to fight for ISIS.�

The brothers were charged with providing a foreign terrorist organization with material

support or resources in a sealed federal complaint in March, but no indictments have been publicly

filed.

It�s unclear whether the brothers are still alive.

X Factors Grace Davies has spoken about her experience on The X Factor ahead of the final. One of the last two acts standing, it hasnt been an easy few weeks for Grace.

She went from topping the vote the first week to being accused of being a diva the next. Grace has also been the focus of other negative tabloid reports, but says mentor Sharon Osbourne has helped her deal with the attention.

Speaking ahead of this weekends live show, Grace said: Yeah people write about you, but thats not the most interesting thing for me. The most interesting thing for me is getting on that stage and being able to perform to people.

Grace Davies (The X Factor 2017). I cant make everyone love me. Not everyone is going to take to you and Ive [always] known that. And I completely respect that. But sometimes, it is nice to just go, Alright love, pipe down!.

Discussing mentor Sharon Osbourne, Grace told Digital Spy: Sharon has been incredible because shes been there, shes had the press, shes said things and, whatever, dealt with it.

Shes been great with me, she said, Babes, people move on in four days so its just one of those things.

I do feel like we have similar personalities and we really do get on.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make Christmas tree out of cord and kanzashi flowers.

I made it by request from my viewer.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Glue the cord to a styrofoam cone. Start from bottom.

Don't make any hole between the cord.

Cover entire styrofoam cone.

Cut the strips out of ribbon. 1.2cm x 4cm each.

Fold a strip in a half,..

...cut of a corner,..

...burn the edge...

...and press it (to glue it).

Fold both bottom corners to the center,..

...burn the edge...

...and press it. For 1 flower we need 5 petals as this one.

Glue the petals to the cone and make a flower.

Glue a rhinestone to the center.

Do 2 more flowers in the same way.

Take a few wooden skewers and wrap them by using decorative adhesive tape.

Attach the wooden skewers to the styrofoam cone...

...and to the floral foam which should be inside a jar.

Wrap the jar a few times by using colored fusible interfacing.

Tie it by using organza.

Finally, glue the star to the tip of tree.

And it's done.

This Christmas tree is a cool decoration, which you can put on the windowsill, desk or cabinet.

I used decorative cord which is 3mm thick, but you can use thicker or thinner cord.

Today is a simple makeup look

that works for NYE or Christmas

It's very easy to achieve

and look very good (to me)

This is a glittery smoky eyes

I promise it's very simple!

I start with Aqua Matic from

MUFE on my waterline

and also on my lower lash line

I fill my lid until the crease

And obviously

I smudge the edges

so it looks smooth and soft

My transition shade will be this grey shadow

from Makeup Geek that I apply between my skin

and my lower lash line

I do my crease as well

I apply Bulletproof from Sugarpill on top of the

black pencil

I blend the grey

and black together

and do the same on the lid

It has some fallouts, don't worry

you can remove it easily like this

I take back my transition shade to blend the

two colors together

there is always an empty line on the lash line so

make sure to blacken it

To highlight my inner corner I use a white iridescent powder

I use a glitter glue from Violet Voss

I apply it on the center of my lids

and then unify with a clean brush

I mix 2 glitters shades so this one

from MUFE

and then Rosette from LASplash

I love these ones!

I mixed them previously and then

I apply then by slightly dabbing on

top of the glue

I do the same on the lower lash line

I apply some lashes

Those are H167 from Eldora

Elmore is one of my favorite

lash brand

they have a huge variety of designs!

Here is the final result

I apply Marshmallow from Lime Crime

on my lips, this is my favorite nude shade!

I like light pink shades on my lips

To give it a frozen look

I add the white iridescent powder that is on my inner corner

and I put on my lips and on

my face as well

MINCE PIES With a Sweet Short Crust Pastry - Duration: 7:04.

Hi and a huge Christmas welcome to Steve's kitchen. Today's show is brought

to you with a sprinkle of fun and a bucket full of happiness because I'm

making my second favorite mince pie. It's the sweet short crust. Now I made the, my

favorite mince pie, last week, which is the shortcrust pastry, which is not sweet.

These are really delicious by the way, I'm a little bit peculiar I like them

because they're more savory. Today is a short crust but it's a sweet more like a

shortbread. This is so delicious and if you haven't made mince pies before

you're going to be knocked out by the taste of these. I would love to actually hear

in the comments what the best mince pie you've ever had and if you decide to

make these I'd like to know what you think. We're going to start with 450

grams, that's a pound of all-purpose flour. Now this recipe actually works

well with gluten-free flour, if you want to use gluten-free go for it. The next

item is a slightly salted butter, I've got 230 grams, that's eight ounces

of beautiful buttery goodness. I've cut it up into small cubes just to make it a

little more easy to handle. What we're going to do with that butter is just

coat it over with the flour and then rub it between your fingers and your thumbs

until you get what feels like a sort of loose breadcrumb. Sure you can actually

do this in a processor but trust me this way is just as simple and by doing it by

hand you get a real melt in the mouth pastry. Now some people will say to use

cold butter I never think it makes a difference, you've just got to end up

warming the butter in your fingers, so you might as well start with soft

room-temperature butter. Now I've got two and a half ounces, 75 grams this is

superfine sugar, caster sugar we call it and it's just to sweeten the pastry

slightly. I'm just going to mix that through this beautiful crumb, get an even

distribution. Next we want to take three medium eggs and we're going to keep the

whites separate, I am actually going to be using the whites but we'll just

separate out the yolks and pop them in with our crumb. Now the egg yolks are

another form of fat and another way of keeping this pastry lovely and short but

it's also going to bind this pastry together, we're now going to take a fork

and just break these yolks up and start to fold them gently into the mix. We're

also going to need a very small amount of water, ideally the

water should be chilled. I'm going to put three to four tablespoons in with my

pastry and what I'm hoping to see here is the pastry start to ball together. Now

it's still quite crummy but it's clumping nicely, so I'm going to take the

fork out of there now and I'm going to use my hands to gently squeeze this

pastry into a ball. Now you want that pastry to come away from the bowl like

that but you don't want it to be too sticky but still nice and light and

crumbly. What I want to do now is chill this for about 30 minutes before we roll

it out. Now my pastry has chilled a little bit, I'm just going to divide it

about 1/3 and 2/3, just to make it easier to work with. I'm going to dust my

counter with a little bit of flour, we don't want to overwork our pastry but

I'm just going to make it into a square, little more flour underneath, a little

bit of flour on the top and then we're just going to roll this out till it's

about a quarter of an inch. Now don't worry if the pastry cracks a little bit

you can just use your hands to push it back together and occasionally you'll

need to flour underneath and on top just to stop it from sticking. Now rolled my

pastry till it's about a quarter of an inch thick.

Now I always travel with my pastry cutters, I want a three and a half inch

cutter but the biggest one is three-inch, so I'm pretty sure that's why they make

the lid three and a half inch. So I'm going to use the lid to cut out 12 three

and a half inch, now we can stack up our pastry cases, the inside of our cases or

if you've got room you can actually just put them straight into your pastry tins.

Now I'm using a fairly deep patty pan, it's the way I like to make my mince

pies. I'm just going to take each of those, I'm just going to gently ease it

into the pan. A week or so back I made this beautiful mincemeat, this is

homemade, it is absolutely delicious, it hasn't had time to mature completely but

it's still going to taste better than anything you've ever had in the shops.

We're going to fill up the mince pie casings, you want to fill them up fairly

generously but not overfill them because it will try to bubble over the top but

that can just add to the beauty of a mince pie. Okay we're going to flour our

countertop again and this time we're rolling out our pastry just to cut the

tops, this time we are going to use the three-inch cutter, so it makes a nice

little lid for our mince pies. So I'm just going to cut

out 12 mince pie tops, now I'm just making 12 mince pies, do not waste this

extra pastry, of course you can make a mince pie pasty with it.

Now the egg white that we kept, I've just beaten it up a little bit and I've got

the lid of a mince pie here, we're just going to brush a little bit of egg white

onto it and then we can just pop the pie lid on top, give it a little push down

and then we're just going to brush some egg white on the top of all of the pies

and then we want to sprinkle the top of these pies before they go in the oven,

fairly liberally with some caster sugar and I'm just going to cut a couple of

little holes in the top of the mince pie to let out the steam and the pressure as

they cook, because of the sugar content in this pastry we're going to cook this

at the lower temperature than we would normally do. I preheated my oven to 150

degrees Celsius that's 300F and we're going to bake these for about 20

minutes, maybe a little bit under, just keep an eye on them they want to be a

nice golden brown. The house smells great come and have a look at these. Now

they're piping hot, there's a little bit of juice bubbling out just to where I

like them, I'm going to let them cool down for two or three minutes and then I'm

going to pop them onto this cooling rack and let them completely cool down. Now I

know some of you would be doubting Thomases out there and say what is Steve

on about the Cornish pasty with mincemeat, come and take a look at these

and we just let our mince pasties cool down a little bit too. Now they're still

a little bit hot, I have actually sprinkled over a little extra caster

sugar. I like this one with the juice just starting to pour out the top, I'll

cut this open so you can see inside just how beautiful that is. This smells so

going to tuck in and take a bite of this, smells so good.

Oh its hot, the pastry is like shortbread, it's just melting in my mouth, the spices

Ljubljana Apartment Tour in Slovenia - Duration: 7:02.

Alright, it is time for another apartment tour.

This one coming to you from Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Yeah, it sure is and this apartment has been awesome.

We've stayed here for a week kind of following that theme of recently.

We've been staying in places for roughly a week usually.

And so yeah this place has been really comfortable so we'll give you a full tour.

Alright, so right now we're at the front door.

Yep.

And as soon as you come in the first door is to the right.

The first thing is the bedroom.

First thing is the bedroom and this has been a really nice bedroom.

Like actually one of the biggest faults I've had of the most recent airbnbs we've had.

The apartments have been nice but the beds have sucked.

Like they've been really uncomfortable or just something has been wrong with the mattress

and either it has been too soft, too hard whatever.

But this has been like a dream to sleep on.

Yeah, it kind of feels like memory foam like when Sam wakes up in the middle of the night

and he goes on his computer I don't even feel you crawling out of bed.

I wake up by myself and like what.

I've been having the deepest and longest sleeps and the bed is so comfortable I don't even

want to get up in the morning.

I'm just like sometimes just lying there for an extra five or ten minutes.

Yeah, we've been sleeping really well.

And so this is the bedroom.

It has been nice and big.

Um, we haven't really kept that much of anything in here.

We just had one of our suitcases.

The coach.

We also have a chair we didn't use that at all.

No.

Not at all.

Uh, and we had extra blankets because we are moving into the fall season here.

It is getting a little chilly.

Let's continue.

Anyways, as we continue on.

And the next room off of the hall is the first bathroom.

First of two bathrooms.

Yeah.

So let's go in.

It is a bit of a strange bathroom because here that is not a toilet.

Yeah, that is true.

We have a bidet I believe it is called.

It is a really small bathroom because there are two of them.

But we do have two sinks.

So this is the first sink.

Brushing our teeth here obviously.

As you do.

As you do.

As one does.

As one hopefully does.

And then over here is the shower and the bath.

Yeah.

It has been a really nice shower.

Really good water pressure.

Oh, there is nothing more annoying than bad water pressure.

Either too light or too hard.

Like one of the places we stayed at recently had like really hard water pressure and it

was like stinging.

It would hit you and it would sting.

Yeah, it almost hurt to have a shower from my experience.

Even if I tried to lower the pressure it still wasn't comfortable.

And I also like that they left us with lots of towels.

Yeah, which is always appreciate.

It is like towels galore.

We could have really gone to town with that but we've actually been mostly using the same

towels just drying them out.

We're using, recyling.

Okay, so moving on so we're going to go into the second bathroom.

Yeah.

Bathroom number two.

Come into here you'll see that it is also super tiny and you'll see here there is a

washer.

Over here there is a second sink which we've just been using to wash our hands and then

the main toilet and yeah so this is the second part of the bathroom.

And we also have your reading material.

What is over there?

Europe.

Rough Guide to Europe on a budget.

So yeah, we've been reading up on basically where our next trip is the Balkans so we've

been looking at different countries we're going to be going to there.

First up being Croatia as a sneak peak for that.

But yeah, we're really excited uh about going to the Balkans for the first time and that

was a going back to what you guys suggested in terms of where we go this year that was

probably the most popular uh region that was suggested.

So it is so cool to be going somewhere that uh all of you suggested we go to.

Woo hoo.

The second being the Baltics.

That will be another trip.

Another time.

Yeah, we got stuck in Poland.

Yeah.

Anyways, let's go through and check out the rest of the place.

So this probably was my favorite feature of this apartment.

Having this massive table.

Yeah.

We did eat here but we also turned it into a workspace as well.

Yep.

And so it was really big.

And then we also had a huge kitchen as well which was amazing.

Yeah.

Like this is one of the bigger kitchens we've had in a while.

So if you come in here you can see the fridge there isn't much left in there.

Yeah.

We're leaving soon so we don't have a lot.

Veggies.

We've been cooking a lot of pasta sauce.

Like produce has been really cheap here.

Yeah.

So we've been heating up mushrooms and peppers and like chopping them up throwing them in

with a tomato based pasta sauce and really enjoying that.

And I also like that they left us with a little tea station over here.

Oh, yeah they did.

Lots of different teas to sample.

I'll show you that.

Yeah, lots of complimentary teas.

I'm a constant tea drinker all day long.

You know what is so nice?

Our host brought us a bottle of wine.

Wine!

We finished it already.

We had white wine.

This is the wine.

Was it that one?

Yeah.

This one here.

Yeah.

So really good.

Really really nice.

They were super friendly.

So we've had a nice basically actually we haven't had a difficult host in a while so

that has been really nice.

This host has been especially good.

And then moving on we've got a nice big living room.

We sure do.

You can see here that they have three coaches basically.

One of them being big and I basically claimed this area as my workspace.

Sam's work desk.

I've been working here.

That is my computer and uh yeah it has just been really comfortable.

This place has been like it is quite spacious to be honest and that has been really nice.

It has just allowed us to kind of like throw our stuff all over the place and feel a bit

more at home.

So it has been really good.

And that brings us to price point.

Yeah, price point.

So this place was a bit of a splurge.

It was just under $60 US dollars a night.

And we booked it very last minute so we were actually even lucky to find a decent place.

Mmmhmm.

We always find that if we book our Airbnb's or hotels or our apartment rentals like let's

say anywhere between four to eight weeks or even twelve weeks in advance the selection

is much much greater.

Oh yeah.

So we totally winged it.

Uh, I think we booked it maybe just a few days before we came here.

Yeah, we were we did.

We did which is unusual.

We're usually on the ball but we just have been so busy lately we just kind of forgot.

And anyways yeah the place was great um we weren't right in the center but we were within

like 20 to 30 minute walking distance.

Also it was really easy to just jump on a bus I think it was the 14 that we jumped on.

Yeah, number 14 and it was just 1.20 Euro.

Which isn't bad.

Yeah.

Which is cheap and uh yeah we really enjoyed this city.

It is so cute and charming and it is just so chill here.

It is just like a great city.

It is a great city to visit.

And especially if you've been visiting a lot of bigger cities in Europe this is the kind

of place where you would come to relax a bit more.

Yeah, it is a nice change of pace for sure.

A very nice change of pace.

It is not busy here at all.

And it is just really nice.

so I think this is can be called as a short-term no no no charter long-term

review based on the riding

so let's start with what I like because coming from jig saw the Suzuki Gixxer a

lot of people ask me like what of my opinion about this bike and let me tell

you guys this is a fuel-injected version I mean obviously version 2.0 first

permits neither when you transition from a carbureted version like the Gixxer

there's a catch for me that was actually the selling

point after I just wrote it I just fell in love with how smooth the engine is I

never heard nothing but positive things about this bike even otherwise obviously

the jig says cause in the yeah this is not a technical review guys so I'm sorry

I'm just gonna say what I feel as a daily user not a daily user but yeah

occasionally whenever I ride now it's got very good mileage you have to

remember these are sports commuter or focused bikes these are not really like

100% sports bikes so it's like a combination or you can say the amount of

go best of both the worlds on one hand you have the sporty styling and this

handling of it and then on the other hand you have the good fuel economy

obviously the way I ride nothing good can be expected but still even for me

this bike is very very good as per my usage

see this is the FZ version the one without the s the second thing that I

okay let's get back the second thing that I like

is the usable torque in the city yes again I know it's a powerful and maybe

from 0-60 this bike will keep up or even be better because of the lighter weight

but in the longer run so if you are like the kind of guy who believes in racing

and stuff and for you it's a race it's longer or long race and you're going to

lose it to the Gixxer because rejection is eventually gonna pull out but again

that's a thing which not everyone is looking for I mean look at the real

world guys I'm telling you this bike is as good and if not better in terms of

smoothness compared to the Gixxer

another thing - like angling you see it there keep writing midship midship ever

wondered what is a midship it's where the the exhaust is mounted

with the with the catalytic converter as well so it's like slightly middle where

you're supposed to stop here this will just stop here

because I does not break who the fuck to the airport bus

MINCE PIES With a Sweet Short Crust Pastry - Duration: 7:04.

Hi and a huge Christmas welcome to Steve's kitchen. Today's show is brought

to you with a sprinkle of fun and a bucket full of happiness because I'm

making my second favorite mince pie. It's the sweet short crust. Now I made the, my

favorite mince pie, last week, which is the shortcrust pastry, which is not sweet.

These are really delicious by the way, I'm a little bit peculiar I like them

because they're more savory. Today is a short crust but it's a sweet more like a

shortbread. This is so delicious and if you haven't made mince pies before

you're going to be knocked out by the taste of these. I would love to actually hear

in the comments what the best mince pie you've ever had and if you decide to

make these I'd like to know what you think. We're going to start with 450

grams, that's a pound of all-purpose flour. Now this recipe actually works

well with gluten-free flour, if you want to use gluten-free go for it. The next

item is a slightly salted butter, I've got 230 grams, that's eight ounces

of beautiful buttery goodness. I've cut it up into small cubes just to make it a

little more easy to handle. What we're going to do with that butter is just

coat it over with the flour and then rub it between your fingers and your thumbs

until you get what feels like a sort of loose breadcrumb. Sure you can actually

do this in a processor but trust me this way is just as simple and by doing it by

hand you get a real melt in the mouth pastry. Now some people will say to use

cold butter I never think it makes a difference, you've just got to end up

warming the butter in your fingers, so you might as well start with soft

room-temperature butter. Now I've got two and a half ounces, 75 grams this is

superfine sugar, caster sugar we call it and it's just to sweeten the pastry

slightly. I'm just going to mix that through this beautiful crumb, get an even

distribution. Next we want to take three medium eggs and we're going to keep the

whites separate, I am actually going to be using the whites but we'll just

separate out the yolks and pop them in with our crumb. Now the egg yolks are

another form of fat and another way of keeping this pastry lovely and short but

it's also going to bind this pastry together, we're now going to take a fork

and just break these yolks up and start to fold them gently into the mix. We're

also going to need a very small amount of water, ideally the

water should be chilled. I'm going to put three to four tablespoons in with my

pastry and what I'm hoping to see here is the pastry start to ball together. Now

it's still quite crummy but it's clumping nicely, so I'm going to take the

fork out of there now and I'm going to use my hands to gently squeeze this

pastry into a ball. Now you want that pastry to come away from the bowl like

that but you don't want it to be too sticky but still nice and light and

crumbly. What I want to do now is chill this for about 30 minutes before we roll

it out. Now my pastry has chilled a little bit, I'm just going to divide it

about 1/3 and 2/3, just to make it easier to work with. I'm going to dust my

counter with a little bit of flour, we don't want to overwork our pastry but

I'm just going to make it into a square, little more flour underneath, a little

bit of flour on the top and then we're just going to roll this out till it's

about a quarter of an inch. Now don't worry if the pastry cracks a little bit

you can just use your hands to push it back together and occasionally you'll

need to flour underneath and on top just to stop it from sticking. Now rolled my

pastry till it's about a quarter of an inch thick.

Now I always travel with my pastry cutters, I want a three and a half inch

cutter but the biggest one is three-inch, so I'm pretty sure that's why they make

the lid three and a half inch. So I'm going to use the lid to cut out 12 three

and a half inch, now we can stack up our pastry cases, the inside of our cases or

if you've got room you can actually just put them straight into your pastry tins.

Now I'm using a fairly deep patty pan, it's the way I like to make my mince

pies. I'm just going to take each of those, I'm just going to gently ease it

into the pan. A week or so back I made this beautiful mincemeat, this is

homemade, it is absolutely delicious, it hasn't had time to mature completely but

it's still going to taste better than anything you've ever had in the shops.

We're going to fill up the mince pie casings, you want to fill them up fairly

generously but not overfill them because it will try to bubble over the top but

that can just add to the beauty of a mince pie. Okay we're going to flour our

countertop again and this time we're rolling out our pastry just to cut the

tops, this time we are going to use the three-inch cutter, so it makes a nice

little lid for our mince pies. So I'm just going to cut

out 12 mince pie tops, now I'm just making 12 mince pies, do not waste this

extra pastry, of course you can make a mince pie pasty with it.

Now the egg white that we kept, I've just beaten it up a little bit and I've got

the lid of a mince pie here, we're just going to brush a little bit of egg white

onto it and then we can just pop the pie lid on top, give it a little push down

and then we're just going to brush some egg white on the top of all of the pies

and then we want to sprinkle the top of these pies before they go in the oven,

fairly liberally with some caster sugar and I'm just going to cut a couple of

little holes in the top of the mince pie to let out the steam and the pressure as

they cook, because of the sugar content in this pastry we're going to cook this

at the lower temperature than we would normally do. I preheated my oven to 150

degrees Celsius that's 300F and we're going to bake these for about 20

minutes, maybe a little bit under, just keep an eye on them they want to be a

nice golden brown. The house smells great come and have a look at these. Now

they're piping hot, there's a little bit of juice bubbling out just to where I

like them, I'm going to let them cool down for two or three minutes and then I'm

going to pop them onto this cooling rack and let them completely cool down. Now I

know some of you would be doubting Thomases out there and say what is Steve

on about the Cornish pasty with mincemeat, come and take a look at these

and we just let our mince pasties cool down a little bit too. Now they're still

a little bit hot, I have actually sprinkled over a little extra caster

sugar. I like this one with the juice just starting to pour out the top, I'll

cut this open so you can see inside just how beautiful that is. This smells so
