The former vice president Atiku Abubakar's 45-year-old daughter, Fatima on Wednesday, December 6, explained why she has not followed her father to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Premium Times reports that Fatima who is a medical doctor and Adamawa state commissioner for health said she is currently preoccupied with the duties of the state.

According to her, "I have not resigned and I am performing my duties as the representative of H. E the governor on all health matters in the state.

It was learnt that she is the first child of Abubakar. She was appointed commissioner in August 2015.

com had reported that John Odigie-Oyegun who is the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress said that the party is not affected by the exit of Atiku. Oyegun spoke when he received former chairmen and counselors at the party secretariat.

The APC chairman noted that the race for 2019 elections has already started and said what the party needed were people who understood what the country was going through.

information so that I can call through the hotel operator and I do this because

it gives me another way to reach you and it helps me to know that you're there

and that you have some skin in the game too you're able to know everything about

me just by clicking a few buttons on my website and I need to know enough about

you that I'm confident to come and see you so some people don't really

understand why this is and it's not even so much about legal issues I mean of

course that plays a part but honestly it's for events that happen like this

morning when I got called out to an appointment and the gentleman was able

to convince me that he actually was there and just like some of the

reasoning that he gave me and sent me a picture from this hotel room so the the

room was in someone else's name and I had a pretty good rapport with him we

talked on the phone so I felt okay about it so I went ahead even though it was

against my protocol and I went to his hotel room and sometimes once in a blue

moon I will take a gamble like that if I don't have other commitments happening

and lo and behold I don't know what happened to him we were texting it was

getting later and later and I was like I gotta go I wasted an hour and a half of

my time getting ready going over there and that's it's extremely frustrating

and disappointing like I really enjoy what I do and I have to be in the right

mindset so a lot of times like when I'm getting ready to go to a session I'm

gearing up I'm getting into the right mindset I'm getting into the right place

energetically I don't fake it when I'm with you and to get all of that

rolling and then show up and not have it happen it's a huge letdown so not only

is it like the waste of time the loss of income it's also energetically and yeah

emotionally like a huge letdown so in order to protect myself from that

I have to be doing sticking to my protocol even this even if it does feel

like I could take a gamble and come see you without all of it I have to stick

with it and it's for reasons exactly like what happened this morning so if

China preparing to TEAM UP with North Korea in WW3, military expert warns

CHINA will back North Korea in World War 3 if the US continues to "provoke" Kim Jong-un,

according to a military expert.

China has been preparing its army for the prospect of war on the Korean Peninsula with

a series of military drills.

On Monday, the People's Liberation Army flaunted its air power by flying military

aircraft close to North Korea in a brazen show of force.

China has condemned North Korea for testing nuclear weapons and missiles, including its

latest launch of a Hwasong-15 ICBM – its most powerful yet.

But the US has reacted furiously, holding large scale military drills involving 12,000

troops and hundreds of military aircraft in a retaliatory show of force.

US nuclear-capable bombers today flew over the Korean Peninsula as part of the joint

war drills with South Korea.

Ahead of the drills – codenamed Vigilant Ace – North Korea accused "insane" US

President Donald Trump of pushing the world to "the brink of nuclear war".

Amid heightened tensions, military analyst Li Jie believes the US is pushing China closer

to siding with the Hermit Kingdom.

She said: "The timing of this high-profile announcement by the PLA is a warning to Washington

and Seoul not to provoke Pyongyang any further."

Her comments come as China issued a "common sense" guide about how to survive a nuclear

attack to residents living near the border with North Korea.

Chinese state-owned media issued the alarming advice to citizens in the northeastern city

of Jilin – around 35km away from the North Korean border.

Chinese newspaper the Jilin Daily ran a full-page article informing the public what to do in

the event of an attack.

During an attack, people are advised to lie in a ditch, cover exposed skin or dive into

water to minimise the possibility of instantaneous death, it said.

Cartoon illustrations showing how to treat radioactive contamination were also provided.

North Korea replies on China was trade so would be highly unlikely to launch a nuclear

attack on the country.

The US, on the other hand, may use nuclear weapons on villages across North Korea if

war broke out – potentially putting Chinese citizens near the border at risk.

Speaking today, retired US Lieutenant Colonel Ralph Peters said a "shooting war" may

break out between North Korea and the Us if China doesn't step in.

He said Trump's inability to start a trade war with China could result in a "bloody

mess".

He told Fox News: "The goal is to have China engage in the economic action.

"The Trump administration has talked a good fight on China but when it comes to the clinch

the administration has been unwilling to threaten a trade war.

"Short of that, if you're not willing to threaten a trade war with China, you're going

to have a shooting war with North Korea.

Nobody in their right mind wants that to happen."

Today we are going to talk about the salary of international flight attendants

Who are mostly based on the Middle East okay, so?

all right, like I said, please refer to the first episode of this series because that is where I

understand why the range in salary and why is it different per month

So let's talk about the Qatar Airways Qatar Airways

They earn

about

Average you know you could earn

Depending on your flying time and your layovers

destinations

depending on that you could earn anywhere from

60,000 to 100,000 pesos a month that includes everything

Okay, and when it comes to Emirates. It's about the same all right the difference with

Qatar Airways is that

They don't give you your allowance right there and there

And the hotel in the destination that you go on you have to pay with your own money, and then you will get your layover

Allowances on your pay check by the end of the month so that's why your allowance increase gradually

Emirates. I'm not sure if they give it at the hotel or not, but it's almost

The same basically all the Middle Eastern Airlines

Will average that much it just depends on how they divide it. How they give it to you, but average take-home pay is

Minimum 50,000 pesos to a hundred thousand plus depending on the flying time

allowances bonuses that you get

also with Etihad Airways

I think it's about

Yeah 60 to 100. I think with Etihad Airways they have bigger salary

but not that much although I am not that sure but that's what I heard

they have bigger Allowance till or the money they recieved depending on your rank if you become

Premium galley crew or if you become like a business class crew it has bigger salary the pay structure

is quite good as well as with

Emirates and Qatar so yeah, and also if you become supervisor

it has bigger salary than a regular crew it's bigger than 50 - 100 thousand so

with almond air yeah

Somewhat the same

usually I

Fifty to eighty thousand pesos

Depending on the factors that I've mentioned on the first episode of the series Gulf air

I think it's also the same

minimum

minimum 50 maximum around a hundred thousand, so that's the salary range

the good thing about middle east you have no taxes

So you get your full salary then you have lots of allowances lots of perks

Than when you work for other airlines for example

Korean air or asean or when you are in the United States

They have taxes the Middle East no tax baby. Everything is tax-free

So that's why I like working there, so yeah, I hope that you don't quote me on these salar

This is just something that I learned through people that I talk to it's not from the company itself of course

They could change their salary

With their own discretion it's not like up to me

A few years ago I would not think this is possible

Walking through the streets

Having the support I do.

Owning a successful established clothing company.

This is proof of what seems like an unrealistic goal is possible.

I'm no one special.

Just someone who put in the work

and made the sacrifices to make it happen.

This is it!

The freedom to be able to travel,

explore, and skate with friends while capturing it all working towards

working toward my goal everyday.

Tokyo is such a beautiful city.

The lifestyle, culture, people, architecture.

I love it all so much.

To be able to experience this all is unreal to me

I wanted to make this video

to show you that anything is possible if you put your mind to it

I still remember that argument I had with my parents

about spontaneously deciding to leave my small town

to chase the dream out in LA.

I had no money,

no job,

and had just finished my first semester of college

but, I chose to chase my dream

I'm not gonna lie the first two years were pretty rough

not passing training on my first job

Then deciding to bum it out, starve, and couch-surf.

So I could focus on my goal instead of working

not knowing anyone was scary

and things got rough

but I'm glad I chose to tough it out it was such an unhealthy

lifestyle living off these 39 set burritos every day even though those

living conditions were harsh I was happy because I was doing what I wanted to do

I had so much time to work with and I utilized every single day consistently

networking and building up my own name after the first year passed I got

evicted from the place I was staying at due to unpaid bills because of some lack

of communication with my roommates the rent for that month wasn't returned

along with the $750 deposit we were supposed to get back once the part

keep in mind that was our last month of our lease so I was really relying on

getting that money I just had a little over $40.00 to survive and just like

that it was either used the money to go back home or sleep in my car for a bit

to like I wasn't about to go back to Nevada as a

failure it was a scary moment but luckily my good friend Lamont offered me

to stay at his place and work on YouTube with him so I did and the people I

thought were closest to me turned on me because of them at that point I honestly

felt like I had no one I spent that next year working on the Mod Channel as I

worked on growing my own social media as well

along the way I met some close friends which you see in my videos today I was

making a little bit of money through LeMond channel and through a small

ongoing brand deal as well just barely enough to pay for what it costed to

sleep on the couch in the living room I was comfortable with that honestly until

I got into a relationship I remember how bad I felt about my whole

situation during that time period it made me realize how broke I really was

and how I couldn't do anything because of it I was still sleeping on the couch

I couldn't take the girl out to eat and I couldn't even go out to do anything

with her after we broke up I really set my mind to change that shortly after I

released my first vlog style video which was just a simple day in the life I

started focusing on my own channel and worked my way up to where I am today I

couldn't be happier Here I am in Japan enjoying it day by

day no worries just doing what I love it's been a crazy journey like I said

this is just the beginning I'm glad that that vision I pictured

years ago is turning into a reality and the point of all this blabbering on

about my story is for those of you chasing your dreams just remember don't

give up

The Power of Coaching - Duration: 2:41.

Hey, everyone.

Today, I want to talk to you about Coaching and the benefits that I've gained from having

an expert be able to help guide me through various difficult episodes of my life.

So, I've gone through moments of depression and anxiety, of extreme stress which paralyzed

me into inaction, overcoming fears.

And so, they've been people who have guided me through that process, help me evaluate

the different options and assured that I built up momentum to carry through to my goals.

So, I've benefited from a wide range of coaches from executive coaches that I've worked with,

to sports coaches whether it was my swimming coaches, my running coaches, and my triathlon

coaches today, who help me overcome the different challenges that I face.

I also have a financial coach to help me navigate the very complex world of personal finance.

And so, I've benefited from having that person who number 1, provided accountability in terms

of following through on the goals or actions that I talked about and ensured that there

was a proper feedback.

So, I'm a big believer in the power of coaching as opposed to for example one-off training.

Often times we send employees for a one-day seminar, or one-week training program or three-month

learning program, and they come back again and it's business as usual.

Whereas with a coach, you work on personal issues that you're facing, the roadblocks

and obstacles in the way, and how do you systematically tackle them one by one, over three to six

months period, to get to that specific outcomes that you want.

That's how I've benefited from Coaching.

And what we're trying to do now at Naluri is to provide Coaching in a much more scalable

and affordable way by using the mobile phone and creating a chat platform that connects

our users with professional health coaches to make it much more accessible to have someone

there as an accountability resource and a problem-solving partner to guide you through

all the challenges and obstacles that you face to be able to help you achieve your goals.

So, I want to finally thank all the coaches who've worked with me and I hope you'll be

able to benefit from the power of coaching as well.

The battle for Wednesday-Thursday night viewership ratings has new contenders with the premieres of KBS 2TVs Black Knight and MBCs I Am Not a Robot on December 6.

Despite the competition, SBSs Judge vs. Judge prevailed and drew in the highest viewership ratings of the night. According to Nielsen Korea, Judge vs. Judge recorded ratings of 6.6 percent during its first part and 7.3 percent during its second part.

Black Knight came in at second place with national viewership ratings of 6. 9 percent thanks to leads Kim Rae Won, Shin Se Kyung, and Seo Ji Hyes acting, which shined during the first episode of this mysterious fantasy melodrama.

I Am Not a Robot came in third place after recording 3.6 percent during its first part and 4.1 percent during its second.

This unique romantic comedy showed the strong chemistry between leads Yoo Seung Ho and Chae Soo Bin along with their comedic acting.

Previously, at the press conferences for their respective dramas, Yoo Seung Ho made a pledge that he would hold an autograph session at Myeongdong if I Am Not a Robot achieves ratings of over 25 percent, while Kim Rae Won promised to open a pop-up restaurant where he would serve viewers sashimi.
