Você está sofrendo? ( Are you suffering?) - Duration: 2:00.

My dear friends if you have the desire to contact me, my email is prprado2018@gmail.com

This afternoon, I would like to reflect in this wonderful place where we are, and think a little about the suffering

Have you ever imagined the suffering of Jesus Christ? In the book of the prophet Isaiah in chapter 53 says that

truly He took upon Himself our infirmities

the punishment that was upon us He you carried upon Himself.

The suffering of Christ was something astounding , I can not imagine the pain He took upon Himself

Isaiah portrays it so well that he says that even his face was disfigured

and there was no way we could picture our precious master

the Lord who cared, the Lord who healed, the Lord who transformed lives ...

Now he was simply the object of desertion, pain, tribulation

of those who were there.

In John chapter 16:33 it says, "In the world ye shall have afflictions, ye shall in the world suffer."

My beloved, it is impossible that there is no suffering and pain in our lives.

If you have not gone through it you will, and if it has not you are going through it now.

But in all this Jesus said: I have overcome the world!

That means we will win too!

The apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful,

He will not let you bear above what you can

and with temptations He also gives escape.

My friend suffering is a reality!

But during suffering the Lord Jesus says:

I'm with you!

He never said that he would take his life and my life out of suffering.

But He says: I will be walking with you in suffering.

And there is no greater relief than knowing that we are not alone

there is someone walking beside us.

Suffering comes but the relief of suffering is the person of Jesus with us!

'No! We Don't Want Bindow' — Adamawa Youth Reject Governor's Re-election Bid - Duration: 2:51.

There was mild drama in Adamawa as youth openly rejected the re-election bid of Jibrilla Bindow, Governor of Adamawa State.

The drama almost disrupted an event held to flag-off a road project in the state, as a large crowd of supporters of the former governor, Murtala Nyako, booed the incumbent governor, Jibrilla Bindow, an indication that all may not be well for the governor's intention to contest for a second term.

It all started when Senator Abubakar Mohammed Mo-Allayidi urged the crowd to vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC), a statement, which was greeted with grumblings and murmuring from the youth, who burst into loud shouts of "No! No! We don't want Bindow".

It would seem Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), whose poor attempt to gauge the people's mood, agitated them, as Mustapha had requested the crowd to respond to his chanting of "Nigeria, Sai Buhari; Adamawa, Sai Bindow".

The youth, however, refused and shouted: "Adamawa Sai Nyako", instead. Mustapha, at the event, also accused former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of neglecting his community while in power for eight years.

Mustapha took a swipe at the former Vice-President, describing him as a "failed politician". He stated this during the flag-off of the N22 billion road project, leading through Atiku's home town, Jada, in Adamawa State.

He also urged communities in the area to be wary of politicians, whom he said "have failed to respect the people's mandate in the past".

Mustapha said: "This road was last rehabilitated in 1996, when President Muhammadu Buhari was Chairman of PTF and the road has remained dilapidated and abandoned for the past 22 years, until his intervention again.

Mustapha Baba Shehuri, Minister of State for Power, Works and Housing, who also spoke at the event, said: "The 112 kilometre Mayo Belwa-Jada-Ganye-Toungo Route A.8 traverses Jada town and terminates at Toungo.

It serves as a vital link between Taraba State and the Republic of Cameroon, as well as the Mambilla Hydro Power Plant.".

We can't go into 2019 polls with a divided house - PDP - Duration: 1:44.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has affirmed that it will not contest the 2019 general polls with a house in disarray, Vanguard reports.

It further said that the party would ensure that it conducts a free, fair and credible primary election free from interferences by candidates.

This position was taken on behalf of the party by its Delta state chairman, Kingsley Esiso, at Isiokolo Ethiope east local government area of the state, during an empowerment programme of Evance Ivwurie who represents the area in the state House of Assembly.

The lawmaker had said that the programme was anchored on the charge by the state governor, Ifeanyi Okowa on elected and appointed officials in the state to empower locals and indigenes.

Meanwhile, we reported that the national chairman of the PDP, Prince Secondus, had revealed that the party was coming up with "generation next" programme for re-positioning youths to take over leadership in 2019.

Secondus made the disclosure at the opening of PDP youth leaders meeting in Abuja on Wednesday, March 14. He said that the programme was designed to prepare the youth to take over political leadership in the country.

According to him, with the programme, age barrier will be removed and a 25-year old that is popular and intelligent can be voted into power as governor.

Red Alert: Flesh-Eating STD Found in UK For First Time - Duration: 3:42.

An unknown woman from England

has been infected with a very rare

but dangerous

sexually transmitted disease

that literally and figuratively

eats your balls.

Jummy, very nice.

The woman, where currently her

lower body part is being nibbled

by this STD thing receives

medical treatment for the rare STD

called Donovanosis.

The Donovanosis disease mainly occurs

where my mother was born

namely, New Guinea.

That may be the reason why I was born

like the aliens

Out of her stomach and

not out of her VaVa

I know it's a lot of info

you don't want to hear

This is also the reason

I didn't receive mother milk

Very selfish of my mother.

I will hate her until I die.

The disease mainly occurs in areas

such as the regions of India

Guyana, and New Guinea

according to National Institutes of Health.

So if you have a girlfriend or friend

who has just returned from vacation

from one of those regions.

Castrate him or put a cork

in your girlfriend to delay your Barry White

moment until the

test is back and the result is negative

of course

Because this STD spread through

female genitals or the butt, but

rarely through the mouth.

Here is a shitty fact

men are twice as affected

than women and people between

the ages of 20 and 40 become infected.

If you think logically

I never see people over 80 years do

kinky things with a leather whip.

Good news

the doctors can cure the infected

people by pumping them full

with antibiotics.

This story reminds me of

Synthia the flesh-eating bacteria

with a computer as mother

released in the ocean by an institute

to eat leaked oil.

But I can't blame him for everything.

If that this type of STD can return

as other forms of STD is not known.

National Institutes of Health has not

yet responded to my request.

'The Proposal' Finale Spoilers | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:46.

'The Proposal' Finale Spoilers | Heavy.com

During tonight's episode of The Proposal, you may notice that only nine men are are competing for the chance to marry one mystery woman.

Why is that? Why aren't ten men vying for our mystery woman's heart, like usual?.

In recent weeks, two women have come forward accusing contestant Michael Friday of sexual misconduct.

Friday has since been edited out of the episode, according to Monsters and Critics, which is why tonight's finale only features nine eligible bachelors.

The first woman to publicly share her allegations against Friday is Erica Denae Meshke.

On June 21,  Meshke uploaded a status to Facebook that read, "One of the men pictured here was directly responsible for my date rape.

" She went on to share a screenshot of Friday's Instagram account to identify him as the man she was referring to.

In the post, Meshke writes about a night last November in which she says she endured five hours of "unspeakable" things.  She says she met Friday through Tinder and he invited her to meet in the entertainment room of an apartment complex.

When she arrived, there were other men there whom Friday introduced as his friends.

Friday then left, at which point Meshke was given a drink she believes was spiked, and taken upstairs to an apartment.

She does not write about the specifics of what occurred in the apartment.

"I've lost sleep, relationships, self esteem, trust, and countless other things because of that night," Meshke continues.

"And I'm done keeping it quiet.

Imagine going through the most traumatic event in your life.

Now imaging that after every effort to never think of it again, you're in bed after a long day, mindlessly scrolling through Facebook articles, and you see the man at fault's face pop up on your timeline.

Now imagine discovering his face will be plastered ALL OVER TELEVISION.".

In response to Meshke's accusations, ABC issued a statement that read, "An allegation has been made against a contestant on next week's episode of 'The Proposal.

' While the accusation was not related to the contestant's appearance on the program, we take it very seriously.

" Friday's episode was also cancelled.

After the statement was issued, another Milwaukee woman came forward with accusations against Friday.

In an interview with the Daily Beast that has since been removed, the woman, Karina Solina, is quoted by Vulture as saying, "He basically sexually assaulted me." Solina says she met Friday on Instagram, and after a few drinks, she became "drunk and very tired." She explains that she told Friday she wanted to sleep, but he subsequently took her to his own home.

Vulture quotes Solina as saying of the experience she had as his place, "I was definitely not able to consent to what I was doing.

I knew I didn't consent, but I was also too drunk so I felt like it was my fault for the longest time.".

Putin heads for the Siberian hills on summer holiday - Duration: 4:05.

Vladimir Putin has shared his latest batch of summer holiday snaps showing the Russian President getting up close and personal with nature

The Russian President typically seeks out rugged, often shirtless activities on his summer vacations

This year he seemed to go for a more laid back trip. Russia's 65-year-old leader returned to one of his favorite holiday spots: the far-flung wilderness of Siberia's remote Tyva region at the picturesque Sayano-Shushenski Nature Reserve

Dressed in combat trousers along with a jacket and a fisherman hat, Putin struck macho and brooding poses while pictured hiking, examining plants and riding in a boat on the Yenisey River

Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters Monday that Putin spent last weekend hiking in the mountains with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and the head of Russia's main intelligence agency, FSB chief Alexander Bortnikov

The Russian president recently insisted he felt no embarrassment over the many popular topless images paraded in his last collection of holiday snaps

Auckland Exposed? Truth, consequences and aspirations for a climate-ready city - Keynote - Duration: 18:35.

(slow instrumental music)

(water flowing)

(birds chirping)

- Alright, thank you very much,

Counsel Debbie, much appreciated.

Right.

Let's introduce Matt Peterson now.

A long list of achievements, too.

I can tell you, he is the CEO

at Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator.

Prior to joining that,

he was appointed as the first ever

Chief Sustainability Officer

for the city of Los Angeles,

serving as CSO for four years.

Matt was also the Chief Architect

of the groundbreaking sustainable city plan

and helped create the Climate Mayors.

He also co-founded Global Green USA

and lead the organisation for 19 years

as President and CEO.

The organisation was a pioneer in greening

of affordable housing, schools, and cities

as well as helping grow the solar sector.

Now in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina,

Matt put forth a vision

and mobilised resources to green the rebuilding

of New Orleans.

Matt as chair of the Climate Mayors Board,

a board member of Global Green USA,

Habitat for Humanity of Greater LA,

Centre for Environmental Health

and the Sir Edmund Hillary Institute

for International Leadership.

He's also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations,

the LA Sustainability Leadership Council

and has served as an advisor

to the Clinton Global Initiative

on Energy and Environment

while a CGI member for 10 years.

It is quite remarkable

you found the time to get here.

(laughs)

It's an impressive achievement.

Matt Peterson, if you can come to the stage.

Thank you very much.

(applause)

- Kiora, good to be here with you.

Thank you very much Counsellor,

thank you for the warm greetings

and the great framing of your conversation.

It's impressive to hear what you

and your colleagues are doing here

in this great city of Auckland.

It's my second visit to your amazing, beautiful nation.

My first was 10 years ago,

at the Christ Church where I first got involved

with the Sir Edmund Hillary Institute

and was giving my remarks down in Christchurch

and it created an international diplomatic faux paux,

by getting then Prime Minister Helen Clark

to hug the President of Kirabati which I guess was a small,

diplomatic incident but it was one

where I think I worked through it

and it was a great welcome to your nation.

I have a couple questions first of all.

We have the, it looks like the French Rugby Team

staying in our hotel across the way.

How many All Blacks fans do we have?

(laughter)

Anybody?

A few?

Alright.

(laughter)

Okay good, good to know.

A couple other questions.

How many people love where you live?

How many people love your home?

Alright, good.

How many people love humanity?

Other people?

Your fellow citizens?

Oh, fewer hands.

(laughter)

Some people we don't like.

That's good to know.

I think we're all the same way.

Alright, good to know.

I will give you a little bonus at the end.

Some of you were tuned into this

yesterday but most of you weren't.

I'll give you a little secret at saving the world.

That's later.

First, I just want to share

a quick little story

that kind of brought things together for me

around how we treat each other

as human beings and how we treat the planet.

I went to the Eastern part

of the Democratic Republic of the Congo twice

with an amazing individual,

a woman named Eve Ensler

who some of you may know from her

work as a playwright.

She wrote Vagina Monologues

and some other amazing pieces of work.

And Eve went there

to bring several of us

to see how with local partners she's building this

place called City of Joy

that was providing a place for women

who's lives and bodies had literally been torn apart

by the war and atrocity rapes

and atrocities that are happening

in that part of the world.

And one of the things driving that violence

and those horrible acts

that are being forced upon women and girls

but also men and boys

was the drive for getting hold of rarest minerals

that power our electronics.

Cobalt, tin, and other rare minerals

and what is now known as conflict minerals

and there's been some acts in the United States

and other parts of the world

to try to change that

but what struck me wasn't just

this horrible atrocity going on

and still going on, it was that these women

I happen to have the great honour to dance with

at the ceremony that opened this place

called City of Joy which houses and helps

92 women at a time, after their bodies

have been repaired down the way

at the Panzi Hospital by an amazing man

named Dr. Mukwege.

That they were given their lives back

by their own court,

that they were able to with time and space

and help and classroom and training,

be able to, over the six months,

reclaim their lives and dignity.

And many of them are going out

and starting businesses.

So, this to me was the pinnacle

of really seeing how we, the most acute point

I could ever find in my life of how we treat

the Earth and how we treat other people.

They come together and we need to remind ourselves

of that around fairness and equity,

climate change, and that we really can move forth

together in tackling equity, economy,

and the environment together

and it's fundamental.

So a quick story of, that sort of brings to life

a little bit what Colin shared.

I started something when I was running Global Green

looking for citizen entrepreneurs

because we need governments to act,

we need corporations to act,

we need cities to act

and we also need to take responsibility

for a corner of our world.

So, when I left Global Green

I kept the idea alive

and I called it Citizen E.

And so for my 50 this birthday a little over a year ago

I asked friends and family

to give money to help support

an individual we would find in the United States

who was taking responsibility for a corner

of the world.

So just about a month ago, we finalised our search,

we picked a winner and her name was Bronte Velez,

an amazing young woman

who had decided to turn violence

into opportunity, hope

by after she lost a friend to gun violence

in the US, something that is really unfortunately

acute in the United States,

versus the rest of the world.

And she did that in a way that connected the dots.

She said, "Let's take guns,

"melt them into shovels, and plant trees

"on the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s

"assassination in Atlanta."

So she planted trees,

she did that, she melted these guns

with some partners,

turned them into shovels,

planted trees throughout Atlanta including

at the Martin Luther King Centre

in Atlanta, and to me she really embodies that

sense of hope and opportunity to bring together

these crisis and really a chance to heal

each other and heal the planet.

So, citizens, we need citizens.

- What's her name again?

- Bronte Velez.

Citizen cities and Cleantech are sort of the theme

I'm going to frame here for with you

but this next part of my journey takes me into the city

of New Orleans which Colin talked about here.

This is when I was able to give then

the head of Green Cross International,

I ran the US affiliate Global Green

and Mikhail Gorbachev

was Green Cross International President

and I took him down to the lower ninth ward

in New Orleans, one of the most vulnerable

and the poorest neighbourhoods in the city of New Orleans

that was devastated by human hands,

not just failure of infrastructure

but of course, climate change,

storm surge and storm intensity made worse by

climate change combined with the failure

of the levies.

And this whole neighbourhood in the lower ninth quarter

was just completely washed away.

The lives were primarily African American families

whose homes had been passed through generations

and whose income and lives are very vulnerable.

And most would never return.

So along the way we decided

to say we're going to green the schools,

we're going to green the city, we're going to,

so we leveraged some grant dollars

from the Clinton Bush fund after Katrina.

Two million dollars we got the school district to build

showcase schools with better daylight

where students are shown to learn better

and test better when there's better daylight,

better air quality in those classrooms.

We also built this showcase of a home

that's now a village.

I don't have a photo here of the final product

but this was about a decade ago

where this well known individual partnered

with us to do a design competition.

Brad Pitt and--

(chattering)

Yea, yeah.

And we then built five single family homes.

The first green homes in the lower ninth ward

and five LEED platinum homes

and then Brad went on to build about another two,

I think 50 to nearly a hundred now.

So there are more LEED platinum homes,

the greenest standard of homes

in this neighbourhood more than any other place

in America and to be honest, it had nothing to do with me

or this famous guy.

It was an individual named Pam DeShields,

an activist in her neighbourhood before I showed up,

before Brad Pitt showed up

and said, "We're going to rebuild this neighbourhood

"to be the first carbon neutral neighbourhood

"in America."

And that was that.

She had built that support from the community.

To do it otherwise, we would have been these inter-loafers

saying, "We're going to force you guys to rebuild

"the way we want you to rebuild."

She had built that community support

and that's really whose the true hero, Pam DeShields.

So, working with cities across the country

then I returned to my work at the city of Los Angeles.

This building is famous,

our City Hall, not just from the show of Dragnet.

Anybody remember that show?

Not too many.

But others of course, where our City Hall has appeared

as a star in movies and television

and really there in the city

we credit our first ever sustainable city plan.

You can find it online

at Plan.LAMayor.org.

It was the first comprehensive plan

of it's type for Los Angeles.

Focused on equity and the environment

and economy and again how do we make these things

work together to create a better,

more robust city?

Los Angeles maybe known as the home of Hollywood

and lots of other things,

but we're really, really moving fifth faster on

the path towards sustainability.

Just two weeks ago, Mayor Garcetti

our current Mayor, made a commitment

to make LA, to be carbon neutral by 2050.

So our previous goal

was 80% production over 1990 levels by 2050.

Now we've moved to carbon neutral.

The city is moving towards 100% clean energy.

We started that when I was there.

We're moving towards zero emissions transportation,

all electric buses by 2030

for the city and the county.

And on and on and on

about the things that we're beginning to do.

Yesterday, talked about

some of our building initiatives as well.

But while there we did something

that was important, when President Obama

was in the White House, we collected these Mayors

across the country from cities that were early adoptors,

leaders, not just C40 cities as Auckland is,

but some smaller cities.

Cities of 180,000 even that were really

making a difference in places like everything from

Somerset, Massachusetts,

to Berkeley, California, to Los Angeles,

to Houston, Texas where there was a strong mayor

in this oil and gas city.

These mayors here, Mayor Garcetti on the right,

Mayor Rogero of Knoxville, Tennessee,

and Mayor Marty Walsh from Boston

and Mayor Turner of Houston who's not pictured here.

Really all came together to lead this group of mayors

to put wind at the back of President Obama

going into the Paris Climate Agreement,

and this negotiations.

Well, then what happened?

Yeah, we got a great climate agreement

then somebody else got elected to the White House

we weren't so sure about.

So we went from 33 mayors,

we sent an open letter around

within two weeks after Trump getting elected

or some say, "He who shall not be named."

But, and we had 70 mayors all of a sudden

sign this letter saying,

"Trump, President Trump, President-elect Trump,

"please work with us.

"Cities are on the frontline of climate change."

But it's also where the hard innovation's happening.

These are where the solutions are on the frontlines,

where we're changing people's lives.

We're not just filling potholes,

we're putting in transit.

LA just passed a 120 billion dollar transit initiative,

the largest infrastructure investment

in the country.

Come work with us.

Across the country, to put infrastructure

in place, that makes us more resilient,

to fight climate change,

to reduce greenhouse gas admissions,

to protect our most vulnerable.

We got silence.

Months pass, we get word

that he's going to pull out of the Paris Climate Agreement.

We prepared for that moment.

The day in the Rose Garden in the White House

when he, at the White House

when he pulled out on June first of 2016

excuse me, 2017, we were ready.

And we had 70 mayors that day by that time

who said they were going to adopt

the Paris Climate Agreement in their city.

By the next day we had 170.

Within two weeks we had 350.

Now we have over 400 mayors committed to that same goal

in 47 states across our country.

So the voice of climate resistance

and the will of action

is alive in the United States of America.

We will continue to lead.

Yes, California is really known as the leader.

There are 12 other states across the country

that are joining with us and not everything is perfect.

Just like it's not perfect here.

You need a better building energy code here in Auckland,

in New Zealand.

I've heard that and we're going to do what we can

to share our knowledge there.

Same in California.

We're still heavily dependent on the extraction

industry of oil.

Los Angeles is built on oil

but that's not our future.

Our future is moving to zero emissions

transportation and one of the success stories

that we put in place,

I went to this place called LA Cleantech Incubator.

This was a fun little greeting I got my first day.

The welcome mat is we (coughs) excuse me,

are focused on startup companies.

So again, citizens, cities and Cleantech.

These are our various solutions

some of which are really exciting like our first

electric aeroplane larger than two passengers

that will be in the air in the world.

Will be by our startup AMP Air.

Eight passenger electric aeroplane

that can go up to a hundred miles

in, by the end of the year.

They're going to do their first test flights

by the end of the year.

And a lot of other exciting companies

and we have this amazing campus

that is a stunning example of a partnership

between our municipal utililty in the city of Los Angeles,

between City Hall and we're a non-profit.

They built this facility,

61,000 square foot space,

Cleantech coworking space,

event space, prototyping centre,

and it's owned by the city

that gives a (mumbles) lease

and they said, "Hey, do great things."

How rare is that?

Really amazing and trust and innovation

that's happening to move forward

towards a cleaner future.

I won't go into this.

You can look at our website, LACI.org

or LACI.

We're focused on creating jobs,

cleaning our air,

because our most disadvantaged and poorest communities

suffer the most from poor air quality

and then we're also working to reduce

greenhouse gas emissions.

Quick little exciting announcement we just had.

We're creating this partnership

between utilities, and the mayor,

our top state regulator, and other partners

to say, "How can we get to 100% zero emissions

"transportation by the time

"the world arrives in the Olympics,

"for the Olympics in 2028?"

So we're down a bold, audacious goal

and I think that's something we need to do,

everywhere.

So, we're really focused again on citizens,

cities, and Cleantech.

Excuse me, but I also promised you,

it's alright, it does not matter.

The secret to saving the world.

Right?

Let me make sure if I got this right.

Yes.

New Zealand before I get into that,

I just wanted to echo something

the Counsellor said.

New Zealand's a small but mighty country.

And just as you did with the nuclear free zone

and beyond that, really putting people's

lives at risk to say the right thing.

Not to say the right thing

but do the right thing.

We need you to be bold.

When you stand up

and you take action,

in this small but mighty nation,

people notice.

So, when your Prime Minister,

hopefully she's able to come to California

when the Governor Brown hosts

his Climate Summit in San Francisco

in the middle of September

and your mayor and your city counsellors come hopefully.

They've come with bold commitments

that lead the world in the same way that you led on

Suffrage, that you lead on nuclear free zones,

that you led on Apartheid.

Please help us and humanity

change the course of our future.

So with that, I want everybody to stand up for a second.

Secret to saving the world.

(laughter)

Put your right hand up.

(laughter)

Repeat after me.

(laughter)

Let's.

- Lets.

- Go.

- Go.

- France.

(laugher)

Oh, sorry.

(laughter)

Just a little All Black humour.

I.

- I.

- Love.

- Love.

- My.

- My.

- Home.

- Home.

- And I love humanity.

- And I love humanity.

Now give the person next to you a big hug.

(laughter)

(chattering)

That's enough hugging back there.

(laughter)

Alright, so when you come to California,

or you go to the next conference

and parties, these boring meetings

but where real commitments happen,

please give the world a New Zealand hug

or a (mumbles) I think maybe even

more appropriately.

So thank you very much.

(applause)

(slow instrumental music)

(water flowing)

(birds chirping)

Everyone, say hello to the best boy in the world.

[Unrelated chatter]

So, he's from 1989.

He seems to be from a Japanese company -- ooh, sorry.

I can't really pronounce it. Segiguchi (incorrect)? "Sekiguchi"?

Um. "Orgel House", and you can't really see it there but it says "sweet melodies (are) playing".

You may notice this key on his back -- [melody, chuckles] -- sometimes he's a little twitchy.

So.

[Quietly] I need to be careful so I don't knock my phone down...

[Winding]

[Loud brushing noise, sorry]

[Melody - Possibly "It's A Small World"]

He plays the violin!

[Melody]

And....

I think he's in pretty good condition. Like I said he's from 19....89.

He must have clockwork and a music box in him.

Yeah! I just wanted to share this little boy. :)

[Melody. I hope you've enjoyed this sweet little bear! <3]

6 Things Fear Doesn't Want You to Know - Duration: 8:10.

6 Things Fear Doesn't Want You to Know

Are not you tired of fighting fear? Does it seem like you'll never defeat it?.

The reality is that you can never win the battle against fear, but you can train yourself to fight it.

You know how much damage feeling scared causes.

It's affected you in the past and will also affect to you in the future if you don't stop feeling scared.

You surely know several "methods" that help to overcome this feeling but no matter how often you defeat it, it always comes back for more.

This doesn't just happen to you.

In reality, fear is part of us and allows us to be safe in dangerous situations.

The problem is that over time this feeling can become normal in your life and can take control of your free will.

Whenever fear starts to take a hold of you, remember these these.

Then, work on them to reduce their effects.

1,Fear lies to you.

The first thing that fear doesn't want you to know is that it constantly lies and makes you feel miserable with every thought you have.

Want a promotion? Only the best get it.

Are you going to fight for your rights? If they treat you badly, you deserve it.

Are you explaining a new idea? You'll only be mocked.

Fear is a very powerful emotion.

Physiologically, it is one of the most useful defense mechanisms that human beings have.

However, you must prevent it from distorting your reality.

Although you can't get rid of it, it's crucial to learn to keep fear under control to prevent it from determining how you act.

Visit this article: Happiness is Found in Reality, not Dreams.

2,You can do it.

Another thing that fear doesn't want you to know is that, regardless of your current situation or the difficulties you think they may entail, you can do what you set out to do.

Many people let themselves get controlled by fear and pay attention to all the negative messages that their mind sends them.

It's true that achieving big goals is complicated and requires a lot of time and effort.

However, if this weren't the case, you wouldn't be motivated to achieve results and wouldn't learn in the process.

3,It's never too late to change.

How long have you put up with a toxic relationship or friendship? How long have you been thinking about that journey that excites you more than anything else? How long have you been bearing these things because of fear?.

Another thing that fear doesn't want you to know is that neither age nor any other circumstance is an obstacle for change.

In order for a change to turn into a reality, you have to make it happen.

If there's truly something going wrong in your life or if there's something you want to do, create an action plan.

You already have the goal.

Now, take the necessary steps to make it a reality.

4,No one is more qualified to decide things in your life than you.

One factor that is often very frightening is the opinion of others.

This is because many people seem to comment on other peoples' lives either to criticize or "help" them.

However, you're the only one who has the right to decide what changes in your life.

Fear of criticism can make you become trapped in situations you don't like or in a job you hate.

Perhaps you think that this is how you'll be recognized by others, but this isn't necessarily true.

In the end, there'll always be someone talking about you, because this is a normal part of human nature.

And this is OK because you can't always get along well with everyone.

What you can do is live according to your hopes and dreams.

It's very likely that you'll continue to be criticized, but you'll certainly be happier.

5,Your past mistakes do not define your future.

The fifth thing that fear doesn't want you to know is that the mistakes you've made don't have to define how your future will be.

We all make mistakes and we all carry a burden on our shoulders when we think of things we shouldn't have done.

This is natural because life is about trying new things and making decisions.

When you do these two things, you're always bound to make a mistake.

Now, those mistakes can be a great help in finding the best path to your goals.

Don't be one of those people who stop trying and then don't progress because they made a mistake.

Instead, use your mistakes to see which path you shouldn't take or to learn a lesson.

Do you want to know more? Read: Forgive and Let Go of the Past.

6,The only thing that gets in your way is not fear, it's you.

Do you think that fear is what paralyzes you? The truth is that this isn't the case.

It's true that fear can cause uncertainty and doubts, but the one who decides to stay frozen is you.

Whenever fear appears, you have two options:.

Pay attention to it and stay stuck.

See the warning that fear wants to give you, take your precautions and act.

When you stop seeing fear as a great obstacle in your life, you take full responsibility for yourself.

Try to do it as soon as possible.

You'll see that, even though fear causes uncertainty, being responsible for your actions is very rewarding.

Warframe let's play live episode 17 - Duration: 35:08.

there we go I love that intro took me 30 minutes to make that one day oh okay

sorry I didn't mean to Pat myself on the back so much I do have discord open and

if anyone tries to call I will answer that's just how I do it most of the time

occasionally I do jump in and I need to give myself just a few seconds to just

wake up or what-have-you but today I'm thinking pretty good I can just jump in

and start off and get in and play I'm actually trying to get my standing in

the seat of skill or Syndicates up I'm going to be playing the missions

here in order to do that the bounty quests mostly the main reason is I'm

trying to get to the fourth rank so I can get the recipe to increase the what

they're called sentient cores and in order to do that I need to get different

mining at Offutt art so I leveled up I also I'm trying to gain eating on lenses

which are the hardest ones to

so yeah given its living is tough living Grenier of finding that out the hard way

let's make him find out a little faster cut off their supplies yes sir we do but

I'm gonna wait for group I learned the hard way earlier that we need to be in a

group of four to do this mission be my friend when a group of two we made it

all the way to the very last mission and failed when we couldn't quite get the

last mission finished so we didn't make it unfortunately stinks

when that happens you work so hard to get so far and then you're like gone

gone Avila Zayn I do you're no longer here

you lose run into the objective throughout the assassination target till

9 out of 15

yeah there we go okay the big boss is coming down are you gonna be dead in a

second or two hi guys are hopefully chaos rules the

day on the battlefield you want to call the flames of you belong is too strong

for your weapons to penetrate

I was trying to jump through the hoops like the other guys didn't quite meet it

all right now we gotta take the data mass

oh we got a music guy in here called

throw my barrier up freeze everyone who set the barrier that's an enemy and we

waited out and we think camp for as long as

everyone berlin's graphics sweet

hmmm that is actually right these are a lot like water going graphic copy this

is a to you and I love them but I think when I play him right I'm pretty good

but earlier today I don't know what was going on it was like I couldn't get a

kill to save my butt I was falling left right and center and it was awful it was

like I was doing really really bad oh we got something down

yeah get over it I am protecting a field that we're supposed to be protecting get

over yourself this mission is not kale

any of you played Timmy you play border Lansing nope

as like I had in the past but not recently

let's see if that collection all right there we go

you are nearing the supply caches but I am unable to implement their locations

you'll have to search them all out for yourself no lovely love playing treasure

hunter really

alright now we got a search up the supply cache

this is always my least favorite mission on the plains

one catch

oh cool we got through it find anything

I want you to liberate operations camp all right there we go

heading to the Waypoint

Emma's gonna run up say nothing full of jumping up here is gonna be too

difficult or time-consuming

there we go killing

there we go

all right coming all the things oh yeah like it actually seen hold me up only oh

I got to make sure my shield to regen

that's happening throw my 1000 out get some extra killed

in

all right

got my shields all regions I wasn't using my warframe again without causing

too much issue limbo is a very particularly difficult thing to use

without picking people off also very low on health and stamina so you gotta use

it very carefully pay attention to your shields and your health and use the rift

to regen your shield I had an aura mod that can help me regen

health by just staying still I'd be very useful also good to use as a

support

because you don't getting anyone to be and no one can shoot you

ah someone got me

I'm the most perfect for him to be using but not bad either actually use my

abilities about interference players I also need to increase my ability

strength and duration basically I need a mod him up so he doesn't lower the area

of effect but increase the damage it does on that barrier so it doesn't

affect too many people that's what I'm planning on doing but haha Holy Grail we

got the ITO lane

that's that's Happy Days right there guys that is happiness I've been farming

for this for like three days not fun this is probably like the hundredth time

I played this

Oh

keep going they'll be able to sustain its casualties for much longer all right

I'm coming

thank you

all right I'm going to the police sensible to do quick stack oh that good

one flying

all right

should get during a little bit longer than a couple seconds don't want to wait

too long for me

I don't think I'll be the third one there hopefully

here we go I was the third one there

I'm happy I got the ITO long lens finally not made yet I'll take two more

days unfortunately it always takes two days with those things three if you're

very unlucky like me yeah that's enough farming here they don't have the mod I

want right now so that's what we're gonna call it call it good so I got the

eat along lens like I want you pay me and red eye

cuz they got gladiator from NASA I'm gonna take on a mission by myself so I'm

gonna do a solo and I'm gonna do these weaker just to get points for the

syndicate which is will do to live comfortably on the plains Grenier drom

so that I can access its logs yes ortus I know it says Lotus but

that's ortus pretending to be loaded isn't that fun Oh Lord

lordy Lordy lordy Lordy Gordie Gordie Gordie one sentence wing sauce I have no

idea what that is guess it's that weird stuff that

I have no idea we're just gonna keep going and kill some clones

droids versus clones Oh Star Wars I'm the droid army warframes

are biomechanical things I guess I'm not even sure if they're metal or the wheels

on the bus go round and round bring me my real name ray I have no idea

these missions are the easiest for me all I have to do is follow the drone

make sure to make it invulnerable to all attack and keep going

oh hey review that little timer down there at the very first corner that's

how long that ability lasts and gonna have to blast it again

play the mission no the objective I'm actually pretty good at playing the

objective although sometimes people don't realize that's what I'm doing and

it's irritated like that guy who was complaining about how big my shields

were I'm just protecting the thing we were supposed to be protecting and kind

of got a little irritated with it I'm thinking I don't think it affected him

too much from the same that's not the first time we've had that

yes

all right we're going around the mountains when we come we're going round

them cross Lakes through the sea over the food to go I have no idea I do that

a lot by the way it's like if I can take some sing unless it's actually sound

halfway decent singing I will I just can't afford them right now I really

really really dislike that night geyser always gets me I never forget it's there

every time go watch some of my older videos you know I'm just and how many

times I get to shoot hot up through the thing like that

Oh lovely why did I have to do this mission again

can't stand these cash

they're not hard hard they're just time-consuming not a big fan I usually

do the same thing I do like in a puzzle and I try to just go around the border

because that's usually how I find most of them it doesn't take that long to go

completely around the border you just got to get three caches

it doesn't look like we have a time limit which is weird normally there's a

time limit for this

yeah

hmm that ghoul smacks me in the face and didn't like it

okay we're gonna use four little along that means pretty much just get

alliterated with my fourth ability it's not supposed to use like that it's just

how it goes all right where are where are those cash is that where or where

could they be

just find the caches

let's not see them

trying really hard though

this is one of those times when it's just gonna be like

I don't know sometimes it doesn't spawn right it's not a perfect game there's

definitely issues with it

I have no idea

I'm hearing the noise which means they're nearby that rain sound

there is a sound Cash's make when you get near them

I'm trying to find them not quite sure where they are though I'm looking for

at least favourite mission for a reason

I might just bandit it and go back and

ends up with that

you see that Waypoint

this is why I don't like this okay they're underground its underground like

really I've never seen this area before that's weird my lord this area's huge

I had no idea that there was this giant Cassim underneath oh my gosh this is

pretty big pretty big

okay

I have less than five minutes to find all three of these caches and I had no

clue where I'm looking I might fail this mission

I would not be surprised if I fail this mission area is so huge I didn't even

know there was an underground cavern in this game or on this map this is just

insane it's like a this is weird

is just absolutely crazy

here's one we might find the other two for lucky sure to look for them in the

crevices and stuff see if it's there I might get lucky

I'm not one

and this one either

I know about any of this here's another one more hopefully we

find it in the next less than two minutes it's not down here there's a lot

of mining down here so I'm gonna actually got to look this up online I

guess where can you get to the underground areas

like I was a cash I'd probably be back here somewhere too

looks like it's

ha

apparently cuz you can hide it on the ground I could still find it takes me a

little time

other words I need to get my foot out of here back to the surface god I'm gonna

have to the wonders of this game never cease apparently that's why I love

warframe it's one of those games you just get you could spend fourteen or

seven days of your life playing this game and it's still gonna shock you this

is just crazy I had no idea there was a giant

underground column EEZ

I gotta send a clip to my friend of that that is uh that's a whole nother level

of what it's like where was that anyway it's near the twin horns that was just

insane like oh my lord that was crazy cool don't get me wrong I'm happy I

found it it's just what in the world what in the Clement happened there that

was just I can't even put it into words how doc hi yeah that was created this

thing I've ever seen in this game you think this big old map is all there is

when you go and see that there's an underground level big cavern huge I'm

not seeing the small ones I've never seen that big massive chasm

Oh your mind

I am so happy that I could do that for you

hums ooh now we're gonna try to get to see this

for too long all right this is just crazy those he was massive cavern I

still can't get over that I was huge

never seen the Twin Peaks cavern here that was something else

there's a reason I played this game so much normally I'm a little bit more

talked to but that just took my breath away their massive massive area in this

map I had no idea it was down there this whole time I've been playing this map

the last three days okay there's some more Cetus wisps

yeah this was a lot of fun though

this livestream episode thank you all for watching I had a great time playing

with you guys I'm gonna do a little bit more before I leave I'm I'd wanted to

keep this one short and sweet cuz I plan on actually sharing this and

make this the advertisement for money a livestream I actually normally have

people who jump in here with me but apparently they didn't want to today

what timing could also have been better I suppose I try to do this live stream

around 12:30 Central time us but it doesn't always work that way that

warframe went in the world

I expect

professed darkness equipment he has on is that's a fine

that looks so different I give you coordinates I'm not but I want to look

at my standing and stuff and go back to my shit

hey we're doing pretty good they're not as good as what I want but I'm doing

pretty good there I'm gonna show a few things on my ship

then I'm currently building I'm currently creating this form up because

this forma is required and to build

one of these the greater you know lens and then you can use this you know

Rulon's to build eatle on lens greater focus lens to make

it so I got plenty of the breadth of the EDA lon

I just create your focus then but it's gonna take a whole nother day to make

this after that for more finishes in three hours or so two hours in two hours

puts five minutes once I do that I'm gonna be able to throw it on scourge

here's my weapon I use most often well to is going to hear actions select lens

and I'll be able to click on a greater lens put it on now after that I'll be

able to train my focus a lot better oh it's really cool to see that I have

that that allow me to train up my focus a lot better that's what I've been

trying to do this whole time just trying to get the focus up once I do that it

was going here build-up Naru oh I actually have enough points now to

actually up stone skins photic it up

takes three pool to do that

yeah I got a nerve or Stoneskin ranked one

yes commit the focus

okay why is it cutting off the very end there

should tell me what I'm getting but yeah well I'll look it up and talk to you

guys next time thank you very much for watching and have a great day everyone
