Hello NAMASKAR and welcome back again on the cooking channel PAN TO PLATE

Today we are going to make a totally different poori recipe

This is not sweet or spicy poori

This Recipe DOLI KI POORI is made by Bride's Family for Groom's Family and is given after marriage

This Poori is best for long journey travel

The procedure to make this poori is totally different and very unique

It takes time for preparation but once done this is superb tasty recipe

You can have this poori with any gravy recipe

There is no hardwork for making this poori the only thing which we require is time

So lets start making DOLI KI POORI

Take any steel vessel or container

add 2 tbsp raw chickpea

add 2 tbsp poppy seeds

add 1 big size black cardamom

you can increase the cardamom quantity

one medium size cinnamon stick

add 10 nos of black pepper

add 8 nos of cloves

around 1/2 nutmeg

add 3 tbsp sugar

add 2 tbsp of fennel seeds

add a handkerchief below the vessel like this, if you are using container with lid then no need of handkerchief

mix everything together

You can also grind everything and make a fine powder and transfer that powder in vessel

add 2 cups water in sauce pan and wait till the water boil

Once the water starts boiling switch off the gas and transfer this water in the vessel were there are spices

Now close it with some lid or vessel and tie the handkerchief so that the vapors don't get out easily

We are going to place this inside any rice or wheat container since its little warm inside that containers

we need to keep it at warm place for next 12 hours, do not touch or open it before that

So now its 21:00 hrs so I would check it tomorrow morning

So lets open it and check the status

As you can see there are small small bubbles everywhere and the water has all the mixture of spices and its color is also changed

Now in container we would transfer and filter the water

If you have grinded the spices are using the powder form then there is no need to filter you can directly transfer it in container

keep this spices we would later grind it

So finally we have filtered water , now we would add 13 tbsp wheat flour and will add 1 by 1 and keep mixing it

there should not be any lump formation

the batter should be "PANCAKE" consistency and no lumps

So thick batter is ready

close the lid tightly & again we would place it in some warm place like rice container & apply a cloth on top of it

we will wait for next 6-7 hours or till you get a bubble formation on top of the layer

So its been 7 hours lets check it

as we can see there is bubble formation inside and it is ready

So the yeast formation is successful and it is very sticky

Now we will make the paste of the filtered spices which we have saved before after filteration

I have just removed the cinnamon stick and grinded it without addition of water

Now add 1 cup wheat flour in bowl

now yeast which we had prepared we will add that - 5 tbsp yeast

yeast is too must slippery

now mix it very well

after mixing add little salt and mix it again

after mixing salt now keep adding little little lukewarm water and knead the dough

we wont require much water for kneading

add the spices paste and knead it together

I forgot to add before, you can add at start itself when take 1 cup wheat flour

If you are making spices powder at start itself then all this wont come for you

This dough is not like normal dough, it is too much sticky

So we have kneaded the dough for sometime

Now cover it with lid and keep it at some warm place for 2 hours

So after 2 hours the dough is ready

Now take a small portion of the dough

Give a circular shape and roll it on rolling pin like we do for making poori's

the thickness should be normal

the aroma is super duper

So finally 1 poori is ready

So side by side oil is also ready and heated up

now add the poori slowly and safely in oil

Once poori starts floating in oil then add little oil at top of poori with help of spatula like this

As you can see a perfect round shape poori we can see

now flip it and cook the other side too

It looks so red and totally different then normal poori's

So the poori is ready lets remove it on plate

You can see the difference in normal "wheat flour poori" and "doli ki poori"

The color is totally different

Doli Ki poori stays as it is for long time but the normal poori within few minutes wont stay as it isd

Similarly lets prepare the rest of the doli ki poori

So all the doli ki poori is ready

The aroma is awesome and delicious, feels like eating now itself

As you can hear its too much crispy and would be like this for many hours

TRAVELING ALONE (SOLO) - WHY IT'S AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE - Duration: 9:58.

Hey guys, it's Brandon.

Do you enjoy feeling lonely?

Do you like a lot of uncertainty in your life?

How about a concern for your safety?

Doesn't sound all that great, does it?

But what if I told you that on the other side of a small dose of all those feelings was

something truly special and unforgettable.

What if I told you that with that comes amazing connections with people from all over the

world, people you meet so randomly but that make you wonder if it was meant to be.

What if I told you that, through all the uncertainty, you emerged as a person with a new outlook

on life, with a new sense of confidence in your own abilities?

And what if all this came about from an experience that was created completely by you and that

was uniquely yours?

Well, these are reasons why I think traveling can be such a profound journey, but more specifically,

they are reasons why traveling alone can be an adventure that changes your life forever,

in ways that you hadn't imagined.

I briefly want to share with you my very first experience traveling alone, how it impacted

my life, and why I think everyone should try it at least once in their lives.

So, my first experience traveling alone was in Thailand.

I went to Thailand because I wanted the crystal blue waters, the sparkling white sand, the

lush jungles, and the amazing Thai food.

Plus I knew that Thailand was a very common destination for backpackers and so I figured

that meant it was a well-established place for solo travelers staying in hostels and

figuring things out on the fly.

I wanted to travel alone for a few reasons.

First, I knew other people that had done it before and all of them said the same thing

- that it was an amazing experience.

I had met a few of them on various trips in the past.

As we talked, I just had so much respect for them, knowing that they were having this adventure

all on their own.

They seemed brave, outgoing, and daring.

But one of the biggest motivators for me to travel alone, was time.

What do I mean by that?

Well if you've ever wanted to go on a trip somewhere with another person, you know how

difficult it can be sometimes to both have the exact same time available.

You'll be talking with a friend about how much you both want to travel somewhere in

Europe or Asia.

Both of you only get two weeks of vacation time, which is typical here in the U.S., and

you suggest going in the summer.

But as you begin trying to plan everything out, your friend says that a family reunion

came up and so they need to use a few of their precious vacation days for that.

Now they have only a little more than a week to travel to a place that takes two days just

to get there and back.

Then they realize that they are going to be in a wedding party in the month of June and

so they need to be available all month for the bachelor party and wedding ceremony.

They suggest going on the trip in July but you can't because that's when your grandparents

are in town and you need to be home.

You suggest August but your friend starts their new job in August and they'll be super

busy, plus it's their probationary period and they'll look bad if they take a vacation

in the first few months of their new job.

They say to squeeze in the trip around the holiday season but you're much too busy with

family to even think about leaving during that time.

"How about early next year," they say.

"Sorry," the first quarter of the year is busy season at your job and no one is allowed

to take time off.

Maybe Spring?

You get the picture...Basically, your travel plans are postponed for nearly a year because

you're tied to someone else's schedule.

Let's just hope that nothing else pops up a year from now that prevents you from doing

it then!

When you travel alone, YOU decide when to go, and once you find the time that works

for you, no one is going to stop you.

It's a big bright green light to take the opportunity and make the most of the time

for yourself.

Trust me, it is SO liberating!

So here's the story.

I got out of the car and walked towards the big sliding doors at the airport.

The moment I stepped through those doors I felt like my adventure had begun and that

I was on my own.

I didn't have to check any bags because I made sure to buy the biggest backpack available

that could also still fit on the plane as a carry-on.

After all, arriving in Thailand all alone and finding out that my bag never made it

would not put me in a good situation.

It was a LONG flight and being that I was trying to save as much money as I could, I

took the cheapest flight available.

LUCKILY it only had one very short stop in Beijing and the flight was at a reasonable

hour but it meant that the flight was mostly full and I would be forced to endure the drudgery

of the middle seat for nearly 14 hours.

When I arrived in Bangkok, I contacted my friend who was living in the city.

I was going to be staying with him for a few days.

This was one of the first big differences of traveling alone.

Since I couldn't rely on anyone traveling with me and since I didn't know the city,

it encouraged me to use my resources and to reach out to someone that was nice enough

to help.

Had I been on a trip with a friend, it's likely that this wouldn't have happened because...it

wouldn't really need to happen.

At most perhaps we would have met up for dinner or something like that, but during this experience

traveling alone, he let me into his home.

Every morning we would drive together to take his mom to a beauty spa that she owned and

we would stop for a quick breakfast along the way.

Then I would jump on a scooter taxi to go out and explore the city, the temples, the

streets, all on my own while he was at work.

I was so grateful for my friend's hospitality but eventually I had to leave to make my way

down to the Thai islands.

I booked myself a hostel from my phone and then took a bus down south.

This part of the adventure was where I learned another valuable part of traveling alone...you

open yourself up to so many unique, seemingly random opportunities to build genuine connections

with strangers.

On the bus ride down south, I met a new friend from Vietnam and, even though we were staying

at different hostels, we decided to spend an entire day and explore a small beach town

on scooters.

A little bit later, I partied with a new friend who I would run into again later on in my

trip on a different island.

And on a boat ride over to Kho Phi Phi, I met a couple of friends who I would spend

much of the remainder of my trip with, one of which told me that he was returning to

Thailand because he loved it SO much that he decided to fly back home to Canada, sell

his BMW, quit his job, and move to Thailand to be a scuba instructor.

But despite how much fun this sounds, I think one of the most profound experiences of this

trip was the experience of of being lost and lonely.

You see, despite meeting these new friends, I wasn't with them all the time.

Partly because we each had our own plans and our own things going on.

But also because, I didn't WANT to stick to people just for the sake of not being alone.

I wanted to have some time to myself and only join others when I TRULY wanted to.

I felt like it would be the easy way out if I simply clinged to the people that I met

so that I would always have someone by my side.

Well, as you can imagine, this meant that there were some afternoons were I wandered

off by myself, where I DIDN'T meet someone that I genuinely connected with and wanted

to be around.

There were afternoons where I would get lost in a neighborhood that didn't have tourists

everywhere and since I couldn't rely on anyone else, I had to make my own decisions of which

street to turn down, or how quickly I should move before it gets dark.

I had to approach locals, greet them with a shy "hello" in Thai and then proceed to

ask for help using hand gestures and drawing things on a piece of paper.

There were nights where people would be partying on the beach and I would kind of be wandering

around, not really sure what I wanted to do.

Sure, I could jump in and find a group to party with...and that can be a fantastic and

spontaneous experience in itself, but some nights I felt like I would only be doing it

out of insecurity.

Some nights I either wanted to just be alone with my thoughts or to find someone that I

could actually have a deep conversation with and if I didn't find someone like that on

a particular day, then it would mean that I would be alone for a chill night.

But this is the beauty of traveling alone!

You can do that!

You can decide for yourself how you feel and who you want around you.

You emerge from being lost in the city and feeling like a CHAMPION because you, alone,

got yourself out of that sticky situation.

There's this huge sense of pride and accomplishment and you feel REFRESHED and REVITALIZED when

you've given yourself the time to be alone with yourself and then you feel so pumped

up to go and meet new people and to be a social butterfly again.

When we travel with others it's an almost certainty that we are going to be with them,

no matter what, all the time.

It's almost a certainty that we will leave many decisions up to them.

That we won't have as big of a reason to approach random strangers because we already have someone

we're familiar with, right here.

That can all be a great thing for any friendship, which is why it's a great idea to take a trip

with a friend, but all I'm saying is that it's ALSO an amazing, unique experience to

travel alone and to be the SOLE CURATOR of your own experience!

So, that was a small look into the experience I had in Thailand and why I think it is SO

WORTH IT to give yourself at least one opportunity to travel alone.

I know it can be scary, I KNOW it can be dangerous because you're in unfamiliar places, with

unfamiliar people, in unfamiliar cultures.

But that's the beauty and nature of traveling.

And trust me, as long as you're not reckless, once you've decided to take this challenge

for yourself you will inevitably do it in a way that minimizes risks, anyways.

And you'll soon realize that you might be in more danger simply walking around the streets

of L.A. than you are on the beautiful beaches of Thailand or the amongst the museums and

the cathedrals of Spain.

So get started, plan the adventure of your dreams and remember, you're not going to survive

out there, you're going to THRIVE out there!

We can start mushroom cultivation in very low cost .

Some people think that mushroom farming cost a lot of money. But it does not require a lot of money.

We can start it with 5000 rupees only.

Mushroom cultivation is a type of farming which we can do inside as well as outside the house.

We can also do it under the tree.

For mushroom cultivation we need a house and a water tank and bunch of straw.

Who does not have own land, they can easily cultivate mushroom in a house.

Though we don't need soil for this farming, we can do it in a house. We can make shelves through bamboo trees and cultivate mushrooms on each shelf.

For mushroom cultivation we need some basic thing like a water tank, bunch of straw, plastic, some bamboos, a water sprayer machine, etc.

First we need a bunch of straw which has strong stem.

Then we should hold the hay at the top

After that we should jerk the hay back and forth to get rid of the loose straw.

Follow the steps as shown in the video.

After separating bottom and top part of the hay, each bunch of the hay length should be 1.5ft or 2ft.

Now we are cutting the bunch of straw with 1.5ft length.

For one bed of mushroom cultivation process we need 10 kg of straw, which means 20 bunch of straw.

So first we should separate 2 inch from the bottom part of the hay, after that we need 2ft hay from the top part.

Rest of the top part of the hay we can use as fodder for cattle or compost or fuel for clay oven.

Then we have to tie up all the bunches of hay and shock them inside the water tank for 6 to 8 hour in monsoon session and 10 to 12 hour in summer session.

We have to put some limestone and bleaching powder in water to kill the insects or germ from the straw.

For shock the bunch of straw people can use small water tank, big water tank ,small well or pond.

Now we are shocking the bunch of straw with putting some limestone and bleaching.

After that we have to keep this bunch of straw horizontally in a plastic, so that excessive water can out from straw.

We have to keep this bunch of straw in outside for 2 hours for monsoon session and 3o min to 1 hour in summer session.

Actually we want 65% water in straw.

Now we will know how to prepare bed for mushroom cultivation.

For one bed we need 20 to 22 bunches of hay and one bottle of mushroom seeds which is 200gm and 200gm besan.

Now you follow the video to open mushroom seeds from the bottle.

Now we will separate mushroom seeds in to 3 big parts.

Now we have to do it in small part and the size should be 1sqin.

For monsoon session we separate one bottle mushroom seeds in 3 parts and for winter session we separate in 4 parts.

Now we have to separate besan as 3 parts.

You can cultivate mushroom in small house through rack system. We have done rack system in a poly house.

For this you can get subsidy from govt.

As per the rule you should maintain minimum 6 inch gap between first rack and floor/soil.

Gap between one rack to another rack should be 25 inch to 30 inch.

So that you can cultivate mushroom in 4 to 5 rack like in the video.

Bed height of mushroom cultivation is 20 inch.

Though we cut the bunch of straw is 1.5ft so we have to create a bed for mushroom cultivation is 1.5ft by 1.5ft.

Height of 1st layer of straw should be 6 to 9 inch.

Mushroom seeds should be place on the side of the straw leaving 2 inches.

The gap between 2 mushroom seeds should be 3-4 inches.

We should put besan over the mushroom seeds.

After this layer we should put one more layer of straw. This layer should be facing on the opposite side of the previous layer.

Then we should follow the same procedure of placing the mushroom seeds as mentioned in the previous layer.

After that we should again cover the seeds with besasn or any powdered grains.

Now we have to place the last layer. This layer should be facing on the opposite side of the previous layer.

Now we have to place the mushroom seeds all over the layer.

We should place another layer of straw which we have to unfurl so that it becomes 2 inches. That is the height.

So the total height of the bed is 20 inches.

After that we should compress the entire bed of straw.

We should wrap the bed of straw with 6 foot * 6 foot plastic cover.

We should cover the entire straw bed except the bottom , so that air passes.

For one bed we require 20 bunches of straw , 200gm basan, 200gm of seeds bottle and 6ft by 6ft a plastic cover.

After 9 days you can see some small white spots. This is the initial stage of mushroom.

After 9 days the white spot gradually become black in color.

In monsoon session we don't have to spray water in the mushroom bed.

For one mushroom bed we need 25 to 38 degree Celsius of temperature.

The straw requires 65% humidity.

The weather should have 85% of humidity.

For mushroom cultivation we need 1000 watt of lux light.

if we are able to read a book on that light then it means that the light is 1000 lux.

We should not expose the mushroom bed under direct sunlight.

If proper light is not received by the mushroom bed , the mushroom production would be very less.

After 14 to 15 days of bed preparation , mushroom production will start.

This is the 8th day of mushroom bed.

Now we will see the status of the mushroom.

Now you can see how the Mycelium is growing.

These small white patches are mushroom.

This is the 9th and 10th day of the bed.

After 9 days we should remove the plastic cover.

After we remove the plastic cover the temperature, humidity and light is in normal stage. So that the mushroom can grow easily.

Now you can see the 12th day of bed. The white spot slowly change in to a black color.

In the monsoon session we don't have to spray water but in the summer session we have to spray 2 ,3 times in the bed.

This is the sprayer machine. Through this machine we have to spray the water in the mushroom bed.

Production will be started after 13 to 14 days.

2 to 3 days we can produce mushroom.

After that we have to wait one week and spray water in the bed.

In the first phase 80% of mushroom is produce, and rest will be produce after the one week.

a showcase of the new Outfit Styles to Battlegrounds for the Elder Scrolls Online

I will show you the Outfit Styles for male and female Characters and different Races.

Take a look in the description if you are only interested in a specific topic

If you complete a Battleground match you have a chance to obtain an Outfit Style Page fo

the Pit Demons, Storm Lords and Fire Drakes unique armor appearances.

Victors have a much higher chance to obtain an Outfit Style than do second-place finishers,

and second-place finishers have a much better chance than do third-place finishers.

However, even teams have a small chance to obtain an Outfit Style.

The medals you obtain do not affect your chances at all

Placing on the Leaderboards for Battlegrounds also has a very good chance to award an Outfit

Style from each of the three teams' armor visuals.

For a chance to obtain the Pit Demons Outfit Styles you have to complete Deathmatch Games.

For a chance to obtain the Fire drakes Outfit Styles you have to complete Lands Grab Games.

That means you have to play the Domination and Crazy King Mode and try to be victorious.

For a chance to obtain the Storm Lords Outfit Styles you have to complete Flag Games.

That means you have to play the Capture the Relic and Chaosball Mode and try to be victorious.
