[JP46S1] Shibuya District, Tokyo Tower and Diver City Plaza Gundam! Where to go in Tokyo? - Duration: 16:52.

Since this is free, we will come here and check out this Gundam. Now we're walking through the Gundam's crotch.

- In between his legs... - What the ****!?

Hi guys! So right now we are here, right in the middle of Shibuya Crossing! Check it out!

- So yeah, right now we're actually here. And I've no idea where to go... - Quick, quick...

It's flashing! It's flashing! So yeah...

We'll wait for the next round.

- First time crossing diagonally, like everywhere. - Yes... - Everyone is really going everywhere. - Everywhere...

Everyone going everywhere. Yeah.

- ****ing lots of people everywhere. How do they get this concept or idea to have such a crossing? - Other countries have it too!

- Are you ready? - Yup! Time to cross guys!

- We're crazy. - So, how do you feel? - I saw others doing the exact same thing...

We should park our car first. Is that the police? Have to keep a lookout, what if the police is here?

Any police?

So we've actually parked our car right there, at the corner.

Just to... Because there's no point! We spent 3,200 Yen for parking 4 hours. ****ing crazy you know?

- Let's run around, just one round. - One round? What the ****. - Just one round.

Take it slow, take it slow.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Shibuya Crossing. And that girl just went under my hand.

Very wonderful right?

Everyone is here taking photos.

Okay, quick we have to go now.

- Run back. - Where to? - Back there.

I think there are a lot of people that are as crazy as us.

They will just stay here waiting to run around...

- Yes, yes... - They are literally... Look, later that bunch of people will run in again to take photos. Staying here just to do that.

- Actually, it's just a ****ing... - A ****ing road. - It's just a freaking road!

Next round, wait for the next round. Let's check on the photos.

So... We're ****ing stupid we don't know what we are doing.

But it doesn't feel like it's in Shibuya.

- Why though? - Because we usually see photos of Shibuya from the top down, with lots of people walking.

- But when you're inside it's different. - Oh...

Hi guys, so yeah we're back.

We took a lot of photos, and I freaking lie on the ground, right in the middle of Shibuya Crossing just to take awesome photos.

So right now we're gonna park our car proper.

Then go down to check out the streets and... I mean the awesome, you see?

The awesome tax-free shops and what not. You see all these shopping places?

Yeah, we're gonna go check it out for a while before we head on to Tokyo Tower, which we have no money...

Actually, we've no cash already.

****ing no cash already. So we cannot go up the tower.

But then, yeah we're gonna go check out the tower itself. Take some nice beautiful photos.

- And yup, you ready? - Yup!

- Let's go park our car. - Let's go!

We've just parked our car, and right now we're here at this street in Shibuya...

To check out the awesome shopping areas around here. Check it out!

There's a huge carpark here that we missed.

- It's even cheaper here. - Oh, that's right! It's 300 Yen per half an hour. Yeah, it's cheaper here.

- Should we move our car here? - Now? We'll have to pay right?

Ah **** it, we... **** it, **** it.

Yeah, we just parked at the wrong ****ing carpark.

Nevermind, it's okay. So now we're gonna check out the awesome streets here in Shibuya!

Let's check it out!

Feels like Orchard Road.

- Yeah. - It literally feels like I'm in Orchard Road. - Feels exactly like Orchard Road.

Lotteria here in Japan, whoa one whole street of restaurants here as well, can you see?

Very awesome...

Whoa, the smell is so strong.

- I'm so hungry now the smell is making me ****ing hungry. - Me too. - But I'm broke though.

We're now back at the crossing. So just now, yeah, we went up the slope to park our car.

This one is like a ****ing...

Starbucks ripoff.

The logo looks similar to Starbucks.

Oh, this isn't the Shibuya Crossing?

Oh, it's the one below, this is just another random crossing.

- Look there's a doll up there. - Standing sushi bar...

- Wanna have some? - We are broke.

It's so sad, right?

Are they queueing for something or...

Why are all of them gathering here?

They are all gathering here, I don't know what for?

Huh?

Flagship store.

- Oh, there is a celebrity here. - Really? - They even have celebrity vans ready, you see that?

Actually, I don't know what I'm talking about.

We are finally here at this place called the Tokyo Tower.

The iconic tower of Tokyo, Japan.

And what the **** is happening?

- Are you ready to check it out? - Of course! - So let's check out the tower man!

Let's go! Whoa...

- This taller than any towers we've seen so far right? Including the one in Kyoto... - **** I don't know think so, it's not that tall.

- Isn't it tall? - I think it's okay. It's not that tall.

Maybe it's because of the top, the tip of the tower...

Yes, yes... You can't access the tip of the tower. So it actually looks quite tall.

But this is definitely taller than the... What is it called?

- The one in Osaka? Am I right? - The Osaka Tower?

- It's the Sashimi, right? - What Sashimi?!

- The Sashimi place. - I don't know. - The place we ate. Nevermind I can't remember it anyway... Whatever.

So yeah, this is just a short preview of the tower because we... This is the last day.

Now we literally have no money left.

- Tokyo ****ing squeezed us dry, you understand? - Through parking. - We're ****ing...

Through parking and all that kind of ****, we are ****ing dry already. We have no money left.

- So right now we really cannot go up. - Anyway, it's closed.

I don't think so, I saw lifts going up.

We will try to walk nearer and try to take a closer selfie. I mean a closer photo with the tower. Check it out.

It's so cold! I think the weather now is really ****ing cold.

Freaking cold here, I think it's a bit elevated.

And...

Yeah, so my friend already went in, ****.

- This is supposed to be the entrance. - I think so.

Go in, and you take the lift in the middle to go up.

- And I think the observation deck is the one at the very top. The center one. - The circular one?

Yeah the circular one, I think so.

So yup, that's it for the Tokyo Tower. Just a snort, snort?

Just a short sneak peak of the tower. Very beautiful.

Next up, we're heading to this place with this giant Gundam, giant big *** Gundam.

Which I think it's quite a distance from here.

Let's jump to giant Gundam!

3, 2, 1...

Hello guys... Yeah, you must be wondering why it went from the night, and it's suddenly bright daylight, right?

We failed to come here, to this place yesterday... so we came here today.

Now we are here at this place called...

- Gundam Front... - No, no... Not Gundam Front.

Right now we're at the Diver City Plaza Tokyo. Guess why are we here?

Because we are here to check out the awesome, big, Gundam!

And it just opened, we can walk through it you see? Kids are walking through it.

This is the big Gundam here in Tokyo.

- Right outside the Diver City Tokyo. Are you ready to walk through it? - Of course!

Let's go!

This is the crotch...

Of the Gundam.

- Pikachu... - Alright, ready? - Pikachu!

Gonna go! 1, 2, 3... Go!

Pikachu!

So we are now entering and...

Sorry for our **** face, because we just woke up in the car. Sleeping in the car.

Because we have no money to sleep in the hotel. And now...

Since this is free, we will come here and check out this Gundam.

Now we're walking through the Gundam's crotch.

- In between his legs... - What the ****!?

- It's true! It's true. - Yes. - Look at his crotch!

Now we'll face this way.

Why am I so happy?

This place is called the Gundam Front Tokyo.

There's an official shop upstairs on the level seven.

So it sells all sorts of Gundam ****.

Unlike the Pokemon Center, I think this place right? The Gundam Store on the level seven, here.

I think you'll need to pay to go in.

So yup, that's it for the Mr. Gundam over here. From the back view, you can see, whoa, freaking big stuff.

Now we're gonna go check out the Diver City Tokyo Plaza.

Maybe have some awesome food or something.

But then we have no money already, how to have awesome food right?

I'll have to find an ATM.

It's a little bit early. This feels like a Singaporean food court.

- Food court. - Feels like our local food court. I think the food will be affordable here.

Oh... Okay.

Okay so... They don't allow me to film inside this food court.

But then if you don't allow me to film...

- Then I don't eat. - I don't eat here!

I DON'T EAT HERE!!!

So let's just... Check out the Gundam again.

Is it flashing? Or is it moving?

- No of course not! How can it move? - It can move.

It can even shoot cannonballs.

Yeah, cannonballs my butt.

It's true! It will shoot cannons.

- Can it fly? - Yes!

So yup, that's it for the Gundam here at.. Just right in front Diver City Tokyo Plaza.

And this is a plaza that I don't like because they don't allow me to film. So...

That's it for Tokyo! And it's just one short day here in Tokyo.

Today is the day that we fly off. We are heading to Narita Airport, we're gonna drive there.

Enjoy the ride from Tokyo to Narita!

See ya, bye bye!

Okay hi guys, so after...

- A lot of **** ****. - **** ****.

The place that we have to return the car is totally at the other end.

We parked at Terminal 2, and I think there is no car park at Terminal 3.

When you park your car at Terminal 2 at Narita Airport, you have to walk about 650 meters to Terminal 3. Which is where we fly.

- Look at how tired he is. Can you tell ladies and gentlemen how far you have run? - I think at least...

Almost 2 kilometers. With all the load and ****ing ****.

All these.

If you want to return the car right? Please come extremely early.

The place that you have to return the car and the actual airport itself is quite a distance away.

- Double check before you rent. - Yeah just double check before you rent, really.

Thank god we didn't miss our flight. We are right here waiting...

To go in.

Back to Taipei.

He's exhausted. He looks exhausted.

I can't think properly now.

Thank you guys for watching. This is the last day, last episode in Japan.

- It has been a very wonderful trip, right? - Of course! But right now I can't wait to get home.

I swear...

We will see you in the next country!

I have no idea where, but we'll see you next time!

Bolin Chen and...

David Lim!

Signing out! Bye Bye!

"ATTENZIONE, ZONA ALTAMENTE INFESTATA DA FINOCCHI MOLESTI"- POLEMICHE PER IL VOLANTINO OMOFOBO APPES - Duration: 2:45.

IN BULK? FALLS ? C IS COMPLETELY RELEASED? HUMM I'M UNDERSTANDING LOOK AT THIS YOU'LL LOVE

Virgin coconut oil and olive oil have been part of my daily care routine for a few months now.

In addition to their moisturizing and nourishing for the skin, what attracted me the most are their bewitching scent that smell the flower of the paradise islands of the Pacific. Applied on the face it is a real happiness for the senses.

After having already spoken at length about two other exotic beauty oils that are monoi and tamanu oil, it is natural then to attach to coconut oil and olive oil. The virgin coconut oil is obtained by cold pressing of fresh coconut pulp.

A pure coconut oil will be distinguished by its INCI composition, where you will find only one component: "cocos nucifera" or "cocos nucifera oil".

Note that it is also possible to find refined coconut oil, hydrogenated or even deodorized. These variants will be used instead in cosmetic formulation.

The properties of coconut oil and olive oil Coconut oil is rich in saturated fatty acids that are essential for the skin (about 85% of its composition). Among them are lauric acid (or dodecanoic acid), which alone accounts for more than half of the saturated fatty acids.

This fatty acid, also present in breast milk, has anti-microbial, nourishing and soothing properties for the skin. Coconut oil also contains other saturated fatty acids important for the skin such as palmitic acid which

is a component of the epidermis, capric and caprylic acids with antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, or linoleic acid which is indispensable and can not be produced by the human body.

In addition to saturated fatty acids, coconut oil is also rich in vitamins, especially vitamins A and E. Vitamin A aids in cell reproduction and promotes hydration of the skin. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects the cells of the epidermis.

Used in ingestion, the coconut oil, rich in many nutrients, has many beneficial properties proven or supposed. In particular, it has benefits for the transit and propensity to promote weight loss, benefits on the cardiovascular system, a protective virtue of the nervous system slowing the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease, or even the ability

to slow down the development of cancer cells .. Olive oil is also exceptional, that's why I advise you to use, to combine the two to tighten the relaxed skin, to straighten, to fight against the wrinkles, the affessed chest, simply apply in massage after each shower, put this in your quoitidiene routine,

a tablespoon of each, local application will suffice each day. These little gems will simply give a shine, beauty to your skin, will rejuvenate and restore confidence in you. he is strongly advised to use it also for the children. Its cosmetic virtues Like all vegetable oils,

coconut oil used in skin application has moisturizing and nourishing properties for the epidermis. In particular, it makes it possible to strengthen the hydrolipidic film of the skin, thereby limiting dehydration. It is recommended especially for people with dry skin, or as a soothing care after prolonged exposure to the sun. Coconut oil

can also be applied to irritated skin or small wounds, although for this kind of problem nothing beats tamanu oil. Its benefits are not limited to the skin since this oil could quickly become a preferred partner of your hair care since it is a nourishing oil for the hair, particularly useful for the dry and damaged hair as well as the frizzy hair.

It helps smooth the hair and give it shine. In the tropics, it is very often a daily care. Coconut oil, combined with some essential oils, can also serve as a base for a homemade anti-lice care. Note that its antibacterial properties can also be used for oral hygiene. It has been proven to be effective against certain bacteria that cause

cavities and gingivitis. Thus, it is often used in homemade toothpaste recipes. Due to its moisturizing properties, low skin toxicity, emulsifying properties, and relatively low price, coconut

oil is widely used in the world of natural cosmetics. You'll find it in a multitude of facials, in moisturizing body care, and of course in soaps and shampoos.

and then a bus and a shuttle

the total amount to come here was €12,50

that is our tent

we chose an easy trail for the afternoon

and then we'll come back to the camping for a bbq

actually my goal was to show how to organize a low cost trip

in fact we'll spend about €80 for three days

camping and transport included

taking advantage of what we have in proximity of home

we live in plain but in a pair of hours we are here in mountain

I don't think I'll make it

I told you to turn it off

lake review : cold,

restoring

kuka: "and then there were people like aldrin that didn't want to have a bath"

Aldrin: "In the end I did it!"

we're coming back because of those clouds

kuka:"or because of me"

"because I'm too beautiful"

now we are going there

right there

definitively the worst sandwitch

aldrin: but it's good because it's made by us

the day is over, the barbeque was bad

then we ate marshmellows

and that's it

we are going to stay around the fire and socialize with the other people in the camping

and then we'll go to bed

good night

good night

good night

I want mozzarelline (tiny mozzarellas)

Then I play Monster Reborn, get Jinzo back.

Then... I special summon BLS (Black Luster Soldier).

Will banish... these two.

Then I special summon Chaos Emperor Dragon. - What?

By banishing these two.

Then I normal summon this.

Okay...

Then, Confiscation. I can see your hand and may discard one of your cards.

CeCe Refuses to Own Her Shade 'Sneak Peek' | Basketball Wives - Duration: 3:54.

- Let me ask you something else.

Did you say we don't work around here

or something to that nature?

- Not that I know of.

- She's talking about

outside the whip party.

When you and I were talking by ourselves.

And you were like "do I come to your job

Kristen or Evelyn's job.

- What do they do? You know what.

- Do this inside. - Let's go to work.

Let's go to Evelyn's place of business.

Let's go to Jen's place of business.

Let's have a day at their work.

So it was basically like y'all bitches don't work.

- Did I say that though? Did I say that?

I didn't say that. First of all I never said

that no one else in the group works or doesn't work.

And if Evelyn knows about this private conversation

that I had with Kristen that means

Kristen told her and that's shady.

Kristen you are stabbing me in the back like always.

I didn't sit there and say nobody does anything

and I'm the only one that works around here.

That's bull(bleep). - You know what.

If you think that the ladies lay around all day

why do we care what her opinion is to be honest.

Let Cici think what she wants.

If that's what she thinks because in one moment

she said that's not what she thinks.

We don't know what the hell she thinks.

Will we ever know with Cici thinks.

'Cause it kind of just does this the whole time we talk to her.

And I'm dizzy.

- Sometimes you just have to listen to what you say

and then don't take it offensive

like she's saying you offended her and just say

Ok I apologize or I don't you know what saying

because you just said I don't go to your job

and (bleep) up your (bleep).

Why don't I come to your job and see what you do.

That's like that's a dig.

(bleep) throw shade all the time it's fine just you know

it's like at that point just own it

and then we can move on. And I would.

But I'm not trying to say that nobody works.

That's ridiculous.

So let me ask you one last thing.

So I heard you have a new name for me, what is it?

Oh it's not a new name. - Well what is it?

Tweedle dumb and Tweedle dumber.

Ok well what is your (bleep) issue?

Jennifer made the joke about the happy ending or whatever

and then we moved (bleep).

- I'm not going to do the funky two step.

It's just the same story over and over again.

- Girl keep the funky two step because nobody says that shit.

Did you funky two step again? I told you don't do that.

She's funky two stepping. Not me. I don't do that.

I don't know what Cici's (bleep)

problem is you know going around making comments

calling Jennifer and I Tweedle dee and Tweedle dumb.

It's like girl I don't even talk about you

but if you're going to say something like say it to me.

You know I'm always hearing that she's saying things.

So it's like, what's up?

- My thing is keep my name out. Because I don't talk about you.

I don't talk about you. You're not a nice.

I've been nice to you since day one.

I cut you the (bleep) off when you being fake.

What are you talking about? You think everybody's fake.

No you are. You're an instigator.

You're always mad at somebody.

You randomly wanted to bring that (bleep)

up so now we have a problem.

I randomly wanted to bring (bleep) up.

You are continuing the sitation.

You always have a problem Evilyn.

No I have a problem with you. I have a problem with you Lili.

What's Lili. The nail shop girl.

So it's racist. She's racist. You can't call this woman Lili.

You can't do that. It's just so many levels wrong.

How am I evil?

You never even gave me a chance to get to know me.

I gave you a chance. Yep, you want to call me

Evilyn I'm going to call you some (bleep).

- I'm calling you Evilyn because you evil.

Evelyn is really showing me

what kind of a mean and nasty girl she is.

To call somebody names just because of their race

or where they're from.

It really shows disgusting she is.

Tearful scenes as Korean families separated by war say goodbye - Duration: 2:04.

Their final hour for those families at Mount Kumgang was spent having lunch together.

Now it's back to reality.

Our Cha Sang-mi has some of the touching and tearful scenes from those last moments.

"I cried every time I thought of saying goodbye to you."

"If we live long and stay healthy, the time will come for us to meet again."

"I wish.

I wish we could see each other everyday."

.

Scenes of long-separated families finally reunited... but having to part ways again.

The older sister promises they'll meet again in the future, knowing they probably won't.

Another older sister comforts a younger one.

"We need to live long so we can see reunification."

"We've already lived too long."

"These days they say you're young when you're 60.

Ninety is the new 60."

The participants from South Korea arrived half an hour earlier at the meeting hall to

wait for their relatives.

They say the three days they spent together -- despite being under strict control -- were

amazing.

The families also had a session for exchanging letters, where some grandchildren, nephews

and nieces, wrote heartfelt letters for their grandparents, aunts and uncles, and vice versa.

The grandchildren had never seen their North Korean grandparents before, but they invited

them to their homes in Seoul.

The venue for Sunday's farewell became a sea of tears, but it seemed they were happy deep

down.

"Don't cry.

Do you remember my face?

"Yes, not the upper part, but down here you look exactly the same."

Shim said the time had flown and she wanted to stop the clocks so they wouldn't have to

say goodbye.

Just after lunch, though, the 81 South Korean families, totaling 324 people, left Mt. Kumgang

to go home.

Best Puncture Resistant Tires For Road Bike / Commuting - Duration: 8:40.

hey guys what's going on, Two Wheel Cruise here and today we're going to be talking about tires

so for those of you who are new to this channel my name is Cruise

I like to make videos here about my life here in Japan and cycling and everything

in between so I actually just got this package in the mail

pretty big as you can see this giant package so this was ordered through chain reaction cyclists

this video isn't sponsored by chain reaction cyclists it's just a really

good site where you can get stuff for cheap online shipped to Japan some

Wiggles also really good so I usually shop between the two but anyway I

ordered some tires on line so I thought I'd make a video talking about what

tires that I'm using what tires that I recommend for training and riding on

road bikes and also for commuting so let's go ahead and open up the package

and check these tires out

we actually got some mountain bike tires as well but we're not going to talk about those today

so right off the bat you'll notice there's a big difference between these tires and this tire in this box as well

as this tire here the key difference is this tire is folded whereas these tires

are not so there's a big difference between these are usually called

wired bead type tires and these are more like folding tires it really depends on

the tire but generally people say that the folding ones are a little bit easier

to get on and get off the tire just because they're a bit more flexible and

the wider tires tend to be a little bit on the cheaper side so you can save a

little bit of money by going with the wired bead route so let's go ahead and

go through some of these options so the first tire that I want to talk

about is one of my favorite commuting tires and this is a ....

Schwalbe I'm not actually sure how you pronounce

this so I so the company Schwalbe the model of this tire is the marathon from

whatever it online this is one of the more popular commuting tires so probably

most of you guys already know about this tire so starting with some key traits

about this tire it's really affordable it's not too bad it's about twenty-five

dollars or so for when I bought this online at a pretty standard price it's

got some water tread in the top it's got really durable thick protection if you

look on this chart here this is level five on the protection chart on their

chart one two seven and that's pretty darn

good I think so I've been riding these tires on my commuter bike my yellow

Schwinn madison for over two years now and I still haven't gotten the flat and

there's plenty of miles plenty of kilometers on that bike these are really

solid tires so I finally got some replacements for it right now so the

water tread on the top also on the side it's got this nice little white band so

it makes it stand out a little bit more while you're riding that's precise I

mostly go at 25 with my commuter bike because it's still a road bike it's

still a fixie there's not too much clearance for the tires if I had some

bigger space for a commuter tire I might go up to a 28 or even bigger they do

make some bigger sizes for this tire so you can easily get the bigger size there

anyway these are credibly durable I've written thousands of kilometers on mine

no problems never a single puncture and they really handle really well I ride in

the rain all the time really solid tire really great price point really you

can't beat it so solid recommendation for the Schwalbe Marathon tire so my

next tire that I ordered is also from Schwalbe well this is called their de

Durano.... living in Japan so long I lives my ability to pronounce like how

we pronounce things in English so the durano I'm guessing the Durano model

for the tire this is a new tire for me I haven't bought this one yet but there

was a fairly decent difference in price between this one and the marathon tire

that I just showed you guys this one on the protection level is only a four so

one level down I'm not sure how big of a difference that makes the previous tire

was a level Green this is a level blue protection whatever that means by their

standard the tread as you can see it's not nearly doesn't have as many water

lines as the marathon one does so it is a little bit less protected in that

sense but this was a lot cheaper this was only about for the marathon tire I

ended up paying about 3000 yen per tire so that's about 27 26 dollars and for

this one it was about 2400 yen so about 22 dollars so it's a savings of about

five six dollars so about twenty five percent though on these tires so a

twenty five percent savings in price might be worth it if these end up having

some decent durability these also seemed to weight a little bit less because

there's less detection but I'm gonna put these on and

test them out and see how they go if you've heard in these times before the

schwa Boulder ah no de Reynaud let me know how it's worked out for you they

had some pretty good reviews online so I'm pretty hopeful for these and if they

end up working good I might use these more and save a little bit more money in

my commuting tires these are also 25 with pretty much do that standard on all

my road bikes so I got one set of each of those the final Road commuting tire

that I want to highly highly recommend is the continental gator-skin most of

you watching this probably already know about these tires

these have incredible protection I've been riding these on my road bikes for

years and I still have yet to get a single puncture due to fault of the tire

itself any puncture that I got was just from wear on the tube itself so nothing

from the tire ridiculous level of protection I actually still race on

these tires are so smooth and fast as well so I actually use these tires to do

races I've raced in crits here in Japan on these tires

I've placed in crates and cat1 crits here in Japan on these tires it's not

nearly as light as some other racing tires that you might use but I'm right

now in my racing career I'm not really focused so much on results I'd much

rather have a tire that's guaranteed to not flat then just take the risk and go

a little bit lighter and have that lighter tire so talking about racing

tires that's a whole different topic that's not what we're talking about

today today we're talking about tires that will protect you from getting flats

and allow you to enjoy your ride and not worry about those things the bad point

about these tires is these are much more expensive than the other two tires we

just recommended these ones start up at about 50 dollars and if you're lucky and

you time you're shopping online right you find these on sale you can usually

get these for about forty dollars if you're really lucky you can get down to

35 dollars but again it depends on the type that you're getting there's two

types of these tires there is the folding style which I have

here which is more expensive than the Wired bead one which is the more open

style just like these two that we just reviewed so if you find it way cheaper

online make sure that you're getting the correct one that you want if you don't

want the wired bead one and you want the folding one make sure that you're

selecting the right one this one's usually at least about five dollars more

expensive than the wire feed one so keep that in mind so

yeah usually I can get these on sale for about 4045 dollars if they're ever on

sale I'll stock up on a few of them so when I need to swap them out I have them

rather than waiting and then buying them at full price later if I can't get them

on sale definitely worth stocking up on a few of these because you will use them

eventually so these are handmade in Germany really great product highly

recommended I've raced these on gravel road races I ride my road bike

everywhere and actually I have these on a lot of my bikes right now I have these

on my road bike I have these on my wife's road bike I have these on my

cyclocross bike and I ride everywhere all right on dirt roads all right on

mountain bike trails and again no problems incredible durability on these

incredibly fast rolling you can still participate in races on these so if

you're looking for a commuter tire that you can still ride hard and fast and

keep up with everyone this is the one that you want to get if you want to save

money and still have something incredibly durable go with these rubble

marathons you can't go wrong with both of them the only problem with these ones

is they do have a bit more rolling resistance so you're not gonna be able

to go quite as fast as you would with the Gator skins but these probably do

handle a little bit better in the rain I do have to say can't go wrong with both

of these but anyway hope you guys found this video useful if you have any other

suggestions of Road tires that you can use for training or commuting that I

didn't introduce in this video I'm sure there's a bunch of other ones available

let me know in the comments if you have any other cheaper solutions more durable

solutions more puncture resistant solutions by all means please let me

know please let everyone know in the comments and we'll maybe check those out

in the future when we need to get some more new tires anyway that's it for

Photoshoot diary ǀ Day in the life of a fashion designer ǀ Justine Leconte - Duration: 15:19.

Hi everyone, it's Justine.

Earlier this year I said that I was learning more about photography and about how to create

good photos.

This video is the story of the full process of how I learned that, from learning the actual

skills necessary, to planning and executing an entire photoshoot.

You will see behind the scenes on the photoshoot day, and you will see the final results, which

is the photo.

I wanted a creative image of the jewelry collection that I designed.

Not something on a white background, like on a web shop.

This, we have everything we need already.

I wanted a better, more creative image.

Product photography is challenging because you're talking about very small pieces,

small products, and mine are in metal so they reflect light.

First I learned about the tools to get the technical part down, so to speak.

So that it's out of the way when I actually start creating images.

I watched tutorials on Skillshare.

Some of you may know that website already.

And I started with the basics.

Things like fundamentals of DSLR photography.

That's a good one to start with because you see examples, and he really says "This

photo was shot with shutter speed bla bla bla, aperture bla bla bla, ISO so and so.

If you change the aperture, this happens.

If you change the ISO, that happens."

I'm a visual person, so it helps me to be able to see the results and compare.

Then I dove into the specifics of creating flat lays, which is something that I could

reproduce and practice with pretty much alone, at home.

And I said, "Let's try and do a good flat lay of that jewelry.

With the props, with the lighting, whole program".

Then I thought, "Wait, if I'm gonna do a photoshoot, why not do a big one?" And so

one flat lay ended up being five completely different creative concepts and the mini-photoshoot

that I wanted to do became a full, full day.

No matter which item you're taking a photo of, I think that planning the composition

ahead of the shooting day is absolutely essential.

Each flat lay tutorial that you'll find online has a huge chapter on laying out the

things on the table, thinking it through before anyone even grabs a camera.

So I sketched what I wanted, I looked for props.

I tested them.

I got more props.

And in the end, I also built some of the props I used.

For instance, I found slices of wood.

I like it because the wood is warm; it has a warm color.

And it has texture on the outside.

But they were too new.

So I stained, I dyed the wood slices with tea.

Ahhh!

My tea was Darjeeling tea, so I'll let you guess how many sponges of Darjeeling you need

to get the effect that you would get with actual black tea?

And the answer is "It doesn't work.

I ended up using coffee."

I also machine-washed a specific thick paper, to give it texture, relief, see what would happen

to the color.

Thinking how can this possibly survive being washed, but the instructions clearly said

that the paper was water-resistant, so I tried.

First I tried to get it into the machine, and then I added detergent to see what happens.

On the day of the photoshoot, I was super prepared.

I was bulletproof.

I also think it's the only way to get five photos down in one single day.

You need to test, rehearse everything before.

You can't guess and experiment on that day.

Like, you need to know pretty much what the final result is gonna look like before you

even start.

I was trying to put a natural-looking hand.

That's still a bit more…

Uh-huh…

This corner…

Good thing that I'm wearing a dress.

You see the edges?

No, I'm fine with cropping.

Yeah.

The two little hands are here in the middle so the most important is that it's not like

this.

Yeah.

I need to change my seat.

Yeah.

This pose was a lot harder than I thought.

Like I needed to hold my hands super high above my head.

I was literally seated under the table.

You have to make it more…

This hand is not elegant.

The right hand higher.

There.

This has to be more elegant.

More elegant?

Extreme sport.

I'm like "Hold.

Like… do like this and look natural."

This one is the warmest, like right now I'm super tanned, so I think this one works better,

the apricot one.

That's also why I did my nails lighter.

Ok.

Here the contrast is better if I'm wearing silver, so it matches my undertone, because

I want all the backgrounds to be completely different in the five photos.

If I do like this, you don't see the hole.

I love the contrast.

The second photo was meant to be more graphic and also more colorful than the first one.

I just wanted to make it a bit brighter.

If you're going to do a pause, can you cream your fingers?

I think I've never been that tanned since I've lived in Germany.

The lower one I didn't touch I think.

But I will clean it again…

You will clean it again?

Thank you.

I can see everything.

There's some wind coming.

Do it again.

I made it darker.

Mhm.

The sharpness, I think it's sharper here.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

It's better.

The contrast is better.

I think just a normal T-shirt is not elegant enough, very basic.

And the blue one?

If I'm wearing a bandeau?

And you cut it out so I'm wearing nothing?

Yeah, that would be even better, actually.

We can do both.

Ok.

Yeah?

So this needs to be really black, yeah?

Yes.

And the back also.

Does this look really black?

It should look really, really black.

The contrast is great.

My collarbones need to be at the same height.

Like, it should almost be like, in the same method.

Yes.

So, we have two options here, black and white and color.

In the end this photo became two different photos, because I wanted to try it also from

the back, with a necklace worn the other way around.

And that's only possible if you plan more than one outfit, so I actually had four different

dresses and tops, and different necklines with me in my suitcase on that day.

That's the muscle?

Yeah.

There's nothing there.

Could you do another position with your arms, perhaps…

There is good.

This is a lot more green than I thought.

Yeah…

I mean this is the thing you're gonna see on the photo.

You know?

Cause also it's so big.

It's very present.

That's true.

Or I take just the little ones… the mini ones.

Like one bit like this.

Yeah, that would be better.

When you build houses as an architect, like you make a miniature city, for instance…

Oh, that's what it is…

You use this for the stones and everything.

Like those that you find next to a river, you know?

You want to make one?

I just don't want the props to be too big because the pieces are so small.

So the props should not shift the focus away from the jewelry, you know?

I also can go towards the right angle, doesn't matter.

But you need to change the light as well.

Ok.

Just turn.

Careful, careful.

Yeah.

Take the fabric.

Can you see where this starts, here?

Yes, I can.

No…

It should be behind the… behind the box.

I wanted it to be hidden by this box with the angle.

This is actually the flat lay that I wanted to do originally, before I got a little bit

carried away and turned that into a huge project.

Yeah, it looks good.

I'm gonna change the position.

I think this is a bit too much on the…

If you do a square, I think the jewelry is a little bit too much…

I see what you're saying…

On the top.

So we'd perhaps…

Yeah.

We can move that a little bit.

I think you can't see those.

Yeah.

This needs to change.

So…

Can we take another branch?

Very patient.

Uh-huh.

To do this job.

It's the art of flat lays.

Yeah.

You think it's easy… but it takes hours.

This is the result of the washed paper.

Now it looks old and used, which is exactly what I wanted.

Last shot.

This and this.

So in the end, I used coffee instead of tea.

Cause it's…

This is with tea.

This is with coffee.

And this is the original.

Lavender, dried.

Old books, with a nice texture and a nice cover, and this, which I found in an antique

shop.

Ok.

It seems that it's more difficult sometimes to make it look messy.

Yeah, it's harder.

It's harder, right?

Yeah.

Especially in a flat lay where you're planning everything.

And doing like… thinking it through in advance.

And then you put the props and it looks all symmetrical and geometric and you're like

"ugh".

Ok.

You know, actually, this…

This lavender thing was supposed to be olive branches.

Oh, ok.

I couldn't find any.

I went through all of Berlin.

So I took these ones, and in the end, nobody will know.

This photo, the last one, was meant to be completely different again.

You see it's afternoon light.

It's a completely different atmosphere and a different mood.

Even though both are pretty much from the top and pretty much like flat lays, this one

is about someone who just took off their jewelry, the pieces, and just let them fall onto the

bedside table.

Next to the book.

Next to an old, loved photo.

And they left.

They didn't think about what the layout would look like.

Everything should be like a little bit covered, yeah?

Yeah.

And also, random.

Yeah…

Like not so organized.

Is it too organized?

No, I think it's better.

It's like a warm light, but not too yellow, right?

Yeah.

Exactly.

But you can tell it's the afternoon?

Yeah.

Yeah.

In the end, you see that the five photos are completely different, and we've got options.

We've got vertical, horizontal and square ones.

Which is super practical to play with on social media, on my website, and you'll also see

more on my Instagram.

Actually, by the time you get this video online, published, I will have the final photos ready

to be shown.

Now I'm very curious to know, first, which photo, which layout, which mood, is your favorite

out of the five and why?

Second question…

Which one do you think best matches the original mood of the jewelry?

If you've seen my previous video where I explain the inspiration for this collection,

I think that one photo out of the five clearly is the closest to that concept, but I'm

curious to see what you guys think.

I'd like to thank Skillshare for sponsoring this video.

I learned the skills in their tutorials.

They made it possible for me to shoot that project with a team, and to even hire somebody

to document and film the whole day so that you guys could see it as well.

Skillshare is a membership-based website where you can learn a ton of different skills, including

photography, but not only…

There are many, many more things that you can learn on there.

And if you're interested in testing it, trying it out, here is my code for you to

get two months for free.

The first 500 people who register will get it.

I will put this link also down below in the description for you.

Did you enjoy being able to see behind the scenes on the day of the photoshoot?

If yes, thumbs up.

Thank you very much.

I know that my creative job is not like a regular office job, and I get tons of questions

about it.

In the future, I will do my best to take you with me more often, especially with fun days

and projects like this one because it's visually, I think, interesting to see, so

that you understand what I do all day when I'm not filming videos for Youtube.

See you next week in the next one.

Take care.

Bye.

Mesut Ozil's absence, the Lacazette situation & giving Bellerin a break - Arsenal talking points - Duration: 5:33.

You get the impression that Mesut Ozil is going to find himself in the headlines an awful lot this season

Even though he wasn't in the squad against West Ham, the German playmaker still ended up being the major talking point

When the teamsheet was released before the game and Ozil's name was absent, Arsenal started that he was not available due to illness

But reports then emerged saying that he was not involved because of a row with Emery on the training ground - something Arsenal's head coach adamantly denied

"It isn't true, that information," said Emery. "I don't know who started telling you or telling us this information

If you ask me, the doctor, or the club."He was sick [on Friday]. He spoke to the doctor and with me and decided not to play today

He left training because he was going home because he was sick.".Despite Emery's denial, however, there is no doubt that he is facing a major challenge early on in his Arsenal tenure when it comes to Ozil

The German has many talents, but he does not tick all the boxes when it comes to what Emery demands from his players

The Spaniard has already publicly started his desire to see Ozil work harder and he has also substituted him during the game against Chelsea

There is going to be a lot of focus on Ozil going forward and Emery will no doubt be asked several more questions about the playmaker as the season progresses

It's going to be very interesting to see how their relationship develops over the next few months

Finding a spot for Lacazette.Alexandre Lacazette showed during the second half against West Ham exactly why Unai Emery needs to find a way of getting the striker into his side more often

Arsenal were still a long way from their best after the interval against West Ham, but they were much improved on their first half showing - with Lacazette a big reason for that

Everything that Arsenal did well after the break, Lacazette was involved in. He was direct, he held the ball up well and he constantly looked to test Lucas Fabianski

He served notice of his intent with a shot soon coming after on, he then forced Fabianski into a good save soon after and it was Lacazette's determined play that forced the decisive own goal

The way he celebrated showed what it meant to him to come on and make a difference because there is no doubt he will have been frustrated at how the season has started for him

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has started all three games so far and although he hasn't scored yet, you would still want him in the side if you were an Arsenal fan

So it's about Emery finding a way which allows him to include both Aubameyang and Lacazette, while maintaining a balance defensively

It's remains Emery's biggest challenge. Bellerin deserves more credit.Hector Bellerin is no stranger to criticism, the right-back has found himself becoming one of the club's whipping boys in the past 12 months when it comes to the fans

He has had a tough start to the season and was found wanting on several occasions against West Ham as the visitors attacked down their left

But in Bellerin's defence he was left exposed time and time again by his midfield

Emery admitted after the game that a big part is his tactical approach was to attack with his full-backs, but that meant the midfield dropping in to cover them when they had gone forward

But that didn't really happen so on the occasions that Bellerin was caught out high up the pitch, West Ham got plenty of joy on the counter attack

It also should be pointed out that Bellerin ended the game with two assists and was always a good outlet for the hosts down the right

He has plenty to learn and you would hope he gets the opportunity to do that under Emery, but the young defender does definitely get more criticism than he deserves

Sokratis a growing influence.Sokratis' arrival in the summer was not exactly a signing that inspired the majority of the Arsenal fanbase

He arrived with a reputation of a centre-back that was past his best and who could possibly be a liability in the heart of defence

But while the Greek centreback may not have set the world alight at Arsenal yet, he has come in and looked solid at the back

He reads the game very well, he seems to know his limitations well and he seems to be becoming a growing leader on the pitch with the way he conducts himself

With Laurent Koscielny slowly edging his way back to fitness, you get the impression he and Sokratis could form a decent partnership under Unai Emery

Wilshere fails to make his point.A lot of the headlines before Saturday's game were focused on Jack Wilshere, given he was returning to Arsenal for the first time since leaving in the summer

One of the questions Unai Emery faced ahead of the game was whether he regretted not having Wilshere as an option he could use this season

But if Saturday's performance was anything to go by, the midfielder really isn't going to be much of a miss for Arsenal

While several of his teammates caught the eye, Wilshere was poor at the Emirates. He looked sluggish in possession, like he lacked ideas when on the ball and defensively he offered very little

Wilshere remains a very popular player at Arsenal, as he should given how long he represented the club, but there won't have been many fans leaving the stadium on Saturday wishing he was still wearing a red shirt rather than a claret and blue one

Who am I? / Your questions about me - Duration: 6:49.

This video includes all the questions many of you asked me. If you have any questions which I won't answer in this video feel free to ask them in the comments again and I'll answer them there

What's your name? My name is Samira

How old are you? When is your birthday? I was born on Feb. 5th 2000 so I'm 18 years old

Where are you from? I'm from Germany, lower saxony

Which grade you're in? I'm in grade 13. If everything goes like I planned it I will have my Abitur (A-Level) in summer 2019

Do you have a job? No I wouldn't have time for that. Between school and this translations there's no much freetime. After my Abitur I want to go to Spain for 6.12 months to do a gab year and then I'll come back to study so there's absolutely no time for a job

How long do you need to translate a video? That's always different and depends on the duration of the video, the speech rate and the speech frequency, if I understand it immediately or if I have to listen to it more often etc. A video with a duration of 2 minutes, a normal speech frequency and speech rate takes 40-70 minutes. Adding the english subtitels takes another 15-30 minutes. Per day I usually translate 2-3 videos

Why do you translate videos for other people? Because on the one hand it's fun and on the other hand it has many advantages for me. Spanish is my favourite language. I just love it and if I translate spanish videos I don't just learn vocabulary but I learn the pronunciation, I understand it better every time and I learn some frases. Besides it makes me really happy to read your comments and opinions and to see that you like my work

Why can you speak spanish? Is it your mother tongue? No it isn't. When I was young me and my family always went to spanish speaking countries for vacation and I noticed that I totally love the language. At some time in 2014 I decided to teach myself how to speak spanish. When I changed school in 2016 I first had spanish class but I could speak spanish already. Now I don't have to think about grammar or pronunciation anymore. It just happens automatically

Is it difficult for you to translate the scenes? At the beginning it wasn't easy and I took me a long time to translate. Besides I had some problems with the mexican words of Luna and Simón. After some time it got better and better. Practice creates masters. Some scenes are still difficult to translate for example if they talk really fast or if many people talk at the same time but after a some time I usually understand it

Where are the videos with a good quality from? The videos don't exist like you see them on my channel. I look for videos with a good picture quality and a good sound quality and cut them together before I add the translation. I kind of make them by myself

Was learning spanish difficult? Sometimes it was but if you really want to learn something and if you are motivated everything seems easier. No matter what it is about. Of course there are some tenses I don't like and I don't speak 100% without mistakes but you can understand me

How did the idea of doing YouTube videos come to your mind? This isn't my only channel. I have another one but I don't upload anything there at the moment. So I was used to YouTube already. I started to upload translations on my Instagram account first but I switched to YouTube becaus it was more practical

Do you have an Instagram account? Yes I have. Here's all my social media: Instagram: soy_luna_de_ YouTube: Mundo Soy Luna / Violetta Deutschland (not uploading there currently) Wattpad: Zeneritaa It's also written at the end of every video and in the describtion

How many languages do you speak? At the moment I'm speaking 3 languages: german, spanish and english but I want to learn italian at some point in the future too

Do you have siblings? Yes I have two sisters. Actually they're just my half sisters but for me they're my sisters. Besides they're 12 and 10 years older than me

I think that's enough information to get to know me a little bit better. If you still have any questions about me I didn't answered ask them in the comments again. Please just write one question per comment so there's a better overview for everyone and please check if somebody already asked your question because I don't want to answer them every time again

Staying Emotionally Healthy On a HUGE Stressful Day - Duration: 3:33.

Not gonna lie, fam, I'm nervous.

We're gonna make this work.

Alright fam, today is like a really big day.

Oh man, for so many reasons, so today I wanna talk

about emotional health because I have two things

going on today that could either put me

on like a great emotional high or just destroy me.

So I wanna talk about that today.

These two things are so big and they're happening

on the same day, I'm a few hours away

from it all beginning, and (sucking air)

you know what I mean?

Are you ready for tonight?

- Oh my gosh.

- We have such a big night tonight,

this is like the biggest night of the,

wouldn't you agree, Caleb, this is the biggest

night of the year for us?

- Yes.

- You think this meeting will go well?

- I'm really nervous about it,

I'm really bad at fundraising.

So I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share

who it is, but like a really big connection

that connected us, and he's like,

"If you get this, it will change your church," like--

- That'd be cool.

- It's a huge support chain and like, legit.

- That'd be awesome.

- But then it's like, okay, but it's gonna suck

if I don't get it.

Blah.

Right now, I have this phone call,

tonight I have this Price Is Right event,

but here's the main idea, to like keep healthy

throughout all of this no matter what the results are,

is just because somebody isn't for you,

doesn't mean that they're against you.

I mean, I wanna go deeper into that,

but, ah, I gotta get ready for this phone call, ah, okay.

You know, I'm a fourth generation pastor.

And the convo's over.

Not quite sure how it went.

Okay, so I had the phone call,

and here's the other part of that,

like, not everybody who's for you is against you,

the other thing you have to realize

is sometimes things are just, like,

you don't have the same vision,

so you're gonna disagree on things

but it doesn't mean they disagree with you,

it's just like, "Hey, this is how I would do it,"

it's like, "Okay, that's how I would do it."

But then other times it's like, "Wow, I actually

"need to take that advice and change some things,"

that's a hard balance, because if you wanna

change culture and do things differently,

you're gonna have to do things

that people don't agree with, but at what point

are you being too arrogant and not willing to change?

Here it is, this is where it's all happening.

Ah, I can't wait, but I'm a little nervous

'cause that projector does not work for us.

Oh, shoot.

Oh, okay, a little nervous 'cause we're only

like 15 minutes away and no students are here,

and you know, whatever.

Here's what's cool about college, it's the time

for you to pick your own faith, to figure out your

own answers to the big problems of life.

You can keep this or risk it all!

This guy's smart, he's adding it up right now.

And the real answer is $1,139!

Tommy, you are the winner of a Nintendo Switch!

(applause)

Yeah, woo, come on down!

And here you go, woo!

- [Audience] Yeah!

Not everybody showed up to this event,

and that's okay, just because somebody's not for you,

doesn't mean that they're against you.

But we are for these students,

and we want to create as many opportunities

for them as possible.

Guys, dreamers and doers, keep doing stuff like this,

put yourself out there, guys, this was scary,

right when we started nobody was here,

that's terrifying, however, it was worth it,

we made a lot of good contacts,

which I need to go talk to them now, see ya.

Credit to Caleb, he organized all that, good job.

- Thanks man.

- You're a dreamer and doer.

(laughs)

Alan Shearer's comments on Match of the Day about Arsenal after West Ham victory - Duration: 2:59.

Unai Emery finally got his first Premier League points on Sunday as Arsenal overcame West Ham

But his side did not make it easy at all.. The Gunners went into the game at the Emirates Stadium as heavy favourites, but went 1-0 down after Marko Arnautovic broke the deadlock with 25 minutes played

Nacho Monreal quickly levelled proceedings, before an own goal from Issa Diop, and a last minute goal from Danny Welbeck, gave Arsenal the victory

It was a satisfactory result for Emery, but he would perhaps not be happy with the performance

His side only conceded once, but in reality West Ham could have notched a few more

Alan Shearer was working as a pundit on Match of the Day, and he nailed his take on Arsenal's performance.

The former England striker explained how he felt sorry for Arsenal's centre-backs, with their full-backs and midfield giving them very little protection

After raving about Arsenal's full-bakcs in attack, he then turned to criticising them for their defensive duties

"Conceding goals, if they continue to play like this and they don't find the right balance, will be a huge problem," he said on Match of the Day, per the Daily Star

"And I feel sorry at times for the two centre-halves because they've got no protection whatsoever

"Whether that's in front of them or the other side of them.. "They really need midfielders to track runners as well because there's not a lot of pace in that backline

"Something has to change. They need protection in front of them and both full-backs can't go forward at the same time

"Otherwise they'll get done time and time again.. "They've conceded two to Man City, three to Chelsea and it could have been four or five today." Spot on, Alan

The first three games have been promising for Arsenal, despite the fact they only have three points

Emery has got his side playing some good football, and they constantly look a threat in attack

But their defence is a real issue. They've already conceded six goals so far this season, but in reality it could have been a lot more

And it's not necessarily because of a lack of quality; it's because their side is too attacking minded at the moment

It's vital Emery addresses this problem soon, otherwise their hopes of a top four finish could quickly dissipate

Separated families say goodbye after brief and bittersweet reunion - Duration: 2:29.

Today was the last day of the second round of inter-Korean family reunions, meaning families

who have been apart for almost 7 decades had to say goodbye once again.

Let's go to our Park Hee-jun, who's been covering the story from the very start.

Hee-jun, how did the families spend their last day at Mount Kumgang?

Devin.

The three-day inter-Korean family reunion is officially over.

The South Korean participants arrived here at Hanwha Resort in Sokcho less than an hour

ago.

Today, they had a farewell reunion before heading back home.

For three hours, the families shed tears and exchanged heartbreaking goodbyes.

They also exchanged letters and small gifts that will help remind them of each other.

Although they told each other not to cry, and said they'd meet again,... they know it's

more than likely they never will.

The South Korean participants left Mount Kumgang at around 1:30 PM,... and arrived at the Hanwha

resort at 5:10.

That marks the end to the week-long 21st inter-Korean family reunion.

89 selected South Koreans and their families in the North were reunited for the first round,...

and 81 selected North Koreans and their families in the South were reunited for the second

round.

After the reunions,... the Red Cross will make sure the participants have returned home

safely,... and conduct follow-up check ups to see if they show signs of depression or

other after-effects.

The reunions were held thanks to a thaw in relations between the two Koreas.

The many other people who still haven't been able to meet their relatives across the border...

must be desperately hoping that inter-Korean relations stay where they are or even get

better.

You're right.

These family reunions take place only when inter-Korean relations are good.

This week's reunions were the first in three years.

And it was only possible because of the conciliatory mood on the Korean Peninsula,... and after

it was agreed at the April 27 inter-Korean summit by President Moon Jae-in and North

Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

But so many separated families are still eagerly waiting for the chance to meet.

There have only been 20 rounds of reunions in the past,... while tens of thousands have

been waiting to reunite with their relatives for some 70 years.

It will be brought up at the next inter-Korean summit next month... as a humanitarian project.

But there also needs to be a way to hold these reunions more regularly, setting aside political

considerations.

Hopefully the two Koreas will continue to work together on this issue... for the separated

families whose time is running out.

Devin.

...get into the CAD/CAM software...

...learn a few of the tools, and create and finish...

...a project within the Vectric software.

In this episode I'm going to introduce you to a new tool...

...and we're going to revisit a project...

...that we did in a previous episode.

And I'm going to show you a new feature that was incorporated into...

...Cut2D, VCarve, and Aspire Version 9.0

Once again, I'm using VCarve Pro Version 9.015...

...and I will refer to VCarve in this video because that's the software I'm using.

Just please know that when I say VCarve, I also mean Cut2D and Aspire.

So let's go ahead and get started.

We're gonna revisit the project we did previously.

We're gonna get into that little clock face that we made, and I'm going to do a little bit of editing.

So, we'll go over here to open an existing file...

...give that a click...

...and we'll navigate over here to the proper folder, which I already have set up here.

I'll select the project, click Open...

...and there's our clock face that we did.

Now in thinking about a project I wanted to do to demonstrate these tools...

I made a few mental changes to this project.

If you recall, this was to be made on a piece of maple plywood...

...what I was going to do was cut all of these holes...

...and then use a contrasting wood like an oak dowel...

...for the smaller holes here...

...and then a walnut dowel to fill these holes here.

Well, it suddenly struck me that I was limiting myself, and I needed to do a little bit of changing up.

So what I'd like to do now is...

...instead of using these 3/8 inch holes...

...I want to make some 3/4 inch holes...

...fill them with walnut dowel...

...then drill a hole in that and use the 3/8 inch oak dowel.

So what I'm going to do is create a 3/4 inch circle around each of these 3/8 inch circles.

Now I could very easily just go over here and draw a 3/4 inch circle...

...and plop it down around each of these 3/8 circles.

But in order to demonstrate the new tool, I'm going to show you something else.

Now first things first before we get started on that...

If you recall in the other video, when I got over into my Toolpaths tab...

...I got into Material Setup I changed my XY datum from the center of the material...

...to the bottom left corner.

Because I'm gonna get back into layout...

...I want to change that again. I want to go back to my XY datum being in the center.

So I'll come over here to Job Setup...

...click that icon...

...and just change my XY datum back to the center...

...and click OK.

Now when I do that, I get this warning here...

...that changing these settings means that all of my toolpaths must be recalculated...

...to ensure correct results, would I like to recalculate now?

I'm gonna go ahead and click yes, and it's gonna automatically recalculate all of my toolpaths...

...even though I'm going to be changing that and recalculating them again.

I'm doing this just to show you how this would work.

So I'll go ahead and click yes...

...it's giving me the warning that my end mill will cut through the material...

...yes I know that...

...all of the toolpaths have been recalculated.

And we see those toolpaths Illustrated.

I want to get rid of those toolpaths here so I'm not looking at them...

...while I'm adjusting my pattern. I'll come over here to Toolpaths...

...and just uncheck that box...

...click off over here...

...and I'm ready to get to work on my project.

Just know that if you come over here into Job Setup...

...or you go back over here into Material Setup...

...after you've calculated toolpaths...

...you will need to recalculate those toolpaths because everything has changed...

...from the way it was when these toolpaths were first created.

Now let's get into the modifications I want to make to this project.

As I said before, I want to put a 3/4 inch circle around each one of these 3/8 inch circles.

So I'll select one and... let me zoom in a little bit...

We see here that it's selected in a solid pink line.

If we look over here at this one, it's the same thing.

Same with this one, and the same with the six.

That's because we had grouped these circles together.

So in order to do what I need to do, or to modify them at all...

...I need to ungroup them so that I'm working with one single circle at a time.

The way I'll do that is, with the group selected...

...I'll come over here under Edit Objects...

...to this icon right here.

Ungroup Objects Back Onto Their Original Layers.

I'm going to use the icon, however there's another way of doing this...

...and that is to select the group...

...right-click...

...come down here to Ungroup Objects...

...and select Ungroup back onto the original object layers.

Both of these methods do exactly the same thing.

It's your choice as to which method you want to use.

When I clicked off over here, I deselect it. I'll go ahead and reselect.

Ungroup...

...and now they're all selected as the pink dashes.

So I can click off, and I can select one circle at a time.

Let's zoom in here a little bit

Right now the size of this circle is 3/8 of an inch.

I want to create a circle around it that's a total of 3/4 of an inch.

I know 3/8 is half of 3/4.

I need the new circle to be 3/8 larger all the way around....

...but if I go in and use 3/8 as a measurement, it's gonna cause some problems.

Let me demonstrate what I'm talking about because I know I've already lost a few people.

I'm gonna select my object...

...come over here under Offset and Layout...

...and select this first icon right here - Offset Selected Vectors.

I'll click on that icon...

...and we get the Offset Vectors form.

Starting from the top, I have three choices.

I can offset this object outwards...

...which is what I want to do.

I can offset it inwards, towards the center...

...or I can offset both at the same time.

What I'm going to do is go outwards...

...to get my 3/4 inch circle.

This circle is 3/8 of an inch in diameter.

When I offset this vector, it's going to offset from the outside perimeter.

It's not going to offset from the center of this circle.

It's going to take that measurement from here.

So what I was trying to say earlier was...

I know that 3/8 of an inch is half of 3/4.

If I were to offset this 3/8...

...it would offset 3/8 of an inch out from this outside perimeter...

...here as well as here.

So it would make it way too big - way bigger than I want it to be.

So I want to take my 3/8 measurement and divide that in half again...

...which would be 3/16.

So I'll offset 3/16 from this edge outwards.

So we're going outwards...

...and I don't remember the decimal equivalent of 3/16 of an inch...

...so I'll type in 3 / 1 6...

...and then tap the = key on my keyboard...

...and there's my decimal equivalent to 3/16 of an inch.

Now we have three check boxes down here.

One is Create Sharp Offset Corners.

Well, there are no corners on a circle, so I don't need to worry about that.

A check mark here next to Delete Original would delete this circle while it adds the new circle.

I don't want to do that. I want both of them, so I'll leave this unchecked.

And this Select New box - if I put a check mark here...

...instead of this circle being selected, the new circle will be selected.

That doesn't really matter.

In this case it's not important.

But I'm gonna leave it blank.

Then I'll just click the Offset button...

...and now I have a new circle, offset 3/16 of an inch out from here to here...

...from here to here... from here to here... all the way around.

I'll go ahead and close this form.

We can confirm the size by selecting the inside circle...

...come over here under Transform Objects...

...and click Set Selected Object Size.

When I click that icon...

...it selects the circle and shows me that my width in X is 0.375 or 3/8 of an inch...

...and my height in Y is 3/8 of an inch.

So that has not changed.

I'll click off over here and select the outer circle...

...and I have 3/4 of an inch wide in X...

...and high in Y.

I've got my 3/4 inch circle.

Hopefully that wasn't too confusing.

I'll go through it again just to show you what I'm talking about.

I'll go over here select this circle...

...come back over here to Offset...

...VCarve remembers all the settings that I last used in this form.

I want to go outwards... 3/16 of an inch... all my check boxes are unchecked... and I'll click Offset.

I do not have to close that form to do the next circle.

I'll just select it...

...click Offset.

Select the next one. Click Offset.

Then I can close this form...

...and I now have a new modified design.

I can come along here and calculate a toolpath to cut all four of these outside circles...

...fill them with a piece of walnut dowel...

...then when that's dry, I can cut these inside circles...

...and fill them with an oak dowel to match the rest of these.

That's one way of using the offset tool

Another way of using it would be if I decided that...

...for instance, this rectangle.

If I check on the size over here, it's 12 inches by 12 inches.

If I just wanted to change the size of this, the easiest way to do it is...

just change my measurement here to, let's say, 12 1/4 inches by 12 1/4 inches...

...hit apply and then close it.

But if I don't want to make that change permanent...

...what I can do is I can offset this rectangle...

...and calculate a separate toolpath for it so that I have a choice...

...of which size I want to cut.

So I'll go over here, I've already selected my rectangle...

...I want to offset this outwards and I want to offset it inwards.

I want to offset both directions by 1/8 of an inch.

So I'll change this to 0.125...

...and click Offset.

Now you see, I did not select Create Sharp Offset Corners...

...so I have a rounded corner here.

I do have a square corner on the inside, but I have a rounded corner here.

So I'll hold down CTRL, tap the Z button to undo that last change.

I'll select Create Sharp Offset Corners...

...click Offset...

...and there we go.

Now I can close this, click off...

...and I now have three separate sizes of clock that I can cut out...

...depending upon the material I happen to have on hand.

So I would do three separate Profile toolpaths...

...and use them, depending upon which profile I wanted to cut at that particular time.

Right now is the time that I would want to save this...

...but I don't want to overwrite my original demo clock file.

I want to make this a separate file.

I could come up here to file, click Save As, and name it something else...

...but in version 9.0...

Vectric introduced the Increment and Save option.

What the Increment and Save option does is it will take this title, Demo Clock...

...and it will add an underscore and a number to that title...

...then save it in the same folder...

...that this original file is located in.

So all I have to do is click Increment and Save...

...and you'll see our title has changed to Demo Clock_1.

I didn't type that in.

If we come down here to the folder where these files are stored...

...there's Demo Clock and Demo Clock_1.

So it automatically generated that title and then saved this file in the folder.

So, if I wanted to make another modification...

If I select and delete that one, then select and delete this one...

Then maybe I don't want to use these circles. I want to v-carve some text.

So I'll go ahead and delete these...

Then I'll come up here to the Draw Text icon, under Create Vectors...

...click on that. And it takes a second, it needs to load its font list.

This is a nice font here I'm going to use it.

I'll just type the number 12...

...my text height is 1 inch...

...text alignment to the center, and I'm going to anchor that text on my X zero, Y zero, right in the middle.

I'll click Apply, and there I have my text.

I'll go ahead and click it once again and drag it up.

Now if you notice, as I'm dragging my text...

...if you look, you'll see how it kind of snaps to the center...

...and VCarve draws a center line on my X zero line.

That lets me know that I'm lined up on the center of my material...

...then I can release, and it places that number 12.

So a little guideline popped up there in the center to help me place that where I wanted it.

Now we'll go over here to Text...

...and we'll do the same thing for 3, 6, and 9.

I'm not going to change any of these settings here. We'll click Apply...

... and close...

I'll select that again...

...drag it over here and you see...

...how it does the same thing. It gives me a little guideline there...

...to where I can drag this over, and place it right there...

...but I know it's centered on the center of my material.

Click off to deselect...

...come back over here...

...type the number 6...

...none of these have changed...

Apply.

Close.

Select again...

...and drag that straight down you see that dotted guideline comes back.

I'm just guessing on my placement right now. As far as how far away from the edge that number is going.

But that looks okay. Sometimes you don't need exact measurements.

If it looks good to you, it's good enough.

Then I'll come back over here...

...and without changing anything, type in 9...

Apply... close...

...click it again to select it and move it over here...

...to about so...

...and that looks good to me.

I've got what looks like even spacing here, and here, and here...

So there's another version of this same clock.

With everything placed, I can now come up to...

...File...

Increment and Save...

...we're now working on Demo Clock_2.

I come down here to the folder...

...and we now have Demo Clock_2.

So it has saved each and every step along the way...

...and it's named it automatically for me.

I don't have to keep coming up with new names.

This Increment and Save feature comes in real handy...

...when you're working on a complex pattern in here...

...and you have made a couple of modifications to it...

...but you're not real sure if you want to keep those modifications.

You click Increment and Save it will save a new copy of the file...

...and you can work continue to work on it without losing the previous edition of the file.

It's just one of those little features that's built in to the VCarve software, Cut2D, and Aspire...

...that'll help your workflow go a heck of a lot easier.

Now I'm ready to calculate toolpaths, go outside, and cut this file.

I'm going to go ahead and end this video right here.

If you got anything at all out of this video I do hope you'll give me a thumbs up.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns...

...feel free to leave me a comment in the comment section.

Brille | 10 even more facts about the human body (Part 3) | TVNorge - Duration: 10:25.

1. Changed diet

Back in time when humans from the Middle East and Europe

for 10.000 years ago changed from being hunters and gatherers,

found what they ate in the nature to live as farmers.

What happened physically to us, when started to live as farmers?

When we lived as hunters and gatherers

we moved over vast areas every day.

When we started with agriculture we moved less

and we started to eat food, you were correct,

which contained less proteins, more carbohydrates and fewer nutrients.

The consequences to this is that we got back problems,

arthritis and we got some centimeters shorter in some places.

I'll give you half a point, Vegard, because you were close.

2. Afraid of swearing

Amygdala is an old primitive part of the brain which is in the middle of the temples.

If we artificially stimulate amygdala with electricity, we get scared without knowing why.

There is also a type of words that

which stimulates the amygdala directly.

Do you know which type of words?

Swearing.

The words that stimulate amygdala directly are rude words.

Swearing and taboo words, for example:

When using these words we stimulate peoples amygdala directly.

And to use a lot of swearing and bad words is a shortcut

to force the listener to feel fear.

- It's correct with swearing, Egil. - Thanks.

Now I get why the southeners are so afraid of the northeners.

3. Typhoid Mary.

An other known "super infecter" is Mary Mallon, Typhoid Mary.

She never felt ill, but at the start of the 1900s she infected

more than 100 people in New York with typhoid fever.

And the question is; How did Typhoid Mary manage to infect so many?

"Super inferctor" Typhoid Mary worked as a cook

home at families in New York.

Because she didnt believe in the use of handwash after a toilet visit,

she infected people each place she worked.

And when the families got sick or died where she worked,

it was off to a new family.

The health authorities eventually put Mary in isolation

where she lived very healthy for 23 years until she died.

In total she infected hundreds

and presumably killed more than 50.

- Amazing story, right? - She refused to wash her hands?

Even in isolation for 23 years? "No, I don't believe in hand wash!"

4. Human Biomass

Asia has 61% of the world's population

but is only 13% of the human biomass.

Why?

The Asians have so little biomass because they are so thin.

The Americans is only 6% of the population but is 34% of human biomass.

That is correct, Espen and Bård.

Do you know what nationality has the highest average weight?

- Of everyone. - Is it the Americans?

You'd think so, but it isn't, they are third.

It is the Micronesians.

Which is the inhabitants in Micronesia.

Which is composed of many small islands in the Pacific Ocean.

Which is the fattest in the world.

How do you get so big on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean?

It has something to do with that the Americans used it as a military base

so the local diet with fish and stuff

was replaced with cornflower and modern diet.

So it was the Americans which screwed it up.

5. The fifth taste

Saltiness, sourness, sweetness and bitterness are the four basic tastes, that is correct?

Yes, that is four of the five basic tastes.

Exactly, because you are here today because you have a doctor degree in the fifth taste.

Because early in the 00s it was eventually considered to be a fifth taste on the tongue.

What taste is that?

- Anne-Kat, you recognised this taste? - Yes.

- What is it? - This is what we call umami.

You say umami, Anne-Kat, is that what is the fifth taste?

Yes, that is correct, umami is the fifth taste.

That is a Japanese word which means savory.

Good job Anne-Kat!

What is the umami taste signalling to us that we are eating?

Yes that was correct, umami signals us protein rich food.

So food with free proteins will give us umami taste.

Good job Bård!

6. Different DNA

This is American Lydia Fairchild.

She got two kids with Jamie Townsend,

but when Fairchild was pregnant with her third child

her and her husband separated.

When Fairchild applied for child care from Townsend

they conducted a DNA test on this third child.

To see if Townsend was the dad,

and the test showed he was the dad,

but that Lydia was not the mother. What?

How is that possible?

- How is that possible? - Yes how is that possible, Else Koss Furuset?

Took wrong at the delivery room?

- But.. not? - No, not wrong at the delivery room?

- Are you sure that she has come out.. - She has come out of the canal yes.

- And still she's not the mother? - Yes exactly, if you'd been listening you'd know.

This big mystery, would seem to be impossible. Right?

Lydia Fairchild has what is called chimerism.

She has two sets of DNA in her body.

The cells in her skin where the DNA test is performed

has a different DNA than the cells in her uterus where the child is made.

The reason why Fairchild has two sets of DNA

Is that when she herself was made in the uterus, two eggs were fertilised.

Instead of the two fertilised eggs became twins

they grew into each other and became one individual.

Therefore she has two sets of DNA.

It's very rare, but there was an American male

who had two sets of DNA. The sperm cells and skin cells were different.

So he got a son and the test showed he was the uncle of his own son.

Thats a story from Trøndelag.

7. Heimlich manoeuvre on yourself

But imagine if you are alone and got something in your throat

and nobody can do the heimich manoeuvre on you.

What do you do?

If you got something in your throat and is all alone.

What you do then is go in a push-up posture

clenched fists, and throw your fists forward

so you fall down like this.

Then its out and you can eat it and lie elegantly.

8. How not to shrink

Michael Douglas said he learned to shrink the distance between the atoms.

Press the atoms together, but what is the problem with this method of shrinking?

If you managed to shrink the distance between the atoms you'd get as small as an ant, yes.

But have the same amount of atoms so your weight would be the same.

So ant man would be very tiny with smaller muscles.

Still weigh 80kg (176lbs), can't move!

Correct Steinar and Henrik also gets a point.

If you got shrunk to be tiny as an ant.

If you got shrunk from 180cm (5'9") which is around my height.

down to 2.5cm (1")

you would freeze to death, why?

Small animals have so big body surface compared to body volume that they lose so much heat.

Thats why babies easily begin to freeze.

They have so much skin and a very little body

Small animals has to produce a lot of energy, eat more food, heart must beat fast

so, mice has a resting pulse of 600 bpm.

If you were to shrink and survive, you would have to change the heart, the digestive system and the metabolism.

- Something like you said Steinar. - Oh, it was?

Yes I would say so, half a point to you.

9. Morning wood.

As some of you might have noticed, men have an erection in their sleep. Why?

Bjørn, can you explain why many men get an erection while sleeping?

Under the REM sleep phase you have changed circulation to the penis

and then you will get an erection.

REM sleep, the rapid eye movement, when the eyes go quickly under the eyelids.

And what is happening, why does that give an erection?

Under that phase a lot of weird things are happening in the body. You don't have the same control of the blood pressure and pulse.

The blood circulation to the penis is out of normal regulation.

So you get more blood to the penis and therefore and erection.

Without dreaming something sexual or have a sexual desire.

Does the blood like to chill out in the penis when it is chilling?

Does it seek the penis? Is it a better place to be?

Can impotent people get an erection while sleeping?

That is a way to find out if you have psychogenic erectile dysfunction,

if it is psychologic that you cant get an erection

or that you have a biologic reason to not get an erection.

Then we see if you got an erection while sleeping.

10. Cure common cold?

Hey brille, I want to know one thing

Is it possible to cure comon cold forever?

Yes, what do we have to do to cure common cold forever?

It is possible to cure the common cold because the cold virus only lives in humans.

And the virus dies when we get healthy

so if we do as Are suggested, spread us fully around the wrold

so nobody could sneeze or cough at others.

We could actually live 70m (230') from each other if we exploit Mount Everest and Antarctica.

Could get rough, but ok.

We could get rid of all the common cold viruses,

but the problem is only, Are, people with bad immune system.

Most of us need 10 days to get rid of the virus.

but people with bad immune system can have the virus for months.

We would have to isolate each other for a long time and then the society would crumble.

We would have died. I will give you a point, Are, because it was well reasoned.

devoted to that where I'm doing a challenge and I asked you for ideas of

challenge and there have been a lot of things who looked alike

there were a lot of food challenges there had been a lot of revisiting unhealthy recipes

in healthy recipes, what I'm already doing besides, especially cakes etc ...

I had "make oreos" or make big cakes

make a contest 10k calories challenge that I will do besides thereafter and

other things like that so what am I going to do is I'm going to link all this and

I am going to present you today a giant oreo cake

which is healthy, of course you should not eat all the cake otherwise it's still going to make a lot of calories

here the concept is to do a cake for 10 person and eat it to me alone

to see the whole video click here, there will be a link that will appear and you will be able to see the recipe

or I'll put it in description

the oreo cake is finished, look at this

as you see it does not look like it is very big like that but in reality

look compared to my hand, I can put a few hands on

they even huge compared to my head look at it is huge and everything will go in my belly

10 servings as 10,000 followers so for the 10,000 followersI

will eat these 10 servings all alone which is equivalent to about 2500kcal

obviously it's healthy so that makes 250 calories per serving

so if you want to eat it yourself and well you can eat it in your diet it's very healthy

when you eat 2500 calories it's less healthy but hey we do everything for the followers

as you could see I used a lot of beans

in it you're probably saying "he's going to fart a lot after" BUT NO

because I have a technique for you if you do not want to let go

when you eat beans just rinse them in the water

there we go to eat because that I'm very hungry

today I will answer a question that was asked to me a lot of times

and the question is "how do you do you eat that much and stay that lean ?"

in reality it's very simple, the reason why I do not get fat

by eating all this is that I pay attention to my calories

what matters is calories and of course macronutrients

so carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and also all that is next, vitamins, ...

but really if you respect your macronutrients and your calories, normally you should not gain weight

and how am I doing to eat as much because of course there are people that are able

to eat the calories I eat every day, which are between 2800 and 3000 calories

and there are people who manage to eat that and not be satiated or to be satiated with little quantity

and who still arrive at 2800kcal ... Why ? They eat a lot of lipids

or they eat foods that have a high caloric density

that means that for little volume they have a lot of calories and what I do

I do not eat a lot of these foods there I eat

rather foods that are very filling and low calorie like for example

my oatmeal pudding or pudding low carb

the first is 290 calories for about 600 grams and the second 150 calories for 500 grams

and so you ask me how I can make double portions

and so eat a kilo at breakfast plus what I put on so be 1 kg and a half

well what's going on is that my stomach is quite big

how come ? in fact four years ago I was overweight

and I have always loved food and so I happened to eat 8-10 meals a day which is huge and

if I count the calories I got easily at 5000 calories a day

so do not ask me why I was overweight, it's not because my metabolism was

too slow, it's just that I ate so much that it was not possible not to become fat

and again I saved some damages by doing sports because if

I did not do it I would have really taken a lot of weight and so what happened

it's that my stomach is huge because I ate a lot,

so I have a great ability to swallow the food and they say that the stomach gets

shrink when doing a diet ... actually i went on a diet and i turned very low in calories

by the way if you want to know my story

how I am passed from overweight to thin and then fit

you can ask me in comment and I you will make a video dedicated to that

so what I was saying is that what happened when I made my diet

my stomach has shrunk but I unfortunately went through bulimia

and that's really not something I wish you

because I deprived myself all week all days

and then one day in my brain there was a click I got I said, "I dont want of all this anymore"

I have half left, it becomes hard it's quite heavy it's compact with beans

in general I am used to make a cake with a can of beans

Here is 4 times the cake while in general the cake weighs me on the stomach

go back to it

and there what I did, I started to eat a lot

not a lot a day, no, I was thinking I'm going to rush on everything here to ruin this diet

remove this deficit that I have but all in one day and so finally I could eat 5-6000 calories

all of a sudden and so I widened my stomach every week at least once

sometimes two when it happened to me to have twice a binge over a week

and so I ate everything that went by the hand

it could very well be 1 kg of muesli at once while

after 100-200 grams we are sick of it but no, at that moment in my head it was

I want to eat everything that passes, I must rebalance this weekly calorie intake

and after that I was mad at me so I was starting to do the diet again because

I saw that it really hurt my body when in reality it was water retention, ...

so that's how each time I maintained a fairly large stomach

and I still managed to lose weight because I was mad the day after

and so I want to go back from again in unimaginable calorie deficit

to give you an idea I sometimes ate 500 calories a day or even less

in the morning an apple, at noon a crotch or a piece of bread and in the evening a soup

it's really too little and no protein so it's really not advisable

the blow having all the time widened my stomach

I started slowly to make bodybuilding, to understand how it worked

to count the calories but I continued to eat very little

and so what I did was to continue still to gain weight I was doing

every week an all-you-can-eat buffet and buffets are my specialty

so that's what I did all the time and my stomach used to widen

and now that I control my calories intake I do not do cheat meals anymore

because I find it useless because I'm not frustrated with every meal I make

and all that is healthy but enjoyable to eat

moreover the link of my site will be in description and maybe here too

on this site I show you how I do to eat by making me happy and respecting my macros

here you are so now know why I have a big stomach

because I already had one when I was little I binged when I did my diet

as I was doing cheat meals or bulimia attacks quite high in volume were there to inflate my belly

and to continue expanding my stomach and currently I continue to eat

volume foods but less caloric to respect my macros and my calories

because I like to eat and do it to be able to eat several spoons

a hundred spoons at each meal

mentally it makes me feel good and as I like to eat is what I prefer to do

but I'm not saying it's the best way to do it but because I'm greedy it's my way of doing things

if you are surprised why I have a stomach like that and well here you have learned why

I hope this little explanatory video in addition to the food challenge that I'm doing down there will have pleased you

if it is, you can click I like and even tell me in comments

if you like that kind of commentary in addition to the main video

oh it's filming, oh sh*** have to pretend it's okay

here I finished the challenge it was not so easy that I thought finally

especially after the 6000 calories I have ate yesterday at the buffet but frankly

it was very good you have to try you are not going to be disappointed but

at least I have done it and again thanks to all for the 10k followers

and I hope we will become even stronger even bigger later

I hope you enjoyed this video, if it's the case you can hit the like button or even subscribe to the channel
