrate on that link and make that stronger

then it really has no place to fail.

Now as far as the cylinders keeping shape,

we'll concentrate on putting more material

around the cylinders and holding the sleeve.

We'll not necessarily make a thick sleeve

because the sleeve will hold the shape as long

as the backing is strong enough to hold it.

- Now I see that you're using Darton sleeves in your billet

blocks and you've got the option there for dry

and wet sleeve design.

So can you talk to us a little bit about those differences

where you'd choose one over the other?

- Well initially when we started designing the blocks,

we did like a pro drag block.

To where we designed it for the high horsepower,

methanol, drag race motors.

So putting water in a block wasn't really a consideration.

Well couple of years later we had a lot of customers

asking about wet blocks.

So then we kind of reevaluated what kind of blocks

we needed so we came out with like a pro street version

where it's mainly a carbon copy of the factory block

where you can run your factory roll pump.

And of course we needed water through the sleeves.

And the good thing about Darton is a lot of these blocks

already come with MID sleeves so we can use

off the shelf sleeves for those billet blocks.

Now with the case of the 2J we're working on

designing a wet block for the 2J so we're gonna

have to develop in line with Darton,

an MID sleeve for the 2J.

- So at the moment that's not a product that Daton

offer for the 2J?

- I'm sorry?

- The MID sleeve is not a product

that they offer for the 2J?

- Oh not yet, not yet.

We've already talked with them and making those

is not a problem but it'll be you know,

only one application would be for us.

Now one of the advantages as I understand it,

with using the sleeves, the MID sleeves,

is if you do in use end up damaging one cylinder,

maybe you have a lean out, maybe it nips up

or something in one particular cylinder,

you can replace individual sleeves?

- Yes that's correct, the MID sleeves have the o rings

on the bottom, they're easy to take out

and easy to reinstall,

and you just remachine it, the new sleeve.

- Now one of the other common problems we see

with very high boost import drag engines

is the limiting factor often becomes that gasket

seal between the cylinder head and the block.

So how are you addressing that,

what are the technologies you're using there

to improve that seal?

- Well there's many different ways.

So many people out there have their own little tricks.

Well for the high boost drag race motors,

right now we just do a standard

stainless o ring in the head,

a receiver in the block,

and a copper gasket.

I've seen guys do it the other way.

The biggest reason why you wanna put the o ring

in the head, is because the receiver groove,

you wanna put the receiver groove in the iron,

it keeps the sharp edges.

If you end up doing it the other way around,

you put the receiver in the head,

the sharp edges in the receiver end up getting

smooshed in, so putting the o ring in the head

seems to be the best.

Now as far as trying to do, keeping the water,

we've had a couple of customers out there

try using the copper head gasket with the water flow

and it seems to be working out pretty good,

you might get leaks here and there.

With the MLS head gaskets,

there's a couple of different theories on that.

When we install the sleeves we actually do a step

like process where we leave the sleeve

three, four, five thou proud of the block,

so that helps concentrate the sealing

around the cylinder when you clamp it on there.

There's a couple of different head gaskets out there,

you've got the grommet style head gaskets

that actually have a sealing ring around the cylinders

and that helps out a lot.

There's OEM head gaskets that are just strict

multi layer.

In that case you'd put a copper o ring in the sleeve

to help out.

So there's a couple of theories on you know,

shops out there doing different things,

but that's kind of what we do.

- And a little bit application specific I guess as well?

In terms of drag versus high performance street?

- Yeah high performance street we stick

with the metal head gaskets, we try work with that.

'Cause if you do have problems it's easy to repair.

The copper head gaskets, if you torched the head

or something, you'd need to remachine the head,

then you gotta do the o ring all over again,

it's more of a lengthy process.

- In terms of the studs that you're using as well,

I'm assuming that you're also stepping up the size

of those studs, again being that you're using

billet material, you can do whatever you want.

Is that a big necessity when you're trying to hold

in that additional boost?

- Yeah well we first start with the blocks,

the billet blocks, we want like an off the shelf ARP,

half inch stud and they've been

pretty successful to a limit.

We have a lot of racers out there that are requesting

like a L19 stud.

So we ended up finding a top fuel stud.

It's a 9/16th bottom with a half inch shank

that we've been using for most of the guys,

and you can torque those up to 135, 150 pounds

without a problem.

But then in that case we're still running a factory cast

head so you gotta pay attention to how much

you're gonna squish the head.

If you wanna torque the head down to 150 foot pounds,

you gotta, if you're squishing the head,

then it's not really making that much of an effect.

- That was the next thing I was actually going

to comment on there.

Both with the protrusion of the liners of those sleeves

as well as the amount of torque you use.

So there is a point where more torque is

not necessarily better,

you actually start distorting the cylinder head?

- Yes that's correct.

Well with the protrusion of the sleeve,

we know that aluminium and even cast aluminium

will deflect.

So it's gonna, when we model things,

we model things as if they were a spring.

'Cause everything has a modulus of elasticity.

So when you clamp the head on the block,

it actually deforms around, the head will deform,

and the block will deform a little bit.

And the sleeve will not deform as much.

But that's where we get the extra clamping force

around the cylinder,

and like you said, if you over torque it,

you're just smashing the head,

maybe unseating the valves,

you're going backwards.

- Now just to talk about a few of the specific aspects

with the S15 drag car.

Now this is running the SR20 VE cylinder head,

quite a popular option for anyone

who wants to make a lot of horsepower with an SR20.

One of the aspects with the heads,

and this really isn't specific to the SR20,

is the squish area or squish pads in the cylinder head.

I know there's two schools of thought on the squish pads.

The idea behind them initially is that as the piston

comes towards TDC, those squish pads help

push the combustion charge in towards the spark plug,

the idea there is to help reduce detonation.

The other school of though,

that in a modified application they can actually

promote detonation and even pre ignition.

So what's your thoughts on that and what are you doing

with those?

- Well we started taking those out back in the 90s

with the lower octane fuel.

And with the SR20s, when we started building the motors,

when the customers bring them in,

they have detonation issues,

first place we see it is in the squish areas.

So what we would do is OK well let's take them out,

and we took them out and they stopped detonating,

so that was our first reason why we did it.

But after looking at it, the SR20 guys,

we started running thicker head gaskets.

So your squish area ended up being less effective

'cause you had more space there.

So it came more of a localised combustion chamber,

and that's why it started detonating.

I think with the thinner head gaskets,

and you get the piston closer to the squish area,

yeah I think it'd have a better effect.

A pent roof style combustion chamber like a 2J,

forcing that mixture up in the combustion chamber.

- So I think that comes back to,

there was an old school idea when you turbocharge

a naturally aspirated engine with a high compression ratio,

a lot of people would fit a thicker head gasket,

and while yes that will drop the compression ratio,

the reduction in that squish effect actually can

almost end up in the same place in terms

of the engine's likelihood to detonate?

- Yes that's correct.

And some of those engines like I was saying,

the 2J, even the Honda B series where you don't

have the room to take the squish areas out,

you gotta do what you gotta do.

- Now in terms of removing those squish areas,

you're also going to a bigger bore diameter,

that also has an improvement on the flow

around the valves.

You've got the ability to de shroud those as well?

- Yes, with the SR20, we go to Darton sleeves,

we have the capability of going from 86 millimetre bore

to a 90 millimetre bore.

So what we would do is we would CNC the chamber,

take out the squish areas and actually open up

the chamber to a 90 millimetre.

And we've noticed on the flow bench is actually

is helps us increase the air flow capability of the motor.

- Now a lot of people aren't doing that,

they aren't modifying those combustion chambers

when they do step to a larger bore diameter,

so obviously that's gonna introduce a step

as you come into the combustion chamber.

How detrimental is that to the engine's performance?

- Well we haven't really done any back to back testing.

But it increases your squish area if you're not

taking that out and I'm sure as you can see,

in the SR20s it'll start detonating farther in.

- Now in terms of removing that squish area as well,

machining that out of the head,

what sort of effect has that got

on the compression ratio typically?

Obviously that's going to be somewhat engine specific

but can you give us a bit of a guide?

- Well we've noticed like with the SR20 DETs

it'd take almost a full point of compression out,

and with the VEs it'd take about

a half a point of compression out.

- Alright look Mark it's been really interesting

getting some insight into that and certainly

your billet blocks are a work of art.

Also with the S15 we really look forward

to seeing what that car does next year.

Coming into winter now so looking forward

to seeing its results coming into the new summer.

And if our viewers want to find out more

Strange Superpowers People Have In Real Life - Duration: 6:20.

If you're one of those people who doesn't watch superhero movies because they're just

too far-fetched, then it might be time to think again.

Some of those caped crusaders' unbelievable powers might not be as impossible as you think.

While most of the 7 billion people on this planet don't exactly boast superhuman abilities,

the ones that do will make you wonder when your mischievous friends signed you up to

be an extra in an Avengers film.

Here are a few superpowers that actually exist out in the real world.

"Look — up in the sky!

It's a bird!

It's a plane!

It's Superman!"

Marathon man

"You are looking at Superman.

No, not Superman from the movies.

He's the real deal."

Dean Karnazes has what might be the closest thing to an actual superpower on this list.

Most famous for running 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 consecutive days, he's also run

350 miles nonstop on a running machine for over 80 hours.

Medical investigations have determined that his muscles suffer far less damage from sustained

running than they should.

If he could be kept fed and hydrated while on the move, he is capable of running at 7-10

miles per hour almost indefinitely.

Move over, Flash — there's a new guy in the running!

Mag-neat-o!

With all the metal we interact with on a daily basis, having magnetic skin is probably just

as much a liability as a superpower.

Liew Thow Lin of Malaysia, better known to the world as "Magneto Man," discovered his

superpower at the age of 60.

While he was a contractor, his work got very difficult when all of his tools started getting

stuck to his body.

Liew Thow Lin can stick any metal object to his skin, ranging from silverware to hammers

and metal plates with heavy objects hanging from them.

Scientists have taken to study Magneto Man but discovered he is not so aptly named as

no magnetic field is responsible for this weird quirk.

Instead, the best deduction scientists at the University of Technology in Malaysia could

come up with is that his skin has some kind of suction property.

Whatever may be the cause, we can be certain that it's genetic, as Liew Thow Lin's grandkids

can perform the same epic party trick as their grandpa.

He ain't lion

You couldn't pay most people enough to walk themselves into a lion's den, but "lion whisperer"

Kevin Richardson finds them to be great company, and they must agree, seeing how they don't

eat him.

With nothing but an understanding of lion behavior and instinct along with a couple

of lion noises he's picked up, Kevin just walks himself right up to these beasts and

is welcomed with open paws.

They pounce on him playfully without their claws drawn and even give him some love bites

that don't result in his guts being ripped out of his stomach.

He's learned to interact with these massive animals, and they've accepted him into their

pride.

It's not just lions, either.

During his time in South Africa, he's gained the acceptance of hyenas, snakes, and giraffes.

Kevin has gained quite a bit of fame for his super power, using it to create documentaries

to promote the protection of these animals from mankind and to show us that animals are

capable of love and friendship.

Ice ice baby

Humans can't survive for long without food, without water, or on Mount Everest in just

a pair of shorts—or so common sense would have you believe.

In the case of Dutchman Wim Hof, that third one can be struck off the list.

Exhibiting an almost inhuman ability to withstand the cold, Hof has repeatedly put himself in

situations that would have killed a less-prepared thrill-seeker, and come out of it none the

worse.

Most famously, he attempted to climb Mount Everest wearing nothing but a pair of shorts

and sandals.

Although he didn't make it to the top, he nevertheless survived in temperatures that

can drop as low as minus 76 degrees Fahrenheit.

Hof attributes his amazing abilities to a Buddhist meditation technique that allows

him to control his body temperature and immune responses.

"Let's do it — just breathe in.

And let go."

We're not exactly sure what role he'd play in a Marvel movie, but you gotta admit: his

abilities are pretty cool — pun most certainly intended.

Any stretch of the imagination

It must be tough for Garry Turner to avoid the Mr. Fantastic comparison — after all,

the dude has the stretchiest skin in the world.

Turner suffers from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a group of disorders that affects the skin,

joints, and blood vessels.

Turner's strain is even rarer, resulting in his ultra-stretchy skin.

His abdominal skin is what snatched him the record for stretchiest skin, reaching 6 and

a quarter inches away from his body.

"He bends.

He stretches.

He even ties into knots.

But always returns to his original shape."

"How does he do that?"

Rather than hide his power, Turner loves showing off the novelty of his ability as part of

the circus.

Though his disease still causes him pain, his love of the stage keeps an extra big smile

on his face — when it's not hidden by his neck skin, that is...

Photographic phenomenon

While a lot of attention gets paid to physical superpowers, there are a few powers of the

mind that are no less remarkable.

Stephen Wiltshire is a British artist who has near-perfect visual memory.

His most remarkable demonstration involves taking a brief helicopter flight over a city

and later making a highly detailed large-scale drawing purely from memory.

In 2011, he made a 250-foot-long panoramic drawing of New York City from memory, and

he has also made drawings of London, Singapore, and Mexico City to name but a few.

His talent is so remarkable that it has been recognised by the British Government, who

appointed him a Member of the Order of the British Empire in 2006.

Slicin' and Dicin'

Isao Machii should play in Major League Baseball — his batting average would be off the charts.

As it happens, his preferred tool is a Katana.

With his samurai-style sword, Machii cuts things into pieces really, really fast.

He actually holds a few world records, and he's even cut a BB in half.

And we're not talking a stationary BB pellet sitting on a table or something.

We're talking a BB travelling at 350 miles per hour, a speed so fast that it required

a high speed camera in order to prove that Machii sliced the metal pellet in two.

Experts are at a loss to explain Machii's abilities, as the BB is travelling so fast

that he should barely be able to see it, let alone predict its path, draw his sword, and

slice it in two — but he does, time and time again.

Hello Hello! I am Ali and welcome to AFangirl!

Today I teach you 2 ideas of headbands so that you can animate and stand out in your K-pop concert.

In this case, the Super Show 7 in Peru will be Super Junior,

obviously you change it for your group.

Before you start Subscribe and activate the little bell to notify you of my new videos.

Now let's see the DIY's...

For the first idea they need:

A base of a headband,

2 covers,

Two images of your Bias,

Black acrylic paint and sponge,

Liquid silicone,

Blue metallic paper,

And ornaments.

Let's start!

The covers that I use are 7.5 cm.

Paint in black and let it dry.

Take one of the covers to mark the contour in both images

and cut.

So..

Now on the metallic paper,

mark the outline

and cut.

Point 0.4 mm across the edge,

join

and cut.

Then put the edges

and paste.

When it's dry,

it's time to paste the images on the cover.

Finally we set everything on the headband with silicone.

And this is the result!

For the second DIY they need:

A base of a headband,

The Korean name of your bias,

2 covers,

Ornaments,

Black acrylic paint and sponge,

Cardboard with glitter blue and silver,

Liquid silicone,

Hot silicone,

Brush, pencil and white glue.

Let's start!

Paint in black and let it dry.

Take one of the images of the previous DIY,

review the outline on the blue cardboard

and cut.

The Korean letters copy them on the silver cardboard

and cut.

Unite circles and letters with liquid silicone.

Now cover with white glue the characters and let it dry.

This is transparent so do not be afraid.

Then put together the cards with the covers.

Finally put everything in the vicha with hot silicone.

In my case I decided on these glitter for the middle part.

And so it is with remains.

WRÓŻKA NIE MA NAJLEPSZYCH WIEŚCI DLA JAROSŁAWA BIENIUKA I MARTYNY || SzokGWIAZDY - Duration: 3:04.
