Kalune - Cannelle (CLIP) - Duration: 4:21.

She was the last female bear from the pyrenees

her name was Cannelle

the animal was killed by a hunter

during a boar hunt

kept on schedules despite the annoucement

of the bear's presence

Her bear-cub, Cannelito stands all by himself in the valley of Aspe

He is now an orphan...

she was the queen of our mountains, humble matron

throughout the ages, her fur was her crown

she was the guardian of the creek

atracted by the moon's reflection on the water

she was the legacy from a so ancient world

that wolfes barked like dogs in front of her

looking towards the summit and the permanent snow

it was Cannelle's kingdom

last female bear of an old lineage

diserving representative of our beautiful pyrenées

on this soft land where cows graze

Men hunted their ancestors

centuries of eco-killing

and hunt under the worried look of bearded lammergeyers

maybe it was logical, or maybe destiny

soon Cannelle will disappear...

Adieu paura (goodbye poor thing)

she was the queen of our mountains

adieu orsa (goodbye bear)

but the world didn't need her anymore

adieu paura (goodbye poor thing)

between France and Spain

adieu orsa (goodbye bear)

was Cannelle's kingdom...

she saw villages grow

the white heavy smoke of agricultural burning

she saw bigorre become what it is

cables and pylons crossing through the valley

scared by the cowbell's melody

everywhere pastures, fences and meadows

alone against the threat of loosing her crown

always more and more sheperds to feed the men

Then huge dams where built around her

shaping artificial lakes in the landscape

hundreds of roads, tourist's homes

holes in the cliff as a shortcut

contemplating the disaster

regreting bird's silence in the trees

in the shadow of the mountain, sheperds wandering about...

Cannelle, how many species disappear in the silence...

in the shadow of the mountain, sheperds wandering about...

Cannelle, how many species disappear in the silence...

goodbye poor thing

she was the queen of our mountains

goodbye bear

but the world didn't need her anymore

goodbye poor thing

between France and Spain

goodbye bear

Cannelle...

You were the last one standing, goodbye our queen

madness is human, a never comming back line

they reintroduced some slovenians bears

but your kind is gone, extinct forever

when, in front of your bear-cub

by the hand of an hunter, and every thoughts that come along

you were murdered for no reason

on november the first, 2004, in Bearn...

E.U.A (PENTÁGONO): MILHÕES DE DÓLARES COM PROJETOS SECRETOS PARA INVESTIGAR OVNIS - Duration: 6:11.

Hello everybody, How are you?

The title of this video is that even if you you see, that's why you need to watch

to the end and leave your opinion in the comments.

It is controversial, but it's bullshit and large.

But it is the ultimate proof.

The US always hid secret projects, obscure funding for research discs

flying.

You accompanying this channel already know, because I made at least three videos about it.

However, recently the Pentagon acknowledged who developed a secret program to investigate

the existence of UFOs that lasted five years when US defense officials have changed

priorities.

Matter is the New York Times published on Saturday (16-12) brought the program to

investigate UFOs worked between the years 2007-2012 and gasp.

It costs the annual budget $ 22 million dollars that were distributed secretly.

According to an article the initial investment It came at the request of the former Democratic leader

Senate, Harry Reid of Nevada that there is enthusiastic spatial phenomena.

But mind you: The newspaper says that the program still exists, its members investigate

episodes of possible UFO calling the attention of members of the defense service.

The Pentagon acknowledged openly that the program existed.

The name was: "The Advanced Program Identification Threats Aviation said second Laura

Ochoa who is spokesman for the Pentagon.

According to Laura the program came to an end because the Department of Defense decided to invest

money on other priorities.

However, the Pentagon did not make clear if this program is the US interest, since

the Defense Department takes seriously all threat and potential threat to our people,

our values and our mission.

And more: The department performs an action whenever a reliable information is

available.

Hear that?

Performs an action, ie, the field when there is something strange, unidentifiable,

They understand?

Former Senator including left on left Twitter a message: "The truth is out there.

Oh really".

Well it is a few questions?

It was just this project that had hidden money?

Yes, the budget was secret, that is, the term It is this hidden money.

But there's more: If UFOs do not exist, because spend 22 million dollars on this?

If flying saucers are the result of insane minds, all nonsense, where did all money?

Today we have information, journalists and people that go through each centimeter, but before and,

in 60, 70 for example, I was free to that?

It really was just this program?

If this bill passed, nobody vu or heard, or deputies and senators, what else is

hidden?

They are simple questions.

My opinion many already know: The machine government is well understood when it comes

national security more.

In my view, this is obvious. Just put ourselves in their shoes and think would not do the same?

For example: Sao Paulo to the capital.

If a UFO Full stop at Cathedral Square, the do you think would happen?

Remember the Brazilian barely buy rice and beans is our reality, imagine

the freaked these stop in the square?

I think and it is guessing, my aunt for example: Say, is the apocalypse, the end of the world is

ghost, Pererê out, ect.

We will be more or less there.

Well ... who doubted's there, a shot in the heart the skeptics who lhem calls conspirators,

inventacionistas, and everything.

But you see, was not the first time that United States admit it, it has happened before

with two projects, that there is then more a personal test.

Those who follow this channel, you know, I have treated tirelessly with several videos on

secret experiments, testing technologies advanced, projects at NASA was caught in a lie,

tests with highly modern aircraft such as the TR-3B ASTRA and all aircraft before the three-3B.

Even talked here lies or that I I call NASA omission, but also

I talked about the importance of FILTER on the hype that anyone that disqualifies

everything NASA and other agencies bring.

You have to have balance not everything, not everything it is true.

Guys, would you share important and this video on facebook groups and whatsapp

which for obvious reasons will yield much debate.

It's your chance, take this video to send one classmate, but do not say I did not say

I was right?

Do not be arrogant, we do not need it.

Just say this: And now and I hope the answer.

I count on you, leave your opinion here, big hug and even more.

Life with Bipolar: What They Don't Tell You - Duration: 3:12.

Hey guys! It's Hannah.

Life with bipolar disorder – what people don't tell you.

I remember when I was first diagnosed with bipolar two disorder.

It wasn't just that I had a diagnosis.

It was like I was on this road where I had all these dreams about the future

and I faced this obstacle, this really difficult obstacle,

which was getting this diagnosis.

And instead of being taught how to overcome it

or using it to build myself and continue on that road,

it was like I was picked up and put on a completely different road that led to failure.

And that's what I believed for so many years.

And I know that's what so many people, who live with any mental health condition, think.

That the minute they get a diagnosis, their life is over.

Because that is what people tell us.

What people don't tell you about life with bipolar disorder is that you are smart

and you were capable of success.

And it's a challenge and it's a struggle but it's there.

I mean when people get diagnosed with diabetes,

do their doctors and all those people around them tell them:

"You got a diagnosis of diabetes and your life is going to be just okay."

No! They don't say that at all.

They don't say anything about that.

They just focus on the condition, how to treat it

and how to get that person to a place where they can thrive in life.

They definitely don't do that with mental health conditions.

They didn't do that with me. And I'm sure they didn't do that with you.

It wasn't until I realized that I'm the one who's gonna have to tell myself this.

That those of us with a mental health condition are gonna have to work as peers

and build ourselves up.

I am allowed to be ambitious and strive for success.

And even though I have bipolar disorder, that doesn't mean I can't do that.

And, actually, some of the most brilliant people that I know in this world

have bipolar disorder. And that's the truth.

They don't come forward with it because of the stigma;

which sucks because they could really help so many people out there.

Even though I don't blame them.

What people don't tell you about living with bipolar disorder is

you don't just have to exist.

You can be alive. You can thrive.

There is a side of your mind that can be utilized differently than others.

I'm sorry but there is.

We have emotional depth.

We have these abilities to see things from a different life,

to think outside of the box.

So down below, in the comments section,

or do a response video,

I want you to tell me what your hopes and your dreams are.

You want to be successful? I do!

I have tons of plans for the future.

I mean I'm shooting for the stars.

And once I get to the stars, I'm going to be shooting for something else.

And I want to hear what you have to say

so we can work together to try to find how we can get each other there.

And I really look forward to those.

And I'll see you next week.

Bye.

Are You Tricked By These Optical Illusions? - Duration: 3:20.

Hey there and welcome to Life Noggin.

Isn't it awesome that you can hear, see, or feel words and get an understanding of

what someone is trying to tell to!

I love words, especially ones like awesome sauce and wonder turtle[a].

Words are just a part of this wonderful thing called language and I'm super curious where

language comes from in the brain!

Let's find out together.

First off, what is language?

According to the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders[1], language

is the expression of human communication through which which things like beliefs, behaviors,

and knowledge can be shared, explained, or experienced.

It's based on a system of conventionally used signs, sounds, gesture, or marks that

can convey meaning within some sort of group or community.

As such, language is a little different from speech, which is more simply just a verbal

means of communication.

But where does language come from in the brain?

To help us figure it out, let's look at what happens when you hear a word and want

to say it yourself.

Generally, to speak the heard word, the information must first get to your primary auditory cortex.

Your posterior speech area comes into play, including Wernicke's area, which we'll

talk about more later.

The information travels to Broca's area and eventually ends up in your motor cortex

so you can say the word yourself.

It's similar for speaking a word that you read, but your primary visual cortex is involved.

Wernicke's area seems to be super important to your comprehension of sounds and language,

as damage to it can lead to something called Wernicke's aphasia, where a person can lose

the ability to understand language.

They can often still speak clearly, but what they say is often confusing and empty of content.

This is typically referred to as "word salad".

Broca's area seems important to language as well, but moreso on the end of generating

articulate speech.

When it's damaged, it can lead to Broca's aphasia, which can make it harder for a person

to speak.

They can typically still comprehend language, but have difficulty replying in ways that

are coherent or grammatically correct.

Beyond these parts of the brain, language might also have something to do with a gene

called FOXP2.

This gene appears to be essential for the development of the speech and language regions

of your brain and it seems to influence language development.

Mutations in this gene can even lead to language and speech disorders.

And to all my bilingual friends out there, I've got some pretty cool news for you.

A recent study[1 found that language shapes how the brain perceives time and that people

who speak two languages fluently can think about time differently depending on the language

context.

It's evidence on how language can creep into our senses, which is pretty cool!

What language you speak might also have an impact of what's going on inside your brain.

For instance, some believe that speakers of Japanese think differently than other languages,

particularly more Western ones.

However, if true, it seems a little unclear if the potential differences are due to the

languages themselves, or morso due to culture.

It sure is interesting how many different languages there are in the world!

Let me know the ones you know down in the comments!

Bonus points if you can speak robot.

Make sure you come back every Monday for a brand new video.

As always, I'm Blocko and this has been Life Noggin.

Don't forget to keep on thinkin

2017-18 season.

The Brazil international scored 13 goals and made seven assists in 31 appearances in the

Premier League last term.

The Reds midfielder helped Jurgen Klopp's men to secure a place in the Champions League

with his assists and goals contributing to a fourth-placed finish.

Coutinho attracted interest from La Liga giants Barcelona in the summer transfer window but

the South American wasn't allowed to leave Anfield.

Indeed, the 25-year-old handed in a transfer request but Liverpool FC refused to alter

their stance on their number 10 playmaker.

Coutinho has already scored nine goals and six assists in 14 games in the Champions League

and the Premier League this season ahead of the trip to Bournemouth.

The South American has been linked with Barcelona ahead of next month's transfer window.

Former Liverpool FC defender Lawrenson doesn't believe Barcelona will sign Coutinho in January

given the Brazilian midfielder is cup tied in the Champions League.

"I think Coutinho has waited so long and if it happens, it happens in the summer,"

Lawrenson told BBC Radio 5 Live.

"If he goes to a Champions League team, he can't play after January.

So what's the point."

Liverpool signed Coutinho in a £8.5million deal from Serie A giants Inter Milan in 2013.

"You Didn't Wake Up Today To Be Mediocre!" - Study Motivation - Duration: 10:30.

I want to make sure that every single day that you are alive that you make it

count and you take the sweeter choices of life that God has given you because I

want to ask you right now if this was your last thirty Seconds to breathe how

would you be remembered well you're a giver encouraged or where you were take

up will you a bitter person did you encourage people to in your actions in

your life did you help them or did you discourage them did you take that time

to say hey how you doing and they look to the ground and say oh you know I'm

okay no look at me how are you doing we are here for one

another this is the ministry this is Jesus this is the light and I want to

tell you I'm sure that if any one of us were as was at a road and there was a

three year old kid in the middle of the street sitting down playing with rocks

on the street and a bus was coming and the bus was about to kill him you have

plenty of time to get up off your seat go save that kid will you say that kid

of course you will you don't know his name you're gonna say that kid you don't

know his religion you're gonna save that kid you don't know his sexual

orientation you're gonna save that kid because what we are the light and love

in the bridge to Jesus Christ we need to understand that it's not just doing what

we think we need to achieve or have some people think that things get easier when

you get married go talk to some married people some single people are like I'm

not happy but I know I'm gonna be happy when I get married dude if you ain't

happy single you ain't gonna be happy married can you hear an Amen yeah you

guys already know it right you got talking so what do you want how do you

act who are you make today count dream big

only execution matters burn that into your nervous system get a tattoo do

whatever you need to do to remind yourself only execution matters thinking

about it feeling good about it those are awesome but if you have a vision of

something you're trying to do become whatever and you don't execute against

it and I don't need you to want to bail build a big business if you tell me you

want to be the greatest parent of all time then I'm gonna ask you what are you

doing to execute on that goal what are you doing how do you define it

what are your deliverables what are the metrics by which you're judging yourself

and by the way if you don't want a grand goal you don't need one but then say

what I'm trying to do is get centered I'm trying to experience happiness even

that you can begin to look at ways that you can improve that it's not enough to

have a great idea and the focus and the conscientiousness to see it to fruition

you must have the strength and the resolve and the courage to pursue that

idea even when the rest of the world thinks you're insane time and time again

if you look at the stories of extraordinarily important entrepreneurs

there is almost always a moment when they are the only ones who believe in

the value of what they're doing you know I tell in my book the story of my book

David and Goliath the story of invar comprar - I key a and the crucial moment

in the in the story of IKEA is when he faces a boycott from the other furniture

manufacturers in Sweden and he's about to go out of business and in desperation

he moves his operations across the Baltic Sea from Sweden to Poland and

sets up shop in Poland and that's what IKEA is IKEA is essentially furniture

ship flat made in Poland that's the original elevator pitch for IKEA what's

interesting about that as he does it in 1961 at the height of the Cold War at a

time when East and West Communist world and free world are closer to outright

war than at any other time in history a guy living in the West Sweden

crosses the pond to Poland the Iron Curtain and sets up shop you cannot

imagine what a controversial move that was that's like that would be like

Walmart open operations in North Korea literally it's on that level of kind of

eyebrow-raising you've got to be kidding me

who is this guy kind of thing but he does it and he persists and he turns his

back on all those critics why because he is a deeply disagreeable person didn't

need people to agree with him right and that's how he's able to build IKEA into

this extraordinary runaway success story that's very hard to do as human beings

we are hardwired to want the approval of our peers dress is not your enemy

there's another myth which is Oh stress diminishes my energy stress gets makes

me unproductive stress makes me tired stress is actually a very valuable tool

it's a force that pushes you past your comfort zone and extends and grows your

capability intellectually when you're pushed against the tough problems or a

deadline it increases your your mental capability physically when you are

pushed beyond your physical comfort zone whether it's you running more or lifting

more weights or doing more physically that will actually grow your capability

but here's the key stress is not the enemy a lack of refueling and renewing

and recovery against the stress you face every day at work is really what

depletes your resources and causes you to lose your productivity to lose your

momentum to lose your motivation to lose your energy here's what I'm suggesting

every day find some time to recover and renew again stress some ideas your work

in one of the best things you do one hour a day to work out push yourself

renew yourself your energy another simple idea meditation

meditation is gone mainstream it's nothing new agey is nothing soft there's

a ton scientific data that will show you to

renew your energy and your mental focus so you are at your product the best

meditation is a great way to do do that number another simple tip to recover is

just shift gears so if you were working on a piece of creative work picked up

something maybe some light reading for 10 or 15 minutes something that makes

you feel a bit relaxed it will give you that recovery and then the final tip

that is really really important go for a walk you know just go walk around the

block so you reset your mindset so you come back even more energized as it was

there a moment when you saw what was being built and it suddenly started

taking off and you thought wait a sec there's actually could be something huge

not just a personal project that I'm getting nice feedback on but a kind of

an explosive development to the whole technology world not really I mean the

big point for me really was not when it was becoming huge it was when it was

becoming little right the big point for me was not being alone and having ten

maybe a hundred people being involved that was a big point then everything

else was very gradual going from a hundred people to a million people is

not a big deal to me well I mean maybe it is if you're if you want to sell your

result yeah it's a huge deal don't get me wrong but if you're interested in the

technology and you're interested in the project the big part was getting the

community then the community grew gradually and there's actually not a

single point where I went like wow that just took off because it I mean it took

a long time relatively like those words self-help or self

management or self-improvement I don't really like what those words have come

to mean these days because there's a lot of people out there that are constantly

trying to improve themselves by looking for the one change the one change right

the one change in their life that's gonna make their dreams come true and

even worse on top of that there's a lot of people out there a lot of self-help

guru these hyperactive motivational speakers

and these other self-appointed modern Zen yoga warriors that they're

trying to sell the one thing they're trying to sell the nine steps or the

enlightened path that's gonna allow you to unlock all of your human potential

and fulfill the dreams so you can live the life that you've you've always

wanted to live

now I'm no guru and I definitely don't claim to be I'm just a man but I will

tell you this it isn't one thing and it isn't ten things and it isn't a hundred

things it isn't a quick path and there are no

shortcuts

meditation won't get you there and neither will a miracle drug or an

organic supplement or some superfood

getting better isn't a hack or a trick or all one change that you need to make

getting better is a campaign it's a campaign it's a daily a weekly it's an

hourly fight an incessant fight that doesn't stop against weakness and

against temptation and against laziness it's a campaign of discipline the

campaign of hard work and dedication it's waking up early and going to bed

late and grinding out every second in between every single day so you want to

get better you want to self-improve stop looking for a shortcut and go find your

alarm clock and find your discipline and fling your guts and your passion and

your drive and find that you will and then and then you will find your freedom

This Is Why You Should Never Wash Raw Chicken Before Cooking It! - Duration: 2:14.

Do you normally wash your chicken before you cook it?

A study shows that 90% of American housewives and cooks wash their chicken before cooking.

This may seem harmless, but it actually has several health risks.

Chicken is extremely rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals.

It's also moist and full of water.

These characteristics provide the perfect environment for microorganisms to develop,

if the meat isn't conserved and handled in impeccably clean conditions.

According to scientists at Drexel University, when we wash chicken in the sink, we might

be contaminating the whole area.

Water can splash off the chicken, up to 20 inches away in any direction.

These splashes of water can carry bacteria, and may land on clean dishes drying in the

dish drainer, or on nearby food and contaminate them.

Raw chicken can carry two very common bacteria: salmonella and campylobacter, which may have

many consequences, from diarrhea to the development of an autoimmune system disease.

According to several published studies, 47% of people who wash their chicken are affected

in one way or another by these bacteria.

It's important to remember that the bacteria present in raw chicken will be eliminated

when you cook it.

However, if the bacteria is in the sink, it won't.

This is such a serious subject that two colleges in the United States started a campaign called

"don't wash your chicken."

In order to avoid contamination, anytime you are going to prepare raw foods (vegetables,

beef, chicken or fish), move any food that is ready to eat or clean dishes away from

that area.

After touching the foods, disinfect the affected area with hot water.

A zero tolerance policy for Trump's zero experience nominees - Duration: 4:03.

A

zero-tolerance policy for Trump's zero-experience nominees

One week after President Trump won the election, some Washington residents protested against

him on the Capitol grounds.

One sign, illustrated with an outline of the District of Columbia, read, Dont Drain

my Swamp.

The federal capital's incestuous network of revolving-door cronies and entrenched bureaucrats

have so protected and increased their own power in recent years that the five wealthiest

counties in America are all within commuting distance of Capitol Hill.

These swamp creatures complain that Trump is bringing in too many outsiders.

Beltway insiders consider it a crime that the president has nominated critics of agencies

to head those very agencies see Scott Pruitt at the Environmental Protection Agency

and Scott Garrett at the Export-Import Bank when in truth, it's praiseworthy.

Trump should wear those criticisms as a badge of honor.

But he seems in some areas to have confused the value of bringing in outsiders with a

disregard for expertise.

On more than one occasion, the president has hired or nominated people clearly unqualified

for the job.

Were not talking only about Trumps "Apprentice" co-star Omarosa Manigault Newman, who was

run out of the White House last week, but she is a fine example.

She has a Ph.D., and is ordained as a minister, but how she was qualified for a top job in

the Office of Public Liaison was never explained.

She seemed to lack the relevant networks, personality traits, and experience to do the

job well.

She was blasted as having absolutely no standing in the Black community, nor any institutional

knowledge of Black Republicans or the Republican Party.

Personal loyalty and name recognition are no substitute.

Of more consequence have been Trumps nominees to lifetime appointments requiring Senate

confirmation.

Matthew Spencer Petersen, Trumps nominee to the U.S. District Court for the District

of Columbia, put on an embarrassing performance last week before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

He admitted under Republican questioning to having no courtroom experience as in,

none and to a glaring ignorance of common principles of legal doctrine.

This sort of nomination is damaging, first and most simply because the country needs

qualified judges and administrators.

Second, filling a district court slot with a subpar conservative shrinks the high-caliber

conservative bench for higher court openings in the future.

Third, it gives ammunition to the Left.

Liberals assert speciously that any judge disapproved of by the left-leaning American

Bar Association shouldnt be confirmed.

They even tried to say this year that devout Catholicism disqualifies a nominee.

Putting up unqualified nominees makes it easier for the Left to confuse the friendly mainstream

media that a good nominee is similarly not up to snuff.

Ideology or personal loyalty arent enough.

The Trump administration needs to demand relevant experience and knowledge before hiring or

nominating anyone.

Until the administration starts maintaining such standards, it will be up to Republicans

in the Senate to enforce them.

I love cooking but my fatigue doesn't. What easy kitchen hacks do you have? - Duration: 2:33.

Trevis, I love cooking but I have fatigue. What a easy kitchen hacks do you have?

So I suppose that in the professional kitchen world like we're standing now we

prepare food it's called 'mise en place' - things in their place - and it usually

takes about two hours of prep for every hour of service. So I believe that

preparing, chopping, cleaning, dicing, par-cooking, blanching all of that can be

very helpful at the time that dinner comes out also if there's a day

that of the weekend may be that things are a little bit slower for you,

you don't have to get up as early, or you can stop and start as you need doing some

meal preparation in advance can be very very helpful

What type of preparation do you mean?

Well it can be everything from from poaching off a whole chicken or braising a stew

and a lot of these foods are actually better a day or two after anyway, so take a hint from a

professional chef and everything doesn't have to be done 'a la minute' - right at that moment -

when it's time to serve some things are actually better if you do

them a little bit in advance when you have the time and energy. There you are.

As a chef what would be your one top tip to a person living with MS whose trying to cook?

You know my number one top tip as a chef actually doesn't have

to do with the cooking it has to do with the eating and this might sound a little

odd but I have motor skill issues, fine motor skills, and I spill food all the

time okay there's nothing worse than having food all over you. So no matter if

I'm going to someone's house or I'm doing it at home I 'forget' to take off my

chef's apron, and so even if I'm going to someone's house I'll bring a

loaf of bread so I can put on an apron and slice it and then 'forget' to take my

apron off when I sit down on the table and then I don't waste a shirt.
