The last great active political figure of the 20th century

has lost his battle with cancer at age 81.

John McCain, former prisoner of war and two time presidential candidate

was a man propelled by his interpretation of the honor code

to defy his Vietnamese captors, criticize Republican politicians including Donald Trump,

and ultimately to support some of the most interventionist foreign policies

in modern American history.

The namesake son and grandson of well known navy admirals

McCain initially rebelled against his military destiny,

famously graduating 894th out of an Annapolis class of 899.

He drank and cussed, dated Florida strippers and Brazilian heiresses

and crashed an alarming number of planes before settling down to the family business of war.

McCain was on the deck of the USS Forrestal

when a stray bomb ignited a fire, killing 134 servicemen

the most deadly accident in US Navy history.

And then the first bomb exploded and this knocked me about 10 feet

and everyone who had been near me were all either badly maimed or killed from this explosion.

Yesterday over Hanoi, three American planes were shot down

and at least two of their pilots captured.

One of them was Lieutenant Commander John McCain, Third,

the son of the US naval commander in Europe.

I was on a flight over the city of Hanoi and I was bombing,

I was hit by either a missile or anti-aircraft fire and I ejected

and broke my leg and both arms

and went into a lake.

The aviator's rebellious nature served him well over the next five and a half years

as he inspired cellmates with loud acts of defiance

and quiet organization of internal communication systems

despite enduring torture that permanently damaged his body.

This experience combined with the domestic discord he witnessed upon returning stateside in 1973

damaged his faith in American foreign policy.

Silver Star, Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, eight Air Medals,

national defense and the rest of this garbage it doesn't mean a thing.

As a congressman McCain opposed Ronald Reagan sending marines to Beirut.

As a senator he criticized Bill Clinton's nation building adventures in Somalia and Haiti

and described US military involvement in Yugoslavia as:

The aspect of the future of this nation that bothers me more than anything else.

Yet by 1998 McCain would emerge as the Senate's leading hawk.

So what happened?

The unexpectedly easy military successes in the Gulf War and Yugoslavia

coupled with the vacuum in post Cold War leadership

led McCain to re-embrace a Teddy Roosevelt style belief in American military supremacy

and to waive off Vietnam as some sort of anomaly.

"Our loss in Vietnam afflicted America witha kind of identity crisis"

he wrote in his 1998 memoir 'Faith of my Fathers'

"We should never have let this one mistake, terrible though it was, color our perceptions forever."

And I thought I would tell Senator McCain

he is a man of profound personal courage

and the suffering in service he gave to this country ought to be honored.

For most of McCain's political career, he was the media's favorite Republican.

I admit I, we all rooted for you by the way

and a lot of us in this business like John McCain a lot.

The wonderful thing about McCain always has been that he is a maverick.

Hillary Clinton has said that you are her favorite Republican.

The mutual love affair with what McCain once described as his base in the national media

soured once he won the Republican nomination.

But even in 2008 the press frequently mistook his pragmatism for a lack of ideology.

In fact, it was anything but.

The Arizona Senator has long had an alarmingly martial view of citizenship.

In which individualism must be subsumed to the greater good.

President Bush has talked about our staying in Iraq for 50 years.

Maybe a hundred, that'd be fine with me as long as Americans-

as long as Americans are not being injured or harmed or wounded or killed.

His longest war was against what he called corrosive cynicism.

Which meant that anything creating more of the stuff

from steroids in baseball, to political advertising on Facebook was in his cross-hairs.

The same sense of high moral dudgeon would also take him to better places

such as his opposition to torture and annual attacks on Pentagon waste.

Understandably it's McCain's profound sense of honor

that obituarists will be emphasizing in the coming days.

With his health deteriorating in 2017

the Senator led a global tour to reassure nervous American allies,

called out eruptions of conservative bigotry,

and cast the deciding vote against the flawed repeal of Obamacare.

Turning the thumbs down on the repeal-

The open ended interventionism the Senator championed in his final two decades

led to some of the most tragic policy failures of our time.

There is also honor in seeking a more humble conception of America's role in the world.

Farewell John McCain.

You will make sacrifices for your fellow Americans

who won't be asked to make sacrifices for you.

It is a noble cause, it is your cause and it's worth living and dying for.

May your lives be as lucky as mine, godspeed, semper fidelis, fair winds and following seas.

3 FUN SLIMES to make at home ✨ GALAXY, NUTELLA AND MERMAID - Duration: 8:56.

Hi, everyone, I am Dany Martines!

Today's video is full of super fun slimes. I loved making them.

I found out some recipes and wanted to try them here with you.

But first, if you have not subscribed to the channel yet, subscribe

and activate the notification bell, it is super important

because it will keep you posted on new videos.

Now let's learn!

We are going to use a glass bowl to mix the ingredients.

Start with white, school glue.

You will use 30ml less glue than the jar you will use to store it.

We are going to use the ordinary recipe, with shaving cream.

Add it to the glue and use plastic or silicone spoon to stir it.

If you are going to use your dad's shaving cream, do not forget to ask him first.

Stir it well until it gets homogeneous.

Now add color to the dough.

As I want a galaxy slime,

I mixed blue and purple paint until I got the intended color for my slime.

I loved the color.

Let's now add Borax, which is a slime activator.

In my experience, it hardens the slime faster than other recipes.

You should add a few drops at a time then mix it in.

The closer it gets to the right consistency, the least drops you will need to add.

When it gets firmer, take it with your hands,

and hands on the dough!

You may ask somebody to add a few activator drops while you work the slime.

The right consistency is when it does not sticky and is not too stretchy that breaks apart.

It has to be stretchy.

Use silver glitter to make the galaxy effect.

Pour silver glitter on the dough.

Keep adding glitter and working it until it gets really shiny.

Then add colorful starlets and mix with glitter until it looks really nice.

How groovy!

I noticed my slime was still sticky, so I added more activator and kept working it.

Now it is really pretty and not sticky anymore.

Store it in a jar with a lid. I think this one looks fun.

Just store it in this jar.

It is really important that you keep it in a jar with a lid

when you are not playing with it, so as to avoid hardening.

See how pretty it looks, all full or starlets and glittery shine?

A tiny detail: at times, the starlets may poke your fingers,

but this will not keep you from having fun with this beautiful slime.

I loved it and played with it for a long time.

See the final result? I think it looks really, really nice.

As we are dealing with paint, slime, I wanted to tell you something.

If you happen to let it fall on your clothes, it is super easy to clean.

Just take some warm water, not so warm that might burn,

rub it to your clothes and the stain will be removed.

Let's move on to the next slime, it may get you hungry.

Use a glass bowl and school glue for this recipe.

The ideal amount of glue is 30ml less the total room available in the jar you will use.

Pour the glue in the bowl and mix it with shaving cream.

Do not forget to use either plastic or silicone spoon to mix it.

After the mixture gets homogeneous, add brown crafts paint to it.

Keep adding paint until it gets to the same shade as Nutella's.

I have seen people using pigments to color the slime, but I have not tested it yet, ok?

Look at how pretty it looks already!

It looks like chocolate cake, doesn't it?

After the ingredients are all mixed, add body moisturizer.

I added one tablespoon worth of it

and then started mixing them together again.

Now add a teaspoon of baby oil, then stir well again.

Now the magic begins!

Let's use boric water.

As I was trying it first, I added a bit at a time, then mixed.

I alternated between boric water and shaving cream to add fluffiness to it.

I noticed it took more than a few drops for this recipe.

So I advise you to add a teaspoonful at a time.

Pour a teaspoonful first, then alternate with shaving cream.

When it reaches this consistency, when it is not sticking to the bowl

it is because it is about time you get your hands on it.

From this point on, just mix the dough with boric water.

Keep adding boric water until you reach the right consistency,

which is this one, when it will not stick to your hands anymore.

Set it aside and let's decorate the jar.

I am using this clean Nutella jar. Remove the original label.

Print this super cute, super kawaii label.

I made my job a lot easier by printing it on self-adhesive paper, then stuck it to the jar.

Now just store your slime into the jar.

Just do not forget it in the kitchen and risk somebody eating it.

Really, it really looks like Nutella, but it is totally forbidden to eat it, alright?

I really love this slime recipe, as it is fluffy and really nice to play with it.

You may squeeze it, release you stress on it, stretch, roll it, melt it,

do everything I did in the video.

When you are done playing, store it back in the jar and close the lid,

so that your slime will last longer.

This slime, besides being fun, looks really kawaii.

Just a reminder: it looks like chocolate,

but for God's sake, you can not eat it.

You can only play with it.

Let's move on to the next idea, which is also super cute.

Before starting this slime recipe,

let's decorate a round glass jar that has a lid.

Use blue glass paint. Dab the tip of a slim brush in it,

then outline mermaid scales all over the glass.

Draw half balls connected to one another, then alternate the joints between the lines.

Outline it all over the jar, then let it dry.

Now let's take the glass bowl to start making the slime.

Let's start with school glue.

Pour the amount of glue according to the size of the jar you will use.

It should be about 40ml less.

Start mixing it with shaving cream. Pour some of it over the glue,

then use plastic or silicone spoon to stir it until it gets homogeneous.

As this is a mermaid slime, I decided to color it sea-green.

Use crafts paint.

Mix it until it gets to one plain color,

then add a teaspoonful of sodium bicarbonate.

Mix it really well.

Next step is pouring contact lens cleaning solution.

Scatter a few drops all over the slime then mix it with the spoon.

Repeat the procedure until it does not release any ink anymore.

and does not stick to your hands.

This is the right consistency, ok?

Let's gets our hands on the dough.

This is going to be messy, but easier than stirring with a spoon.

Use a lot of contacts cleaning solution

because this one takes a little longer to reach the right consistency.

We can start decorating it when it does not stick to the hands.

I am going to use these colored sequins I had at home,

sequins in all colors and sizes.

I also added round beads.

Use colors that resemble those of a mermaid.

Work the dough until it gets all colorful.

I think it looks really beautiful. The texture feels different, so I loved it.

After the slime is ready, you may store it into the dry jar.

I painted it mermaid blue, wrapped a pink grosgrain ribbon around it,

then added a sea-green grosgrain bow to it.

Fill the top with half pearls like these ones, which are self-adhesive.

I used different colors and it looks amazing.

This idea works to decorate cotton or any other multi-purpose jars.

I must remind you that this slime recipe feels a bit rubbery,

so the beads and the sequins may fall apart as you squeeze it.

This should not be a problem, though.

On the contrary, it makes it all the more fun.

I loved it.

See, beside looking pretty, this jar helps the slime last longer.

The more you keep it stored, the longer it lasts.

It lasts about 3 months.

If any of today's recipes starts hardening, it is really easy to soften it again.

Just soak your hands into hot water - be careful not to be too hot -

then stretch it and soften it. Soak your hands, then work the slime.

It then will get back to a nice texture and you can make it last a little longer.

Remember that any of the three recipes tested today

work well for any slime color.

there's a lot of these good air purifiers that you can buy and put it in

and that they do have good filters and good cleaners that they'll be putting

negative ions out and that will get rid of a lot of the smell over time, it'll be

gone completely, I've had very good luck with a lot of that stuff, and their

also are a lot of cleaning sprays now that are biologically activated where

you spray them in the vents and they're little bacteria, they actually will eat

all that stuff up and then get rid of it you might want to try one of those, I've

had people have good luck with some of those, next year says please help me

you think about STP products, they make very good product, they always had, you know

the first thing was STP oil, which was real thick oil they sold it a lot when I

was a kid in the 60s, because people had cheaper cars the engines wore out faster

it was a heavier thicker oil that had additives like molybdenum bisulfate that

can actually cling to the metal and that can burn less oil, and now of course they

make all kinds of products, they make a very good synthetic oil that's a low

price, they make good products, there's nothing wrong with STP oil products they

make good products, just if you got a modern car that says it has to use 0w10

oil, you don't want to be putting STP thick oil treatment in it as

it ages, because that's too thick and it can clog stuff up, KF says, when my AC is on

car doesn't overheat and when I Drive it it'll try to overheat, but not as much as

when I stand, still thanks that is a classic sign of your cooling fans aren't

working right, when your cooling fans are working right they suck a lot of air

through the radiator and cool the engine, if your car is sitting there, it has a tendency of

getting hotter, but when you're driving 65 miles an hour down the highway it

doesn't, that's because at sixty five you don't need any fans, you got 65 mile

an hour wind blowing into the radiator, the same thing happens with your air

conditioning, if you turn your air conditioning on, that will automatically

turn your cooling fans on in most cars full blast, so I've got a lot of

customers that say, you know it's weird I run my air conditioner the car doesn't

overheat, but if I don't run it it does, that means that the cooling fans aren't

working when you have the engine running by itself, but there's a separate system

that runs the cooling fans when you turn the AC on and that one was working so I'd

check the cooling fans if I were you, so if you never want to miss another one of

The last great active political figure of the 20th century

has lost his battle with cancer at age 81.

John McCain, former prisoner of war and two time presidential candidate

was a man propelled by his interpretation of the honor code

to defy his Vietnamese captors, criticize Republican politicians including Donald Trump,

and ultimately to support some of the most interventionist foreign policies

in modern American history.

The namesake son and grandson of well known navy admirals

McCain initially rebelled against his military destiny,

famously graduating 894th out of an Annapolis class of 899.

He drank and cussed, dated Florida strippers and Brazilian heiresses

and crashed an alarming number of planes before settling down to the family business of war.

McCain was on the deck of the USS Forrestal

when a stray bomb ignited a fire, killing 134 servicemen

the most deadly accident in US Navy history.

And then the first bomb exploded and this knocked me about 10 feet

and everyone who had been near me were all either badly maimed or killed from this explosion.

Yesterday over Hanoi, three American planes were shot down

and at least two of their pilots captured.

One of them was Lieutenant Commander John McCain, Third,

the son of the US naval commander in Europe.

I was on a flight over the city of Hanoi and I was bombing,

I was hit by either a missile or anti-aircraft fire and I ejected

and broke my leg and both arms

and went into a lake.

The aviator's rebellious nature served him well over the next five and a half years

as he inspired cellmates with loud acts of defiance

and quiet organization of internal communication systems

despite enduring torture that permanently damaged his body.

This experience combined with the domestic discord he witnessed upon returning stateside in 1973

damaged his faith in American foreign policy.

Silver Star, Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, eight Air Medals,

national defense and the rest of this garbage it doesn't mean a thing.

As a congressman McCain opposed Ronald Reagan sending marines to Beirut.

As a senator he criticized Bill Clinton's nation building adventures in Somalia and Haiti

and described US military involvement in Yugoslavia as:

The aspect of the future of this nation that bothers me more than anything else.

Yet by 1998 McCain would emerge as the Senate's leading hawk.

So what happened?

The unexpectedly easy military successes in the Gulf War and Yugoslavia

coupled with the vacuum in post Cold War leadership

led McCain to re-embrace a Teddy Roosevelt style belief in American military supremacy

and to waive off Vietnam as some sort of anomaly.

"Our loss in Vietnam afflicted America witha kind of identity crisis"

he wrote in his 1998 memoir 'Faith of my Fathers'

"We should never have let this one mistake, terrible though it was, color our perceptions forever."

And I thought I would tell Senator McCain

he is a man of profound personal courage

and the suffering in service he gave to this country ought to be honored.

For most of McCain's political career, he was the media's favorite Republican.

I admit I, we all rooted for you by the way

and a lot of us in this business like John McCain a lot.

The wonderful thing about McCain always has been that he is a maverick.

Hillary Clinton has said that you are her favorite Republican.

The mutual love affair with what McCain once described as his base in the national media

soured once he won the Republican nomination.

But even in 2008 the press frequently mistook his pragmatism for a lack of ideology.

In fact, it was anything but.

The Arizona Senator has long had an alarmingly martial view of citizenship.

In which individualism must be subsumed to the greater good.

President Bush has talked about our staying in Iraq for 50 years.

Maybe a hundred, that'd be fine with me as long as Americans-

as long as Americans are not being injured or harmed or wounded or killed.

His longest war was against what he called corrosive cynicism.

Which meant that anything creating more of the stuff

from steroids in baseball, to political advertising on Facebook was in his cross-hairs.

The same sense of high moral dudgeon would also take him to better places

such as his opposition to torture and annual attacks on Pentagon waste.

Understandably it's McCain's profound sense of honor

that obituarists will be emphasizing in the coming days.

With his health deteriorating in 2017

the Senator led a global tour to reassure nervous American allies,

called out eruptions of conservative bigotry,

and cast the deciding vote against the flawed repeal of Obamacare.

Turning the thumbs down on the repeal-

The open ended interventionism the Senator championed in his final two decades

led to some of the most tragic policy failures of our time.

There is also honor in seeking a more humble conception of America's role in the world.

Farewell John McCain.

You will make sacrifices for your fellow Americans

who won't be asked to make sacrifices for you.

It is a noble cause, it is your cause and it's worth living and dying for.

discussed this week by the developers of Resident Evil 2 Remake at the end of the Gamescom conference.

So let's do a quick unpacking of the juiciest details.

the translations/summary.

Things are changing As the developers confirmed, New tweaks will be added, old things are being

revamped , the order of events are shifting and characters are getting an overhaul.

Marvin is going to live longer than the demo as we've seen. But When will he turn into

a zombie?

Irons is going to be a a bigger factor and possibly even a new boss.

Sherry is going to be the Alien Newt inspired bad version of a spoiled kid instead of her

old school "just a girl" persona.

And while we haven't seen her yet, like Claire, Ada will also be getting a more "realistic

wardrobe". No more spy in an uncomfortable dress. Prepare the comment battleships.

As you know there are 2 new campaigns, one for each character. It was reiterated that

they are on the same timeline and give us the view from both Leon & Claires sides, who

will be crossing paths during the game. While 1 playthrough won't effect the other, the

events inside will be interconnected.

Other things revealed include a few things we've already predicted in our previous

videos.

There will be more subweapons than the knife and grenade that have been shown so far, and

these weapons will have more than 1 use, the way the knife is both a defense weapon AND

an offensive weapon in the demo. Both Leon & Claire have the knife, so far we've only

seen Claire with the grenade, so will Leon have his own defense weapon or will they all

share.

The blue and red herb mix was revealed to be a temporary poison resistance, as well

as a boost to your overall defense, which could imply lots of spiders or a poisonous

boss fight.

Other rumors were shot down. Nothing like Crimson Heads will be in the game. No Story

DLC is planned. The deluxe edition soundtrack switch will be able to be turned off and on,

and it won't follow the original game room for room.

A reporter also implied that there will be no new enemies in the game although he did

not post any quotes from developers because he was quote "too lazy". Seems like kind

of a weird fact to throw into a final sentence of an article but I followed up and no response

yet.

If you won't cry, your body will cry for you.

If you force yourself to keep it all in, hold all your struggles in and not let them out, you'll end up exploding.

We weren't designed to fill ourselves with feelings and harbor emotions without expressing them.

The fear of how everyone will react, what they'll say about you or if they'll reject you makes you keep things inside that, sooner or later, will spill out by themselves.

If you don't cry, you will start to suffer.

If you won't cry, get to experience even more sadness, despair, depression, and angst.

You have every opportunity for things to not be like that.

Keeping it all in isn't the path you want to choose.

Here's an example.

Say your partner always rests his feet on the table.

You've never said anything to him about it because you wanted to believe at first that it didn't bother you.

The honeymoon stage makes us pretty stupid.

What happens when this phase is over? Reality hits, and what you pretended didn't bother you before now really irritates you.

You probably will start blaming the other person.

You might let out an occasional,"You know I don't like that, " or let him know with your look that you aren't pleased.

But this won't do anything for you.

You'll put up with it again and again.

You'll keep giving those looks, until one day you explode over nothing.

The big mistake here is pretending like something is not bothering you when it really is, and not communicating it in time.

Maybe you believe that it won't happen again.

However, you're entering into one of the worst mistakes: the world of expectations.

Your body tells you when it's not OK.

If keeping all your feelings in has become your way of life, your body will start to send you warning signs.

Recurring headaches, anxiety, an upset stomach, eczema, or any of a multitude of problems could be a cry for help coming from something inside telling you something is not OK.

You shouldn't ignore it.

Maybe you don't know what's happening because it's coming from a past experience that you don't even remember very well.

But if it's limiting your life, if you get anxiety or if you're frequently not well and you don't feel happy, listen to your body.

It is wise.

Use it to figure out the core of the issue.

Your body isn't reacting like this for no reason.

Your body and mind are connected.

If you ignore the problem, you won't address the issue and your body will show it.

It goes even further.

If you don't dive into the innermost parts of you and face what is doing you so much damage, that upset stomach may turn into eczema, eczema into a circulation problem, and the circulation problem into dermatitis.

As you ignore your body's warnings, it'll keep trying to show you something's wrong until you put an end to whatever is making you so unhappy.

Beliefs, trauma, and experiences.

Your problems often come from beliefs, traumas, and experiences that you didn't choose to put into your mind or go through.

However , they can all actually be opportunities to open your eyes, learn, and let go.

That fear of saying "no" may come from a belief or a traumatic experience that you've been carrying around since you were little.

That giant fear of saying what you feel when you feel it may be due to a negative experience that triggered low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence.

Don't give in to all of this.

There's no reason to lay down and take it.

Every trauma and experience is a chance to turn into who you really want to be.

And I thought I would tell Senator McCain

he is a man of profound personal courage

and the suffering in service he gave to this country ought to be honored.

For most of McCain's political career, he was the media's favorite Republican.

I admit I, we all rooted for you by the way

and a lot of us in this business like John McCain a lot.

The wonderful thing about McCain always has been that he is a maverick.

Hillary Clinton has said that you are her favorite Republican.

The mutual love affair with what McCain once described as his base in the national media

soured once he won the Republican nomination.

But even in 2008 the press frequently mistook his pragmatism for a lack of ideology.

In fact, it was anything but.

The Arizona Senator has long had an alarmingly martial view of citizenship.

In which individualism must be subsumed to the greater good.

President Bush has talked about our staying in Iraq for 50 years.

Maybe a hundred, that'd be fine with me as long as Americans-

as long as Americans are not being injured or harmed or wounded or killed.

His longest war was against what he called corrosive cynicism.

Which meant that anything creating more of the stuff

from steroids in baseball, to political advertising on Facebook was in his cross-hairs.

The same sense of high moral dudgeon would also take him to better places

such as his opposition to torture and annual attacks on Pentagon waste.

Understandably it's McCain's profound sense of honor

that obituarists will be emphasizing in the coming days.

With his health deteriorating in 2017

the Senator led a global tour to reassure nervous American allies,

called out eruptions of conservative bigotry,

and cast the deciding vote against the flawed repeal of Obamacare.

Turning the thumbs down on the repeal-

The open ended interventionism the Senator championed in his final two decades

led to some of the most tragic policy failures of our time.

There is also honor in seeking a more humble conception of America's role in the world.

Farewell John McCain.

You will make sacrifices for your fellow Americans

who won't be asked to make sacrifices for you.

It is a noble cause, it is your cause and it's worth living and dying for.

May your lives be as lucky as mine, godspeed, semper fidelis, fair winds and following seas.

So I guess that I'm back again

Hi everyone my name is Talia and welcome back to my channel,

and sorry that I've been gone for quite some time, but I was on holidays

so I couldn't upload anything. And then also whemever I tried to record a video

like I have tried to record this video three times already, something always happened.

It was either a personal problem or that thr lighting condition wasn't the best.

Because I do not have arrificial lighting, but I'm going to get some artificial lighting soon

so that won't be a problem anymore

So in this video I am going to tell ypu some things that you may or may not know about me,

and I also wanna know something about you so let me know in the comments down below.

And well, let's get started.

So most of you may know me as Talia but my real name is Natalia,

although Talia is the name that I use on the Intermet.

And I also don't have any problem if you call me Talia, so that's fine

I am 24 but I will be 25 very soon, in 4 days*

I am from Spain. I have a younger brother who is 7 years younger than me.

I have had red hair for quite some time now, something like 6 years or so.

And I changed my hair colour to half red half black last year.

I would like to do some things to my hair but for now this is the hairstyle

that I'm going to have and I don't know, I really like it.

I'm very much into goth, I've actually been reading about the subculture and all that,

and following youtubers who are in the goth subculture for quite sometime now,

like two years or something like that. But even though I like goth,

I'm also very much into kawaii and cute things. And in my closet I got these clothes

which are very dark, and then I have all these other clothes which are extremely pastel and pink and all that.

And this actually relates to my two favourite colours which are black and pink.

I have only had one piercing, which is my industrial piercing.

But I actually had a horrible experience with it,

I have a whole video about the experience on my channel.

and you will go to that video, in case that you wanna know what my experience was.

And I don't know I wanted to get some more piercings and maybe some tattoos,

but tattoos are very expensive and they are usually forever, so I don't know maybe in the future I will.

So my favourite animals are cats and then I also have a real passion for rats

and all those animals which look similar to rats. I would love to have a pet chinchilla,

I think it is pronounced that way, but you know the animals which look like this.

They are so cute and adorable. I actually follow several Instagram accounts which upload

pictures of chinchillas, and they are wonderful. Just my mother doesn't let me have any animals at home.

So maybe when I live alone I will have one of these.

I really love anime, although I haven't been watching anime recently because I haven't had time.

But I really like it, and I also have this, I don't know how to call it,

fetish or something, where I feel sexually attracted to anime characters,

and I get crushes on them and all that, and it's weird because I don't feel sexually attracted to real people.

Like I have only felt sexually attracted to two people in my whole life.

And it wasn't like a continous kind of attraction, it was more like sometimes

I feel sexually attracted to you, sometimes I don't. But for anime characters

it is like 'yeh, I'm very sexually atttacted to you'. I hope this isn't too much information,

I haven't said anything wrong right?! Or at least I think I haven't.

I'm a real fan of theatre and I take acting classes. I will probably start them again this year,

I don't know I really love acting, although I'm not a professional or anything like that,

although some people have told me that I act quite well so I don't know.

Ok now listen to me, you probably don't expect this but I have done boxing and kickboxing.

I actually had to end up quitting kickboxing classes

because my legs were tremendously bruised and it was awful.

Boxing was amazing, I really enjoyed it and I wouldn't mind taking some boxing classes in the future.

And the other thing that ylu probably didn't expect is that I took breakdancing classes.

I took them for one year so it wasn't a long time but it was fun.

I didn't get to learn how to do any crazy moves or anything like that,

but it was fun and a nice experience after all.

My favourite band is... I cannot really choose one so I'm going to tell you my top 3 favourite bands,

which are Skillet, Breaking Benjamin and Bring Me The Horizon.

I am a huge Lord of the Rings fan. I remember that when I was young

I knew all the dialogues in the first film. Like everything that

every single character said, I knew the film by heart.

And whenever I was watching the film I would always end up saying

what the character was going to say next, that's was very annoying, I'm sorry.

My favourite food is probably pizza but I'm a huge fan of bread,

I could be eating bread all the time, I love bread, it's an amazing food.

My favourite season is summer because it's hot and I get to go to the beach.

Although I hate swimming pools, I really do. Like the only time

I ever go to a swimming pool is if I am on holidays. Like I got a swimming pool in my community,

like the community I live in, and I don't even go there.

I usually always remember my dreams, well sometimes I don't but I usually do.

And I recall them and I can tell them to other people,and sometimes they think I'm lying,

because it's like 'how canyou remember all that, when I don't remember anything? How do you do it?'

And I don't know, it has always happened to me. And then sometimes when I'm dreaming I have,

I don't even know what it's called or if it called something. But it is this,

you think 'ok now', like when you're dreaming you think 'ok now I'm going to do this' and you do it.

It's basically like controlling the dream in a way, if you get what I mean.

And if I die in my dreams, when I was younger I used to wake up, but right now

if I die in a dream it's like I come back to life. So I'm able to control my dreams kind of.

Although I don't really know that I'm dreaming, except for two or three occasions and that's about it.

I remember one time I was dreaming and I wanted to die in the dream because I was like 'ok if I die I will wake up',

and everybody in the dream was like 'you cannot die, you cannot die, this is real it's not a dream'

and I was completely convinced that it was a dream and I was like 'hey I'm dreaming, if I die I will wake up and I won't really die'

and people didn't let me kill myself, it was very frustraiting.

So, some of you have asked me if I believe in God, and I do, I'm a deist.

Although I'm not going to go into details right now, because I could make a whole video about this subject.

Although I also believe in paranormal things.

I do not have many friends, although the ones I have are close friends,

and they are good friends, so that's everything that I need.

I love sleeping, and I think I could be sleeping for hours to be honest.

I love plushies and monster high dolls, like really why didn't

those dolls exist when I was younger, they look amazing.

I love cosplay, although I don't really have the money for it.

But I'm in an anime/cosplay group where we dance songs from the anime Love Live Sunshine.

And I cosplay Riko, this girl right here. I have her cosplay so I will probably make a video of her in the future.

Apart from cosplaying I also love modelling, although it's very difficult

to find a photographer in my city who doesn't cost a leg and an arm.

And well the last thing I can tell you that some of you may wanna know

is if I'm single or not, which I'm not, I have a boyfriend.

And this is the last thing that I can think of, so this is going to be the end of the video.

3 FUN SLIMES to make at home ✨ GALAXY, NUTELLA AND MERMAID - Duration: 8:56.

Hi, everyone, I am Dany Martines!

Today's video is full of super fun slimes. I loved making them.

I found out some recipes and wanted to try them here with you.

But first, if you have not subscribed to the channel yet, subscribe

and activate the notification bell, it is super important

because it will keep you posted on new videos.

Now let's learn!

We are going to use a glass bowl to mix the ingredients.

Start with white, school glue.

You will use 30ml less glue than the jar you will use to store it.

We are going to use the ordinary recipe, with shaving cream.

Add it to the glue and use plastic or silicone spoon to stir it.

If you are going to use your dad's shaving cream, do not forget to ask him first.

Stir it well until it gets homogeneous.

Now add color to the dough.

As I want a galaxy slime,

I mixed blue and purple paint until I got the intended color for my slime.

I loved the color.

Let's now add Borax, which is a slime activator.

In my experience, it hardens the slime faster than other recipes.

You should add a few drops at a time then mix it in.

The closer it gets to the right consistency, the least drops you will need to add.

When it gets firmer, take it with your hands,

and hands on the dough!

You may ask somebody to add a few activator drops while you work the slime.

The right consistency is when it does not sticky and is not too stretchy that breaks apart.

It has to be stretchy.

Use silver glitter to make the galaxy effect.

Pour silver glitter on the dough.

Keep adding glitter and working it until it gets really shiny.

Then add colorful starlets and mix with glitter until it looks really nice.

How groovy!

I noticed my slime was still sticky, so I added more activator and kept working it.

Now it is really pretty and not sticky anymore.

Store it in a jar with a lid. I think this one looks fun.

Just store it in this jar.

It is really important that you keep it in a jar with a lid

when you are not playing with it, so as to avoid hardening.

See how pretty it looks, all full or starlets and glittery shine?

A tiny detail: at times, the starlets may poke your fingers,

but this will not keep you from having fun with this beautiful slime.

I loved it and played with it for a long time.

See the final result? I think it looks really, really nice.

As we are dealing with paint, slime, I wanted to tell you something.

If you happen to let it fall on your clothes, it is super easy to clean.

Just take some warm water, not so warm that might burn,

rub it to your clothes and the stain will be removed.

Let's move on to the next slime, it may get you hungry.

Use a glass bowl and school glue for this recipe.

The ideal amount of glue is 30ml less the total room available in the jar you will use.

Pour the glue in the bowl and mix it with shaving cream.

Do not forget to use either plastic or silicone spoon to mix it.

After the mixture gets homogeneous, add brown crafts paint to it.

Keep adding paint until it gets to the same shade as Nutella's.

I have seen people using pigments to color the slime, but I have not tested it yet, ok?

Look at how pretty it looks already!

It looks like chocolate cake, doesn't it?

After the ingredients are all mixed, add body moisturizer.

I added one tablespoon worth of it

and then started mixing them together again.

Now add a teaspoon of baby oil, then stir well again.

Now the magic begins!

Let's use boric water.

As I was trying it first, I added a bit at a time, then mixed.

I alternated between boric water and shaving cream to add fluffiness to it.

I noticed it took more than a few drops for this recipe.

So I advise you to add a teaspoonful at a time.

Pour a teaspoonful first, then alternate with shaving cream.

When it reaches this consistency, when it is not sticking to the bowl

it is because it is about time you get your hands on it.

From this point on, just mix the dough with boric water.

Keep adding boric water until you reach the right consistency,

which is this one, when it will not stick to your hands anymore.

Set it aside and let's decorate the jar.

I am using this clean Nutella jar. Remove the original label.

Print this super cute, super kawaii label.

I made my job a lot easier by printing it on self-adhesive paper, then stuck it to the jar.

Now just store your slime into the jar.

Just do not forget it in the kitchen and risk somebody eating it.

Really, it really looks like Nutella, but it is totally forbidden to eat it, alright?

I really love this slime recipe, as it is fluffy and really nice to play with it.

You may squeeze it, release you stress on it, stretch, roll it, melt it,

do everything I did in the video.

When you are done playing, store it back in the jar and close the lid,

so that your slime will last longer.

This slime, besides being fun, looks really kawaii.

Just a reminder: it looks like chocolate,

but for God's sake, you can not eat it.

You can only play with it.

Let's move on to the next idea, which is also super cute.

Before starting this slime recipe,

let's decorate a round glass jar that has a lid.

Use blue glass paint. Dab the tip of a slim brush in it,

then outline mermaid scales all over the glass.

Draw half balls connected to one another, then alternate the joints between the lines.

Outline it all over the jar, then let it dry.

Now let's take the glass bowl to start making the slime.

Let's start with school glue.

Pour the amount of glue according to the size of the jar you will use.

It should be about 40ml less.

Start mixing it with shaving cream. Pour some of it over the glue,

then use plastic or silicone spoon to stir it until it gets homogeneous.

As this is a mermaid slime, I decided to color it sea-green.

Use crafts paint.

Mix it until it gets to one plain color,

then add a teaspoonful of sodium bicarbonate.

Mix it really well.

Next step is pouring contact lens cleaning solution.

Scatter a few drops all over the slime then mix it with the spoon.

Repeat the procedure until it does not release any ink anymore.

and does not stick to your hands.

This is the right consistency, ok?

Let's gets our hands on the dough.

This is going to be messy, but easier than stirring with a spoon.

Use a lot of contacts cleaning solution

because this one takes a little longer to reach the right consistency.

We can start decorating it when it does not stick to the hands.

I am going to use these colored sequins I had at home,

sequins in all colors and sizes.

I also added round beads.

Use colors that resemble those of a mermaid.

Work the dough until it gets all colorful.

I think it looks really beautiful. The texture feels different, so I loved it.

After the slime is ready, you may store it into the dry jar.

I painted it mermaid blue, wrapped a pink grosgrain ribbon around it,

then added a sea-green grosgrain bow to it.

Fill the top with half pearls like these ones, which are self-adhesive.

I used different colors and it looks amazing.

This idea works to decorate cotton or any other multi-purpose jars.

I must remind you that this slime recipe feels a bit rubbery,

so the beads and the sequins may fall apart as you squeeze it.

This should not be a problem, though.

On the contrary, it makes it all the more fun.

I loved it.

See, beside looking pretty, this jar helps the slime last longer.

The more you keep it stored, the longer it lasts.

It lasts about 3 months.

If any of today's recipes starts hardening, it is really easy to soften it again.

Just soak your hands into hot water - be careful not to be too hot -

then stretch it and soften it. Soak your hands, then work the slime.

It then will get back to a nice texture and you can make it last a little longer.

Remember that any of the three recipes tested today

work well for any slime color.

21. Speaking exclusively with PEOPLE after the nuptials, Meghan said she "was not really caught up in the [wedding] details," adding, "I just wanted everybody to have a good time

" But when her father tore his Achilles tendon in the days leading up to the ceremony, the bride had to figure out a new plan for getting down the aisle

Enter her brother, Army guardsman Jimmy, 29. "He stepped in to walk me down the actual aisle and then my dad gave me away at the very end," Meghan explained

"I had nerves right before I was going to walk out, but Jimmy was making me laugh the entire time

" Mom Cindy, 64, who sat in the front row, said her daughter's joy was palpable

"She was very calm and very positive," she said. "The day was here and her dad was here, which was the most important thing

" Tragically, her father's presence hadn't necessarily been a given. In July, 81-year-old McCain, the former Republican presidential nominee, was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma, a rare and highly aggressive form of brain cancer that has a median survival rate of 14 months

I was a mess. I was barely functioning," Meghan said. Her father launched into an immediate round of radiation and chemotherapy to treat a brain tumor, followed by a second round six weeks later, when doctors found another tumor had appeared in its place

Four months later, it was "still a fight, but I'm doing fine," the senator told PEOPLE in November an exclusive phone interview from the family's ranch outside Sedona

"I'm getting treatment, and my progress is steady and good. People are saying, 'I hope you can get over this
