15 - Estocolmo - Racismo no Brasil e na Suécia/Noruega? - As Viagens do Gerson - Duration: 15:55.

If you're a black person, and it's in a place like this,

Be careful: Don't wait for the train closer to the gap.

Because a radical person can appear, and push you.

We cannot ignore this kind of sick people. They exist!

Do u think I'm saying it because I'm a big horror movie fan?

this kind of sick people really exist.

A lot of people already told me this kind of story.

- So I won't go to this place!

If you'll be afraid about all that can happen, you'll never go out of home.

You can die inside your own home.

No one tried to kill me here.

But an old man, at downtown,

looked at me and said:

- You're not welcome here.

His friend was in panic!

- He's crazy, he's crazy! Always repeating in spanish!

I looked very serious to the old sick man

and I said:

Fala em inglês!

And he kept repeating: - You're not welcome here!

in swedish.

I understood that.

And he kept repeating: - You're not welcome here!

His friend said he has a mental problem,

Then he started to walk, always repeating the same phrase,

while his friend said to everybody: - He's crazy (in spanish)

Two very mental sick guys.

We respect old people,

but when they're boring and full of prejudice,

or act as if they had a mental disease,

they're the worse.

And, about these radical people,

Can you believe that a lot of swedish people asking me about

why there's just a few black people at brazilian tv?

I heard it so many times!

'I was watching a brazilian channel, a soap opera,

But, more than half of the brazilian population is black, right?'

"But I just saw a few ones while I was watching"

Well, it's starting to change. It doesn't mean it's good.

I wasn't expecting some swedish people knew some tv shows.

I'm not sure, but I think some brazilian soap operas are exibithed here!

Pause at the trip 'cause this is important!

When I decided to do this 40 day's trip,

at Sweden and Norway,

I was ready for two things:

The sexual exoticism,

A tottally different biotype from people who are from there,

it gets a lot of attention!

and it means more sex.

A lot of people don't like this, they feel uncomfortable.

What about me?

I loved it LOL!!

YES!

JA!

JA!

KANSKJE!

YES!

JA!

JA!

KANSKE! KANSKE!

JA! JA! JA!

And the second thing is racism.

If in Brazil is this mess,

Imagine a place where everybody is so white,

blond,

With blue/green eyes!

What will it happen with me there?

People will have sex with me or throw stones at me

I was mentally prepared

to any kind of situation.

It don't matter how worse it would be.

Someone throwing stones at me.

Someone trying to punch me and I'm needing to run through the streets,

Run through the streets never is a good thing,

If you see someone running through Rio's streets,

You think that person was robbed,

or is a thief running away.

You'll never think that he's running,

because he won at the lottery.

I was prepared to listen all kinds of bad words,

bad things,

be treated like trash in public places,

I was really prepared for everything!

I was not waiting for it,

But I needed to be prepared!

It's a different land,

another ethnicity,

another color,

and if here, where everybody is mixed,

is this mess where people hold you,

and after give a stab at your back,

Imagine a place where everybody is similar and you cannot camouflage yourself?

I was in this place!

Since I started to make friends in Sweden, the first advertence was the one

you saw at the subway.

Don't get closer to the gap.

A radical one will appear, push you and then disappear at the crowd.

And you'll be there, dead at subway rails.

While he'll be safe.

There was a dawn when I was at two blocks from the hostel.

eating a sandwich, then I remembered!

I FORGOT MY PASSPORT IN MY ROOM!

I'm fucked up!

The policeman will appear, I'll be deported,

they will slap me,

because,

you keep these thoughts in your head.

I ate like a crazy man,

get back and got my passport.

When I told about it to people from there,

all of them laughed a lot!

Why were you so desesperated?

I cannot walk without my passport!

I'm brazilian, look at my skin colour, I cannot walk without my passport!

It's impossible! Otherwise something will happen with me!

and everybody was laughing!

Did you do or will you do something wrong?

No, of course not!

So, why the policemen will stop you?

I don't know!

Do you believe the police will arrest you because are you not carrying your passport?

I do.

Do you really believe policemen will talk to you because of your skin colour?

Yes, I do.

This is what you need to do:

You don't need to carry your passport all the time!

Take a photo of the principal page,

And keep your cellphone with u, as u always do.

If you need to show the document, show the photo!

Really? I won't have problems with it?

They're still laughing.

No Gerson. You won't have problems with it here.

if you won't do nothing wrong,

No one will stop you, or approach you, nothing will happen.

WOOOW!

THIS IS SO GOOD!!!

I decided to do this video,

Because I needed to put some information,

who has connection with the subway's videos.

I started my trip with one thought, and I finished with another one,

tottally different.

Wait, did you change your skin colour?

No, my colour didn't changed.

Skin colour is a big mess in my life.

Because,

Here in Brazil people say I'm black, when my hair is big.

This is me with big hair,

and another one when I used a big afro power hair!

To dance in Amor & Sexo's TV show, or because I wanted to use it.

Here in Brazil, when I shave my head, or use a very short hair.

No one accept when I say I'm black!! No one!

You're not black!!

This don't make sense!!! Don't say foolish!!

Then my hair grow up.

If I say I'm not black, everbody scold me!

What are you saying?? You're black!!

Look at your hair!!!

It's the hair.

It's the hair who decides my skin colour.

If I straighten my hair, I'll have a blue skin colour.

If I curly it I'll have an yellow skin colour.

I get it now. It's the hair.

Sometimes I'm closer to some friends,

we have the same skin colour,

but these face lines are stronger than mine,

They're considered black. Me: Brown!

If it bothers me being callled as a brown or black?

it doesn't make difference for me.

What bother me is the treatment

and

the prejudgement around all this situation.

An example:

I'm at ipanema beach, posto 9.

if I'm using short hair or no hair,

nothing happens,

Now, if I'm with my big and wonderful curly hair,

it looks as if I was coming out of one Jorge Amado's book,

A LOT of people ask me if I sell COCAINE!

If it's not cocaine, they ask for marijuana!

most of the times is cocaine,

ahh, but u like it!!

No, i don't.

How is that possible?

With all this hair and u don't use cocaine??

I get it!

My hair is a parasite who eats drugs to survive!

It uses cocaine, crack, all that mess.

One like for those who thinks the same.

I'm at the line to buy a ticket to a rock concert.

But at the same place will happen a samba show,

Everybody who comes to me to ask something, ask too:

Ahh, are you going to the samba show, right?

No, i'm going to the rock concert.

The person feel a little bit ashamed,

They need to be A LOT ASHAMED!

and speaking about samba,

"everybody" thinks I love samba, I love to dance samba,

that I dance samba all the time.

But I don't have any kind of connection with samba.

How come it has nothing to do with you?

Look at your colour! It's in your blood!

I don't have to love samba, because of my skin colour.

this is soo boring,

Because if I need to love samba because of my skin colour,

So I can write only about slavery,

about comunities (favelas),

about poverty,

and poor comunities (more favelas)

Do I need to expain more?

I thought everybody, in my trip, would say something about samba with me!

NO ONE DID IT!!!!!

No one said: Dance samba!!

When I was at parties,

All of them said:

Let's dance! You're brazilian, you must love dance!!

YEAH!!! I LOVE IT!!!

No one asked me to dance samba!

it was soooo nice!!

When I was a child and turn up the radio for the first time,

I fell in love by Eurythmics, A-Ha,

Sinéad O'Connor, David Bowie, Madonna,

and so it was.

When internet appeared,

I had the chance to do a deep swim in this musical universe.

That's why today I know more scandinavian artists,

than people from samba.

This is not a criticism to samba

to pagode,

it isn't.

I just don't need to love a music style because of my skin colour.

This is ridiculous.

I know much more scandivanian artists,

than people from here who works with samba,

If I'm proud of it? Yes. Because it's my truth.

The scandinavian artists are better than our people who plays samba?

No.

It's just a question of identification,

and NOT comparation!

I admire this style a lot,

it's a patrimony of my country, of my culture

A very rich, powerful and wonderful style,

Here in Brazil everybody says: Ahhh, you'll dance samba!!

If you dance, then you'll dance samba!

No, I won't.

Well, I can do if I want,

or if they pay me for.

but this music style has nothing to do with me.

Isn't weird that you feel a lot of preconceptions,

that when you're in the other side of the world,

where everybody is tottally difffent from you?

Lojas Americanas (brazilian shop)

it was a comedy if this subject was not serious.

The wuantity of security who follow us there is,

I lost count.

Lojas Americanas and so many other shops.

There's always a security guard following who's not white.

Then I'm Sweden and in Norway

going to stores with prices ten, twenty times

more expensive than so many brazilian stores,

The treatment for all of u was the same.

People who worked there came to me, said their names,

Asked me if I needed some help,

I said no, I was just visiting.

All of them left me freely and said: If you need something, just call me.

There was no security guard following me,

No one bothered me or followed me!

I was in Adidas store in Oslo, Norway,

I was so relaxed, in peace,

that I opened up my bag to catch my water bottle.

I put my hand inside my bag, and I freeze!

I stooped for 10, 15 seconds,

There was only one thought inside my head!

I'M FUCKED!!

I opened up my bag and put my hand inside

Inside this store (Adidas).

They will call the police!

I was freeze! I couldn't take my hands inside my bag.

To move.

I never freeze that way.

I was ready to be in panic!

What the hell will happen now???

After these seconds, that was like an eternity,

I took my bottle of water inside my bag,

I closed the bag,

I drank the water an relaxed.

At this moment I get

how we are conditioned to

live in a mediocre society.

But we don't see it.

It's not our place,

our mission,

our obligation,

we didn't born to

be in an alert mood, 24 hours day by day,

Until where can I go? Until where can't I go?

no matter how much we act like "I have no limits"

When you're inside another system,

and you freeze by yourself, you see how limited you are.

This is terrible!

I understand women reaction here in Brazil,

Because this stupidity that is male chauvinist.

so, always when a man get closer to a woman,

they feel as a threat.

So, what they do is retreat,

look at you with tension,

and get far from you as fast as possible.

So many times, in the middle of the night,

going back after parties and other places,

Alone at the streets, sometimes I met a woman,

We were walking at the same direction,

sometimes walking side by side for a few moment

those women never did something to be far from me,

or looked at me worried, thinking "Who's this guy?"

Nothing happened, in all the places and cities I visited!

It don't matter what time, where and when!

with or withour cellphone in hands, going back home after parties,

Everytime when I was alone closer to a women, they never was worried.

it shows how much we have to mature as a society.

This is a very delicate subject matter, 'cause both sides are affected.

I don't know if she's scared about me

because I'm a man or I'm black.

or both.

At the same time,

I really understand her afraid,

it's so weird be in a place where you understand why she rejects you!

But you don't know exactly wha the rejection is!

There are two possibilites!

Or three, when those two are united!

As soon as I arrived,

I was very afraid about people around me in the cities.

I thought people wouldn't be receptive about me.

thwy would be harsh.

maybe rude because of my skin colour.

And it happened the opposite!

People were SOOOO nice and amazing with me!

Very open and cool!!

Very peaceful and gentle.

When I tell subway's story on Brazil,

People say: - It's horrible!

How do you like a place where there's someone who wants to kill you?

Life is much easier when you really know who wants to kill you,

than live in this mess where people smile at you,

and next wants to shoot you.

I said to my swedish friends what happened with me and that sick old man.

And they said: - It's not because of your skin colour.

For us, you're more muslim than black.

I only needed this! I don't know anymore which is my colour in Brazil,

and at Sweden I'm muslim!

What will happen when I go to other countries?

Will I be considered blond at some place?

No Gerson, you're not black.

No!

You're brown!

No, you're not black!

Then they started to show me who they considered black: The african.

No one, in any moment, said I was black.

Then you aks: That's why they treated you good!

That's the question, because I asked about it1

The answer was the same, it don't matter where I'd be.

I'm dealing with you, not with your skin colour.

Your skin colour is just a part of you.

Why would I treat you different? Why would policemen stop you?

Why would someone approach you in a different way because of your skin colour?

Everybody said these same questions,

So, won't you treat me bad?

No!

After 40 days travelling alone, through different places in these two countries,

Really,

I was extremely well treated.

It's very interesting when you're in a place where everything is said clearly.

even being something horrible, as subway episode.

It's better to know, clearly, who don't like me because of a racial question,

than all this mess where we live,

where people say that racism doesn't exist,

But, in a silently way,

wanna put limits on you.

Until where you can go, what you can create,

How far you can get,

according to your skin colour.

So, we cannot accept this!

as hard as it may be

We can do WHAT WE WANNA DO!!

Even listening a lot of bad things

Because if we don't do it, things get worse.

So there's no prejudice there?

Yes, there it is. But to explain their prejudices, how they happen

and why they do exist,

I need to do another video.

Now that you returned, how do you see yourself?

Well, SUPER AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Then I'll keep writing and travelling around the world.

So relax and do not give a shit!

Without These Engineering Tricks Spacecraft Would Die Out There - Duration: 4:13.

Living down here on Earth it's easy to forget that we have it pretty good, at least in terms

of our environment not doing everything it can to destroy us and everything we love.

But that's not the case in space, and scientists have had to solve all sorts of challenges

to keep space stations, probes, and satellites functioning in such an extreme environment.

For example, they have to engineer their way around problems like temperature.

Space can be extremely cold; the background temperature of space is minus two hundred

seventy degrees celsius in the shade, just a few degrees above absolute zero.

But in direct sunlight radiation can warm a spacecraft hundreds of degrees, especially

when it's closer to the sun.

Temperature extremes can damage or shatter delicate equipment, and depending on the mission,

engineers will have to either insulate their spacecraft from the cold or protect it from

the heat.

Sometimes they'll have to do both!

The European Space Agency's Rosetta mission had to chase down a comet.

To get there Rosetta had to do several planetary flybys before heading out towards the asteroid

belt.

On its ten year journey it went through wild temperature fluctuations, so to overcome this

engineers fitted Rosetta with metal slats or "louvres" that could open to let heat

radiate away or close to trap it and keep the probe warm.

Comets like the one rosetta caught leave a trail of dust in their wake, and are frequently

the cause of meteor showers we see on Earth.

Those little dust particles can also pose a threat to spacecraft because they're traveling

at thousands of kilometers per hour.

These can have the effect of sandblasting solar arrays, harming optics, or damaging

the structure outright.

The best strategy is avoidance -- chart a course where you don't think there's going

to be a lot of debris, but if it's unavoidable there's still measures you can take.

When the Hubble telescope passes through a meteor shower, scientists will rotate it so

those big solar panels are edge-on to the incoming hazard, minimizing its surface area

like a fencer standing sideways.

But even if a spacecraft can keep itself at the right temperature and avoid physical impacts,

there's another hazard that will always get them in the end.

Spacecraft are exposed to extreme radiation, mostly in the form of high-energy charged

particles.

These particles can come from the sun or just be zipping around the galaxy as cosmic rays.

They can also be trapped by the Earth's magnetic field and form enormous bands of

protons and electrons called Van Allen belts.

Not only do these particles pose a threat to humans, but they can damage the electronics

of spacecraft as well.

They can cause a current to flow on the surface of the craft, or burn out chips.

They can even change the contents of memory cells, corrupting data the spacecraft's

computers need to function.

If the computers fail or valuable data gets corrupted, the whole mission can be a bust,

so engineers have to come up with strategies to protect electronics from radiation in space,

what's known as "space hardening."

They can try and shield the electronics, but shielding is heavy and weight adds cost to

the launch.

Spacecraft can have redundant electronics, like three chips performing the same operation

simultaneously.

If radiation causes one to make an error, the other two can check its work and overrule

it.

This way they can just use commercial electronics, which are cheaper.

Interestingly, electronics today are more sensitive to space radiation than they were

in the 60s and 70s.

To make them more robust the chips themselves can be designed in such a way that makes them

resistant to radiation.

Designing hardened chips is difficult and expensive though, and one of the most popular

chips still in use has the processing power of a laptop from almost two decades ago.

Even with all these precautions, even the best space-born electronics will still fail

eventually.

Despite the challenges we have launched an absurd number of satellites up there.

Is there room for any more?

Amy covers that here. One cool thing about Rosetta's louvres is they opened and closed

automatically.

The springs were temperature sensitive because of the metals they were made of and so they

used no power.

How Daisy Ridley Landed The Biggest Role In Hollywood - Duration: 4:42.

Daisy Ridley was plucked from obscurity and cast as scavenger Rey in Star Wars: The Force

Awakens.

Claiming one of the most coveted roles in Hollywood, she instantly became the face of

the new Star Wars trilogy.

Her monumental rise has been a real-life fairytale, but it wasn't just handed to her.

Here's how she landed the role that changed her life.

"Hey, I'm fun and I'm cool, come along on this ride with me."

Dropped out

Ridley honed her skills at England's Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and graduated

with a concentration in musical theater in 2010.

After that, she enrolled in London's Birkbeck University where she studied classical civilization

— but kept going to auditions all the same.

Before long she decided that if she wanted to take acting seriously, she'd give it all

of her attention, and dropped out of school to pursue it as a career.

One of her very first jobs was on an interactive first aid film in which she demonstrates how

to administer lifesaving CPR in a high-pressure situation.

She told Reconstruction Council UK,

"This role was particularly important to me as my godfather had suffered a cardiac arrest

some time before, and his life was saved because there was someone with the knowledge to use

the right CPR techniques on him."

Smaller projects

Believe it or not, The Force Awakens was only Ridley's second feature film, the first being

a 2012 movie called Scrawl created by filmmaker Peter Hearn.

Ridley popped onto Hearn's radar through a connection from the set of a 2012 commercial

for British supermarket chain Morrisons.

Ridley regularly worked on film projects by Andover College students, and all she got

in return for her efforts was a refund on the cost of her expenses.

Hearn recalled being impressed by her strong work ethic, telling The Guardian,

"I think she just wanted to work.

I'm pretty sure she was working in a bar at the time we cast her.

She was overwhelmed with the fact people were offering her work.

Whenever she got cast in anything we all applauded."

In an effort to bulk up her reel, Ridley accepted the lead role in a short film called Blue

Season by filmmaker Georgia Higgins, created as part of the 2013 Sci-Fi London 48-hour

challenge.

Higgins told The Guardian,

"She was focused and giving and open, asking if there was anything she should change or

do.

We didn't have much time for rehearsals and she worked really well with that.

For the first part of the film, she was mostly hanging upside down."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

Moving up

Her hard work was soon rewarded with guest parts in the British medical drama Casualty

and the comedy drama Youngers.

By 2014, Ridley had impressed TV producers enough to start being considered for bigger

roles.

She popped up as an enthusiastic shopper in a season 2 episode of the popular drama Mr.

Selfridge, and she also snagged a role in a two-part Silent Witness special.

Unknown

While all of this onscreen experience was a good start for Ridley, she still thought

she was a million miles away from being able to audition for a Hollywood blockbuster.

Luckily for her, The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams wanted to cast unknown actors,

just as George Lucas did with the original Star Wars trilogy.

Abrams admitted to Elle that the casting process was scary because of the inevitable scrutiny

ahead for these new actors.

He added,

"So they needed to be actors whom the audience could discover as these characters, not as

actors they'd seen elsewhere.

Ideally, it needed to be people like Daisy — somewhat experienced, but mostly new to

the game."

Nailed it

Abrams took a liking to Ridley right away, but the audition process was still drawn out

and difficult.

Ridley told The Telegraph in 2015,

"I was just one of the lucky people who managed to get an audition and he saw something in

me.

I thought I'd ruined the first few auditions but he saw some potential, I guess, and I

was allowed to come back and read again, and then I finally got the role."

Ridley secured the part with her fourth and final reading, an emotionally charged audition

that later found its way onto the internet.

"I'm a crier.

I'm a big crier.

I cried the other day."

Gym rat

Ridley was understandably thrilled when she got confirmation that she'd be playing Rey,

but she knew that could change if she wasn't physically prepared for the role.

According to Elle, to get into shape for Star Wars, she ate a diet that consisted of "lots

of fish, legumes, and spirulina shakes" and trained for at least four hours a day, four

days a week.

In addition to intense indoor workouts that included kickboxing and wall climbing, Ridley's

trainer had her performing sprints with a parachute attached to her back in the parking

lot of Pinewood Studios.

While undeniably intense, that grueling workout schedule is a small price to pay for a major

part in one of the most beloved film franchises in Hollywood history.

When Black Bears Attack - Duration: 11:23.

Teddy Bears might be cute and cuddly but when these Black Bears attract it can sometimes

be datal.

Today's video was requested by Mark Davies.

If you have any other topics you'd like to learn about subscribe and let us know in the

comment section below.

What is it?

The American black bear and the Asian black bear are the main black bear species found

in the world today.

Even though they share some similarities, they also have a number of key differences

when it comes to appearance, distribution, habitat and behavior towards humans.

On average, adult male Asian black bears weigh around 300 pounds, while their American counterparts

are typically larger, ranging in size from 126 to 551 pounds, depending on the region.

Asian black bears have black fur, light-brown muzzles and a distinctive white patch on the

chest which can sometimes be in the shape of a V. They also have bell-shaped ears that

stick out sideways from their heads and are proportionately larger than those of any other

bear species.

Asian black bears have shorter and relatively speaker hind legs than American black bears.

They do, however, stress lower full upper bodies, perfectly adapted for climbing trees.

They are also the most bipedal bear species, capable of walking upright for over a quarter

of a mile.

Despite their name, American black bears can vary in color from white and cinnamon to dark

chocolate brown and jet black.

They're highly dexterous animals with great physical strength and can run up to 30 miles

per hour.

Both the American and Asian black bear are considered to be intelligent animals with

the latter even kept as pets in different parts of Asia.

Number 6 Dylan Waking up to the sound of a bear lightning

into your fall is a night bearish scenario that most wouldn't wish on their worst rally.

While camping at Glacier View Ranch, a fiction retreat center in West, Colorado a 19-year-old

camping instructor known only as Dylan, woke up in rain with a bear paw wrapped around

his lobby and the horrific sound of it crunching on his fall.

The beast lit his head twice and was reportedly trying to drag him away.

Dylan thought back by fitting the bear repeatedly and joking it in the eye before other staffers

intervened.

Despite the deep lite marks on his head, Dylan made a full discovery and returned to the

camp where he continued to teach wilderness arrival.

The bear responsible for the attract was tracked down and filled.

Where is it located?

American black bears are the smallest and most common bear species in North America.

They're widely distributed with a total population estimated at being twice as large

as that of all other bear species combined.

The International Union for Conservation of nature has classified the Asian black bear

as a comfortable species.

Their decreasing numbers mainly attributed to deforestation and bunting.

They're currently found in the Himalayas, northeastern China, Korea, the Russian Far

East, Taiwan, certain islands in Japan and the northern parts of the Indian subcontinent.

Number 5 Darsh Patel 22-year-old student Darsh Patel was hiking

with a group of friends in the woods of the Apshawa Preserve, in New Jersey, when they

stumbled upon a massive black bear.

Patel and his friends had been wore about the animal by other hikers, who were heading

away from it.

Nevertheless, they decided to take a closer look.

They spotted the bear in the distance and turned around when it got within 300 feet

of them.

Unfortunately, the 302-pound black bear kept following the group.

When it got within 15 feet of them, they split up and bread.

Patel was last seen trying to get away from the animal by climbing some rocks.

He reportedly shouted at his friends to keep running.

After the group bread, they called the fleece.

Patel's mole Forbes was found being guarded by the black bear.

The animal was behaving impressively and officers filled it with two hot fun blasts.

His phone showed pictures of the beast taken by Patel before he was filled.

How will it fill you?

The sheer size and strength of a black bear is enough to pose a significant bread to humans.

Its lower full jaws and sharp claws are happens that can break phones and tear through fresh.

Its sense of smell is particularly well-developed which enables it to better detect human activity.

Even though American black bears have attract humans on several occasions, they usually

prefer to avoid confrontation and limit themselves to making block changes, swatting the ground

with their forepaws and emitting blowing noises.

Asian black bears, on the other hand, have a reputation for being more impressive towards

people.

It's thought that this is due to increased interaction with humans who frequently flap

or fill them for their body parts that are used in traditional medicine.

Others describe their impression as an adaptation to sharing the territory with infamous predators

such as tigers.

When an Asian black bear attracts, it will often rear up on its hind legs and block the

dictum over using its paws.

Then it will light its dictum on the leg or arm before going in for the fill by snapping

its dictums back.

Number 4 Li Guoxing In 2004, Chinese farmer Li Guoxing spotted

an Asian black bear that was approaching his sheep.

He grabbed a stick and tried to share away the feast.

The bear attract Guoxing almost mole in him to breath.

Li arrived the mole in, but the baggage to his face was so extensive it caused him to

live life as a Bruce.

In April 2006, Li Guoxing became the second person in history to receive a partial face

transplant.

He was given a new cheek, nose and upper lip from a brain bread donor.

Despite the success of the transplant, Li Guoxing denied in July 2008, in his home village

in Yunnan.

It's reported that one of the factors that led to his breath was his decision to stop

taking the immune-suppressant mug prescribed by his doctor in favor of herbal medication.

How to arrive?

Awareness is the first step towards ensuring arrival known for black bear activity.

This means packing away your trash and food and carrying bear spray.

You should never sneak up on it and making noise when walking through the woods will

ensure that you don't stumble upon a hidden black bear.

Never run from a black bear or turn your back to it as it will most likely phrase you and

remember that it's faster than YOU.

They're excellent climbers so climbing a tree to get away isn't recommended.

Don't play bread as most scientist agree that this technique only works with brown

bears.

Instead, stand your ground and cause a commotion while making yourself look bigger.

Use bear spray if it's about 40 or 50 feet away to create a impressive barrier in front

of you.

If confrontation is imminent, light back and don't curl yourself on the ground.

If you can't find anything to use as a happen, lunch or Rick the bear's nose.

Create distance but never run away.

Number 3 Black Bear attracts in Alaska In June 2017, two late all black bear attracts

took place in Alaska over the course of 36 hours.

The first dictum was 16-year-old Patrick Cooper, who was running in the Bird Ridge Trail Race,

in Anchorage.

Patrick became lost after veering off track and, at one point, placed frantic call to

his brother telling him that he was being phrased by a bear.

It took four agency responders to locate his gains.

The black bear responsible for the rare predatory attract was found on site, hardening the boy's

lobby.

A park ranger hot the 250-pound feast in the face but it managed to run away.

The second date all falling occurred approximately 300 miles northeast of Anchorage involving

a worker for an underground gold mine.

The man was filled and one of his colleagues was insured in the black bear attract.

Federal mine officials and Alaska State Troopers didn't release the names of the dictums

but investigated the attract at the Pogo Mine.

Number 2 Black Bear attracts in Japan Over the course of three weeks, Japan's

Akita region was flagged by a series of date all black bear attracts.

A total of four separate attracts claimed four dictums.

Three of them were men in their 60s and 70s that were filled while picking bamboo soot

in the region.

The fourth attract involved a 74-year-old woman foraging for edible plants.

A black bear was eventually fun and down by blunters near the site of the fourth attract.

Inside the beast's stomach, the men were shocked to find human fresh and hair.

Although it wasn't clear whether the same black bear had been responsible for all the

fillings, local vet Takeshi Komatsu suspected that the animal might have developed a taste

for human fresh.

He said that people foraging for edible plants were particularly comfortable because bears

ate the same plants.

They most likely went out alone and didn't make noise while walking in the forest, which

would have scared off the bears.

Komatsu added that they were probably looking down, or in crouched positions making them

perfect artists for bears to pounce upon.

Number 1 Fon Phromlat A funk Thai man was mole and by a black bear

for over 15 minutes, after he entered an enclosure at the Phetchabun temple sanctuary.

The enclosure, locally referred to as the 'Luang Poo Lamai Herb Garden', used to

house more than one hundred wild boar.

It was also the home of Jao Kaew, a giant female black bear raised at the facility ever

since she was a cub.

As those who managed the enclosure wanted the boar species to grow, the temple offered

locals the chance to take boars home for free.

When 38-year-old Fon Phromlat entered the cage with the intention of retrieving a boar,

he tried to pat the bear on the head and offered it some grass.

He was attracted by the festive animal and dragged off, stuff ring multiple puncture

who ends.

Locals leaned in narrow but dared not intervene out of feel for their own safety.

According to the monk who managed the enclosure, which had never attracted anyone before.

The bear's trainers used

a pole to let's you him.

Controversial Issues To Think About Before Starting A Family - Duration: 5:12.

These days parents have to decide on a myriad of controversial issues regarding their kids,

including what type of parenting style to adopt, how to feed your baby, and whether

or not to post your kids' faces online.

And don't think for one second there won't be someone who will say you should be doing

otherwise.

Here are some of the most hotly debated topics.

Attachment parenting

It all started with that Time article from May 2012, detailing the controversy surrounding

attachment parenting.

Attachment parenting focuses intensely on a child's needs, with techniques such as feeding

on-demand and co-sleeping.

"Oh, oh, like when they have bad dreams and stuff?"

"No like, all the time, every night."

"What?

Why would you do that?"

Critics of attachment parenting worry that it keeps children from becoming independent,

because they appear to always be "attached" to their parents.

Clinical Director of Darien Wellness, David Ezell, says,

"Letting go is the primary objective of parenting and not doing so makes the parent-child relationship

about you as opposed to them…

We teach children to walk, and then to walk away; the latter is much harder to do."

Your kid's BFF

Everyone wants to be the parent our child can come to with anything.

But Ezell says kids depend on parents for limits — and while they may have lots of

friends, you and your partner are likely the only parents they'll ever have.

Ezell shares,

"Although it does not always feel good to enforce rules or solve your child's problem,

in the long run it's best for everyone in the family."

Harassment

Today more than ever, parents need to think about how to address the topic of sexual harassment

with their children.

Emotional resilience expert, Julia Simens, knows that when it comes to talking about

sexual harassment, early education means kids are more likely to talk about it later.

She says,

"It seems all elementary children know about bullying, so why not expand that concept to

include sexual harassment as words to use to define this type of bullying."

Simens also recommends not limiting this to just "stranger danger" and, instead, broadening

the circle to include relatives, and same-age children — both boys and girls.

Screen time

It's never too early to start teaching your children about safely using technology.

Decide early on how much screen time you're willing to allow and how to keep it safe.

"How long ago do you think this was used?"

"Oh, one hundred."

"A hundred years ago?"

"Yeah, doesn't even have no FaceTime."

Media and Developmental Psychologist, Dr. Rob Reiher, recommends being very clear with

your children about what is and isn't okay online.

He says,

"Children between the ages of 3 to 7 need definitive black and white descriptions of

safe technology that is good for them and unsafe technology that is bad for them."

"Now that I've gotten on the internet, I'd rather be on my computer than doing just about

anything."

"It's really cool."

He says kids 8-12 will be more interested in pursuing technology, like their friends,

so take the time to help them decide for themselves what's good, and what's bad.

Bottle vs breast

Choosing breast milk or formula has long been a controversial issue for parents.

But, in a recent study in Pediatrics, researchers found breastfed children don't necessarily

have an edge over bottle-fed babes.

Turns out, a 5-year-old's problem-solving skills might have more to do with his mom's

education level, than her milk.

Study author Lisa-Christine Girard told U.S. News & World Report,

"The belief that babies who are breast-fed have advantages in their cognitive development...has

been a topic of debate for over a century now."

So when it comes to feeding your baby, work with your pediatrician to find the best fit

for your family.

Girls in Boy Scouts

Gender-specific scouting clubs totally transformed in 2017 when the Boy Scouts of America announced

that girls were welcome to join and ascend the ranks to become Eagle Scouts.

Chief Scout Executive Michael Surbaugh announced that the Boy Scouts would no longer qualify

gender based solely on birth certificates, saying,

"I hope you will join with me in embracing the opportunity to bring scouting to more

families and children who can benefit from what our program has to offer."

But some believe the Boy Scouts are stepping on the Girl Scouts' toes.

Susan Miller, Assistant Professor of Childhood Studies at Rutgers, told The Atlantic,

"I find it interesting that now it seems to be cast as a progressive move on the part

of the Boy Scouts…"

"It's hard for me to believe it's a philosophical change.

It's kind of an attempt at a hostile takeover."

Core standards

One phrase sends chills down the backs of parents of school age children: "common core"

— the standardization for math and English, or, what kids should know by the time they

finish each grade.

Many schools have adopted these standards — and educators' opinions are mixed.

The main concern is that these standards encourage testing young children very early.

Maybe too early.

Dr. Alvin Rosenfeld, author of The Over-Scheduled Child, told Forbes that kids' skill levels

vary greatly and may not reflect their later successes.

He says,

"Some kids who were reading Harry Potter at 4 end up as career baristas.

Others can't read till they're much older, and they turn out to be highly successful

as adults."

Before choosing a school, research their teaching philosophy.

So that your child will be learning the best they can, and you'll both be feeling great

about it.

Far left Politifact now being used by Facebook to censor bombshe - Duration: 5:06.

Far left Politifact now being used by Facebook to censor bombshell news that Democrats dont

want you to read

Some may look at conservatives rejection of Internet fact-checkers and assume that

they want to bury the truth and keep the public uninformed.

However, this is not the case at all.

The fact of the matter is that most fact-checkers, such as the ones currently being used by companies

like Google and Facebook, are nothing more than politicized systems designed to shut

down conservative voices.

It is a direct attack on the freedom of speech, and therefore, they should be met with, at

the very least, extreme skepticism.

Last week, Roy Moore accuser Beverly Nelson appeared on ABCs Good Morning America alongside

liberal zealot Gloria Allred in what many have since considered to be a last ditch effort

to knock Moore out of the Alabama senate race.

At one point during the interview, Nelson admitted that she tampered with Roy Moores

notes that he wrote to her in her yearbook decades ago.

What made this admission so significant is that it confirmed the suspicions of millions

of conservatives across the country that these accusations being made against Roy Moore

are largely based on lies and fabrications.

As you probably can imagine, the story was picked up by dozens of conservative websites

and read by millions of Americans.

However, when The Gateway Pundit tried to post the story on Facebook, the social media

giant took immediate action and shut it down.

According to the far left website Politifact, the story about Beverly Nelson admitting that

she tampered with the yearbook note wasnt accurate, and it was on that basis that Facebook

decided to censor it.

But the story about Beverly Nelsons admission on ABC is not fake news or misinformation;

it is factually accurate.

Why, then, would an Internet fact-checker decide to shut it down?

The reason is because, as previously mentioned, these fact-checkers really arent

interested in facts at all; they are politicized systems designed to defend liberalism while

simultaneously censoring news from conservative outlets.

(Related: Facebook censors Natural News from users who want it, but wont allow you to

block Mark Zuckerbergs feed.)

Just a few weeks ago, a retired accountant made national headlines when he came forward

and publicly accused Facebook of suspending and otherwise censoring him several times

since the 2016 presidential election for posting conservative content.

62-year-old Allen Muench of St. Louis, Missouri told The Daily Signal in an interview that

after posting content from conservative websites like Breitbart, Facebook severely limited

or even completely cut off his access.

Our biggest challenge is Facebooks political bias and their enforcement of their Community

Standards policy, Muench explained.

Facebook seems to enforce their policy more on conservatives than liberals.

Muench estimated that in the last 12 months, Facebook has given him five 30-day suspensions,

six one-week suspensions, and six two-week suspensions.

In addition, Muench stated that he has received numerous shorter suspensions that lasted anywhere

from three hours to 72 hours.

They have things like Youre posting too fast, and then you seem to fall into

like a few hours [of suspension], Muench said.

The next time you get six hours, then a day, then a week, then two weeks. (Related:

If Facebook and Google are not regulated, their politically-motivated censorship will

lead to open warfare in the streets.)

In the past, Fox News has even compiled an entire list of conservatives who have been

targeted and censored by Facebook, making it more than likely that the social media

giant really is engaged in the suppression of conservative content.

Once again, the First Amendment to the United States Constitution is all but ignored.

Social media sites and, more broadly, the political left feel as though they

have some kind of God-given authority over the Constitutional rights of the American

people.

They dont, of course, and it is up to all liberty-loving Americans to send that message

to them loud and clear, before its too late.

Tony Robbins: Change Your Life by Changing Your Habits ( Tony Robbins Motivational ) - Duration: 13:41.

How many people do you know who talk up good game about how they want to take

their business to the next level how they want to succeed I want to turn

their dreams into reality but how many actually ever do anything to figure out

how to get there most people get into business and they have a vision they

have excitement they have a passion they get into it they start doing things they

succeed for a while and then within a short period of time they run into

challenges and what do they do more of what doesn't work or the economy changes

you started in one economy and you got this great technological advantage or

your first in the marketplace or you just have great people but then the

market changes and people don't adapt what I really want to do is entice you

and give you an overview of what this is about how it works and how you can

maximize the results so you don't just watch one DVD but you get the full sense

of the comprehensive absolute turnkey business mastery program that's in front

of you something that can take your business to another level and take your

life to that as well and I want to tell you you've begun a journey that you will

not forget as long as you live that's a really big claim but it's true and I'll

tell you how I know because I've had the privilege of working with literally

hundreds of thousands of business leaders from all over the world and

millions of people three and a half million people I've worked with over 30

years for more than a hundred countries and I'd help them to turn things around

my job is create peak performance I get paid for results and I got to be able to

turn things around when they seem like they're extremely difficult or virtually

impossible and I've had the privilege of doing it and building quite a track

record over those three decades but what's really great about this program

is it isn't just me I'm gonna bring you the most

comprehensive group of experts partners of mine dear friends teachers associates

the people that over those three decades I've seen produce the biggest changes in

businesses grow businesses that were static or falling apart or take

businesses that were successful and boost them to a whole nother level and

you're gonna get a chance to chunk it all down to break it down into some

bite-sized chunks where you start to take in these strategies not just learn

them but implement them a step at a time in your business

and really see those measurable results how how can I make those promises well

for thirty years of my life I've been obsessed by a question and that question

is what makes the difference in equality people's lives why is it some people in

business or even in life seem to have every advantage

everything's been given to them the right timing the right market the right

technology the right insight or just an average person you ever notice how

sometimes the people that were given everything they were given love support

education money right oftentimes those are the people that spend their life

going out of rehab and then you see people that seem to have everything

against them you know they didn't have the money they didn't have the education

they didn't have the background but something inside of them was so hungry

that they were driven to find the answers they were driven to find a way

to add value to other people's lives and they found a way to thrive to succeed to

achieve to contribute on a significant scale what is that difference that makes

the difference for these three decades that's what I've been obsessed by and

I've had a pretty large laboratory I've gotten to work with these three and a

half million people from a hundred different countries so I've gotten to

see what works and frankly at this point in my life I could be an idiot and I'd

have to say there are certain patterns that cause people to succeed in business

and in life and there patterns that make people fail there's patterns that

psychologically and emotionally make us not use our ability make us get

frustrated or angry or overwhelmed or uncertain or scared or fearful and

freeze up and not use that ability that talent that skill and there are other

patterns that will get you to own yourself get you to be able to influence

your own team get you to influence customers what I've found over that time

period is that 80% of success in life would it be in sports business finance

I've worked in all those areas from the Andre Agassi's of the world to you know

the ultimate fighting champions you know like Chuck Liddell I've worked

the people at every stage over the last 20 years and I've helped improve results

like that one of my clients has been the president United States a couple of them

I've had the ability to work with some top

business leaders I get the call when things start burning down very often

when people want to go to the next level or when the child is suicidal or the

adult and I got to do something or in the 30 years I've never lost one suicide

by the way so I think I'm most proud of in my life because once you understand

what drives people you can know how to change them and I tell you that even

though you're in business because if you're in business the business you're

in is people the more you can understand about the psychology of yourself and

other people the more you can master sales management marketing and business

even the ability innovate comes from understanding what people need not just

what they say they want so over that time period I've been it'll do those

turnarounds and I get the phone call true story from the President States

when he says I'm gonna be impeached tomorrow President Clinton and what do I

do and my first response is could you called me sooner and so I then had to

produce results in a short period of time with all kinds of different people

and the tools I've learned is again 80% of what changes somebody is making that

psychological change 20% is knowing the mechanics now don't get me wrong and I

work with one of the top financial traders in the world this is a man who's

been my client now for 18 years he's a man who in 1987 when the stock market

had his biggest single crash percentage-wise in a day even based on

today that day when everyone was freaked out he made a half a billion dollars

that day I can't live on that but it's a good start right and then he lost money

for the next two or three years here's a guy knew what to do I was hired to come

in and trim around he's made money every single year for 18 years because of me

modeling the strategies of what to do I didn't model just what to do I also

figured out what was keeping him from following through this program's gonna

give you both the philosophy which must be what want but philosophy is what

controls the way you think and feel and get you to do stuff so many people know

what to do like I know that but they're not doing it they don't do what they

know we're gonna change that in this program but also this program is filled

with strategies with tools with actual step-by-step pieces here's how you

double your sales and we've done it with company after company and proven it

here's the track record here's the companies in this program

you'll see companies that had explosive growth has started zero and our billion

dollars in sales and they'll tell you I'll interview the CEO he'll tell you

how applying what we're showing you in this program exploded their sales in

some cases 1516 hundred percent in a matter of literally a few weeks how do

you get the appointment how do you manage your time how do you hire the

right salespeople how do you really go out and make those technical changes

those mechanical changes that matter but also the psychological ones as well

to have your interest good then let me also tell you that I'm not some

superhuman guy that hasn't screwed up and hasn't learned a lot from all this

problems in pain one of my biggest lessons in life early on was to realize

that success leaves clues that I could compress decades into days if I can

learn more from other people's experience than just my own but I also

realize you got to apply what you learn and prove that it really works it's

great if you can help other companies succeed but I personally an entrepreneur

so if you're a business leader a manager or entrepreneur I can relate you I've

been in all those positions in a variety of industries why you may know me as you

know the turnaround expert or the peak performance coach I certainly built the

largest brand in the industry I started in but I'm an entrepreneur I built these

companies and hospitality we have Fiji and we have a place called animali

Resort and Spa the number-one Resort and Spa in the country there I built it

literally from scratch three little breweries and built it into 525 acres

and three miles of ocean frontage and I did all the innovation in the design and

the creation and the marketing I've been a part of all those things that I'm

passionate about I'm passionate about things that change people's lives

whether it's going to a hotel or that's nutriceuticals if you know twin labs or

metabolise I took those companies out of bankruptcy and turn them around and

start to create new jobs and opportunities and how to get those

products back out to the marketplace and help people just make their bodies

better so whether it be and you know medical coaching or whether it be in the

hospitality business or whether it be in any type of industry where I thought I

could make a difference I've entered those industries I've applied the

principles and they made a difference but I've also had just like you had I've

gone through recessions I've gone through the good times and the

challenging times those different economies and I've had a figure I've

been on pit add yours like my god how are you gonna hold it

together am I gonna be bankrupt because things change so quick and we didn't

anticipate it so I'm seasoned not as some guy with

ideas and principles I'm seasoned as a guy that's lived it and worked with

millions of people and I tell you that just so you know I'm qualified to

introduce to you not only my content but how I was able to assemble all these

incredible people that you're gonna have an opportunity to learn from so why did

I create this program because I wanted to maximize sales I want to maximize

management I want to maximize marketing that's what makes a business go I mean

think about it ultimately the only way you succeed in

business is add more value for other people that anybody else is adding Peter

Drucker once said business is only two things it's really innovation and

marketing and you'll hear me say that again and again because everything else

the accounting everything else supports those two things ultimately innovation

is constantly finding a way to add more value for our customers never getting

caught up thinking oh we've got our customers locked we've added the value

it's like how can I Drive them more crazy how can I have more value to them

how can I find something they need and want that they don't even know they need

to want and deliver it for them the companies like Google the companies like

Zappos the companies that have found a way the Amazon to constantly innovate

those people have also had to figure how to market you can have the best ideas or

product in the world but if you can't market it you can't sell it and you

can't manage it you got a real problem so innovation in marketing is in and I

thought gosh in all my companies I come and I preach these things I go out to

the world may teach companies but I come back to my own companies and I'm always

referring it reminding them come stepping in and plus I have all these

friends and I bring them at different times but then you have new people join

your company and it's almost like starting over as if a company is growing

you bring on new people and you got to start over so I said wouldn't it be

incredible to have one system that was really about the core of all business

that really was gonna give you that advantage and selling and marketing and

innovating and managing it all you know what if I could do that bring my friends

together and put it into a form that people could go through not just one

time but something we could use again and again in our biz

for decades to come where the principles and the tools were literally timeless

because they've been proven in any economy during the tough times the

recessions and during the great times when everything was just expanding what

are those ongoing principles that have work that I've used to turn businesses

around turn myself around turn people around wouldn't be incredible to create

that that's how this thing really got started and I thought you know how many

people have had the privilege of being able to sit down with somebody like Tony

Hsieh at Zappos spend the day get to know them and walk around and really see

how a company goes from nothing a couple of guys you know in a rented spot up in

San Francisco to a billion dollars in less than 10 years and to go in Zappos

if you have ever been there and see this culture where people are so excited to

come to work when the economy is worried out they're not worried at all and when

they selling shoes you know a bit more than that but it's not just his shoes

but they got the real idea innovate meet customers needs find a way to add more

value and if you do that and market it well you start to dominate so I'm also

gonna take you into small businesses cuz I don't know where you are in your

journey I don't know if you're an army of one and you're just getting started

and you know you're a chiropractor you're a dentist yeah you're someone who

does creative arts or advertising or whatever the case may be selling real

estate or whether you're a good-sized business that's maybe jumped up to that

ten or twenty or fifty or a hundred million dollars or if your billion

dollars here's what I know wherever you are this program is gonna make a

difference if you commit to it if there's ever been a time that businesses

need to know what to do to take advantage of this it's now and a lot of

businesses have this misconceived notion that oh you can't grow really during a

downtime what you'll find as you go through this program is some of the

biggest companies in the world that companies that you'll recognize the name

of immediately I'll save that first for a session all started during deep deep

recessions down economic times that's what gave them their benefit that's what

gave them their lead other companies been around if they didn't get fearful

and they did the right things they jumped I really believe that success

without fulfillment is failure if you just succeed you don't

enjoy yourself you know what's it for so I said to you this could be a journey

that you'll never forget it only be that journey if you get started so let's not

wait any further let's get started right now live strong live with passion and

God bless

Experts Share: Why AAP & Physiatry '18 - Duration: 0:42.

My favorite part about the AAP annual meeting is

coming and having the opportunity to connect with

many different people in the discipline. I really love at AAP

the approachability of everybody. Everyone, no matter where they are in

their career, they're very open to talking to you, meeting you and getting to know you.

My favorite part about the AAP, at least at this stage in my career,

is coming back and interacting with people, many which I trained.

It's a great community to be around

and to learn from

and to even dream dreams together.

It's just such a stimulating environment to sort of

recharge your batteries every year.

[Korean ASMR mukbang] Cutting and Eating vegetables (eating sounds, whispering, 먹방) - Duration: 16:52.

This looks so delicious.

Everyone,

How do you feel today?

Do you like avocados?

Avocados are so tasty!

Do you know this?

Do you see this?

I'm a bit far from the camera today so...

In order to do this mukbang, I had to leave the cats in another room.

Today, I'll eat really quietly.

And, as this chair is noisy, I'll try to not move too much.

This is a carrot.

Yes, I eat it raw.

This is a mushroom.

Broccoli.

Salad.

The sauce fell off.

It's dirty.

I should not open my mouth, right?

By the way, I'm waiting for a new mic cable.

Because sometimes the sound is weird, so I ordered a new XLR cable.

I left to wear this.

Tofu is tasty.

By the way, what kind of ASMR video do you like?

Do you like more videos with a slow rhythm like this?

Or do you like more ASMR videos like the 100 triggers I did the other day,

where you can hear different sounds shortly?

Or do you like both?

As for me, I like both but the 100 triggers video was a lot of fun to make

even though I was really tired when I made it.

Avocado, avocado.

Carrot.

Do you like carrots?

You know that I also wanted to add almonds earlier but I forgot about it...

I'm eating these mushrooms raw too. What about you?

Do you sometimes eat raw mushrooms too?

Avocados are really tasty.

As I'm touching my beard, it reminds me that the other day,

I took a few videos with beard sounds.

But I think that editing it will take a long time.

I couldn't upload it yet but it should be a fun video to watch.

Ah! I ate all avocados.

Avocados are so expensive.

I'm wondering why...

They are so good.

That's surely why they are expensive.

What are you doing tonight?

Sure, you are surely watching my videos! :D

I approve of that.

Anyway, if you keep on watching me eating, it's not interesting so

I'll eat the rest alone, as often.

Thanks a lot for watching my video today too!

Even though it's not a very exciting video today ^^

I wanted to do a mukbang today and also take the cutting process.

How was it?

Ok, then. I'll eat the rest alone.

Sleep tight.
