I am using a Christmas-like gold foundation.
Missha is, since it's Christmas makeup,
it's feminine and lustrous image.
Gorgeous and moist like a frog.
Good cushion foundation.
Diamo loose powder.
It seems to have diamonds in it.
I'm not adding so much eye shadow, so giving some glitter with this.
I wanted this mainly around the eyes,
but sometimes it gets on the nose and looks like sweat.
You better watch out.

With glitter in it, it gives a nice soft impression.
I thought that I could create eyes which may appear in movies,

It may be easy to use for people who are not use to red makeup.

I am very much into this now.
The price is pretty low as well.
It's a clear blush but it feels like a connyaku potato.

Next is eyeliner. I have recently found the importance of eyeliner.
Those of you with thin eyebrows, if you use eyeliner it should improve drastically.

and I have used some blood as well

I am pulling the line just to maintain the least level of girly look.
This one I am always using. I only have little blood left.

I wanted some originality so I am pasting this blood.

How I Lost the Baby Weight: 5 EASY TIPS - Duration: 6:11.
Hi it's Chloe from Veggie Magnifique and
I'm so happy to share today that the baby weight is gone
Hooray. Baby Magnifique was born four and a half
months ago and the road back to my pre-pregnancy weight has been really
interesting. So I've got a couple of tips to share with you today about how to
lose those baby pounds. I'm talking quite quietly today because baby
magnifique is sleeping in the other room so we mustn't wake him up. So as you all
know from my previous video about postpartum weight loss, I'm working with
a health coach, and I feel really lucky to have his support and the motivation
of knowing that I have to be a good student for my health coach. Let me share
with you some of the tips that he's given me over the past month and a half
to help me to lose those pregnancy pounds. I've tried to apply these as much
to the letter as I possibly can but sometimes life gets in the way. But my
result is testament to the fact that you don't have to be perfect every day because
I certainly wasn't. It's all about the 8020 rule.
So first up and I would say this is probably the key to weight loss - greens.
We all know we should be eating more of them, but it's so easy to overlook it and
I am certainly guilty of this. But no longer - for the past month I've been
making sure to eat greens at every meal. So what does that mean? At breakfast I
have a green shake with a green powder in it and some ChlorOxygen - and I will
link those products down below. And lunch time having some raw greens with
my grains and veggies, and at dinner the same, or sometimes replacing that with a
green smoothie or a green juice. Greens are so powerful, and I don't know about
you but I feel a real boost in my mood when I have greens every day. I don't
know they're a magical food. And consider greens an entire food group of
their own - they're not vegetables, they are green leafy vegetables which puts
them even higher on the scale of awesomeness than just regular vegetables.
So prioritise getting in those greens and you will see the pounds melt away
and your mood go --.
Another thing obviously - exercise. I haven't be going all out with my
exercise because you really can't in your postpartum period, you have to be
really careful to protect your pelvic floor and everything like that but I've
been committing to a daily practice of yoga and/or fitness. And I'll share a
little magical product with you here that Ann and I have been using for the
last month or so - it's the ten day programme by Boho Beautiful and we will
link them below. This 10 day programme includes brilliant yoga, yogalates,
Pilates, fitness routines which are really challenging. They're only 20
minutes each so it's easy to fit into your morning and then followed by a
meditation. Now I have been known to hold my baby while I've been doing these
exercises and the meditation, because no matter what the circumstances, you got to get
it in and consistency is the key here, even if Baby Magnifique is needing
some cuddle time.
A nother thing that's just generally been helping me to maintain my fitness and lose a bit of weight over the long term is wearing my
baby. I'd highly recommend the Ergo baby baby carrier or a Moby wrap to wear
your baby. Babies love it - your baby will get lots of quality sleep and snuggles
and also you'll be burning calories as you wander around and do your shopping or
whatever. So yeah baby carrying - ace for losing those pregnancy pounds, and making
a happy baby.
And one thing that I've recently boosted in my diet thanks to my health coach is beans. Now don't give up on the idea of beans
yet, you've probably had difficult experiences with them in the past but
the more you eat them the more your body be able to cope with them. While your
microbiome is getting used to that turbocharged fibre action you can boil
them up it with a piece of kombu seaweed which takes away some of the gassiness and
also scoop off the foam as you cook which is basically like scooping off
farts one by one. And chew your beans really well. Make sure you eat a small
portion of beans every day and your gut will acclimatise.
Final tip for postpartum weight loss - reduce your oil consumption. Oil is
incredibly calorie dense and it's actually a refined food so it's better
to go to the source and find those whole plant-based sources of fat which are
avocados, olives, and nuts and seeds. They are less calorie dense and contain fibre
and more minerals and vitamins than you would get in oil. I've taken to using
mashed up avocado in my salads rather than a vinaigrette because it's creamy
and delicious. And then for sauteing, it's great to melt down some veggie
stock or some miso in water and cook your veggies in that. So that's it that's
pretty much all I've done over the last few months to lose my pregnancy weight
and I haven't done any of those things to excess, I've just sort of optimised my
diet by tweaking it here and there really with these additions and
subtractions and the small amount of exercise that I've been doing every
day and turning soothing my baby into a functional workout. So the idea here is
definitely consistency rather than extreme measures. Consistency is the
thing that's gonna really get you results and also improve your overall
well-being because these things are great to do even if you're not looking
to lose weight - they will just help you to be a happier, healthier more vibrant
person. So there are some tried and tested tips for losing postpartum weight
from my health coach to you, via me, the guinea pig in this equation. So I really
really hope this video helps you because there's nothing more frustrating than
feeling a bit 'bleh' after pregnancy and just keep in mind as I said, consistency
is the name of the game, and don't get all extreme with yourself because you've
got enough to think about with a little baby to look after. Leave us a little

I Took A Mazda Miata Out On The Trails With Some Jeeps; It Ruled part 2
Slipping back into first gear I decided to let the car dictate what speed it could comfortably handle the terrain.
On a rutted and cratered hardpack fire road, which was what the pavement had suddenly dropped into for the first few miles of our "test," the Miata was able to cope at about 5 mph without spilling anybody's coffee.
At 10 mph you could carry on without making the chassis beg for mercy, but for the rougher sections where potholes needed to be navigated around like icebergs; 15 mph was pretty much the end of the world.
Hard gravel roads proved to be much less trouble, I took it slow over those mostly to avoid scratching the car's wheels and rocker panels.
But the heavily compacted sand sections.
now that's where I found the Miata's unadvertised sweet spot I was hoping for.
Once we got out of the ruts and holes, the car was able to get back up to a reasonable gallop without overtaxing the suspension into oblivion.
With the RPMs high and traction control off, it only took a little poke of the throttle to get the car loose but its beautiful balance stayed almost entirely intact.
Push and pushed back, just enough, like one of those roly-poly toys that bops up as soon as you flick it down.
The car's poise was relaxed, but still reassuringly.
Where the soft road was wide and empty I could wag the car's butt around corners, at like, less than 20 mph.
And it was wonderful.
Combine that multilateral motion with the drama of sand flying everywhere and the car becomes a whole new kind of heroic experience.
And somehow still safe.
I could have played with it all day, and I pretty much did, until it got too dark to see the big holes I didn't want to lose the Miata in.
Yes, there is some earnest rock-crawling and axle-snapping to be done out in Big Bear if you try hard enough.
No, I wasn't planning on pushing our borrowed Miata to the point of destruction.
Not only would that be sacrilegious, it'd be a real dick move for the nice Mazda people who loaned me their fun and good car.
So to settle any suggestions that I recklessly endangered somebody else's car and make the severity of our "off-road" situation clear– I will say I would have taken my own Acura and its expensive summer performance tires on these "roads" too.
Just maybe a little more slowly.
Not all dirt roads are easily viable in this thing, but the right ones, with just enough softness and slip underfoot unlock a whole new flavor of what it means to, how do I put this, "properly Miata.
It's also even more exhausting than droning down the highway, which is to say you probably won't be excited to do it two days in a row.
But it certainly makes for a Real Adventure, and that's pretty much what the Miata is all about.
So the moral of the story is that a fun car stays fun when you pull a little traction out from under its legs and embrace the slow car fast philosophy even on the dirty.
You might have known that, but I needed an excuse to share these photos with the world.
If you moved from an MG or a Triumph or an original Fiat 124 to a modern Miata and find yourself missing that rough and rattly charm of imminent danger, at least now you know you can get it back! All you need to do is subtract the asphalt.
