produce the best Florida-based news content show ever
Could tell you all the reasons why I took so much time off
But, i've got a list of florida's finest from thanksgiving weekend and i think that's a lot more interesting,
So forget the excuses, here is what you came for
unless you came for dramatic Thanksgiving dinners or Black Friday fights
Somehow Florida managed to not be the shame of the nation this holiday
and I am so proud of y'all

Last week a woman in New Port Richey woke up from an afternoon nap and found Russell Smith
asleep on her kitchen table
authorities arrive shortly after and pieced together what happened
while the woman was sleeping Smith walked into her home poked around a bit took a few of her prescription pills
climbed into bed with the sleeping homeowner for a time and later
cracked open a beer before curling up on the table for a little nap
This story makes my skin crawl.
How long was he in her house???
Smith was taken away.
I could not find a list of his charges but he has broken into homes in New Port Richey area before
stealing items like jewelry and credit cards
I'm so glad this story ended the way that it did with this scumbag being discovered while he was sleeping
and not in a more horrific way.
The homeowner however was rather annoyed this guy drank one of her Yuengling's
instead of the Busch beer that she had in the refrigerator.
You gave him a choice...
would have been more concerned about this chump being it's been with me but we're all entitled to our own priorities.
She does suggest that we all lock our doors
even during the day and I cannot disagree with that
Lock your doors, guys.
Do you want another reason to lock the doors?
How 'bout this guy?
A neighborhood surveillance camera caught a man checking doors one night last week
But all the doors were locked so he was unable to gain access to anyone's property.
The next night the same man was up to the same tricks in a different neighborhood
and finally found a car that was unlocked.
Unfortunately for him that car was an unmarked cruiser and inside the car
were several Pasco County Sheriff's Deputies.
Why were there several deputies inside of an unmarked car in the middle of the night?
Nobody asked that question at the press conference so I don't know.
But they caught this nuisance, Steven Titland and are now charging him with loitering,
prowling, attempted burglary, and seven counts of auto burglary from the video from the night before.
Are criminals ever going to get a clue that cameras are everywhere, just, waiting to catch them?
Man I hope not because videos are like gold in this here studio.
For some reason I cannot find the names of these people
which happens a lot more often in this area of the state than I would like
so if anybody knows who these people are or where i can find more police information about stories out of Niceville
please send me some info i'll leave my email in the description below
anyway a Niceville couple who is probably not a couple
had to get police involved for an argument they may or may not have been having.
From what I can piece together, the woman lives in the apartment and was letting the man stay with her for a couple of weeks
She went to walk her dog at some point and her guest either chased after her
or came running up to her grabbed her aggressively by the arms and
Somehow removed her phone from her bra.
I don't think the two acts could have been done at the same time
Since you need two arms to aggressively hold on to someone and another to snatch away from them, but whatever.
He grabbed her got her phone and her bank cards and house keys then ran into the apartment and-
the story says shut the door not sure if he locked it to keep her out or just ran inside.
When police arrived the woman said she did bite the man to get him off of her but he had apparently
bitten her back and a witness overheard her during their kerfuffle in the yard
saying, i'm paraphrasing, "You effing bit my tit"
The guest claims he'd been staying with the woman for a few weeks and was trying to get back to Tennessee
but she had broken his phone, so he needed to use hers
Obviously why he was snatching it from her
Later he told officers he'd never even had the woman's phone
Which I'm sure was the end of any kind of sympathy the officers might have had for this guy
given the different versions of the story he was telling plus the witness accounts and the visible marks and bruises on the woman
He was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery by touch or strike
My inquiring mind wants to know why did she take her credit cards and keys to walk the dog?
Did she not trust this dude to leave her wallet and keys behind in her own apartment??
Some people get themselves into some shitty situations just trying to be nice.
You won't find me falling into that trap
No, sir there are no guests allowed in my house and that has been a rule for many, many years.
Protect yourself y'all. Be more of an asshole.
That is advice guaranteed to reduce the drama that surrounds you.
In case you are thinking their life has gotten a bit too comfortable lately here is a story
that will haunt you at 3:00 a.m. while you're sitting on the toilet
A woman in Palmetto was cleaning her bathroom when she saw a spiny tail inside her toilet
Taking no chances, like a woman who's NOT going to get attacked by a monster from the toilet
She slammed down the lid and grabbed some bricks to weigh it down
She then headed to facebook to ask for some help from her friends
Someone did show up to help her bringing a pair of gloves a net and a cooler and
Inside the toilet the women found an iguana who is suspected of being a pet that someone flushed
but it managed to swim its way back up the pipes into this woman's toilet.
The iguana was removed and is in the custody of a reptile farm near the area.
This is the second story about a lizard in a toilet that i've come across this year
and i'm starting to get a little worried.
You people who think you want to be exotic pet owners but wimp out when the going is difficult
you are creating a huge problem in this state.
Forget gun control what we really need is some pet owner control
Not everyone should be allowed to have a pet.
Especially not snakes or lizards
Stop releasing them into the wild and flushing them down the toilet you jackasses!
At around 8 p.m on Friday night a Customs and Border Patrol agent contacted the Monroe County Sheriff's Department
To notify them of a car driving erratically on the Overseas Highway down in the Keys.
The vehicle was reportedly going 15 miles over the speed limit and tailgating another vehicle.
The officer was given permission to stop the vehicle and pulled over a blue 2017 Hyundai
The driver, Meshack Rushun Walker of Miami, said the car was a rental and while digging through the glovebox
for his papers the border patrol agent noticed a number of citations.
He asked to see the citations which included two speeding tickets a
minor's seatbelt ticket and one for passing in a no passing zone.
The border patrol agent also noted he recognized walker from an arrest in october for marijuana possession and
During the stop the car smelled of marijuana
A woman and two children were in the backseat and were allowed to leave the scene
despite officers finding 7.2, grams of cocaine
4.3, grams of crack cocaine and 17 capsules that tested positive for ecstasy
and a small amount of marijuana inside the car.
Walker has been arrested and charged for the drugs.
Controversial Opinion Alert!
Why is there no charge for this woman who is riding around in a speeding car full of drugs with her children?
police do not start putting the screws to these women who knowingly endanger themselves and their children
by spending their time with dangerous individuals,
They are never going to learn they shouldn't go joyriding with their children (or anybody else's children)
in a car full of drugs while speeding and driving recklessly across a bridge.
How many times does a woman have to pay her own bail before she starts
evaluating the caliber of people she surrounds herself with?
Lessons need to be learned and they start with not letting stupid people get away with minor charges
simply because they're females
Scare these women straight before they become felons instead of just accessories.
There is a huge double standard between men and women in the judicial system and I find it appalling.
If you are endangering your children, man or woman, you deserve to be brought up on charges.

Sometimes I want to talk about stories that are not
Florida related but they are so spectacular, I feel i've got to share 'em,
so this is a segment i'm going to call "Surprisingly, Not Florida"
A couple in Washington had a bit of an accident that I think Florida Man would applaud for
Michael G. Tonkin and Daisy L. Laroque were both completely naked
while driving around a town in Washington state.
He is suspected of being drunk and I'm going
to assume that she was also drunk since I cannot fathom how a young mother would want to go anywhere naked
especially in Washington in November
But I digress. Oh! I have pictures too. This is the couple.
He's allegedly drunk, they're both naked and despite traveling down a road in full view of
anyone else driving by they decide it's time to get busy right now
Miss Daisy crawled into Michael's lap while he was driving and got him so
distracted he missed the turn and ran right into a tree
Witnesses were on hand to see this happen including watching both naked idiots spilling out of the car immediately after
authorities arrived took Daisy to the hospital for a broken pelvis and took Michael to jail for a suspected DUI
which would be his fourth offence at the ripe old age of 23
They are also charging him with vehicular assault and child endangerment.
I hope they apply that last charge at Dumbass Daisy as well since she was a participant in
everything that led to crashing into a tree with a three-month-old child in the backseat
Don't be sexist about this Washington state
And take that other fool's license away like you should have done after his first offense.
Also coming from the Surprisingly, Not Florida files
Mike Hughes of California has been attempting to prove the earth is flat
By launching himself in his homemade rocket high enough so he can prove finally that the earth is not
some big ol sphere hanging out there in the ether
unfortunately his permit has been denied
Or some shit i could not figure out what the exact reason is
There's like FAA and NASA, I can't figure out the exact reason but he has rescheduled his launch to later this week
which
He expected to happen since "This is what happens anytime you have to deal with any kind of government
agency" you can't really disagree with that statement but i hope the government gets off his back
and lets him launch. I cannot wait for the exit interview with this guy, if he survives
so he can finally give us the truth.
I will be following this situation very closely in case you are also wondering if the earth is flat.
I'm gonna hear to be part of the conspiracy
We will all find out the complete truth if this guy is successful so fingers crossed y'all history is about to be made
Or confirmed.
Either way we're gonna find out something
Finally a lovely story about a scuba diver who needs some assistance with a thing she bound
Jennifer Herr found a GoPro camera while scuba diving near Turtle Beach in Siesta Key
It took a bit of work to release the camera from the barnacle-encrusted case but surprisingly the camera works just
fine and the photos and videos of the previous owner are still on there
Jennifer wants to return this camera and its memories to the owner here is a photo of the family.

would love for this family to get their camera back
