Today as you can see i'm in good company
Some of you already know her. She is Jennifer, she is my girlfriend
And today we are going to share the story of how we met!
So the first question is very obvious. How we met?
We met for the first time the 21st of December of 2012
A date that if you remember, was established by the Mayans like the end of the world
But, as you can see, nothing has happened!
We've met in a LGTB club here in Barcelona, named Arena
Yeah, a place that some of you know for sure!
So there Angel...Wanna tell them a little bit, what did you did?
Ok...
At that moment, I was a very shy person
That night i went out to that club with some friends
And i saw her from the other side of the dacefloor
And thought "Wow, i have to talk to her or something!"
But i was so so shy, that for me was a really big deal even the thought of going to talk to a stranger!
So at that time i told my friend to go dancing closer to her an her friends
I tried to make eye contact, but i didn't work
Then I thought "maybe she's going to come to talk to me in the first place"
But none of this happened, then when i saw that she was going to the bathroom
I said to myself now it's the moment to do something...
And i know it's not a cool thing to do when your are trying to flirt, the first thing i did to make contact with her was to give her a High- fives
I give her a high-fives and said ok, maybe we can start that way...
The worst thing is that i did that high-fives
Yes. And at that moment the only thing i was able to think, was that i looked very dummy
But, yeah we made the high-fives
Yes. And at that moment the only thing i was able to think, was that i looked very dummy And at then said to myself "ok we made contact" a very superficial and insignificant contact but it was something!
And then i tried to introduce you to one of my friends
Yes, i wanted to flirt with her and she says to me that her friend was interested in me!
So at that moment when we were talking and her was trying to introduce me her friend i decided to be clear with her
So what did i told you
You told me...
What i like is you, not your friend! (or something like that) isn't it?
Yeah i told her because why not? And then will be have time to see what happens!
Exactly, and here we are 5 years later and still together!
As you can see something turned out well that night!
Do you remember when was the first time i told you i wanted to do the transition?
Yes, it was after i came home from a travel work
It was just about 1 month since we met
yes, it was just about 1 month since we met, And before started a more serious relationship
The day i came back form this trip we've met and went out for a drink. Also that night was the first time i slept at your place and when we came back, you told me!
Yeah, the next morning we were talking
And because i wanted her to know more about myself and also myself wanted to know more about her
Decided that it was the moment be really honest before the relationship became 100% formal
So I said to her (don't remember the exact words) i think i said...
What would you think if in the future instead of being a girl, ended up being a guy?
I think that was the words i said to you..
yes, exactly
At first time i was very shocked
Then i started to feel afraid because i didn't know nothing about transgender community or about the transitioning process
So for me when he told me for the fist time it was like...
Ignorare, afraid, or...
Of not knowing what was going to happen or how will be my appearance after HRT...

Family Estrangement - Duration: 7:28.
Family estrangement is a pretty sensitive topic and although most people
believe it only happens to dysfunctional families, it's actually more common than
we think. But why does estrangement happen, and what can we do about it?
That's exactly what we're gonna discuss in today's video.
Welcome back to TLC Thursday, where a weekly video can make your life a little easier.
My name is Christal Fuentes, the Founder
of The Ladies Coach, and your Host and Coach for today.
One of the most painful feelings, is to know you've been estranged from someone you love.
Wheter you're estranged from Mom, Dad or both. Sister, Brother, Auntie, Uncle, Cousin,
estrangement from family members can feel like a gaping hole in your soul.
I mean our first experience of relationships is with our family. Take
that away and it's no wonder why we feel lost, and may grieve the same as we would
the passing of someone. The difference is, these people are still alive so the
sadness never goes away because we continue to feel abandoned. Some of the
most common reasons that have been reported for family estrangement are: a
breakdown in trust, conflicting values, physical emotional or sexual abuse,
perceptions of favoritism, especially within sibling estrangement, family
secrets that have left people feeling scarred, and perceptions of betrayal. I
mean the list goes on. Now before I move on, I want to tell you real quick why I
say "perception of favoritism" or "perception of betrayal." I promise it's
not to belittle anyone's experience, but at the end of the day if we're talking
about relationships there's always several sides to a story, and although
our experiences may feel real and at times are real our experience is not
everyone's experience, and it's important we understand this so we don't take it
personally if what we believe to be true is different from what our loved ones
believe. Before we get into how we can deal with or heal from a family
estrangement, I want you to understand that not all family estrangement is bad.
We're always taught that blood is thicker than water and family is
everything, but that's just not true. It's these types of beliefs that keep us
loyal to people, who may not have our best interests at heart.
If you followed me for awhile, you've heard me discuss the importance of trust,
values, and respect in relationships, but why do we believe just because you're
family, you get a pass? As hurtful as it is to be disconnected from people you
love, it would be even more damaging to allow yourself around people who would
create toxicity in your life. So whether it is your choice to distance, or you're
the one suffering from the distance of someone you love, ask yourself would you
and this person even get along if you had a relationship?
Would you guys respect, value, and care for each other?
Or would your relationship consist of an unnecessary back-and-forth of life
choices, past stories, and past hurts? Trust me,
I'm not saying we shouldn't value family. I am certainly grateful for my family.
But I think we need to change the narrative of what family means, and what
it feels like. Once we do that, we will be able to release the struggle we are
feeling within a certain relationship. With that said, let's get into some ways
we can start accepting the state of our estrangement instead of resisting it so
we don't stay in suffering. "The source of all pain is the inability to accept
reality." Accepting reality doesn't mean we should do nothing it just means that
you're letting go of the story and the perception of loss. So here we go. If
you're looking to heal from family estrangement, here are some things you
could do that might help. Number One: Own up to your part of the estrangement.
This doesn't mean confessing to
something you didn't do, but own up to the actions you participated in that
made someone feel they needed to disconnect. Maybe you weren't as open as
you could have been. Maybe you could have listened to them more. Maybe you said
something that could have been hurtful, that you now apologize for.
Owning up to your part of it no matter the outcome, puts you back in the
driver's seat instead of feeling like someone took something from you.
Number Two: Respect their space. At the end of the day, a relationship is the
choice two people make to participate in. With that, we also have to respect the
choice someone makes to not have a relationship. This is tricky for most
people because we get so wrapped up and what we want, that we overlook the wishes of another.
Number Three: and this is really important and I suggest anyone
who is not just going through a family estrangement, but anyone who has
something they want to release. It's a Hawaiian prayer called the Ho'opono Pono Prayer.
I actually wrote about how this practice helped me and my
mom's relationship in my book. This prayer comes in four parts: I'm sorry.
Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. Again, even if you felt someone betrayed
you this is the ultimate practice of release. You hear people talking about
how forgiveness is less about the person that hurt you, and more about setting
yourself free right? Well this prayer is a forgiveness practice. It's also a way
to send love to the person you were apologizing for. Writing a letter in the
form of this prayer, will allow you to express yourself in the most loving way.
You can either send it or do it for yourself, but this very practice alone
will help you to release the story, the struggle, and the hurt.
I truly believe in energy and when you are able to let go and let love, I have
no doubt your loved ones will feel it. it's important to note that just because
you do all of this doesn't mean it's going to rekindle your relationship. I
mean it could, but this is mostly for you. It's just a way for you to let go of the
story, the past hurts, and to forgive yourself and your loved one for the way

Not Putting Yourself First
Libras are known for being the beautiful social butterfly that they are.
They have many diverse friend groups and they like to please everyone.

thus they tend to overbook themselves like a lot.
Meaning they say yes to absolutely every plan that comes their way, but they continue to stick to no commitments.

However you can't stay mad at the fun-loving Sag—it is like hating a puppy.
They look at you with those big eyes (even though, they totally just ate your favourite shoes) and they say sorry and
all is forgiven.
Sagittarius means well, they do not mean to be harmful.
They are benign not malignant.
Even though we always forgive you Sagittarius, you should not make it a habit letting people down.
The people in your life can start feeling taken for granted.

Aquarius you live in your own world most of the time.
The problem is this isn't a problem to you, it is only a problem for the people around you.

What an Aquarius needs is space and what their partner often needs is closeness.
It is not unusual for an Aquarius to have an "opposites attract" type of relationship.
Aquarius has the tendency of being rather aloof.
They are not the most observant bunch.
Aquarians are extremely creative and adventurous.
The majority of the time they get very lost in the idea of something,

The problem is Pisces your problems will not go away just because you have changed area codes.
Pisces are born dreamers, they like seeing the good in people (even when there is barely any good there).
They give people the benefit of the doubt way too often, it is in their golden heart to believe what they want to

They see the world through rose-colored glasses and when those glasses break, they find a new world to see.
Adventure and travel are never bad things.
They are not horrible coping methods either, but there will be a time when it is too dark and you won't always be able

Running away from your problems is a temporary fix.
Consciously walking away is the mature thing to do.
There is a huge difference from running away and walking away.
One is hiding the other one is acknowledging.

Stop Letting Your Temper Speak For You
Aries are scorching with passion.
This is a not sign that will be ignored.
Aries is one of the most powerful signs—they have high standards, high hopes, and high intensity.
Everything is all or nothing with an Aries.
This is great when you are goal setting.
It is vital to push your limits to achieve greatness.
No one knows this better than Aries.
However, with passion often comes a burn.
The aftermath of an Aries' wrath can be a tad alarming.
Aries can be quite a perfectionist, and if things do not fall perfectly into their plan all hell can break loose.
Aries needs to work on their communication.
It's great that they do not hide their feelings, however they could work on their presentation/tone.

Stop Trying To Change People
Taurus you lovely, loyal, devoted being.
You always find a kindhearted way to be stubborn.
When you start something you must finish it.
You are not a quitter.
You are the stubborn bull and you will not budge until you get your way.
It's a hard pill to swallow, but not everyone is worth your efforts.
You get off on helping people, but not everyone wants to be helped.
You can not save a damsel if she loves her distress.
You can lose yourself trying to find someone else.
Taurus can even reach the point of obsession.
They easily can start running in circles, in search of something that may not even exist.
While your efforts and motives are sweet, at times you can come off as desperate.
You can not make someone love you.
You can not change someone to your ideal of perfection.
Sometimes the reward is not worth the work.

GEMINI
Not Being Honest With Yourself
Gemini the sign of the twin aka: split personality.
Geminis are a conflicting sign.
They like to agree and disagree not just with others, but with themselves.
They are extremely indecisive.
Geminis seem distrustful with their fleeting feelings, however that is not precisely the case.
The truth is Gemini is not lying to you, they are lying to themselves.
This seems like the exact same thing as lying but it isn't.
The problem with Gemini is they do not even know themselves when they are lying are not.
The truth is they do not know the truth, they do not know what they want.
They lie to themselves because they can not face the truth or they are too scared to find out what it is.
This pathological lying is a different kind of avoidance.
Geminis change their story, because they have simply changed their opinion.
There is no way to know if they are keeping their story straight unless you saw it happen with your own eyes.
Geminis fear telling the truth, because they do not want to hurt others feelings.
However pretending everything is fine when it isn't is far more hurtful than the truth could ever be.
In 2017 Geminis learned the person they are hurting the most is themselves for not being truthful.
CANCER
Not Fighting For What You Love
Cancer you can let your insecurities get the best of you.
Although you can love deeper than anyone, you can also get hurt deeper than anyone.
Cancer will give and give until there is nothing else left to give.
When all your efforts for love go dry you can become empty.
You start enabling in self-doubt and pity.
You become pessimistic.
You give up before you have even gotten started.
You can write people off too quickly just because they could have merely hurt your feelings.
Laugh a little at yourself Cancer.
Life does not always have to be taken so seriously.
Being too sensitive can severely hold you back.
Do not be afraid to fight for what or who you love.
Do not give up so easily.
Learn to forgive and forget.
Being bitter never makes you better.
If you do not fight for what you want, someone will take it from you.

You always set yourself up for failure if you do not try.

The Good this week is a cryptocurrency called IOTA.
But first, what's the deal with these cryptocurrencies you've been hearing about?
And what's the deal with lamp shades?
I mean if it's a lamp, why do you want shade?
Just like Bitcoin, IOTA is a decentralized cryptocurrency.
In plain inglés, it's a virtual currency (money) that can be used for payments, without
depending on a centralized bank.
Your American Express and your Visa cards are all controlled by a central bank, that
instantly checks if you have funds to actually afford your holiday shopping.
That check is done on a huge database called a ledger, that is hosted by a bank, somewhere.
What do you mean the bank is out of money?
Insolvent!
You only have enough cash for the next 3 customers?
Cryptocurrencies, on the other hand, have a ledger that is maintained by thousands of
computers worldwide.
The miners.
It's pretty much un-hackable because thousands of systems around the world have a backup
of each transaction.
Now Bitcoin has gone completely crazy these past few months.
I goo craaaazy....
One Bitcoin is now worth more than $15,000.
(And this will probably be outdated by the time you watch this video).
A lot of geeks have become instant millionaires.
However, the computers that maintain the bitcoin ledger spend A LOT of power.
This is the BAD for the week.
it is estimated that 29.05 TWh of electricity was used to mine bitcoin this year,
which is more than the annual electricity consumption of all these countries.
So back to the Good, IOTA is a new booming cryptocurrency that doesn't need thousands
of computers to maintain the ledger.
Each time you make a transaction, the device you are using to pay helps keep the ledger
by validating two previous transactions, thus making the network exponentially faster and
more powerful the more people use it.
They announced a partnership with our nemesis Microsoft a few days ago...
Hello, I'm a Mac.
And I'm a PC.
And... I'm even about it.
It's just genius.
Now the Tip.
Buy some Bitcoin and join the fun.
Seriously.
Use a simple platform like Coinbase or SEX.io* to buy; I don't know, $25 worth of Bitcoin.
If you would've done that five years ago, you'd be a millionaire by now.
True Story.
I'm not saying that's going to happen again, but having as little as 0.002 BTC will force
you to read more about the technology that might as well change the way we deal with
money in the not so distant future.

HOW TO KNOW IF IT'S A RARE BLADE TRICK |CC]| CÓMO SABER SI ES UN BLADE RARO | XENOBLADE CHRONICLES 2 - Duration: 2:51.
Hello, folks! Welcome to this curious trick I've discovered
in order to know if you are bonding
a rare or common blade. As you already know,
there are blades such as Wulfric/Djikarao or Praxis/Mikumari that you unlock
through special crystals you'll acquire
because of side quests or the main story quests.
That's why those are excluded from this tutorial/trick. We focus
on those blades you can bond to by common, rare
or legendary core crystals.
Any core crystals opening
features an animation which ends with three silhouettes
coming out vertically from the core crystal.
If you pay close attention to the third shape
you'll discover the trick: it matches the one from the blade
you've bonded.
Here you have some examples of
common blades and the silhouettes that belongs to them:
Female anthropoid,
large anthropoid,
quadrupedal animal
or male anthropoid.
Look! You can even appreciate their horns!
Once you get acquainted with these common shapes, you'll be able
to know, just by watching, when you're bonding a rare blade
because the third silhouette doesn't match
any you've seen so far.
Yes, of course the shapes are blured. But give it a try on your Nintendo Switch!
And tell me if it works after bonding 200+ core crystals haha
These are just some examples of rare blades forms.
I encourage you to try it by yourself and discover
prematurely that you're unlocking a rare blade!
Now you know, it's time to bond those crystals! HYPE!

of which we practically have no perspective, a distance.
So, I think fiction operates through that.
The people whose sensibility was enriched by fiction,
their imagination was stimulated. But there's a connection,
which we could call dialectical, between fiction and reality.
Albeit they are different things, they complete each other,
enrich each other and could not live apart.
