Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo - The ultimate stationwagon - Duration: 14:53.

Wouter would say this part of the car is new. The rest isn't, so watch the previous video.

We're not doing that. We're going to drive the Panamera Turbo S Sport Turismo E-Hybrid.

I'm not saying it in the right order. It's sapphire blue and looks nice.

We're at the airport of Malaga and have to go to the hotel.

We're going to steal some time for pretty pictures with the setting sun in Spain.

Let's go. Martijn, get in. We're going. Let's not waste time.

It can drive fully electric.

This is the fastest Panamera there is. That feels strange.

I promise to let you hear engine sounds later, but it's on E-Power now.

The tachometer shows 0. That's just weird. - While we're doing nearly 50 kph (31 mph).

It's very quiet in a Turbo S. It's just weird.

This is the future, guys. - This is the future.

I don't mind. I have no problem with electric driving. Many people think I'm against it.

That's not true, but making progress in making things cleaner shouldn't interfere with having fun.

I'll still have to find out of they succeeded, because I only did some electric driving at the airport.

I'll tell you later wether this car is fun or no.

I can put it in Sport Plus. There's the familiar growl.

I have to merge.

Yes, that goes well.

It can do that.

It's busy now, so that was only for a short while. - It's rush hour.

It does want to go. I'll try not to lose my driver's license before the end of this video.

This is quick.

Don't you miss something? - Do I miss something? Sound, but that's...

Look, it has no sport exhaust.

We don't. - Someone failed to tick a box.

This should be an obligatory option when buying a Porsche.

It doesn't really matter which Porsche, but it needs a sport exhaust.

Otherwise it sounds... Not boring, but... - A tunnel. Open the window.

There we go.

I heard the sound of an exhaust in the distance.

I don't know if it was mine or someone else's. - You're not allowed to do 180 kph (112 mph) here.

Oh, sorry. I'm not doing 180 kph (112 mph) now.

A small correction. We complained there's no sport exhaust, but the car does have one.

It no longer has a button in the center console, but it's in the infotainment system.

It's there and it's on now.

Okay, this sounds better than before. - It does sound better.

I think it could be more aggressive.

Aggressive, like you're driving style. - Is 250 kph (155 mph) normal on Spanish roads?

I mean the German highway. It is a German car. - We're in Mexico. They speak Spanish here.

There's no speed limit? Okay, we're in Mexico. - Another tunnel for a retry. It's in Sport, right?

Yes, that was better. Sorry Porsche, but my statement still stands.

You always need to opt for a sport exhaust.

You switched off the engine. - I switched off the engine. I've had enough.

I'm driving in Hybrid, but there's no engine, no rpm.

Who'da thunk you'd be driving in a hybrid Porsche behind a hybrid police car?

Dragrace! I won. I won from the police car.

Pretty sky. - Pretty, huh?

It's getting dark. - Yes, it is.

We'll try to get this car again early tomorrow.

The most important accessory for the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo...

I think I said that correctly. This unit, the original Porsche design charger.

Why do you want one? The Turbo S takes 98 octane.

That's expensive fuel, so you want to fully charge it to make the best use of electric driving.

They did that for us last night. Great.

There's only one charger here. The cars were in a garage.

This is a white one. That's not right. We'll continue with the blue one from yesterday.

That one is cool, but I think this carmine red is pretty too.

It's a good color.

A good color. I approve, but I think sapphire blue is prettier.

You picked the prettiest one, Martijn. Well done. Let's go.

Martijn! - What do you have there?

This is lifestyle.

For you. I don't wear caps.

I don't have hair that can get tousled. This one is for you; a Porsche cap.

It looks good on you.

Why are you doing like this?

That was nice of them, right? - It's going to be a fun day.

If you want a Porsche cap... Martijn won't give his away, but you can have mine.

Send an e-mail to wouter@autoblog.nl for a chance to win.

I'm saying the name one more time. It's the Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo.

That's the order in which Porsche wanted to stick it on the rear, but it didn't fit.

We already know the engine in this car from the normal Panamera Turbo.

It's a 4-liter V8 with 542 hp and 770 Nm (568 lb ft) torque.

However, an electric motor has been added.

Porsche says it's technology from the 918. That's probably true.

The electric motor has 134 hp and 400 Nm (295 lb ft) torque.

Add this for a total of 671 hp and 850 Nm (627 lb ft) torque.

Something strange is up with that. I'll explain using the transmission.

This Porsche Panamera Turbo S has an 8-speed PDK.

That 8-speed PDK can stand a maximum of 850 Nm (627 lb ft) positive torque

and 400 Nm (295 lb ft) negative torque.

It can't have more. The 400 Nm (295 lb ft) from the electric motor is available instantly.

The torque from the engine kicks in early, but there's a difference of 500 rpm.

Add it all up and you get more than 850 Nm (627 lb ft) torque.

Starting at 2,000 rpm, when the engine gives its optimum torque.

It's limited somewhere because the transmission can't handle it.

This engine is more powerful than it is in this car.

For the performance this means it does 0-100 kph (62 mph) in 3.4 seconds.

This wagon weighs 2,300 kg (5,071 lb). That's really quick.

The top speed is 310 kph (193 mph).

Unfortunately we can't verify this here in Spain, but it launches itself to the 250 kph (155 mph).

That's not strange considering that this car does 100-200 kph (62-124 mph) in 8.5 seconds.

We have a Turbo S E-Hybrid that isn't well-optioned for a Turbo S E-Hybrid.

A lot of things are standard. It has the normal chrome E-Hybrid logo on the sides.

Someone may think it's the standard hybrid Panamera Sport Turismo.

Most important for the Sport Turismo, which we haven't seen on Autoblog before, is the rear.

First, the normal Panamera hatchback doesn't have this roof spoiler.

Just like with the Cayenne, its base position has an angle of -7˚.

When you're doing over 170 kph (106 mph), it pops up to +1˚.

In Sport or Sport Plus it already pops up when doing over 90 kph (56 mph).

It can pop up even further when you have a panoramic roof. This car hasn't.

If you do have one, it pops up even further, just like the Cayenne does.

It decreases the air vortices in the interior, making it quieter there. The angle will be steep.

The most important thing is...

The trunk of the Sport Turismo.

It's 520 liters and the threshold is 11 cm lower than in the hatchback.

628 mm from the floor, depending on the selected drive mode.

The suspension is higher in Comfort mode. I think they measured the lowest possible.

You can put a lot of junk in here and there's more head room on the rear seats.

This is very okay. Plenty of head room to wear a cap.

I'm not touching the roof.

I can still move freely when it's on my head instead of over my head. The head room in the back is...

Also important: I think it's prettier than the hatchback.

The new Panamera hatchback looks better than the previous generation Panamera, but this is the best.

We're going for a drive now.

We'll be doing that fully electric.

You can drive this car fully electric up to 140 kph (87 mph).

Its range is 49 km (30 miles).

49 km (30 miles) Martijn. That's only a short distance.

It does 0-100 kph (62 mph) in 7 seconds like this.

That's not bad. Bye bye!

The Porsche Panamera Turbo S is a nice car to put on the miles.

It's not a bad driver's car, either. Porsche installed a lot of things in this Turbo S.

Three-chamber air suspension, dynamic chassis control, torque vectoring, ceramic brakes...

The rear spoiler adds 50 kg (110 lb) downforce when it's popped up.

Many things have been done to make it a good handling car.

Now we're driving on Spanish mountain roads, this car is a super fun drive.

It does have too much power for narrow roads, but that's obvious.

It only misses the target when you're driving downhill and brake into a corner.

You feel you're driving 2,300 kg (5,071 lb).

That's logical. Despite the ceramic brakes you hope you're not going too fast.

You become more careful, but that's a very small stain on a good handling and fast station wagon.

There was a man here who doesn't like Panameras. - He came running, looking angry.

There he is, with his happy mustache.

Bye mister.

He came running, looking angry.

He speaks Portuguese, so I say "no hablo español".

He didn't understand me either, so I drove off.

From the outside it sounds more like a powerful V8 than from the inside.

Okay. That's nice.

For that mister. - For that mister.

You're saying it sounds better from the outside than from the inside?

This is a soundcheck.

Should you have asked me 6 years ago, when I first started traveling for Autoblog to test cars,

wether I would ever film a Porsche wagon with hybrid technology and like it,

I'd have said you're crazy and that it wouldn't be fun.

Both are not true. This is a very good car.

I think the Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo is the Panamera to have.

It's top of the range. That's obvious. It's the top of the range wagon and the fastest one at the moment.

It's also the prettiest, if you ask me.

I think it's a very pretty car, prettier than the hatchback.

It's more practical too. You can sit comfortably in the back.

So yeah, I can't think of any reason not to do it.

Except... There's one thing. Money. It's expensive.

It's like 250,000 euros when you tick some boxes. (Starting at 202,400 euros.)

That's a lot of money, but you'll have an A label. It's something.

Learn 11 English idioms that use the word 'walk'! - Duration: 5:54.

In today's English lesson you will learn 11 idioms that use the word 'walk'!

Let's get started! Don't miss a lesson, click the red subscribe button then click the

bell! Hello Real Fluency Friends! I'm Trisha and I'm here to teach you real

English used in Real life so that you can reach Real Fluency Now and today you

will learn 11 idioms that use the word walk. There are many more than that so I

will have to make a part 2 of this lesson to teach you more another time

and yes I realize that almost every time I've done a lesson with idioms its

been 11. I don't know why it's worked out that way but it's always 11.

I didn't plan it that way. Alright number one a 'walk in the park'.

If something is a walk in the park it means is very easy or fun to do. Making

these lessons about idioms is a walk in the park.

Number two 'cakewalk' this is also something that is easy to do, if you

remember a while back I did an idioms video about idioms about food and I

talked about something being a piece of cake and that is also something easy.

Number three 'all walks of life' this means people with all different types of

backgrounds rich, poor, different racial groups, religions, everything all

different walks of life. A sample sentence is: When you work in a grocery

store you see people from all walks of life

Number four: 'walk down the aisle'. This means to get married as in 'I don't think

she'll ever walk down the aisle again', in other words you don't think she'll get

married again. Number five is to take a 'walk down memory lane'. This means you

think about things that have happened in the past usually good things is in:

'Looking at all those old pictures was like taking the walk down memory lane.'

Number six: 'walk a thin line' this means to do or say something in a very careful

way so that you don't cause a problem by being too extreme in either of two

opposite ways. A sample sentence: 'Parents have to

walk a thin line between letting their children explore the world yet keep them

safe. Number seven is to 'walk a mile in someone's shoes'. This means to try to

understand what another person's life is like especially if it is very different

from yours. Sample sentence is: 'If he really wants to know what their life is

like as immigrants he should really try walking a mile in their shoes'. Number

eight: to 'walk all over someone'. This means to treat someone in a bad way or

take advantage of. A sample sentence is: 'I was really shy when I was younger and

people walked all over me because of that'. Number nine, 'walk into the lion's den'.

This means to go into a dangerous or bad situation on purpose. A sample sentence

is: 'Going into the meeting with all of the angry shareholders was like walking

into the lion's den. Number 10 is 'walk off the job', which means to suddenly leave or

quit or job or for union workers to go on strike. A sample sentence is

'Factory workers walked off the job last week'. Number eleven is 'walk on sunshine'

This means to feel really happy also. There was a song a long time ago by a

group called 'Katrina and the Waves' called 'Walking on Sunshine'. If you do a search

on YouTube I'm pretty sure you can find that and you can hear that song. So a

sample sentence of that is: 'If I ever met him I would be walking on sunshine'. Now

there's no quiz again this time but I do have some homework for you again. I want

you to use my LLRS method with this lesson to help you with listening and

speaking skills and if you don't remember what that is that means

to listen while looking at subtitles or sentences written out and then to listen

again without looking at the text and then to repeat

what you just heard and then S is to shadow or try to say the words as

you're listening to a recording. And then repeat all four of those steps

as many times as necessary until you feel like you know the the passage or

the sentences is that you're trying to learn really well. So what you can do is

you can go through this lesson and find all the sample sentences yourself or you

can click a link I will give you at the end of this video to go to a page with a

list of all the sample sentences from the lesson and then you can download an

mp3 with a recording of all them so you can practice the LLRS method with them.

And that's all for today's lesson, but before you go please subscribe to my

youtube channel if you haven't done that yet so you know when I have more English

lessons ready for you. In a few seconds you can also sign up to get the mp3 that

I talked about earlier and then if you also still have some more time you can

watch some more of my English lessons here on YouTube. Goodbye and remember

with hope anything is possible!

Essential Life Hacks For Pregnant Women - Duration: 5:41.

Congratulations, you're pregnant!

So now you're probably nauseous, you have to pee every 10 minutes, and you're totally

stressing about the actual birth.

Luckily, you don't have to suffer through the next nine months.

We've got experts weighing in on the very best life hacks for nailing your pregnancy.

Fireball

OK, no, not this kind...

THIS kind.

You've probably heard ginger tea soothes nausea, but did you know that hot tamales and atomic

fireballs get the same results?

Reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh says, "Herbalists have long known of the power

of cinnamon, and many recent published scientific studies are also demonstrating the same.

Cinnamon is a side-effect-free way of reducing symptoms that are so commonly seen in pregnancy."

She adds, "I tell patients to suck on the candy and don't necessarily eat the entire

[thing].

But just warning you, after pregnancy you may have a really hard time eating a hot tamale

again."

But if you're sweating the heat, there's another option!

Unisom

Beat the nausea, without a prescription.

Dr. Aimee says, quote, "You've heard of Kim Kardashian marketing Diclegis for nausea.

It's pregnancy category A, which means it's safe [for your baby]...But if you need relief

in a pinch…"

"Taking Unisom with b6 is almost just like Diclegis and no prescription needed.

Unisom tabs are super small and easier to swallow so they may work better."

However, Dr. Aimee warns, "Before you try any of these pregnancy hacks do talk to your

doctor.

Severe nausea could be a sign of untreated hyperthyroidism, and that's something you'd

want to know."

Stimulation

Gotta go — with nowhere to go?

Bailey Gaddis, birth doula, and author of Feng Shui Mommy says, "If you're ever in traffic

with a full bladder...redirect attention from your bladder by using...touch techniques."

She says, quote, "If you're not the one driving, direct attention to your arm by lightly grazing

the back of your fingertips across your arm.

This light touch helps to stimulate your nerve endings and release endorphins.

If you're the one behind the wheel, lightly graze one thumb across the side of the other."

Or maybe, you actually want to stimulate your pee...

Peppermint oil

If you're having trouble peeing, Gaddis says, "Pressure on the bladder and swelling in [the]

vaginal region [makes it] difficult to fully empty the bladder...My number one, top secret

tip, that all my pregnant clients love, is to put a few drops of peppermint essential

oil in the toilet bowl if you ever have trouble urinating.

Peppermint oil is so effective because its vapors help to dilate the urethra.

This tip is especially helpful during childbirth when the pressure on the bladder and swelling

in the vaginal region is greatly intensified."

Relax with your main squeeze

Use that baby-related restless sleep, as a chance to bond with your partner.

Gaddis says, "To ward off insomnia, tell your partner it's essential to practice birthing

relaxation techniques like pressure point work, light touch massage, scalp, jaw, and

foot massage, and guided meditation together before bed to ensure you're both fully prepped

for birth."

Doing these relaxation techniques has multiple benefits.

Gaddis continues, "Not only can this get you nightly massages, but it will serve to deepen

your bond with your partner, fill your birthing tool kit, and help you drift into deep and

restorative sleep."

Meditative meals

Meditating before meals can help you make better food choices and stay healthy throughout

your pregnancy.

Gaddis recommends, "Meditate for three minutes before preparing any meal, or going into a

restaurant...When you take a few quiet moments to clear the mind before making food selections,

you're more likely to tune into what your body actually needs and desires, instead of

what your mind is saying sounds good."

Singing along

Trainers often suggest the "talk test," in which you see if you can talk comfortably

during exercise, in order to measure the intensity of your workout.

But according to Helene Byrne, internationally recognized prenatal and postpartum fitness

expert, and founder of BeFit-Mom, the "sing test" works even better.

She says, "When we speak, it's far too easy and common to take small, barely noticeable

inhalations.

So while you may not be out-right panting, you can unintentionally overshoot your ideal

prenatal aerobic training zone without recognizing it in your body."

Here's what she suggests instead: "Sing a simple song like Row, Row, Row Your Boat and

if you need to take a big inhale between the first two lines...then you should lower your

intensity."

To the core

When you have a baby occupying your uterus, it's common to experience pain.

But you can set yourself up for a smoother third trimester by doing prenatal core exercises.

Byrne recommends, "Prevent common pregnancy problems like diastasis recti , pelvic instability,

and back pain with simple prenatal core exercises that build and maintain strength in the transverse

abdominis, or TvA.

The TvA is our body's internal corset and when contracted, compresses the abdomen.

Performing these safe moves throughout pregnancy will not just prevent or lessen the severity

of these issues, but will also greatly aid in the pushing phase of labor, as the TvA

is our primary, voluntary expulsion muscle."

Yoga ball

Lessen the chance of an episiotomy or vaginal tearing by exercising on a yoga ball.

As Byrne describes it, "When you...straddle a large exercise ball, your pelvic floor is

in contact with the ball.

As you exercise on the balls, whether simple stretches, with free weights, or stability

moves, the membrane of the ball and your pelvic floor will function as one unit.

As your weight shifts on the ball, your pelvic floor will undergo a small amount of upward

pressure which gently stretches your pelvic floor muscles, which builds elasticity."

In addition, Byrne suggested, "After 36 weeks gestation, you can gently bounce on the ball

for 5 minutes a day, to more effectively build elasticity in your pelvic floor.

Practicing Kegels on the ball is great too."

How To Make Yourself Immune To Social Pressure - Duration: 8:33.

One of the unfortunate things about living in the world is that when you have goals,

there will be obstacles and those obstacles can often come in the form

of other human beings — the doubters, the haters, and sometimes the friends and

the family that just don't want you to get hurt or don't want you to change

which is why in this video, I want to help immunize you against that peer and

social pressure so that that doubt doesn't creep in and stop you from achieving your big dreams.

Now, the first thing to realize is that it's not often the case that the person who is

doubting us or the person who is pressuring us has a really persuasive amazing argument.

What is often the case is that we haven't gotten clear on our own values

and we actually just use them as an excuse for doubting ourselves

which is why it's so, so important to get crystal-clear on the things that you think are important; you need to write this down.

And the best question that I know of to get clear on your values is this one —

when you're 90 or 100 years old and you're looking back at your life and all the amazing things that you did, what do you want to see?

When especially you're looking back at this time period in your life, what would you like to say?

Would you like to say, "That was a time period in my life where I conformed and followed what everybody said. I took the safe path and just kind of played it safe,"

or do you want to look back and say, "That was the time period where I struck out and followed my dreams

and whether or not it went perfectly, I found out if that was something that I was capable of doing; I learned a ton."?

Now, I hope and I think that you're probably with me and that it's the second one.

But when you do this, a lot of things will become clear to you and I actually did this many years ago.

And I was working a normal job as a consultant and it was very clear to me that

I did not want to just work until I was 65. What I wanted to do was to move to

Brazil with a bunch of my friends to try to start this online business thing to see if it could work

and when I wrote down my day the way that I wanted to go — waking up in the morning, knocking on my friend's door,

we lived in the same apartment, we go out to the beach together, we take a stroll, we'd be drinking caipirinhas —

I wrote the whole thing out. When I got clear on that, it was so motivating

that when anybody would come up to me and say, "Charlie, you're crazy. You're gonna quit your job and you're gonna try to start this online business?"

it didn't faze me because I didn't value the security of the job in the same way that

I valued pursuing this dream because I've gotten clear on it.

So take this time; this is so, so critical not just for this topic but for everything in your life —

write down your values; it's so helpful.

The second thing that you're going to need to do is to realize that

there isn't a human being that I know that is immune to social pressure.

We all are adjusting and reacting based on the people around us which is why

the answer is not just to say, "Hey, nobody can influence me," the answer is to build a moat.

The answer is to have this moat surrounding you of really positive influences

such that when there's a negative influence, it doesn't break through.

Now, the important thing to realize here is that if you're like me and you want to be an entrepreneur,

you're not necessarily surrounded by other entrepreneurs so your first influence inside that moat are going to come from books, audio tapes, and video.

For me, it was Tim Ferriss. I read The 4-Hour Workweek and that really laid out the blueprint for how I was gonna travel,

how I was gonna spend my 20s, the business that I would run...

So if you're interested in any of those things — travel, lifestyle, having freedom of time or business — go to The 4-Hour Workweek.

It's changed probably tens of thousands of people's lives at this point — amazing book.

If you're interested in social stuff, hopefully, this channel is helping you to really improve your social skills.

If you want more, join our course, Charisma University; I'm gonna throw a link in the description.

The important part is you want to refer to this probably daily.

In Charisma University, we have an action guide that is for 30 days; it tells you exactly what to do.

I would reread The 4-Hour Workweek. You need that influence in your life day to day because you're getting so many bad ones from everybody else.

There's a 2B to this which is you can't just have your little moat built with authors and dead people; it's not gonna work for you.

Or YouTube people like me who are hopefully, at the time of this filming is still alive.

You need to have real live human beings that you can interact with which is

why what I recommend is when you find that book, share it with your friends.

When you find that video, send it to them.

Friends that you might want to come on this journey with you — whatever it is whether you're trying to stop drinking and be more social, whether you're

trying start a business, whether you're striking out on your own — in any way are going to be resistant to you persuading them.

They will, in my experience, be much more open to checking out a piece of content that you give them

and then forming their own idea; this is how Ben got me.

He didn't tell me, "Hey, man. We're gonna start this business; it's gonna be great,"

he gave me The 4-Hour Workweek and that took it from there; so that's 2B.

Get someone else on your team, start with your current circle, and if you can't get that, go to meetup.com or Reddit.

There's a subreddit and meetup for literally everything.

So the third thing, and I've mentioned this, is that you need to make progress every single day.

Like I said, influences are bombarding you from all angles all the time; you have to find a way to schedule it into your day —

some sort of reading, some sort of video, some sort of conversation with a person that is going to make you not feel crazy...

And Ben and I luckily live together when we were starting our business.

Every day, he'd go into the office and his co-workers were telling him he was crazy

for quitting his job at the end of just a few months to go with Charisma on Command

but then he'd come home and we would laugh about how they couldn't see what we saw — that we were going to Brazil and that it was gonna be awesome.

You have to find a way every single day to refresh yourself against those negative influences or else they will start to seep in.

So that is how you inoculate yourself.

What I want to teach you now is how to deal with it when inevitably, that doubter comes up to you and says,

"Hey, you're doing this wrong," or tries to pressure you and that may happen

for you over the holidays from a well-meaning aunt, uncle, mom, or dad.

In this case, be kind and smile but there's one phrase that I found that just puts an end to this — after they've told you the ways in which you changed, you say,

"It's good that you get to make decisions for you and I get to make decisions for me because if it was the other way around, we'd both be really unhappy."

and I talked about this in another video which I'll link to but

what this does is it very subtly say, "Hey, make your own decisions; I'll make mine.

As much as you don't approve of what I'm doing, I also don't want what you have. I'm just not shoving it down your throat."

And people get that and they back off very quickly.

The last thing that I've realized is that people are always going to tell you, "Don't do that," when you're in the thinking-about-it mode.

When I was thinking about starting this business with Ben, everybody had an opinion — "Won't work,", "Can't do it for a hundred reasons."

Once I quit my job and once I started, those voices diminished because it was too late; they couldn't save me at this point.

If it's something that isn't dangerous — this is a Tim Ferriss-ism, if you will, from 4-Hour Workweek —

there's very few things in your life that are not recoverable so just go for it.

If you decide that it's a stupid idea or was a failure, you can almost always work your way back to the previous position you were with a little bit of time,

a little bit of money, and perhaps a little bit of begging for your old job back

but you will not find the perfect opportunity if you continue your whole life waiting for it find it so just give it a try.

That's it for this video; I just want to tell you guys really quick — I've been busy with family stuff which is kind of what inspired

this because my mom and I did not see eye to eye on the way that I was spending money recently and they're just gonna watch this.

I love you mom and I hope that you don't take this any personally or upset by it.

Anyways, we're gonna have a video on Star Wars coming up after this and that

video is gonna be, I think, two actually — one might be on Han Solo and why we're gonna miss him so sort of a charisma breakdown on Han

and the other one on family and why family is so important because really, Star Wars is this space western

with these weird family ties, it's a family drama and it's so much more impactful

because it is so I want to talk about the importance of family relations

and how they probably drive you more than you may realize and I actually am very excited for that one because I think it's gonna be kind of insightful.

So that's it for this video. If you want to see those new videos coming up, Star Wars and Beyond, hit the Subscribe button.

This Is Why You Have Leg Cramps At Night (And How To Stop It) - Duration: 2:23.

Cramps normally appear after intense physical activity, when your body isn't able to absorb

the oxygen necessary, in order to produce the glucose oxidation, and there is an excessive

accumulation of lactic acid.

The lack of minerals such as magnesium and potassium is another cause: excessive sweating

depletes these minerals and electrolytes, causing cramps.

Other common causes are:

- diabetes; - exposure to low temperatures;

- circulation problems; - hypothyroidism;

- bad posture; - anemia;

- stress.

In order to avoid cramps, you need to follow some simple tips.

First of all, you should drink lots of water, both before and after physical activity.

If your cramps are caused by a lack of electrolytes, you should eat foods that are rich in magnesium,

sodium, calcium and potassium; fruits and vegetables such as celery, cress, carrots,

banana, tomato, and citrus fruits, which contain vitamin C and improve circulation.

Stretching exercises can also help, due to the fact that they improve the communication

between your sensory and brain receptors.

Here are 3 easy juice recipes that help prevent cramps:

Recipe 1

Wash three celery stalks and blend them with a little water.

Mix well.

Next, squeeze an orange and mix it with the celery juice.

Drink one cup a day.

Recipe 2

Wash, peel, and juice a tomato.

Next, pour the juice in an ice tray and put it in the freezer.

Finally, wash, juice, and peel one cucumber and two celery stalks.

Strain the juice and add the tomato juice cubes.

Try decorating your drink with a sprig of parsley.

Drink one cup every morning,

Recipe 3

Boil two spoonfuls of ginger in a cup of water for ten minutes.

Let it cool and drink a cup before going to bed.

Do you suffer from cramps?

Have you tried any of these recipes?

Tell us what you think!

Movie Sequels That Were Way Better Than The Original - Duration: 10:37.

Everyone knows sequels are never as good as the originals — except that every once in

awhile, they actually are.

In fact, some sequels turn out to be even better than the films that preceded them.

These sequels all surpassed the franchise installments they followed — and some are

now considered classics in their own right.

Spider-Man 2

Sam Raimi's Spider-Man was great, but it was hampered by two things.

First, it spent a lot of time telling Spider-Man's origin story before it got around to the main

action.

Second, they made some questionable choices regarding the villain.

Willem Dafoe was an excellent choice for Norman Osborn, but his Green Goblin outfit looked

pretty goofy, especially that Power Rangers-style goblin face.

Spider-Man 2 solved the villain problem by hiring the spectacular Alfred Molina to play

Doctor Octopus, a villain who doesn't wear a mask and also has a lot more pathos than

the Green Goblin ever did.

With the origin story already told and such a fantastic villain to work with, it's no

surprise that this is the best movie in Raimi's trilogy.

The Empire Strikes Back

Star Wars: A New Hope is an incredibly fun movie, and it's no wonder it was a world-changing

smash hit.

But the follow-up, The Empire Strikes Back, manages to retain that sense of fun while

introducing real drama, romance, and tragedy.

A New Hope ends with a big victory, but Empire is a reminder that wars are long, and even

after a major win you may find yourself on the run from a stronger opponent, wondering

if winning the battle could still cost you the war.

In addition to raising the narrative complexity, Empire also introduces important and interesting

new characters like Lando Calrissian, Yoda, the Emperor and Boba Fett, who doesn't really

do much other than look cool, but managed to earn a fan following anyway.

And yes, it has a downer ending, but that sets up the even bigger triumph of Return

of the Jedi.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Captain America: The First Avenger was one long origin story, taking Steve Rogers from

a skinny Brooklyn kid to a World War II super-soldier, then transplanting him directly to the 21st

century.

Its sequel, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, took that time-displaced Cap and put him at

the center of a very modern story.

Like many of the character's best comics, Winter Soldier is all about how Steve Rogers

comes from a simpler time and struggles adjusting to the complexities of the future.

On top of all that, Winter Soldier makes great use of the Black Widow, introduces the Falcon,

and even features a fight with Batroc the Leaper, a long time Marvel villain.

Who, y'know, leaps and stuff.

The Dark Knight

Batman Begins has a lot going for it.

Christian Bale poured a lot of energy into his dual roles as Batman and Bruce Wayne.

The two villains brought some dark fun some dark fun to the movie, both representing a

nihilistic worldview that destroys the world through a misguided desire to purify it.

Then The Dark Knight came along and changed the whole game, thanks mostly to Heath Ledger's

Joker.

He gives what might be the best Joker performance of all time, and even though he's incredibly

violent and destructive, he's certainly never grim.

Despite the ugly makeup, Ledger is magnetic in every moment he's onscreen.

Such a worthy villain makes this hands-down the best Christopher Nolan Batman movie, and

one of the best Batman movies of all time.

The Godfather Part II

There are very few examples of a movie and its sequel both appearing on legitimate lists

of the greatest films of all time, but the first two Godfather installments frequently

do.

The Godfather was more than just a gangster film, bringing a level of craft and depth

that the genre had never even approached before.

The Godfather Part II takes that complexity further, telling a story of family across

two time periods simultaneously.

The Godfather Part II is the continuing story of Michael Corleone, the previously sheltered

son who has become as great a mafia leader as his father once was.

But it's also the story of his father in the past, played here by Robert De Niro, a Sicilian

immigrant in New York City who learns how things work in his new home, and how much

there is to be gained from a life of crime.

These halves mesh seamlessly into one whole, a rare achievement in cinema.

The Road Warrior

Mad Max is an interesting, low-budget film about a cop in a near-future dystopia who

seeks revenge after his family is murdered.

The Road Warrior takes that same character and builds a whole new world around him.

What was once a collapsing society is now a full-on post-apocalyptic world.

And while the first movie was about Max's life, The Road Warrior establishes him as

a wanderer who reluctantly gets involved in the lives of others.

Add in the now-iconic production design and costumes, and it's clear that The Road Warrior

is the film that gave George Miller's world staying power as a classic sci-fi franchise.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

In 2011, the Planet of the Apes franchise was rebooted with Rise of the Planet of the

Apes, a sci-fi drama that focuses on the very first intelligent ape, Caesar — played through

motion-capture by Andy Serkis — and his relationship with the human who raised him,

played by James Franco.

It sets the stage for the downfall of humanity and the rise of the apes, but it doesn't quite

get there.

By Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, set ten years later, things have progressed, to say

the least.

This is the story of humans who have lost control of the Earth, and their growing conflict

with the increasingly intelligent apes.

While Rise may have been the key to the way this saga began, Dawn is where it really gets

exciting.

Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan

Bringing Star Trek to the big screen was a great idea, but even the most diehard Trekkers

will admit that Star Trek: The Motion Picture was kind of a mess.

The costumes and production design weren't much to look at, the plot was lifted from

an episode of the TV show, and at a runtime of more than two hours, the whole thing seemed

to move at a glacial pace rather than warp speed.

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan was where they figured out how to make a Star Trek movie

work, returning Ricardo Montalban to his role as the villainous Khan and introducing important

new characters.

Director Nicholas Meyer also brought the whole thing in at under two hours with plenty of

action and sci-fi awesomeness along the way.

Ask any Star Trek fan what their favorite movie in the franchise is and they'll usually

only have one answer:

"KHAN!"

Addams Family Values

1991's The Addams Family was a surprisingly successful adaptation of the classic TV show,

and 1993's Addams Family Values took that success to even greater heights.

First of all, the sequel takes Wednesday and Pugsley to summer camp, where their encounters

with more conventionally normal children provide some of the most memorable gags in either

movie.

Also, most of the first movie is occupied with a conceit that Uncle Fester is being

impersonated by a con artist, until he turns out to have been the real Uncle Fester all

along at the end.

In the sequel, we know he's Fester from the beginning, so Christopher Lloyd can fully

occupy the role in a way he didn't get to the first time around, and his relationship

with Joan Cusack's black widow, Debbie, is a particular highlight.

Plus, it brought us this immensely quotable exchange:

"You...are...Mister Debbie!"

"I am an Addams!"

"Fester!"

X-Men 2

Bryan Singer's first X-Men movie came out in a time when superhero movies weren't a

sure thing yet, and in retrospect it's hard not to notice that it hedges its bets, posing

as more of a Matrix-esque sci-fi film.

X-Men 2 is infused with far more confidence.

It makes the X-Men feel more like superheroes, even if they still wear black leather.

It expands the roles of Iceman and Pyro, introduces Nightcrawler, and brings the first movie's

major villains, Magneto and Mystique, into an uneasy alliance with the X-Men against

a much bigger threat.

All of this goes a long way toward building the kind of complex world and layered character

dynamics that made the comics such a big hit for so long.

It also just makes a lot more sense than the first film, foregoing the "deadly device at

the top of the Statue of Liberty" silliness for a more believable threat of mutant extermination

at the hands of bigotry.

Back to the Future 2

Back to the Future is a fun movie about a teen from the '80s visiting his teenaged parents

in the '50s.

But Back to the Future Part 2 actually tells a complex sci-fi story about the nature of

time travel that the first movie didn't even attempt.

"Roads?

Where we're going, we don't need roads."

In the second movie, Marty goes to the future, then returns to the present — only to find

that it's been altered because of their actions.

That means he has to go back to the past again to set things right.

That third segment features scenes from the original film from different angles, as Marty

does his best to make sure the plot of the first movie happens as it was meant to.

It's a wild ride.

"Talk about deja vu."

Terminator 2: Judgment Day

The seven years between 1984's The Terminator and 1991's Terminator 2: Judgment Day marked

a huge evolution in special effects, and an increased budget made utilizing those state-of-the-art

bells and whistles possible.

In The Terminator, the antagonist is a robot in human form who's come from the future to

kill Sarah Connor before she gives birth to a son.

In Judgment Day, that robot has been reprogrammed to protect Sarah and her son from a more dangerous

model of Terminator.

But the T-1000 isn't just a robot in human form, it's a shapeshifting killer made of

liquid metal that can take the form of anyone.

The development of CGI "morphing" technology made the T-1000 possible, and it was mind-blowing

at the time — and even holds up as pretty impressive today.

Add in an amazing, engaging plot, and this sequel outmatches its predecessor.

Blade II

The biggest reason Blade II is much better than the first Blade is simple: Guillermo

del Toro.

The Mexican director was still mostly unknown in the U.S. when he was hired to direct the

second film based on the Marvel Comics vampire hunter.

The story of the sequel is pretty similar to that of the first movie, but del Toro brings

a level of style that really makes Blade II something special.

The complex fight scenes, Blade's reluctant vampire allies, and the super-vampires known

as Reapers, are by far the best in any of the three Blade movies.

Evil Dead 2

Evil Dead is a ridiculous film by accident.

Thanks to a low budget and the off-kilter sensibilities of director Sam Raimi and star

Bruce Campbell, it turns out to be something much weirder than your average horror movie.

In Evil Dead 2, Raimi embraced that weirdness and made full use of Bruce Campbell's comedic

abilities to make a delightfully bizarre horror comedy that starts in the same cabin in rural

1980s America and ends in medieval Europe.

Everything that came after — Army of Darkness, Ash vs. Evil Dead, the darker Evil Dead remake

— all happened because of the slick, tongue-in-cheek self-awareness of Evil Dead 2 far more than

the low-budget original Evil Dead.

After all, Ash isn't really Ash until he replaces his severed hand with a chainsaw, and this

is the film where that happens.

"Groovy."

BTS THEORIES: THE NOTES - part one - Duration: 16:07.

You've waited for a long time for this video

and this time I'm gonna analyse THE NOTES!

I guarantee that they explained a lot

Let's get started!

I'll start from the explanation that we didn't upload any theory video for a long time because of my laryngitis

so I hope you'll understand

but it's better now so we're back to work!

We'll add more theories soon - EXO and BTS mostly

You can look forward to more videos

And now I'm gonna start our topic - The Notes

I think you already know but if not... Then you'll find out now

BTS released the Love Yourself: HER album and this small book was hidden inside

We have 'THE NOTES' as the title

Big Hit already uploaded Jin's note some time ago

I already explained you the whole note when I was starting the Love Yourself serie

It was the beginning when the Highlight Reel videos were released

I hope you remember anything because it'll be helpful now

This note fit to everything back then

and it explained everything

Many of you suggested making a video about The Notes

And then I found out that 14 (in fact 21, explanation in the description) notes were published

Two (three) notes from each member

I put them in order

I'll start from V's note

It was published on December 29th

When V was 10 years old

There are 3 ways to analyse those notes

And I wanna emphasize it right now

First of all, we can say that the year given on each note is the member's age

and I'm gonna stick to this point of view

The second option - the year given on each note is the current year when the action takes place, for example 2010, 2019, 2020, 2022

But if we stick to this method - the notes are from the future!

I don't really like this idea

However, I took it into consideration lately

Third option - ignoring everything written down there!

We can pretend that everything happens in the same year

but the dates are given

But it depends on you how you wanna analyse those notes

In the first note we can read about the relationship between V and his father

We already knew it's complicated since INU was released

I must remind you that it's not about the real V

It's about the character created by Big Hit Entertainment

Because I saw some comments where you asked if V really killed his father

Nope, V didn't kill his father

It's a created story! But let's get back to topic

V killed his father in INU but he fought with domestic violence in Stigma

He tried to protect his mother or sister... Or both of them

We can read in this note a story of V coming back home from school; he sees his father and he hasn't seen him for a really long time already

He runs towards him, he wants to hug him

It's his father! And the bond between a son and a father should be really strong

But then something he never expected happens

and because of that - he doesn't really know what happened

His father didn't welcome him with happiness

He rather welcomed him with anger, he hit him, shouted at him

The only thing that 10 years old V was able to notice were his father's bloodshot eyes

He didn't feel fatherly love - he felt the smell of alcohol

Basically everything we could see in the short part of Stigma

I'm not sure whether I should seperate the notes into each member or each date or anything else

Some notes are longer, some are shorter

The length of the videos would be different

I decided to put the notes into chronological order

The second note is Jin's note from 2nd of March when he was 19 years old

I think this note doesn't help a lot with the theories

but it gives us the basic facts to understand Seokjin's story

2nd of March is the first day of school in Korea

We find out that Jin was living in USA before

He came back to Korea 10 days ago

His father brought him to a new school

But Jin has to repeat 1 year because the school system in Korea is different than the one in the USA

The situation seems a bit weird because Jin describes his principal as the devil

The principal asks Jin wheather he will be living by the rules or not because school is a really dangerous place

Jin's father puts pressure on him because he's gripping his shoulder

he's waiting for Jin to give them the right answer; both men are expecting Jin to be a good student

The only thing that can come through Jin's mouth is 'yes' and it's the moment when his father's grip disappears

Jin is still afraid for some reason

the question is: why?

As you can see, it doesn't really help with the theories

But those notes give us the confirmation for the fact that it's not a weird story about the superhero Jin who is also a time traveller

It'll be a story about the 7 of them written down in a really short chapters

Suga's first note was written on 25th of June when he was 20 years old

I already can say that it's seems very meaningful and it turns all the theories upside down

All the theories related to Yoongi and his connection to fire

It clearly refers to his short film, First Love

and his connection to the piano

The note is really long and very shocking or... At least, it shocked me

The note starts with a scene where Suga takes an envelope from his desk

and a burned piano key falls out from it

It is related to First Love and a scene of burning piano

Thanks to this note we know exactly what happened

It's not related to Jungkook or at least for now it doesn't

because we don't know what the next notes will tell us about their story

We saw clearly that they are connected to each other in the Highlight Reel serie

so we cannot be sure about anything yet

We know that Suga went to his family house

but this house was burned

There was a fire in his family house 4 years ago

a piano also burned back then

I'll cite a right part of First Love lyrics:

The corner of my memory

A brown piano settled on one side

In the corner of my childhood house

A brown piano settled on one side

We also know that this fire caused something more tragic

There was a funeral

Suga's mother died in fire

Of course, the character created by Big Hit!

I have to remind you of this!

We also know that his mother played this piano and showed him the piano

I have another part of the lyrics for you:

I remember that moment

Way taller than my height The brown piano that guided me

I looked up to you I yearned for you

When I touched you with my small finger

I feel so nice mom I feel so nice

Yoongi lost both, his mother and a piano

He loved this piano really much and this is why the scene of burning piano in First Love symbolize the moment of fire in his family house

The moment when he sits in front of the piano relates to his note

A moment when he goes to his house 4 years after the fire

and he falls into the moment of reflection

After mother's death, Suga started to live with his father but he cannot talk with him

Sometimes he thinks about running away from home but he doesn't have the courage to do so

He didn't attend school for 10 days and he can be expelled

When he visited his mother's burned room, he took one of the piano keys with him

But now he throws the key away through the window

He didn't hear a sound of the key falling into the ground

He knows he cannot hear it... Same as he knows that he'll never hear the piano playing again

He will never play it again

However, we can learn from those lyrics that Yoongi never gave up

Back then when I fell into a pit of despair

Even when I pushed you away Even when I resented meeting you

You were firmly by my side

You didn't have to say anything

So don't ever let go of my hand

I won't let you go ever again either

My birth and the end of my life

You will be there to watch over it all

Now you can see that those notes turn the theories upside down

Yoongi has been always shown with fire

Now it suddenly relates to his memories about a dead mother

about fire in his family house

and a broken piano

Those three notes took place before BTS' debut

I think I shouldn't consider them as a band right now

They're rather a group of friends in this story

Those notes happened before in the past

and now let's move to the notes from 2014

The first one was written on 11st of April 2014

It's Jin's note

We already had one Jin's note written in the age of 22

It was the note published by Big Hit on Twitter

If we read one after another, we see clearly that they are connected to each other

The only difference is the date - one was written on 11st April and the other one on 13rd June

Jin describes his trip to the seaside

It's the important sea! Everything relates to this sea recently

We saw it in Highlight Reel movies, in BTS MVs

BTS had a photo together in front of this sea

and they took a trip together to the seaside

They went together back then but now Jin went alone

He describes the sea and says if anything has changed than it's him

He also writes that somehow he recalls a moment from 2 years and 10 months ago

But it vanished from his memory fast

They sat along the sea together and even though they were tired and sad, the only thing that mattered was the fact that they were together

It's a clear connection to the moment from the Highlight Reel: Love Yourself serie

Jin's narration in each part seems like a voice note right now

Of course, those notes are put in some order on the timeline

We have a date and a year

At least it's my opinion and I stick to this point of view

If everything happens in one year, it would change the meaning of all the notes

Jin recalls the thing that happened at the sea

We knew about it when we watched the Highlight Reel movies

But we still don't know what really happened there

Seokjin goes inside the car and drives away

He stops by their old school for a moment

and we see that his mind is full of memories

After some time he drives away again

A few streets later he sees a light at the petrol station

It's a station where Namjoon works

We know that Namjoon is working at the petrol station since INU MV was released

It seems like a really important information because we saw him working there in INU, Japanese version of BST and in For You MV

Big Hit emphasize the fact that Namjoon is working there

We also notice that Jin's relationship with Namjoon is better

His petrol station appeared in his second note

He also visited this station in Japanese Blood Sweat & Tears

and he said to Namjoon that they didn't see each other for a long time

Oh? Jin Hyung!

Long time no see

Jin's note ends here and the next one is a note written by Namjoon

What's really interesting - it was written in the same year, 2014

But it happened one month later - on 15th of May

Namjoon's note seems very depressing, even more than the one written by Suga

Even though it was very meaningful and turned everything upside down,

including the things I was almost sure about till now

15th of May is the last day of school

RM went to class which was actually a closet

BTS treated this place as their secret place

Everything was covered with a thick dust layer

Namjoon had to move a few chairs to go through

Namjoon moved 2 weeks ago

He has no idea whether he'll be able to see his Hyungs and Dongsaengs ever again

older and younger mates

RM takes out a sheet of paper and a pen and he wants to write something

But after filling this paper with black ink,

he instinctively also wrote "You have to survive" on it

It's something we saw many times already in BTS' MVs

In Prologue, in Korean and Japanese INU, in Reflection and Awake

To sum up, this phrase is very imporant and Big Hit tries to put out attention to it for a long time already

Now it appears again and Namjoon seems to be writing to the rest of BTS

It was their secret place so they will probably come back here one day and see his message

As we know, now they contact each other

Namjoon thoughts circle around poverty, parents, younger mates, moving and other things he calls a mess

However, he doesn't leave this paper, he squashes it and hides in his pocket

But before leaving the classroom, he breathes at the window

He writes three words:

'We will meet again' (in Korean and Polish it's 3 words)

He says it's insufficient but it can be conveyed to everyone even if it's unsaid

Namjoon treats it as a promise between them

The moment of Namjoon writing on the window reminds us of every scene where RM wrote 'You have to survive'

But this time he writes a promise - they'll meat again

Another note written in the same year 2014

30th of September 2014

It's Jimin's note when he was 19 years old

We already noticed in Highlight Reel that all Jimin's scenes were with Hoseok

They are friends and they spend a lot of time together

But Jimin envies Hobi

He wants to be just like him

He especially envies Hoseok his talent

When we read this note, we find out from the very beginning that there is a strong friendship bond between him and Hoseok

They come back from school together even though it takes 2 hours to go by feet and 30 minutes to go by bus

But Hoseok is stubborn, he shows Jimin various alleys and short ways to his home

Jimin moved to this school one year ago after he left hospital

We don't know yet what happened and why he was in the hospital

But maybe it explains why Jimin was only sitting on the floor and recording Hoseok

Maybe it was because of his sickness

We also find out that Jimin changed school many times

He also doesn't know when he'll have to do it again

or when he'll have to go back to the hospital

We can presume that Jimin is still sick and he's often in the hospital

Jimin doesn't care about the fact that he doesn't really know anyone at this school

It's because he moved many times so he didn't pay attention to people around him

He has Hoseok as his friend; he's talking on the phone in Jimin's story

He's stepping on his shadow

It makes J-Hope laugh and he ironically says that Jimin's grown up

Jimin stepped on Hoseok's shadow a few more times and J-Hope started to chase him

We see how their friendship look like

Jimin hears the cicadas all of a sudden and he starts to wonder how long will it last

He's afraid of the future

The last part of the note makes us sure that Jimin is seriously sick

A hospital, wondering how long his happiness can last...

All of it comes to the conclusion that everything can end in the less expected moment

We also find out how they met each other for the first time

Jimin moved to a new school and Hoseok was the only one who approached him and spend 2 hours with him walking Jimin home

even though Hoseok's home was in a completely different direction

Jimin didn't know about it and he found out some time later

He was really happy and he wanted his moment of happiness to last forever

To be honest, the more I read those notes and the more I analyse them, the more depressed I feel

Because it's the feeling from those notes

Jin is gone, he recalls the past, the moments they spent together

Suga lost his mother in fire, Jimin is sick and the only thing he has is Hoseok's friendship

I don't know what Big Hit is trying to do but there are so many sad stories written down that they can make a whole drama about it

I hope you can understand anything right now

Again, I remind you that those stories aren't true

It's a story created by Big Hit

V didn't kill his father, Suga didn't lose his mother in fire and Jimin is not sick!

Please, remember about it!

I also say that it's my point of view

However, I've been wondering lately what would happen if it's really 2019, 2020 or 2022

Maybe I'll took it into more consideration later

But it's all for now, I hope you liked it

James Franco and 'The Disaster Artist' Cast Pick Actors to Play...Themselves - Duration: 1:11.

- [All] I did not hit her.

It's not true.

It's bullshit.

I did not hit her.

I did not.

Oh hi Mark.

- So this might be a little bit

meta of a question to start with,

but if you were going to cast yourself in a movie

about the making of The Disaster Artist who would you pick?

- Yes, good question.

- Wow.

- Dave Franken to play James Franken.

- Wow.

- Josh Gad.

(Paul & Ari laugh)

- Nina Arianda.

- [Seth] Who's that?

- She's a really amazing actress.

- Oh, great.

(all laugh)

- Lin Miranda Manuel.

(all laugh)

All right, come on, everyone loves it.

(all laugh)

Right, you know it.

- Corey Stoll.

(laughing)

- Oh my God.

- That's good.

Corey Stoll is Paul Scheer.

- Changing to Corey Stoll.

- Wait, wait, wait.

- That would just be full.

- And then we'll get Efron to play me.

Which will, too many, too many different, yeah.

That's the cast.

- That's the full Charlie Hoffman effect.

- I love it.

Dave & James Franco Break Down Playing Real Life Weirdos Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero - Duration: 1:56.

- [Tommy] You and me, we are the same.

- [Greg] Oh yeah? How's that?

- We both have this dream, that we'll be famous.

- Yeah, I guess we do.

(Tommy Laughs)

- So is there a different sort of prep

involved when you're playing these excentric

type of characters, especially when

they're based off of real people?

- For me, I go about every character in a very similar way.

I wanna look for the emotional grounding.

I wanna look for what moves them,

what their desires are, and what the

obstacles are, in the way of getting those desires.

That's sort of the inner work.

And I sorta do that, whether it's Tommy Wiseau, James Dean,

you know, Aron Ralston, 127 Hours.

That's sort of the same.

Now what they want is always different, but that's

sorta the same.

And then, the surface level is just about making

their behavior natural to you.

That you just work on it enough that you can relax into it,

and then it feels like your own.

And that just comes about from listening

to Tommy's voice in my car for months and months,

and watching his stuff over and over

to get the behavior, and all of that.

And then, wedding that to the stuff underneath, so that it

doesn't become a caricature and becomes

something that's motivated by the inner life.

- Yeah, and obviously, Greg is not

as much of a character as Tommy,

but I guess I was more just trying to capture his essence.

I think the hardest part of playing Greg is,

throughout the movie, he's makin'

a lot of pretty bad decisions, probably,

and just trying to justify those decisions,

and make the audience believe and

understand why he's going on this

journey with this really excentric guy.

So yeah, that was kind of just finding those nuances.

(whooshing)

I'll just get back into the spread of things give you all an update on my

weight loss journey and in this video give you a weekly goal I have for this

goal nonetheless let's start off with last week so last week I weighed

274.9 pounds sorry there's no test with this

and yes I am NOT in in this video cuz I don't

want to learn the free editing software that I have I'm Way too lazy like that

this week after so last week 274.9 pounds this week

I weigh 273.6 pounds which means I lost one point three pounds this week

total which means I am now again down 50 pounds total in my weight loss journey

which is odd because the last time I really made videos on youtube about 4

months ago I hit my 50 pound milestone and now and

now I'm back at down 50 pounds again so we can have a discussion about that I

guess when it comes to me how I got back into this area where now I'm down 50

pounds again but we'll save that for another video for this week this week's

goal for this week it's not really a weight loss goal but it's a goal this

week I want to get back into making YouTube videos so this week my goal is

to create three videos should be easy enough because I don't

edit videos because again I'm really lazy to learn that free editing software

but also it's just one take all I really got to do is caption it that's pretty

much it so yeah that's my goal I think I will be able to accomplish it but will

see me who knows maybe I'll be incredibly sick

knock on wood knock on wood let's not have that happen but yeah that's it

that's my weekly weigh loss this week my weigh in this week and that is my goal

for this week tell me in the comments down below how you're doing to all of

you who've somehow been still subscribed and was waiting for me to make an update

Our IVF Diary Ep 6 - Duration: 2:59.

hello

I am terrified I'm so scared every little tweak and twinge is just

panic about it and think that that's it, all over,

I just want to cry all the time

Clexane to thin the blood. Lubion, Prednisolone, steroids, folic acid and aspirin.

Penultimate day. I can't see how I could possibly be pregnant how

this could possibly have worked which is just soul destroying. Find out tomorrow.

So, the last 10 days we've just been waiting. How's that been? Horrible, you

can't help but thinking what if and you start daydreaming about baby names and

all the stuff and then you kind of have to decide whether to be positive and

then no it's gonna hurt even more if it doesn't work or be realistic and

negative but they will tell you don't be negative. Okay, today is the day.

Just have the the beta-hcg blood test which measures the level of HCG in your

blood which then tells you whether you're pregnant or not and get the results later today.

He's here, he knows I'm happy.

She said 'congratulations you're pregnant'

Doughlings Video Blog - Part 4 - Duration: 7:02.

Hey everyone.

Welcome to the new video blog of Hero Concept.

I'm Eray and today I'm with Serkan, creative director of Hero Concept.

As you know Doughlings has been released lately on iOS and Android.

We will talk about the release and the future plans of Doughlings with Serkan. Welcome.

Hey.

First i want to ask you this.

How does it feel to release a game that you were working for a long time?

You were also part of the team.

Yea but you are at the creating part so...

To be honest it is worrying.

It is like raising your own child since birth.

New problems occur.

You receive tons of feedback from players and you have to fix those issues.

Is your vision working right? How much did it change or should i change it?

We are facing these questions and issues now.

We are doing our best to solve them one by one.

Lets talk about the feedback from players because

it has been couple of weeks and we started to get lots of comments from them.

What can you tell about these comments?

Doughlings is not a casual game.

It is a fact.

In fact there is a common saying lately, called Midcore.

We can almost say that it is not a Midcore neither because

it is an old school arcade game.

That's why it is hard.

It requires good reflexes and caution

which we talked about it before at previous blogs.

That's why not everyone liked Doughlings but

many loved it so much.

If you love playing Doughlings, it means that you know how to play and you are a patient one.

We also have plans as well.

We will try to reduce the learning curve of the game.

Of course the gameplay experience will be better as we gather more data and feedback.

But beware that this feedback will be denied forever.

Doughlings will not be as portrait.

It will always be landscape.

You will feel like you are playing with a gamepad.

Apart from the feedback from players, you are also working on new contents

and generating new ideas.

Lets talk about the things you are planning.

There are 90 different levels

and it hasn't been a month since the release.

Some players have already cleared all levels.

It is possible to finish the all game in 1-2 weeks if you are dedicated player.

That's why like other successful games, we will bring new event and level types.

There will be daily events.

They will face various difficulties.

We are thinking different dynamics based on longer levels, new rewards and time.

These new events will help us to maintain 90 levels longer

and create a new way to play for hardcore players on daily basis.

It will be a really good content especially for players who upgraded their characters,

played lots of missions and ready for new challenges.

Hope so.

Any news about the release date?

Lets say early January.

So get ready for January.

We keep working on feedback from players.

We have just released an update.

It is much easier to download and login into the game.

There are fixes and changes in the game as well and more are on the way.

New contents are in progress.

But 2018 is almost here.

It will be an important year for Doughlings.

Actually it is important for Hero Concept

because we started working on the 2nd project Intercept Course along with Doughlings.

We are finalizing the documentation and ideas with brainstorm sessions.

Anyone can find Intercept Course from Google now.

We own .com so no worries.

Beside getting bigger on mobile, 2018 Doughlings plans

include releases on Xbox One, PS4 and PC platforms.

Of course players are not the same.

Some players might just pass our game by saying "it is too easy".

But some can see a real arcade game to play with their gamepad or keyboard.

For those players, we believe that this port will be really good on consoles or PC.

Gameplay dynamics will be much easier without the touch screen.

And of course bigger screen with 4k or Full HD support. We will see.

As Serkan mention, PC version will be released on Steam.

Also as an important note, it won't be a free to play game anymore.

But you will only buy once.

Classic mobile game mechanics like spending your money in the game

or in game events and gaining gems will be deleted while replacing it with the arcade logic

as "play this level, you have 3 lives" or similar mechanics to create a total arcade experience

on PC and consoles.

We will give additional information at the upcoming months during 2018.

Also with the 2nd quarter of 2018, we will be ready to show you first details of Intercept Course.

Its logo will be revealed on the website soon.

As every video belog, we are at the end again.

It may be a little short but we wanted to give you a quick update after release period.

We will be here again with the new update and content news.

Do you wish to add anything before we leave?

Always #healthemall

We are leaving here by saying #healthemall again.

If you have any questions, don't forget to write comments below.

We will do our best to answer.

Gabriel Does Black Friday & The Long Journey Home - Duration: 12:57.

Well everybody we were starting our

Weekend adventure a little bit early. It's Friday

So it's kind of a technically a three-day weekend so and it's Black Friday, so it's going to be an adventure

So we're taking Gabriel out into the world. Don't worry. It's not super early and hopefully some of the crazies have

dissipated so we're going out into a

Safer world, but anyway. We're gonna. Let him experience his first Black Friday

So we're actually out in this madness to look for baby clothes and baby stuff on the cheap

Going to Old Navy because they got they've got good baby. Clothes that are generally always pretty inexpensive hoping that today

we can get a deal I

Want to go in there look at TVs

Know that feeling that was I convinced her to let us go into Best Buy first

There's a 75 inch TV at the front of the store

Okay of course we didn't buy anything at Best Buy, but

We met up with my sister and her husband and we're headed to old Nate

Yep

Like if you shelling the line yet hard Achilles

I think our babies over here. Yeah, buddy totally cool. She would all the cellular down

And he's out

I

Won't sleep in the quiet room in a bed and take them into the busy Old Navy

Vegas that's the mama mama contact, it's very warm very

very warm

We're in line

Old Navy was a success we got a lot of things we needed

What was that noise so now we've had a nap

Energized and then good need

Not looking at the camera at all

You can swing yourself right out of this thing

Jasper Street, but I can pull you hold on to it on it was like what?

Brother type

Okay, hopefully this is our last Black Friday stop. We had one small thing we wanted to look for

And Gabriel's hunk Sarah really didn't want to come in so I'm going to brave

Target alone. I think I can move faster by myself anyway

Gabriel finished eating and Sarah decided she wanted to come in because nobody can resist target you got some red cheeks, buddy

We survived target not only did mama come in

She made a purchase purchase says

Mama can't resist

Acts like she didn't want to be here his Black Friday. I'm tired. I can't do this anymore

Oh, it's not that pitiful, but I need a honey. I was more concerned about him. He and let's go through the shoes real quick

You got it. I only had one and the different broke. I needed a hoodie. I got season one

Of stranger things on blu-ray for 10 bucks. I just stood in line for that

Now we're at the mall

Sarah's the one running me around out. It's a rare rare thing here people the drops Gabriel off with his BB and pop off

He's fighting a nap so that's their problem to deal with

There's not a lot going on in this mall on Black Friday, which is weird. I guess it is now exam very long

All right, we're leaving the Alexandria mall guess what the only thing we bought here

cookies and a pretzel

Their head to a mall on Black Friday, and all we bought was cookies in a press they didn't have the curling iron on

So is it because it's a doorbuster, and we didn't bust any doors well. We survived Black Friday

and now it's a

Travel day Saturday. I guess you'd say for us, so

Cars all loaded we're about to hit the road here in a few minutes, and hopefully we don't have

Any excitement like we did on the way here?

Let's see what what DVD do we want to watch try this way

That way it is right this way

Like stealing

All right, we're on the road I

Don't think my parents wanted us to leave

obviously

But got to go home sometime

So we are headed back. Hopefully without incident. There's no excitement

Pitstop

We're in Texas right now look it's Texas

Quick update

Something is happening down there. We don't know what it is

But we were driving and a whole bunch of 18 wheelers kind of threw themselves off the highways off dude grass

They pulled off the highway

Joe through the grass to get to the frontage road, so

All the other cars did the same thing several other cars start following

We stayed on it for just a second that took the exit like same people look and now we're on the front row

Yeah, we're driving parallel to the highway

I told Sarah I said if you see a bunch of wild animals all running

In one direction to get away from something you should run that direction to you. You don't know what's coming

Alright

We've driven for several miles down the service road and seen nothing so

Sarah was right. It looks like there's nothing going on I

Said that one guy that one 18-wheeler probably missed his exit freaked out and just jumped across the grass

Everybody got nervous. Oh my god. We are gonna. Go you

Know that did it team better safe than sorry

Update number three

Turns out there was something down there. It was a long way away in the service road. We're on

came to a dead end

After we got off

We just noticed that a dead ended and there are no service roads next to us now that we will take us past this so

We are now stuck in traffic

There you go

He not he's pulling somebody over, please tell me we're not all driving slow it was that

But do appreciate the beautiful, Texas sunset

And are very dirty wouldn't you?

Well everybody we made it home it took

about an hour

To an hour and a half, I guess longer than it should have we hit traffic in Texas and stayed in traffic

For most of our Texas Drive most of the Texas portion of the drive so as you saw

And there were there was never anything any wrecks or anything like that to see so

We made it home

I'm gonna

Unpack that Gabriel is getting ready for bed, and I think we're gonna call it here

because

Even though tomorrow's Sunday. We've got to do a little bit of yard work grocery store

And then I'm gonna watch the Saints, so I don't think we're into anything special

so
