okay to see you again today I have a pirate Lego compatible dinosaur vs pirate Indominus Rex vs Pirate

set for a Coby blocks Europe made by a company long Coby make a lot of Lego

compatible sex this is from their pirate series pirate ship with 400 pieces three

characters Dana monkey cool check out what is on here that cannon set me up

and down got wheels on the bottom looks like it's complete and let's go ahead

and open it up if you do like these pokey sets guys they have probably over

a hundred of them so I would love to do more of these sets these are set to not

together one of these photo settings before and it was awesome I mean I

flipped again they're probably bought 60 or 70 a big Lego set so I mean I got

plenty of experience with Lego and this is the closest to Lego without it

actually being Lego here's a few of their other sets on the back and here is

what the instructions look like so the only real difference is there's

more instructions per year than the but it's nice it's broken down into

parts so here you've got like the main ship parts about one bag of Legos two

bags of Legos three bags of Legos or big bag

and a pirate flag okay go ahead check this out totally awesome Kobe is a

really cool company odd to European company I thought it was Jenny's but

it's a European company and they make a lot of Lego compatible sets this is one

of them and I'm about 200 sets so if you do like this set please click like guys

because I really would like to put together more their sets this is the

closest I've come to our late actual Lego set and it is more affordable it's

definitely something to check but this ship is really cool let's go ahead and

take a look at it from front to back so we're gonna start here and the sails are

made out of like a really big plastic that is held on by the LEGO pieces so

it's held on so it looks like it's getting blowing by the wind

it has an action

here which you could go ahead and cast out that this the front part there and

then coming to the side here you've got these sure what they'll be called what

the guys climb up there the Ricky

one of your pirates up there will go ahead and take a look at the pirate

that is attached from sail over here you have four cannons that swivel up and

down so deep only head don't like bunnies it is they don't actually fire

be nice if they put some type of firing mechanism in there that you have like an

open area here

guys here we have our lego captain behind the wheel that actually turned so

busy

you got three of these lanterns that glow

here is back which it's not quite as big as the Frog

this this is really thin plastic so it's normal it almost feels like it's made

out of the pirate flag and then here is the back of the ship

this one actually comes with female pirates because that's action deception

no pirate in pirate step and then back here you can see it was like horns over

air three cannons thinking up in you've got windows on the side in the back of

the other side you got flames coming out at the back you have rudder here that

moves back and forth saw very realistic when you have wheels on the bottom of

the Scheffer so this ship will roll along so that is it and here is a look

at the bottom of the ship ah let's go ahead

the characters do okay and here's the characters that come you have a first

mate with the rifle you have a female pirate and an axe you've got a monkey

and then you've got the captain with spyglass and a pistol on their legs

they're more similar to like Mega Bloks goes wah all their like their heads and

all the parts come off like and here is back

beyond Oh God these scurvy dogs Derby pirates and these waters

captain captain pirate ship off the starboard army mateys it's a battle to

the finish oh here they come man

our army matey's set sail for the new lands we are going to get treasure

Maymay Mail Art: Snail Mail Scene Envelope Video Tutorial with Maymay made it - Duration: 9:36.

Welcome to Hedgehog Hollow so today we're creating our may may may alert and I'm using the in the mail set

from May May here first of all I just want to say we're having some work done

in the house so if you hear any background noise please excuse that but

the first thing I want to do is I have my masks cut for my envelope so this is

for the address to go on I'm going to just peel this off I just cut a

rectangle no specific dimensions or anything from it just going to peel that

office this is the inkadinkado masking paper and I'm going to put that more

towards the right side here and press that down the next thing I'm going to do

is some help the snail it's beautiful set here all about happy Mail round max

of kindness do not Bend the snail mail all those kinds of things and we will be

creating a coordinating card to go in this mail out so I won't be sending it

out today I'll be sending it out later in the month when we've made that card

as well now I also have cut with my scale and cut this snail out the

inkadinkado marking paper and I took his antennas off because I want to be able

to blend over those so I'm going to stick this on here like so I'm just

using a craft colored car envelope here regular card size and I pre-cut with my

vagabond and the lawn fawn dies I've cut their lawn edges and you want

both pieces here plus I cut some clouds out as well just with my die cutter here

so I'm gonna start blending these I'm using distress outside inks which I've

got a variety of here and I'm using these because they're going to show up

better on the craft cardstock because of the pigment that they contain that's

going to look better it's not going to soak in and we're not going to lose that

color on here and I'm using my barbers brushes that I have my green and my blue

here as well to blend with

so there's cute little scene that we have here of our snail walking across

the hillside we've got those lovely clouds you'll notice that I mask those

clouds off and then I just softened it with a little bit of the blue distress

oxide as well so I'm now gonna be using my chameleon pencils I have the box here

and they're double-ended pencils they blend seamlessly from light to dark

there's even a little key down here that shows you the light and the dark end of

each pencil and then numbers so you can put them back in the stand there the Box

actually stands up really nicely which is why I have it off to the side here

and so the first thing I'm going to do is grab the black and I'm just going to

go over these little antennas again just to blacken those in again like so and

now I'm going to work through a couple of different colors and I'll show you

what colors they are as I go along

so there is our finish it'll colored in snail and you can use gamsol with these

color pencils although I chose to not to on this occasion you can actually get a

really nice range of blending just by using the two ends and different

pressure with them as well I'm also going to stamp on a couple of things as

well so as I say we're going to add the address in the next video later in the

month and that will be when we make the coordinating card using again the maymay

made it stamps so I'm just choosing a couple of things here to stamp on there

so again I'm going to use the lawn fawn jet black yeah I'm gonna stamp out nail

mail on there and excuse my head just for a second

stump over that just to really firm it up with a nice strong black they're also

going to add some happy mail in this corner here just stamp over and the

great thing with photo polymers if you don't have a stamp press is you can do

things like that and you can see there we've got a really great image still on

the back I'm also going to do some stamping want to leave room for my

address sticker surprise inside

a larger block for this one I'm gonna put my do not bend up here as well so

there is our finish Mae Mae Mae la that's our December May not something a

little bit fun and happy looking towards the spring time hopefully coming soon

Match of the Weekend: Athletic Club vs Real Madrid - Duration: 4:19.

It's one of the quintessential games of the season.

A confrontation soaked in history and tradition.

There's no denying every time Athletic and Real Madrid come up against each other at San Mames,

it's a very special fixture.

Neither of the teams are in their best form coming into this clash, but it's a perfect opportunity for both sides

to turn round their shaky progress so far this season.

Los Blancos arrive at 'The Cathedral' of Spanish football having cut the gap from Barcelona down to eight points.

However, the difficulties encountered in their game against Malaga means the team's following are still not

convinced they have found their way.

"Can we play better? Yes. "Do we have to improve our game? Yes. The thing that gets me is how easily we lost

the ball today"

The best news for Real Madrid as far as the game was concerned, was without doubt the fact that both

Benzema and Cristian regained their form in front of goal.

"It's great news for us. When our two strikers put the ball in the net it has a phenomenal effect on the team"

'Kuko' Ziganda's Athletic have also had a disappointing season so far.

After coming away with just a point from their game at Riazor last week the Lions are now fifth from bottom,

Russian Lawyer Confirms That Trump Jr. Met With Her To Get Dirt On Clinton - Duration: 3:47.

Donald Trump Jr. is headed to the Senate Judiciary Committee today where behind closed doors,

far from the ears of the American public, he's going to testify about his involvement

in the possible collusion with Russia that occurred during the Donald Trump campaign.

But I'm sure things today are not going to go in Donald Trump's favor.

Do you know why?

Because yesterday Natalie Veselnitskaya, the lawyer that Donald Trump Jr. met with in June

of 2016, testified in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee that Donald Trump Jr.

met with her with the explicit intent of getting dirt from her on Hillary Clinton.

Now, Veselnitskaya has also made clear that she is tied with the Kremlin in Russia, so

in effect, she could be easily classified as an agent of the Russian government.

Agent doesn't necessarily mean something like an FBI agent or KGB agent.

It just means somebody working on their behalf, which Veselnitskaya clearly would fit into

that description.

If Donald Trump Jr. met with her as she says he did to get information about his father's

political opponent, that is collusion, or at least attempted collusion.

In this case, it doesn't necessarily matter if it was attempted or if it came to fruition.

He attempted to collude with a foreign superpower in order to harm his father's political opponent

so that his father would win the election.

Again, this information came to light yesterday and it echoes something that Veselnitskaya

had said about a month ago, and she was hoping that she would get to testify before the Senate

Judiciary Committee in an open hearing so that the entire American public could hear

what she had to say and learn the truth about that fateful meeting that Donald Trump Jr.

and Jared Kushner had with her back in June of 2016.

The official line from the Trump Administration since day one has been that that meeting was

just about adoption.

They weren't meeting to get dirt on Hillary Clinton.

No, gosh no.

Then dumb-ass Don Jr. tweeted out the email chain where he's like, "Hell yeah, I want

that information," and then he had to backtrack that.

Huckabee Sanders, Donald Trump himself, Kellyanne Conway, all of them have insisted that he,

Trump Jr., did not meet with these people to get dirt on Hillary Clinton, but that is

not one, what his own email said, and two, what the actual person that he met with had

to say.

This case for the special prosecutor's becoming a little bit more of a slam dunk with every

new piece of information that emerges, because if they're able to confirm what this lawyer

told the Senate Judiciary Committee, then there is no way in hell Donald Trump Jr. could

possibly get away.

He will be charged with something, again, most likely collusion, traitorous behavior,

maybe even treason.

But the bottom line is that if what this lawyer is telling us today is true, there is absolutely

no question left that the Trump campaign colluded

with Russia.

This whole question around tolerance and empathy and understanding and where the limits are

is a very, very tough conversation and I come down in an odd place.

On the one hand I think we have to defend very aggressively the most vulnerable constituencies

in America: Muslims, immigrants, transgender people, LGBT, women, African Americans, low-income

people, and I think you have to be aggressive about it.

I think you have to be passionate about it.

I think you have to be serious about it.

If we're going to have liberty and justice for all and not liberty and justice for some,

then we've got a lot of work to do.

And I think that's important.

At the same time there sometimes can be a loss of empathy for those constituencies that

may feel that they have to give up something to get to equality.

For those of us who are trying to gain something to get to equality we can be very passionate,

and it feels good—we're making up lost ground over generations of discrimination, we're

overcoming that, it feels great.

For other people, even just psychologically, they may feel that they're losing ground,

and it's sometimes hard for us to have much empathy for that and we tend to go into, "Shut

up!

You guys have had the game to yourselves.

You're disproportionally the business leaders and the senators and everything else, and

it's our turn, and shut up."

And that's totally understandable, it just may not work very well because change is hard

for people.

If you're a liberal—you look at gentrification.

Here's a neighborhood that used to have African Americans or Latinos or whatever,

and then you go away for five years, you come back, and the hipsters have come and they've

set up their kale shops and bike things everywhere, and you're like, "Hey!"

It's like Oakland California right now: West Oakland is being completely transformed

by its proximity to Silicon Valley, and people who work for Google and all these places are

now moving into West Oakland, totally changing the place.

I sometimes look at that and I go, "Hey, hold on a second; I liked Oakland the way

it was!"

And if I can build a wall around Oakland and make Silicon Valley pay for it, I might consider

that, because I liked Oakland the way that it was.

Now, that doesn't mean that we should close the borders or that Trump is right, I'm not

saying that at all.

I think we need more immigration not less, and I think we need a faster pathway for us

to steal all the best talent from around the world and the hardest workers, rather than

slower.

I think America gets to compete better because we get to cheat and get all the good people

from everywhere here.

But can I have a bridge of empathy and understanding to somebody who says, "Hey, wait a minute.

I liked America the way that it was when I grow up, I liked certain things.

I've got some grief now.

I've got some anxiety now.

I've got some fear now."

Do we have to call that person a bigot?

Do we have to say that person is a morally deficient human being and push them outside

of the circle of decent company, or is there some way for us to say, "We don't agree

with you, we see it differently, but we can understand why there might be some anxiety

here.

And by the way, you might want to prepare yourself, because more change is coming.

We're going to keep pushing for more change on gender, on sexuality, on the demographics.

So more change is coming, but we get it."

Sometimes I think people just want to be witnessed in their struggle without being judged and

condemned.

These are tough conversations to have, and if you start talking the way I'm talking,

you're going to get hit from all sides.

I'm willing to do it because I just don't think you can have an honest conversation

any other way.

And the benefit of having a democracy with 300 million people in it—every color, every

human, every faith, every gender—all of us actually working together, I mean, it's

worth having some tough conversations and going through some rocky periods to get to

that outcome.

But our intolerance for the intolerant may actually create more intolerance.

Our tolerance for the intolerant may leave in place too much intolerance.

So it's a catch-22 that you can't get through with just your brain; your heart has

got to lead you to someplace where you can actually hold onto your principles and hold

onto your neighbor at the same time.

That's the challenge.

No easy answer, but that's what we've got to try to do.

I just got out of the bod pod and very, very happy

with what I've been able to achieve

This is what I'm really, really happy about.

I started off at a 15.2% body fat.

following this sort of program.

However, my lean body weight finished at a 190.7 pounds.

So that means that I've dropped approximately 3.5%

body fat and I've actually put on

So I started at 5.5, we may increase that.

But more than anything, I have to continue at that speed

but we're going to increase the incline.

And then I've got that chart there, the Borg chart,

that scale, where I will put up my fingers

to say two, very light, three, moderate,

eight, very, very hard and ten, I'm crawling by my lips now.

- I remember in the beginning they said that you can't

change this read out much because it's something

that you can't...

You're kind of born with it.

You're either born with a great VO2 max or you're not.

You can't really, generally train it to increase that much.

So it'll be interesting to see if there is any change.

Certainly didn't feel like it.

- [Clare] So this is the big values, this is your VO2 max.

52mL per kilogram, per minute of oxygen.

- [Kris] Yeah.

- [Clare] So that's what you were today

and then in February you were 44.1.

- [Kris] Wow.

- [Clare] So that is a significant increase.

- That's a great increase, I'm really happy about that.

- So 18%, 17.9% increase.

- [Kris] 17.9% increase? That's good, right?

- That's pretty good. Yeah. - [Kris] That's great.

- No, that's quite impressive.

- [Kris] That is the end of day 162,

and it's a very happy ending.

I'm just over the moon with the results that I was able

to obtain over the six month period.

When I started off of 44 in my age category,

it was between good and excellent.

And now, I'm in the superior category.

So it goes to show that you can

live in both of these worlds.

You can live the world as a body builder

and as an endurance athlete without losing muscle.

If anything, you can possibly build muscle.

But remember, you have to supplement and train

like a body builder and especially eat like one.

However, you can incorporate the endurance outlook.

I'm very happy that this program has definitely

worked out very, very well.

(slow rock music)

Now, it's just the hard part of any essential part

of crossing over that Ironman finish line this weekend.

So we're on the right track to do so.

We're going to be doing a little bit of legs.

We're going to be doing a little bit of upper body as well,

because we will not be hitting a workout on Thursday.

Thursday we travel up to Coeur d'Alene.

We'll not be training then.

So after my run this morning I went home

and did some work, got on the computer,

had my hair did, and now I'm at the airport

and I'm not flying out for a change.

I am actually here to greet my parents.

My parents have come over, they've flown all the way

from Wales to come visit me and put pressure on me

at this week's Ironman.

You know, Dad has always been with me on competitive fronts,

when I was racing motocross, like every weekend.

He kind of knows what is required and the mental state

that I kind of go in. I kind of close myself off

and whatever and he knows how to communicate

with me in that regard, so you know it'll be good

to have them here.

So looking forward to getting them here in Boise,

getting them carb-loaded on the Idaho potatoes.

Well, I was up at 3:45 a.m. this morning

'cause man, I've got so much work to do.

And this is my last workout day here in Axiom.

(feigned crying)

We've got the bike there ready, so soon as I get

my ass out of the gym, I get straight onto the bike,

finish the bike, get straight into the run.

It's all about time efficiency. Often people say,

"God, how do you get all that stuff done?"

Or I have the opposite, they'll say things like,

"Ah, it's easy for you, you workout for a living."

Workout for a living? Do I fuck?

I get all my training done and I'm home by about 8,

8 o'clock in the morning.

Then I am working all friggin' day. Let's fucking do this.

(heavy rock music)

So just finished the bike here on day 164

and then went straight into my run.

It was only a 20 minute run. The bike was a little bit

harder than I anticipated because I was going

into a headwind for the majority of the time.

But I still tried to put in my eight minutes Ironman pace,

four minutes easy spin.

I'm so hungry now. I'm going to get some of my food in.

I can smell food. Have you had food?

- Yeah. Waffles.

- [Kris] Waffles? You've had waffles?

- [Aidan] I had waffles.

- [Kris] Waffles good? - [Aidan] Yeah.

- [Kris] Oh, and look. Mum's sewing my bike top here.

Perfect. Looking good. Look at this.

I've got such an easy life. I come back, mum's doing my top,

there's my stack of waffles. Life couldn't be better.

We're putting on the quick... The quick release.

Quick, not quick release. Quick release laces, whatever.

Quick laces. So we just took them off the tracers.

So that's what I used during the half Ironman,

which were good. They're very light, but I'd have to say

10, 12 miles running in these I feel...

The kind of slap on the bottom of my feet a little bit

and I've become a bit of a shoe connoisseur now

after all this running. I know exactly what my feet want

and what they don't want.

So I'm going to put these laces in.

My laces don't have the option of undoing as I'm racing,

as I'm running. You know, this will just stay

tied up all the time. My God, they are a bummer to put in.

So just as well...

- [Sunshine] Won't they also help you in transition?

- Yeah, in transition obviously. It's a lot faster,

don't have to tie up any laces. My God, I'm cutting myself.

- [Sunshine] Ooh. - [Beryl] Ooh.

We are at our destination. We're at the bed and breakfast.

What a fantastic choice. It's about five miles

from Coeur d'Alene. The town is down there, you can

kind of see the lake in the distance.

But it's like a very Victorian feel to this...

English Victorian feel, I'd say, to this bed and breakfast.

Fantastic downstairs. Check out this freaking bath.

So I'm going to make sure that I have myself

a good soak in here, loosen up those stiff tissues.

But this is the hardship, I don't want to freaking

do an Ironman being in this comfort.

I was going to go down for a swim down in that lake now.

Could I just do laps in here instead?

- [Sunshine] Yeah, you could just kick your feet

back and forth.

- [Kris] Put the bubbles on and all that.

Rheumatoid arthritis - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 12:12.

In rheumatoid arthritis, "arthr-" refers to joints, "-itis" means inflammation,

and "rheumatoid" comes from rheumatism, which more broadly refers to a musculoskeletal

illness.

So, rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory disorder that mostly affects the joints, but

can also involve other organ systems like the skin and lungs as well.

Alright, so a healthy joint typically has two bones covered with articular cartilage

at the ends.

Articular cartilage is a type of connective tissue that acts like a protective cushion

- a lubricated surface for bones to smoothly glide against.

One type of joint, like the knee joint is called a synovial joint.

A synovial joint connects two bones with a fibrous joint capsule that is continuous with

the periosteum or outer layer of both bones.

The fibrous capsule is lined with a synovial membrane that has cells that produce synovial

fluid and remove debris.

The synovial fluid is normally a viscous fluid like the jelly-like part of a chicken egg

and it helps lubricate the joint.

To help serve these synovial cells, the synovial membrane also has blood vessels and lymphatics

running through it.

Together, the synovial membrane and the articular cartilage form the inner lining of the joint

space.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune process that is typically triggered by an interaction

between a genetic factor and the environment.

For example, a person with a certain gene for an immune protein like human leukocyte

antigen, or HLA- DR1 and HLA–DR4, might develop rheumatoid arthritis after getting

exposed to something in the environment like cigarette smoke or a specific pathogen like

a bacteria that lives in the intestines.

These environmental factors can cause modification of our own antigens, such as IgG antibodies

or other proteins like type II collagen or vimentin.

Τype II collagen and vimentin can get modified through a process called citrullination.

That's when the amino acid arginine found in these proteins is converted into another

amino acid, citrulline.

Meanwhile, due to the susceptibility genes HLA- DR1 and HLA–DR4, immune cells sometimes

are not "clever" enough, so they get confused by these changes and they no longer recognize

these proteins as self-antigens.

The antigens get picked up by antigen- presenting cells, and get carried to the lymph nodes

to activate CD4+ T-helper cells.

T-helper cells stimulate the nearby B- cells to start proliferating and differentiate into

plasma cells, which produce specific autoantibodies against these self- antigens.

In rheumatoid arthritis, T- helper cells and antibodies enter the circulation and reach

the joints.

Once there, T- cells secrete cytokines like interferon- γ and interleukin- 17, to recruit

more inflammatory cells like macrophages, into the joint space.

Macrophages will also produce inflammatory cytokines, like tumor necrosis factor, or

TNF- α, interleukin- 1 and interleukin- 6, which together with the T-cell's cytokines,

stimulate synovial cells to proliferate.

The increase in synovial cells and immune cells creates a pannus, which is a thick,

swollen synovial membrane with granulation or scar tissue, made up of fibroblasts, myofibroblasts

and inflammatory cells.

Over time, the pannus can damage cartilage and other soft tissues and also erode bone.

Activated synovial cells also secrete proteases which break down the proteins in the articular

cartilage.

Without the protective cartilage, the underlying bones are exposed and can directly rub against

one another.

In addition, inflammatory cytokines increase a protein on the surface of T- cells, known

as RANKL or receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand.

RANKL allows the T-cells to bind RANK, a protein on the surface of osteoclasts, to get them

to start breaking down bone.

Meanwhile, antibodies also enter the joint space.

One antibody is called rheumatoid factor, or RF, which is an IgM antibody that targets

the constant Fc domain of altered IgG antibodies.

Another antibody is anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody, or CCP, which targets citrullinated

proteins.

When these antibodies bind to their targets, they form immune complexes which accumulate

in the synovial fluid.

There, they activate the complement system, a family of 9 small proteins that work in

an enzymatic cascade to promote joint inflammation and injury.

Finally the chronic inflammation causes angiogenesis, or the formation of new blood vessels around

the joint, which allows even more inflammatory cells to arrive.

As the disease progresses, multiple joints on both sides of the body get inflamed and

gradually destroyed.

But these inflammatory cytokines don't just stay within the tight joint space.

Instead, they escape through the bloodstream and reach multiple organ systems causing extra-articular

problems, meaning problems beyond the joint space.

For example, interleukin-1 or -6 travel to the brain, where they act as pyrogens, inducing

fever.

In skeletal muscle, they promote protein breakdown and in the skin, as well as in many visceral

organs, they lead to the formation of rheumatoid nodules, which are round- shaped collections

of macrophages and lymphocytes with a central area of necrosis, or tissue death.

Blood vessels can also be affected.

Their walls get inflamed, resulting in various forms of vasculitis and make them prone to

developing atheromatous or fibrofatty plaques.

In response to inflammatory cytokines, the liver also starts producing high amounts of

hepcidin, a protein that decreases serum iron levels by inhibiting its absorption by the

gut and trapping it into macrophages or liver cells.

Meanwhile, within the lung interstitium, fibroblasts get activated and proliferate, causing fibrotic

or scar tissue that makes it harder for the alveolar gas exchange, while also the pleural

cavities surrounding the lungs can get inflamed, filling up with fluid, known as pleural effusion,

and this can sometimes mess with lung expansion.

Rheumatoid arthritis typically involve multiple joints, usually five or more, symmetrically,

meaning the same joint groups on both sides of the body, like both hands for instance.

Commonly affected joints are the small joints like metacarpophalangeal and proximal interphalangeal

joints of the hands, and the metatarsophalangeal joints of the feet.

As the disease worsens, it can start to affect large joints like the shoulders, elbows, knees

and ankles.

During "flares" or sudden worsening of the disease, the affected joints get extremely

swollen, warm, red, and painful.

Over time, they become stiff, especially in the morning or after being inactive for a

prolonged period of time.

People with rheumatoid arthritis may develop specific deformities, usually of the metacarpophalangeal

joints in the hand, such as ulnar deviation of the fingers.

Deformities are also common in the interphalangeal joints, such as the so- called boutonniere

or buttonhole deformity.

This occurs when the extensor tendon in the back of the finger splits and the head of

the proximal phalanges pokes through like a button through a buttonhole, causing flexion

of the proximal interphalangeal joint and hyperextension of distal interphalangeal joint.

Another finger deformity is the swan neck deformity, which is the opposite, so there's

hyperextension of the proximal interphalangeal joint and flexion of the distal interphalangeal

joint.

Now, in the knee joint, a one-way value can form, with fluid from the swollen knee filling

the semi-membranous bursa.

When that happens, the synovial sac can get so swollen that it bulges posteriorly into

the popliteal fossa, creating a synovial fluid-filled cyst, called a Baker or popliteal cyst.

Now, extra- articular manifestations include non-specific symptoms of inflammation, such

as fever, low appetite, malaise or muscle weakness, and organ- specific, manifistations

include rheumatoid nodules or firm bumps of tissue, and these most commonly in the skin

around pressure points, such as the elbows.

More rarely, in the lungs, the heart, or the sclera of the eye.

There's also an increased risk of atherosclerosis and therefore, heart attack or stroke.

There's also anemia, interstitial lung fibrosis and pleural effusions, which can present as

progressive shortness of breath.

One particularly serious condition that's associated with rheumatoid arthritis is Felty

syndrome which is a triad of rheumatoid arthritis, splenomegaly, and granulocytopenia, and it

can lead to life-threatening infections.

Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis usually involves confirmatory blood tests, like looking

for the presence of rheumatoid factor and anti-citrullinated peptide antibody.

Additionally, imaging studies, such as X- ray, usually reveal decreased bone density

around affected joints, soft tissue swelling, narrowing of the joint space, and bony erosions.

The long term management of rheumatoid arthritis is use of disease-modifying anti-rheumatic

medications like methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine, sulfasalazine, and which can help to suppress

the inflammation.

In addition, there are a variety of medications called biologic response modifiers or biologics.

Some biologics, such as abatacept, work by suppressing the activity of T cells, or others,

such as rituximab suppress B cells.

There are also biologics such as adalimumab, etanercept, and infliximab, that block various

chemokines like tumor necrosis factor.

Anakinra blocks interleukin 1 which is blocked by, and tocilizumab blocks interleukin 6.

Treatment of acute flares can be done with anti- inflammatory medications like NSAIDS

as well as short term use of glucocorticoids.

All right, so as a quick recap, rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic inflammatory disorder

of autoimmune origin that is primarily characterized by progressive, symmetric joint destruction,

especially in the wrists and fingers, but may also affect other joints and many organs,

such as the skin, heart, blood vessels and lungs.

It's marked by elevated rheumatoid factor and anti- cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies.

PEOPLE ARE ALIKE CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS, TOTALLY CREDIBLE

BECAUSE THEY REINFORCES OUR PRECONCEIVED NOTIONS.

Easter Eggs You Missed In Coco - Duration: 5:26.

The phrases "Pixar movie" and "Easter eggs" go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Fans always anticipate the studio's freshest release to be full to bursting with fun references

and winks to pop culture, and director Lee Unkrich's journey into the Land of the Dead

with Coco is by no means an exception.

Here are just a few of the Easter eggs in Coco you may have missed.

And it goes without saying, but spoilers ahead.

Famous food delivery

A Pixar movie must, the Pizza Planet delivery truck first appeared in 1995's Toy Story,

and has popped up in almost every single film the animation studio has rolled out since.

The truck sits outside a trailer in A Bug's Life, drives across a bridge in Ratatouille

— and it can be spotted in Coco right outside Miguel's house near the beginning of the movie.

As the young boy stares wistfully outside, the Pizza Planet truck zooms past his window.

The anticipated A113

Like the Pizza Planet truck, the letter-number combination of "A113" has deep roots in the

Pixar film pantheon, though it extends its reach into plenty of non-Pixar animated films

and television shows.

The four-figure code is actually a reference to Room A113, the classroom that animation

industry A-listers attended at California Institute of the Arts.

And just like in every other Pixar movie, A113 shows up in Coco, specifically in the

Land of the Dead, written backwards on the door of the Bureau of Family Grievances, where

the deceased members of the Rivera family go to coordinate a way to send Miguel back

where he belongs.

Pixar Piñatas

Sticking with the nods to Pixar projects past, Coco also features a tucked-away reference

to a few of its other movies: Toy Story and Monsters, Inc.

As Miguel dashes through his village's market toward the central plaza in the beginning

of the movie, viewers will notice that he runs past a bundle of piñatas in the shape

of cowboy Woody and astronaut Buzz from Toy Story, and the one-eyed, green-skinned monster

Mike Wazowski from Monsters, Inc.

Near the back of the piñata pack is a turquoise one, likely designed to look like Mike's partner

Sully.

Familiar figurines

After grabbing a bite to eat on his way to the plaza, Miguel happens upon a table lined

with alebrijes [ah-lay-BREE-hayz], Mexican folk art sculptures that depict fantastical

creatures painted in bright colors and bold patterns.

Hidden amongst these striking sculptures are small figurines of the clownfish Marlin and

Nemo and the regal blue tang fish Dory from Finding Nemo.

Look carefully and you'll also see trinkets of the rat chef Remy from Ratatouille and

the whale shark Destiny from Finding Dory.

Never-forgotten Nemo

There's yet another Nemo figure for viewers to find in Coco, this time on the Rivera family's

ofrenda.

You'll spot the little guy during the scene in which Abuelita Elena places the photo of

Mama Coco, Mama Imelda, and Miguel's great-great-grandfather.

He sits atop a jar on the righthand side of the screen, just behind a mustachioed skeleton

in a suit and top hat.

The Luxo Ball

Pixar's famous ball, officially called the Luxo Ball in reference to the studio's first-ever

animated short Luxo Jr., is yet another staple of the studio's efforts.

The yellow bouncy ball, adorned with a thick blue stripe and red star, appears in Coco

during the rehearsal sequence featuring Frida Kahlo.

Watch the background carefully as Dante the dog and Frida's monkey run after each other

in the workshop.

The ball can be seen on a table in a super quick moment.

The inspired performer

If wardrobe choices are any indication, it's possible that one of Pixar's oldest characters,

Sid from the original Toy Story, may no longer be in the Land of the Living.

During the talent show, one performer took the stage with a familiar looking t-shirt.

Sure, the hair's different, and he's not making monsters out of toys, but only one guy in

Pixar's history was dark enough to wear that shirt.

Despite how sad it is that Sid's somehow ended up in the Mexican afterlife, being a skeleton-DJ's

got to be better than being a garbage man.

A legendary voice

John Ratzenberger, an actor best known for his long-running role on Cheers and his voiceover

work, has become a Pixar legend.

He's lent his pipes to a character in every one of the studio's films, including Hamm

the Piggy Bank in Toy Story, Mack the 18-Wheeler in Cars, and the Yeti in Monsters, Inc.

"Welcome to the Himalayas!"

As expected, Ratzenberger has a part in Coco, but it's so brief that it likely breezed right

by you.

Ratzenberger voices a goofy skeleton whose dentist is the one who remembers him in the

Land of the Living, thanks to his massive mouth of metal.

Pixar's personal ofrenda

Last but in no way least is a touching tribute to a few influential people who have sadly

passed away.

The Coco team included its very own ofrenda of sorts in the film's credits, with a series

of photographs honoring those who've had an impact on Pixar as a whole.

Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple who was also a CEO and shareholder of Pixar; Don Rickles,

famed insult comic and the voice of Mr. Potato Head in the Toy Story movies; and Joe Ranft,

the voice actor behind Heimlich in A Bug's Life and Jacques in Finding Nemo.

Director Lee Unkrich confirmed Jobs and Rickles' inclusion to Metro in an interview:

"At the very end of the movie we kind of do a digital ofrenda, where we gave everyone

in the company the opportunity to submit a photograph of someone in their life who is

no longer with them but had been supportive of them.

And we just filled the screen with hundreds and hundreds of these beautiful images.

We included people in that group that we had lost from the Pixar family, people like Steve

Jobs and Don Rickles."

The salt and vinegar flavour seems to be coming from tiny droplets of liquid found on younger

grass stems.

There are many types of grasses that secrete sticky sugars, protiens and even salt from

microhairs ont heir leaves.

Which kinda low key means this grass sweats salt and vinegar.

The droplets on the grass apparently sparkle on the sunlight.

Spiniflex is unique to Australia, and it covers around 2 million hectares of area, or aroumd

30 percent of australias outback.

Indigenous Australians have actually known about the properties of spiniflex, but they

use the resin as an adhesive.

Well jokes on you indigenous peoples, you could have been eating salt and vinegar grass

this whole time.

So if you're gonna head into the Australian out back looking for this grass, be warned.

The tiny hairs on the back of the grass that secrete the liquid are low key kinda spikey,

so it is not recommended that you lick them.

This study was published in the journal, Australian systematic botany.

President Trump has brought a lot of needed change to America in just the first year in

office.

However, nothing has caused as much outrage as his most recent surprise that Barack Obama's

welfare gluttons didn't see coming and thought their favorite freebie was safe.

It's the end of the road for freeloaders in America who have enjoyed the ride for eight

years and are now being abruptly kicked off the benefits bus — at least where one particularly

prized possession is concerned.

The days of taking advantage of the taxpayers are over and these leeches can't really

complain since Trump isn't just giving their Obama gift the boot, he's also created of

jobs in this country so if they want it back, they can work for it and buy it themselves.

Despite not having to work to eat or house themselves, Obama gave them a free phone to

use for anything other than better their situation.

Conservative Tribune reports that what was infamously known as the "Obamaphone" and

a trademark of his leadership is about to be a thing of the past now that Trump has

put Ajit Pai in place to straighten out the badly abused welfare budget that's been

riddled by wasteful spending — namely a phone to aid in debauchery and possibly drug

dealing.

Pai is the new chairman of the Federal Communications Commission and is taking assertive steps to

cut out heaps of waste, fraud, and abuse Obama created with this horribly defunct and irresponsible

"Obamaphone Program," according to Breitbart.

The purpose of the program was first designed in the Reagan era as a necessity for people

who were looking for employment and needed a way to be reached during that process.

This seemed reasonable for low-income families who were given a tax-paid landline but was

later exploited by Obama by turning the need into greed and giving people smartphones with

no requirement to look for work or hold a job.

At best, this benefit should have been kept to a home phone with service ending after

a reasonable period of not getting a job or trying to find one.

This isn't about being racist, kicking people when they're down, or anything else the

left is quick to claim.

It's about empowering people to work and earn what they want and not take advantage

of the people who do so they don't have to.

If this was an innocent a necessary part of welfare, it wouldn't be the biggest fraudulently

used and abused freebie out there.

That wasn't all he ended for them.

As they were still coming to grips with the fact that they're now going to have to pay

for their own phones, they received a second devastating blow compliments of our perfectly

unapologetic president.

The new executive order comes on the coattails of the immigration orders for good reason

as it pertains most specifically to the illegals who cross our borders and suck off of the

system for life.

After a copy of the draft order first leaked this month by the Washington Post, liberals

began to panic and now their nightmare just became a reality — much to the approval

of hardworking Americans.

According to Conservative Tribune, immigrants trying to enter the U.S. will be vetted ahead

of time for their potential use and intentions with government aid, without necessarily realizing

it.

The order explains that all will be screened to determine their "need for certain types

of public aid" and the same practice will be applied to those already here who Barack

Obama so freely let in.

If they are found to be using the system in any inappropriate way, they will be deported.

This decision was made based on a sneaky thing illegals have been doing that President Trump

uncovered and wasn't too happy about it.

Many immigrants come into the United States to meet up and live with them on the promise

that the family would financially support them once they get here.

That's all said to get them through the process, then once they are here, they simply

apply for government assistance and all the programs the can and get them.

Since many cohabitate together, the pool of welfare funds in one small house can be extensive.

Trump's order would hold these families accountable who promised to help them financially

but benefitted instead.

Although the specific savings to come from this plan is hard to determine, it's estimated

to be about "$100 billion."

Considering how many immigrants have been let into this country under Obama, that's

probably a conservative number even with as alarming as the figure is.

The big problem with the welfare system is that it becomes a way of life for too many

people, many of whom aren't even citizens and will never pay back into the program.

It wasn't intended to be a lifestyle, it was only ever supposed to be a leg up through

a hard time.

Trump is cutting out the abuse and keeping it for those who need it and don't take

advantage of it.

Instead of handing out assistance to immigrants who cross our borders, the should be provided

job opportunities as a means to enter.

This alone could deter a lot of immigrants from coming into the country.

Wanting and needing something is the best motivation for getting to work and earning

it.

When it's given to people who already lack drive, the desire to get it on your own is

gone.

Eventually, the funds will run out as long as there are freeloaders living off the system

and taking advantage of it.

This is basic economics that somehow our former president who came to the White House from

a Community Organizer job didn't seem to grasp and hardworking Americans paid for it.
