Markle BUSTED In ROYAL SCAM!

The Queen Is PISSED!

When Prince Harry proposed to American "commoner" and Meghan Markle, it appeared as though fairytales

do come true.

A regular girl with a messy family dynamic and recluse father was flung into royalty

and would soon become a princess.

It seemed like a real Cinderella story until the former actress was busted in a big coverup

and taking advantage of the royal family.

Now, Markle must face the matriarch and Queen of England, who doesn't seem too happy and

the royal wedding set for this spring is now ruined.

The picture of perfection and elegance that this couple has portrayed over the last few

weeks as they flaunt their love for each other from the states to the Royal Palace, has now

been shattered as it seems like it was a front for something else.

The American actress does what she's apparently pretty good at and that's pretending to

be someone she isn't.

Markle made a claim that her prince fiance publicly supported her in, and now she's

paying the price for it.

When it was revealed who the soon-to-be princess' father was, many people were taken aback his

recluse lifestyle he at his home in Mexico – far from London.

It seemed impossible that this man would be rubbing shoulders with the royal family and

that he would be able to maintain any level of proper etiquette expected around the Queen

or at a royal affair such as a wedding.

The fact that Harry went rogue and picked a person without a pedigree was strange but

celebrated since he was doing things his own way.

Showing his dedication to the woman he's set to marry, he proudly announced that he

was giving her the family that he supposed she never had.

From the reports and pictures of the family she grew up in, it was easy to agree that

he was giving her a traditional and intact family.

However, Markle's family just called her out on what they say is a massive lie.

Twitchy reports:

As you might have heard, American Meghan Markle spent Christmas with her new fiancé, Prince

Harry, and his extended family which just happens to include the future King of England.

No pressure.

Anyway, here's how Harry described it:

THAT did not go over very well with Meghan's half-sister, Samantha, who just happens to

be writing a tell-all book on Meghan now that she's going to be royalty and all, just

like in a Disney movie:

It's fair to say that Samantha probably won't be attending her stepsister's royal

wedding having pissed off the future princess, but good for her for defending herself – American

style.

This is real life and it was pretty tactless for Prince Harry to diss his future father-in-law

and fiancee's family publicly like that.

True or not, it sounds like Markle had a pretty good upbringing, albeit not royalty, but that's

what Harry picked.

It's just a normal family and these spats are part of it.

Welcome to America, where most families aren't royalty and a good portion of them are complicated

with divorces and re-marriages – it's still a family.

This kind of drama surely won't sit well with the Queen who is accustomed to keeping

appearances buttoned up and proper.

We're all for a regular girl with a complicated family, making something amazing of her life,

but she shouldn't forget where she comes from.

What's truly in "poor taste" is to disregard and ditch your family you had an entire life

with because you found a better one.

According to Fox News:

Markle's mother, Doria Ragland, and father Tom Markle divorced in 1987 when the actress

was 6 years old.

In addition to Grant, Markle has a half-brother, Thomas Markle Grant Jr.

The "Suits" actress reportedly has an estranged relationship with her older sister,

and Samantha Grant is shopping a tell-all about growing up with Markle.

Grant has spoken ill of Markle in the past saying, "Hollywood has changed her.

I think her ambition is to become a princess…

The truth would kill her relationship with Prince Harry."

Markle and the prince are set to marry on May 19 at St. George's Chapel at Windsor

Castle.

The couple announced their engagement on Nov. 27.

Harry proposed with a ring he designed which included two diamonds from the late Princess

Diana's jewelry collection.

The main stone was sourced from Botswana.

They met after they were set up on a blind date by a mutual friend in July 2016.

Harry said during their first post-engagement interview he fell in love with the actress

"so incredibly quickly" and felt like the "stars were aligned."

Well, Harry, falling in love with the girl means accepting everything about her, including

her upbringing.

You don't just marry her, you join families and at a minimum should at least show some

respect to the man who brought the love of your life into this world.

This goes for Meghan as well who seemed to be quick to ditch the commoners for Hollywood

royalty and then real royalty.

Day 19 of Kegels: How to do kegels with leg / hip extensions: barre class - Duration: 1:00.

So it's day 19 of 24 days of kegels

and we are going to pretend we are at barre class.

So I've got the back of my chair here

and we are going to be doing some leg extensions,

some hip extensions.

And we're going to add our core breath

or our kegel to that movement.

So you're going to hinge forward from the hip.

And your standing leg, you want it to be vertical.

You want to try and take out that soft bend.

So you don't want your leg to be locked,

you want it to be straight.

And as you lift the leg up,

you want to make sure that

you're not opening out to the side.

You want to make sure that you keep your pelvis neutral.

And now we want to add the breath.

So I'm going to inhale and expand (inhaling).

I'm going to exhale to engage (exhaling).

And then I'll lift my leg up.

(inhaling) Inhale to expand as I come down.

(exhaling) Exhale to engage and come back up.

Now, with the pulsing ones,

you're going to hold up at the top here

and you're going to pulse up.

And now you're going to do quick contract, release,

contract, release, contract, release.

I was working

I thought about going to sleep with an empty stomach but I was really hungry

So I opened the fridge and took a snack or two

Then I saw the cookie that I made yesterday

I was invited somewhere

Each person had to bring a plate

So I made Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookie

Most probably you've already heard about it.

You see it often on Youtube (I meant Facebook)

So I put it in the microwave and will now eat it with a glass of milk

Just like little kids :)

And then I will go to sleep

As I said it's 3:15 AM

So I thought we'd have a small chit chat.

Look at how it's rotating...

I will try to eat it without making any sound; not to bother you

The Kleenex is far

Here's the cup

Only a week is left till 2018

I'm trying to cut it

Here's the Oreo

And the chocolate chip cookie

I put it in the microwave but it got colder

This part would be melted from the microwave

It's more delicious when the chocolate is warm and melted

You can put vanilla ice cream

and it's delicious!

So only 7 days are left till 2018

So I thought I'd talk about 2017-2018

As you know, most people talk about New Year Resolution

I don't have any New Year Resolution

But I do wish for some things in 2018

I've already started working on them.

I didn't wait till the end of this year to start working on them.

The beginning of 2017 was good

Then it went downhill

June & July, were the hardest

I was very depressed

On the same level as to the one I had 4 years ago

Slightly more this time because...

I failed in a business

Which I have mentioned in the video "Where is ArabianASMR?"

At the same time, there was another problem

Things were happening at the same time

I was also dealing with relationship breakup

Although the breakup happened a while ago

There are times when memories bounce back

Especially when you're depressed

Your thoughts go back to the past and on a loop

...That wasn't the subject I wanted to talk about

But overall, 2017 passed very quickly

The very first thing I wish for 2018

is joy and happiness

To be happy

And to forget the past

Being stuck in the past is what's affecting me

Especially when I wake up, I keep thinking about the problems.

Well not the problems but about the past

Like how did this or that happen

So for 2018 I'm going to work on a couple of things.

I won't talk about them right now. I'm the type of

person who doesn't like to share until it happens

Not because I'm afraid of being jinxed

Some people are worried about being jinxed

Others don't like to share because they believe most will be against the idea

But in my case, I feel as if, when I share my plans, they end up not working.

I noticed it a long time ago, which I also heard about it on a TED Talk.

He says the popular theory is that people tend to believe that you should

share your plans to those around you; as that would push you to take action

because you do not want to show them that you have failed or have changed your mind

However he says that if you do actually tell others your plans

will believe that you have already done it.

and will give you the satisfaction as if you have actually done it

which would lead to a dopamine increase

Thus, you would feel the "accomplishment" feeling

leading to a decrease in your dedication/performance level

as well as your ambition; since you already got your dopamine "shot"

Some may disagree with this but I believe that it is possible.

So in 2018, I want to continue some of the things I started in 2017

I'm not just talking about business; but other areas too.

Friendship...

I'd like to....

re-strengthen my friendship

There has been a time during my depression....

not just during those 2 months; I have been for years

I used to neglect my friends.

It was between neglecting and ignoring. For example, there were times I ignored calls

I used to call back a week later. Even texting back was hard.

As they say, you know your real friends during the hard times.

The rainy days

I still have friends that I still talk to but I feel the bonding has decreased.

But there are others who have stopped inviting me to events

I don't blame them

When someone keeps rejecting invitations or even confirm but then change his mind

I know it was lack of manners and I wasn't happy/proud of myself when I used to do it.

but it was out of my control. I used to try and push myself

I used to get angry because I was invited.....imagine....

There were times when I used to accept the invitation but later cancel

And I know I used to annoy them by doing that.

I have a close friend of mine; we are very blunt to each other and he told me

that I became a .....

* I was searching for the word*

He said that I'm not reliable anymore

Even when you confirm, we still wonder if you will eventually change your mind

So I want to drop this habit in 2018

But at the same time, it's out my hands but I will not use it as an excuse

Those who have never been depressed before, don't know how it really feels

so they say things such as:

if you really mean it, you would do it

A friend once told me: "I understand but you can still push yourself and show up"

So I told her...

actually I don't think I told her

but if replying to a text or returning a call is very, very hard to do

do you really think I have the desire to dress up and mingle?

but bit by bit....

things have been going better

Actually here's the funny thing....

When we are depressed, we are not in the mood to talk

but when we actually do pickup the phone

We realize it was fun!

After we hang up the phone, we realize that we

enjoyed it and wonder why we don't do it often

There are even days when I go out and enjoy it

so once I get home, I tell myself that the next time I'm invited somewhere

I should remind myself that even if I'm currently not in the mood, I won't regret it once I leave the house

Although it doesn't always work :p

Anyways....to tell you the truth, that was not the subject I wanted to talk about

I wanted to talk about something else but now I want to eat the cookie and sleep

I have the milk right here

My hand is dirty now; I've been playing with the cookie

So 2017 finished pretty quickly

We are almost in 2018

So I wish you a good year

Full of health

Love

Money

Not out of greediness

but rather to meet your needs

it's me Lizzy

today, as you can see the title

story of my life

as being half black and half japanese ,

as blasian in Tokyo

and some struggles

some sad experiences

some problem because of half black

these topic will make

some ppl be nervous, and sound negative

I don't wanna make everyone like that

I'll talk how faced these struggle and

get happy nice life since I hate myself

I talk being positive lol (plz remember this words lol)

first I talk some struggles

when I was 0~10 years old

I haven't faced any troubles you know

I didn't notice I was minority

cuz we were baby ,right?lol

however

when I started going to junior high school

we got not only classmates but also their were other senior or junior students

we don't talk much except classmates so some senior students don't know about me well

so when they saw me they said

' yo look the black girl, ewwww'

'omg that's weird'

'she speaks Japanese, that's creepy lol'

like this

sometimes I heard

ummm....

I know they were surprised but

'ewww' 'weird' 'gross' ''creepy' something these words made me 'whaaaat??'

I couldn't understand

even though they who saw me first time

said like that

I didn't say anything wrong

theses situation made me notice

'am I weird?'

'I'm a Japanese... but why they said that? '

gradually

these ppl's reaction made me

notice that I'm a strange, different .

I started to compare with other japanese and me

from that happen

I won't be able to accept myself

(omg I'm almost crying lol)

calm calm lol

so I was

I was afraid of outside without friends,

family, somebody who know me well

I couldn't go outside cuz I was scare

this happen continued 3 years when I was a junior high school student

so I decided to go international high school

this decision drives me good way

it was my turning points

there were 3 turning pointsto accept myself

first

I started to dance at studio

and when I started been the field

other dancers said me 'black ppl were amazing, cool!!!'

it was my first time to see Japanese who like black ppl

they envy my black skin color which I hated

I didn't expect there are some Japanese ppl who think that in Japan, Tokyo

it was unbelievable for me at that time

I got some dance jobs or positions with this look

I started to realize

we have places which black ppl can shine in Japan

it was first time to feel like that

secondly, I went to a international high school so

there were some ppl who are mix, lived abroad when they were child,

not Japanese students.

it was first time to meet ppl who have similar back ground as me in my life

when I met them

they looked cool and I thought they were different from me

I thought I wanna be like them

when I saw my these classmates and these senior students

and finally, last one is

my treasure, FRIENDS

ummmm...

of course my friends who we met in primary school, junior high school

especially my high school friends.

a lot of my friends gave me confidence

some friends knew black culture more than me

she was

she understands

and respects my back ground more than me

the her heart made me very happy

(omg my eyesss lol)

omg, wait a minute

friends talk make me like this lol

chill chill chill lol

okey

and then

thanks for my friends,

I thought I should accept I'm different from otheres

( it's no use comparing others and me)

but having different points are not strange

it's rather a good point

(I changed very positive person smh lol)

and from the happen

when ppl look at me I thought

' yeah I know, I'm cool I know'

like this lol

therefore, what I mean....

now

how did I overcome theses struggle

and have confident like now

first is

accepting yourself

no matter what skin color, face, race you have

every ppl are different .

if you have same skin color, or not

everyone is different , everyone is special

omg I'm very... It's like seminar lol

but I think everyone is special

I think ppl who love oneself are very shine and look nice

so maybe this is why

these friends who I met in high school looked cool and different

they were respect them background

and I think they proud themselves

so maybe that's why

I think it's very important thing

to love yourself and accept yourself

secondly.

plz notice there are many ppl

who support you

recently, some media said Japan becomes globalize

and many tourists are coming to Japan but

still now

there are some racist or ppl who don't accept black people

I can see still now

now I walk in Tokyo wiz confidence

some ppl laugh at me now

however, there are

ppl who accept yourself and respect and envy yourself

more than racist

I am a proof lol

While Hillary Clinton was sleeping off her latest Chardonnay-induced Christmas hangover,

her nemesis, President Donald Trump was orchestrating the ultimate revenge he promised her during

the campaign.

He waited almost a full year into his presidency to do it, with perfect, well-planned timing

that's long overdue.

The ailing alcoholic had it coming and revenge is Trump's as he pulls the biggest plug

to drain the swamp in one swipe of the pen – just as he said he would do.

Trump has proved he's intent on cleaning up Washington, D.C. and doesn't care who

he pisses off in the process.

It took a non0-career politician to be president to make America great again, starting at the

top and tackling corruption head-on.

Crooked politicians have been getting away with it for years and becoming excessively

wealthy from dishonest dealings and taking advantage of innocent citizens.

Just days before we head into the new year, Trump has made sure that 2018 will look a

lot different than the last decade – hitting Hillary particularly hard, right where it

counts.

Trump just made what use seemed to only just be a dream in the past, a reality.

While the country was preparing for Christmas, the president was hard at work, signing important

last minute executive orders.

Topping that list was one that will freeze the assets of everyone in politics, including

foreign nationals who have abused their power and become involved in corruption – which

has become a cornerstone of the nation's capital.

Of those affected by the new order, is Hillary Clinton, the most scandalous crook of them

all.

Zero Hedge reports:

The Trump Administration quietly issued an Executive Order (EO) last Thursday which allows

for the freezing of US-housed assets belonging to foreign individuals or entities deemed

"serious human rights abusers," along with government officials and executives of

foreign corporations (current or former) found to have engaged in corruption – which includes

the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal

gain, and corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources.

Furthermore, anyone in the United States who aids or participates in said corruption or

human rights abuses by foreign parties is subject to frozen assets – along with any

U.S. corporation who employs foreigners deemed to have engaged in corruption on behalf of

the company.

In fact, anyone in the world who has "materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial,

material or technological support for, or goods or services" to foreigners targeted

by the Executive Order is subject to frozen assets.

The fund behind some of the biggest scandals in our nation's history – the Clinton

Foundation – will be directly affected by this EO that's derived from the 2016 Global

Human Rights Accountability Act.

"[The Executive Order] immediately added 13 foreign individuals to a list of "Specially

Designated Nationals" (SDN) maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)

– several of whom have ties to the Clintons, the Clinton Foundation, or Clinton associates

(details below).

Moreover, the Treasury Department sanctioned an additional 39 people, for a total of 52

under the new order – including the son of Russia's prosecutor general," as Zero

Hedge explains.

The Order itself states:

"I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence

and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial

part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in

the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability

of international political and economic systems."

When you mix with the wrong company, you get taken down with them, which is exactly what

could happen to everyone involved with the Clintons.

It doesn't pay to get caught up with criminals, even if you do get a piece of that pricey

pie.

Clinton's cohorts aren't the only one who could be on the business end of Trump's

pen.

He covered every crooked person in D.C. from top to bottom.

"Last Week's Executive Order could have serious implications for D.C. lobbyists who

provide "goods and services" (e.g. lobbying services) to despots, corrupt foreign politicians

or foreign organizations engaging in the crimes described in the EO," according to Zero

Hedge.

"'Virtually every lobbyist in DC has got to be in a cold sweat over the scope of this

EO,' said an attorney consulted in the matter who wishes to remain anonymous."

It's no wonder that the political establishment worked so hard to keep Trump out of office.

He wasn't part of their "good 'ol boys" club and refused to protect them, their assets,

and their secrets.

Hillary has always been one of them and now she too will go down with the worst of them.

It's about time.

Now THAT's how you drain the D.C. swamp!

When Prince Harry proposed to American "commoner" and Meghan Markle, it appeared as though fairytales

do come true.

A regular girl with a messy family dynamic and recluse father was flung into royalty

and would soon become a princess.

It seemed like a real Cinderella story until the former actress was busted in a big coverup

and taking advantage of the royal family.

Now, Markle must face the matriarch and Queen of England, who doesn't seem too happy and

the royal wedding set for this spring is now ruined.

The picture of perfection and elegance that this couple has portrayed over the last few

weeks as they flaunt their love for each other from the states to the Royal Palace, has now

been shattered as it seems like it was a front for something else.

The American actress does what she's apparently pretty good at and that's pretending to

be someone she isn't.

Markle made a claim that her prince fiance publicly supported her in, and now she's

paying the price for it.

When it was revealed who the soon-to-be princess' father was, many people were taken aback his

recluse lifestyle he at his home in Mexico – far from London.

It seemed impossible that this man would be rubbing shoulders with the royal family and

that he would be able to maintain any level of proper etiquette expected around the Queen

or at a royal affair such as a wedding.

The fact that Harry went rogue and picked a person without a pedigree was strange but

celebrated since he was doing things his own way.

Showing his dedication to the woman he's set to marry, he proudly announced that he

was giving her the family that he supposed she never had.

From the reports and pictures of the family she grew up in, it was easy to agree that

he was giving her a traditional and intact family.

However, Markle's family just called her out on what they say is a massive lie.

As you might have heard, American Meghan Markle spent Christmas with her new fiancé, Prince

Harry, and his extended family which just happens to include the future King of England.

No pressure.

Anyway, here's how Harry described it:

THAT did not go over very well with Meghan's half-sister, Samantha, who just happens to

be writing a tell-all book on Meghan now that she's going to be royalty and all, just

like in a Disney movie:

It's fair to say that Samantha probably won't be attending her stepsister's royal

wedding having pissed off the future princess, but good for her for defending herself – American

style.

This is real life and it was pretty tactless for Prince Harry to diss his future father-in-law

and fiancee's family publicly like that.

True or not, it sounds like Markle had a pretty good upbringing, albeit not royalty, but that's

what Harry picked.

It's just a normal family and these spats are part of it.

Welcome to America, where most families aren't royalty and a good portion of them are complicated

with divorces and re-marriages – it's still a family.

This kind of drama surely won't sit well with the Queen who is accustomed to keeping

appearances buttoned up and proper.

We're all for a regular girl with a complicated family, making something amazing of her life,

but she shouldn't forget where she comes from.

What's truly in "poor taste" is to disregard and ditch your family you had an entire life

with because you found a better one.

According to Fox News:

Markle's mother, Doria Ragland, and father Tom Markle divorced in 1987 when the actress

was 6 years old.

In addition to Grant, Markle has a half-brother, Thomas Markle Grant Jr.

The "Suits" actress reportedly has an estranged relationship with her older sister,

and Samantha Grant is shopping a tell-all about growing up with Markle.

Grant has spoken ill of Markle in the past saying, "Hollywood has changed her.

I think her ambition is to become a princess…

The truth would kill her relationship with Prince Harry."

Markle and the prince are set to marry on May 19 at St. George's Chapel at Windsor

Castle.

The couple announced their engagement on Nov. 27.

Harry proposed with a ring he designed which included two diamonds from the late Princess

Diana's jewelry collection.

The main stone was sourced from Botswana.

They met after they were set up on a blind date by a mutual friend in July 2016.

Harry said during their first post-engagement interview he fell in love with the actress

"so incredibly quickly" and felt like the "stars were aligned."

Well, Harry, falling in love with the girl means accepting everything about her, including

her upbringing.

You don't just marry her, you join families and at a minimum should at least show some

respect to the man who brought the love of your life into this world.

This goes for Meghan as well who seemed to be quick to ditch the commoners for Hollywood

royalty and then real royalty.
