Hello guys and welcome back to this new video!

In which I'm telling you how hard it is to find a house in Tokyo

Oh my god!

You know, in five years I moved out seven times

Seven. This is the seventh.

Seven times.

I hope that this last time could be the one, the right one

It's funny because I wanted to do a home tour video

Thank God I did't film it, but Seba did it

So it's like "Look! Yuriko's house!" and so it ends, bye.

She isn't living here anymore

Yuriko's house lasted, like, six months

That's because the situation becomes more complicated

It depends on contracts, and maybe they don't renew yours

Or maybe you can't stay here anymore

Or you shared your house

Or your warrantor decides not to support you anymore and bla bla bla

Really a lot of things.

I spent these days, one whole week, going around the city, looking for a house

Any house that could be a bit more larger

I don't want to live in splendor

I just want a normal house where I could live without being afraid of meeting cockroaches or weird people.

Because here there are some of them.

I already had stalking problem once and I wold like to live in a pelace that guarantees a little bit more safety.

Here I don't have it

But, as I'm living 50 meters (around 164 feet) from my last manager

If I shout "Tanakaaa" he comes right here with a rifle and defends me.

So I feel quite safe here.

But as I'm changing my agency, many things will change too

I'll need a bigger house also because I need a place where I can keep my cosplays without the need for having a storage.

And here's where it starts

And it's wide, considering that when I search for a 40 m2 they ask me if I have a family.

No! I don't have one!

I just wanna live in a big house.

I swear, I made a lot of researches, because I was in the middle of depression,

I didn't know how to move out of here, and I didn't had money

But not for paying the rent

Because, ok, the rent is expensive and here if you don't get a job you can't eat, literally.

Ok, i don't want to seem an homeless person, but i'm not rich enough to say:

"Yes, ok, I go here in this apartment, and after there in another"

It costs a lot of money and if you want to live in a house here in japan you literally have to bleed your veins dry.

And it doesn't end here, because you have Reikin (礼金) and Shikin (資金)

I still don't get the spelling of these two terms

But you have to gift you house owner some money

Well, ok, I'll do you a favour and I'll stay here, but you also want more money?

Ok, that's fine.

You don't want a basket of fruit? I won't buy it in Japan.

I'll go to Sicily for you and I'll buy some big watemelons and I'll pay them 5 euros each

Each trunk, obiviously. A trunk of twenty watermelons.

And I get back here, so it's the same thing. It's equivalent to giving you three thousand euros.

But, no, it's not like that. And you always have to consider houses

Which don't have these two "gifts", that most of the time are about one thousand euros.

Obiviously it depends on which house you visit

But more or less I discovered that the standard procedure is quite the same in every house

And theeeen

Many agencies will tell you they don't have any problem with foreign people

Actually it's true, but

But then you have to saddle with the agency

and you have also to find a japanese person who vouches for you

So you don't just have to pay the agency tons of euros,

but you have to look for a guarantor too

Because they are afraid that you could leave the Country without paying the rent

Or that you could vanish.

Look, I'm here, I would never run away

I would stay here my whole life

If you gave me a visa that wouldn't expire

And then ughhh

Becuse they also ask you, "why don't you have a longer visa?"

Hahahahaha...

I don't know.

It's like winning the lottery,

If you aren't a super famous person

It's impossible to get it

So imagine how hard it is if you tell the you're an artist

Or imagine if they recognise you

And already three agencies I visited recognised me:

"Oh, hi, you're her! The famous cosplayer!

Now I undersand the problem with the cothes!"

Now you want a cup of coffee when you come to visit me?

And you have also to pay the agency

even if most of the times they don't do that

I often search on the web. I find it.

In conclusion, you have to pay a lot of things

The point is that i have to say "goodbye" to this house

I still don't know if I have to tell her now

or later, because I'm working so hard to move out

And I would like to rest

I spent a week visiting nearly all the places in Tokyo

Because, you know, there are some "dangerous" areas,

Not the same danger we have in Italy, but even so living there is not the best thing in the world

But the agencies still always try to sell them to you

So if I have to think about the fact that here in Japan some fans aren't like...

Or they steal your underwear from out the house if you live on the ground floor

Fact remains that I'm moving out

And I need to breath

But! I hope I'll move out before next year's autumn.

And if I make it is a YAY

but if I don't make it there'll be problems.

However I could move out in winter too

Because in theory I had to stay here a year,

otherwise I had to pay the penalty

Cosplayers' life is too hard

Why?

Also I can't either sell most of the things because surely

in a report, it already happened, they'll ask for some cosplays and

and you the have to buy it again.

Because i speak Japanese fluently and

usually if they know you're a foreigner they tend to control the situation and

While I'm calling them and I'm speaking with my flowing Japanese

They keep talking in English and I don't understand them

"What the hell are you saying? Are you speaking English?"

It doesn't happen, but well-

They do this because they're afraid you can't understand them

But actually I can understand them really well-

And these days there's this thig that

if you speak Japanese, youre an "ok" gaijin

If not, you're not.

If you're an italian girl and you are on your twenties you're good

but if you have dark skin and you are thirty years old, they tell you "No."

Sadly it happens

And sadly the majority of japanese people it's like this

A bit racist? Yes, unfortunately.

But we won't give up!

I absolutely want to get the house of my dreams

Darn that time when they snetched it one minute before

And I really wanted to cry, destroy everything

And shout to them calling them names.

It's not possible!

But I think that in the end in Italy it's the same

I don't really know

Because actually I overturned my life by coming here

And making my first experience living alone

and maybe even preparing myself food alone

In 1965 my grandmother Anna Maria Ubaldi, being a descendant of an ancient Umbrian family

was appointed as a mayor of a small town called Trevi

She was one of the first women in Italy to cover such an important public office

Trevi stands on the hill in front of the most famous village of Montefalco

which is said to be the heart of Italy

Montefalco is famous for its red wines: the Sagrantino and the Rosso di Montefalco

It is also known worldwide for its numerous Renaissance artworks of important artists such as Raffaello and Benozzo Gozzoli

whose paintings can be found in numerous churches

My grandmother Anna Maria lived all her life in Montefalco in a XVth century building

Unfortunately now the building it has become a ruin due to a violent earthquake in 1997 and the other violent earthquakes that took place in August and October 2016

In August 2016 unfortunately, my beloved mom Federica passed away

and, so, we decided with my dad and elder siblings Ludovica and Lorenzo to restructure the ruin

to continue and keep alive the spirit of both my grandmother Anna Maria and my beloved mom Federica

My Uncle Giorgio still live in the area and produces a red wine called Coccorone

which is the ancient medieval name of Montefalco that the German king Frederick II of Swabia decided to change in the present name

Today we would like to restore the ancient beauty of the house

transforming it from sad ruin to a cozy home to accommodate who will help us and other future visitors

That's why we are looking for the necessary funds and help

A range of royals have headed north over the last few weeks - including Prince William and Kate Middleton - to visit The Queen and Prince Philip at Balmoral

And whilst there the group have indulged in the family's long standing tradition of grouse hunting - with images surfacing of Prince George going to watch his father take down the birds for the very first time

Many have shared their outrage at the youngster being taken to view the blood sport

But others were left wondering why Prince Harry was notably absent from the shoot - something he has been participating in from a similarly young age alongside his father and brother

According to the Daily Express , the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were at Balmoral over the Bank Holiday weekend

So why didn't they take part in the shoot? Some are speculating that Harry's lack of participation could be down to Meghan Markle

At the end of 2017 the prince also backed out of his family's traditional Boxing Day hunt at Sandringham in Norfolk - something he's been doing since he was 12

A source close to the family told The Sun this was because he didn't want to upset Meghan

"Harry loves [hunting] and has always been out there on Boxing Day. But if it means breaking with long-standing royal traditions to avoid upsetting [Meghan], so be it

It's fair to say that there are some pretty stunned faces around here." Meghan has always been a vocal animal lover and animal rights activist, having previously adopted two rescue dogs , refusing to wear fur or leather and choosing to follow a vegan diet

The pair are also rumoured to have recently adopted a Labrador . Some people on Twitter are hopeful Meghan's love of animals may encourage other members of the family to abandon the cruel sport

Others have simply shared their disappointment at the family's long-standing tradition

I just graduated from cosmetology school

so I'm a hair stylist now I have a

nine-year-old son just trying to send

out good vibes and help people be

confident in themselves my smile has affected

really bad genetics with teeth and so

life the rest of my teeth kind of suffer

from the individual problems that I had

I just got out of school so I don't have

a steady income yet and I know it's very

expensive so I think that a new smile

will help me spread confidence and

my hair styling I would love to just

smile with them when I turn them around

and show them what their hair looks like

and be happy together and share that moment

says hey that's not enough I gotta get this thing finished and so I'm dying to

see what we can do if we change the smile let me get some gloves on and let's try

to get this started with these we had these put on the model and the reason

why this is pretty important to me and I want to show this to the camera I don't

think any orthodontist is gonna push all that out they're gonna want to remove

some teeth and at least four because as you can see that's not too much space

for a person's mouth most people's mouths are a lot bigger I

think we're be able to build it out just perfectly I think it's going to look amazing looks a

lot better than it did I say we put these in and see how they feel

this smile looks like veneers it looks

like her smile came together but that

it's been well taken care of you know I'm right

you know I am if you see that from the way I see it

is it just me it's very pretty

it just works really really good we needed it for a while when did you have your

accident I think it was about ten nine or ten so I was still really young

so all junior high all high school you would have done something if you had some kind of

choice yeah the message I think you would tell everybody don't wait don't

wait I just saw you smile for the first time if you could just keep smiling it

would be amazing for you there's gonna be a thousand young girls that look at

this thing in wonder if it work for them and if this could do that

for you then I think a lot of them say can they do that for me

I can definitely Wow I mean I can't make your guarantees for you but I think it

worked for me

I am very excited I'm

excited to see what everyone thinks

about my new smile I think that even if you have just a slight embarrassment
