When I was a first-year law school student, I jump-started a man's car in a parking garage.
And I was really proud that I had jumper cables, and I knew how to use them.
And he mentioned that he was a member of Congress while we were working on his car.
And I mentioned that I was looking for a summer internship, and he asked me to get in touch
with him.
And he gave me his cellphone number.
So I followed up, I interviewed with people in his office, including his legal counsel.
And I knew that he was on the House Judiciary Committee, and getting ready to consider an
issue that was important to me, and I expressed an interest in working on that issue.
I was excited when they said that I could intern there that summer after my first year
of law school.
A while later, the congressman called me, late on a Sunday night from his cellphone
to my cellphone, and asked me to come to his home.
And he made it clear that his family wasn't there, and said that he wanted to talk to
me about my internship in his office.
And I didn't know what to do, so I called my dad.
He said that I probably wasn't going over for another "interview."
I then called the congressman back and said that I didn't feel comfortable coming over,
and he said he didn't have a spot for me in his office that summer.
That man was congressman Trent Franks, a fellow Republican from Arizona who talked to me about
our shared belief in God the first time we met.
Now, I'll be spending more time on Capitol Hill than he will.
Congressman Franks has resigned because of the way he mistreated women in his office,
and I have the opportunity through Running Start
-- a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that trains young women to run for political office --
to take those young women to Capitol Hill
to help them place in internships, and to help them like one day, they can occupy
those seats of power.
My advice to my future daughters,
or to young women who may be in interested in politics, is this:
1. Say no, leave, or ask to think about anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
2. If you have a trusted friend, family member or mentor who you can call,
call that person and ask for their advice.
And if you don't feel comfortable sharing with even one of those trusted folks,
call us at Running Start.
We'd be happy to talk to you.
3. Know that it's not your fault.
No matter what you were wearing, or what you may have said, or how young you are,
it is not your fault.
4. Speak up. Tell your story.
That may mean different things for different people at different times, but it's important,
whenever and however you feel comfortable, to speak up and share your story.
5. Imagine what you'd say to yourself 20 years from now when you're the type of role model
who you look up to.
Imagine the power and confidence you'll have in yourself, and try and channel just a little
bit of that today.
It's a lot of "fake it 'til you make it."
But I think even members of Congress are faking it 'til they make it, and I hope that young
women today will think of themselves powerfully like that.
The last thing I'd say is, I'm really scared to be sitting here.
I'm white, I'm straight, I'm cisgender, I'm well-educated, and at this point I have a
lot of political experience.
But it's really hard to speak out.
And so, for folks who may face additional barriers
-- people who are LGBTQ, people of color, people aren't able-bodied, people who are immigrants --
their challenges in sharing their stories will be immensely more difficult.
What happened to me all too common on Capitol Hill.
It's happened to countless young women.
And it has a chilling effect on women's desire to run to for office.
That's why it's so important that we speak up and share our stories and empower women
around us who want to make change to be leaders in their own communities.

Dinosaurs Had a Bloodsucking Enemy - Duration: 5:00.
♩♩Intro♩♩
This week on SciShow News, we're talking about bugs and brains.
Except… not really true bugs, just some arachnids.
But "arachnids and brains" didn't sound as catchy.
Anyway, in a paper published this week in Nature Communications, scientists found two
separate clues that teach us a little more about dinosaurs and their parasites.
For one, these researchers discovered an extinct tick entangled in a piece of a dinosaur feather.
This sample was trapped in a 99-million-year-old chunk of amber from Myanmar, and dates back
to the Cretaceous period.
The big news here isn't the feather itself, though.
It's the tick!
Because finding ticks preserved with direct evidence of what they fed on is really rare.
In fact, this is the oldest known example.
The bit of feather is about two centimeters long and includes more than 50 barbs along
a section of the central shaft.
It's pretty similar to modern-day bird feathers, but a whole range of dinosaurs from the Cretaceous
period had feathers like this, including ground-running dinos and more bird-like species.
So we don't know exactly what kind of dinosaur the tick was feeding on, but since this was
before modern birds existed, we can definitely rule them out.
And that one species wasn't alone in its taste for dinosaur blood.
This paper also looked at a separate piece of amber from the same period, with /indirect/
evidence that a different extinct tick was also a dinosaur parasite.
These ticks weren't all tangled up in feathers, which is why it's indirect evidence.
One was full of blood, and another pair of two ticks were preserved close together.
The pair had some other junk on them, too — these hair-like structures called setae
that came from larval dermestid beetles.
This family of beetles is still around today and some species like to hang out in bird
nests, eating stray bits of feathers and skin... all that delicious stuff.
We know some dinosaurs built nests too, so both the ticks and beetles were probably living
in one, hoping to score a meal.
The researchers also say that a drip of plant resin would be more likely to trap two unfed
ticks at once if they were hanging out in a nest together.
But, Jurassic Park aside, we won't be able to clone a feathered dinosaur from blood in
any of these old ticks.
No one's ever actually extracted DNA from insects preserved in amber — there are just
too many things that can go wrong or break down.
So for now, that's still the stuff of sci-fi.
But our second topic is something that happens to humans all the time.
Picture this: you're walking down the sidewalk when you realize that, right where your foot
is about to land, is a pile of dog poop.
You see it there, and you desperately try to adjust, but you know... plop.
You're weight is going down any way and... it's happened
But a group of researchers from Johns Hopkins University may have figured out why it's
so hard to stop doing something while your body is in motion.
Previously, scientists thought that only one region of the brain — part of the prefrontal
cortex — was involved in sending that last-minute "stop!" signal after the brain directs
our muscles to move.
But now we know that getting this signal out actually requires super-fast coordination
between two different parts of the prefrontal cortex, plus part of the premotor cortex.
To figure this out, scientists gave 21 human subjects and one macaque monkey mostly similar
tasks while taking a peek at what their brains were doing.
The humans had their brain activity monitored with fMRI, which measures general blood flow
patterns.
And the monkey had electrodes implanted in its brain to monitor some individual neurons.
We didn't do that to the people... because we didn't want to cut their brains open.
In the main test, the subjects saw one of two shapes on a computer screen, which told
them whether blue was going to mean go and yellow was going to mean stop, or vice versa.
Then, a black circle would pop up, and the study participants would quickly move their
eyes to look at it.
But if a blue or yellow dot appeared, they would have to either stop or keep going with
their eye movement, depending on that initial shape and its meaning.
A previous version of this experiment used a simpler task.
But doing it this way let the researchers estimate signals related to different parts
of it, like watching for the shape on the screen versus sending the message to stop
motion.
The data suggest that one part of the prefrontal cortex identifies and interprets information
signals, and another part registers the intent to stop the motion.
Both regions seem to coordinate with another brain region in the premotor cortex, which
controls the eye movement.
And whether they successfully stopped or not or not depended on the timing.
The researchers calculated that if a subject's decision took more than about a quarter of
a second, then the original "move!" signal was already on its way to the muscles and
couldn't be changed or stopped.
They even suggest that this could help explain why people might stumble more as they get
older — aging brains communicate more slowly, so they might not be able to put on the brakes
as easily when they need to.
But, as always, there's a lot more research left to do.

Vision HERO Tinity is a great offensive element, because when is summon, it duplicates its ATK, which added to the 2500 of ATK of Honest Neos turn it into a monster of 7500 of ATK capable of attacking 3 times.

This motorhome was MADE to Entertain - New Concept Motorhome Full Tour - Duration: 7:56.
Hi, it's Lucy with Campingcarjoa.
I here with Union RV.
The model we're looking at is the CF420BE.
This is a concept car.
The interior is really unique.
Looking at the side
It has streamlined curves
And pleasant lines all the way up to the cab.
This is a overhead bunk area.
From the outside you can see
that it is quite wide.
The body moldings are really nice.
It also has nice details below.
It's not just here but the front as well.
It really stands out.
If we open this hatch
you'll find a large storage space.
You can already see the dark concept.
Above you have several LED lights.
And a very large awning.
Just behind the drivers seat
Is a 15 meter AC land power extension cord.
Open this back hatch
Is the cassette for the toilet.
Press up
And pull.
The first time I ever used one
was pretty hilarious.
You can see the video by clicking on the 'i'.
The back molding is really modern.
Very clean and pretty lines.
Below are you backup sensors.
And up above you have the rearview camera.
Before we go in
we have a surprise visitor from Union RV.
She's going to explain some things.
Can you introduce yourself?
Hi, I'm Ms. Park from Union RV.
Oh my gosh, you're very pretty.
Please show us around the interior of this motorhome.
This motorhome wasn't meant for production.
It was built as a concept car.
We wanted to make something we hadn't seen before.
So we made it in dark tones.
We just wanted to show Koreans
a new style they hadn't seen before.
Below we installed a manual step.
This is a standard feature on our motorhomes.
The interior is so lovely.
I think it's especially attractive for men.
Right.
Our concept is dark tones.
This is a new concept here.
Over on this side we have a refrigerator.
And a microwave.
Next to that is a cupboard.
We paid attention to little details like the handle here.
Down here you have more storage space.
Just press and pull them out.
Above that is the sink.
You can see here.
Over on this side is the bathroom.
A standard feature inside the bathroom
is a built in cassette toilet.
We gave a lot of attention to bathroom design.
It's luxurious right?
After using the toilet
you can pull out the cassette from outside.
And on the opposite side
You have a sink.
Below and above the sink is storage space.
When you enter
the first thing you'll notice is the spacious sofa.
By lowering sofa table
you can turn it into a bed.
And it's very large space.
If you look this way
you can see we deliberately left this area open.
There's just a closet on this side.
We wanted to keep an open feel to the space.
Above is a overhead bunk bed
The bunk bed isn't small.
Even most adults can sleep comfortably.
The lighting is done in a blue tone.
So you can have a festive feel when entering.
Over here you have a TV.
And above is the audio controls.
The audio is all touch screen.
There are speakers on either side.
Both front and rear for a total of four speakers.
So it's nice to sit
And have a quality audio experience.
Another detail we spent time on
You can see to profiled cabinets.
We're one of the first companies to do this.
The profile gives it a nice look
And taking a look inside
You have very deep storage.
All the way around.
This feature will be very useful.
Above in front is a two way fan.
So when it get's hot it extracts the warm air.
So in the summer
just having the fan on keep the air pretty cool.
Next to that is the air conditioner.
The aircon is another standard feature.
The aircon can both cool and heat the air.
Just above us is a skylight.
The skylight can open and close.
There's also a blind and bug screen.
On both sides we have these large windows.
Built in you can lower a bug screen
and raise up a blind.
All the window in here have a blind and bug screen.
In the back there is also a small window above the sink.
That also have a blind and bug screen.
To make a café atmosphere
We installed the large windows on both sides.
So when you are having coffee or a drink here
You'll feel like your in a café.
This is the fist time we've come to a show.
And the reception has been overwhelming.
I think the reason for this is
people can see the attention to detail.
We also spend a lot of time
on the parts you can't see as well.
Thank you so much for spending time with us.
Oh.. I was so nervous.
On our channel
other than me
you're the first woman that's appeared in our reviews.
I was so nervous I don't know if I explained well.
But thank you.
Thank you so much for helping us.
If you liked this video and Union's RV
Make sure you click LIKE.
Keep cheering us on.
We'll see you in the next video.

Savage Stealth Evolution Review Test #1: Unknown Distance Challenge (6.5 Creedmoor) - Duration: 14:06.
welcome to the social regressive today we're going to be shooting the unknown
distance challenge which is a difficult drill for both the shooter and the
spotter they have to figure out the distance to these targets right here
this is just a clay pigeon set inside one of these Duraseal clay pigeon
target holders these things are really slick you just take these things into
the ground and we're gonna be putting these things just at random places out
in a field and then the shooter and the spotter have to use their either rifle
scope or the the spotting scope and this has a milling reticle inside it so they
can use this to try to get an estimate to the distance to the target and then
try to shoot it with a single shot if they can but just try to to nail that
down in as few shots as possible last time we did this we use the savage model
10 GRS and 6.5 Creedmoor and we are going to be using a new rifle this is
one that I know that a lot of you guys have been waiting to see this is the
savage 10 be a stealth evolution and I gotta say that all the hype out there is
well-deserved this thing is it's a beast it's really really neat rifle it is just
very solid and it kind of upgrades over the last stealth and that you do get
kind of a top cover for the handguard to get a lot more rail space if you want
want to run irons or if you want to put some kind of night-vision device out on
the end of this thing you also get the big other significant upgrade is the
Magpul PRS Gen 3 buttstock so this includes the usual cheek riser and you
know kind of butt pad spacer out here that you can adjust but you also can
adjust cant on the butt pad and you can raise and lower it you just loosen up
these two screws and you can move this thing around so you can make this thing
fit you or the next shooter in line and you can make this thing very comfortable
so yeah this thing as far as I can tell and just limited testing so far it's
very very accurate wonderful rifle it is still chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and we
will be shooting the same ammo as last time this is federal American Eagle 140
Green open tip match ammo that performed very well for us in a very similar
configuration and remember that this barrel even though externally it is the
same it's fluted it's a varmint taper 24 inches this one is different on the
inside it's a 5r rifling on this twist is the same I think it's a 1 and 8 so we
should get pretty much the same ballistics out of this and it's going to
be just a real lot of fun today 10 round magazine here in the bottom and then up
top Bushnell has loaned us this HDMR2 scope which I'm just in love with I love
that Horus reticle first focal plane mrad everything very very clear crisp
glass this is going to help us a whole lot this will actually be more precise
than the the spotting scope that we're going to be using to figure out
distances this one will actually be a little bit easier to figure that out on
the muzzle end of the barrel you'll see that I have replaced the muzzle break
that comes on it from the factory I put on a suppressor adapter and a suppressor
we're gonna be shooting quiet today just because there may be some folks inside
the house that we don't want to bother and it really aids communication between
the shooter and the spotter now let's do a little refresher real quick on the
method that we're using to to figure out range to target which is the big deal
shooting something at a known distance you know we have our ballistics chart
and that's all worked out so that's easy enough but where things get tricky is
figuring out how far away this thing is in the first place so we're using a
method that I employ when I'm out prairie dogs shooting if I know vaguely
the size of my target then I can use the lines inside the scope I can measure how
large this thing is you know between those lines and then from that I can
look at a little chart that I've created and that'll tell me how far away this
thing is on an estimate the scope that we're using works really really well for
that just because it has so much precision in the reticle this thing will
measure 0.2 milliradians if you use the lines it's down to like point zero six
or something so you can measure very very fine details and we can get the
distance to that thing so once we have this
from there you know we look at the drop table figure out just how much drop to
apply to the scope and then we we try to figure out wind based on Mirage and
other wind cues let's get to it okay
well it looks like I was to the right a little bit
dc2 got another Doug measure about 0.5
yep that's what I got it puts 275 one up one left or rather one at point one left
oh yeah I could watch that bullet sail in there is a gorgeous yeah now pop out
the lower-right on that yeah you did all right yep maybe about 0.35 yeah roughly
okay so that's 375 yards yeah all right so that's 1.7 and then point to windage
give it just a little bit extra okay that was high give it point two on the
wind and bring it down just a touch hold on yeah that one skipped off the ground
yes honestly the feel of the rifle is great I do like the extra cant on the
grip here not a huge fan of the stock the the last time we did the unknown
distance challenge with the what what stock was on that one the GRS the GRS I
love that stock that's probably actually one of my favorite stocks out of shot
the rifle itself though is amazing the platform fills the scope as we found out
last time we did this challenge is just amazing I mean the scope is just dead-on
you've got enough markers in there that you can accurately estimate your
distance your windage everything you need but you don't have so much that
it's too busy and it's actually in the way of your shot yeah the bolt it's
very smooth I mean honestly it could probably use just a smidge more oil on it but that's
nothing against the rifle the trigger is amazing I am loving this trigger
okay
extending
I'm reading 0.8 perfect side-to-side and for a five mile an hour wind looking at
0.2 perfect hit
just under 350 okay 1.5 you vertical
oh it's clean okay your side to side looked dead on what do you think - high -
high's what I'm guessing I'll bring it down to one point - oh yeah in the
background okay I think it's closer to point four point four puts us at between
325 and 350 okay well I saw it to the right okay
Oh money that was beautiful I backed off the wind a little bit the
Mirage is nice
you hit him right in the heart highway it's right side now you hit him
right in the lung yeah here are my final notes after today's shoot this rifle is
just solid very well put together it feels great in hand accuracy is
spectacular it was just easy to take out these things I missed a couple out at
the long range you know so I had to take a second shot it was just an issue of
the wind really just you know not reading how much wind there was it was a
little bit more than we were expecting mirage was a little tricky to read today
it's a you know it's a pretty cool day but eventually we could we could kind of
see what the wind was doing and yeah it took me just you know two shots to get
the far two targets and of course hitting that steel silhouette out there
it was just easy as nothing yeah this thing is it's really just squared away
it's nice to have that adjustability when Cole was shooting you know he
adjusted some things on here to fit his body a little bit better the grip I was
expecting this grip to be a little bit annoying just to be honest the the Hogue
grips they have you know that backward rake to them which even on an ar-15 I
really like something it's a little bit more vertical and really if there were
just one part to swap out it might be that but really actually I felt pretty
darn good today - I didn't mind it one little bit so yeah everything just
worked together really well of course the Bushnell HDMR2 that I did that
review on wonderful scope this did a great job there was apo I shift a point
of impact shift with with the suppressor on there I originally zero this thing
with the the muzzle brake on and the muzzle brake is very effective by the
way it works very very well so we'll do some shooting with that a little bit
later but yeah running with the can here I just had to adjust I guess it was
point nine had to bring my point of aim up or I had to bring my point of impact
point nine Milliradians and then we were
with everything else a lot of fun shooting today thanks for coming along
on this and we will be having more parts to this series we're going to be just
doing all kinds of fun stuff I think we're gonna shoot eggs again with this
rifle and we're gonna shoot some paper we're gonna do some stuff work out some

Black Protester Hugs A Nazi And Asks 'Why Do You Hate Me?' - UPROXX - Duration: 3:11.
What would you do if you were face-to-face with hatred?
Would you yell?
Would you punch?
For Aaron Courtney, a high school football coach from Gainesville, Florida, the answer...
was hug.
Courtney was on his way out from a protest against white nationalist Richard Spencer's
speech at University of Florida when he spotted his chance to confront someone who hates his very existence.
He had just one question:
"Why the f*ck you don't like me?"
But Randy Furniss, a neo-Nazi skinhead, didn't have an answer.
Instead, he stared.
That's when Courtney, taking his father's teaching as a bishop to heart, offered Furniss a hug.
And, finally, he got an answer:
It's a gesture that a former white supremacist recommends as more effective than a punch,
and Samantha Bee recently even dedicated a whole tongue-in-cheek segment to it.
"I would imagine in the history of the world, nobody's changed their opinion because they
got punched in the face.
Because it now makes them the victim.
So...hug a Nazi."
Christian Piccolino now runs a Life After Hate, a counter-radicalization group, and
says that the key to reaching and reforming white supremacists is understanding.
"The best way to destroy hate...is with love.
"I'm sorry. You said what now?"
Daryl Davis, a blues musician from Chicago, has also employed love and understanding as
tools in dismantling hate.
Over the last 30 years, 200 Ku Klux Klan members
have given up their robes as a result of their friendship with Davis.
"If you spend five minutes, just five minutes, with your arch enemy, you will find that you
have something in common with him or her."
But many don't agree with Davis. In a sit-down with two Black Lives Matter activists in his documentary, Accidental Courtesy, he tries to explain his approach
"We all have to live in this country together. We do."
Otherwise we're going to end up self-destructing."
"Instead of spending time collecting the history of hate, why not spend that time trying
to collect the history that was stolen from us?"
Critics of Davis and of those trying to fight hate with hugs, ask: Why must the burden of
being the bigger person continuously fall on the oppressed?
And, specifically, on people of color?"
And while the concept of hugging the racism out of a person is attractive.
The reality is that doing so puts yourself at risk when facing someone
whose entire ideology is at odds with your safety.
It's a question that separated schools of thought in the Civil Rights movement, too
Malcolm X urged for equality "by any means necessary..."
While Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. preached about the "weapon of love".
There's no manual for how to erase hate and intolerance.
What is the right way to approach a Nazi? Is there one?
But if there were a chance you could, somehow, open someone's eyes to a new perspective, through kindness, would you?
For UPROXX, I'm Steve Vasquez.

This Will Make You BELIEVE In The Flat Earth Theory - Duration: 3:03.
The flat earth theory has exploded in popularity, millions of people are looking it up to learn
more about it.
Flat earthers also believe that nasa and the US government are lying to everyone, and are
keeping the true nature of our earth from us.
There are a lot of people who believe that our earth is flat, and they must believe it
for a reason.
Ever wonder what those reasons are?
I'm going to fill you in here on IO.
What is good flat earth loving potatoes, this is inform overload, where we overload you
with information.
My name is charlotte, and tell me in the comments below do you believe in the flat earth theory?
Whats the most compelling piece of evidence you have been told that makes you believe
in the flat earth?
Flat earthers believe that everything we have been told about our planet is a lie.
They believe Our big blue planet is not an orb, but a pancae.
Images taken of the earth from space are fabricated.
The moon landing was faked.
Firstly, There are a lot of pictures of the earth from space that nasa says are taken
from the international space station.
Those pictures show the curvature of the earth, because the space station is far enough from
the earth to be able to see it.
But there is another explanation, the curvature could easily be faked using a fish eye lens.
Fish eye lenses distort the edges of a picture, which could make almost any landscape look
like its round.
That's why many photos taken by nasa show a curvature, but apparently amateur photos
taken with rockets or drones do not.
That's according to flat earthers, not according to me.
Next up, if the earth is round, why don't planes have to fly downward?
When a plane is flying around the earth, it flies straight, if it needed to go around
a round earth why don't pilots have to keep angling the plane downward?
HMM?
Furthermore, if the earth is a ball, and that ball is spinning, wouldn't it be a lot harder
to fly to the east?
Let me explain.
If youre in an airplane and the atmosphere is moving in the other direction at hundreds
of miles per hour, it would take twice as long for a plane to get to its destination.
How do you explain that?
HMM And perhaps the most compelling question of
all surrounding the flat earth theory, Why would the government want to keep the true
nature of our earth from us?
Well the reasoning is that theres a lot of extra land that comes along with a flat earth
means more natural resources.
If everyone knew about all the oil past the earth we know about, the price of oil will
drop.
By keeping oil rare, companies can charge insane amounts for it, and we, consumers,
will have to pay for it.
Of course, I am only providing insight into what the flat earth society believes.
Until proven otherwise, perhaps by mad mike hughes, the earth is round.
Why do so many people bother believing in a theory that our current understanding of
science refutes?
According to researchers, people are more likely to believe conspiracy theories when
they are feeling excluded, isolated and vulnerable.
Believeing in a conspiracy theory is a way for people to feel like they have gained back
control.
So the growing number of people who believe in this theory, could tell us something about
our own society.
That is all for this video, if you enjoyed it, you should also check out this video over
here about the man who wants to send himself into space to prove the earth is flat.
That's it for me, later taters.

It's Darkest Before Dawn - Duration: 7:39.
Its Darkest Before Dawn
by Therese Zumi Sumner
So, lets try to take a look at the good news first.
We have been informed by Cobra that a full-scale battle for planet Earth is taking place right
now on the sublunar plasma plane.
Is this good or bad news?
Id say good, wouldnt you agree?
We are in the process of being liberated right now!
Is that not good news?
Besides the removal of the plasmoid entities on the plasma plane we hear that On the
physical plane, the Light forces are purging all negative Secret Space Program factions
in sublunar space.
All members of those programs are given an option to unconditionally surrender and accept
the Galactic Codex or be cleared out.
Then more good news!
The Light forces are also purging all negative factions that were trying to hide in Antarctica
and above the Arctic circle, especially on Baffin Island and on Novaya Zemlya:.
In a massive operation in late November, about 80% of the infrastructure and personnel of
the dark forces has been removed from Antarctica.
And then more good news!
Underground cloning facility under Long Island has been cleared out.
And then more good news!
In March of this year, many members of the Cabal were taken underground into the Resistance
for questioning and then released back to the surface with their memories erased.
David Rockefeller could not handle the stress of that questioning and died of the heart
attack a few days later.
Now, some members of the Cabal are being taken to undisclosed locations on the surface of
the planet for questioning as a part of massive investigation that will lead to mass arrests:
The situation is simply too delicate for Cobra to give us more information about the Event
right now.
Think strategically!
The more that we find out the more the dark will find out and no doubt put us all
in a more vulnerable situation.
So, we must endure this time have patience in this time try to be places of calmness
and love for those around us.
These are definitely not easy days on this planet.
All kinds of tensions building up and running high here and there.
The dark ones are manipulative putting it mildly and because their sad nature is not
inclined to either negotiate {their words cannot be trusted} nor surrender, they attempt
to do as much damage, create as much suffering as they can until the last minute.
Yes, some middlemen might consider surrendering to survive but not the ringleaders.
It seems that the dreadful fires in California have been ignited by targeting many locations
with directed laser energy weapons.
We most likely will not be informed of the correct figures regarding casualties.
In this weeks update Ben Fulford says First, though, we need to look at the extremely unusual
events taking place in California.
These days, the citizens of that state must be feeling like the Solomon Islanders did
during World War 2 when the Japanese and Americans fought on their land.
There is now very strong evidence that energy weapons like lasers are being used by opposing
factions in California, agree Pentagon and NSA sources.
Videos have emerged showing what appear to be laser beams coming from the sky and
setting off fires.
Furthermore, buildings are being completely destroyed by fire, while trees standing next
to them are unharmed.
I hear people expressing a sense of heaviness and sadness pervading the atmosphere at present.
This should not be so difficult to understand when you consider that there is a full-scale
war taking place both on the plasma plane and the physical plane.
Karuna 5
I was thinking when Cobra posted the Karuna 5 video that many readers might not know the
background story to this video.
In the ongoing war between the Chimera and the archons and their Jesuit and Illuminati
minions against the Allied Light Forces I found some details that Cobra informed us
about from the summer of 2015.
First, he called for a meditation to help Free the Colonies.
It is time to take action again!
It is time to take the destiny of our world and the Solar System in our own hands!
Therefore, we will meet in groups large and small, as individuals and couples, on May
30th this year.
Many of us will gather and assist in the breakthrough of the Multidimensional Operations Solar System
(MOSS) to support the Light forces which are now liberating our Solar System from the last
vestiges of darkness.
In the past, many human beings were living as hostages in slavery in many of the colonies
throughout the Solar System that belonged to various secret space programs.
You can read a relatively accurate summary of those programs here:
In 2012, the Light forces have cleared our Solar System of all secret space programs
and their colonies that were not directly protected by the Chimera group.
Unfortunately, a relatively small number of colonies and implant stations throughout the
Solar System has been protected by Chimeras strangelet bombs and human beings are still
living there in slavery and generally the extent of ritual abuse in these colonies surpasses
what people have experienced on Earth.
These colonies are now in the process of being cleared by the Light forces in the current
phase of the MOSS, and humans who were captured there are being liberated and given healing.
A very critical and sensitive part of the liberation operations will happen on Saturday,
May 30th.
The Light forces have asked for the support of the surface human population, so that the
liberation operations proceed as smoothly and as peacefully as possible.
We then got this great news report after the meditation.
Free the Colonies activation was a big success.
The critical mass of the surface population required for this activation was lower because
we were dealing with an off-planet situation and it was reached easily.
The most critical part of the Breakthrough operations for our Solar System was taking
place between May 28th and June 2nd (2015) and is now complete.
The vast majority of Chimera bases and implant stations, including implant stations on Iapetus,
Enceladus and Mimas {photograph}, have now been removed.
All hostages from those colonies have been set free.
The very long story of our liberation and the many phases of the war in the entire solar
system are available to see in one place here after an introduction to the many groups within
the Light Forces.
Yet know that we are truly in the final days of this war.
Whats taking place now on both the plasma plane and surface physical is all happening
below the moons orbit.
We cannot be that far away now from Victory of the Light.

But, as always, there's a lot more research left to do.

say it's oh and I'm back forty pounds lighter skinnier thinner so if you haven't
read from the title how I lost 40 pounds in three months that's what this
video is gonna be about yay this video is not sponsored by anyone but if you
want to sponsor me New Life Gym or whoever else or if you
want me to help you lose weight the way I did even though you should go to the
place I went to then just message me before we start
this video make sure to give this video a thumbs up comment and don't forget to
subscribe and click the little bell for notifications every time I upload Bell
will save your life down low tell you what I'm here no tell you what I'm back
which is hopefully every week now I went off from school let's all round belong
get right into this video okay so in April my cousin's started a weight loss
challenge and I was curious about it I was like you know what do you guys have
to do what happens if you guys don't know what this challenge is it is called
the new life weight loss challenge well I did it they don't even know it's
called but like you thought that's what's called look pretty sure it's
basically a challenge to lose weight and my group they did a top-10 like we were
a group of like almost 60 people but then I'm like - top 10 - number one then
like the people are when prices are three to one third place wins a three
month gym membership second place wins $150 and first place wins $1,000 I'm not
gonna say what place I was but I will tell you at the end
you'll play the whole process and make where I am not today and yeah so it's a
weight-loss challenge but I'm not gonna tell you everything because then it'll
just ruin it then you guys to do with our home Windley better to go there
basically when it's your first time doing it you pay a hundred sixty or a
hundred sixty-five dollars because you're in the potluck so when you first
do this challenge you pay 160 or 165 and then if you want to do it again it moves
more weight you pay 115 because you could only be part of the competition 1
then after that is just for your own self and you want to lose weight
personally I didn't want to place in it I just wanted to see if I was gonna lose
as much weight as my cousin's is it the first time because when I saw the
results of my presence after their first challenge I was like game have to do
this so I signed up right away I got motivated I was like eh it's time to
change this fucking fat bottom right oh that how I don't miss you I'm not
saying I'm skinny not like I was I was pretty fucking big back then basically
in a challenge every week is a new challenge so the first week was you
drink 7 bottles of water a day and that's my friends is throughout the
whole challenge you will drink 7 bottles of water everyday nothing else you can
forget about coffee you can forget about milk you can forget about coca-cola you
can forget about your soft you can only drink water for the past 3 months which
is a big step for me because I fucking love milk and ice coffees but like I
couldn't fucking drink them it was actually really really easy for me to be
honest I cut milk and coffee the day of the challenge they said no more that I
cut it they're never gonna cream to drink those things throughout the whole
challenge I love water not like water is so good for you it's the easiest thing
to drink hurry up this thing still recording came here man I was saying all
this and I wasn't recording like shit for outside so that's the
first challenge then they start cutting off bit by bit throughout this challenge
you will only be having fruits and eggs for breakfast nothing on your eggs not
even a little pretty bit of salt no milk in your eggs then they start
crediting your lunch and your lunch it becomes me but let me tell you this is
the hardest part of the freaking challenge this part caught me so fed up
of meat that I wanted to become a vegetarian our one point that I was like
I'm actually considering it meat clean no salt no spice plane no ketchup no
nothing you freakin ate that shit and you chew and you chew like it would take
me a half an hour at least to finish my whole freakin plate on six cubes of meat
any shot water to like freakin wash it down the vegetable starts coming in
after the few weeks we will have to eat the meat first protein then you eat your
veggies because not like I think cleans you there are cheat meals and those are
like the best days my cheat meals were Chinese buffet for my first Chi me oh my
second meal aha jukebox burger nose frickin Grange so started the challenge
within the first week just with the water
I dropped about three four pounds just drinking water and cutting everything
else off by the way at this challenge you come in the first day they measure
you they weigh you and that will be your thing from the beginning of the
challenge to the end of the 12 weeks I started this challenge a 260-pound about
three four years ago I was 295 pounds you imagine a girl not
skilled when I saw her I felt disgusting in a year I dropped about 30 pounds
let's say but maybe it was either my baby fat or was cuz I started smoking
cigarettes and my 295 pounds that was scary man I was like yo you're about to
hit 300 what are you doing 295 pounds went off 260 from November
2015 all the way till I started the challenge
I stayed between 260 265 I maintained my weight for a whole frickin almost week I
don't know but I maintain my weight like that I did not go up at the level down
this challenges were really made me go down to 259 and I was like heal 260 is
gone and that's what you see that's what makes you keep going you see like ok I
just lost another 10 pounds you're like oh my god let me try to get through a
240 now let me try to get the 250 let me try to get to 230 220 and that's really
what it is you workouts at the gym every Monday
they encourage you to work out more when you're at home like when you work when
you have school I would work on twice a week if I woulda worked out a bit more
though whoa okay I didn't win the challenge I would probably want the
whole challenge but did a girl that did when she lost so much weight and I'm
very very proud of her the girl that won the challenge lost fifty to prom
I lost 62 pounds I'd be close to my goalie I'd be really close to my boy my
goal weight right now is to get down to 190 which is the weight I should be I
could talk about this all day long to be honest because like I thought of myself
I'll honestly fucking proud of myself I think I was ever gonna be able to like
fit in clothes that I want to wear look better like my frickin neck went down
two inches 9 to 5 inches my neck went down and you see it I might before and
after picture if you want to see it I'm gonna force the right now
I'm so proud so I started seeing myself losing weight losing weight and I was
like okay I could do this and my cousins were like maybe you could actually win
this and that was in the last two weeks and that's where I was really like okay
let me do this let me do this I'll show you my measurements right now I lost an
inch and a half of my right thigh I lost two inches on my right arm I lost six
inches on my waist that's insane my neck I lost two inches my chest I
lost three inches and finally my weight this is crazy I lost with the challenge
I started on 260 pounds and I ended at 225 that's 35 pounds and that was a week
ago and I lost another five pounds this week so right now
I lost 40 pounds 40 pounds that is insane I lost 13 point 44 percent body
fat when I saw that the fuck is the weigh you in take your measurements
before they crown the winner and when I saw that I was like wow that's 35 pounds
and not straight five pounds I'll never get back I will never let myself get
back to what I was because I fucking hated myself when I was like that and
I'm a very confident person and people don't like that about me they're ugly
people who hate themselves and get mad when someone loves and songs
I'm not the type of person to hate myself
I didn't myself when I was you I really really did but I still always had that
confidence in me even when I was big I thought I was all it
I really wasn't pull it really was it but it's always good to have that
freaking mentality it's not gonna care what people fucking think and you go out
there and you if you want to lose weight you do it if you're I'm speaking out for
you and plus-sized people when I see someone plus-sized a guy or a girl and
they're dressing nice they're happy with themselves they like dress the way they
want they don't care what people think not
mean that's a powerful strong person because I know what it feels like and so
do they and I encourage everyone to love themselves but then there's people and
that's for the haters and by the way for the haters instead of letting your
little steam out on Twitter and through your mouths maybe you should go to the
gym and let the steam out there I think you could use it after what I've seen
and what I've heard I'm not gonna mention any names in this video because
I don't want to ruin anyone's self-esteem but if you don't know who
I'm talking about you could just message me I'll gladly tell you I just want to
ruin anyone's self-esteem because clearly people think there's so much
higher than everyone else but the people who know me personally
know exactly what I'm talking about ok back to what I was saying so in the
12 weeks I lost 35 pounds so we get in the way us they measure us and Holly
litter was pretty cool actually like they named all the people that didn't
please everyone is a winner in this because everyone lost weaned everyone
lost weight which is just it's incredible to know that you could lose
weight just in 3 months and a big freaking amount I was freaking out when
I saw what I was able to do so the time came and they started saying all that
like all the people that didn't place then they're like if your name wasn't
called and I'm like something I got up he's like top 10 right here and her
naming names they mean names so then it was down to the top 4 I was still
standing and I'm like ok we're number up top 4 leaves and then he's like this
person lost 35 pounds 13-point 44 percent body fat mr. Anthony and I was
like wow I just want third place but here is the plaque to prove it yeah it's
called the new life fitness weight loss challenge I got third place
and free gym membership by the way the guy who does this name is Frank and I
would like to thank Frank for everything he does for everyone your program your
challenge your gym is incredible in credible you sure to like the people who
are on a lose weight then Frank if you're watching this thank you so much
and I can't thank you enough for motivating everyone for pushing us for
making us do it Frank swimming thank you crown third place and and now they tell
you you know how to eat now you know how to have a healthy lifestyle you know how
to lose weight continue using it and don't let go I still drink my water I
drink I do drink iced coffee Don because the challenge is over but other than
that I'm not eating everything I see because I'm hungry
I swear this challenge make sure what table ilysm so fucking skyrocket hi I
shit on everything after hey my body is a machine now I get full my stomach
shrank so much I won't eat a full plate I'll eat less than a full plate and I'll
be like I'm good enough to eat more back then I was a freakin vacuum I everything
I saw so fuckin bad I was so bad and I wouldn't chew my food seriously when you
eat that meat teaches you that okay let me - let me treat you because it won't
go down don't think tastes good that's when you
realize not everything that tastes good is good for you and now I'm speaking as
a play oh I love sweets and I know everything normally honestly this
challenge opened my eyes I don't want to be how I used to be I want to be myself
as I am now look at this I bought army pants yesterday why am I

How to Take Sexual Predators Out of Entertainment | We the Internet TV - Duration: 3:15.
Every day it seems like another male celebrity is in the headlines because of accusations of sexual misconduct,
or being outright sexual predators.
Now, both fans and critics are asking, "what should happen to their work?"
It's an age-old question dating back to the first cave drawings.
When our male ancestors would draw upon the walls of their shelters,
and then pull out their cave dicks in front of non-consenting cave women.
[CAVEMAN] Grog sex predator. But deer he draw so lifelike.
What Caveman to do?
[LOU] I don't know how our prehistoric ancestors handled these things,
and as a culture, we're still trying to figure it out.
As Claire Dederer writes in The Paris Review,
"The awful thing disrupts the great work;
we can't watch or listen to or read the great work without remembering the awful thing.
But what if I told you there was another way?
That it is possible to separate the art from the artist
if you literally separate the artist from the art.
Take House of Cards: without Kevin Spacey playing Frank Underwood,
how can the series survive?
You be the judge.
Using We The Internet's patented Artist Erasure Technology,
we have removed Kevin Spacey from the entire first five seasons.
Check it out!
(somber music)
[CLAIRE] Adam donated ten photographs.
(silence)
He's staying at the Mandarin.
(silence)
Here.
[LOU] Now that is some gripping entertainment.
And Robin Wright's performance is even more masterful without Kevin Spacey in it.
She carries that scene.
Erasing the artist from the art, or in Charlie Rose's case, the interviewer from the interview,
can actually be a vast improvement.
[FRIEDMAN] So if you want to know what Bannon's ideas look like
the morning after the morning after, study Brexit, okay?
When he tells you you're a globalist, I'm a globalist...
[LOU] Thanks to Artist Erasure, neither Charlie Rose's boring interviewing skills,
nor the thought of him pathetically coming on to interns,
can ruin an otherwise enjoyable interview.
Oh, and you have to watch the one he did with Kevin Spacey to see just how good it can get.
[SPACEY] I just haven't spent as much time up here as I have with him, but whenever...
(eraser sounds)
(silence)
[LOU] I'd say the Kevin Spacey episode is all about the set design anyway.
And even without Louis C.K. actually onstage, the laughs are still coming.
[LOUIS C.K.] Like that's most...
(eraser sounds) (feedback)
(audience laughs)
[LOU] I'm imagining him doing a bit about masturbation, but I am not consenting to watch him.
With the next generation of technology, we'll even be able to erase problematic politicians from history.
And anyone we're uncomfortable thinking about.
(music)
[LOU] You can erase it before you even research it.
There's no limit to what this technology can do,
for you, for me, and of course, for the arts.
Hey, it's Lou from We The Internet TV.
If you're still seeing me, that means I haven't been accused of sexual misconduct yet.
Make sure to hit the subscribe button over here to keep up on all of our latest videos,
and let us know what you think.
Can you separate the art from the artist?
Let us know in the comment box below.
I was...not pointing at my penis.
