hey hey y'all it is Michele fierce and I am back with another video for you
guys and today we're gonna be talking about my 20 18 goals y'all know it's
that time of year again a new year new me mm-hmm all of that nonsense but I'm
going to be telling you guys my goals and I kind of wanted to do this video so
I can be able to like reflect back at the end of 2018 going into 2019 to see
if I actually accomplish these goals which is always fun to do and I mean I
do have I do have goals I've accomplished this year but I don't know
why I just have like a really good filling in aura about 2018 like I have
so many big things planned that it's just like I'm so excited so I'm just
gonna come on here quickly and share with you guys my goals for 2018 and I'm
going to have a challenge for you guys at the end of the video so be sure you

for the new year is to be consistent and get things done like now I know you're
probably looking at me like girl how you gonna be a coach teaching me how to be
consistent and that's your goal well girl let me break it down for you real
quick okay everybody got their problems everybody got the issues okay nobody's
perfect no but I do want to be more consistent this year I feel like 2017
was like the year of like really finding my joy and finding what truly made me
happy so I spent a lot of time 20:17 like digging and searching and climbing
myself out this big old hole and trying to really restructure my life to like I
wasn't able to be really super consistent in areas that I wanted to
France miss my Instagram I was not consistent at all pretty much at all
2017 and like my numbers and my following kind of reflects that I lost
several followers due to me not being consistent and then on my youtube
channel as well I was not really consistent or I would come up with these
quick little ideas but it wasn't consistent
I just wanted to kind of get something out here for you guys but that's because
I had so many different areas of my life so I was just going completely haywire
and I had to kind of like mentally and physically like cleanse myself and like
just get me together and get my mind right you know sometimes you have to
really take a break and just get you together and then focus on everything
else and everything else will be smoothed out so that's what 2017 was
it's just kind of like finding what I love doing my passion actually sticking
to my passion and growing my business and that's all I've been doing pretty
much 2017 and for 2018 I want to actually focus on being consistent with
my platforms so being consistent with my YouTube channel being consistent with my
Instagram and also being consistent with my facebook my Facebook page so that's
what I really want to be consistent with everything else like with my clients and
everything like I've always been consistent what my clients have always
been really good to my clients because I mean hey at the end of the day they're
paying me and I love them so much and I treat each and every one of my clients
like as my individual baby like I treat them as if they were me like I'm like I
want them to grow and glow up so much that it's like I pour so much into them
so I really don't want you know them to like fill out anything so I kind of
always leave me hanging in the background sometimes because I'm so
worried about you know making sure my clients are good but this year I really
want to focus on being consistent with myself and my own platforms and and I
also want to just get stuff done I've had so many projects that I've like put
on the back burner because it was like I was being pulled in so many different
directions and it was like I couldn't be consistent to be able to really do what
I want to do and actually stick to it and actually see growth and benefits
from it from being consistent I couldn't do it because I was being pulled here
pull there and this idea here and this there and I just couldn't do it and I
had to step away and break everything down and kind of calm everything down in
my life and just realized okay you need to stick to these few things and get
them done and then you can focus on other things that's my main theme for
the new year now on to the goals so my first goal for
in a new year is to read daily I do want to start reading more right now I do
read but I don't read as much as I want to just because I'm so busy so I've been
trying new methods of being able to kind of like I've been trying new methods to
be able to kind of cram new books down so I've kinda like got into like the
whole auto book thing so I can be able to like listen to books and things like
that when I'm like traveling not traveling but you know traveling in the
car and moving around the house cleaning up I can be able to listen to it instead
of actually having to physically sit down now I do love the idea of actually
physically reading the book and I feel like nothing can ever replace that but
when you're so busy sometimes it's really hard to actually like read a book
like it's really hard because you're so busy doing so much but I do like the I
do like the idea of audiobooks and I've been kind of like incorporating that
already - kind of like train myself to get ready for the new year
into reading or listening to audiobooks so I do want to be able to read more
books and listen to more audiobooks this year and not as one of my main goals
because I feel like books grow you so much and help you develop and certain
aspects of your life especially if you're like me and you like to read like
self-help books and stuff like that I am a sucker for self-help books and stuff
like that so I plan to read more books this year okay so my next goal is to
work out three times a week now I already have a trainer who I've been
working with and it's basically been on like a once a week type of thing and I
will be so pumped and stuff and working out and tired as hell after working out
with him and then I'm like okay I'm going to go to the gym later on and do
this and workout and later on it comes on and girl I'm over here eating a bag
of potato chips or something because I am not worried about taking my little
lazy butt to the gym but I really want to be consistent this year and really go
to the gym three times a week so once with my trainer said that knocks out one
of my workouts and two more times throughout the week to be able to like
stay consistent and get my body back fine after having these kids y'all okay
so that's my goal for the new years to really get my body back in shape and to
get like more tone I'm not really doing it to like lose weight the main concern
that I have is like my loose skin from giving birth to my twins so yeah if you
oughta know already I do have twins twin girls I have a total of three children
but two of them were twins and after having them y'all like my body never
bounce back so I mean I did I guess you can say bounce back or snap back but to
me I didn't completely snap back because I still had to do it loose skin and it's
been like a long process to get to where I am now so my main goal is to kind of
like really just get that back to that like snap back thing I'm almost there
but a few more things I needs to kind of tighten out and tone up and everything
like that and that's what I'm working with my trainer on but I just really
want to be consistent this year with my workouts I feel like the more consistent
that I am the sooner I'm gonna see the results I want to see and everything and
I'm really trying to be bikini ready by the summer on how about y'all okay so my
next goal for 2018 is to somewhat become a vegan
I am pescetarian right now and if you don't know what pescetarian is basically
is we are somewhat of a vegetarian slash vegan but we still eat fish so we don't
need fish or we still intake fish in our diet and a lot of like vegetarians and
vegans give us a side ID cause like they still kind of feel like that we're still
eating meat and it's still an animal and things like that but I am trying to go
somewhat vegan I don't want to go all the way vegan just yet
I would say I'm gonna be a flexp good like I do love seafood and like that's
really hard for me to give up and the only thing that
can't really live without this feta cheese I am in love with feta cheese I
love love love love feta cheese so that would probably the only dairy the only
dairy product that I intake and the fish probably like every now and then but I
do want to like wean myself off completely like I did last year honestly
last year I kind of just went cold turkey with the whole pescetarian thing
I already had started like stop I had already stopped like eating
chicken and red meat and pork and things like that not only like really ate
seafood already like towards like the end of 2016 so it was kind of eat trying
to like wean myself off of fish completely - and kind of do what I did
in 2016 so we're at a point where I don't even crave it anymore and there is
something in my face and also byproducts that are gonna help me like kind of kind
of feel that fish or fish or texture and taking more mushrooms because mushrooms
kind of somewhat give me like the texture of like chicken or meat because
it's like a little bit thick and a little bit chewier so I've already kind
of started doing that but I really want to go full force because my main goal is
to be completely vegan by 2019 so I feel like if I just kind of wean myself off
of the shrimp boils I will eventually get there and I do honestly eat a lot of
vegan meals I just don't do it all week like I'll supplement like some fish and
things like that and my diet throughout the week so I'm trying to get to the
point where it's like Oh completely vegan but the feta cheese y'all the feta
cheese is gonna be quite hard that's gonna be a hard one to give up okay so
my next goal for this year is to record more videos for you guys so my goal is
to actually be consistent with like two videos a week for you guys so I haven't
really scheduled the dates completely because I want to actually give myself
time for like everything else that I'm doing but I'm aiming for like Mondays
and some other day during the week to kind of do a Monday motivational video
and then throughout the week like tech video or a how-to video teach
teaching you different social media tips and tricks and things like that so you
can be able to apply it into your day-to-day lives and your business and
things like that so I want to get to the point where I'm uploading a minimum of
two times a week really want to go for three but a minimum two times a week
uploads for you guys that can be more consistent on YouTube on YouTube so
that's a huge goal for me and I really feel like I can do it now that I've
relieved like a lot of like the stressors and things like that that I
had going on in my life and I have things pulling me left and right but
it's not the same pool that I was experiencing it's not the same pool that
I was experiencing earlier this year so I do have more freedom and more
flexibility and more free time to actually be able to produce really good
content for you guys my next goal is to do a podcast which I've already been
working on me and my best friend we both have businesses her name is
Tangela so if you guys are looking for a really good business coach that's your

together to create a podcast we also have a radio show that's being launched
I'm super super super excited about that starts to January 8th on the after party
radio so it's like a live internet radio station that you can listen to from
anywhere you can listen to it on your phone your laptop and stream it from
anywhere and it will be on every Monday from 12:00 to 2:00 so we're super super
excited about that and with that we're also doing a podcast so a lot of the
content that you might have missed in our show will kind of do a recap of
everything in our podcast and just a lot of other really good content that we're
doing together and since we're both like in business and we have similar
businesses but different different audiences and
different topics that we cover it's really good that we're like collabing so
I'm super excited about that so excited to have our podcast and that's launching
January I believe the 17th but the radio show is like on the 8th the radio show
is launching on the 8th and the podcast will be posted the week after on the
Wednesday so super excited about that and my main goal with that is just to be
consistent as possible and to really grow that platform into a huge platform
because we both like to talk so I really honestly feel like we're gonna do good
there so my main goal is just to really just stay consistent and grow that
platform there in do my last but not least goal for the year is to travel
more and with things that me and my friend have planned I really feel like
we're gonna be able to accomplish that goal I really want to be able to just
explore more cities and with with me being a single mother it's harder for me
they like travel because my children are still young my babies are 4 and my
oldest is 5 and my babies will be 5 and 6 this year but I've always been like
kind of like hesitant to travel cause it's like who can watch my keys I mean I
know I could get a babysitter and I know my mom but my mom works and things like
that I really want to be able to just explore you know more cities I never
really got a chance to like you know go out and explore and travel because I had
my baby so young so it's kind of like hindered me from being able to travel in
a way and not in a bad way because I mean I wanted to always be there with my
children and everything like that but I you know I'm a little bit more hesitant
about traveling and I was always scared of planes anyway so I was always nervous
about getting on planes and then traveling with young children so now
that they're kind of getting a little bit older I have a little bit more
freedom to kind of travel and since they're in school now I can also travel
just a little bit just a little bit more not too much but a little bit more and I
do want to travel at least to I want to travel to at least four different places
this year that's my main goal and I really feel like that's gonna happen
