PURPLE AND ORANGE FALL MAKEUP LOOK | KOSMIC KRISTEN - Duration: 6:19.

Hey everyone, it's Kristen and today we're going to be doing this kind of

purplish pink and orange fall look and

start out this look I'm using the Lancome teint Idole ultra wear

camouflage concealer and I'm using it as a eye primer after that I'm using the

Jeffree Star and Androgyny palette and starting out using DejaVu which is kind

of an orange brown color and putting it all in the crease and blending it out

next using the same palette I'm going to be using the androgyny color which is

this dark purplish pink color and I'm putting this on the outer corners of the

crease and blending it in with previous color and I eventually do go into the

inner corner of the crease and underneath a little bit as well

next I'll be using the Urban Decay full spectrum palette and using the darkest

purple shade that is named delirious and I'm putting this in the crease and sort

of making an outer corner wing on the side here and I will be blending that in

a little bit with the rest of the colors but I wanted to keep its bright purple

shade

Here I am using the same and Androgyny color that we used before and putting it

all over the lid area

and I also bring this color a little bit down onto the lower lashes as well now

I'm using the color charm and I'm putting this over part where we put the

Andrgoyny color and I'm going to kind of blend this in to the androgyny color

as we go but I want this to be a nice pop of orange color in the middle of the

eye here and I put a little bit underneath the eye in the middle as well

Here I am curling my lashes and using the Urban Decay troublemaker mascara and

putting this all over the top lashes

here I'm using a little bit of the Sigma Aura blush and I will be topping

that with a highlight actually using the frosting color and the androgyny palette

this is a light gold and I really like to use this as a golden highlight and

for the lips we're using the Maybelline Matte 575 in brown blush and this actually

looks a lot more purple than brown to me I really love this color and I think it

goes so well with this look and that is the finished purple orange kind of fall

VEDUS 23 (Verge of Greatness, Far Too Remote, Empire Striketh Back Act I) - Duration: 3:56.

Hey everybody, welcome back to Tanner's Books and Beyond and day 23 of VEDUS!

Today I began The Empire Striketh Back, which I am already liking much more than Verily

A New Hope, mainly because it feels like a much smarter adaptation already.

Now it probably helps that this play is much easier to adapt as well, mainly because it is a lot

of character development during the movie.

I mean, we have a lot of action set pieces at the beginning what with the wampa attack

and the escape from hoth and all the AT-ATs, and then at the end with the escape from Bespin

and the duel between Luke and Vader.

But in between all that most of the stuff, while it's very important, it's mainly character

work, and that's something that Doescher excels at and that's something that the Shakespearean

style excels at.

So Doescher makes some very smart moves.

First off he shortens the Wampa attack to two very short scenes, and that's good because

that means he has time to save to work on the character stuff.

A lot of the stuff in the first act focuses on Han and Leia's relationship.

The play starts off doing my favourite thing about this series, which is is externalizes

the internal monologues of the characters so that we are privy to all their deeper thoughts,

and we're able to se the growing relationship that Han and Leia have with each other - except

it's not really a relationship, it's just the two being fond of each other and trading

barbs when they're actually speaking with each other.

It's a relationship very similar to Benedick and Beatrice from Much Ado about Nothing,

which makes it really easy and really fun to watch it play out in this kind of style.

Now moving forward, of course, there are still several big action set pieces.

Those are hit-or-miss in this style because it's hard to imagine how it would be played

out onstage, but I'm not worried about those.

I don't think they're gonna hamper this play because this is a movie that focuses mainly

on developing the characters and the story, and as a result I think that's going to make

for a much stronger play.

As for From a Certain Point of View, I was actually able to read TWO stories from this

(and I'll explain why in a moment).

The first story is "Verge of Greatness" by Pablo Hidalgo, and this is a really good story

that takes place from the dual perspectives of Tarkin in the present (as well as a Tarkin

in the past) and also a Krennic in the past the moments before he was vaporized at

the end of Rogue One.

It's really interesting to see those two perspectives and see how much those two loooaaathe each other!

I mean, Tarkin describes Krennic as an architect trying to be a politician, and then Krennic

describes Tarkin as a politician trying to be an architect, and they both say that those

two dual roles are going to lead to their ends, and it's funny how they're both pretty much right.

Of course, the story is mainly from Tarkin's perspective, so we get a lot more of his inner thoughts.

We get to see how he has essentially treated his every action as a political maneuver,

and he's been doing so for the past twenty years.

Now we get to see some of his ambitions as well, mainly because he is now in command

of the world's largest planet-zapping space station, so he's basically thinking he's on

par with the Emperor when it comes to power.

Of course he doesn't say anything out loud and he doesn't say anything to the subordinate

who comes up to him and is like "Hey man, hey, you could totally make a big for power

over the galaxy and no one would mind and I'd totally help you with that," - doesn't

say anything to that guy, he doesn't even think it explicitly in his own thoughts, but

Hidalgo is able to convey that yes, this is exactly the kind of thing Tarkin is thinking of.

Tarkin is exactly the kind of person who as soon as he gets this much power he's thinking

"how can I use this to become a co-owner of the galaxt with the Emperor; how can I use

this to Usurp the Emperor and essentially take over the entire galaxy for myself.

You know, it would've been really interesting to see how far Tarkin could take his ambitions...if

he wasn't so egotistical that he got himself blown up at the end of the first movie.

Anywho! The reason I actually read two stories today instead of just the requisite one is because

the first story ended on one page, and then the second story started on the exact opposite

page, so I was right there in its field of vision, and it's only one page long because

it's not technically a story per se, it's a cartoon.

It's called "Far Too Remote" by Jeffrey Brown, and I'll have it appear now!

Dang, that is some good stuff, and I would also like to point out that that scene is

now entirely canonical.

So, you're probably wondering,

what's up with the red hair?

And I wish I could tell you exactly.

I'm not going through any type

of mid-life crisis or going insane.

Well, more insane than I already am.

But I needed to do something really bold,

something very creative and just express myself

and this was one of the ways.

Honestly, this is the first vlog I've really shot

since Comic-Con in July.

I've been behind on editing because so much has happened

in life and I needed to sit down

and I needed to really brand.

If you excuse me, it's almost 100 degrees outside today.

We're having a bit of a warm spell here in L.A.

I need to get something to drink.

Sometimes you just need a cold drink on a hot, dry day.

I don't know if you guys have seen yet,

but I'm wearing a new shirt.

And it's a shirt that has my name on it,

because it is my shirt.

I'm about to launch a Patreon.

And I'm going to launch a store.

I'm going to sell my own merch.

It's A: a challenge for myself

to be creative and just keep creating,

but it's also a celebration

of creativity in general, including yours.

I want to celebrate what you have created.

I know that I constantly get into little ruts

where I am consuming and not creating

and the only way to get out of that is to just do it.

To just create, hence create.

I hope, even though my channel right now is still smaller,

is that I can find a way to take this

and make it more of a full time endeavor.

I said earlier that a lot has happened

in the last couple of months that has kept me busy,

but not just that. Some of you know in my older videos

I talked about my mom being sick.

And she passed away a couple months ago.

I know it's a little awkward to bring that up,

but the reason I do is because right after it happened

I began to get even more restless in my day job

because it's not what I'm doing in L.A.

It's not what I came up here for.

I'm not being creative.

It's not fulfilling that need in my life.

I mean, my mom was young. She was 60 years old.

Life is short.

And I feel stuck at this job and so it's time to leave.

This evening is the opening night

of the Valley Film Festival.

This is a group that I've been

involved with for several years.

I've gone and done everything from moderated Q and A panels,

to doing their live stream to being their photographer,

and now I'm on the advisory board.

Tonight kicks off our 17th year.

And I think I've been around since the 10th.

It should be a lot of fun and I'll give you

just a little glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes

of a Los Angeles film festival.

What was the decision based on?

Is this the natural color?

You almost look like a ginger Guy Fieri.

- Did you get your red carpet photos?

Your step and repeat photos?

- I knocked over, somebody knocked over.

I saw that, it was horrible, people died.

I mean people could have died.

- People could have died.

- Luckily, no one actually did.

- I feel like that would have got us in ink, ya know.

That would have been a TMZ moment.

The, oh boy.

I'm honestly not quite sure how

this video's going to turn out.

Like I said I haven't filmed anything in like three months.

So this, it's like starting over again.

But just like riding a bike, you pick it up pretty quickly.

Hopefully this video makes sense once it's all cut together.

Just remember, this channel, moving forward,

we're going to be doing a lot of creating.

Both here and then talking about being creative.

And I'm gonna be celebrating creativity.

ALERT: Famous Actress Drops Hillary Bombshell, Her Prediction Is Shocking - Duration: 3:46.

During the 2016 general election, predominantly liberal Hollywood was loudly supportive of

Hillary Clinton, all while joking about Donald Trump and the supposed unlikelihood of his

presidency.

Their bitterness over losing an election they were confident to win has resulted in extreme

"resistance" efforts against the President.

No one in Hollywood has publicly criticized Hillary Clinton until now.

Recently, actress Susan Sarandon made some shocking statements about the presidency.

As reported by The Guardian, Sarandon referred to Hillary Clinton as "very, very dangerous,"

suggesting that America would be in war if Hillary Clinton was President.

The Hollywood icon implied that the Leftist hero, Hillary Clinton, would be more dangerous

to America than President Trump — even though the Left commonly claims Mr. Trump is a threat

to humanity.

In an interview with The Guardian, Sarandon admitted her view on Hillary Clinton.

"I did think she was very, very dangerous.

We would still be fracking, we would be at war [if she was president].

It wouldn't be much smoother.

Look what happened under Obama that we didn't notice."

Sarandon said she has told her Hillary Clinton-supporting friends: "[Hillary]'s not authentic.

She's been terrible to gay people for the longest time.

She's an opportunist."

Clinton supported sending troops to Iraq in a 2002 vote as Senator.

She later stated, "The decision to go to war in Iraq was a mistake, and I have said

that my voting to give President Bush that authority was, from my perspective, my mistake."

But her regret didn't change the minds of anti-war advocates like Sarandon.

During the 2016 election, Clinton held the position that she supported a no-fly zone

over Syria, which many believed would lead to military conflict with Russia.

Sarandon's political leanings have been that of progressive liberalism for quite some

time.

She famously protested the Vietnam War and conflicts in both Nicaragua and Iraq.

Her anti-war position, in part, made her unsupportive of Hillary Clinton, even causing her to refuse

to endorse Clinton after she became the Democrat Party nominee.

Sarandon also criticized Clinton's record of corruption.

This comes in spite of the fact that Sarandon supported Clinton's Senate campaign in 2001,

even posing in photos together.

Despite being a well known Hollywood liberal, Sarandon said her criticisms come from her

own side of the political aisle.

"I'm not attacked from the right at all," she said, adding that it is liberals that

accuse her of "not checking her white privilege" or "throwing away her vote on a third-party

candidate [Jill Stein]" during the general election.

Sarandon went on to cite vile, misogynistic attacks from Hillary Clinton supporters, which

became so harassing and threatening that she had to change her phone number.

Sarandon, who formerly supported Bernie Sanders (I-VT), chose to support Jill Stein even after

Hillary Clinton became the Democrat nominee.

"I didn't advocate people voting for anything," Sarandon said.

"I said 'get your information, I'm going to vote for change,' because I was hoping

that Stein was going to get whatever percentage she needed – but I knew she wasn't going

to make the difference in the election."

At the time, Sarandon blamed the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for rigging the primary

election in favor of Clinton.

"That's why we're going to lose again if we depend on the DNC, because the amount

of denial," she said.

It seems at least Sarandon has woken up to the dangerous reality that America escaped

when Hillary Clinton lost the election.

Hopefully, her position can spread to others in Hollywood.

BREAKING: Pelosi Defends Notorious Sex Predator, Look What She Said - Duration: 3:26.

An alleged sexual predator is finding support from one of the Democrats' most prominent

leaders in Congress.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), defended Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), who stands

accused of sexual misconduct against various members of his female staff, according to

The Daily Caller.

Speaking on NBC's "Meet the Press," news anchor Chuck Todd asked Mrs. Pelosi whether

the accused Rep. Conyers should remain "in or out" of Congress.

"We are strengthened by due process.

Just because someone is accused — and was it one accusation?

Is it two?"

Rep. Pelosi replied.

"John Conyers is an icon in our country.

He has done a great deal to protect women — Violence Against Women Act, which the

left — right-wing — is now quoting me as praising him for his work on that, and

he did great work on that."

She continued, saying that she felt that Mr. Conyers will "do the right thing."

The embattled representative stands accused of various sexual harassment allegations,

including firing female staff for refusing to comply with his advances.

Last week, reports came out that one of his former staffers was paid $27,000 in a settlement

payment in exchange for a confidentiality agreement about his behavior.

In her complaint, the former employee said that Rep. Conyers repeatedly asked for sexual

favors and often asked her to join him in his hotel room.

As reported by BuzzFeed, the representative "then told her she needed to 'touch it,'

in reference to his penis, or find him a woman who would meet his sexual demands."

Another employee, Melania Sloan, a lawyer who worked for Mr. Conyers, recounted times

when she would encounter the congressman in his office "walking around in his underwear."

Another staff member, who anonymously filed and then withdrew a lawsuit, claimed that

Mr. Conyers touched her "repeatedly and daily" from May to July in 2016.

Denying all sexual harassment allegations against himself, the Democrat did resign from

his position in the House Judiciary Committee.

"I deny these allegations, many of which were raised by documents reportedly paid for

by a partisan alt-right blogger.

I very much look forward to vindicating myself and my family before the House Committee on

Ethics," Mr. Conyers said.

When asked whether or not she believed the women accusing Mr. Conyers, Mrs. Pelosi said,

"I don't know who they are.

Do you?

They have not come forward."

According to CNN, she added, "that's for the Ethics Committee to review, but I believe

he understands what is at stake here and he will do the right thing."

Nor was Mrs. Pelosi the only left-leaning figure to express her support of the aging

Congressman.

MSNBC news personalities Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski both defended Rep. Conyers,

with the latter saying that despite this scandal, "he is still an icon."

"I would call that an icon and if you're offended by that, if you're offended by

Nancy Pelosi calling a man like that an icon, well let me just say that you remind me an

awful lot of the Bible thumpers I grew up with," she added.

As liberals jump to defend this long-standing Democrat politician, the American people are

becoming ever more disenchanted with the behavior of this once respectable political party.
