Child Never Ate Sugar: See Them Now

There is a good chance that many of you read the headline of this article and scoffed at

the idea of not giving your child any sugar.

Kids and sugar go hand in hand after all, no?

Isn't being able to offer your children a sweet treat in exchange for being a good

boy or good girl a good way to encourage your kids to behave?

Kids love sugar, why would anyone in their right mind want to deprive them of something

that they love?

You might also be thinking of all the candy, chocolate and sweets that you grew up eating

and think "I'm fine, surely a little sugar isn't going to seriously harm anyone?"

Keep in mind that I'm not referring to sugar from fruit, but more so the fake sugar that's

added into products, like high fructose corn syrup.

Typically found in juices, pop, candy and more.

As more and more research emerges, many are becoming aware of not only how addictive sugar

is, but also of the potentially damaging effects that result in long term use.

More and more young children are developing Type II diabetes, a disease that used to be

only be referred to as adult onset diabetes.

As a result of this, many people have began to be more conscious of the food that they

are putting into their bodies and making healthier choices.

If these people are or are becoming parents, there is no doubt that this will have a positive

impact in the lives and health of their children as well.

If you're wondering if it is truly possible to raise a child without sugar, then meet

Grace Cooper, a two and a half-year-old child who has never eaten a gram of processed sugar

in her entire life.

How Is This Possible?

Shan, Grace's mom, stated publicly that when her daughter is old enough to understand

what she likes and doesn't like, she is not going to force a strict diet on her, she

is just trying to create a solid foundation for the future of her child's health.

Which seems completely fair to me.

According to Shan, "If she eats a piece of bread I'm not going to have a conniption,"

Shan told the Daily Mail when the girl was only 13 months old.

"She's going to go to kids' parties and eat what's there.

I'm never going to go to Grace, 'You can't eat anything at this party, but I packed you

some kale, here you go.'"

What Inspired Shan Towards Adopting This Type Of Lifestyle?

Shan had been struggling with various food allergies for many years, which had already

gave her the inspiration that was needed to redesign her diet around them.

This prompted her decision to cut out dairy, gluten, and processed foods.

When her baby daughter, Grace was born, it only just made sense to continue this diet

and to carry it on to her little one.

What Does The Diet Consist Of?

This diet completely cuts out grains and dairy and anything processed.

Shan insists that this diet is responsible for Grace's strong immune system; she plays

with children with runny noses and coughs, but Grace has only had one cold, and for a

child of her age that is pretty remarkable.

Shan believes that children are intuitive eaters, but as we reach adulthood we begin

to eat emotionally as an escape from any pain or sadness we may be feeling.

She wants to teach her child to know which foods actually make the body feel good and

which ones don't and to eat for health and not to escape.

Grace's Mom says that soon, "She'll be old enough to know she can choose whatever

she wants to eat.

She'll probably come home one day jacked up on sugar and cake and say, 'mum I don't

feel very well.'"

Why Is This Important?

Children learn most of what they know about health, diet and nutrition, from their parents

and if their parents don't know much about these things, then it is going to make it

more difficult for the child to adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Really, it is up to the parents to be informed when it comes to health and pass on this knowledge

to their children.

This way we can break the cycle of perpetual disease and illness.

I have heard a doctor say before that many illnesses and diseases that are considered

genetic, are only actually genetic if you follow the same diet and lifestyle footprints

as your parents, that is – it's only genetic if you eat like your parents did.

Should We Heed Advice From Skeptics?

Many skeptics feel that the lack of grains and legumes in Grace's diet are a cause

for concern, but Shan feels perplexed by this because she is eliminating so many toxic foods

and adding in so many whole, healthy unprocessed foods.

How could that be a bad thing?

Of course, it is always best to do your research and decide what's best

for you and your children and what makes them thrive.

Shan does not feel-self righteous or better than because of her decisions.

Her philosophy has nothing to do with limiting people and everything to do with empowering

people, leading by example, and allowing them the freedom to choose for themselves what

is the best diet for their own children.

Basically, the biggest take away here is that you can't go wrong by limiting processed

sugars and foods and introducing more whole real foods into your child's diet.

Don't forget, real food doesn't have ingredients, real food is ingredients.

Liverpool FC given double injury boost ahead of decisive upcoming fixtures

Jurgen Klopp is expected to be boosted by the improving fitness of two of Liverpools key defenders as he prepares for this months pivotal run.

The Reds are next in action away to West Brom in the Premier League on Saturday, before hosting AS Roma in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final on Tuesday night.

Their trip to the Hawthorns kicks off a spell of five games in 16 days, with their season closer at home to Brighton coming a week later.

Klopp will be looking to wrap up Liverpools domestic goals before that clash on May 13, as his side push for second place while maintaining their hopes of lifting a sixth European Cup.

It had been suggested that the manager could turn to some of the clubs academy stars in light of a clutch of injuries within his squad, but these issues are being slowly relieved.

According to the Telegraphs Chris Bascombe, Klopp has been buoyed by the imminent return of Joe Gomez.

Meanwhile, Dejan Lovrens withdrawal in the second half of Saturdays 3-0 win at home to Bournemouth with a groin problem is believed to have been a precaution.

The availability of both Gomez and Lovren for this vital period that also includes clashes with Stoke City (H) and Chelsea (A) in the league and the second leg at Roma in the Champions League is a major lift.

Lovren has enjoyed something of a resurgence in fortunes alongside Virgil van Dijk of late, and it has been essential given the season-ending injury to Joel Matip.

Ragnar Klavan replaced the Croatian at centre-back at the weekend, but both he and Van Dijk are naturally left-sided defenders, and their pairing is so far untested, which would be a big risk.

Having Lovren available for the semi-final is hugely positive, and he will likely start both legs against Roma as Liverpool push for a final against either Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.

The return of Gomez is arguably an even bigger boost, as the 20-year-old provides Klopp with further flexibility at the back.

Gomez has largely operated as a right-back this season, alternating with Trent Alexander-Arnold in the absence of Nathaniel Clyne, who has since made his comeback from a long-term back injury.

But the ex-Charlton youth has designs on a future at centre-back, and without Matip he stands as Klopps second choice on the right side of a pairing.

The prospect of Gomez starting in a European decider at the heart of the defence could be problematic given his inexperience, but the influence of Van Dijk should allay any fears.

I know we desire quickie sometimes which is interesting too but that shouldn't be the reason to ignore foreplay

Show your man or woman your foreplay skills its necessary

foreplay isn't meant for bedroom alone

Sukcesywnie na jej profilu pojawiają się nowe zdjęcia i nagrania z tego wyjątkowego dnia.

Tego chyba nikt się nie spodziewał i kiedy 15 kwietnia 2017 roku, w niedzielę wokalistka poinformowała, że została szczęśliwą żoną Emila, to w mediach rozpętała się prawdziwa burza.

Znana ze swoich szalonych pomysłów Dorota postanowiła kolejny raz zaskoczyć fanów i w pięknych okolicznościach przyrody, w Hiszpanii powiedziała sakramentalne tak.

Co ciekawe, związku z Emilem wypierała się wielokrotnie i zawsze podkreślała, że tylko się przyjaźnią.

Prawda jednak okazała się inna i w najnowszym wpisie, gwiazda pokusiła się o wytłumaczenie swojej decyzji:.

Pytacie mnie, czemu ukrywałam swój związek tyle czasu.

Bo chciałam dać czas w końcu sobie.

Chciałam pierwszy raz odkąd 20 lat temu stałam się osobą publiczną, móc przeżywać rodzące się uczucie nie na oczach wszystkich.

Zanim miłość między Emilem a Dodą zrodziła się na dobre, Doda w pewnej rozmowie powiedziała, że oddałaby wszystko co ma, w zamian za prawdziwą miłość.

Z kolei Emil już od dawna wiedział, że ją kocha.

Emil mnie zaprosił na lunch w Chicago, w zeszłym roku.

Poszliśmy sami, bo Doda jeszcze potrzebowała swojego 'snu dla urody'.

Emil wtedy powiedział mi coś takiego: 'Wiesz Kasiu? Ja tą Dodę kocham tak mocno, że ja bym dla niej oddał wszystko co mam'.

Ja sobie wtedy pomyślałam, że to są właśnie te puzzle.

A żeby było śmieszniej, dwa dni temu, po kolejnej kłótni z Emilem przez telefon, Doda jak skończyła z nim rozmawiać, to mi powiedziała tak:.

'Boże, ten Emil jest aniołem, chyba Jezus mnie kocha, że ja na niego zasłużyłam!'- powiedziała Katarzyna.

W momencie, kiedy świadkowa Dody wygłaszała swoją mowę, Doda filmowała swojego męża, który miał łzy w oczach słuchając tych słów.

Wydaje nam się, że jeszcze niejednokrotnie Emil i Doda zaskoczą swoich fanów.

Utrzymanie w tajemnicy nie tylko ślubu, ale także i całego związku, musiało być nie lada wyzwaniem, a jednak się udało! .
