Tom Cruise is in a "fury" over Suri going into show business, according to a made-up

report.

Gossip Cop can bust the story.

The actor has had nothing to do with his daughter for several years now and is not involved

in her life.

He is not weighing in on career plans.

But in its print edition and on its website, New Idea is running claims about Suri's

supposed plans to join the Hollywood ranks and her estranged father's purported reaction.

The impetus for the articles is Suri accompanying mom Katie Holmes to introduce Taylor Swift

at a Jingle Ball concert earlier this month.

With her parental pedigree, the Australian tabloid asserts the tween was "always going

to be a natural performer," and "recently proved her showbiz potential" at the event.

Mind you, as seen in the video below, all the 11-year-old did on stage was yell out

"Taylor Swift!"

Still, the gossip magazine contends that while she "won over the crowd," her famous dad

was "furious."

A so-called "source" is quoted as saying, "He really thinks Suri is too young to go

into show business."

The outlet goes on to claim Cruise also "has concerns about Suri talking to the media — and

what she might say publicly about him."

Contends the alleged snitch, "The fact that he hasn't been around much since the divorce

from Katie — it will cast him in a negative light."

First of all, it's an understatement to assert Cruise "hasn't been around much"

since he and Holmes divorced in 2012.

The fact is, he hasn't seen his daughter in a number of years.

He is not suddenly having a "source" close to him go tell an Australian publication how

he feels about seeing Suri on stage at a concert.

Nor is he weighing in on her entering show business.

It's also important to note Suri isn't actually going the "child star" route.

Holmes has every intention of continuing to raise her daughter as a regular kid.

There are no plans for her to suddenly segue into acting and there are no plans for her

to start "talking to the media."

New Idea concocted this narrative simply because Suri said two words at Jingle Ball.

The tabloid is apparently unaware this wasn't the first time she's joined her mom at an

event.

Holmes also had Suri accompany her on stage at the 2015 Global Citizen Festival.

Vlogmas #22: 3 more things to try at *bux + a creepy horror movie experience (12/22/17) [CC] - Duration: 5:42.

Alright so I'm not feeling any better.

In fact, I'm feeling worse than I did yesterday.

So I'm gonna do something similar to what I did yesterday and do 3 more things you should

try at the place where I work...which is Starbucks.

And also I want to talk about a creepy movie that I saw and can't find anymore which is

offputting.

Alright so it is the holiday season and we have a lot of people ordering peppermint things

right now because I think a lot of people think that peppermint is only available during

the holidays and that's just not true.

So at Starbucks, you can get peppermint syrup year round which means peppermint mochas,

peppermint mocha frappuccinos, peppermint white mochas, all of these things are available

all year around.

The only difference will be it won't have the little special topping, like whatever

topping that they put out every year for this drink so that won't be available.

But otherwise the drink itself is identical.

Or at least should be as of like, 2017 or y'know, as of today.

Another syrup very few people know about is raspberry.

Starbucks has raspberry.

We always stock it.

It's on our menu.

And mostly we have people order it in teas but yeah, it's available.

My therapist gets raspberry lattes, so...

Number 2, and this is something I do personally: you can control the amount of water that we

put into our iced teas.

So our iced tea is just a...not really a tea concentrate-- it's just tea that we brew really

strong and we dilute it with water, so...what you can do, and what I do sometimes, is get

a tea with no water and extra ice because I take a long time to drink beverages so it

always gets watered down by the ice because I take so long.

So, what I'll do sometimes is just get light water or no water at all and throughout the

day as it's melting the ice kinda balances out so it's not watered down.

And number 3 is a caramel apple spice.

I believe it's on the menu right now, like the physical menu that you can see, because

it's kinda a holiday-ish drink, but again it's available all year round so all it is

is steamed apple juice, cinnamon dolce syrup, whipped cream, and caramel drizzle on top

of that.

So, all those things, all of those components are available year round.

Sometimes it's just not on the menu, like the physical menu in store, so...

It's been on the menu since like, since I started working for the company for the first

time in like 2004.

It's an old drink.

It's a good drink and not enough people order it.

I think I've had people order it maybe 5 times?

Since I came back working for Starbucks?

And like 3 of those were in the last 48 hours, so...definitely try it.

It's really good.

Even without the whip, because I'm not...I don't like whip, but it's really good!

A few weeks ago Randy and I saw this movie called Heidi on Amazon and so we watched that,

and it was this creepy found-footage about a haunted doll, which is already creepy enough,

like, it was really, like...it was...I wish I could rewatch it to see...y'know, to really

see if it's problematic in any way, or if it's like just really bad-- it's creepy because

it's like a haunted doll, y'know...but so we watched it, and it was like, if I'm kinda

creeped out by a horror movie that's pretty rare so I'm like, wow, that had some rewatch

value, and then it just disappeared.

Like we can't see...I'll link it down below because I did find that you can buy the DVD

on Amazon but it's not for streaming, you can't find it anywhere else on any other streaming

services, we can't even find it, like, can't really find much evidence of it existing at

all, so like... y'know not only do we find a found footage horror movie that's actually

scaryish, y'know, whatever, then, like, we see it and it immediately disappears and like

of course it's called "Heidi" so you just come up with all these searches of the old-timey

Heidi movie which I'll also link below, but...

Yeah, it's just kinda off-putting that I wanna rewatch this so I can talk about it and maybe,

you know... recommend it or not cuz I can't really recommend it having watched it once

and like, not really intently so...

Just wanted to share that cuz that was super creepy, we thought.

We were just like...was that a ghost movie? Did we see a ghost movie?

But that's all I have today.

Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow, but... it's still gonna be cold.

George Michael's Boyfriend Visits Star's Home on Anniversary of Death

It's been nearly a year since pop music icon George Michael passed away, and now on the

anniversary of his death his boyfriend has been spotted visiting the late singer's home.

Fadi Fawaz, the 44-year-old hairdresser who spent four years with Michael right up until

his death on Dec. 25, 2016, will reportedly be "spending Christmas alone" in Michael's

mansion, according to The Daily Mail.

The Grammy Award-winning singer was found dead by Fawaz on Christmas morning.

He was reportedly lying in his bed when he was discovered, but no official cause of death

could be determined.

However, Michael Lippman, his manager, did release a statement that George "passed away

peacefully," and he alluded that the cause may have been heart failure.

Speaking to reporters, Fawaz stated, "I went round there to wake him up and he was just

gone, lying peacefully in bed.

We don't know what happened yet.

Everything had been very complicated recently, but George was looking forward to Christmas,

and so was I."

In the aftermath of his death, some people from the pop superstar's life were outspoken

against his partner having anything to do with his estate or funeral.

One of George Michael's childhood friends, Andros Georgiou, told reporters that "the

family hate" Fawaz, and went on to say, "Fadi was not really his boyfriend.

No one has spoken to him and he just seems to be getting on with his life.

It makes my stomach turn."

He added, "Heaven help him if he turns up' at the funeral."

At one point, all of Michael's assets were reportedly scheduled to be frozen, and even

though Fawaz still lived in the singer's £2.5million London home, a source close to the situation

suggested that he could be evicted, saying, "Lawyers and the executor will effectively

turn off the tap on spending - meaning the gas and electric could be cut and Fadi made

to leave."

The source also added, "It is really upsetting that George is still lying in the morgue when

people want to say goodbye to him."

Now I'm heading to the Christmas market in Roppongi.

A few weeks ago, one of the audiences on Periscope asked me if there is a Christmas market or not.

I didn't know so I just said like we don't have it.

However, I checked it online and I found that there are actually some in Yokohama, Hibiya Koen and Roppongi.

So I'll check out the one in Roppongi!

Actually, I've been to the Christmas market in Toronto, Canada and I love it.

So I'm very excited to go to the one in Japan.

The Christmas market in Roppongi is made like the one in Germany, which is the largest one in the world.

Maybe I can get a feeling of German Christmas there.

I just arrived at the market!

OMG. So many people...

Many tourist...!

So cute!

I bought smoked turkey wings here!

Looks yum!

Okay, I'm gonna have a bite!

OMG, this is so delicious.

I'm happy that I found it here because it's really hard to find it here in Japan, except for USJ and Tokyo Disney resorts.

I finished it.

This is turkey. But actually here in Japan, we don't really have turkey so we usually eat fried chicken, especially KFC during Christmas time.lol

Also I think most people in other countries call Kentucky Fried Chicken KFC but we just call it Kentucky or Kenta. My foreign friends are often surprised at that.

Ryan Reynolds is no stranger.

While most of us wish our mishaps never see the light of day, the Deadpool star's wife,

Blake Lively, made sure she wasn't the only one getting a kick out of his attempt to make

Christmas cookies.

On Friday, Lively took to Instagram to show off his sugar cookie creations, which look

like he maybe got some help from their two daughters, James, 3, and Ines, 1.

The camera really does add 10 pounds and here's how to make sure it doesn't

Most of us find comfort in the words the camera adds 10 pounds.

It may be true that we are used to seeing a mirror image, so much so, we hate looking at pictures of ourselves; blaming the fat on an unlikely angle, the camera itself, or the photographer. . Photo by Camila Cordeiro on Unsplash.

It will thus be extremely comforting to know that the camera does indeed add 10 pounds! All those pictures that made you question the way you look and dress, all those photos that gave you a complex and made you camera shy, are all the product of a camera that deals with its own limitations.

We see the world through binocular vision, which means each of our eyes captures a different perspective of our surroundings and then stitches together a three-dimensional impression of the scene. This is not the case with a camera.

A camera uses monocular vision, where it views the world with its one eye (the lens).  The camera thereby fails to capture as complete a picture as the human eye can.

With only one eye, much of the depth is lost unless of course the photographer is experienced and knows how to add illusions using lights and shadows. But this again falls short of something that is very real.

In the sense that the flatter a photo is, the wider its likely to be. .

This is exactly the same thing that happens with our vision. .

Its surprising and amazing at the same time how much the focal length affects the shape of our face. The focal length can flatten a persons features, making them appear a lot bigger than they truly are. .

Another reason for the weight a camera adds stems from a concept called barrel distortion. Here the camera lens causes straight lines to appear curved. The otherwise fisheye effect a wide-angle lens gives to an image.

It works well if you plan on taking more of the scene but if a person is going to be involved in the center of the image, they are going to appear much wider. .

In order to highlight the massive difference caused by way of the focal length affecting the shape of our face, photographer Dan Vojtech, stitched together a series of 9 portraits that he took at 20mm, 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 70mm, 105mm, 150mm, and 200mm.

Vojtech kept the camera with wide angle lens close and the one with the telephone lens farther away in order to capture the same frame of the face in every shot. This technique is well known as the Hitchcock Zoom..

Hitchcock effect more commonly known as the vertigo effect is a concept that was popularized by Alfred Hitchcock in his film Vertigo.

The basic idea here is to photograph a subject while moving towards or away from it whilst constantly changing the focal length to keep the size of the subject the same in every frame.  This is an interesting example to show just how different focal lengths can affect our perception of a particular scene.

Now that we know its not us but the camera, there are different ways one can work around the limitations, in order not to allow the wretched camera from adding those 10 pounds!. #1 Avoid the Edge.

Lens distortion is the heaviest around the edges. So a recommended setting would require you to be the center of attention when shooting close-ups with wide-angle lenses - and hey! who doesnt wish for that to be?  .

#2 A focal length of 85MM is preferable.

Hello friends welcome to Nalini Ki Rasoi

Today I am going to make dessert for Christmas

The name of the recipe is Walnut Pudding

Let's get started and see the ingredients

500 ml whole cream milk

5 eggs

70 grams of sugar

1/2 bowl of walnuts

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

And water

To start with boil the milk

Put little water in a pan

So that the milk does not get burnt

Boil the milk till its quantity reduces to half

Once milk quantity comes down to half let the milk cool down

Next start the caramelization process

Put sugar and water in a pan

Cook it on a medium flame until it is brown and caramelized

Once caramelized put it in the mould

And spread it well

Next take eggs and sugar in a bowl

And whisk until sugar is dissolved

Next add boiled milk and vanilla essence

Sieve the mixture so that the strands of egg whites are removed

Add walnuts and pour the batter in the mould

Next keep the mould it in a stemar

And steam it for 30 to 40 minutes on a medium flame

Pudding is ready to serve!
