Youtube daily report w Dec 13 2017

Welcome to Tips and Tricks from T+A.

Today we show you the switching between sources of the R-Series 2000 and 2500.

If you use an R-system as a system combination of PA and MP, you have several possibilities to change the sources with the remote control.

The first option is to press the IN 1 / MP button on your FM 2000 remote control until the desired source appears.

This can sometimes be a bit tedious, especially if you accidentally skip the desired source.

The second option makes it much easier for you to change the sources.

Simply hold down the IN 1 / MP button and a source menu will appear in which you can easily navigate to all activated sources

in both directions up and down using the arrow keys.

Il Duomo di Milano e la Madonnina - Duration: 7:42.

Have you ever wondered what the Milano's Madonnina looks at??

in fact, his face does not look in front of him

but inclined by some degree as if looking at something special

and maybe that's right. Of course, all I say in this Milanos misteriosa's video

it may not exactly be one hundred percent, it could also simply be a coincidence or

some overlapping coincidences, but one fact is certainly the Milano's Madonnina

does not look straight ahead. It is slightly moved towards a

very precise direction and let us find ourselves in front of one of the many mysteries that

concern the cathedral of Milan the only cathedral in the world

to have on its top a female figure and not the crucifix

as in all the other cathedrals of the world. First of all a bit of history

just to understand one specific thing we're talking about

the Madonnina was placed on the spire main cathedral of Milan in 1774

it was strongly desired by the empress Maria Teresa of Austria and realized

by the sculptor Giuseppe Perego it he immediately became the most important symbol

of the city of Milan but behind the known history there is always some mystery

and some secret, the Madonnina is certainly not immune

from this rule the Milan cathedral rises indeed on a previous ecclesiastical complex

consisting of two churches, Santa Maria Maggiore and Santa Tecla

these two churches looked at each other practically in the face, una facciata era

one facade faced the other. While Santa Maria Maggiore was the winter cathedral,

santa tecla was the cathedral summer. Under Santa Tecla as mentioned in the video

"i templari di Milano" always of the series Milano misteriosa

some archaeological finds were found including a stele bearing different names

of Roman deities, a sign that in that place it was already a religious place

before the advent of Christianity, and knowing that the Roman deities

they were, let's say overlapping to pre-existing Celtic deities it is logical to think that

there was a Celtic temple before, an Insubre temple. In fact in this stele under

the inscription Iovium (Jupiter) can be seen some other writings that seem chiselled

on previous writings it seems almost to glimpse the lepontici symbols

the ancient writing of the Celts Insubri that it was those who founded the city of Milan

Among the names of the deities written

of Roman deities, we also see Minerva. for the Celts Minerva is actually the goddess

Belisama, the fire goddess married with belenos the god of light

here we find an axiom that connects us to Santa Maria Maggiore, Santa Tecla

the Milan Cathedral and the Madonna all for a female cult

Milan seems to have always been one city devoted to a female cult.

But let's get back to our main question, towards what exactly looks at the madonnina

of the Milan cathedral? To find out, just go to the top of the cathedral terrace

position yourself in the same position of the madonnina

and look in the same direction. Well, we'll see straight ahead of us

the Monte Rosa complex but be careful, not the peak of Monte Rosa

the whole complex because in reality the Madonnina does not look towards the summit

which is the second highest in Europe but look towards Monte Moro

which is not far. But what is so important about Monte Moro?

Compared to others... to the other mountains that can be seen from Milan

just downstream the Monte Moro are then found Ornavasso and Candoglia. From ornavasso e

Candoglia come all the marbles that they were used to build

The Milan Cathedral. Virtually the Madonnina look towards

the direction from which all the Duomo's marbles come,

therefore from which the Milan Cathedral comes Ornavasso is also known for the fact that

in its caves, formerly a marble mines, the house of Santa Claus is hosted.

interesting, right? The Madonna looks towards those mountains where

the Milan Cathedral comes from. But that's not all, because we'll never know

what did you do it consciously or not, who has it? the golden statue's gaze is directed

towards that direction where there are some important Insubri's necropolis

Insubri's necropolis. Monte Moro then there give another extravagance.

in fact, on the summit of this mountain since 1966 and placed a madonnina called also

la madonna delle nevi (the snow's Madonna). Going over the Monte Moro pass then passing through

the Swiss valleys arrive at a place which is called Briga

Well, Brig is the Celtic goddess Belisa but its different name in fact

often the deities changed their names to second of the area, as a result we have this line

which leads from the Madonna up to Monte Moro and then, from Monte Moro,

down to Switzerland until this a place called Briga.

Santa Briga that is basically postponement Christian of the goddess Briga-Belisama,

she was known as being a mother and virgin, a little like the Madonna

sign that sometimes in the regions there is a some confusion

now, we can assume that who has decided to place the madonnina

del Duomo knew well what it was doing

but since the only mention of certain pre-Christian religions would have

caused them great problems they preferred hide all this behind the Christian legion

it's my personal opinion but it often happened this way. On the roof

of the isozaki tower in the CityLife complex there is a third madonnina

has been positioned there because it must be ... the madonnina must

always be on the highest point of Milan. Well, there was another one before,

and there is still on the roof of the Pirelli skyscraper. A fourth madonnina

it is currently inside of the Milan Cathedral and it is the one made

for Expo 2015, and for all time remained in the universal exhibition

and then it was transported in the Duomo once the expo is over

I hope you found this video Interesting because there are other things to say

species on the alignments, but ne I will speak in other videos of Mysterious Milan (Milano Misteriosa)

that never hurts thank you, I remind you also to look back

interesting even if they do not concern specifically the mysteries of Milan. Good

What The World Doesn't Know About The Jolie Pitt Family - Duration: 5:20.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were a high-profile Hollywood couple for years.

Their jet-setting lifestyle, international adoptions, and seemingly never-ending love

for one another fascinated the world.

But after two movies, six kids, and 12 years together, the pair pulled the plug on their

union in 2016 and sent shock waves through Tinseltown.

Since then, this famous family's structure has been completely uprooted.

As the exes very publicly battled over custody concerns, both Jolie and Pitt have discussed

their quest to find solid footing for their brood.

Let's take a closer look at the changing lives of the Pitt-Jolie clan.

Single status

Angelina Jolie has revealed that she has been struggling to embrace a new normal as a single

mom of six, telling People Magazine, "I have had my ups and downs.

I guess I am a little bit stronger...

We all have our difficult times, but as a mother you also have a responsibility first

and foremost towards the kids.

They are going through their formative years and everything else comes second to that."

However, in addition to worrying about the wellbeing of her children, Jolie has also

had to come to grips with the impact her new solo status has had on herself, telling The

Telegraph, "It's not easy.

I am a little shy this time, because I am not as strong inside as I have been in the

past."

Much like Jolie, Pitt says he puts their children first but seems to have a sunnier disposition

about the prospect of single life, telling the press, "There's still much beauty in the

world and a lot of love.

And a lot of love to be given.

It's alright.

It's just life."

Following footsteps

Despite the devastating divorce of their parents, the Jolie Pitt children still seem to be flourishing.

Eldest child Maddox, for example, has been following in his mother's footsteps by committing

his time and effort to executive producing his mother's biopic on Cambodian genocide

called First They Killed My Father.

Jolie revealed that his participation in the film meant spending more time in his birth

nation than usual, but it offered Maddox a chance to learn more about what his biological

parents might've gone through.

"Being with his fellow countrymen every day was extraordinary.

And Pax also worked on the film and did the still photography."

And that's just the start.

Jolie said she hopes Zahara, who was adopted from Ethiopia, and Pax, who was adopted from

Vietnam, will eventually connect with their homelands as well.

Meanwhile, the actress also opened the Shiloh Wildlife Sanctuary in Namibia this summer,

to commemorate the location where her first biological child was born and protect animals

who've been victims of poaching and abuse.

Jolie's efforts to incorporate her kids into her global activism are deliberate, as she

told Elle France.

"I try to lead by example, being conscious of others and being responsible.

And to help them have a broader view of the world.

But really the only way I know to raise them is to really listen.

It's perhaps the most important thing any parent can do."

Getting healthy

Unfortunately, Jolie is no stranger to health problems.

In 2013, she underwent a preventive double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery after

discovering she has the breast-cancer linked BRCA1 gene.

In 2015, she underwent surgery to have her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed.

And in 2017, the star revealed that she has two new health issues on her plate—hypertension

and Bell's palsy, a condition in which one side of the face droops due to nerve damage.

She told Vanity Fair, "Sometimes women in families put themselves last until it manifests

itself in their own health...

I can't tell if it's menopause or if it's just been the year I've had.

I actually feel more of a woman because I feel like I'm being smart about my choices,

and I'm putting my family first, and I'm in charge of my life and my health.

I think that's what makes a woman complete."

Pitt, too, has been focusing on improving his health.

The actor decided to quit drinking and smoking marijuana.

Pitt told GQ, "I enjoy wine very, very much, but I just ran it to the ground.

I had to step away for a minute.

And truthfully I could drink a Russian under the table with his own vodka.

I was a professional.

I was good…

Don't want to live that way anymore."

After quitting booze and grass, Pitt said he was forced to look at his life a little differently.

He described it as a period of renovation.

He said, "You strip down to the foundation and break out the mortar.

For me this period has really been about looking at my weaknesses and failures and owning my

side of the street."

Keeping the family afloat

Although they're no longer a romantic couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still connected

by their children, so they've got to put aside their differences to save face for the sake

of the little ones from time to time.

"And my focus is finding this way through."

As Pitt told reporters, the two have been working together behind the scenes to "keep

the ship afloat" and "figure out the configuration of [their] family."

Jolie echoed that sentiment in her own way, saying:

"We will be stronger when come out of this because that's what we are determined to do

as a family…

We will always be a family.

Always."

Most AMAZING Discoveries With A Metal Detector! - Duration: 10:47.

From real pirate treasure to priceless archaeological artifacts, here are 10 of the coolest things

found with a metal detector!

10.

Roman Coins

Detectorists spend most of their time searching fields and coming up empty, but occasionally

they'll find something that makes it all worthwhile.

This is what happened to Dave Crisp, a hospital administrator.

In 2010, he made an amazing discovery in a field near Frome, in the county of Somerset

in England.

Expecting to find the usual discarded metal objects, he started digging on a spot where

his detector had signalled a strong reading, and to his surprise, he uncovered a large

pot that contained a hoard of Roman coins.

In total there were over 52,000 of them!

766 bore an image of Marcus Aurelius Carausius, who ruled over Britain between 286 and 293

AD.

As the first leader to strike coins in the country, this was a particularly important

find- one that was valued at over 1 million dollars.

The coins were sent to the British museum where they were cleaned by archaeologists

and put on display.

9.

The Mojave Nugget

While you may think that the gold in the California hills is long gone, this story shows that

it's still out there for those who look hard enough.

In 1977, Ty Paulsen was using his metal detector in the Mojave Desert in Southern California

when he discovered something people always dream of- a huge golden nugget.

It turned out to be one of the largest ever found by a metal detector in the US, and weighed

a massive 4.5 kg!

Known as the Mojave Nugget, it was worth a whopping $200,000, and can now be seen on

display at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles.

Unsurprisingly, Paulsen has never revealed the exact location where found the nugget,

but it's thought to have been from the Stringer Mining District- an area that has been linked

with large quantities of gold discovery over the years.

Who knows, if you get out searching you might make the next big discovery there yourself!

8.

Bullet in Dallas, Texas

It's not just valuable treasure in monetary terms that can be found with a metal detector,

as Richard H. Lester discovered in 1974.

He was in Dallas, Texas, searching for hits on Dealey Plaza when he found a bullet fragment.

Now, this may not seem too out of the ordinary in the US, but this location just so happened

to be about 500 yards away from the Texas School Book Depository, the location thought

to have been used by Lee Harvey Oswald when he shot JFK.

Lester kept the fragment for a number of years, but he handed it over to the FBI in 1976 as

a part of ongoing investigations . They conducted tests on it, which they published the following

year, and while the bullet had the same 4 grooves and right hand twist pattern as Oswald's

Mannlicher-Carcano, the lands were spaced further apart than they should have been-

meaning it was unlikely from his gun.

No-one suggested at the time that it could have been from a second gunman, but from a

day out with his metal detector, Lester found himself in the middle of the greatest conspiracy

ever.

7.

Spanish Gold Chalice

You don't have to be an expert to make an amazing find, all you need is commitment and

hard work.

Mike DeMar took a job as a diver with a treasure hunting firm when he was 20 years old.

Sounds like a great job!

They were searching the Florida Keys for treasure from a sunken Spanish ship, the Santa Margarita,

that had sunk over 400 years ago.

The efforts of the company, Blue Water Ventures, had been on-going since 1980, and they had

just begun looking at a new site.

Within a couple of months of working there, DeMar was underwater and his metal detector

pinged.

He dug a bit with his hands and found what initially seemed like a piece of rock, but

on closer inspection turned out to be a Golden Chalice.

The ornate object, thought to be from around the time of the ship, at least 400 years old,

was subsequently valued at over $1 million dollars- more than enough to warrant the rest

of the day off and a toast of champagne with his new colleagues.

The ship had sunk in a storm that scattered the debris in one direction, but another storm

hit and scattered it all across the seabed.

Following this discovery, Blue Water Ventures were confident that they'd make further

finds- although as of yet they haven't announced anything quite like the chalice.

6.

Iron Age Gold Necklaces

In 2009, David Booth was using his metal detector in a field for the first time, having only

just got it to try out his new hobby and tested it on knives in his kitchen.

Yet, 9 paces from where he parked his car, he made one of the most famous finds in Scottish

history.

Struggling to believe his fortune, he scraped away the soil where his detector had indicated

to reveal four gold necklaces known as 'torcs'.

They were dated to 300 BC, and were such an important find that historians have reexamined

the ways they look at human society from the time.

The intricate designs are, in some areas, as wide as a finger- and were valued at more

than 1 million pounds- about 1.3 million dollars.

Unfortunately for Booth, the law in Scotland states that treasure hordes belong to the

Crown, rather than the finder or the landowner, so after his moment of fame for his discovery,

the necklaces were passed on to a national museum for further study and to be put on

display.

5.

Pirate Treasure

Edward Rowe Snow was a historian, author and keen detectorist.

In 1947 he bought what he believed was a treasure map that belonged to the pirate Edward Low.

It was a simple image sketched on a scrap of paper, but had the words "Island Haute"

written on it.

Snow deduced that this meant the map led to Isle Haute, a small island off the coast of

Nova Scotia in the Bay of Fundy.

In 1952 he set sail to investigate the locations marked on the map and, staying with the lighthouse

keeper, began to search the area with his metal detector.

On the first day he found a large iron spike and what appeared to be broken rib bones of

a human, so he continued to see what else he could find.

The second day after digging in a different area, he discovered eight blackened discs

in the soil which, turned out to be Spanish and Portuguese coins made from gold and silver.

It's possibly the only known time that a pirate treasure map has actually led to the

discovery of any treasure.

Some think that there's more on the island that's still to be found.

4.

Crosby Garrett Helmet

In 2010, an Irish detectorist made an incredibly rare find when he was exploring the fields

near Crosby Garrett, in the county of Cumbria in England.

The anonymous searcher had been looking at the fields for the previous 2 years but had

only found Roman coins and other small artefacts up until that point.

Well, that's not bad either!

That all changed in May of that year when he unearthed a Roman cavalry helmet, thought

to be from the late 2nd or early 3rd century AD.

Further research in the area found that the site had been a Roman settlement, and evidence

of earthworks and a Roman road were found.

The helmet was found in 67 different pieces that were put back together before going up

for auction in October, 2010.

The initial estimate was immediately exceeded and, in the end it sold to an anonymous bidder

for $3.7 million- pretty good for an afternoon's work!

3.

The Hand of Faith

The Golden Triangle in Australia is a region that connects three towns in the state of

Victoria, and has been the site of a great deal of gold in the past few centuries.

It's also the site of the discovery of the largest golden nugget still in existence today,

and the largest one ever found with a metal detector.

The largest ever found was 3 times the size of this but was melted down.

Known as the Hand of Faith, this peculiar shaped object was unearthed by Kevin Hillier

in the Spring of 1980, on his first outing with his new machine near the town of Wedderburn.

At first his metal detector was giving off such strange readings that he thought it was

a glitch and wasn't going to dig, but he changed his mind at the last minute.

Good thing too because he found the nugget resting vertically, about 12 inches beneath

the surface!

The Hand of Faith weighs just under 25 kg, and was sold to the Golden Nugget Casino chain

for slightly over $1 million- where it can be seen proudly on display at their casino

and hotel in Biloxi, Missouri.

If you are super interested in seeing it, make sure you check their website because

it changes location every now and then.

2.

A Meteorite

In 2012, Jason Lyons finally fulfilled a dream of his.

Obsessed with meteorites, he began a mission to find one of his own.

He was so determined to find one that he enlisted the help of his grandfather who built him

a homemade metal detector.

After years of searching, and thousands of uninteresting finds, he found his first piece

of space rock, and the first one ever known to be found in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

The 2 pound meteorite had fallen to earth about 10,000 years ago, and is described as

an "L6 ordinary chondrite" – the most common type of meteorite to hit the earth's

surface.

Upon confirmation by the local university that this was, in fact, a meteorite, Lyons

was so excited he ran around the house screaming.

It was a testament to his hard work, and proof that if you do enough research and put in

the effort, you can find pretty much anything you are looking for.

1.

50,000 Celtic Coins

This is one of the most valuable things anyone has ever found.

Reg Mead and Richard Miles had been searching a farmland on the British island of Jersey

for 30 years, knowing it to previously be the site of a Celtic settlement.

In 2012, while searching underneath a hedge, the detectors went off and, they began to

dig.

They found something truly astonishing.

In a mound of clay 3 feet below the surface they found a stash of over 50,000 silver coins-

all of which were dated back to 25 BC.

On one side of the coins was an image of a horse, and on the other side was a depiction

of the Greek god Apollo.

It's believed the trove was hidden on the island by the Coriosolitae tribe, from Brittany

in France, to hide it from approaching Roman legions.

Archaeologists were called in to help recover all of the coins, and in total they were valued

at over 10 million pounds- the equivalent of about 13 million dollars at today's exchange

rates.

The coins were taken to a local heritage center to determine who was the rightful owner.

Since the pair were responsible for finding them, the detectorists were in line for a

significant prize and will go down in history books for their find.

Surprising HERO On The Way!

As more and more leftist activist was accepting the idea for pressing charges for defamation

on President Trump for his alleged "insults" in some of his tweets, the court of appeals

decided that it is time to react before they take advantage of the "holes" in the system

to get to the President beside his innocence and in some cases objectivity in the context

of the tweets.

On Tuesday, a New York appeals court ruled out a bill that you cannot press charges for

defamation on President Trump for his statements on Twitter.

These are not insults, these are statements.

Via The Daily Caller:

"The decision was made after Republican strategist Cheryl Jacobus accused the president

of sending a "virtual mob" to attack her after she went on national television and

questioned whether he was fit for office.

In response, Trump called her a "real dummy!", "major loser" and claimed she "begged"

him for a job on his campaign, despite her insistences that she didn't.

Jacobus was seeking $4 million in damages against Trump.

Her lawyer, Jay Butterman, said Tuesday was "not a happy day for democracy".

Today, in Manhattan, a five-judge panel have successfully reached the verdict and agreed

with New York Judge Barbara Jaffe who was amongst the first to stand up for Trump's

"intemperate tweets" explaining that it is just a regular usage of the First Amendment

and not something that is meant to "belittle and demean".

The court of appeals issued an explanation that the tweets were

The appeals court wrote that Trump's tweets were "too vague, subjective and lacking

precise meaning" to qualify as defamatory and were protected speech."

This means that President Trump is finally safe from allegations like these and can be

comfortable that no one will ever try to push him for his regular way of communication.

That would be interrupting his First Amendment right.

ETRE CANON EN MOINS DE 10 MINUTES ! - Duration: 10:24.

Hey everyone, I hope you are well!

Today we find ourselves in a new video where I will talk about makeup.

How long have I not made you a video make up!

It really had me very very very missed and so that's if you want to watch the tutorial make up,

very simple and within ten minutes I promise you that it's very fast.

Do not hesitate to look to the end, I make you big kisses and told just now!

CIAO!

So I'll start by applying this

concealer I completely gutted, absolutely necessary that I bought is the eraser eyes

moments anti age from maybelline

it really is my favorite it's really for every budget since it costs only 12 euros!

So I'll apply below

and you'll see that already it'll do something to my face then I'm really on a single bottle is essential

I buys

but frankly mesh cave what we'll dimmed then yes I do this because the finger

clearly pissed divide my beauty blender always with himself must once you tap

dark circles under what I do for me have a real

uniformity of the face is that I'll put my finger on the eyelid and I'll make a sort of

2 Here two movements like that I shoot a little and actually

it is simply the excess is on your finger that you applied to your eyelid did the same thing on the other side

you could see it's very easy

and like the above then I do not know what I think my eyelid from above is also somewhat identified

so it's very weird explained but I know I have the impression that

if I put no concealer on the eyelids and although I have not finished my email opt for once that is done I

will finish my touch concealer with nar is the guys at and Banhars

Understanding medium a break so soon is really something that blend great

I really put you all beings if I have time

All links in info bar if you're interested

So here it is also a fund of two tubes and love so that was advice I can give you

is that the last shade of concealer that you will put on your face should be slightly below your skin tone

simply because it'll make a glowy effect I have not even finished and apply my simple you see anti already welcomed

there is a contrast of species which

which brings light to the face since it was the middle of the figure

I personally do not know about you but I do not like powder

I know many will say no but why do not wilt has not been at all but

I do not like powder and there because I have a little Globish no effect if you see

whereas when I dust in his magnificent and I actually do not like the style

matify finally I know everyone's tastes so once

the concealer and applied

I personally do not use foundation know that the funds seems very bad for your skin is generally more you put

the foundation over your skin

disgusting excuse me for the term but if I tried but being

teenager meters from the foundation as everybody because everybody put in the foundation and in fact I

found that in fact it was extremely bad for my skin

that's why I do not put time I might be lucky lucky not to bring

but really if you make a foundation without cure aware that your skin will regenerate and be healthier if

you apply a ton of skin every day background out

in addition there is pollution does not give any dream of gossip I will then

past the contours he said that my complexion is already done with the kit outlines pallet

Anastasia Beverly Hills is really the one I suggest if you have not yet to outline kits Inc. I use this

70 So this is the only suits me more and I'll do half a stroke on the cheek

So here is the same as that

I'll take a little bit and I'll make a very good guy and that there is already very

very very strong I will resume my mirror because it'll be a little difficult to do that on the return

and as you can see

I'll try to scrape by circular species

but

without actually exceed the areas actually if you leave you room for scratching but not healthier or you do go up

not too high and you do not get too low just to make a

actually melted

So there's going like it is less

noticed even when seen contouring is the goal

is like you will do the same on the other side

So here then you will really see the makeup that I do this every day by wearing is therefore now

We have a great brand in sion on the face we will try to degrade all that is to break his face

with a bluff so for now

I always used the Bloch was in the palette except that here you see the state of my palette is really catastrophic

it is time that I bought and suddenly to break this effect

I'll take contouring

Bloch then this is a blog tipton us extra dimension bluff at 2 mike then it is a discovery I

recently tried and I absolutely is done

personally before I was not a fan of payet pallets on blogs but I think this one is just very very nice

so I'll show you that right now

see that it does not take much time there I almost really over there it will remain just a little garlic leiter

is celebrating

and lipstick it will be over and so there I will go

my blog really above the red zone and makes touring story and I want to do a sort of

Sail movements like end

so it is slightly pink and glitter so it's great when you have more die leiter glow you see the

here and hop shot

That's his mom who is doing the makeup cheats then

frankly it's not it's not serious

So here you see that the amount is already very warm though it is winter

and it keeps me warm not amount must assume the six years should take

So now let's move to Leicester then there he was wrong sweetie you prefer that I suggest is simply

Pallet cases jacqueline city in collaboration with linkedin

so who is left side it really is absolutely sublime I am less a fan of Leicester which is next

and I'll go over blush therefore we doing here Count Ory blush and above just above

we will break even by putting leiter and watch me what this great highlighter

dray a fire like fireworks I do that on the other side

Oh my God

I'm really not a fan nan frankly I can recommend a highlighter is really one

Then once his daughters once these girls

we will put the nose yes of course we will put the nose

above the eyebrows

The last key and actually I realize that I forgot to outline and my nose

contouring of Noz is going to take his little finger and will

finally tap that I have the good heart lawn

and we'll put it in the inner corner of the eye and that's really the thing to do that makes the

difference is really beautiful

So that's what I'll do right away

Then you'll see that my eyes

bass and email and magically

is the result

iluv the contouring is the same with the finger

you resume your account smiled at the Palace of contouring and hand the same colors you

then me

it depends on the shape of your nose I found my nose here is quite thin so there it starts

actually grow suddenly whether to do is just put the Eyl area around the part

thick you want to refine so just for me it will be that little ball so I'll focus

the contouring thereby

without going very high so there's going to do that

In fact you will try to make a line actually to make it as hard as possible

actually there you have the line and suddenly there are touring

here

and then spreads because it makes ugly if not first story spread a small homogeneous side

And

here

So there I'll put a lipstick I do not know if still you see the state of the lipstick is

completely destroy but it is a little darling that I had purchased from quick or

so this is my makeup debut when I had invested in varnishes that co

varnishes lipsticks that make them really cheap so that beginning in makeup

especially this is the lipstick that because it's really cheap and frankly it's great I looked really almost finished jelly

So here is the color

thinned more affected because it has faded but basically it is this head there please make a screenshot and asked if

you like how it will actually do on my

On my mouth

So you see we just applied my lipstick and the make up is completed then

To talk or we'll miss

So that's the make up and already over you see that it is very quick to do this I

barely had time to film this video I'm already preparing money for a next video may

I hope you enjoyed this video anyway me it makes me super happy to show you my make up all

days but I do really fast increase

So here I hope you enjoyed this video I make you big big big kisses and I will very soon for a future

video

This morning

Every 2017 Superhero Movie Ranked Worst To Best - Duration: 7:14.

The 2017 crop of superhero movies is pretty impressive and it's safe to say that more

than one wildly exceeded expectations.

If you're looking for the best, we're running down the seven superhero movies released by

the major studios in 2017, ranked from worst to best.

Minor spoilers follow.

Justice League While audiences have been somewhat forgiving

of the DC Extended Universe's growing pains, critics have been merciless.

Unfortunately, Justice League proved no exception.

On the bright side, fans were finally treated to the visceral thrill of seeing Batman, Superman,

Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, and the Flash together on the big screen.

But the film's uneven plotting and forgettable villain are hard to overlook.

Those weaknesses were mitigated to an extent by a couple of rousing action sequences, and

the winning presences of Jason Momoa's Aquaman and Ezra Miller's scene-stealing Flash.

So, it may not have been the Justice League all fans wanted, but it was ultimately an

enjoyable, if flawed, vehicle for some of the most beloved comics characters ever to

grace the page.

The Lego Batman Movie Fans were delighted when The Lego Batman Movie,

a spinoff of 2014's surprisingly excellent animated feature The Lego Movie, was announced.

The film continued the emphasis on clever, quirky, layered humor, and rewarded fans of

the Dark Knight with a steady stream of references to his past cinematic incarnations.

As good as it was, however, The Lego Batman Movie is still largely inessential.

It broke no new ground in terms of superhero films or Batman stories, failing to hit the

creative highs that the year's superior superhero movies all reached in one way or another.

It's squarely in the middle of the pack—but as an animated Lego outing, it's still a heck

of a lot better than the disappointing Lego Ninjago Movie.

Logan

Hugh Jackman's stunning 17-year run as Wolverine

in the X-Men series may never be surpassed, and he could hardly have gone out on a higher

note than Logan.

The film hit the right notes for the character in a way that no previous X-Men movie truly

had, thanks to its grim storyline and hard R rating, which finally allowed for an appropriately

Wolverine-esque level of violence.

If there was one consistent complaint about the film, it's that it may have taken its

grim and melancholy tone a bit too far.

The bleak and unforgiving world is consistently rendered in stark, dusty tones, and the fates

of our major characters aren't pretty.

Logan is a great Wolverine movie at long last, but this year's best superhero movies were

able to tell stories every bit as compelling—and not quite as bleak.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

2014's Guardians of the Galaxy certainly overperformed.

Nobody expected a team of virtually unknown characters featuring a tree and a

gun-toting raccoon to capture the hearts of moviegoers, but writer/director James Gunn

brought passion and vision—not to mention a stellar cast—to the project.

Guardians overcame low expectations to become one of Marvel's most-loved films, meaning

that its sequel faced expectations that were anything but low.

Fortunately, Gunn and his ragtag team of space heroes largely delivered with Guardians of

the Galaxy Vol. 2.

The action sequences are even crazier this time around, but the family-oriented story

also serves as a framework for Gunn to explore some of the more unlikely family dynamics

of his characters, and to delve into some of the more complex aspects of their personalities.

"Hahaha.

You just told everyone your deepest darkest secret."

"No, come on, I think you're overreacting a little bit."

"You must be so embarrassed!"

Vol. 2 may not quite have lived up to its predecessor, but it benefited from not trying

too hard to achieve that lofty goal.

Plus: any film that features Kurt Russell as a quasi-immortal living planet in human

form earns points for sheer awesomeness.

Wonder Woman

The DC Extended Universe has largely failed

to live up to expectations, but there's been one brilliant exception.

Director Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman, starring Gal Gadot as the legendary Amazonian, blew

away audiences, single-handedly resurrecting hope for the DCEU as a whole.

Jenkins knocked all kinds of holes in the well-worn theory that audiences wouldn't respond

to a female-centric superhero movie by turning in a spectacularly shot and choreographed,

well-paced, and flat-out entertaining feature, anchored by Gadot's alternately graceful and

badass performance.

Wonder Woman suffers from only minor imperfections: plot-wise, it bears more than a passing resemblance

to Marvel's Captain America: The First Avenger, and some critics felt Chris Pine's Steve Trevor

could have been de-emphasized in terms of the title character's motivation.

But overall, Wonder Woman is a spectacular big-screen solo debut for a character Hollywood

has famously struggled to adapt.

Jenkins' deft directorial touch and refusal to objectify her lead only served to make

the character's subsequent appearance in Justice League function as a reminder of this far

superior film.

Spider-Man: Homecoming

Until 2015, Sony Pictures held the sole film

rights to Spider-Man.

The first appearance of Spidey in the MCU—in 2016's Captain America: Civil War—proved

what audiences have long known: Spider-Man belongs in a larger universe with the rest

of Marvel's heroes.

"Underoos!"

"Hey everyone!"

It doesn't hurt that Tom Holland is terrific in the role of Peter Parker, or Michael Keaton—in

a casting masterstroke—creates one of the more compelling villains in the MCU as Adrian

Toomes/Vulture.

But the true genius of Homecoming is in the decision to give us the bumbling, insecure,

15-year old Peter that previous cinematic incarnations never showed, and to let interactions

with classmates and other heroes inform and develop the character as they've always done

in the comics.

This Spider-Man has plenty of room to grow, and his first solo vehicle is an outstanding

beginning.

Thor:Ragnarok

Thor: Ragnarok The best superhero film of 2017 had the lowest

expectations of them all.

Thor: Ragnarok seemed like almost an afterthought—except to fans who'd been paying attention.

The signing of indie director Taika Waititi piqued the interest of those familiar with

his unique comic voice.

"When you're a vampire, you become very sexy"

And the news that the plot would incorporate

elements of the Planet Hulk storyline from the comics—as well as intriguing cast additions

including Cate Blanchett and Jeff Goldblum—clued them in that they might be in for something

special.

Thor: Ragnarok destroyed critical and box office expectations by finding the innate

silliness in the MCU's God of Thunder.

"Revengers'

"Revengers?"

"We don't have to have a name, we can have no name."

The movie's nonstop humor is liberally balanced with plenty of stunning action, a brilliant

soundtrack, and a truly threatening villain in Blanchett's Hela.

The welcome returns of Tom Hiddleston's Loki and Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner/Hulk—not

to mention some strongly drawn new characters and one well-placed Doctor Strange cameo—connect

the film to the larger MCU, but Thor: Ragnarok is its own singularly insane flick—and one

of Marvel's best.

Here's hoping we get a Waititi-directed Thor 4 as soon as possible.

You Won't Recognize Nicole Kidman in Her New Film, Destroyer - Duration: 4:11.

You Won't Recognize Nicole Kidman in Her New Film, Destroyer

Nicole Kidman looks nothing like herself in her new film, Destroyer.

The Aussie actress was photographed on the set of the upcoming crime flick, sporting heavy makeup, a brown wig, a drab leather jacket, bootcut jeans, and flat boots—a drastic departure from her usual, glam red carpet style.

The Oscar-winner plays LAPD detective Erin Bell, who went undercover with a cult-like gang in her early years as a cop.

Years later, the gang leader re-emerges, and Bell has to work her way back through the remaining members and into her own history with them to finally reckon with the demons that destroyed her past, according to Deadline.

Destroyer is helmed by Karyn Kusama, the indie director behind Jennifers Body (2009), Aeon Flux (2005), and Girlfight (2000).

The project aligns with Kidmans pledge to work with a female director every 18 months, to ultimately increase the number of women filmmakers in Hollywood.

Because that's the only way statistics will change when other women start to go, 'Oh, I'm actually going to choose only a woman now.

So every 18 months there has to be a female director in the equation, Kidman explained to The Sydney Morning Herald in May.

She later elaborated at Cannes Film Festival, where she promoted her film The Beguiled, directed by Sofia Coppola.

Only 4.2 percent of women directed the main motion pictures of 2016, Kidman said. There were 4000 episodic television series last year and only 183 women directed them.

That says it all..

Even Kidmans hit TV series, Big Little Lies (which she stars in and and co-produces with Reese Witherspoon), will be helmed by a woman.

Andrea Arnold (American Honey) is slated to direct the shows second season, replacing Jean-Marc Vallée, who directed Season 1.

On top of all of that, Kidman is also starring in the Rebecca Miller-directed dramedy, She Came to Me, opposite Amy Schumer.

How Brakes Are Made | Inside The Tektro-TRP Factory - Duration: 12:44.

- Did you know that 13 million brakes

are made each year by Tektro TRP?

Did you know that that takes 3,200 tonnes of aluminium?

Did you know that Tektro have 160 CNC machines,

and that no one needs to operate them?

See that last bit wasn't true, everyone was just at lunch.

Did you know that Tektro TRP have won multiple World Cup,

World Championship, and Olympic medals

under the likes of Niels Albert and Aaron Gwin here.

But, did you also know that they've won countless titles

having made brakes for other people as well?

Did you know that 1,200 people work here?

No?

I think we need to find out a little bit more.

(industrial music)

As part of our mini tour of Taiwan

to look inside the bike industry, we've stopped by

to see the folks at Tektro TRP.

See how they do things.

From making five million hydraulic disc brakes per year,

right through to the advanced R&D facility

that helps them create products for riders like Aaron Gwin.

Come on, you know who Aaron Gwin is, mountain bike legend.

The guy that won a Downhill World Cup,

even though he snapped his chain on the second pedal stroke.

Yeah, that guy.

Now, in total, they have three manufacturing facilities.

Two in China that handle the more entry level market,

and then this one here in Taiwan

which acts as their global headquarters

and where all the advanced manufacturing,

high end brakes are made.

Now if you are confused as to why some parts say Tektro,

and some say TRP, and yet, I'm talking about Tektro/TRP

in the same breath, is because although

they are two distinct brands, they are inextricably linked.

So think kind of Toyota and Lexus.

Tektro was launched back in 1986,

and then TRP came in 2006, aimed as the high end brand.

Right then, let's go and see how brakes are made.

♪ Boo da buh boo da buh boo da bah boo ♪

(upbeat industrial music)

Before we start making anything,

we of course need a design,

so we've come to the upper floors to see that happen.

Magic key card (beeps).

Okay, so there's about 25 people work

in this particular part.

There's actually another 30 people down the road

in an advanced R&D facility who are looking

further into the future.

But when you look around here,

you actually get a real feel of what goes on.

There's prototype brakes everywhere you look,

and some things I hadn't expected to see as well.

Like this.

So random time trial and aerodynamic frames

knockin' around, and that's for a very good reason.

In that all the kind of integrated brakes that you see now,

90% of them are likely to have been made right here

at the Tektro TRP facility.

So let's have a look at a process.

We've got people like Garan here,

who is working very studiously on a prototype e-bike brake.

Now he's just working on CAD there.

One of the beautiful things about everything

being done in-house, is that everything

is literally done right here.

So, he could press print, hypothetically,

and just down here, the brake gets printed.

Tada, the 3D printing room.

So, within just a few hours,

it can go from that CAD drawing to this,

which is a working prototype.

Have a look at that.

Printed in clear resin.

You'll see on this e-bike brake, it's quad-piston,

so actually a lot of technology from mountain bikes,

learnt through sponsoring Aaron Gwin,

will end up on a product like this,

even though it's going nowhere near a downhill track,

nowhere near a race.

All of that technology does have a purpose

for the general consumer.

Now, that of course cannot really be used,

so we next needs to get something like this

made out of aluminium.

And to see that happen, we need some heavy machinery.

Oh yeah.

Quick change of location,

and a definite change of gear.

This is where the raw materials hit the factory (groaning).

You can see though, it's not just giant lumps of aluminium;

this one has been extruded by another company

to Tektro's specifications.

You should probably recognise that.

Yeah?

No?

Basically this then gets chopped

into more manageable pieces like this.

I'm quite glad as well, because that's really heavy.

Now a little bit of extruded aluminium

doesn't stay like this for long.

Its journey continues in here, where it gets hot forged,

which is a particularly painful

but fortunately quite short-lived process.

So you'll see all of the tooling here

for various different components that Tektro make.

Basically, extrusions like this will fit in

and then get heated up to

between 180 and 200 degrees Celsius,

and then stamped with 400 tonnes.

Let's go an have a look.

(raucous techno rock)

Now you see if you look down a production line

that most of these forges are operated manually.

This one here is the first step

in automating the whole process.

So this robot takes a hot aluminium,

pops it on that tool in there, where it then gets forged,

and then put back.

It's pretty hardcore work, to be fair!

(machine stamping)

Stamping, so this is what comes out of the hot forge,

but this is what we need, so very simply,

this gets placed in, punched out,

and we're left with something very much resembling

a brake calliper.

Through this doorway,

and you'll notice a distinct change of pace,

and that's because we're going away from our heavy machinery

and more towards our precision machining.

And there's a really high level of automation here,

a lot of very sophisticated robots.

I've been told that this robot really likes watching GCN.

How do you do?

Now the reason why robots are so important here

is because of the incredibly high tolerances

to which they operate at.

And that is particularly critical

when you talk about hydraulic brakes.

So to put it in context, we'll go over to this machine

which is doing quality control on the pistons.

So, this little laser beam there

measures the exact dimensions of each piston.

And if we detect that one of them

is just 0.04 millimetres out, in any orientation,

then a little jet of air will blast it into oblivion,

where it then gets recycled,

and then all the good ones come down here.

(metal clinking)

(parts rattle loudly)

Tumbling, putting a finish on your brakes.

Little ceramic do-das.

We're moving from manufacture now to assembly.

On this floor alone there are 100 steps

to actually make a hydraulic brake.

Which seems quite remarkable, isn't it really?

And what was news to me was that almost everything

that goes into a TRP hydraulic brake

is actually made right here.

In fact it's easier to tell you what they don't make

than what they do make.

So, somebody else makes their rotors;

they contract that out.

The bolts are made somewhere else,

and also the hoses, which incidentally,

I love this little machine,

they're currently being cut to length.

Now you might think that's a bit weird;

why would you need a machine to do that?

But, if a bike brand comes to Tektro TRP and says,

"We want to buy 1,000 brakes,

"and we've got them on this bike in five different sizes,"

they give the length to Tektro TRP

and their machine will cut it to five different lengths.

So, saving loads of time.

How cool is that?

(relaxed funky techno)

So we've assembled our brake; it's been bled.

This next step is almost unbelievable.

Every single hydraulic brake that comes out of Tektro TRP

goes through the same quality control process.

Literally every brake will go onto a machine like this

where it's squeezed 250 times,

and then squeezed for 400 seconds, before being taken off,

left to rest like a fine wine for 72 hours,

before being brought back and going through

exactly the same thing.

And what they are looking for

is that just in case all the previous quality control

hasn't quite picked up one last bit,

which would mean that potentially a drop of oil leaks out,

this will make sure that those brakes do not hit the market.

You ready?

(machine tapping)

225, 224, 223, 222, 221 ...

(muffled machinery echoing)

(greets in foreign language)

This is a paint shop.

Some brakes come in to be analysed; others are painted.

Clearly this is where the painting happens.

(sprightly techno music)

So one analysed brake calliper ready now for laser etching.

Okay; I can't get enough of laser etching.

Whoa!

That is awesome.

Check it out, a GCN brake calliper!

(techno music)

There we go then, your finished article.

I feel emotionally quite invested in this

now we've seen it from an extruded piece of aluminium

to the finished product, but there you go,

that's what you're going to find on your bike shop shelf.

Now despite the fact that we are leaving Tektro TRP

with a finished article,

there is still one very important place

we've got to go on our journey inside this brand

and that is the advanced R&D facility

which is about 30 minutes down the road.

That's where they not only design products like this

but they are looking well into the future.

So I wonder whether we're going to get

a sneaky peek of what's to come.

Now you know you're in an advanced R&D facility

when you get asked to take your shoes off at the door.

I wish I'd know that this morning

when I went to put my socks on,

but nevermind, you live and learn.

Here is a very, very swish office; I think you'll agree.

It's separate from the rest of the factory

because in order to recruit the very best engineers

they needed to be located in downtown Taichung,

where people don't have to commute half an hour

to get to work.

Now in here we've got all the top engineers,

and they are working three years down the line, I'm told.

And everyone has been very suspicious and secretive,

because as we walked in here there was a flurry of activity

whilst everyone tidied up.

I have no idea what they were tidying up,

but I suspect it's good.

Flip-flops off, there we go.

From our 22nd floor balcony, we can conclusively say then,

that is how you make a brake, from a beginning,

technically which is at the end,

all the way through to the finished product.

And we've got to say a massive thank you to Tektro TRP

for inviting us out here and giving us such amazing insight.

Do make sure you subscribe to GCN

if you want to see more of this kind of factory tour;

we've always got loads on the channel.

To do so just click on the globe; it's completely free.

And if you want to watch a couple more videos,

firstly you could check out those Aaron Gwin brakes

on a GNBN Bike Check, that one is just down there,

or for something for roadies, how about

"How to Brake Like a Pro"; that one's just down there.

How to Develop a Referral Source: Part 3 - Duration: 4:22.

- Hi folks, Steve the Hurricane,

and for today's episode of Drink with the Hurricane,

we are going to talk about how to develop

a referral source.

Cheers.

Drink with the Hurricane, the home care sales

and marketing talk show, that discusses all things

growing your home care business.

(music)

So, how do develop a referral source.

This is the third time I'm talking about it

in this series of Drink with the Hurricanes,

because this is one of the featured presentations

of the referral masters boot camp

that I have coming up in February of 2018.

It's going to be amazing, I cannot stress enough

the urgency and the importance of signing up

and registering right now today so you can reserve your spot

for this event that will sell out.

Now, it's a five step process.

I've been talking about step one for the last couple

of weeks, and so the last thing I want to talk about on here

is seeking out the marketing rep,

which I mentioned last week,

but specifically one of the three ways to find

this individual is by attending a networking event.

Now why do I say attend networking events?

Because I get so many people over the years that

say, I don't like going to networking events Steve,

I don't get any business from it.

Well the reason why is because you're not sure

how exactly to take a networking contact and turn it

into business.

This is why I have the boot camp, this is why you

should be there.

The business does not come from attending the

networking event.

The business comes from what you do at the networking

event, and setting up the follow up

between networking events.

Now the reason I want you to attend a networking event

is because who goes to networking events?

Marketing representatives, people who represent a company

that we might be trying to get into.

Now the easiest way to find somebody that you're trying

to find out at a referral source,

when you're at a networking event, is to simply

wait for the elevator pitches

where every single person who's attending goes around

the room and they stand up and they do their

15, 30 seconds of fame.

Hi, I'm Steve the Hurricane.

I'm from John Doe skilled nursing facility.

We care for 120 patients in our building,

half are rehab, half are long term,

we've been in business since 1987, blah blah blah,

When I do that elevator pitch,

which I just gave you an example of how to do it,

you might be sitting there thinking, Oh, John Doe

skilled nursing facility, I've never been there before,

I'd like to seek that person out, he's the marketing person,

And then, after that part is done,

you come walking about to me, and you introduce yourself

and you start a conversation.

That's how you find the marketing person

out in the community.

Because every week, all across the country

and internationally, there are networking events,

and specific healthcare ones.

It's one of the best things about healthcare.

Because we all have to work together.

It truly is an interdisciplinary team of professionals

to take care of our seniors to help them age

in place with dignity and grace.

And so, as step one to create a connection on the inside,

we should be seeking out the marketing rep,

one of the best ways to do that is by attending

a networking event.

Now, at the boot camp, I'm going to go over the

other two ways to find the marketing representative,

I'm gonna go over steps two, three, four and five

to take a relationship that does not exist today

and turn it into a exclusive, referring relationship

to help you have 2018,

make it your best year yet.

If you haven't registered for the boot camp,

I strongly recommend you do so, because it's going to

be incredible.

I've been doing this for six years folks,

this event will sell out,

don't wait, sign up today,

and I'll see you in Irvine, California.

I'm gonna give you everything you need

to blow away the competition.

(acoustic music)
