Hello Everyone...Welcome to Urban Rasoi

Today we will make Veg Nuggets

These crispy veg nuggets are perfect for tea time snacks and kids lunch box

Before starting video here is a quick reminder

So let's get started

Here I have 5 medium size boiled potatoes

You can refrigerate your potatoes for 1 hour if they have extra moisture in it

Roughly mesh these potatoes and now we will add some vegetables in it

Add 1/4th cup capsicum

Next is 1/4th cup finely chopped carrot

Add 1/4th cup peas. you can adjust the quantity of vegetables as you like

Now add 1/4th cup finely chopped onion

Add 1/4 cup grated cauliflower

Now add 1 Tsp grated ginger

and add lots of coriander

next is 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Season it with some salt according to your taste

and 1/2 Tsp of black pepper powder

1/2 Tsp of Mixed herbs and if you don't have this you can use chilli flakes and oregano

To bind them well add 3 Tbsp of bread crumbs to it

Now mix all the ingredients really well & make a dough out of it

Feel free to add any vegetable of your choice or which are easily available to you

To make these nuggets more crunchy we will make a paste to coat them

In a mixing bowl add 1 Tbsp of cornflour & 1 Tbsp of plain flour

Season it with some salt

Now add 1 Tbsp of water and mix it well

Initially add little water to avoid any lumps

Now again add 3 Tbsp of water to it. I have added total 1/4th cup of water to it

make sure your mixture neither to thick nor too runny

Here I have cornflakes powder to roll the nuggets and make it more crunchy

To make the nuggets take a small portion from the potato mixture

Roll it out, press between your palm and make a oval shape out of it

You can make any shape and size of your choice

Now dip this nugget in cornflour and maida liquid mixture

But always stir your mixture before you dip the nuggets

Remove the extra mixture from it and roll the nugget in cornflakes powder

Coat the nuggets really well to make it more crispier

Repeat the process & make all the nuggets from potato mixture

To make your nuggets more crispy you can repeat this process twice

Nuggets are ready for deep frying

Here I have hot oil to deep fry the nuggets

put the nuggets in hot oil one by one

Don't overcrowd your pan just add 2 or 3 at a time

Put the flame on low to medium

and fry them for about 4-5 min or until they get nice golden brown color

Similarly fry all the nuggets

veg nuggets are ready to serve

Serve these crispy hot nuggets with green chutney or tomato sauce

Growing carrots in pots - Urdu - Duration: 7:18.

Hello everyone viewers I hope all of you will be fine.

So, viewers, these are my carrot plants.

I have planted them in 12-inch pot.

Carrot seeds are very small so...

I have randomly sprinkled few of them in every pot.

And then I have covered them with lite mud.

Then watered them with a sprayer.

After few days their seeds start to grow.

Viewers, I have planted a lot of seeds in every pot.

And when plants grow from them I have done their thining and...

And I have pluged out few plants.

I have planted their seeds 80 days ago.

Now their size is looking good and hopefully, I will get some carrots from them.

Season for planting carrots in Pakistan and India is

After 15 September and It would be best If you plant them in between 15 sep and 15 oct.

But you have to see your local weather as carrots don't grow well in very hot days.

So plant them when your weather is moderate and not too hot.

So viewers the soil I have used in these pots is 2 part mud and 1 part compost.

My compost was made of cow/buffalo manure and rotted leaves.

After that, I haven't used any fertilizer on them.

So let see how many carrots now I will get from here.

I am thinking that I should have mixed half compost and half mud...

for more softer soil but anyways after taking them out we will how many carrots we get.

Viewers as in this 12-inch pot I have a lot of carrots so...

I have to give them water more often.

When they were small I have to give water twice a week.

But when they grow bigger I have to then water them more often.

As they absorbed all the water quickly.

And now I have to water them every day.

So they need a lot of water in 12-inch pots when they are big.

Carrot plants need a full day of sunlight.

So they can't be grown in shade.

More sunlight they will get bigger they will grow.

Their size is also big as you can see.

Alright, viewers so now I will harvest them and let see how many carrots I will get.

As I have planted carrots very densely so it will be interesting to see.

So first I will harvest this pot.

So viewers as space was small so roots have packed all the mud.

I will now take out the carrots from other pot and then I will show you their inside.

So viewers finally after a lot of effort I have taken them out.

Now I have take out carrots.

So, viewers, this is my output.

It's good quantity.

Some of carrots remain too small as they come inside other carrots.

Maybe if I have mixed half compost and half mud, then I have bigger carrots.

Anyways they are good now.

After the shower, their colours are now looking more like red.

got this actually for free at Kohl's it was regularly $10 which is pretty pricey

in my opinion for a body spray but anyway I got a free $10 Kohl's cash from

Influenster and so you got to go pick out an item so this was like it's like

completely free so this is rose bud and vanilla and it is eight fluid ounces and

I do have to say even though it's pricey it smells so good it smells very

expensive um obviously bear wings the designer she does jewelry blue she does

fashion and this stuff smells so so good they had three or four different

fragrance combinations but I absolutely loved the rosebud and vanilla it's very

light it's romantic it would be perfect for date or evening

I'm just smells so good Plus that spritzer just most and it's just just so

fine and it just smells so so good I think this would also be if you know

you're not allergic or if you know mind fragrance things would be great to spray

on linen spray a little bit into your towel closet I think that would be

really really great this smells so so good absolutely love it yeah like I said

ten dollars but it smells very expensive and it I definitely do think it's worth

it it is by Coty and I've have other fragrances by a Coty and they do make a

really really great fragrance but if you are looking for a really nice expensive

smelling designer brand body spray would definitely recommend

the Vera Wang but they had like one that was patchouli in lemon there was like I

said a couple other fragrance combinations but I absolutely loved this

one I think it's also good for any time of year I can definitely see somebody

wearing this during the spring and summer but it totally works for the

winter as well it just smells so so good but yeah so I just want to say thank you

so much to Influenster thank you so much to Kohl's I'm really excited that I got

to try something a little higher end because honestly we're you know I'm

coming from I probably want to spend $10 on a body spray but it does smell really

good and knowing the quality of this vine fragrance mist I would probably buy

another another bear wing buying fragrance mist product just smells

really really good it does linger for a while and it just smells really

It's hard to watch the new movie All the Money in the World and imagine anyone other than Christopher Plummer in the role of John Paul Getty, the emotionally absent and ruthless "richest man in the world" whose grandson is kidnapped and loses an ear.

That's how much Plummer resembles the real-life Getty.

He embodies the character, and the portrayal is all the more extraordinary because he was asked to do it so fast, stepping in just six weeks before the movie appeared in the theaters.

As most people know, Kevin Spacey was originally cast as Getty, but his scenes were redone by Plummer at warp speed after he became embroiled in a series of troubling sexual misconduct accusations.

It turns out that the director, Ridley Scott, wanted Plummer to play Getty in the first place, but the studio wanted a higher profile actor.

All of that has a lot of moviegoers wondering what Spacey's take on the character was and how he looked as J.

Paul Getty.

Although we're unlikely to ever see the full footage of Spacey as Getty in All the Money in the World, the movie's trailer had already been released before the movie was suddenly recast.

Although Spacey doesn't appear until the end of the trailer, it gives us a sense of how the actor played and looked as John Paul Getty.

Frankly, it required a lot of makeup to transform Spacey into the mercurial, isolated billionaire, whereas Plummer naturally looks a lot like the real-life man did.
