The MOST ELITE Special Forces in the World - Duration: 7:00.

Almost all countries have a special elite unit of soldiers that have been trained both

physically and mentally to fight enemies when the job is a bridge too far for regular soldiers.

Months of grueling training, which is too much for most aspiring elite soldiers, also

teaches them to endure and withstand punishment and torture.

We don't know many of these elite soldiers because for the most part what they do remains

a secret and with it their identity.

They work in the background for much of the time, and only occasionally do the public

hear of their missions.

They provide their own citizens with security, but for their enemies they are ghosts to be

feared.

Today we'll look at the best of them, in this episode of the Infographics Show, Most

Elite Special Forces in the World.

Don't forget to subscribe and click the bell button so that you can be part of our

Notification Squad.

Number 9.

SSG – Pakistan Also known as the Black Storks, the Special

Services Group was formed in 1956.

They assist the army in numerous conflicts and military operations, as well as serve

the country in countering terrorism.

The training is grueling, but that's a given for this list.

You can join this band of soldiers only if you have at least two years' experience

in the Pakistani armed forces.

Training takes 9 months and includes such things as a 36 mile (57.9 km) march in just

24 hours.

With Pakistan's borders always on high alert, these are some very courageous soldiers that,

unlike some units on this list, are in danger throughout much of their careers.

Number 8.

GSG 9 – Germany One might think that compared to SSG, Germany's

Gren-zschutz-gruppe 9 is not very busy.

But as a police tactical unit, they are involved with matters not so much concerning protecting

borders, but stepping in when the job is too big for the police.

This might include terrorism, but also kidnapping and extortion.

Their last known mission, for instance, was the 2016 mass shooting in Munich.

They've even been involved in taking down Hell's Angels.

They may not have the most rigorous training on this list, but as a special police unit,

they are hard to beat.

Number 7.

MARCOS – India The Marine Commando Force is India's version

of the U.S.'s Navy Seals or the UK's SBS.

Their motto is "The Few, the Fearless."

They deal with anything from counter-terrorism to fighting pirates and operations underwater.

In 2015, the India Times gave 15 reasons why this Special Forces outfit was the best in

the world, although the evidence was no more compelling than a few other units on this

list could provide.

They do have a very difficult 2-3 year training period, as it's a continuous process, and

apparently 80 percent of trainees drop out early.

It includes "5 weeks of Hell", according to the Times, consisting of long marches,

sleep deprivation, and arms training.

If they pass that, they then do their parachute and diving training.

As India has all the perfect spots for intense training, MARCOS spend a lot of time being

thrown into the jungle and left on mountains.

One MARCOS said he did the NAVY SEALS course with ease during an exchange program.

Number 6.

Delta Force The USA's Delta Force is a special unit

of the army that deals mostly with hostage rescue and counterterrorism.

It was actually formed for that in the 1970s following a slew of terrorist attacks.

The unit is relatively small, with just 1,000 soldiers – around 300 of whom are trained

for direct action.

Recruits are taken from the military when they have enough experience, and as it's

a very secretive unit, recruits have to get past many security checks and must also have

never incurred a court martial.

You'll also have to pass a series of physical tests, such as hikes with a 40 pound (18kg)

backpack, and also be able to run 2 miles (3.2km) and swim 100 meters fully clothed.

It doesn't sound as grueling at the SEALS, but trainees will also be pushed to their

psychological limits under interrogations.

Number 5.

Alpha Group – Russia Of course Russia has an excellent Special

Forces unit, with such a powerful military.

The Alpha Group is what the name says, the best soldiers in all of Russia.

Created by the KGB in 1974, the unit helps with police matters but also with military

matters.

This might relate to terrorism, hostage taking, and covert operations in and outside the country.

One such internal operation included the 1983 hijacking of Aeroflot Flight 6833, which unfortunately

resulted in the loss of life of five hostages, but also the capture and killing of the hijackers.

They were also heavily involved with the Soviet war in Afghanistan.

Training lasts three years, and you must be between 22 and 27 years old to start.

They only want the smartest soldiers, so you must have a university education to join.

You'll then have to pass a series of physical tests, and also diving, sniper operations,

parachuting, and martial arts.

Number 4.

SBS The Special Boat Service is the UK's wet

version of the SAS, and has similarities to the Navy SEALS.

Like the SAS, it was formed during World War II as a special covert unit often working

behind enemy lines.

The training is quite similar to that of the SAS, although obviously recruits have much

more challenging training in the water.

In fact, according to an elite forces website in the UK, SBS soldiers believe they are better

trained because the ocean is a much more challenging environment than land.

The counter-argument is that the SAS are more involved in conflicts and are better funded,

so they are put to much more use.

Number 3.

Sayeret Matkal – Israel Otherwise known as the General Staff Reconnaissance

Unit 269, this Special Forces unit like the SAS spends much of its time behind enemy lines.

In fact, it shares the same motto of "Who Dares, Wins".

It was formed in the 1950s and the small unit consisted of hand picked men who were not

just physically strong, but showed superior intelligence to other soldiers.

Recruitment camp itself is reported as hell, with the young men going through intense physical

training without much sleep.

If they get through that, secondary training lasts for almost two years.

This will consist of large and small arms training, navigation and reconnaissance, martial

arts, and an insanely long 75 mile march (120-kilometers).

After that, they will specialize in one or more skills.

Number 2.

US Navy SEALS The SEALS is renowned for breaking people,

and as you will know from our show on this unit, very few people actually make it through

the training.

Not only that, just in the last few years there have been instances of deaths occurring

during recruitment, which have occurred in the training pool and elsewhere.

In fact, in 2016 it was reported that the 9 deaths during training from 2013 to 2016

was more than happened in actual combat.

Although we should say that these were not only due to training, but the consequences

of the stresses of going through it.

Recruits experience a personal hell, literally as the worst of the training is called Hell

Week.

This is when most people drop out.

If you do manage to get through it all, there is no doubt you are one tough cookie.

You'll also have some of the best military acumen in the world.

Number 1.

British SAS You may be wondering why we are putting the

SAS above the SEALS, a unit that has seen its fair share of deaths during training.

The difference is, the SAS has a more vigorous – some might say torturous – mental training.

The physical training seems as difficult as the SEALS' training, and you are expected

to navigate through jungles in Belize and Borneo as well as make your way out of mountain

ranges carrying a heavy backpack and weapons.

This is where the deaths occurred recently.

But there is something even more brutal, and that is the psychological training of the

SAS.

Veterans have said you might get injured doing the physical stuff, but when the trainers

get into your head, many people cannot stand this.

It will include humiliation techniques, being held in stress positions, getting no sleep,

or food, or water, having music blasted at you, and even being locked in small cages.

The sadistic Brits, eh?

Another thing about the SAS is that you work closely with Mi5 and Mi6, which basically

makes you both a soldier and a spy.

So, based on everything you heard about these Elite Special Forces Units, which do you think

is the best?

[ENG SUB] NU'EST W L.O.Λ.E RECORD EP. 8 - Duration: 12:31.

After a long time,

We're going overseas.

We haven't visited Taiwan in a really long time, right?

It's been about 2? 3 years since we visited Taiwan.

The menu from Seoul to Taipei

Ta-dah

I'm going to eat Choice #1, beef.

I'm going to eat Choice #2.

I'll be having pork.

What do you prefer between pork and beef?

It changes from time to time for me.

Right, it's the same for me too.

Actually, pork is the one that's less burdening.

No.. the cost-effectiveness of beef.

Minki, let's look at this in English.

Recently, I'm studying hard for English.

But even still,

I think if I actually meet a foreigner, I wouldn't be able to speak

There isn't much time left till the concert starts

There are 38 minutes left

Of course I am. All concerts make me nervous.

Everyone

Minki is playing excitedly like this now

Suddenly right before going up on stage

[JR & Aron who are discussing about gestures on stage] Aron: For me I'll do a heart

[JR & Aron who are discussing about gestures on stage] Aron: And for Kim Leader?

I'll go with a wartortle pose

Thank you for your hard work

We just finished our Taiwan concert

Applause applause

Firstly, it was really fun to do a concert after a long time,

Our Taiwan LOVEs

JR: Two, dumplings!

Three, soy sauce!

What am I saying? Anyway...

It was really fun.

How was today?

Today?

We had so much fun at today's stage

I succeeded

When 'Bickering' began earlier on,

I was very sure that I saw it?

I thought to myself that I'll look at the camera and do the heart

But I only realised that I didn't do it when the song ended

"Oh, I didn't do it. What do i do now"

Ah but today was really fun

Thank you for your hard work

Hello LOVEs

This is Minki, Ren.

We had a Taiwan concert today

We did a concert in Taiwan

The LOVEs prepared a surprise

There isn't much time left till my birthday

They were holding placards

and there was "Ren happy birthday" written on it

I was surprised and it was a really touching moment

If you ask what about my daily life I wanted to share,

I wanted to play a song that I like and show you my cleansing routine

What song shall I play, LOVEs?

Paradise

Actually, I really..

Does everyone perhaps know about the new millenium's physical exercise?

(You are now watching teacher Choi Minki who is teaching the movement of "Spreading your wings")

Gather your energy

Towards the sides

One more time, towards the front

This is actually

In elementary school, if I did this exercise,

The kids would all laugh a lot

It's fun

Anyway, I'm about to show you my cleansing routine

Everyone, after I clease my face

Please don't get surprised after seeing my face that will change

I'll begin now. The first step is to wash your hands.

Use a bit of water like this

If you do this, it creates bubbles.

After that, next,

I use cleansing tissues

Tissues are convenient

Wipe it

If you think that you're almost done wiping the makeup off

Foam cleansing

Make enough bubbles

Spread it around your face meticulously

You have to be even more meticulous around your T-Zone, forehead and nose area

It's easy for blemishes to appear around here

Starting from the T-Zone...

Like this

Till your jaw line

Meticulously

Don't I look like an egg ghost?

Next after that,

Cleanse with water

And it's good to use the coldest water you can at the end

It helps in closing your opened pores

Then push your hair back

When it's like this, cleansing is complete.

My cleansing is really simple

With a towel

It's best to not wipe with a towel

Just dab lightly

If you do this

Cleansing is complete

And an important thing,

As soon as you complete cleansing,

It's most important to immediately apply mist/toner/lotion

You can't let it exceed 1 minute

If that happens, game over

Anyway, everyone, was today fun?

At fansigns or at wherever,

There were many LOVEs who said that they're having a hard time or are tired

So even if it's just a little bit, I wanted to be of strength to them

You can look at us and have fun, and feel a bit of happiness

And if that is not enough,

I think it's good to create a leisure time that belongs to yourself only

If you try doing it one or two at a time,

Someday, when you're doing something,

You will discover the things that make your heart at ease and feel better, and relieve your stress

It's a pity to bid you goodbye like this

But I have to turn off the camera now

Sorry

There isn't anyone here right now

This camera lens feels like LOVEs

And it's saying "don't go~"

It feels like that.

It's really time to say goodbye now

Bye

This is the end of Ren's camera today

Bye, LOVEs.

5 Expressões em Inglês que você não conhece. - Duration: 3:10.

Hello again and welcome back.

So, during my classes this week, I covered a number of different expressions and vocabulary

words.

We will not be looking at all of these; although, you can look them up on your own time.

Today, I will be looking at: to be socked in, numbnuts, to mind your Ps and Qs, nonchalant,

and to flounder.

To be socked in is to be prevented from movement; or to be surrounded by something that prevents

or limits your visibility.

This is normally talking about weather patterns or weather.

For an example: an airport can be socked in and/or mountains can be socked in.

If it's bad weather in the mountains you can't drive through.

Numbnuts!

This is what you call someone who is irrational; someone who is not able to think clearly or

intellectually, you might call them numbnuts.

To mind your Ps and Qs: is to demonstrate good manners and good behavior.

Nonchalant: is to be relaxed about something to do things in a calm way.

And flounder.

Flounder is when you struggle to do something clumsily or helplessly.

So, let's go ahead and look at some examples of these.

to sock in or to be socked in: The mountain passes were socked in with heavy fog because

of temperature changes.

Numbnuts: I've always thought that the cast, of the show "Jackass", were a bunch of numbnuts.

To mind one's Ps and Qs: I was raised to mind my Ps and Qs when I am a guest at another's

home.

Nonchalant: His nonchalant reaction to my opposing argument infuriated me.

Last but not least: to flounder.

He floundered helplessly on the first day of his new job.

So, there you have it!

Some more vocabulary words and or expressions.

If you have any questions or comments, please, leave a message below for us to reply to;

if you are on Facebook or Youtube, LIKE and SHARE our video; if you'd like to receive

information every time we release a new video, go ahead and subscribe to our channel.

Until next time, have a fantastic week and keep connected to our channel.

Tchau!

6 BODY ISOLATION TIPS | Help To Improve Your Body Movement – Deberías Estar Bailando - Duration: 10:50.

Hi Bailadores!.

We are Carlos and Claudia,… Welcome to ¡Deberías Estar Bailando!.

The other day we realized, that we have not talked about Body Isolations for a long time.

And this is a subject that we consider very important for our development in the Dance.

So today, we want to give you 6 tips to get the most out of the tutorials

of our Series of Body Isolations for Dancing.

In addition to the tips, we would like to answer some of the questions

that you left in the comments.

Because they are very interesting, and we would like to solve them for all of you who follow us.

Surely one of you has any of these doubts, but has not dared to ask.

Are you ready?,…

Tip #1: The correct position of the body.

The first tip is about the Position of our body when we do Body Isolations.

And it is very important that we adopt a comfortable position

that allows us to perform the exercises correctly.

Although our position may vary depending on the exercise we do,

the main one is this one.

With the feet separated, more or less at this distance and aligned with our shoulders.

You see?.

The legs a little flexed, very important to free the hip and not load the back.

And the weight of our body distributed on the feet.

Neither on the tip, nor behind in the heels.

In the event that we are going to perform shoulders or torso exercises,

we will place our hands on our hips.

In this way.

But be careful with the pressure you make with your hands, or you will have discomfort.

This is normal, because the first few times we are tense and we do strength with our hands,

but it can be avoided when we manage to relax that tension.

Finally, check every so often that you keep your legs flexed,

since fatigue makes us stretch it without realizing it.

Tip #2: Breathing is important.

The second tip is about breathing, and I know it may seem strange

to remind you that you have to breathe, but it is not so much.

It happens sometimes, that by concentrating a lot on the exercise, or by the tension of wanting to do it correctly,

we lose the notion of something so basic, and we can find ourselves holding our breath.

Thing that adds more tension to the work we are doing.

So breathing is fundamental for relaxation.

So better!.

Tip #3: We need to relax the muscles.

And relaxation is the third tip, but not just being relaxed,

but to relax our muscles.

We don't need to use force to move a shoulder, torso or hip.

We are not pushing a train.

What we want is to notice, internalize the movement we make

and that the muscle learns that it can move in a concrete way.

And for that, we should relax and avoid tensing muscles.

This is not easy and we know it, but know how to do this,…

It has a price.

Tip #4: Slow is better to begin.

And what is great to get NOT relax?.

Well, want to do the movements at a fast rhythm.

This is our fourth tip.

Fast, fast, fast!, everyone tries to make quick movements,

and this is a mistake.

Before running, walk. And before walking, crawl.

It is very important to start with a slow movement, to become aware of what we do,

and that the muscles learn.

And once we feel that we already control a bit, we could change at a higher rate.

Take it easy.

Tip #5: Size influences the rhythm.

Fifth tip.

Okay!,…

We already managed to move any part of our body in a controlled and fast way.

Great!,… We are cracks.

But we need to understand the relationship between Rhythm and movement Size.

It is much easier if we want to make large movements, do them at a slow rhythm.

And in the same way, if we want to make fast movements, it is easier if they are small.

Big and slow.

Fast and small.

Tip #6: Frequency and duration of the exercises.

The sixth tip is about the frequency and duration of the exercises.

And this is something more complicated, because not all of us have the same time.

We try to make it 2 times a week and a minimum of 1 hour of duration.

But you may not be able to, besides the tutorials do not have that duration.

So, the total 20 minutes of the three videos, 3 times a week would be a good plan.

But in the end, the practice time is the one that one can dedicate.

Let's now answer questions and comments.

Now we are going to answer some of the comments that you have left us

in the different Body Isolations tutorials.

And since there are many, we have decided to group them in 5 blocks.

How useful are these exercises?.

And let's start with the usefulness of the exercises.

R Ramones tells us: They helped me a lot in the other Dance Styles.

Patricia Ferrin: These exercises are very constructive, both for the one who knows and the one who does not.

These movements are the basis of everything.

Claudia Beatriz: By themselves they are very decontracting exercises.

Patsy Vallarino: Strengthen the column.

Ana Mercantile: What good gymnastics.

Pablo Augusto: We use your Isolation technique to relax the hip muscles

before each class. Heating technique.

Maty Calderon: It comes great for men and apply them later in more dances.

Yes,… Mainly the usefulness of these exercises is to train our body.

To be able to move the hip, torso and shoulders.

Both in Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, Cha cha cha or Kizomba.

But his other use would be to maintain our physical shape, strengthen the back,… etc.

Do a good exercise with them.

And as a heating technique, it's wonderful.

Are they also for men?.

You doubt that if these exercises are exclusive for women

or men can do them too.

And Williams Dámazo asks us: And for men?.

Salvattore Zapata: Luckily he said it is also for men,

because I did it and for a moment I thought it was only for women.

The truth is that Claudia has done the tutorials and everyone is thinking

that it is for women.

But I also do these exercises.

We had already said in some of the tutorials and we had even responded comments.

But this is unisex.

In the end we all need to train our body, to be able to move it in a concrete way.

When will I notice results?.

Another subject that you asked us a lot, is the time for the results.

And Andrés Herrera asks us: In a week you can see the difference by doing it one hour a day?.

Katherine Ortega: I hope very soon to notice the results.

Let's see,… I understand that everyone wants to achieve something quickly, in a very short time

and that also be good.

But this requires time and a lot of patience.

Yes, it is true that the more you perform these exercises, the more the body will be trained.

Before in the tips, we have told you how much you should do this more or less

and how much we do to get where we got.

I recommend you to be patient.

The more you can do better but without finishing exhausting the body. That of course.

I must also say, that you should not be discouraged if you see that they do not come out.

You have to have patience and with time you will see the results.

What music can be used?.

Let's talk about music now.

That you have also asked us a lot.

Cleiders López asks us: The song with which you practice, how can I get it?,

what is his name?, it's on YouTube?.

Vanesa Merino tells us: I would like very much to have that audio so I can train at home.

Y Tairine Vieira tells us: Could you use other music?.

Well, look,…

The music we use for the tutorials is obtained through YouTube.

Any content creator account for YouTube has access to this music.

But it is not essential to use this music, any music that you like

serves to do the exercises.

The important thing is that it is a very marked music, that is, that you can connect very well

with the rhythm of the music when doing the exercises.

We like it a lot, especially for these things, to use music from Kizomba

because it is super marked.

Is it normal to feel pain when practicing?.

And the last block we want to deal with is about annoyance and pain.

Jesica Choque tells us: I finished doing the hip exercises and now my hips hurt.

That is good?.

Mirian Paola tells us: My hip and legs hurt.

I explain,...

As we are moving the body and maybe it is some movement that we are not used to doing,

it is normal to have some annoyance.

It's the same as exercising and then having stiffness.

What should never happen is that there is pain.

Because if there is pain it is not a good sign.

I think there was a comment, in which a woman told us that she had back problems

and that when doing the exercises she felt pain.

And he asked us if this was good.

We are not doctors, but these exercises are very simple and making them very smooth,

you can advance and train the body.

But never reaching the point of pain.

If there is pain, I think that those exercises should not really be done.

It's great and we love that you leave us comments and ask us questions.

This way we can clarify the doubts that you have and we can make videos like this one.

This has been a different tutorial and I find it very interesting.

We have given you a few tips at the beginning, so that you can get the most out

of the Dissociation exercises of the Series that we have.

And now, have been able to respond to your comments that have been many

and almost all of the same theme, that's why the blocks.

It has been very, very good.

So,…

If we have taught you something, a Like is the easiest way to thank it.

And share this video with someone like you, who wants to learn to dance.

If you have not subscribed yet,… What are you waiting to be part of this amazing community?.

Why?,…

Because dancing will change your life,…

You should be dancing!.

See you in the next tutorial. A hug.

NE LAISSE PAS LE DIABLE VOLER TA JOIE || DON'T LET THE DEVIL STEAL YOUR JOY - Duration: 5:57.

"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" John 10:10

Welcome if it's your first time on my YouTube channel

And welcome back to you my dear subscribers

WELCOME

ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL

DON'T FORGET TO LIKE

AND TO LIVE TO INSPIRE

So today I want to talk about : DON'T LET THE DEVIL STEAL YOUR JOY

I don't know if you listened to the verse I read, you can find it in John 10:10

And if you haven't listened to it the right way

You should go read it again or restart the video

Why I am saying this ?

These last few days I realized how much I let the devil steal my joy

Because we don't perceive the definition of joy the right way!

We have joy based on situations, on the circumstances we deal with

An this AIN'T good

When you accept Jesus in your life, you are immediately overwhelmed with joy

I don't know if you remember when you said YES to Jesus

How your heart was light

How you were filled with a extreme peace and extreme joy

To the point where....

Kay, I gotta to chill...

Anyway! I wanted to say that when you meet Jesus, joy fullfills you

And it is supposed to be. Because it is God's joy, the joy God himself put into your heart

And God never take this joy back

But there is a someone else who's trying to steal it tho.

You know what I'm saying ?

Satan !

This thief who's trying to take everything away from you, to steal everything, to destroy everything

Yes Satan's trying to steal your joy and most of the time we let him do it

*tears lol*

I think it's time to wake up guys!

I think it's time to stop agreeing with letting Satan steal what God placed in our hearts alright?

I think it's time for us to wake up guys

I think it's time to stop agreeing with letting Satan steal what God placed in our hearts alright?

I think it's the right time to stop letting Satan steal all the blessings God gave us

Like I told you before I was really sad these last few days,

I let the devil steal my joy, I let the devil steal my peace

Then for a second, I told myself : WOW

Wait a minute !

I was like hold up, hold up , hold up

What is happening to MY joy???

I was fed up to the point where I had to tell myself to pray, to ask God what is going on

Why am I sad, why can't I do it ?

Why, why, why

You recognize that moment when you're asking God "why this" and "why that" ?

This was one of those.

I told myself to stop letting the devil steal my joy

because the circumstances all around weren't looking good I guess

But my God stayed the same

But my God didn't change

The one who was giving me joy was the same!

Therefore the one who gives you joy NEVER CHANGE so your joy shouldn't go away

Yes we're humans so I understand that you l might cry sometimes, you might not feel good

I'm not saying that you have to be callous to everything

God gave to some of us an ultra sensitivity and an low sensivity to others

Some of us might get touched over something, some might not

It isn't the point anyways

What I mean is that you shouldn't let this sorrow, sadness take control

Because it is at this right moment that you break your connexion with God

Because it is at this moment when you let your sorrow, tears and sadness take over your life

is when you think to yourself : "You're not enough for me Lord"

"Lord, your joy, your peace, your love for me, are not enough to give me joy

it is at this right moment that it becomes a problem

I really don't want to be long it this video

I told you that I wasn't joyful lately

I had to back up

I had to back up and to ask the Lord what's wrong

The Lord clearly told me "You're not having a good attitude girl"

"Because you're relying all the mess going on based on the circumstances"

and this AIN'T GOOD

"You need to rely on me, I, the Lord who never change"

So let me tell you today : rely yourself on this God who never change

Stop focusing yourself on the circumstances, on the things you want but don't have

Stop focusing on the things that you were expecting going a certain way,

but not going the way you want them to go

Cause it's life you know what I mean ?

Really focus on GOD

So yeah, that's it for this video guys

I really wanted to encourage you not letting the devil steal your joy

And to really put your joy in God

It's so much easier to be sad and to complain all the time !

But nope

Our God never change alright ?

He is the one who gives us joy

So when everything looks bad take your bible, pick a praise song and start singing

"Even when it hurts" from Hillsong

And start prasing him

Even when I'm not okay, "I praise you Lord"

Even when I'm not okay "I choose to praise and to worship you"

Theses songs which declare that no matter what, you have joy and you praise God

One more thing, being joyful doesn't mean this...........

......

..................

..........

...

Sorry

I was tripping

Being joyful doesn't look like that all the time.

There will be some times where you will be sad, where you will feel bad

If you hear bad news for example you're not going to be like :

............

"I HAVE JOY"

Nope.

I really need to stop this, I need to calm down

It's the morning tho

anyway

Having joy means that even though things look bad, something happened, hurts you,

You still choose to get back up

You choose to stand up and to declare blessings over your life

To declare and proclaim God's promises over your life

And to rebuke the devil's thoughts

alright?

Come on put a smile on your face

Like that

I really need to stop, I need to calm down

I really rea-lly need to calm down !

Be blessed guys, love you !

Of course don't forget to subscribe

right here if you haven't done it yet

and to watch my last video

right here if you haven't done it yet

NYT Can't Find Nazis in the White House, So They Got a Racist Frycook Fired - Duration: 4:09.

For months many Democrats have screamed — and been dutifully echoed by sycophants in the

media — about "bigoted, racist, sexist Nazis" in the White House and the Trump

administration, even as they offered zero proof of that assertion.

The New York Times has been on a quest to uncover evidence of such racist Nazism in

and around the White House, but obviously have been unable to do so.

So, they went somewhere else to find what they were looking for — and ruined the lives

of several people in the process.

The Times posted a profile piece on Saturday titled "A Voice of Hate in America's Heartland,"

which featured a welder named Tony Hovater, who worked part-time as a restaurant cook

in a small town in Ohio.

Hovater happens to openly admit that he approves of the actions of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler,

has disdain for American democracy, believes the races should be segregated and proclaims

himself to be a white nationalist member of the "alt-right."

Naturally, The Times attributed his openness to talk about his bigoted beliefs to the election

of President Donald Trump, and dropped several subtle links throughout the article in an

effort to connect Hovater with normal right-leaning people in America, such as casually mentioning

his attendance at the 2015 Conservative Political Action Conference, also known as CPAC, or

mentioning mainstream political figures or authors he liked.

But, while The Times made no real connection between this racist foot-soldier in an exceptionally

small army of white nationalists and President Trump, as they no doubt intended to do, they

did succeed in ruining the lives of Hovater, his wife, her brother and the owner and employees

of the restaurant where they all worked, according to MSN.

The article from The Times didn't name the specific restaurant where Hovater — along

with his wife and brother-in-law — worked, but it wasn't hard for readers fired up

by the profile piece to figure it out.

The owner of the restaurant soon faced a deluge of hateful hostility for employing and presumably

"supporting" a bigoted, racist, sexist Nazi.

Thus, Hovater, his wife and her brother were all let go from the 571 Grill and Draft House

in New Carlisle, Ohio, which is near the city of Dayton.

The owner of the restaurant even felt compelled to post a statement on the matter, which was

shared by TIPP News, to announce the separation of the restaurant and Hovater in hopes it

would quell the outpouring of hatred upon him and his other employees.

After making it quite clear that he didn't share the same political views as Hovater,

the unnamed owner wrote, "Since the release of this article, we have been swamped with

phone calls and social media messages that are threatening and intimidating to both us

and our employees.

These hateful and disturbing messages are truly saddening to those of us who just want

to serve delicious food and cold beers."

"Due to these very disturbing threats, the employee who was featured in the article suggested

that we release him from employment," the owner continued.

"We have done so and have also released his wife and her brother who also worked for

us."

"We felt it necessary to fully sever the relationship with them in hopes to protect

our 20 other employees from the verbal and social media threats being made from individuals

all over the country, and as far as Australia," he added.

"We neither encourage nor support any forms of hate within our establishment."

He concluded by noting that his restaurant didn't make a habit of checking people's

political party affiliations, and expressed hope that the community would understand what

his employees had gone through and continue to support them with their business.

So there you have it folks — The New York Times attempted to strike a blow at their

nemesis Trump via a dismal effort at linking him with some random racist in small town

Ohio … and only resulted in hurting the man's wife, her brother, the boss at the

restaurant they worked for and some 20 other random employees who had nothing whatsoever

to do with any of this in the first place.

Great job, NYT!

Your next Pulitzer prize will be arriving shortly for this masterpiece.

Taking Some Time Off · NOVEMBER VLOG pt. 2 - Duration: 22:42.

Good evening guys! I am just quite hurriedly getting ready to go out. This is actually

the second time so far this month apart from going to the post office and like

Tesco Express it's the second time that I've actually left the house this month

which is terrible. The first time was for Ozzy's graduation which was right at

the beginning of the month which was obviously a really lovely big momentous

day and it was just- I don't know- it was nice all-round. I've never been to a

graduation ceremony before and obviously it meant a lot; a big like closing of a

chapter and starting of a new one. Also little things, just being out for a meal

afterwards and also the fact that it was at the o2 or the Millennium Dome which- I

don't know- it was nice being there. I enjoyed being there. Just because I don't

know, we used to go there all the time; me and my friends, when we were a bit younger

just because that was like one of our nearest cinemas to go to so it was nice

just being back there and you know they've got loads of nice restaurants

and things in there. And overall it was just a really momentous and significant

day. And since then you may have seen my like first part of November vlog (I don't

blame you if you didn't watch it because it was purely like postage related,

packaging and posting out the orders for my zines) and that really took over a

large portion of my month so far. And since then I've just been working on a

couple of commissions and also just a few video commitments that I had that

sort of piled up in the background throughout the course of October and

through the start of November. So I still have a couple of videos still left to do

this week pretty much. So honestly the stress levels are still not mellowing

out post-inktober. If I had to put it on a scale I would say my anxiety has been

on like a steady eight for probably the last three or four weeks.

Last month it built and built and built and kind of stayed up so I'm hoping that

once I've done these couple of videos , got that done, I'm gonna take a

week off I've decided and hopefully once all that is like out the way I don't

know... my brain can kind of just settle down, get back to normal, because after that I

shouldn't have any reason to really be stressed out anymore. Today I really felt

myself getting quite kind of... winding myself up a bit so just now I decided to

stop what I was doing- I still have like I said I think like two videos left to

edit, one left to film, I was gonna work on editing this evening before going out

but I decided that I would just save that for another day maybe, probably

tomorrow and just to kind of bring myself back down to more of a normal

level, I sat in bed about an hour eating probably half my body weight in macaroni

cheese and I caught up on all the vlogs that I've missed out on over the last

month or so. So I was watching CatCreature I was watching ByBun as always

and Holly Exley and furrylittlepeach as well and it was just a really nice little

time to myself, nice and relaxing tucked up in bed. If you guys are looking for

videos that will really kind of- I don't know- calm you down and transport you

somewhere completely different, it just makes me feel like you're hanging out

with a friend. I would definitely recommend all of them. Holly especially. I

don't feel like she gets half the amount of attention on her channel that she

should. She makes the most incredible gorgeous artwork and her videos are so

well made and she just seems so lovely. Definitely check her out if you haven't

heard of her but I will have all the people linked below that I just watched

today. I feel like if you enjoy vlogs, if you

enjoy seeing artists making art and like their lives behind the scenes and you

know, just calm and like well produced videos then they tick all those boxes. So

having done that, I felt a bit more like myself. Quite pumped now to be going out.

Getting to see my friends for the first time in quite a while.

We're heading to just a local pub there's a pop quiz on every Thursday and

we're gonna go quizzing. I love love love a pub quiz, it's like my favorite thing

to do. And I don't really get to go to them as

often as I would like to but apparently this is a really good one. I think the

reason I love quizzes so much is just that I was used to

being really clever at school and like since I left school,

because I'm not really using my brain so much anymore my intelligence level has

really gone from like I would say above-average to like 'two plus two is

four, minus one that's three, quick maths'

So even though my brain has kind of turned

to yogurt in the years since I left school, I do have a lot of space for

useless trivia knowledge. There's a lot of like a celebrity facts and all sorts

in my brain so I don't know I just I love watching quiz TV shows. And going to

a quiz, it's just the kind of next level. Obviously can't stay out too late just

because like I said I've got a couple of videos still to work on. Tomorrow will be

Friday and then I want to spend the weekend with Ozzy just because he is

starting a new job next week and we probably won't get to see each other as

often as we used to so it'd be nice just to have that last little weekend

together before our schedules get a bit jumbled up. Which kind of means that

tomorrow I'm gonna have to do all that filming and editing and sort it all out

but we'll see how it goes. And then after that I am planning a week off, I think

from social media. I think my plan at the moment is to delete the social media

apps from my phone because I am constantly checking them. I might only

check my emails a couple of times within the week. I just want to give myself a

little bit of breathing room to sort out the stuff that I you know didn't get

around to in the last month and a half. I'm gonna do a lot of tidying and

organizing I think and just getting to get myself back to zero. Get back to

square one and you know carry on the rest of the month, start a new routine

with like being productive, keep up the momentum that I got from inktober but a

much more you know practical level.

All right so I'm just about on track together on time but I think it's time

for me to stop talking and just crack on get my coat on and get out the house.

(the quiz-master was very eccentric)

'Oh shit, hot diggity-daffodils'

'It's not about me tonight, it's about every son of a bitch with a raffle ticket.'

So I haven't filmed in a while. If I'm being honest ,it's not been the

best week and I kind of just wanted to wait until- I don't know- I didn't want to

come on here and whinge and moan basically because I feel like I do that a lot. So I

just wanted to wait until things had kind of blown over. But to cut a long

story short, well I started the week with an email from a customer- a disappointed

customer- which is probably the worst type of email you can get. Now they were

disappointed, not in what they received, but just the fact that they didn't

receive anything at all. And that's something that happens you know

especially after a big batch of orders like that. Of those 350, there are going

to be some that unfortunately don't make it where they're supposed to go. That's

just how the postal system works. Some things do fall through the gaps. And

thankfully that person was really understanding and just completely, you

know, they accepted that it was something that was out of my control and I can

appreciate that, you know they just wanted their money back, they've been

waiting for quite some time. I would like for them to actually just get what they

ordered if I can. But it turns out that this is part of like a larger problem

that's actually become a little bit worrying just because I now have about

four orders that have gone missing in London in this small bracket of time.

Three of those are the zines, one is actually a commission that I didn't ship

on the same day so that's slightly concerning that something that I sent

out on a different day to the big batch of orders has also gone missing in

London. But as I said it's something that's out of my control. It's a tough

pill to swallow sometimes. Obviously there's something going on and I would

love to be able to give people answers at least. You know, people have trusted me

with their money and I can't explain it for them right now. I can't tell them

what's going on because I don't know, and as understanding as people are and have

been, and I really appreciate that- I do feel it you know. I don't want to

disappoint people and I don't want to seem unprofessional. On top of that, I've

also this week been back and forth every day

with paypal. If you remember in my last vlog I did mention

that PayPal had frozen my account so that I couldn't access any of the money

that I earned with the zine sales, and any other money that I've earned in that

time. So all my patreon payments have gone in there and just you know

different commissions and other print orders have gone into that account. At the

time as as frustrated as I was about it and as much of a inconvenience it was, I

didn't think that it would be a huge issue. I thought that once I provided the

information they wanted we'd be back on. But it's turned out to be one of the

most insane experiences, their service has been absolutely abysmal and having

looked into it I've discovered that this is quite a rampant thing within that

company. So I will actually be making a full video about my experience with

PayPal and why after this experience I will not be using them anymore.

I'd be interested to know if that will affect you guys. You know if you visit a

shop online and they don't accept paypal does that affect whether or not you'll

buy something. For the time being anyway I am only accepting cards, purely right

now because I can't access my PayPal account at the moment. Things are alright

for me financially and as stressful a week it's been, the thing that has helped

me really has just need to be as proactive as I can to just do whatever I

can to sort things out. So every morning every single morning, I have been calling

PayPal just to make sure things are moving forward just to kind of push them

in the right direction. And I've called them twice today already,

I called them twice yesterday. I feel like today maybe today we are making

progress- we're making more progress than we have so far. I've also called Royal

Mail about the postage situation, I've visited the post office, I have submitted

claims for those missing things. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the money

back for them but I will be able to at least have those looked into, just alert

them to the fact that those things have gone missing and maybe start some kind

of investigation on that. I also emailed everyone else that ordered from within

London around that time just to make sure that their orders are coming

through. And just doing those little things

helps to ease a bit of stress it's just better for me to be doing something than

worrying about it. But just in the last couple of hours or so I decided to just

kind of remind myself that worse things have happened, there's more to life than

you know PayPal and Royal Mail and these problems- as annoying as they are- they

are things that I will be able to solve eventually. You know it's not the end of

the world and the whole point of this week off... this week off was that

I have had a lot of focus on the business side of things over the last

couple of weeks and I really wanted to just kind of take some time to focus on

the art side of things and so far this week I really haven't done that. So what

I'm gonna do right now is probably just stick some YouTube videos on stick some

music or maybe a podcast and do a little bit of painting and my sketchbook. Just

kind of calm myself down a bit. And I'm waiting for Ozzy to finish work and then

I'll head over to his house, spend Saturday there just you know chill

completely, switch off from everything, maybe go for a walk in the woods or

something. Spend some time with him and the cat and then on Sunday I think I'll

be ready to come back and kind of tackle things face on again. I've limited myself

to two calls to paypal a day so I'm all done with PayPal for today. Oh in other

news I did get to have one really lovely day this week where we got to dog-sit a

little puppy called Woody. He was 11 weeks old,

a cavapoo I think- I mean I don't know dogs- but he was the cutest cutest cutest

thing I've ever seen in my life he was so tiny and fluffy and we just had so

much fun running around and he peed on my rug but I loved him anyway. So yeah that's my

little catch-up for now and and I'm gonna crack on with a little bit

of painting hopefully get like two or three coral paintings done now before

the evening.

Hey guys Can't believe it's December already. I'm just

about to start editing this month's vlog but I can imagine it's not gonna be a

great one. I don't think I have a lot of footage to put together and just in

general obviously have not been feeling myself this month. So I apologize if this

has been such a drag to watch. I think in general this time of year a lot of

people will start to feel kind of introspective ... introspective

.... introspective.... introspective and maybe a bit lost a bit disenchanted.

I know I have had to kind of take a break from social media as much as I can.

Just at the moment feeling like I'm not cut out for it but I decided to kind of

just put the camera down, get back into a real life really and just took

some time to appreciate the things that I have and you know I spent time with

friends. Went for a nice Thai meal with my friend Laura and Wing Wednesday

with Annie and Jodie. Hi Annie by the way, I know you're

watching. And yeah just kind of grounding myself a bit in real life and taking the

time to appreciate the things that I have and how lucky I am. The friends I

have and my family and my health and the fact that you know I get to do what I

love everyday as a living and and I have you guys. And I can't tell you enough how

much I appreciate your love and support. And before we get a bit too cheesy, I

thought we would end this one on a bit more of a positive note with some material

items that also bring me joy. So across this month I have been

sort of acquiring a few new things here and there and I thought it'd be cool to

have like a little haul at the end. So some of this stuff was sent to me, some

of it is stuff that I bought myself, some of it's art related, some of it isn't.

It's all a bit random but let me know if you're interested in this kind of thing

and yeah i'll show you what I got. So the first thing is this t-shirt. This is by

the youtuber Nathan Zed. I've never bought youtuber merch before and I've

also never spent like 20 plus pounds on a t-shirt but I really love him, I love

his videos, I love the message that he sends out and I feel like- as far as

YouTube merch goes- there's a really great message behind this and I love the

design of it. Like it's not just someone that's written their name on a t-shirt

and they're selling it to their subscribers. Like there's something behind

this and I just love the look of it. So I'll leave links as well below to

everything I can. But yeah first thing is that t-shirt. Let's see, I also got this

thing. I'm gonna do a proper video on this this is a prynt pocket I think, so

you put your phone in it... you put your phone in it like this and then you can

go on their app and actually print out your photos. I've haven't charged it so I

can't show you it but like this is an example of one of the photos I've done.

And then the really cool thing is if you go on their app you can actually scan

the photo and it'll play a video of it.

Which is really cool! So I'm hoping to do maybe one of my travel

journal spreads to show a nice quick easy way to print pictures. But this was

sent to me by that company so thank you Prynt for that. I also got this book. This

was a gift from my friend Linden, like a late birthday present.

it's called 'mindfulness and the art of drawing; a creative path to awareness' so

it ticks all the boxes for me. I'm currently reading Art and Fear which

I've mentioned a couple of times but because I haven't had a chance to read

recently, I was planning on starting that book from scratch just to refresh my

memory. So before I start on that I'm gonna read

this one first so I'll let you guys know what I think of it. Another book I've got

and this was sent to me by I think Pan Macmillan publishers, this is the 365

bullet guide; it's essentially like a guide for bullet journallers. So they have

you know different ideas for all sorts of spreads that you can do, different

ways to write lists, different ways to decorate your pages.

It's quite a hefty book, really nicely designed and there are some really cool

ideas in here so if you are sort of looking into getting start with bullet

journaling this might be quite a nice thing to look at. Also earlier on in the

month, received a lovely gift from one of my viewers Teri, who sent me this

really cool palette that she uses for her goauche paintings where you have like

the little pots on the side. She said you can make your paints last like months in

here. So so thoughtful thank you so much Teri and she also sent a note with it

and I was reading the note, she's just got really nice handwriting, and I looked on

the back and realized she actually painted this which i think is just so

incredible. I'm gonna put it with my other forest painting that I did, I think

it would just go really nicely with it. But yeah thank you Teri, so amazing.

Also a really old PO box gift I got a while ago from Christine who won my

giveaway and this was before like I had my PO Box address out there, but when I

sent her the prizes from the giveaway obviously that was my return address on

there and she really kindly sent some stuff back for me. And there were quite a

few things but my favorite thing is this pencil extender just because I don't

know- you know those gifts that are so thoughtful and so like catered for you

because basically some of you might remember my sad little pencil, she'd seen

that in quite a few of my videos and thought that I would benefit from a

pencil extender, which I didn't even know is a thing. So thank you for that

Christine and for all the other little bits and bobs that you sent me. Also

yesterday got a lovely letter from Whitney and this really cool bit of art

that she made. Just really thoughtful and nicely done letter, just so nice of you

to take the time to do this. So thank you so much for that. And obviously no one

has to send me anything. My PO Box address is in the description below and

I do love receiving stuff from you, it's just such a lovely treat, it's such a nice

bonus but you do not need to feel inclined to ever send me anything. And

these last bits and bobs... just because obviously I finally got my money out of

PayPal. The first thing I did- well the first thing I did was pay my mum back-

but the second thing I did was have a little Amazon haul for a few new art

supplies. I wanted to just do some art for fun, do something more expressive

and less like thought through. So bought some new suppl- well first- the first

thing I thought was- don't judge me- these trainers which light up in lots

of different colors. These are actually a birthday present for my sister... whens

this video going out .... she is turning- look at that- she's turning 27 this weekend

and this is what she wanted. So yeah I've got these for her and then for some

fun art experiments I got 10 of these canvas boards, just square canvas boards,

I got some gesso to prime them; this is the Windsor in Newton in Galleria gesso

primer, and then I've got a few different colors of acrylic paint; so I

got a white, I got a black, I got matte rosewood which is a nice

pink . I wanted to make some art for my room so I wanted to get some colors I

felt would go quite nicely in here. And I also got this hookers green

because I thought that that would go quite nicely if it was lightened up it

could go quite nicely in here as well and I got some

I'm gonna say phtalocyanine emerald. I'm not even sure why I got this

one but basically just like a nice blue green. So a few acrylic paints, not that

many, they're all pebeo brand just cos they're quite cheap and it is all a bit

experimental. I also got some fluid medium to go with the acrylic paints and

then- this is where things get a bit interesting- and my patrons will know

what this is for. I feel like a few people watching will

probably be able to figure it out. Let me know in the comments if you know what

kind of paint things I'm going to be doing. So I've got some cups in different

sizes, that might give it away. Also got some funnels because I saw

someone using some funnels for this kind of painting, and then I have got some

carbusonic treadmill oil and a syringe. So I hopefully I'll do some of that

either later today or tomorrow. I'll probably make a video on it just so you

can see what I'm doing with it all and let me know in the comments below if you

have figured out what type of painting it'll be. And yeah thanks for watching

guys. I hope you've had a great November and I will see you soon for the next

video! bye!

Sarah Huckabee Knows She's Lying, She Just Doesn't Care Says Republican Strategist - Duration: 3:19.

During a recent appearance on CNN, Republican strategists Rick Wilson said that White House

Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is absolutely aware that she is lying to the

American public on a daily basis.

The problem is, she simply doesn't care.

According to Rick Wilson, Sarah Huckabee Sanders knows that she's lying.

She just does it anyway.

She is making a conscious choice as White House press secretary to go out there every

day and lie to the American public on behalf of Donald Trump.

And to be honest it's not just Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

It was Sean Spicer before her.

It was Kellyanne Conway.

It's White House Chief of Staff John Kelly.

It was Bannon.

It was Gorka.

It was Steve ... or Scaramucci.

It was Mike Flynn during his very short time in office.

It's every single one of them but Sarah Huckabee Sanders catches the most flack for it because

she does it most frequently.

After all, as press secretary she is essentially the public face of the Donald Trump White

House and she has a very real problem with accepting reality.

Instead she is resorted to the same kind of tactics that Donald Trump himself uses on

Twitter, attacking people as fake news.

Saying things aren't real.

Deflecting from real topics in order to get people to talk about diversions.

She's horrible.

And that's the bottom line here.

Everyone in this administration is beyond horrible for this country.

None of them are honest people.

None of them ever go out there and tell us the truth.

And yet we still have people in this country who think that that's okay.

They're going to sit there and lie to our faces when we can easily verify that they

are lying.

Call them out on the lie and they'll just double down on it.

That's what we're up against in the country today.

That's what we're up against in the Trump administration.

But more importantly, that's what we're up against with our fellow citizens.

There is a good probably third of people in this country, the third who still support

Donald Trump, who not only have no problem being lied to they actually seem to enjoy

it.

They enjoy living in their anti-reality bubble that Donald Trump also lives in.

They enjoy when Sarah Huckabee Sanders or Donald Trump goes out there and attacks CNN

or the Washington Post as fake news.

They like that.

Even if they know it's not true, they like to hear it because in their minds that's just

a couple of good old American citizens telling it like it is.

Well here's like it is.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders is an absolute liar.

A pathological liar.

She lies so frequently that it makes you wonder whether or not she has some kind of mental

condition that prevents her from actually being able to tell the truth.

And to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if that were

the case.

Rush Limbaugh REVEALED Flynn's Accusations Are A HOAX! The Timing Shows Everything! - Duration: 2:05.

Rush Limbaugh REVEALED Flynns Accusations Are A HOAX! The Timing Shows Everything!

Rush Limbaugh once again showed true detective skills and researching perfection and find

something that will bring down Flynns accusations against President Trump.

On Friday night, Rush Limbaugh went on his nationally syndicated radio show, like always

and laid the hard truth. There is a gap in the timing of the disturbing announcement

from the former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

This indicates that Flynn is, in fact, lying in front of the FBI.

Limbaugh said and is probably right, that the timing of Flynns announcement is not

random at all. It was planned to draw the attention away from passage of the tax bill

among other items in the news, including the Matt Lauer firing from NBC and the not

guilty verdict in the Kate Steinle murder trial. So there you have it theyre all

excited, Limbaugh said. Mueller did the deed on the right day. Mueller did the

deed to sweep the tax cut deal off the table and to tick everybody off. This is, in Jonathan

Martins opinion, the swamp banding together the establishment coordinating its efforts

to continue to destroy Trump and muddy the waters. The tax bill is going to pass. As

far as [Mitch] McConnell and [Paul] Ryan are concerned, none of this today is a legal problem.

Its a bit of a political problem, but it doesnt present any legal problems to

them or their tax bill, he continued. The tax bill is going to pass. But I dont have

any doubt that the timing of this thing today may not be coincidental. Just look at all

the news it has swept off the front pages and look what it put back on the front page:

Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election from Hillary.

Limbaugh is right, and we will see it soon enough. Do you agree?

Trump Hate: CNN Guest Says President Sounds Like He Could Have Alzheimer's - Duration: 3:05.

When you can't argue your position with logic and facts, just make things up.

That's apparently CNN's new strategy to discredit President Donald Trump, at least

if a strange clip from the past week is any indication.

During a segment on Don Lemon's show, CNN commentator Ana Navarro decided that even

though she's no medical doctor, she would just invent a diagnosis in order to attack

the president.

The Nicaraguan-born contributor declared that Trump "looks weird," and took it upon

herself to claim out of thin air that the president has Alzheimer's disease or dementia.

"I can tell you from an untrained eye, it looks weird," she declared.

Wait — is "an untrained eye" now a qualification?

Please keep this woman away from Web MD.

"It makes me recall people who have early onset dementia, it makes me recall people

who are in the early stages of Alzheimer's," the CNN reporter rambled.

"His constant repetition — he goes back to the same themes over and over again.

He continues repeating the same lies, the same fabrications, picking the same fights,"

Navarro continued, apparently unaware that she had just described her own news network.

"He's been going on with the NFL now and the athletes for months," the CNN contributor

whined.

"I don't know what he's going to do when football season is over.

Start picking on what?

Kindergartens?"

Um, are kindergartners being paid millions of dollars while refusing to stand for the

national anthem in taxpayer-backed stadiums?

Because that would be newsworthy.

"Look, it is weird, his repeated lie on the number of — on the electoral vote, on

illegals voting, on the inaugural crowds.

It is downright weird.

And to look the other way and pretend that this is normal is to be in absolute denial,"

she continued.

Yes, it's truly groundbreaking reporting: If you disagree with the president, he must

have Alzheimer's, because an unqualified reporter says "it's downright weird."

This is CNN.

What is it with Trump haters and accusing his family of having disorders, anyway?

It wasn't that long ago that Rosie O'Donnell went after eleven year old Barron Trump and

claimed that he had a form of autism.

Even Chelsea Clinton stepped up to defend Barron from O'Donnell and others who thought

spreading rumors about disorders was a great smear tactic.

"Barron Trump deserves the chance every child does-to be a kid," the former first

daughter wrote in January.

It seems that the left has graduated from spreading autism and Asperger's rumors to

making up claims about Alzheimer's.

Maybe they're slowly working through a medical dictionary.

The good news for conservatives is that these are the tactics of a losing group.

People who have solid arguments and can convince others about their ideas don't need to resort

to half-baked opinions or desperate smear campaigns.

If establishment news outlets are still confused about why the public no longer takes them

seriously, this is why.

You don't need to be a doctor to see that the mainstream media is dying.

I just wanted to share the stubborn fact sequence.

I only recommend that you do this

a couple of times of the week, because otherwise you'll

get adrenal fatigue.

There's three steps to the stubborn fat sequence

and I just finished doing it at the gym.

I'm sitting here in the parking lot.

The first step is to stabilize insulin.

When you stabilize insulin it puts the body

in a fat burning environment.

If you enter a workout with insulin

elevated it can be very anabolic for muscle building,

but it makes it nearly impossible for the body

to use fat as a fuel source.

There's two solution's to this.

Number one is doing what I'm doing,

I haven't eaten since 8 PM last night,

so my body is in a fasted state.

Insulin is very stable and that means

that my body is in a perfect fat burning environment

to engage in the Stuborn Fat Sequence.

The other thing you can do, is if you have to have breakfast

and you're breakfast eater--

I personally like use intermittent fasting,

I'll talk more about that here in a second.

But, if you are breakfast eater, I'd

wait a couple hours after breakfast

to exercise if you could.

Now, if you can't, I would recommend a five minute

walk to make sure you can stabilize insulin

a little bit more before you move or exercise.

That's step one.

Step two is metabolic bursting intervals and today

on the step mill--

You could do this outside on any cardio machine

that you want and you can even use weight exercises,

you just have to pace yourself accordingly.

I used the step mill today and I did 30 second, high intensity

bursts with a 30 second recovery period.

That equals one minute and I did that 10 times

for a total of 10 minutes.

Now, because during that 30 second burst

I pushed the step mill- I used the manual setting

on the cardio machine, I think that's very important

because then you're in control the intensity.

The machine isn't controlling you, you are controlling it.

Use the manual setting, go as hard as you possibly can

for 30 seconds, then recover for 30 seconds at a very slow pace.

Again, you could do this on any cardio machine or even

using body weight movements.

After those 10 intervals what ends up happening is--

Those high intensity intervals kick up

the body's sympathetic nervous system

and force the adrenal glands to release adrenaline.

Adrenaline converts into the hormones

that are responsible for releasing trioglyceral

from your fat cells into the bloodstream to be burned off.

That's where those trioglycerol are

split into three fatty acids and one glycerol molecule.

Those fatty acids then are floating around

in the bloodstream liberally.

This is very important because we have to burn those off.

Step three is to do a 15 to 30 minute cardio session, just

a steady state cardio session, to burn off

those free fatty acids that are floating around

from the adrenaline release that you just

got from the high intensity 30 second metabolic burst.

If you don't engage in this steady state cardio it's OK.

Research shows that as you get leaner

and as you get over age 35, the hormonal conditions are

a little bit different, the body will restore those fatty acids

into other areas of your body in adipose tissue.

In other words, it'll restore stubborn fat cells.

Doing the 15 to 30 minutes of cardio

is your insurance policy to make sure this doesn't happen.

This is something that we call fat defense.

If you want to learn more about this in detail, what I'll do

is--

When I get back in front of my computer,

above in the description, I'll post a link

to my free report that goes into great scientific detail

about how this works.

It's all part of my over 40 ab solution system.

I'll give you a free PDF download

you can check to learn more about this.

This is something I only do on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I like to do weights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I like to do steady state cardio on the weekends

to work the aerobic system.

There's one more tip I want to give you before I sign off.

You don't have to do this, there's

many ways to skin the cat.

The best exercise and diet plan you can do

is one you can adhere to.

The reason I like doing Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays

weights, and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays cardio

or high intensity metabloic bursting workouts,

is because research shows that when you alternate weight

training days with cardio days you lose more fat

and you gain more muscle.

This doesn't mean you can't get great results

using other methods.

I have other methods that I sell inside my other programs that

work fantastic as well.

This is just something that I want to recommend.

Again, all of this is just advice on my 20 years

experience of being in this industry

and working with people who have declining hormones.

You have to find out what works best for you.

I thank you for taking time out of your busy day

to check this out.

Again, I'll put the link to the free report

so you can click or tap that.

If you got something out of this give me some likes,

give me some loves, throw me some comments,

and then share this with somebody that you know

could benefit from this.

Then I'll be back later today after I

break my 16 hour fast with the rest of my meals

throughout the day.

Karen and I will post our food log at the end of the night

tonight.

Day two of our 30 day challenge on our Get Lean In 12 fan page.

Go check it out, have an amazing day and keep going strong.

Hello Internet. I'm Matt Haas and this is Awesome Fun Things. I spent the weekend at my

friend Wes' house. He had a whole bunch of creative people over and all I can

say is... creative people are awesome! The crew of the Making It Up livestream

brought this skull. Elliott will describe it. This is the shoulder piece for a 7 foot tall suit of t-60 power armor from the game Fallout 4.

This is the said armor. And you did the 3D printing? Yeah.

Here's how they built it. So, it started with 3d prints this is one two three four five six

seven 3d prints that went into this whole thing. I did all of the finishing

work and it took many many hours and then we mold it in silicone and then

cast this this is cast in resin. Did you notice this in the background?

it's a Bullet Bill from the Mario franchise and it has threads and turns

like the real Bullet Bill does it's crazy. I got to see the legendary

concrete thwamp this is one of the bad guys from the Mario Kart video game. It's so

and then this happened... for some reason

and then, well, this is going to take some explaining. It blocks the sour receptors on your

tongue so makes our things especially delicious. Yes... that's a lemon!

balsamic vinegar.

Normally, if I did that I would be like Oh.

Check out this nerf gun it's supposed to shoot

these large plush missiles but this guy modified it to shoot the very tiny ones

and they are wicked! Go for it... that was so fast the camera didn't even pick up

the dart in a single frame. Crazy! This is my friend Nick's CNC milling machine

it's freaking awesome. Does his logo remind you of anything

Well... thanks Wes for having me over! Don't forget to hit that subscribe

button to keep the awesome coming your way

and again creative people are awesome! Thanks Internet!
